The park offers an ideal place for dog walkers to have a good time while marveling at the beautiful surroundings.
That's a very nice place with big car park, easy to access, with a really outstanding views. That should be a place you must visit when you exploring Yorkshire. Humber Estuary are very interesting for spending a good time. Dog walkers are welcome.

Lovely stroll on an icy Sunday morning. Worth the effort to get out and enjoy the fresh air. Clearly marked and easily navigable trails. Lovely atmosphere with morning walkers, dog walkers, and families.

When you get to Hessle, you may well just visit both Humber Bridge and Humber Bridge Country Park. Walk towards Hessle Foreshore and you will see some astonishing views whether it is just under the Humber Bridge or right next to it. Walk along the shore for 1-2 miles you will still clearly see this massive Humber Bridge structure.
Gordon Choi — Google review
A great park which had lovely trails that were very clean and was a brilliant few hours out with the family having a picnic. I think its fantastic the parking is free with lots of spaces.

Well worth a visit. Beautiful day. Good to see the bridge close up and personal and not flying along in the car!
Sam Scott — Google review
I love the bridge and surrounding area, well worth taking a walk over the bridge and back. 1st time we have cycled over and the oathway is wide enough to accommodate 2 way traffic bikes or walkers. Nice woodland walk on the Hull side with some parking, the main carpark is still locked after the covid drop in was removed. Pleasant walk along the humber to hessell with a rest area, toilets at the windmill.

Lovely to be able to drive over Humber bridge then park up and walk across ! And the country park is lovely and relaxing

Soap box Derby viilsit to support daughter (& everyone of course). Good fun. A fabulous chairty event. Needs lots of support & better advertising to encourage everyone to both participate & raise funds on the day. A very good fun event. Never been before. Will definitely go and watch and be involved nx Yr regardless of knowing anyone involved. A good local cause. Well done all of you. X

Very nice park to walk our dog around. Took a while to find our way down to the viewing point that we were looking for but worth a visit

Nice place to spend a few hours walking the bridge and park finish with an ice-cream on the foreshore

Always a good time here, much preferable in warm weather but it's still a great walk and the kids love climbing and exploring. It was really clean and tidy today and thankfully it looks like owners are picking up after their dogs! The park has had a huge refurb since our last visit and it's great for all ages now.

The Chalk Trail is very interesting, the old quarry and Windmill combined with the amazing views of the Humber Bridge. With Free Parking and Loos cannot fault the place.

Lovely day for walks and picnics in the cou try park plenty of parking walked to hunter Bridge and had coffee and cake outside the nearby pub also toilet areas too

It was a nice experience to walk around the park! It’s a scenic beauty to view from and reach Humber bridge walking path!
Rajendra R — Google review
This park is a lovely haven for wildlife. There are different routes and walk options through woodland, grassy clearings, and along the Humber. Some routes are easier and more accessible than others, especially in wet weather when steps can be slippery and paths may be flooded. The park has an interesting history as a chalk quarry. There's loads of parking availability
Victoria Inge — Google review
Stopped for a bite to eat and a drink. There is plenty of space for car and caravan, although the caravan exceeded two parking spaces. On this occasion, it wasn't a problem as the place was very quiet.
Alan Utley — Google review
This place could be so much better with some thought and attention. There is a good clean toilet block by the main car park area, but the toilet block near the children's playground were all out of order. The paths are extremely muddy in places, due to flooding (including the boardwalk area and the under bridge passes). There are quite a lot of dogs off lead, with a number of them with no recall (problematic if you have a dog reactive dog). It could really do with a café to get refreshments, but apart from the Country House Pub (which isn't suitable with a muddy dog), there isn't anywhere.
David Wright — Google review
Lots of flooding but still able to enjoy walking around this beautiful place!

Great for a short walk it's a little waterlogged at the moment a few paths are cut off due to the amount of water!

Great area for dog walkers and families. Lots of picnic benches with stands for disposable BBQs. Woodland walks and open spaces. 2 large ponds but this part can flood after lots of heavy rainfall. Free parking

Beverley Minster

Mentioned on
Parish
Sights & Landmarks
Beverley Minster is an Anglican Church located in a charming town and was built around the tomb of John, Bishop of York who founded a monastery on the site. It is one of three ministers in Yorkshire and has stunning stained glass windows, which create a magical atmosphere during afternoon glow. The church also features twin towers on its west exterior wall that are famous for being used in films as replicas for Westminster Abbey.
A seriously stunning minster in the cutest little town. We stumbled in while the Christmas tree festival was taking place. The volunteers at the door were so inviting and friendly. We were even given an impromptu tour of the church. The stain glass windows are absolutely magical and the afternoon glow is transcendental. The little gift shop has so much to see and purchase.

