Nature & Parks
Parks
Clifton Heritage National Park preserves the heritage of the area and its important historical figures, including Africans, Lucayans, and Loyalists. The park has hiking trails and plenty of other activities like fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating, camping and bird watching. It's only a few miles from Nassau so it's an easy day trip.
The whole experience is simply amazing! We arrived early to Clifton National Park and bought the package for Snorkling. They teach you how to use the equipment, and once you’re on the water, they are always aware of where you are and that you don’t get far from the group. They will show you the three most famous statues and also you will be able to feed fish! We were about to leave when people from the park told us about this beautiful beach called Johnston Beach! They will take for a short ride in a van(7min) and they will pick you up before they close (4pm). We told them to pick us up at 3:30pm. We arrived to this paradise beach, clear water and white sand. No vendors and they will lend you chairs at no cost. There is a little bar when you can order coconuts and some chips. I strongly recommend you to bring food. This place is amazing!

I visited her while spending the week in Nassau and I definitely recommend a visit. When arriving there was plenty of parking. We were greeted by several staff guiding us to the gift shop where you can buy gifts, trinkets and get your day pass. Admission fees were reasonable at f $16 per person or $22 for a guided tour. We opted to walk ourselves as we wanted to explore at our own pace so we did that. We adventured around the park checking out the old slave village. We walked to the road (be careful of potholes) to the different beaches and I have to say they were quite nice. Conch shells everywhere. They host various activities like snorkeling, beautiful beaches, and trails. Overall we had a great time. I would recommend visiting while you're here.

Beautiful beaches, history & food. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Especially Octavia who made us feel very welcome and went out of her way so we had a great day. Highly recommend the visit. Phone ahead if you want to snorkel as the waves can be quite choppy and so they have to cancel the snorkelling but great otherwise.

What a beautiful place to visit a must see! We were on a cruise 8 family members and we had different time than the normal to be picked up and dropped back to our cruise port and the entire staff from beginning to end made it happen! Everyone made me feel extra special I was celebrating my birthday my family was happy and enjoyed the whole experience as well of from the staff, the park, Snorkel and Heritage tour ....we needed more time to make it to beach areas so I for sure will visit again with more time but was so worth it to visit here! 100% Staff this made all the difference on our experience and A MUST VISIT!

We paid the $27 each for snorkeling with our own gear. It was worth the money to support a national park. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Jason, Edmund, and the 2 young men manning the snorkeling beach (I'm sorry that I don't remember their names, as they were so good at remembering ours. But, I was so excited to snorkel and got distracted). We saw so many fish! It was amazing! We were a little apprehensive because the water was not as calm as we were used to. However, once in the water, we didn't even notice. The swells actually made it easier for us to get around, so we didn't have to swim as much. We also wore life jackets since the water was rough. (Note that the water on the south side was much calmer than the water on the north side during our week on the island.) We walked around the property and enjoyed the fun signs and atmosphere. Flipper Beach was quiet and beautiful. There were tons of dried coral and seashells to admire on the beach, as well as tide pools of live creatures. If we had one more day on the island, we would go back to take the history tour on the property. Unfortunately, we didn't find out about this location until our last day. If in the area at sunset, check out Jaws Beach just down the road. It's in a cove, so the water is super calm, and the sunset is gorgeous!

My husband and I visited the park yesterday and it was a very interesting adventure. We learned a lot about the Bahamian history! Also, our tour guide was very helpful and friendly. Our driver was fantastic as well. And we enjoyed having lunch at the beautiful beach.
I S — Google review
This place was full of history and our tour guide did a great job talking about the past and present island life. It was easy to envision the challenges with living conditions, details about slavery and the cultural traditions while our guide walked us through the area. Finishing the tour at the Sacred Space really wrapped up the tour with an emotional understanding of how unjust living life as a slave in a foreign land was like. I would recommend using a tour guide when visiting the ruins, there is so much information you will miss without one.

I did. the snorkel tour and the crew was very nice. You have to swim from the beach to the sculptures and see a lot of fish and I loved the ocean atlas statue.

Clifton Heritage was both educational, and a lot of fun! We learned a lot about Bahamian history, went snorkeling, and spent some great time on the beach. They picked us up and dropped us off and even provided lunch. Very much worth the price. Everyone from the person we swam with, to the driver, and the tour person who taught us all about the history were excellent. I highly recommend this!

Beautiful views of the bright blue perfectly clear water and we loved the snorkeling tour! Dominic and Jason did a fantastic job guiding the snorkeling tour. All of the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful which made the highlight of our vacation Clifton Heritage National Park.

We booked an all inclusive tour and were picked up by Edmond who kindly took care of us all day and gave us great insights into Nassau sights and culture. Vernita was our lovely guide for the heritage tour, which gave us an appreciation for Bahamian history across the last 500 years. We had lunch at a idyllic private beach and snorkeled at the beautiful underwater sculptures. I even saw a spotted eagle ray! ( Shoutout to Stefano for brunch my guide). We had a great time at Clifton heritage park and would highly recommend a visit to learn more about Bahamian history.

Went for the Clifton National Park Heritage tour yesterday and really enjoyed our whole experience! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and excited for to answer all of our questions! The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that we were not able to explore in the banana hole due to the fact that their access ladder had been broken in the past and they haven't been able to replace it yet although I was told they have plans to get a new one soon!
Devon Markle — Google review
We did the snorkeling and heritage tour combo with lunch! The lunch is made by a female chef and traditional Bahamian flavor! It was amazing. Both our guides were fantastic and we had so much fun with them and exploring the grounds for about 6 hours! Highly recommend!

The best day ever! We were on a cruise and decided to purchase the beach day pass at Clifton after a lot of researching excursions and things to do in Nassau. This was the best decision of our trip! After getting off the cruise ship in Nassau, Clifton had a guide meet us across from the port and waited about 10 minutes for a taxi. They drove us to Clifton, which was approximately 40 minutes from the port. Upon arriving, you check in with staff and meet the guide that will check on you throughout the day. He drove us to our spot on the beach for the day, as we purchased the beach day package. There is a pavilion with benches and a table, beach chairs and your own space on the beach. It was literally perfect, and you feel as if you have the beach to yourself. They space guests out, so you have privacy and nearly can't see any other people at the beach. Our guide brought us lunch, drinks and checked on us one other time throughout the day. He picked us up when it was time to leave and the taxi took us back to the cruise ship terminal, about 40 minutes. It was a nice ride back as you get to see Nassau by car. I can't recommend Clifton enough! Staff are incredible and if you're looking for a private beach day...this is it! We didn't do the snorkeling as we had children and I wasn't confident they could swim far enough for the snorkeling. There are shells everywhere on the beach and our guide encouraged us to find the perfect ones to take home with us! The packages are completely worth the cost and the people at Clifton are so friendly. I hope to go back again someday.

