The Sri Vadakkunnathan Temple in Thrissur, Kerala is an ancient Hindu temple believed to have been built by Parashurama. It is one of the oldest temples in the state and serves as an icon of the city, which derives its name from "the city of sacred Shiva". The temple features impressive wood and stone architecture on a nine-acre walled patch of green. The annual festival called pooram attracts devotees from all over the world.

A big complex of three core temples, and many other shrines around it on a large park on top of a scenic hillock. Shiva as Vadakkunnathan is the primary deity and He faces west here. He is in the form of a linga manifested by layers of solid Ghee. Hood of a multiheaded Cobra hovers over Him. When the deity is decorated with gold cladding, the sight is so beautiful and divine. Right behind this sanctum is the shrine of Parvathi, Shiva's consort, facing east. Very beautiful looking deity. Next shrine is for Ganapathi, facing east. Next big shrine is for Shankarnarayana, a dual image of Shiva and Vishnu. The left half of the idol is female depicting Vishnu as Mohini. This beautiful deity faces west. The third big shrine is for Sri Rama, standing majestically with His bow on His left hand. Outside this main temple, around it on the parikrama, there are shrines for Krishna, Ayyappa, Parasurama, Adhi Shakara and many more. The walkway around the temple, by itself is a very pleasant one.

I recently visited Vadakkumnatha Temple in Thrissur and was overwhelmed with the peace and sense of serenity the temple emanates. From the moment you enter the temple complex, you can feel the positive energy the place has. The whole atmosphere of the temple is filled with respect and reverence and the architecture of the temple is beautiful with ornate carvings and sculptures. The temple has a large number of devotees who come to seek blessings from the presiding deity and the priests are very knowledgeable and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend visiting this temple if you are in Thrissur.

Pride of Kerala, unbelievable that such a historic temple is well located in the heart of the city. Thrissur district is known in the name of this temple and it's ground. It's calm and quiet inside the temple premises. Easily reachable via bus and train. Railway station and transport bus stand is nearby (approx 1km) . Lord Siva is the deity. Huge parking space available.

Vadakkumnathan Temple is an ancient Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva at city of Thrissur, of Kerala state in India. This temple is a classical example of the architectural style of Kerala and has one monumental tower on each of the four sides in addition to a kuttanbalam. The Aanayoottu of feeding of elephants, is the second biggest festival held in the temple. The devotees refer to elephants as Lord Ganesh's incarnation. It has been the regular annual practice at the temple for the last 20 years to conduct a large-scale Ashta Dravya Maha Ganapathy Havana and Aanayoottu on the first day of the Karkidakom month of the Malayalam calendar. It involves a number of unadorned elephants being positioned amid a multitude of people for being worshipped and fed. A large number of people throng the temple to feed the elephants.

Vadakkumnathan temple is located at the bustling heart of the city, and I must say it's a truly unique and exceptional place. Despite the constant hustle and bustle of traffic just outside its gates, stepping into the temple felt like entering a different world altogether. The serene and peaceful atmosphere within the temple was astonishing, providing a stark contrast to the noise and commotion of the city. It was as if the chaos of the outside world ceased to exist the moment I crossed the threshold. The feeling of calmness that enveloped the temple was truly remarkable, making it a perfect refuge for those seeking a peaceful escape from urban life. The temple's ability to create such a tranquil environment in the midst of a busy city is a testament to its significance. It's a place where one can find solace, reflect, and connect with the divine without any external distractions. I highly recommend this unique temple to anyone looking for a spiritual and serene experience right in the center of the city.

An absolute must visit temple. It’s a very big temple complex with greenery all around. Just a look at the gaint trees will make you aware of the temple’s antiquity. The temple is one of the finest examples of Malabar architecture and awe inspiring murals painted with vegetable colours. We can easily spend a couple of hours looking at the murals depicting various ‘Puranas’. Don’t miss the evening ‘Arti’ (soon after sunset) and morning 4.15 AM darshan where Sri Wadakkunathan abhishekam with ghee is performed. I pray that I visit this temple again and again🙏

Very good falls. The beautiful scenic falls is in Kerala near Thrissur dt. The only catch here is: everyone has to walk downhill for 15-20 mins to see the beautiful athirappily waterfalls. The highest falls in the region and the most scenic falls. Please do not throw plastics and keep the surroundings plastic free and friendly nature.

