Amazing day out for the whole family you must take in the shows these are very information educational and fun. All the animals seem to enjoy the attention as much as we enjoyed watching them. For a small zoo the animals have lots of room and seem very well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food was great to. You can choose from a sit down meal that we did or take away style. Please do cover up sunscreen and take a hat as it was very hot and some areas there is little shade. Approx 15'000 steps to see everything. And bring swimming trunks for a dunk in the swimming pools with kids water slides at the end.

Such an amazing zoo/experience. The enclosures are fantastic and huge. Excellent value for money and the shows are fantastic. Make sure to visit early in the day so that you don’t miss any of the shows as they are only on twice a day.

Super nice activity for everyone, the animals are well kept and they seem healthy. It is absolutely worth the price, especially for the dolphins show and sea lion exhibition. The thing I appreciated most was that both during the show and in the park there were always reminders about how we should be more responsible for the environment. I absolutely suggest it!

Went on a Monday in May with two kids 4 and under 2. Both had a lovely time and so did the adults. Worth a visit even without kids. There is a bit of walking but attractions are around every corner so both kids visited all animals fully on foot. The food in the restaurant by the pool was good too and very reasonably priced. Typical pool side bar menu with pizzas, sandwiches and chips with burgers etc.

Booked the bus through the hotel, which was due at 9.45. However, through the first bus not showing up and the second being full, we get there late (11.30). We booked the 'Dolphin Experience' for all 4 of us (€150 each), which turned out to be waiting in turns in a group of about 20, to get 3 pictures with a dolphin. So really should be called "3 pictures and a rub of a dolphin". Once that was finished, we had time to grab a bite to eat and see the 3 other experiences (Birds of Prey, Sea Lions and Parrots) which left no time for the kids to get use out of the water park. The shows are good and the staff do great work keeping the animals. The food was quick and the salads were actually really good (burgers and pizza were also on offer). If you have children, the water park would be great fun for them. Getting a picture taken with the dolphin separately would be much better value for money than the 'experience'. If I had the time again, I would go but made sure I got there earlier, saved ~£600 and not done the 'experience' (which I have to print out the pictures myself when they are emailed to me) and made better use of the water park. Rancho Texas was only a couple min drive from our hotel and it’s a lovely little place. We spent most of the day looking at the animals. Including the afternoon dolphin interaction. This costs €150 each plus your park tickets. Lasted about 45 mins got lots of amazing photos. We then spent afternoon at the water slides. They were good and my 6 years liked the big slides and the big pool was a salt water which was different. We then went back later in the week and done the ranch night which was lots of fun shouting yeah ha every time we wanted a drink. All drink and food was included and worth the 50 euros a person. Great business and should be proud of everything you deliver

We arrived around 10.30 and bought tickets on site, hardly any wait. Animals seemed well looked after and the park was clean and spacious. We armrest in the restaurant which seemed to be the same price and menu as the take away next door. Reasonably priced! We saw the animals and the shows first and then went to the water park about 3.30. Theres only a few slides- slide, ring slide, slide with bowl. Good fun. The park closed at 5.30 but slides closed at 5pm, although we stayed in the pools until 5.15. Locker keys can be obtained from the small shop by the lockers. 8 euros for a key and 5 euros returned when key is handed back. The shop shut at 5pm too. Plenty of parking. Shaded areas throughout the park but the dolphin and eagle shows were in the sun.

Amazing day out for...anyone, really! The zoo itself is really easy to navigate, and the animal enclosures are very spacious and clean. They seem well cared for and the staff seem to love their job too. Definitely bring sun cream and maybe a hat as there is little shade. The zoo offers different animal shows (sea lions, dolphins, parrots, and birds of prey). I can't comment on the parrot show as we didn't see it, but the sea lions and dolphins were very fun and enjoyable, and the birds of prey show was a personal highlight of the day for me! They have a restaurant too but I can't comment on that either as we didn't eat there - from what I've read though, you can choose to either sit in and eat or take away/fast food option. One last thing I'd like to add is that I took a lot of photos on the day, over 500 😂🙈 so enjoy some of them if you will 📷😁 not all of them of course, I'll narrow it down for you 😉

At first I thought 30€ is a lot for the ticket but at the end of the day I realized it's totally worth it. It's definitely a full day visit ! You take a walk around the zoo, definitely visit all of the animal shows they offer, the dolphins and sea lions were exceptionally good. And once you're done with that, grab some food at the restaurant (reasonable prices) and go to the pool. I found it pretty funny that a "zoo" has a water park but it was fun. You can get a key to the lockers at the souvenir shop for 2€, there is plenty of chair where you can lay down.. so don't forget your swimwear and have a lovely day!