Amazing experience. The driver Edmund and the tour guide Octavia were great. Would recommend to anyone.
Samuel Kennedy — Google review
HIGHLY recommend the guided snorkelling tour! (about $45 each). We saw so many fish and even if you don’t dive, you have a great view of the statutes, plans, coral reef and fish from the surface m. Some things to know: - There is free parking if you rented a car - You’ll need to walk 5-10 minutes down a small gravel path to the snorkelling hut (easy walk) - Lockers are available that are looked after by staff so we left our valuables in our bags there - Change rooms and a shower is available as well - Wind was 16km to 18km per hour and water was VERY calm (I went out at 18 weeks pregnant and it was a leisurely snorkel) - You will swim from shore but it’s not far at all (about 100m out). The fins really just allow you to glide through the water effortlessly so you just need to be able to swim - Bring your GoPro, you’ll want to capture all of the amazing views - You can walk around the rest of the park after (check out Flipper Beach and the heritage sites)

Art Galleries
The National Art Gallery of the Bahamas is a beautiful, elegant museum showcasing Bahamian art and history. It's housed in the restored 1860s-era Villa Doyle, and features works by both Bahamian and ex-pat artists. The main focus is on Bahamian artists, but there are pieces by international stars as well. The collection's changing exhibits provide a fascinating snapshot of Bahamian art over time.
Now fully open with an interesting exhibit by local artist Kendra Group in lots of mediums. Beautiful building and gardens and an ampitheatre. A lovely change of pace.
Justine Clare Moran — Google review
Only the exterior grounds were open when we visited. The art walk is nice. Be aware that it is a well maintained and marked trail but pretty rugged. Wheelchairs and stroller would not work out well. There are lovely sculptures along trails. There is also a lot of trees and local Flora and fauna to view. It does seem to be a work in progress still. If doing a walking tour this should be included.
April Williams — Google review
A must see when in Nassau. Very interesting art from local artists. In addition to the art indoors there is a nice outdoor section. The staff are very friendly.
alfahad91 — Google review
It's a small place and, when we visited, only half open. We were given free entry. Some of the pieces on show were interesting. It also has an 'art garden'. Nice ambience and worth a visit.
Chris (Just Roamin') — Google review
I recommend this place. The price of admission is reasonable, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the artwork is beautifully done, and allows you to see work by local artists that show the connection between Bahamian culture and nature and the objects they used to create the work. The outdoor native plants garden could use better signage so we can know exactly what we are looking at.

Beautiful place. The structure 10/10, neatness 10/10, art exhibition 10/10. Price is good 10$/per

Excellent museum and collection of Bahamian art in a lovely and grand old house. The wrap-around veranda is especially nice. Good gift shop and friendly staff. Worth a walk up the hill from the port scene.
Michelle DeFayette — Google review
Really beautiful. Well air conditioned lol. Family spent about 45 minutes here, checking out all the rooms, and the outdoor Art Park. Worth the short, uphill walk if you have any artists in the family.

The National Art Gallery is opened again. And has presented wonderfully, the art of Tampa based Bahamian artist, Kendra Frorup "The Whimsical Collector". All the gallery spaces display her wonderful work spanning a couple decades. You will enjoy this meditative and indeed whimsical collection. There is sure to be several pieces that enchant you. Highly recommend a visit. Parking on the grounds, inside the gates was available. And there's even an EV Charging Station parking spot. The entrance was free - not sure if that was for locals. Gallery staff were welcoming and pleasant. The Art Park and garden spaces were open for strolling and wandering. P.S. Based on observation, I believe EVERY Bahamian Art Gallery venue has a Junkanoo art piece at their entrances. 😀