Lovely visit! I came a few years ago but we were passing through and I really visited another look. Absolutely beautiful and so rich in history. We brought our 7 month old son in his pushchair and were easily able to access all areas.

Beautiful building! I was greeted by a lovely lady who was both enthusiastic and knowledgeable which made the visit all the more interesting. If you visit don't miss the beautiful new gargoyle.
Carole Lofthouse — Google review
I have been to a few Cathedrals recently and some were apaling. Westminster and St Pauls in London are crowded, noisy mausoleums. For some realistic appreciation of what these great buildings come here. I have just made a return visit, it get better every time I call.
Richard Hakes — Google review
My partner and I loved the minster. We talked to one of the volunteers for over 20 minutes, explaining the features and about the different building phases, the woky wall and how it was corrected. You can even do a roof tour.
Richard Baker — Google review
Beverley Mknsrer is wonderful! I go there for quiet time, and to relax. Recently went to pay respect to the Queen, and everyone is so kind and lovely. Perfect for photos, of the architecture 🥰

Visited just as the choir started their practice, they sounded fabulous, brough a few of us to tears. VThe verger was very helpful and informative. Some fabulous leaflets for children to explore and seek out hidden gems.
Terri Helga — Google review
Stunning bit of local architecture, the Minster is incredibly well kept both inside and out. Taking donations for visits alongside a gift shop inside that are used to help with upkeep of the Minster, entry is actually free, so it's definitely worth donating to! Inside, there are great views in both main halls and smaller chapels of some stunning gothic architecture, including some incredibly detailed wood and stone carvings. The lady who welcomed us in was wonderfully friendly, and there was even the option of guided tours. Great facilities inside, including a beverage station taking donations, a gift shop, and toilets. Highly recommend a visit!
Connor Dickinson-Hood — Google review
Quick visit to this minister, one of three in Yorkshire. Took the guided tour of the roof, very interesting along with the stained glass windows. The west exterior wall with twin towers is often used in films to replicate Westminster Abbey.
Ian Hudson — Google review
What an amazing building, both inside and out. There's no admission charge but if you want to take photos: it'll cost £3.00 which, believe me, you will want to do . We didn't know but Beverley Minister is often used in Television and Films as it has the same 2 West Towers at the front of the Minster as Westminster Abbey . This design was also used by Nicholas Hawksmoor ( 1661 -1736) - Surveyor to Sir Christopher Wren ! to replicate these at Westminster Abbey (The Crown is one series that was filmed here).
Geoff Air — Google review
Beautiful, stunning historic building. The volunteer who welcomed us was so knowledgeable too. Would recommend a visit. I understand you can climb to the top on certain days too, which would be amazing
Sheila Noble — Google review
Such amazing history. The roof tour was spectacular. The volunteers have so much knowledge. A must see if going to Beverley.
Sam Jeffrey — Google review
Well worth the ticket price when your guide is Paul. As travellers from overseas, I found the history fascinating and, I imagine, if you were a local, it would seem more so because it would be more personal. Paul not only talked and walked us through the history of the Minster but was knowledgeable about the surrounding areas as well as further afield. There are so many features you wouldn't know about if you didn't have a guide. For those of you who have watched The Crown or Victoria, you will enjoy hearing the connection to the Minster.
Audrey Potter — Google review
Exceptional building. So much history that thise other than locals would be aware of. If you like York & Lincoln you will love Beverley town and minster. The largest parish church in the UK.