When I visited this remarkable place on a weekend, I was astounded by the sheer beauty of the waterfalls. However, it was quite crowded, which is to be expected given its popularity. To ensure a hassle-free experience, I discovered that there is a convenient clock room available where we can securely store our belongings for a nominal fee of Rs. 5. Moreover, I highly recommend wearing shoes or sandals with excellent grip when exploring this enchanting location. This precaution will not only enhance your safety but also allow you to fully immerse yourself in the awe-inspiring surroundings.

I was excited to visit this place. Beautiful picturesque. Found there wide falls coming down which was spectacular to see. I visited 1 week ago and was wondering how beautiful it becomes in the monsoon! Time just passed away and I was late with my itinerary. One thing to remember, beware of monkeys at this place - they just snatch away food items if once noticed !

Well managed property with a great view. You can sit for long and enjoy the view as much you want. Recently kerala government started an initiative to trek through the other side of the falls, that is also good experience... It will take you 2 days. If you visit this place then my suggestion is to start early and cover waterfalls and leave to sholayar dam and return before 6 -8 pm... Otherwise you may find a place to stay

Mesmerising beauty of this place is more beautiful 🤩 then you saw in movies 🎥. Reaching there is itself a fun. From the gate it self you have to walk through a trail and will not get the proper glimpse until you reach on top or bottom. You will only able to hear water fall sound. On the top you can enjoy the water and play in it. You can stay in water and enjoy it like a water park always bring back my inner kid out. On the bottom you can get the full view of fall. Recommendations - 1. Full day, 2. comfortable clothing 3. Extra pair of clothes 4. Stay hydrated 5. Go down first enjoy the view later come up relax and dip in a water.

Well maintained and guards were there to protect us from entering into dangerous sites. Try to be there during evening time, otherwise the blistering sun will make you tired. Try not to avoid the downward portion of the waterfall, you can see the complete beauty of this waterfall from that position. Take care of small children, some rocks can hurt them.

Majestic- if you visit during the right season and right time. There are various spots, most are pictures ( but a bit dangerous). If you visit during peak monsoon you shall see a completely different side (some spots remains close due to large volume of waters). Ideal time to visit would be August- September.

Excellent water fall. During August month it looks like a mini Niagara. Trekking is very challenging towards the water fall. It’s paved, yet not for the feeble. Rs 200 for entry.
Ajith Kumar — Google review
One of my dream place in India. It’s mesmerising. From the entry with vehicle fee you have to pay and park the car beside the road as there is no particular parking. And take the entry ticket again for falls entry. From there it’s just 10-15 walkable distance for top view. Carry water bottle along with you and return the empty bottle in entry as they will give you 10 rupee refund. Enjoy the top view for a while and start trek to the down. If you are aged or handicap or having breathing issue do not take risk and stay in the upside as we need to walk inside the forest around 30 mins in mud. As it’s a orange alert when we enter, they don’t allow us to go near to the water fall. If you visit after February, you can play in the water due to water flow will be less. If you want to see the water flow then best time to visit is from June to December. You will be lost for a while in nature for sure.

I am here at an occasion of Thrissur Pooram…on year 2023.. Paramekkavu Bagavathi Temple is one of the largest Bagavathi temples in Kerala.. Which is located in Thrissur City. Sakthan Thampuran ordained the temples into two groups, namely "Paramekkavu side" and "Thiruvambady side" for Thrissur Pooram…which is the biggest festival in South India. The temple has a wonderful temple structure, this temple is considered to be more than 1000 years old….

Had really embarassing experience in this temple due to harsh behaviour of temple management towards devotees, I'm proud that tamilnadu temples nd management treat devotees far better than kerala temples, in ancient times devotees want to remove shirt to enter temple so that gurukkals will find out whether they wear Poonal or they are from upper castes so that they allowed near to god statue, but in modern days even after entering in 2020s they are still following this tradition by forcing devotees to remove the shirt nd forcing them to wear vesti to enter the temple is definitely not a healthy way to receive the devotees whom is coming with bhakthi.. P.S - god is common for everyone not just restricted for kerala upper caste peoples & proud to be a tamilan so that they treat devotees in better way.