Pirates of Nassau

History Museums
The Pirates of Nassau Museum is a popular tourist destination in Nassau, Bahamas that provides visitors with an immersive experience into the history and culture of pirates during the Golden Age of Piracy. The museum features a replica pirate ship, exhibits on the history of piracy, and educational materials for children.
A wonderful attraction for both adults and children. The set is very well made and it’s fascinating to learn about the history of Piracy in Nassau. Entrance is currently limited due to Covid so there is a short wait time at the entrance as they allow people to pass through socially distanced, and tickets are priced at $13.20. Per adult. It’s takes roughly 30 minutes to complete the attraction.
Diane Horsman — Google review
The Nassau stop is definitely a fun experience for kids or anyone with a passion for pirates. However, I found the price a bit steep considering it's essentially a collection of diorama scenes depicting pirate life. While there are informative labels throughout the exhibit, there are few actual artifacts or specimens. In some parts of the museum, the displays appeared dusty, and there were no staff members present except for those manning the admission counter. We spent approximately 45 minutes exploring the museum.
Kevin Lam — Google review
If you have an interest in pirates in the early 1700s, this is a fun, quick stop. This is not your typical museum. While there are a few historically relevant pieces on display, this museum primarily uses vignettes of what things would have looked like, coupled with placards explaining what you are viewing. The museum does a great job using ambiance lighting to put the viewer "in the moment." The information is somewhat superficial if you have studied the subject, but it is perfect for those who are looking with "new eyes." I especially like the true/false questions. It took about an hour to go through the whole museum. Pros: air-conditioned, clean presentation, long enough to be worth the money, but not so long as to bore the kids. Cons: perhaps too short. Perhaps not enough information. For you, it may be a great hour or so of escape!
Ted Conn — Google review
Had a really fun time! Not sure if it was completely worth $15 per person, but it was fun! The exhibits are old and need some TLC, but overall it was an interesting experience and we learned a lot! If you don't have any plans in port, I recommend it!
Alyssa Allen — Google review
What a great museum we came across while touring Nassau. Very informative and fun. Take your time and read each sign. Enjoy the realistic pirate ship and wax figures!
Travis Timmerman — Google review
Really fun museum about the history of pirates, with lots of great facts I didn't know before. Stede Bonnet even has his own plaque! Well worth the visit.
Wren Handman — Google review
Very informative and entertaining. We all enjoyed it ages 10-41. The employees were very nice and welcoming. Took about an hour to get through, lots of plaques to read and areas to check out. Definitely worth the visit if you want to enjoy something other than beaches and shopping.
Angelica Hitchcock — Google review
We have a pirate obsessed daughter. So when we saw Pirates of Nassau was open Christmas Eve we knew we wanted to stop and check it out before hitting the beach. Sam, the proprietor, is amazing. She is super friendly and knowledgeable about pirates. The museum tour is self guided with lots of info. It’s super clean and has very detailed scene’s depicting the life of a pirate. We highly recommend visiting (especially if it’s a pirates life for ya).
Andrew Hjorth — Google review
This museum was the perfect stop for our boys. Very reasonably priced. It’s fairly small, so you can easily see it all and get right back to the sun.
Cathy A. — Google review
One of the best activities in Nassau, I learned so much about pirates. It took us about 40mins to walk through the hall place. Definitely a must see if you are remotely interested in pirates.
Suzette Carter — Google review
It was cute and kitch and a great representative "snap shot" of the real pirate past. After growing up in Niagara with Louis Toussad's museums, I was let down with the small size. Great place to take the kids for an hour.
Jim Lough — Google review
I liked it. Charming little space that gives the vibe of a walking tour of the Disney world “pirates of the Caribbean” ride. There isn’t a LOT of info and does not contain any historical artifacts but I liked walking through the scenery nonetheless and price per person wasn’t bad.
Ardent COO — Google review
An actual pirate ship is nestled inside this amazing museum, along with many displays and artifacts! You truly immerse yourself in the world of the "gentleman o' fortune" as you take in the life-size mannequins, all in period-correct attire. The attention to detail in every display is incredible! This museum is just a short walk from the cruise ship docks, and definitely worth the trip!
Edmund Iverson — Google review
It was a nice museum. The kids were a bit young (7, 6 & 4) to read and enjoy as much as my husband and I did but they liked the displays. My son saw a pirate boat on the water when we were walking downtown one day so I think that is what sparked his interest, but there was no pirate boat ride with this museum - it's just a walk thru museum.
Alexandria Johnson (Ali from Iola) — Google review
Any easy way to spend an hour in Nassau. Really interesting history and some cool artifacts sprinkled throughout the tour. There was no wait. It also was really inexpensive. Definitely worth the time.
Nathan Saam — Google review
Our first stop when in the island, as everyone ran off the the beaches and bars we had the museum to our selves. We were greeted at the entrance and walked into the year 1710, to A Well structured Museum (that can maybe pass for a haunted pirate tour in the fall). Was nicely put together, had great information on Pirates of the past and detail visuals. We walked away learning a thing or two about the actual Pirates of the Caribbean! At the end of our walk we were at the museum shop where a nice gentleman was there to see ya off. It's a nice lil'spot to visit especially if you like museums and history
MonaLisa Teekasingh — Google review
Great museum, depicting Pirates in the Caribbean. Good displays. Spuvenir shop. Restrooms. Entry prices are good. Easy walk from cruise terminal.
Tim & Kate — Google review
It is a nice Museum with a fair value for money (for bahamas pricing at least). Cool to see, some good facts and quizzes inside. Tiny little Shop and restrooms available. Well worth it. Also visit the smugglers Restaurant. The cold caramel macchiato was our absolute Favoriten. Also not as overpriced as many other places.

Grand Bahama is a serene island with beautiful, sparkling beaches and friendly locals. Gold Rock Beach, situated within Lucayan National Park and approximately 25 miles from Freeport, boasts crystal clear waters and gorgeous sands. The island offers a relaxed lifestyle with plenty of beach parks to explore, as well as opportunities for dolphin swims and bird watching. Despite having recently been impacted by hurricane damage, the island remains a stunning destination for anyone seeking natural beauty and tranquility reminiscent of a simpler time.
Wonderful people, maybe a bit costly. Hotels with services are available. Although COVID restrictions have caused some trouble, but overall wonderful place to visit.

I loved going to Grand Bahama so much I bought a condo there and spend as much time as my work/life allows. The people are so friendly and nice and the weather is like Miami without all the people. There is no language barrier, no money to exchange, and I feel much safer here than in any city in the US. Rental cars are cheap and it is easy to get around with plenty of grocery options.

🏝️🌊☀️ Exploring the Grand Bahamas: A Tale of Turquoise Waters and Cautionary Tales ☀️🌊🏝️ If you're seeking the most mesmerizing turquoise waters, look no further than the Grand Bahamas. This tropical paradise boasts stunning vistas and lush landscapes that rival postcards. However, amidst the beauty, there are a few things to be wary of. As you wander through the vibrant streets, you'll encounter numerous vendors eager to sell you their wares. But here's the catch: not all of these items are authentic local treasures. Many are imported goods, primarily from China, masquerading as authentic souvenirs. So, exercise caution and scrutinize the merchandise closely, especially those Rastafarian Bob Marley shirts—they may have a "Made in China" label hidden within. Despite the occasional lack of authenticity, the resilience of the Bahamian people shines through. Despite enduring numerous hurricanes, their spirit remains vibrant, and the island remains a lush tropical haven. For an unforgettable experience, venture off the beaten tourist path, but proceed with caution. Some areas can be hazardous, so it's essential to stay vigilant. Opt instead for sightseeing, snorkeling, or embarking on a boat ride to explore the pristine waters of the Gulf or the Bahamas. Keep in mind that proximity to ports can affect prices. Services like hair braiding may be more expensive nearer to the ports, so plan accordingly to avoid overspending. In essence, the Grand Bahamas offers a wealth of natural beauty and adventure, but it's wise to approach with both wonder and caution. 🌴🚤🐠 Additionally, if you're in the Fort Lauderdale area, hopping over to the Bahamas for a day trip is a breeze! You can catch a ferry for typically less than $100 per person, making it a much more budget-friendly option compared to a cruise ship. 🛳️💸 Flying into the Bahamas is incredibly convenient from almost anywhere in the United States, so whether you prefer the scenic route by ferry or the speed of air travel, getting to the Bahamas from Fort Lauderdale is a piece of cake. ✈️🇧🇸 It's a fantastic way to experience the beauty of the Bahamas without breaking the bank or spending too much time in transit. So pack your bags, and get ready for an unforgettable island adventure! 🌴🌺🌊

If you're looking for a romantic dinner spot in Nassau, Café Matisse is definitely worth checking out! It has an elegant atmosphere with gorgeous artwork by Henri Matisse on the walls, making it the perfect place to spend a special evening. The menu offers seasonal Italian dishes filled with fresh seafood and meat, as well as homemade pasta and sauces. The courtyard is also a great place to relax after your meal.
5/5 service: Attentive staff who were so friendly. The owner actually came around to talk to everyone which was such a nice gesture. 5/5 food: The steak and lobster linguine were delicious and so filling. The prosciutto with melon was different but the right balance. The mango cheesecake was so fresh and delicious. Presentation and quality was on point. We walked in at 6pm on a Tuesday with no reservations and they had a spot.