Simply stunning. Excellent hosts. Don't forget to check out the Mouseman mice and the graffiti.
Jo G — Google review
I have visited Beverley Minster many times since moving here, usually to attend an event or concert. Today I visited to see the Gaia exhibition. There was a lovely atmosphere in the Minster today as always; there were lots of visitors there for all sorts of reasons but nowhere felt crowded or rushed. The Minster really is a stunning building so today I also took some time to wander around looking at some of my favourites: stained glass and roof and stone bosses. The stonework in the Minster is particularly fine showing remarkable detail for carvings many centuries old. The roof bosses are elegant in design ; the stone bosses are intricate and beautifully carved. If you have any family ties to the area I would highly recommend that you visit the area dedicated to the East Yorkshire Regiment to view the Roll of Honour from the First and Second World War. There are lovely guides to answer your questions together with a gift shop, toilet facilities and plenty of space to sit in quiet contemplation. Well worth a visit! Also, look out for the sign to the Quiet Garden, on your left as you go back up Minster Moorgate. If the gate is open just by the Parish Offices, you are welcome to go in. Keep an eye out for exhibitions, concerts etc :February 2024 Lux Muralis art installation.

Fish & chips restaurant
Papa's Fish & Chips is a classic spot known for its timeless takeaway fish and chips made with locally and sustainably sourced ingredients. They are also praised for their understanding of dietary needs, as they clearly identify gluten-free options on the menu. Customers rave about the light and tasty batter on the haddock, along with the excellent customer service provided by friendly staff members like Libby, Suzy, and Danielle.
Lovely meal and good value for money with plenty of choices on menu. Was full after main course but still managed dessert which was amazing. Brownie and ice-cream, jam sponge and custard and donuts with ice-cream were all delicious. Great friendly service too.
Jo Markley — Google review
The food was amazing! The fish is not too oily and the place is cozy! I wasn't able to finish my portion of large fish n chips so they gave us boxes to put our leftovers. Front desk is lovely and service is fab.

I won’t trust anyone else with my precious treat days! Chips were amazing fish is fresh and delicious, Gluten Free is always safe and yum, lost one mark because (not her fault) there was only one lady working the restaurant so we snuck out to the takeaway and sat on the benches which ended up cheaper and nicer anyway! See you next time i decide to ruin myself 🥰

Great fast service and they even fry specially in vegetable oil rather than beef dripping if preferred. Polite staff and popular. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs to the high seating area..but will be back

Nice venue, Friendly staff, Fish was smaller than expected even though I ordered a large however, the batter was thin and crispy. The tartare sauce tasted more like mayonnaise, the curry sauce was nice and spicy. Overall would recommend!
Manoj Maisuria — Google review
First time visiting, but we will always make a detour when in the area. Everywhere was nice and clean, and the service from Annie was bang on. The fish, chips, and mushy peas were faultless and a good size for medium ( Haddock). Also, it was nice for my partner to have a small Haddock as so many places don't seem to do it.
Jon Edlin — Google review
The fact they clearly identify GF on the menu is always a huge winner for me.....they understand Coeliac's and allergens and I trust them. I ordered a medium haddock and chips with mushy peas. The batter is so light and tasty, fish was beautifully cooked and I enjoyed every mouthful. Our server today was one very happy Libby, she never stopped smiling and was very professional, an absolute delight.... Great customer service. I haven't been here since between lockdowns and it's so reasonably priced, my meal was £8.99 plus drinks. My mum opted for the Senior Special £8.99 and that includes a pudding too. See you all next time!
Samantha Guest — Google review
The best fish & chips in the UK! Excellent service by Suzy and Danielle and their efforts to make guests happy were exceptional. They even made a lifelong dream possible by frying up some mars bars as a delicious dessert although they are not on the menu anymore. Absolut must go to Restaurant for locals and tourists! Thanks to Suzy and Danielle and we will definitely return.

Far more than a Fish and Chips shop, Papa's is an incredibly classy establishment with wonderful staff and a wider menu than their name suggests. Though the Fish & Chips is indeed the star attraction, many delicious options abound. Highly recommend stopping in for anyone even remotely nearby.

Not used this place for a very long time but be certainly using it more often its so well organised even for a takeaway. We opted for the £5:99 combo & its so good value for the 2 of us, the chips where perfect & was a lovely piece of fish. We got fish & chips with a pattie & a decent size pot of mushy peas. The girl who was serving was very helpful & polite.

The food as ever was excellent, the large haddock And Chips with curry sauce was perfect, my wife braved the 2 battered Mars bars with ice cream for dessert but advises sharing it with another, far too much of a sugar rush for just one person.....

Yesterday I went with my daughter to have fish and chips at Papas which was recommended strongly by a friend. We had a wonderful time in a wonderful place served by wonderful people and we tasted a very wonderful food. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed reading the history of fish and chips in UK. We were so impressed with the very kind reception and service of two marvelous ladies, Annie and Susie. In spite in was late evening, but they were very cheerful, energetic and patient in helping us to choose our order. I was watching them working and was very impressed that even at the end of a long working day they kept their sincere kindness with a real smile. Thank you very much Annie and Susie. Definitely we'll come back soon and express our experience to our friends.

