Beautiful lakes to walk/cycle around. Plenty of picnic areas along the way with many benches to stop and have a rest and most of all, an amazing playground for kids. So much choice, hours of fun! The only down side and having to pay for the (very busy) car park hence my 3* only

Very nice country park to walk around, can spend whole morning walking around, nice small playground for the kids also. The cafe serves nice coffee and cakes. The car park was a bit expensive.

Went there for the afternoon, 3 adults and 2 children under 5y, we walked around, watched wild life, enjoyed the woodland. Very pleasant. Children loved the playground! Totally awesome. Had a wonderful time

Lovely place to meet for a meal/coffee and have a walk around and let the kids play in the massive play park. There is so much to do here. Some of the prices are a little expensive but it did not detract from the overall experience. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Lots of seating in the play park but not a lot when walking around. Needed to stop but couldn't as no where to sit. All in all a great place and I would go back.

Crazy Golf was fun. Although wear and tear over the years it is still a not so clean course. But this is outside in an Adventure park. Service was excellent. No queue times and both my Daughters thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Would recommend to anyone tbh. Best £5.50 per person over the Age of 4 I have spent in a long time. Next to it is an adventure park and beside that a place to feed the ducks. 4/5 purely because it's not modern ans some of the course was poorly maintained. Deffo playable though.

Very pleasant park, the gardeners and park attendants ultra friendly, great cafe with good prices and facilities. The paths around the lakes are great giving perfect walks and plenty of places to stop and sit while enjoying the fabulous lakes. There are many different species of ducks and geese, but tend to create a bit of a mess in certain parts of the parks, so watch out for that, and some of the geese are a bit snappy. Good for a park run, and if you get in under 21:09 you are a better man than me Gunga Din! 🏃🏽‍♂️👏😎🍉🌿🦆

Amazing walk. Lot of things to do. They have absolutely amazing breakfast and coffee. Park for kids as well. I just love the place.

Lovely country park to stop at just off M4. Lots of ponds and wooded areas to explore. Good tarmac paths but can be muddy in places. Big play areas for children. Super dog friendly - they can go in the cafes and there's a dog wash near car park to clean them afterwards. Toilets were clean.

Lovely place for a stroll. Could maybe do with a few more dog waste bins but overall nice and clean. Decent playground for the kids and plenty of parking.

Beautiful place for walking, especially good for young children with a good play park and you can feed the swans. Great for well behaved dogs to walk around the lake. Walking around prob takes 40mins. Great cafe on site with good seating and food options. A good morning or afternoon can be spent there.

Loved our visit, great woods,really great circuits round, gorgeous views. Very dog friendly,cafe and facilities are also available. Parking is paid but easy and fair. We will definitely be back for another visit! Highly recommend

The park is very nice for kids, many walking trails and lots of sand to play for kids. Perfect place for a day out! Only problem we saw was after the cafe got closed, around 6 or 6:30 maybe, there was no access to public toilet.

A nice child friendly place..lovely walkway around the lake...quiet and nice spots for a quick impromptu picnics..the children play park is nice and fairly well kept. Car park has ample places and nit too far away...tracks for cycling and scooty around the lake..not suited for skateboarding though..

Booked a Chalet on California country park, staff was lovely. Nothing too much trouble. My daughter and I got locked in the chalet and within 30 seconds staff where there sorting and replacing the lock. Secure parking with electric gate. Small shop in the reception. Peaceful. Playarea. Cafe. Plenty of nature too. The only down fall is. No toilet roll, sponge or washing up liquid so had to venture out to the shops. Has bedding but you need to bring everything else. I know for next time on what's needed to bring. If the chalet could be equiped with just a toilet roll that would be AMAZING. When nature calls and all haha! Highly recommend this country park.

Very nice park, it's been renovated so the cafe, and children's play area are very new. There's ample parking but it will get busy on nice days. The children's play area has a water play area, various climbing areas, adventure play areas for toddlers, young kids, and older kids. There are hammocks, a novel trampoline like mat, spinning platforms, mini climbing walls, slides, swings, etc. There's a snack hut that serves hot drinks, and ice creams, coffee is OK, but not worth the money. The cafe was closed when I visited, as was the paddling pool. There's a lake that you can walk around, though one side is part of a static home park. The only negative is that the parking, which does contain electric charging, is a bit expensive at 1.65 an hour, otherwise it's definitely worth a visit when the weather's nice.

Love it. Great walks, lovely place to wander through the trees, a lake with some beautiful birds. Great play area for children and an excellent cafe.