This place is amazing. We wanted to go to some local place while our ship was in port and we were absolutely thrilled we picked Cafe Matisse. The food was awesome and the service was top notch. The pictures I added are of the duck and the chicken my kids had, but I had the mixed seafood plate and I crushed it before I could take a picture. Go here when in Nassau and you will not be disappointed!!!

I was treated like a QUEEN here on my bday. I made last minute plans to eat here and they were able to accommodate me. I met so many amazing people in the Bahamas and I was there a month ago so I’m starting to forget names. However, the manager and all the staff was phenomenal. They had so many unique options. I had OXTAIL lasagna. It was amazing. I would recommend anyone to come here for fine dining that doesn’t completely empty your wallet. I cant wait to visit the Bahamas again!

Although the seating outside held a lovely ambiance, unfortunately the customer service was lacking. We did not have a dedicated server and as a result they failed to communicate with each other. Wait time to receive food was extremely long and the manager continued to provide excuses rather than take action. When we finally received our order it was incorrect. The seafood was rubbery and the ribeye was over cooked. Every dish was unappetizing. This was even more disappointing since we were there to celebrate a birthday and we decided to leave after the mains due to the lack of service and underwhelming meal. I would not recommend a trip here.

Graycliff Restaurant is a renowned eatery with an impressive wine cellar. With 275,000 bottles from 20 different countries, the cellar is a feast for connoisseurs and sommeliers. The lounge features cocktails and live music, while the garden patio attracts drinkers with wine so complex it practically counts as a meal.
I came here for New Year’s Eve dinner so it was a treat. It was a hefty dinner price tag, but well worth it. The atmosphere was very cute and quaint. The foie gras, duck, and wagyu were all very delicious and excellent. I also can’t get over their home baked bread with cranberries which was to die for. We ended with the grand marnier soufflé which was more alcoholic than I would’ve liked but still good. I recommend for a special occasion. Ask to see the wine cellar which used to be a prison. Amazing collection of wines! We got a bottle of Pinot noir which was fantastic.

The restaurant has amazing attentive service. I would come just for the service. However, I had three conch chowder, duck and asparagus. Everything needed salt badly. Outside if that, excellent selections of wine and amazing service.

Quintessential Bahamian restaurant with a historic location dating to the 1700s. The service is friendly and top notch. The sole meunière is one of the best anywhere. But where the Graycliff stands out even more is it’s 285,000 bottle cellar. With wines for all tastes and preferences. And did I mention they also make awesome cigars?! AAA+

Sadly, the dining experience we were expecting, been left disappointed and insulted. We visited today with our 2 children and friends for a reunion dinner. My children behaved well and we were well dressed too and in good spirits. A member of staff asked my friend, when escorting my daughter the toilet outside if we were all from the "Traveller family"?! I'm really beyond the realms of how you take that without it being an insult?! Despite being polite and friendly, it felt clear that the staff didn’t like us. The meal was pretty marred from that point, but then a bill of £2500 for a very average dinner was ridiculous. I’ve read other reviews now where diners say their bill was charged at more than I should be. I felt they were taking further opportunities to inflate the bill. I've never had this anywhere else. Honestly, feeling very embarrassed to write but but feel it needs to be shared in case anyone else takes these unwarranted comments to heart like I have tonight. The plus sides are the wine cellar, it’s very impressive and the gentleman that showed it to us was lovely. So too was the Caesar salad and fettuccine with cream. However , sadly, the only tip I have is, go somewhere else.

We really loved the ambience of Greycliff. The food was also good, especially the lobster bisque. But there were a few detractors that they need to work on. Before we even opened the menu, for example, our server asked if we wanted to try the house cocktail and we agreed. At the end of the night when the bill came, we saw that these cocktails were $36 EACH. That's way, way too much for a cocktail, especially a cocktail of the caliber served at Greycliff. The service also was lacking for a place of this price point. We waited about 25 minutes after asking for the check, for example, and then I wound up just going to find our server and hovering next to him until he got the bill. When you're paying nearly $400 for two cocktails, a glass of wine, two mains, an app and a desert, the service should really be close to impeccable. Overall, a lovely place but not worth the steep price.

We were on a cruise, and I booked directly with Greycliff for their famous afternoon tea. You pay in advance for the tea and gratuity. Google says it was a 13 minute walk from the cruise pier, but it was really about 30 minutes total since we we had to walk about 3 cruise ship lengths on the pier to exit. I had printed a map before we left home, since we would not have have cell phone service. It felt like a safe walk from the ship to Greycliff. There was a man in the triangular crosswalk selling a few snacks in his stand, and he gave us pointers on where to cross safely. We arrived an hour early. Derrick, the host greeted us warmly and graciously invited us to take a walk in the garden or sit in the sitting room area while we waited until the kitchen opened and then he would be glad to seat us early. We walked down the stairs to the garden, past the moss covered statues, to the pretty mosaic pool. There was a fish pond with koi and turtles, and I sat on a padded chair to watch the tall bamboo sway in the breeze. 30 minutes before our 12:30 pm reservation, we checked back, and Derrick gave us a lovely table with a view of the Governor's house. This mansion dating back to 1726 retains its charming, historic elegance where royalty and celebrities have dined and stayed. Major, our waiter, was warm, friendly, and made us feel like "beautiful people" and well taken care of. He happily indulged my picture taking and enthusiastically took several pictures for us. The Caribbean tea he recommended was a lovely complement to the sandwiches and desserts without being too fruity or sweet. Definitely come hungry, it was a huge tea with whole sandwiches cut into four slices: egg salad with a spike of onion, smoked salmon with onion and capers on a bagel, cheese, and cucumber sandwiches. There was chocolate cake, coconut cake, two types of cookies, a scone, and Greycliff chocolates. Major took excellent care of us keeping our tea cups filled with a smile. We had a lovely experience! Thank you! The bathroom is located down steps off the porch. It would be a challenge for those with mobility constraints. Over 30 years before, I had come to Greycliff for a lunch on my college graduation trip. I had wanted to dine at a 5 star restaurant and where celebrities ate (Winston Churchill, Roger Moore, Brooke Shields). I remembered the attentive service and elegant environment. It was my first time in such a fancy restaurant. It was a very special experience to return again and see the gardens and pool this time. A little further past Greycliff is their chocolate shop as well as a place to get cold chocolate drinks. I had a sample of the chilled white chocolate, and it was so delicious. There is also a wine making/tasting place along the block, and you can mix your own wine through a Greycliff class.