First time visit and took my mother and family on one of the busiest days of the year...what can go wrong!?! The resounding answer is nothing, it was perfect😁 A fantastic table with a window which felt like a private booth, the menu wasn't altered so all the traditional favourites at normal prices - what a refreshing change. The service was excellent, the food fantastic We had small fish and chips (plenty for us) and Mussels and chips, the portion of Mussels was huge, fantastic value and really tasty I couldn't fault it at all and will definitely be back soon

Professional Review Firstly the staff are really nice and the atmosphere is really tranquil and pleasant. In terms of cost starters are roughly £12 which is abit steep. Drinks Cocktails are really good!,Cokes were flat unfortunately Starters. For starters I got the King Prawns. The dish was presented really well and was nice unfortunately the peppers were to over powering and left a little bit of an after taste. 7.5/10 Mains I had the Margarita Pizza for my main and it was divine, cooked to perfection, base sauce was really good tasted loverly and the cheese also very nice and the fries I got were hot and seasoned well. 8.9/10 Kids Mains My nephew Harrison had the Chicken and bacon pasta. 5/10 on this occasion very bland and hardly any chicken with the dish. The chips came cold and was also very bland and absent of seasoning. Subsequently The honey glazed duck came cold and was not glazed and the parsnips were too hard and undercooked. 3/10 Plus one side reviews Please see other photos of other mains.

Usually the food is good here but on the last 2 occasions, it has been extremely poor. The food has been served barely warm and the vegetables almost raw. The waitresses work their socks off so fault lies in the kitchen. So poor, will not be visiting again. Such a shame, you could always rely on this venue.

Best thing about Lucia is that our two dogs are always welcome and treated like superstars! The interior is divine. The food is amazing. And the staff are the best. So friendly and helpful, what a superb team! Being Vegan the menu is fine and the chef has always been accommodating, so any little tweaks or changes to a dish to suit my diet has never been a problem. Highly, emphatically, recommend.

Pre booked party of 14. The service was good. The food even better. Absolutely divine we had mains and starters and sampled the cocktails. All of it was fantastic. I highly recommend the Paradise in yorkshire cocktail. The only reason this isnt a full 5 stars is because things kept getting forgotten sides and drinks that were ordered never came unless we reminded the staff. And the space itself where we sat was very cramped, but not much can be done about that. Definitely recommend a visit, we will certainly be going back!
beth fisher — Google review
Service was amazing, didn’t get the waitresses name but she was young and blonde. Very polite and friendy, food and drinks came out fast. However, we ordered truffle croquettes, they were still frozen in the middle therefore had to eat around the icey centre. The calamari was good but not worth just over 10 pounds as we dont think this was cooked properly either and drowned in a overpowering seasoning. I do not recommend the seafood pasta - watery and too acidic. Carbonara was quite nice, but again, not worth the price.

Bed & breakfast
The Pipe and Glass is an esteemed British eatery housed in a 15th-century inn that offers high-quality cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients. The establishment effortlessly transitions between being a local pub and a Michelin-starred restaurant, blending rustic charm with refined elegance. Situated near St Marys church, the inn boasts picturesque architecture with its white-washed walls and red-pantiled roof.
I had a meal at the Pipe and Glass. The service here was impeccable, and you certainly felt well attended to with a group of wonderfully polite staff. My order was taken by someone who was clearly very knowledgeable about the menu, and with such a cheery and positive demeanour it made the experience that much better - and this was before the meal had even arrived. The food itself was impeccably good. The beef I had was promised as medium rare (though I was given the option to deviate from this should I have wished), and it arrived in precisely that condition. It was cooked to perfection. The vegetables with the beef could not have been cooked better. Every element of the dish clearly had a lot of thought and care put into it. The place was busy and yet you never felt like the place was drowning in custom. Everything arrived in good time and in good condition, and I can see why everyone was there (whether having a romantic meal or a celebratory dinner). It is overall a great place to eat and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Such a special treat to have dinner, bed and breakfast in this beautiful pub. The food was delicious, great for vegetarians, and the wine was really reasonably priced, so often not the case in a Michelin starred restaurant. The service was excellent: efficient and with true Yorkshire warmth. We will definitely be back.