I visited Park with my family in June. I booked on the webside with free bus from hotel, bus should be at 9.30 but it didn't come after 10 and then we had to wait around 15 min at the entrance of the park.We had nice day out, it wasn't too crowded during a week. It was few shows during a day, dolphins, parrots, sea lions and and birds of prey. All very good but I recommend to have suncream and hat as there is no shadow anywhere you seat and watch except parrots show. There was a restaurant on the side, typical fast foods but tasty. Park isn't that big, you can see all animals in short time but also have mini water park with two slides, splash park and pool with sun lounges. They are lockers up there if u need to use them.

It is lovely park. Plenty of things to do. Many species of animals to see. So many trees and plants make experience even much better. We loved dolphins' show. They were adorable. There are other shows in a park. Just check a time when it starts (times are on a map you get).The Aqua park area is a good bonus. Just to chill and have fun after walking all around the park. The only problem is that there are not enough lockers to keep your stuff (plenty of space to put extra lockers). So we had to cary our belongings with us in the Aqua Park area (good idea to secure locker right away you get to the park). Otherwise, those two slides were fun. Good assortment of fast food and prices are reasonable. Park has its own buses to bring people to the park (that service is free). Overall, it was fun and we had a lovely time there. Thank you!

We recently came here on our family holiday to Lanzarote and booked a trip here through our hotel with Jet2. We got picked up and brought back Ont he coach and what a great day it was! Our 5 and 6 year old absolved it! The zoo animals, the parrot, seal and dolphin shows were all incredible! We then spent the rest of the day at the water park making the most of the kids area and water slides, then had lunch at one of the restaurants there. Fully enjoyable day and would highly recommend to anyone to go!

A great day out! We all enjoyed all the animal shows - they are very well thought out and perfectly executed. The water park section is also brilliant - we've spent hours on the slides. As an added extra, the restaurant has *very* reasonable prices and their waiters have impeccable English! Lots of shady areas in the park so you hide away from the sun if it's getting a bit too hot.

We went at the end of November, was nice and quiet so easily could see everything! Absolutely beautiful park and worth a visit! We paid extra to swim with the SeaLions and would recommend it to anybody going there, it was well worth and more for the money you pay

Great experience, would definitely recommend for a day out. You get to go around an amazing zoo with animals that are really well looked after and cared for, get the opportunity to watch the shows and even then you can relax pool side and finish the day in the sun.

Highly recommend the sea lion experience! So much better than expected, loads of different types of interactions and you are given so many lovely photos digitally. They provide you with wet suits, shoes, lockers, changing rooms and a hot shower. €116pp A memory we will never forget. We went 10th March and weather was 25c ☀️ The rest of the zoo is beautiful the only disappointment was we had a photo with the a dolphin but we were only able to buy printed not digital (which for us would get lost in a draw), which is a shame as we would of happily paid €15 each if digital but they said No.

We all absolutely loved this place. So much to see and do here 🙂 There were 4 shows, the only one we didn't see was the parrots (due to timings and finding our way round). The shows were amazing and going to the dolphin show, there was information over how the island was formed. There were so many different and beautiful animals here. The water park area was nicely set out and my kids loved the slides. The only issue with the water park is that when we used the water slides, we passed our rings to the next people to use, but when we waited for our turn, no-one handed any rings over so waited around 10 minutes before someone shared the rings for us to take the kids back up to have a turn. There needs to be someone there making sure everyone takes turns or supply more rings to use the water slides.

This is a must see for all ages. The dolphin show alone is worth the visit. The bird show was also fantastic. Wheelchair accessible but some hills are a bit steep. Would recommend having a mobility scooter some rental places will drop it there and collect for 35 euro. There is a restaurant and a few vending machines but cash only not the card reader machines.