A charming restaurant inside of Gray cliff historical hotel. Food and service are superior. The best duck dish we have ever had. The grilled grass fed wagyu beef is so tender and flavorful. The conch soup is a little salty to our taste but this is probably the way this dish is prepared ( taste more like a stew than soup). Overall, we highly recommend this place if you want to spend a luxurious dinner in Bahamas to remember.

Absolutely amazing and delicious. I had a busy day and didn’t get to shower and change clothes beforehand - I showed up VERY underdressed and they still gave me the same care, attention and hospitality I would expect a celebrity guest to receive. Shoutout Enrico for the shot of limoncello while I enjoyed my cigar in the lounge. The next time I’m in Nassau I will make this a daily stop, even if just for a drink and cigar in the lounge. 10/10 PS TOUR THE WINE CELLAR! Absolutely mind blowing.

Came here for the wine luncheon and loved it. We got a tour of the amazing wine cellar and one of their incredible sommeliers personalized the wine pairings when I told them how much I loved a certain region. They also took detailed note of my important dietary restrictions and made a meal that was totally perfect for my needs. What an incredible experience overall for me and my partner. Highly recommend.

Visited this fine restaurant in October with some colleagues and clients. Awesome service. Fantastic food and drink. The owner, who is originally from Italy, Enrico, sat there with his staff while they rolled some cigars- simple like that. After dinner, he chatted with our group and we were offered a tour of his wine cellar- well that was just different. It is home to some of the world's oldest and rarest vintages. The oldest bottle of wine in the world resides right there, a 1727 Rudeshemier Apostelwein, from the RHEINGAU region, made by the Monks. Now that is amazing!! On top of that, The Graycliff boasts the 3rd/4th largest wine collection in the world at 275,000 bottles, from 20 countries and over 5,000 wineries.

Words could not explain the outstanding experience we had at this restaurant tonight. The service was top-notch! We were treated like movie stars. Front the moment we walked in the front door until the moment we left. The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was amazing, and to end the night perfectly; we were offered a private showing from one of the 3rd oldest private wine collections in the world. Not to mention we got to see the oldest bottle of wine in the world. You cannot go to the Bahamas without going to the Graycliff restaurant!! Thank you for making our trip so special!

Very shady practices conducted here and you will be scammed so double-check your bill for increased prices compared to the menu…also watch out that still water here costs 12 dollars and it is not listed on the menu at all!! Starting with the positives: the atmosphere is very sophisticated at the Graycliff’s which is the reason why I chose it. The food was very good, although not creative at all! Service was incredibly slow and you can notice them prioritizing larger parties, probably for the larger gratuity included automatically on the bill. Watch out for your bill as items prices are more than those on the menu (I attached a photo proof) this was rectified after i pointed it out but a very shady practice. Also it is ridiculous that still water is the same price as the dessert at 12 dollars! Despite the slow service and the scam they had the guts to add 18% automatic gratuity!

Absolutely amazing authentic colonial era building ambiance with modern culinary with local inspired flair experience. The wine cellar is second to none. Antoine, our server was fantastic, and I have to say, Karen, the manager who I've known the years of visiting, is exceptional!! Highly recommend this very unique experience to all who have time here in Nassau!

Seafood restaurant
Dune is a seafood restaurant run by acclaimed international chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The restaurant is located atop a white sand beach in the Bahamas and offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Signature dishes at Dune include Raw Sushi, Succulent Duck and Lamb, and Fascinating Entrees that incorporate a French-Asian Fusion with elements of incredible Bahamian Flavors. The cuisine at Dune is unique, expensive (a $25 burger anyone?), and delicious.
We went to Dune to enjoy a cocktail and the beautiful view and we ended up staying for a few hours. First of all the ground are magnificent, gardens are impeccably manicured and maintained. Elegant decor and stunning artwork in the public buildings, unfortunately I was not staying on site I can imagine how beautiful the rooms must be. Dune was very enjoyable, they have a nice sized dining room overlooking the ocean with a covered terrace. The bar is also overlooking the ocean with 180 degree views of the ocean and pool area. The cocktails are somewhat pricy, but worth it given the quality. The cucumber martini was superb, as was the espresso martini and you cannot miss out on the opportunity of enjoying a Vesper 🍸 We ended up ordering a few items off the bar menu since we extended our stay and they also did not disappoint. The fried calamari were perfectly breaded and cooked. The truffle pizza had a beautiful crush, ample flavors but not overpowering and starter bread was moist and spongy. All in all a great experience for afternoon cocktails and I am certain dining must be just as good. Enjoy !

Opened with Calamari, and the watermelon 🍉 and feta cheese. It didn't last long enough for me to get a picture of it. For the mains, we ordered the lamb and grouper and the entire time we were made to feel like royalty. But honestly it was neck and neck between which was better, the food or service.

A Night to Remember at Dune, Four Seasons Nassau Our dining experience at Dune was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the stunning atmosphere of both the property and the restaurant itself. Conveniently, there is free parking available, unless you opt for the luxury of valet service. The service exceeded our high expectations, with our waiter, affectionately known as "John the Man," being a highlight of our evening. His attentiveness and recommendations, especially the wine pairing for our entrees, significantly enhanced our exquisite dinner. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, showcasing the culinary excellence Dune is known for. The architecture and interior design added to the allure, creating the perfect backdrop for our meal. Even the lobby of the hotel captivated us with its beautiful artwork. Though our visit was at night, limiting our view of the property, the illuminated swimming pool and the soothing sound of waves in the background painted a picture of tranquility and luxury. The property is as gorgeous as one could imagine. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Dune at the Four Seasons Nassau. It's a destination that promises not just a meal, but an unforgettable experience.