Blissful experience of taking darshan of Lord Krishna in Balagopal form. Right next to Lord Krishnas Deity, is a beautiful Deity of Durga Devi or Vaishnavi, Sister of Lord Krishna. Apart from this, there is a place for Lord Sasthavu and Lord Ganeshji. There is a nice hall were Bhagavada Katha/discourses/kirtans are conducted. Would love to see more discourses and programs and hope it becomes free from government control and regains it status as a centre for learning and education in spiritual studies.

"I recently visited Thiruvambady Krishna Temple in Thrissur, and it was an incredible spiritual experience. The temple's beautiful architecture and serene atmosphere immediately put me at ease, and I felt a deep sense of peace and spirituality. The temple's main deity, Lord Krishna, was beautifully adorned and presented, and the temple priests were welcoming and knowledgeable. They guided me through the rituals and traditions of the temple, which enhanced my overall spiritual experience. The temple is known for its famous Thrissur Pooram festival, which is a unique and awe-inspiring experience that showcases the temple's cultural and spiritual significance. The festival is a must-visit for anyone who is in the area during that time of the year. The cleanliness and organization of the temple were highly commendable, and the staff's dedication to maintaining the temple premises' hygiene is highly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Thiruvambady Krishna Temple to anyone seeking a spiritual and cultural experience in Thrissur. The temple's peaceful and serene atmosphere, combined with its stunning architecture and rich cultural history, make it a truly unique and fulfilling destination. I am grateful for the opportunity to visit this wonderful temple and will surely visit again."

This temple is situated at the western side of the Vadakkumnathan temple. A great temple to worship Lord Krishna (Ambadi Knnan).Thiruvambady temple was originally situated in a village 15 km away from Thrissur and the main deity Lord Krishna, was, some five centuries ago, brought to Thrissur. This caused the establishment of Thiruvambady Temple at Thrissur. This temple with Paramekav Temple makes the Thrissur Pooram a wonderful world-class one.

Thiruvambadi Temple, nestled in the heart of Thrissur, Kerala, is a captivating place for devotees of Lord Krishna and anyone seeking a peaceful escape. Unlike many Krishna temples featuring him as a young adult, Thiruvambadi enshrines the endearing form of Bala Krishna, the child Krishna. This unique idol, believed to be centuries old, is the heart of the temple and a source of immense reverence for devotees. Despite its location in the bustling city, Thiruvambadi Temple offers a serene atmosphere. The air resonates with chants and devotional songs, creating a sense of calm amidst the urban energy. The temple complex showcases traditional Kerala architecture. Intricate carvings and murals adorn the walls, depicting scenes from Hindu mythology and adding to the temple's spiritual ambiance. Witnessing the daily rituals at Thiruvambadi Temple is a captivating experience. The elaborate 'Vakacharthu' - the holy oil bath ceremony of Lord Krishna - is a sight to behold. Beyond its religious significance, Thiruvambadi Temple is a cultural hub. The temple complex houses an art gallery showcasing beautiful paintings and sculptures that delve into Kerala's rich heritage. Three times a day, a captivating procession featuring a majestic elephant adds to the temple's charm. As with most Hindu temples, there's a dress code. Men are expected to wear dhoti (mundu) and remove shirts before entering the sanctum. Women should wear sarees or salwar kameez that cover their legs and shoulders. It's advisable to dress modestly. If you plan your visit during the Thrissur Pooram festival, you'll witness the temple come alive with vibrant decorations, cultural performances, and the legendary rivalry between Paramekkavu and Thiruvambadi temples. However, the temple will be significantly crowded during this time. Thiruvambadi Temple offers a well-rounded experience, perfect for spiritual seekers, art enthusiasts, and anyone wanting to experience the serenity and cultural richness of Kerala.