Wide range of lunchtime treats, beautifully prepared and tasting delicious. Excellent service and paying a 20 pound reservation fee ages ago made the meal excellent value. Only gripe was the toilets with loose, sliding seats and only a trickle of cold water for hand washing. Wheelchair accessible and a very large car park. Lovely drive on a sunny day.

My husband treated me to a night here for my 60th and it was a complete joy from start to finish. We have eaten here before but never stayed. May is a beautiful month and nature at its best. We stayed in Thyme which was perfect in every way. Lots of lovely touches. The meal was as one might expect absolutely fabulous and my husband was delighted to see he wasn't bring ripped off on wine prices. The ambience was lovely and staff attentive but discreet. Thank you .

We ate here for Father's day and sat outside on the rear garden terrace. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The staff here are brilliant and the food was lovely. We had four separate starters and mains and each course looked and tasted lovely with fresh ingredients they use from their own garden. It's a Michelin star restaurant but it still has that country pub feel which I love, as there were cyclists and people with dogs also eating and drinking in the pub area and at the front of the pub. Would recommend.

A big disappointment. Starter was excellent but the fish pie l had as a main course could have been bought from Iceland (not the country). My wife's steak for £36 was tough and the sweet l had, 3 small scoops of ice cream and some cinder chocolate, was pleasant enough but £10? The staff were friendly but that was the only good thing about the place. A Michelin star, do me a favour

Gino D'Acampo My Restaurant Hull is located in Kingswood, offering a modern and inviting Italian dining experience. The restaurant has successfully combined traditional Italian cuisine with a popular appeal. Visitors have praised the friendly and attentive staff, perfect food and drink, warm atmosphere, reasonable prices, cleanliness, and good music at a comfortable volume. Guests have also highlighted the delicious food cooked to perfection and outstanding service from the staff.
Daniella was our waitress for the evening, she was friendly and attentive and really made our evening! The food and drink was just perfect, the atmosphere was warm and cozy, this was our first visit to one of Gino’s restaurants and it certainly won’t be the last. The prices were quite reasonable, the whole place was spotlessly clean, the staff were all friendly, good music was playing at a reasonable volume, enough to drown out the kitchen noise but not too loud that you couldn’t talk normally. We’ll be back :)

We had a great family catch-up today - a lovely menu with choices for three generations! Eaten here once before when visiting from Kent and it wasn't disappointing. Great family friendly service from Davide and the team.

Visited on the 16/10/21with my Dad and Pat whilst on holiday in Hull. Had a fabulous evening, food was incredibly tasty and the service we received from James was outstanding. Will absolutely be going back, and soon, to try more delights from the extensive and reasonably priced menu.

Pub
The Camerton pub offers a delightful and unparalleled Sunday dinner experience that is unmatched in the vicinity. The dining area exudes a charming and inviting atmosphere, especially during winter when the cozy fireplace is lit. While the Mac and cheese from their set menu lacked flavor, the burgers and fries are enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting for their Sunday dinner, where you can relish crispy roast potatoes and deliciously rich gravy. Additionally, they serve generous portions of quality meat cuts.
Outstanding- Quality starters, the king prawn thermadore is great. The mix grill is awesome, as were the two large steaks that were ordered at our table. The lasagne was defo homemade too… To finish we had a few deserts to share and they were equally as good! 1st glass service even though we went on a busy bank holiday! Can’t wait to get back and try the Sunday roasts..

The Camerton pub was a bit of a surprise, not what I was expecting. From the outside, it looks like a modern, built chain pub. I've driven past it dozens of times and never been tempted to call in. However, after seeing lots of very good reviews (thank you, Google Maps), I decided to call in for a drink and was glad I did. That will teach me not to judge a book by its cover. The pub is nicely laid out, and the dining area is separate from the bar and quite cosy. There is also a separate traditional bar with a pool table and a private function room. There is a good selection of beers, larger and cider, including a cask conditioned hand pulled real ale. The food is not the usual pub chain food but freshly prepared homemade food. Although I did not eat, the meals coming out of the kitchen looked very nice indeed. I will definitely be back to try the food. The staff were very welcoming. There is a nice outdoor play area for children, live entertainment and dog friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I haven't had a meal yet.