Amazing restaurant! Came here and celebrated my graduation achievement from university. The hostess, server , general manager and everyone that works here is so accommodating. I don’t drink liquor and the server had the bartender to mix me a non alcoholic martini. Here in the United States, it’s hard to get bartenders to do that most times for me. The food was sooooo good , the ambiance is quite relaxing and enjoying, the view is spectacular and everything else is exquisite. The prices are expensive but it is a 4-5 star restaurant so shouldn’t expect prices being inexpensive. Will be back here again Gods willing.

Wonderful food with such a friendly staff. The shrimp salad was one of the best dishes my husband and I have ever had, and they allowed us to split it. Even the Lemon thyme soda (for us non-drinkers) was exceptional. Grouper was pretty delicious and my husband very much liked the Bahamian lobster. His passion fruit whiskey drink was also delicious. Only thing to remember: beware other less-friendly diners. We had a couple next to us that couldn’t stop calling the server over to complain endlessly. I guess a place as nice as this attracts a few Karen’s now and again. We walked here from a nearby hotel, and didn’t stay at the Four Seasons. Reservations were no problem, but we did have to convince the gate guard we actually belonged there, haha. But not a far walk from Atlantis area. This was probably the most money we will spend on one meal all year; but it was well worth the expense and definitely not an unreasonable amount given the service and quality of food.

On the beautiful, tranquil, classy and very scenic location of the Four Seasons hotel. Overall, very good service and delicious Caribbean lobster. I, personally had the Snapper - not pictured and although it had a very delicious broth and mushrooms, the menu was not very descriptive of how the snapper was cooked and diff. than what was expected. But overall, very good and beautiful sunset.

Dune restaurant in the Bahamas provides a lovely breakfast experience with a beautiful ambiance, delicious food options, and excellent service. It's worth considering for a leisurely breakfast while enjoying the stunning views of the ocean.

This place is stunning! The views from the bar and the restaurant are truly beautiful and worth the money spent. Cocktails were quality and delicious, appetizers promising, now the part that was very disappointing was the food: we ordered lamb chop entree and pumpkin crusted salmon and were very disappointed: lamb was very dry and came out well done instead of medium rare as was ordered, salmon was on a drier end and very very salty. The manager had asked about our experience with food and given the negative feedback from our end, he did make sure that our desert choices were complementary: hence 4 stars for the service. Food was 3 stars tops, but the service and atmosphere made up for it this time. We will likely not be returning for food but definitely will make our way back on our next trip for a good cocktail with a beautiful view at the bar !

Brunch was great - they have a wonderful selection of eggs, steaks, lobsters, salads, rice, fish, dessert, etc, and they put a seafood tray on your table. Would absolutely come back. It’s all buffet - no menu service. Unlimited mimosas as well. See photos for a better idea, I couldn’t find much online about the brunch.

This was a place that was on my wish list. I have seen Casino Royale so many times and wanted a Bond like experience. The experience vs. the expectation and price is a wide disparity. The people are extremely friendly. The service is not worthy of the price. The fact that they include gratuity is a disgrace. Rarely would I leave a ZERO tip, but I would in this case. The service was so poor I considered calling Visa and disputing the charge. The food is tasty and worthy of fine dining. But, you will get better service at Chic Fil A and spend a lot less. If you want to spend a lot of money and get your meal brought to you - peice meal with empty glasses, this is the place for you.

My friends and I ate here on the last night of our vacation. It was amazing. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, there was a live singer. Absolutely beautiful. We had drinks at the Martini bar first, they was everything we were looking for. The fried calamari was fantastic, they really enjoyed their grouper, and my tenderloin was amazing. The mashed potatoes didn't disappoint either!

Dune is right on the beach side on the same level as Ocean Club inside Four Seasons. We can look down at the beach and look out to the ocean. Can't complain at all for the view. We were seated indoors because of the heat (105F), otherwise the outdoor view is going to be even more amazing. For the food, we had lunch and we looked at the menu before so we know it's going to be mostly pizza and burgers with appetizers. The shrimp salad and tuna tata are amazing, especially the tuna tata. We can taste the freshness of the tuna, one of the best we've tasted. Truffle pizza is a must try, lobster pizza is also great with fresh and tasty lobster chunks, we simply like the truffle pizza better and the lobster pizza got compared down 😅 but it's great on its own. We also ordered the grouper and salmon, both are pan-seared fillets. Both fish are really fresh, however the grouper is too salty by quite a bit. The saltiness didn't overpower the taste of the fillet but come very close. Salmon is a bit too dry, and we prefer it to be more moist. The pineapple rum cocktails is amazing! They use the rum from John Watling, and we went there for their pina colada as well. The rum is very smooth without any burning sensation of the throat but retaining the smoky taste. If you want a refreshing cocktail, this is highly recommended!

An absolutely amazing experience. The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all unmatched. I've been there at least four or five times and it gets better each time I go. The restaurant was beautiful and the atmosphere perfect. The food and cocktails/mocktails were excellent and our waiter Douglas was fantastic. The staff also sang me the best and highest energy "Happy Birthday" I have ever heard! I laughed so much I cried a bit. 10/10 recommend a visit. Try the ginger margarita with salt.

Great experience. The service provided was top notch, very attended to. Fancy restaurant, not my typical crowd, but was there for a birthday dinner. It embodied all things fancy from menu, to service, to facility. Food: the appetizer bread is AH-MAZE-ING. I couldve just eatened that all evening. It was light, fluffy and just the perfect amount of buttery and salty goodness on the crust. For dinner we shared a sampler plate the contained 5 shareable-sized apps from different cuisines. All were OK, nothing that wow'd me, but all eere delicious nonetheless. I had the coconut curry soup (can't remember exact name), and that was tasty 4/5 stars. It was a hint salty, all else delicious. Capped the evening off with chocolate brownie, extremely decadent and chocolaty goodness and the tropical ice cream super rich and bright! Birthday singing from staff was also impressive. No complaints other than I wish we went fairly earlier to enjoy a bit more of the outdoor surroundings as we attended in the late evening after sunset.