A divine temple with cultural and spiritual significance. Clean and much different in terms of rituals. It is best to visit during early hours. Calm, quiet, and well maintained. Important to pay money to staff and bhramins inside the temple than drop money in hundis, as donations in hundis go to government and for secular circus. There is ample parking and the place is huge and a visit will take from 45 mins to an hour. There are various etymological and historical records in and around the temple if interested.

Koodalmanikyam Temple is the only ancient temple in India dedicated to the worship of Bharata, the second brother of Rama, however the idol is that of god Vishnu. "Sangameshwara" is another name associated with the deity at Koodalmanikyam. The earliest historical reference to Koodalmanikyam Temple is found in a stone inscription attributed to the Chera king Stanu Ravi Varman dated 854 A.D, donating vast extents of land for the Temple. The temple is spread across 10 acres of land with beautiful gateways on the East, South and West...

One of the best places you will get the chineese foods , just above the pathana restaurant and near ragam theatre . Usually the place is busy during the peak hours of day , the only problem was parking place isn't provided , we have to park nearby . Food was too tasty and had enough quantity and worth the money , good staff behaviour and very much good ambience ,

Most of the items we asked was out of stock. Don't know if it's because of that particular day cause we visited the restaurant in a public holiday in late night. The quantity was too much for a person to eat. Easly 2 people can share a portion of their rice items. One thing i liked was they were serving chilled water with the food which is one thing i haven't seen in any hotels in the town. Ambience was pretty good. Low lit background and soft music was good. Service could have been better. Parking facility is a real problem.

Pathans Vegetarian restaurant, nestled at the heart of Thrissur Swaraj Round, offers a glimpse into the culinary heritage of the region. With its prime location near Ragam Theatre and opposite Vadakkumnathan Temple, it stands as a beacon of tradition and taste. Having recently dined here with my family, we sampled a variety of dishes including Masala Dosa, Masala Ghee Dosa, Ghee Roast, Puri Masala, Curd Vada, and their refreshing Lime juice, Tea and Coffee. While the flavors were satisfactory, the ambiance exudes an old-world charm, and the prices remain budget-friendly. However, the challenge lies in parking arrangements, requiring patrons to park at Thekinkadu near Vadakkumnathan Temple and walk to the restaurant. Despite this inconvenience, our overall experience was pleasant, leaving us with fond memories of a culinary journey through tradition.

I would not visit this restaurant again, it was one of my favourite restaurants. Got lots of memory and nostalgia. No respect to customers. Hospitality -zero Parking- Worst ( would not recommend to park at their parking) No one will attend you , even after getting a seat, Had to wait 20 mins to get attention of a staff. That too they were like - Eat if you want or go somewhere, as if we went there for a free food. Food is average only . Overall i would give 1/5 and would never visit again. Management will not look into these issues, as they have new walkin customers daily. But hospitality is an important factor together with the quality of food. Pathan’s truly lacks hospitality.

Nestled in the heart of Thrissur Round, Pathans Veg Restaurant is a culinary haven for vegetarian food enthusiasts. Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at this esteemed establishment and sampling their renowned Masala Dosa and Poori Masala offerings. The Masala Dosa at Pathans Veg Restaurant is a true delight, featuring a perfectly crispy exterior and a flavorful potato filling. While I noticed a subtle sourness in the dosa, it did not overshadow the overall enjoyment of the dish. In fact, it added a unique twist to the traditional flavors, which I found quite refreshing. Equally impressive was the Poori Masala, with its fluffy, golden-fried pooris accompanied by a mouthwatering potato masala. Each bite was a burst of flavor, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and taste. No meal at Pathans Veg Restaurant would be complete without sampling their delectable sides. The sambar was rich and aromatic, the coconut chutney was creamy and flavorful, and the veg kurma was a perfect accompaniment, adding depth to the meal and tantalizing the taste buds. Beyond the delicious food, Pathans Veg Restaurant offers a welcoming ambiance and impeccable service. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. In conclusion, Pathans Veg Restaurant is a must-visit destination for vegetarians and food lovers in Thrissur Round. Got in for a quick bite. The place looks shabby. Took a long time to servce tea and cutlet. An Indian coffee house can do far better. They should definitely improve their cleanliness. The food was hopeless. There is a common parking area. An egg sandwich is just fried eggs inside bread pieces. Cold Cutlet was served smeared with sauce that doesn't even taste like anything. Limited parking is available in front of the building.