Beautiful place to visit. Plenty of restaurants and restrooms. Drinks machine throughout the park. There is a water park for the kids with loungers around for the adults. Changing rooms and lockers are also available. There are more loungers to relax on further down for those who don’t have children with them. Animals look happy and clean and very well looked after. Staff are very friendly. The whole ranch is very clean and well maintained. The food is very good priced too. The walk ways are very wide and lots of shade from all the trees. It’s just a beautiful place to visit. Those who struggle with mobility may struggle as there is a lot of area that is a little steep.

This is a must to visit if you are in Lanzarote. The enclosures were nice and big and the whole park was clean and tidy. So many animals to see and definitely make time to see all the shows. Would definitely visit again when I go back to Lanzarote.

We walked there from Matargorda. Lovely coastal walk with beautiful beaches and lots of shops along the way. The harbour is a lovely picturesque place. Plenty of places to eat and drink. There is also a tourist office nearby. There is a taxi stand just near the tourist office too. We took a taxi back to Matorgarda which cost €6.50. I would definitely recommend a visit.

The place to be for boat excursions and a fantastic view.

We went on a boat trip to see dolphins and the sunset. It's totally amazing. We got to see a pod of 20+ dolphins and a beautiful sunset. We got loads of close-up shots and video of the dolphins and even saw two babies. Great trip.

Nice little place with various bars and restaurants in the area, boat taxi to another port about 3 miles away is something we enjoyed and walked back along the cliff top, took about 2 hours and a little steep in places and ground is uneven but with care well worth it.

Beautiful setting, stunning weather, very friendly,very geared towards the British tourist industy, so not as traditional as I would like But I would definitely return again

It's a more chilled area than PDC and has a shopping mall. Head down to the harbour and there are some beautiful restaurants eating out is a must with lovely views

Generally it's nice around the Harbour area but there are a lot of tired looking pubs in the area that are closed or should be closed and renovated. We had drinks and food in a couple restaurants and had a walk around the area its nice but could be better.

Lovely long clean beach, offers water sports, surrounded by hundreds of shops/bars and restaurants. Great atmosphere no issue getting a sun bed, toilet facilities near by, ramps for wheelchair and pushchair users.

Wonderful Beach at the local Promenade.

Parking can be difficult. Only park in designated areas as the fines are steep. Beach was fab,water crystal clear. Peddle boats €20 per hour. Max 2 adults 2 children no exceptions. Loungers can be hired per day. €12 for 2 with parosol. Toilets sufficient and ideally located on beach. Wheelchair access with decking down to sand. Accessible beach buggy available and also wheelchair designated loungers. Water warm all year round and suitable for swimming.

Very nice beach and sea. Been here almost every day of the week. A beach bed is 7€ per day, simulair to other locations where ive been. Little bit too much people offering a “Massageeee” but nice and relax place to spend the day. Now: 15 March 2024, 9 am

Nice beach and safe for kids. Public showers and toilets available. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Life guards are present at the beach on the peak hours, even on the off-season months.

Gorgeous beach! Sun bed hire is 10.49 euros for X2 and 7.00 euros for 1 and the sunbeds on the main strip towards the wall where the toilets are are nicer because your blocked from wind a little bit

Lovely Beach, very Clean, has toilet facilities, shower and foot cleaning facility. There are a lot of Ice cream place nearby. The waves here never let you down. It was an amazing experience to have spent 4-5hours everyday day here. One gets a great View of the sunset (not 100%) too. Finding a place with shade is unlikely. Use lot of sunscreen or come After 16:00.

The largest and most well known beach along the front of Puerto del Carmen. Peddle boats and sunbeds are available with plenty of bars, restaurants, and toilets around.

Absolutely lovely clean golden sandy beach. Also bare in mind that it can get a little windy here at times and a bit busy too in season. If it is too busy on the beach, I'd say that the beach is big enough that it wouldn't take you that long at all to walk along a little to find a quieter place. There are sunbeds with parasols about that you can hire right away there on the beach, no need to book them in advance. There are toilets and showers along the beach up towards the main road.