We love this pub. The food was very tasty, mostly home made and the prices are very fair for what you get. The atmosphere is inviting, and light. The decor is clean, new but classic British pub. It’s light in there, not a dark dingy place, but light, friendly and inviting. Well worth a visit.

Our first visit and definitely won't be our last. I had chicken Kiev with chips (it does come with salad but I asked for it without) my husband had the 16oz rump cooked to perfection, he ordered medium and it was perfect for pudding chocolate and salted caramel fudge cake with ice cream, he said it was the best ever Stunning interior, very cheery staff, attentive and helpful Would definitely recommend

First time visiting for the Sunday carvery. The selection was nice to choose from and I definitely left feeling satisfied. My only small gripe was unfortunately the gravy wasn’t warm so when poring over my food it quickly became luke warm. Home made apple pie which was lovely, a little bit long to wait but can be forgiven as we were informed it’s made to order. I would return in the future. All the staff we spoke too were really friendly and made it an enjoyable experience!

Excellent. Not eaten here in a while due to covid etc. So glad we went back. The food was beautiful, all four meals at the table were well presented and all cooked perfectly. The front of house staff were very attentive with no complaints, lovely polite service. Will definitely be returning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks for a lovely meal.

The Sunday dinner is wonderful and unmatched by anything else in the area. Lovely homely feeling dinner area and in the winter they have the fireplace on, and it becomes very cozy. From their set menu I've had the Mac and cheese which was a bit bland, but the burgers and fries are good. Would recommend popping in for the Sunday dinner as the roast potato's are crispy and the gravy is lush. Decent heaping of good meat cuts served as well

Awesome, wonderful, superb... One of (or possibly) the best, friendliest pubs there is. The food is great I have tried most of the menu this year and not had a less than perfect meal every time, the menu is always changing so I'm sure I won't get bored. The staff smile and are genuine with it, the atmosphere is lovely. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely restaurant and staff but food less than satisfactory. Two of us had the shepherds pie and to say it was well cooked - almost burnt. Portion size was small compared to other restaurants charging similar prices. We were the first order and only approximately 6 tables in use so poor quality food could not be blamed of rush of orders. Yes, should we have returned the meal but not an easy thing to do. Will not be recommending.

Delicious food, well presented and the best customer service from all your staff members but your front of house lady goes above and beyond A*** to her she’s friendly and makes you feel welcome, daughter enjoyed having her birthday meal here. Will definitely be back for other special events and for whenever I’m feeling like a gyros. Will highly recommend to friends and family

If you haven’t been in a while (like us) try again. A varied menu to suit all tastes, nice to see some modern creative dishes & inventive specials on the board (always an indicator the chefs care about what comes out!) The staff, chef and Managers have time to chat and show genuine warmth. Our visit this eve was no different. We were grateful for the honest explanation why we may have to wait a little longer for our meals… a last minute half staff situation in the kitchen inevitably resulted in a longer wait but the quality of food was unaffected. So far we can recommend almost everything 😂 but top marks have to go to the Burger Burrito (spicy!) Belly Pork Surf ‘n Turf (great portion size) and the genius dish Sesame honey/bourbon chicken, oh and extra home made battered onion rings (always fresh, deffo not frozen!) Family friendly so expect kids, high chairs, parents and grandparents also enjoying themselves!

Great atmosphere, great selection of drinks. Food is really good. I had the curry a few nights ago and can't stop thinking about it, it was absolutely delicious. Had a great night in there with my family. Can't wait to go back!!!

Worst carvery we have had.We went as a family of 7 adults & 1 child. We had to wait for childs meal cooking before we could get carvery ,fair enough but when it came the sausages didnt look very well cooked for the length of time we waited also the chips were very dry.Hence my grandaughter had cucumber strips.1 sausage & a basic orange lolly.£6.95. The carvery meat the turkey had grizzly bits and some people had beef that was hard to cut.the roasties were like the chips very dry.not a great variety of vegetables and who has ever heard of creamy cabbage ? Someone in the party said it was disgusting. There was no sprouts, turnip, green beans, cabbage. The salt & peppers must have never been cleaned ever they were filthy. When the waitress came she said was everything alright you could tell it was not by the amount of leftover food.I said no but she done nothing about it. All of the party dont live in the area and it was recommended and that person felt awful. Look at the state of the salt This visit cost us nearly £120 and my family ended up having to go to shops to make another meal for some. It’s obvious to me when you leave a good review the reply, hence no reply for my review.