TL;DR: mediocre upscale food in idyllic settings We went to Dune for dinner yesterday, and while the experience was great, none of the food ended up meeting expectations. We ordered a 2016 Pommard Premier Cru that worked great with most of the dishes. We started with the crispy salmon sushi, that were barely crispy, but with great salmon. The dish needed something else though, we added a squeeze of lemon juice, and it brightened it for the better. We then got the lobster pizza. Decent dough, good lobster, but very one dimensional flavor wise. It comes with lemons, but the juice can't hold to the topping and just runs off when trying to eat. We then got the snapper and grouper mains. The grouper's crust was great, but the fish ended up being dry, either overcooked or needing some wetter component. The snapper's crust was just overpoweringly black pepper-ish, crushing any other flavor in the dish (and the Pinot). We finished with the Sunday and Banana cake. The cake was undercooked and doughy. The salted caramel ice cream on top of the brûlée-d bananas made it a tad too sweet. Wait staff was great, attentive, friendly. But in the end, we felt that the restaurant couldn't deliver on its food promises (and price tag).

I was super excited to eat here because of all the good reviews. The wings were good and so was the service. However, the grilled seafood platter was not grilled. It was boiled and served in a soup bowl with broth. Also, the portions of seafood in the bowl were extremely small. The couple next to us got the fried and it looked so much better with larger portions. I was extremely disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. Been eyeing coming to Exuma for awhile and this place was on my radar and did not disappoint. Khriston the chef was phenomenal and kind, he came out and talked to us for awhile and was so sweet. The food just as good. His sister was our server and was just as amazing. The jerk pork stir fry, Thai curry shrimp, lobster poppers and chicken wings are all delicious. Highly recommend this place. Just spent 12 days in Exuma, and I think I can definitively say that Tropic Breeze had the best food we had on the island(s). Was the only restaurant we decided to hit up twice while we were there. Love the fried/tempura seafood platter, lobster, jerk chicken stir-fry, etc.. Even got a few songs serenaded to us by Chef Chris himself! When you're done eating, you can check out their own little private beach right down the back steps. Amazing scenery, great food, what's not to love??

Fun & Games
Baha Mar is a luxurious resort hotel that features more than 100,000 square feet of gaming space, as well as several restaurants and lounges. It also has a spa and 18-hole golf course.
Not sure what I can say that hasn't been said before. Beautiful, clean, safe resort with plenty for adults (casino), and kids (water park that never had any real lines) to do. As mentioned before, if you plan on dining at the nicer restaurants on site, you best get reservations weeks ahead. My wife, 2 kids, and I did not dine at any of the finer restaurants, unless the Sugar Factory would be considered one, mainly had burgers, tacos, pizza, and such during our stay. Went to the "Fish Fry" row of restaurants 1 night, Twisted Lime (a cab ride away) another, and Johnny Canoe (an easy walk) another. With a handful of drinks a day, a couple of the lower end but, still tasty, food stand type meals a day. We had an incidental bill of about $3,000 for the 7 day stay, for the 4 of us. One COULD bring that down if you took a trip to a market for things like sodas and water, and snack but, just something to keep in mind. I was fine with the bill as I felt the place to be worth it but, don't get caught off guard. Also, not friendly slot machines so, if you're going to gamble, I'd recommend the table games. I had a decent hit on the roulette table the last night so, that was good. =-)

A fantastic place to relax and unwind! Beautiful location and room. Plenty of offerings when it comes to restaurants and bars. Nothing is inexpensive however. Be ready for $300 meals for 2 people. Skip the "water service" and save about 18.00 during meals. Casino is huge! When busy, tables start at 25.00 a hand. Bet max on slots and they tend to pay out frequently. Staff was very impressive!! Always friendly, always helpful and they always engage with you even when walking by. Beach was beautiful and if you don't like the sea, go relax by a bunch of different pools! Interaction with the animals was also a fun activity while at the resort.

The hotel was really cool and super fancy. Very clean and somewhat friendly staff. Only problem we had was that EVERYTHING OUTDOORS CLOSES AT 6PM. This may be standard practice however, it was still light out and the outdoor bars and pools were closing. The food and restaurants were really good albeit pricey (this is to be expected though). Basically, If you're not a big gambler this might not be the place for you as everything closes at 6pm. Leaving you to only be able to drink at the bars and casino, which are inside. Absolutely gorgeous beach and view, there were many people selling their wears however, they were very respectful if you told them you weren't interested. I recommend buying Items from the beach merchants, they were very nice and gave you deals too! It is definitely best to support local when you can! Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay and we were really only disappointed by the lack of hours for outside activities. The water park was awesome too with short wait times and plenty of slides, 8/10 stay.

We have stayed here twice in the past year and can not say enough about what a great place this is. All the restaurants offer great food, the pools are amazing, rooms are clean and well maintained. More American cuisine needed. The prices of literally everything there may scare you. Plenty to do. Wouldn't stay no longer than maybe 4 days. Activities run out. Nowhere really to go in town. Poverty everywhere. Better off staying on the resort. Staff is great. Will definitely go back.....for a shorter stay. 11 days was literally too long for one spot. 4 days max.

We stayed here for 7 nights the week of Thanksgiving. It's a beautiful resort with great amenities like multiple pools and well-manicured green spaces, a gorgeous beach with picturesque teal water, and modern well-equipped spacious residences. Plus access to a brand-new well-designed water park connected right to the resort. All of this is very 5-star in terms of the experience meeting expectations. Where it falls short is in terms of dining. Billed as premiere fine-dining, the restaurants we tried all fell far short with lackluster dishes over and over. You're paying $100+/person each time and so with Michelin-star prices you expect more but the food while well presented and plated, was amateurish in flavor no matter where we went. Think mediocre Cheesecake Factory quality or a bit short of it; pretty bad. You're better off at the poolside grills and food trucks, though most shut down before dark / late afternoon. And there is nowhere else you can go without taking an expensive taxi ride. Accomodations - 5 stars Beach - 5 stars Grounds - 5 stars Water Park - 5 stars Dining - 1 star

My wife and I enjoyed a 3 night get away to Baha Mar in early November 2023. The property is beautiful. Our king, ocean view room with Juliet balcony was large, comfortable, and very nice. The pools were amazing, and the H2O pool bar did a great job with the cocktails! The beach was wonderful, though the water was much cooler than expected. We certainly plan to return to Baha Mar! Tough maybe earlier in the summer!

Way. Too. Expensive. Over the top expensive. Service is slow to non existent. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Only gems we're Madeline's and the Regatta. This place makes Disney World look reasonable. January 19, 2024 Update: Still waiting for the $40.00 mini bar charge they billed us for (after our departure). We never touched the mini, never mind ate or drank anything from it). Three different representatives from the hotel said it would be reimbursed "immediately." Two months later, still waiting. Now they don't even return my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT!