Centrally located at the junction , very useful for public to have tiffin , snacks, lunch and dinner. Quick service by dedicated staff Full house at Lunch time offerring both Veg and Nonveg dishes. This restaurant made me Nostalgic with memories ICH on MG road, Bangalore , I used to visit during 1980's. Cutlets, Masaladosas , coffee was famous there and here in trichur also. Staff uniform if like a heritage one. Over all good experience here .

This was one of my favourite spots to have a coffee and cutlet. My recent experiences here have been extremely pathetic. The service, the food, the coffee everything is below average and the arrogance of the staff there makes this a place not worth going for food.

I went here on Sunday morning,it was little bit crowded,so there was delay in delivering food. Sometimes you won't get wht you ordered ofcourse due to crowd.

Indian Coffee House, a renowned chain in Kerala, has been delighting patrons for years. The food is satisfactory, providing a taste of authenticity. Operating in an old building, the ambiance is below average. Be prepared for limited parking space, which can be challenging.

Madurai Vegetarian (Veg) is a chic vegetarian restaurant situated overlooking greenery. They serve a wide range of Indian and international vegan food, including Chinese and Continental cuisine. The restaurant has a parking lot and usually there is crowd for lunch and weekends. The food is delicious, with prices on the higher end but the quality of service is assured.
One of the best places in Thrissur for vegan food. You will get all types of South and North Indian food along with chinese and continental food - all pure veg. There is a parking lot, usually there is crowd for lunch and weekends. Chats are incredibly delicious. Price is a bit on higher end, still you can get assured quality and clean dining space.

Delicious food, good tea and coffee available here. Separate tea stall “tea kadai” adjacent to the main restaurant for quick hot beverages and snacks. Plenty of parking available onsite. The restaurant is popular and so busy most of the time. Expected to queue up during lunch/dinner hours.

Decent ambience and okay food - Accessible location - Seating available for 60-70 ppl at a time - Prior bookings available for larger groups. Just call them with the contact number available on google - Parking facilities available. - Washroom facilities available. - Food was average. - Starters: Honey glazed paneer is good - Main Course: Mix veg and malai kofta were not that good. Dal was really nice. Kulcha is made from maida. Just roti is made from wheat in breads. - Drinks: Mint Lime with Soda was good, must try. - Ice cream: Pista, Vanilla are ok - Hot beverages like tea coffee closes by 10pm

The food was just average. Service was kind of ok. Main issue is cleanliness. The staffs were not wearing hair nets. There were lot of flies around. The green chili sauce on our table was kept open without lid. There were no drinks not even lime juice. Have to improve their staff's professionalism. One time visit only.

Went for Breakfast on with family two weeks back (Saturday) , It was not crowded when we entered the place but people were coming in. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to come to your table and take the order, ordered Idly , Ghee roast and Masala dosa for 3 people, when checked for the food after another 15 minutes,we were told that it will take another 10 minutes for the food to be served. We had no other choice than leaving the place as we had already spent almost half an hour for a simple breakfast and they still needed 10 more minutes to serve the order

Good food. One of the best I have tasted. Mushroom tikka, Jalfrazi were really good. Very good staff. Ample parking.

One of the best vegetarian restaurant in thrissur. Aloo paratha tasted good.Shahi paneer is a must try for paneer enthusiasts. It was pretty crowded during dinner time hence waiting time was there.

I dined at this restaurant today and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The food was Stale and Stinky. When we notified the same to the restaurant The service from their staff was slow and inattentive, adding to the overall negative experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience.

Good restaurant. The food is good and the service is quick. The sulemani is a must try! One point of feedback is the placement of ceiling fans. At some places in the hotel, you won't get good air from the fan. So, check where the fans are before selecting a table.

good vegetarian food. the place is neat and clean. The service was good. the toilet is also neat and clean. The ambiance was very good. there is also a snacks and tea counter available.