This beach is small but amazing when swimming in the water, its like swimming in an aquarium, my grandson really loved looking at all the different kinds if fish and if you bring bread you can feed the fish they will come up to the surface to eat it. There is also a scuba diving centre there if you want to do some scuba diving, also a little place that sells food and drinks. Its one of our favourite places to visit on the island

Playa Chica is a small sandy beach with good facilities, a couple of cafes and public toilets that get flooded. The beach is sheltered and the sloping beach gives gentle access into the sea. It is a number of diving co.panies use.

Great place for snorkelling! My 7 year old and I had an amazing time here. Calm, clear, shallow water which felt safe. Lots of fish to see in the shallow water. Nice beach and amenities. Well worth a visit.

Fabulous for snorkeling. Useful kiosk and kit hire facilities plus cafe, toilets and activities booking desk. Lack of shaded areas (except the cafe) to get out of sun if needed so bring beach shelter/parasol if likely to be an issue.

Small, very small enclosed beach. Water was pretty chilly to what I expected in October. Not packed. Lots of small fish, so recommended snorkeling gear.

Simply awesome place! A little out of touristy areas so relatively quite. The water is incredibly clear! You can sea tropical fish swim around, top place for snorkelling. Even little kids will enjoy looking at fish through their goggles

Nice sandy small beach, protected by rocks going out to sea on both sides, interesting to swim around the rocks also. Pretty sure there are toilets there also a small cafe on the jetty. Lots of divers setting off here, there is a dive hut here with all the gear and air tanks and a lifeguard.

Great place to swim, clear water and hoor wave breakers. You can rent a mask and snorkel or even take a diving lesson. Small beach, plenty of noise from the diving compressor. Showers, free parking and good vibes. Really good for snorkeling with lots of fish to see.

Beautiful, calm tiny beach, good to have an afternoon stroll... Or for a short relaxing mid-day or afternoon trip from your hotel. Parking nearby, though may a bit crowded. Many wonderful stray, but well-fed cats to cuddle :) Free toilets.

Very good little beach. In January you can still find a place to lay down. Swimming here is super cool coz surely the diving schools use to feed the fish which are very friendly with you. 6 species all together

It was our second favourite snorkel site in Lanzarote. Saw around fifteen species of fish including ornate wrasse and parrotfish. Incredibly clear water and close to bars, shops and restaurants. Loved it! Park in the old town car park which is a reasonable six euros for the whole day (the beach car park will be full after 9 AM)

Large Beach, which is better than it looks from the promenade. It looks a bit dank from the promenade but is much nicer closer to the sea. Beautiful sunrises

A very large sized sandy beach. Came here in the month of December. Weather was fantastic and the beach empty.

Clean nice beach, it can be windy, so take a deflector, water is good (cold!) But lots of bars and restaurants nearby, clean side walks, and electric scooter hire.

We stayed at playa de los pocillos for a week! We arrived on new years eve and the hotel was perfect, the food was great and always so much to choose from the rooms we're really nice and the beds were very comfy, we stayed in room 114 and it was situated perfect, I really couldn't find fault even if I wanted to. Open the gate and cross the road and we were on the beach and a couple minutes walk from there an we were on the strip (I love to shop so it was great. We made some great memories and I'd like to thank each and everyone of the staff for making our stay so memorable. Would we come back yes yes yes. We have stayed in a few RIU hotels now and we're ever life takes us next if there's a RIU hotel we will definitely book it. Ashley & Billy from London

Beautiful beach . Not many toilets though . The beach is Clean and well looked after . Sunbeds are for hire ten euro with umbrella for the day or even half the day . Lots of shops and places to eat .Marcos bar is well worth a visit . Good live singers . Great sculptures by the known artist Cesar Manrique . Los Pocillos is quieter than Puerto de Carmen which we preferred .

Great day in/out with kids! Lots of activities and eateries are accessible. Definitely a place to keep them entertained.

Strange mall complex that lays on a natural hill. So it doesn't go up as much as each level is set against the hill. So you can see the top level from the bottom. While it's a shopping mall, as they come, this one caters for every type. From the young with activities to do, and the old with free seating to rest. We tried the numerous shops here and there are plenty of choices to keep you browsing.

Great layout and easy to get around Love they have both Spanish and English stickers around to help you understand what things are. Great idea

Small little shopping complex if you fancy something different. A few decent shops and roof top cenima was lovely food and drinks available so you can stop off and eat while you shop.