Positive: facilities are very clean. Pools are well kept with multiple options depending on your mood - adult only vs. family friendly. The water park next door is lots of fun for adults and kids. Kids under 5 eat for free at hotel restaurants. Negatives: The food isn’t good. It isn’t bad, but it is exceptionally bland and cheaply made. They charge a lot for the food, both the regular food and the higher end food. Chicken fingers $22. Lobster $275. I understand I’m on vacation and things are more expensive, but at that price point the food should at least taste good. We were charged twice for multiple meals on our final hotel bill. This seems to be a common problem as the same thing happened to our friends that we were traveling with. Overall it was a fun vacation, but we won’t be coming back.

Overall a great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful more often than not. Resort is clean and they are actively keeping it that way. Definitely need to plan on spending a lot of money on food, as it's not cheap at the restaurants within. That said, all of the food I had was exceptional.

I recently visited the beaches at Baha Mar and was extremely disappointed with the level of crowding and the constant bother from vendors. The beaches were so packed that it was difficult to find a seat and enjoy the scenery. The vendors were also very pushy and would not take no for an answer. This made the overall experience quite unpleasant. I would not recommend visiting these beaches during peak season or if you're looking for a relaxing beach experience. While there we dined at Carne restaurant at Baha Mar, and while the steak I had was cooked to perfection, the prices were exorbitant. All of the steaks on the menu were north of $80, making it an awfully expensive meal. The portions were also small for the unreasonable prices. While the steak was good, the prices were too steep for my taste. I would not recommend dining here unless you're willing to pay a premium for your meal. Although the staff were courteous, the rooms were extremely small and the prices were outrageous. The casino was nice, but it was not enough to make up for the poor value of the rooms. I would not return to this hotel due to the high prices alone.

The place is great, but I went in a group friends and 5 out of 6 of us had multiple charges on our room at the end of the trip for things we didn't do/buy. This happened to me two years in a row now, so if you go be careful to double check your final bill.

We booked for a short Family stay over the 4th of July weekend. The overall atmosphere is exciting and fun; plentiful activities; but, good luck trying to book a dinner reservation at ANY of their restaurants at a decent hour. The water park closes too early at 6pm as does most of the eateries around the resort. Then you’re left with the daunting task of trying to find a place to have dinner. All the restaurants that were not closed for the evening was booked up for dinner reservation. When we finally snagged a place for dinner, the menu prices were ridiculous and the service was not up to par. My roasted chicken dinner was very overcooked and dry. The surf & turf item was $450. The dinner reservation problem can probably be resolved if the water park and the other eateries stayed open later than 6pm. If you plan on visiting for the first time, make sure you book your dinner reservations the same time you book your trip for the stay. Needless to say, my first visit and first night to Baha Mar was not a good experience. But the time I spent with my family was worth the trip.

Really enjoyed this stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Plenty to enjoy from pools casino beach and water park and then some! Restaurants on site with amazing food and drinks but pricey. Flamingos on sight are amazing as well as Koi Fish and other aquatic life. Beat gym I’ve experienced at resort! On site spa and nail salon which my family members enjoyed greatly! A little pricey yet an amazing stay!

Beyond 5 star. People were amazing, food was impeccable, suite was so comfortable and clean loved the layout. Butler service was great friendly and prompt. Steps from the beach was amazing we spent 95% of our trip on the property and the other 5% was an excursion booked through the hotel. Water park had so many options, food everywhere throughout all amazing. Drinks impeccable and the pools were innovative and fun. Loved the flamingos and sanctuary just an overall amazing place to visit.

Gorgeous Hotel! The check in process was poor and noone to take our suitcases all the way up to the 15th floor . Long walk to elevator with 5 cases and two persons . The gym is better than expected. Restaurants on property were always fully booked so if you're planning to stay there, book in advanced. Swim pigs is great for lunch and and the french cafe for breakfast . Minus the poor front desk service , yes! I'd stay there again. The environment is amazing and the entertainment as well.

Great hotel. Very nice staff. Plenty of activities for the kids on top of the water park. Huge property. You will always have a good spot on one of the pools or the beach front. Plenty of restaurants and shops to keep you satisfied and busy Carna steakhouse was my favorite The art classes for the kids was the best

I recently visited this resort in the Bahamas and it was absolutely worth every penny! While it's not all-inclusive, the experience was top-notch. The food was impeccable, cocktails were expertly crafted and delicious, and the beach was like something out of a dream. The luxury of the resort and the beauty of the grounds exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can't think of a single negative thing to say. It was truly unforgettable. We will definitely be returning!

It was an exceptional experience. We enjoyed the gracious hospitality of the Bahamian people for our board meetings. The food was excellent and venue beautifully decorated with local artwork. It was a world class venue that we hope to work with again in the future. Great job!

Never, ever again will we be staying at this hotel. Just got back three days ago and I am furious that our family spent so much money at this sub par resort. Food and drink prices are outrageous, 80 percent of the staff we encountered were rude, dismissive, passive aggressive and down right lazy. Most did not want to work. My kids and I went to Marcus at 2:15pn for lunch and the woman at the counter told us it was “closed” because she didn’t want to seat us. Staff huddles around talking to each other while you wait 10-15 minutes to get your orders or drinks. Food takes 45 minutes or more on average to get to the table. And be prepared to spend 400 dollars a meal for a family of 4. Rooms are not clean. House keeping drags their feet and makes you feel as though they are doing you a favor to be cleaning your room. One of the ladies left used towels, cleaning supplies, dirty rags on multiple occasions. It was just so disgusting. And to add insult to injury I accidentally left two pairs of designer shoes in my room. I filed a complaint with lost and found and each time I call I get the same story. Nothing has been tuned in from house keeping, let me call them and call you back in 10 minutes and then there is no call. I seriously doubt I will get my shoes back and I’ve made peace with that. Just a terrible, dirty, overpriced hotel. Stay as far far away. Spend your money elsewhere. This place is just not worth it.

Stay at your own risk!!! Be aware of all room charges and review before check out. I recently stayed 3 nights. Had many room charges that were not mine. Went to front desk and sorted out my charges from fraudulent charges. They corrected invoice while in front of them. I have been home from trip and received my credit card statement only to find over $900 of charges on a card that I had already checked out with. Now it has become my problem to sort out with credit company. I have tried to call 5 separate numbers only to be told call the accounting department direct. Of course the prompts on phone do not allow that. I will tell everyone I know not to use this hotel. Buyer beware!!!!