One of the better vegetarian restaurants in Thrissur. Good ambience, quick service and spacious with decent amount of parking. Definite pit stop for pure vegetarians. Lowered my rating because dosa ended up being too roasted and the flour had not set properly. Could have been better. I have visited some 4-5 times. May be it is because of the rush, the place seemed a bit worn down esp rest rooms.

Had very bad experience today. I've ordered Chapathi and Korma. And I got uncooked cold chapathis and curdled Korma. I'm coming here for past 3 days for lunch, I had dosa and Kerala meals those were good. But today I'm sick and need a light meal, so ordered lightly. Maybe because it was less priced. Still not fair.

We recently dined at Madurai vegetarian restaurant, and I must say the food was delish! I couldn't get enough of the flavors. However, I visited on a weekend, and the service was a bit slow due to the crowd. Thankfully, we gave it another shot the next day, and the service was much improved. I'd recommend trying their delicious dishes, just maybe avoid the weekend rush if you're in a hurry. We tried chili gobi dry which was our favorite, gobi Manchurian, Nan, and paneer biryani on the first day. The paneer biryani rice was cooked to perfection but lacked the usual biryani flavors. The next day we had chole bhature and filter coffee which was good.

Great ambience but the food and services are not commensurate with it. Good for family with amble parking space and well laid out interiors. Price is reasonable.

Nice place to have veg food in Thrissur … good ambience… A multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant…. Had dinner there and loved the food…
Sreerag Ramanathan — Google review
Visited this restaurant as part of a trip to Trissur. Really loved the ambience, however they lack at the Madurai food options available. This is less Tamil Nadu restaurant, and felt more of a Hindi guys restaurant. Whatever famous delicacy we ask for, they don't have it. They should probably change the name from Madurai restaurant to Dosa hotel... Prices are expensive and less options, car and bike parking as to be done on the road, getting a parking in the hot weather could be challenging
Jose De — Google review
Regularly, whenever there is a function or on weekends, my first option is always Madurai hotel. I used to come alone or with my friends to a nearby tea kadai every day. Literally, every day. The day before yesterday, I bought Gopi Dry from Madurai, and I said I didn't want a carry bag. There was already a ₹10 parcel charge, and another ₹10 for the carry bag. If I can spend ₹15 daily for tea, this amount should not be a big issue. But here, it's not about money. I told him not to add the carry bag while he was on the phone. He heard me but ignored it before billing, and then told me it's already been billed. That is not the best way to deal with a customer. As I said, it's not about money, it's about how you deal with it. Edited After Response: Don't Blame The Staff alone ...The Authority Should Tell them to ask The Customers before adding The Carry Bag

The place tends to get busy during weekends but the food is worth the wait. The aloo starter portions here are huge and can serve up to 6 people.

They provide authentic vegetarian dishes and we're good in quality and quantity. Tried their Thai fried rice and Schezwan fried rice. The former was good and tasty but the later was average. Their butter Nan and paneer butter masala was very good and succulent. The restaurant was always crowded but easily accessible and better car parking facilities are there. The staff were very hospitable. It's almost budget friendly.

Madurai Vegetarian is a perfect place to enjoy a satisfying meal with family or friends. There is Queue system during rush hours. Update 1 : Visited for Breakfast and it was yummy, gee podi roast was top notch. Uttappam and Masala dosa was also very good, portion size was also good.

Located in the heart of Thrissur, Round The Global Diner is a spacious and casual restaurant with separate sections for Asian, Indian, Mediterranean and cafe cuisine. Offering delicious food at reasonable prices, the restaurant is popular with locals and visitors alike. The well-done classy interiors add to the appeal while good service ensures that you won't run out of tables. There's ample parking available too.
Being a resident of Peringavu and knowing about the ambience and size of the restaurant, planned to celebrate my son’s first birthday here as a dinner party. Special thanks to supportive management and hospitality provided to the standards. Food was served in the best manner with expected taste which was already known from several dine-ins and the restaurant consultant who is my relative. Always recommend this restaurant for a hotel like food experience and small events.

Lotta space, well done classy interiors, good food.. good service. Usually crowded but can accommodate a lot of people so you won't run out of tables there. Vast menu. Reasonable rates and good quantity. Good parking facility.