Lovely decorations (late Nov) and festive atmosphere. Shops such as Mango, Pull&Bear, Levi, Timberland etc. free parking around the streets.

Plenty of good shops with a few high end ones, loads of places to eat ATM's all over & clean toilets

most of branded clothing stores are available here. Price ranges are similar compared to other cities. Staffs are super friendly and they speak English to cooperate.

Great little day trip! Nice shops, slightly over priced food shops. But good for families if they want to do something else than hotel and beach.

Comfortable playground on the rooftop, apart from that - nada. A few retail shops, a supermatket and a couple of cafes.

What a great shopping centre! Set across five floors to make up for the lack of floor space to build on, with two floors of free car parking, it's a great facility with plenty of good shops and nibbles stands. The top floor has a 12 hole crazy golf course which for the price is pretty good, and a rooftop bar/cinema. Cinema seats looked a bit manky tho 😂 We had a drink in the rooftop bar, was nice, bought some bits from the shops and played golf. There's lifts across the floors too, and escalators for some floors. I'd recommend going, especially to ale-hop, that's a great shop!

We visited to go to the open air cinema whilst on holiday. Visited the McDonald’s for a quick drink and it was great, love the different choice of products. Shops looked great and so did the restaurants, bars and entertainment.

Came here back in the early 2000s. Was good then but they’ve made it even better with more shops and cafes. The new edition of outdoor cinema and the dinosaur area on the top floor is really cool! Taxis are right out the front so if anyone needs that then that’s a plus. If you’ve got young ones and staying in the main resort of puerto del carmen then expect a hill walk but the plus is downwards on the way back 😂👍🏻

The Casino is genuinely nice, great location looks modern inside and out, You will find all the usual slot machines, roulette tables, black Jack tables, Friendly Staff, However if you are a poker player this is not the place for you, I tried to contact them on messenger and phone to see if they have any tournaments or cash games running, got no response, went out there (BTW paid 28€ for Taxi to get there) and found no Tournaments or cash games running , Stayed for 30 minutes and left, Really disappointed. Giving 4 stars for only this reason, Great place but not for poker

Vibes are in shambles. Our hotel gave us drink vouchers so we went for a free one but it was grim. Modern design and lovely sea views but unhappy staff and a palpable sadness

I've said it before but worthy of more. Such a friendly well run casino. I always enjoy my evenings there playing poker. Lovely staff , clean and extremely profesional. 10/10

It's unfortunate that I have to write this but it has to be said so hopefully they train their security staff better. My first night at the casino was fantastic. Great staff (on the tables and bar) however on my second visit. My friend and a group of others entered walked passed security with them paying no mind. As soon as he saw me he marched across the floor demanding I show my "documents" mind I'm 35 my friend being a similar ages and the guests I front of him were not asked for 'documents' even though some of looking visibly younger. It's unfortunate that I have to deduce that his hostility and treatment was due to colour of my skin. Even after he asked staff who recognised Me he then said to me someone like me stole from there the previous night and then without any grounds said I'm no longer welcome In the casino. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and this gentleman seriously needs some education on diversity and equality. Such a shame because this one person ruins the reputation of this place when in fact the majority of the staff were fantastic and showed excellent customer service. Update - yes I was annoyed that I was the only one asked for ID. My friend was able to walk in buy chips and go to a table all without being asked. So clearly its not policy or it is badly policed. I was the only one. And if it is policy it should be more consistent as I was able to buy chips on an visit a couple days previous with no problem. Perhaps you should should retrain security. As I said the majority of your team were fantastic. And my first visit was memorable it was just this one individual on that had an issue.

Not enough details on entry on what you can play without a passport. My wife was asked to put her mask on while sat having a drink?.... if that is even possible 😂

A large glass of beer regularly costs you 4 euros, but she charges her 8 euros. Yet another colleague told her she could even charge much more for drinks. Friends, if you visit this casino, be very careful because the scam and theft are incredible, says a native South American.

Never been there but feeling very stressed about the bass drum music that been constant all day on East Side of beach. It's dominated the whole peace that I'm usually used to.

Not very big for a casino. Not a great many people in so not much atmosphere. But still enjoyed a few goes on roulette table