We dined at this restaurant recently and tried the Schezwan Chicken Mushroom Noodles, and some other fried rice dishes. The interior of the restaurant was quite appealing, and they had good seating arrangements. It was also convenient to find plenty of parking. However, when it came to the food, while the dishes were decent, they didn't deliver the exceptional flavors I was hoping for. In summary, this restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance with ample parking and comfortable seating. It's worth a visit if you're in the area and looking for a convenient dining option, but don't expect exceptionally flavorful dishes.

Revising my earlier rating as the food quality and service is very inconsistent. I had food which was really bad. The soup was cold. The fried rice had no salt or any flavour. Had large pieces of vegetables which were almost raw because they were large. We asked for dishes which were kid friendly, with less spices and then were served dishes with added spices. . Had a troubled late night dinner. Won't recommend

Round is a new restaurant from the copper spoon management located opposite to the Daya hospital. It's a big restaurant with lots of seating options and parking space. Food wasn't much to talk about and service was really slow and bad. The only good thing about this place is the ambience and the space to accommodate large groups.

One of the best restaurants in Thrissur. It’s a fine dine in restaurant . Got wide varieties of dishes. Very good service Got plenty of car parking Good for arranging get togethers. As they got big hall and plenty of tables. Away from the city crowd, still close to town with good wibes.

Visited this restaurant with high expectations based on my wife's last experience, but it turned out to be disastrous. The Arabian food had a pathetic taste, and the fried rice was served without basic sauce and ketchup. Although a brownie with ice cream was given as a complimentary item, it was not up to the mark. Please make improvements in food quality, taste, and services. Otherwise, customers who visit once may never return.

The restaurant's ambience was truly warm and it enhanced the dining experience. Parking is usually a hot-button issue; but here, they have ample parking area for worry-free dining. The food was finger-lickin' good! We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious meal, so satisfying. The professionalism of the staff shone through from the time we walked in. Although the restaurant was highly packed, they were all courteous all the time. We highly recommend this restaurant without a doubt.

Nice ambience and good food. Had Lebanese Chicken Mandi and mutton Mandi . Great taste and half portion enough for 2 persons . Only thing is waiting period which may be irritating some time. If you are around Trissur area don't miss to visit this place .

Nice place with superb ambience and ample parking. Service was just average. Food was good - but, it wasn't something that amazed me! Pad Thai was really good and is still my son's first choice. Toilets were hygienic and that's what ladies look forward to! But, what surprised me is the unavailability of tissue paper in hand wash area! The awesome ambience inside makes this place still one of the very few choices for fine dining in Thrissur!

One of the best fine dine in restaurants in Thrissur, Got wide variety of dishes Asian, Arabic and kerala dishes Plus they have got a tea counter seperately. Plenty of parking space . Good customer service Nice ambience Food is worth as well.

Only good thing about this place is that it has ample parking space and great interiors. Service is bad and food is mediocre. Appam was served cold and curry was served hot . Chappati was dry and uncooked. Coconut pudding looked good - but had only rice and sugar - no flavour of coconut and that too for 120 rs. Chicken curry was mediocre. This is very overrated place

Very wide and neat restaurant in Thrissur with ambient parking space. Ms. Athira was take care my table and she was very good at her work. Delivery takes a bit more time that was a negative what i feels. Otherwise amazing. Recommended for families.

Despite the appealing ambiance, the experience at this establishment was marred by poor food quality and service. Our order, placed at 4:55 pm, arrived at 5:20, with one dish needing correction. Despite notifying the staff, it took until 5:25 for the correct dish to arrive, and our juices never came. Furthermore, we waited an additional amount of time for the bill. Overall, while the ambiance was pleasant, the significant delays and service issues overshadowed the experience.

One of the biggest restaurants in Kerala located around 2km from Thrissur town. We tried non-veg chopsuey, porotta, beef roast, juice and coffee. The taste of foods we tried were average to above average. Rates are on thr higher side. Great ambiance & good service. Even if the restaurant had good seating capacity we had to wait for 10mins to get one on a weekend afternoon. Ample parking space is available.