Great for a litter walk, we managed to make it about 2 miles with a bit of off the path and go back on ourselves or tou could gi round again, very well laid out, great cafe available, nice open spaces and wooden paths. Carparking is a plenty but you do need to pay and you can pay by card which was great.

Amazing park, with a paddling pool for kids good way to enjoy on sunny day. There is some charges on the paddling pool but rest of the park is free to play. One could have a day picnics planned in the area with kids playing nearby. There is duck pond and a walking trail plus there is a cafe as well. Nice water play for kids in the park as well with a dummy hand pump. Cool swings, slides, big trampoline.

Beautiful reserve and children's play area. We arrived at 12 noon and it was a bit too busy. Though wonderful climbing frames for the kids and all new! Nice cafe and toilet facilities. Parking was £4.95 for 3 hours. Wonderful walk around the lake so bring bread to feed the ducks. A lovely onsite camping ground as well. My daughter loved it and we look forward to going again soon!

Best Park near Wokingham to bring kids to have fun. There is a swallow pool in the summer along with waterworks. This place gets very popular in the summer so plan accordingly. Also make sure you check the cafeteria opening hours as in the winter even on the weekends they tend to be quite brief 10am-4pm.

The water bit is disgusting, has turned into a mud bath and the flies etc now it’s warming up are going to make many kids ill. Ok park other than that although could do with additional seating round the edges and a kinder gate to the toilets that doesn’t swing and hit you/scrape your ankles

Lovely place to walk the dogs. We went during half term which wasn't the best of planning as there were a lot of kids there. Good places to walk around the park with the dogs. Have to pay for parking. It also has a cafe and dog wash area which is a nice touch. I wish that dog owners would clear up after themselves as I came home with a nice surprise on my shoe - great for kids to play around! (not)

It was one of the best soft plays we have been to, and the food was delicious. Wondered the cheese and tomato and cheese and onion sandwich. There's a big area with yellow spiral slide a.d a big blue wavy slide which we enjoyed. There are playhouses on the top floor, and my daughter enjoyed them! There's a small section for small babies and young toddlers, too Would definitely recommend bringing your child here

Car park is fairly small and full of pot holes. We were invited to a birthday party. Never been before so no idea what to expect. The party rooms are very small and set underneath the soft play equipment. Low ceiling, no windows, enclosed, very claustrophobic and very hot. Once you've got tables and chairs in there for 16 children there really isn't any room to get from one end to the other. Parents of the very young children are all waiting outside the room, in a very narrow walkway. Other parents trying to get past both directions, children exiting the play equipment excitedly darting here there and everywhere. More than one nasty collision mainly due to lack of space in the walkway. Food for the children comes in a safari jeep shaped box. Quite a bit of sweet stuff, no fruit or veg. Ice cream to follow. If your child needs attention while on the equipment it's not easy to get to them and it's so noisy that it's difficult to communicate with them and assure them that they are okay. Children of all ages charging about so the little ones can get knocked about a bit. My almost 4yr old had a brilliant time but there were 2 occasions that he needed my attention and it was very frustrating trying to get to him and console him over the noise.

Good fun and reasonably priced snacks etc. Went with 4 and 8 year old children and it was very suitable for both of them. Only problem was couldn't get through by phone. So we chanced it and thankfully they let us in though they were close to full! Great fun.

First time I came today with my 2 girls, hats off to the lady’s who work there constantly cleaning and so welcoming and lovely. Just what you need when youve has a stressful morning! Super clean and great deal for kids to eat for £1.50 in term time! :)

A little on the outdated side but a good place to take your kids. Recently visited for the first time taking my little one to a birthday party (very clever how they do the party rooms). Normally I worry if my children can get out but it’s so compact (in a good way) that you know your little ones are fine. Great amount of seating at the front of the softplay and also around the edges. Will definitely be visiting again.

AVOID. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this place warrants one. I’m not sure when it was last deep cleaned - after being there for ten minutes by boy’s socks were filthy (first put on when we got into the soft play). Everywhere you go it just feels sticky. I’m not a clean freak by any means but where kids are concerned you would hope for a certain standard of cleanliness to be maintained..! Besides the dirtiness, it is in desperate need of a revamp. Everything feels quite dated, from the frame inside to the play equipment outside. The foam mats which are on the floor could do with replacing. All in all compared to the many other soft plays in the local area, this place is just a no go. Sorry!

Good, but not great. Has a lot of potential to be fantastic little soft-play centre. I only ended up here today due to 3 others being fully booked around my area at 1500hrs on a Saturday. Mostly friendly staff, not that they were rude; however, a little moody, low energy a bit short with responses, you get the drift I’m sure….. There was a young, tall, white slender man with (if I remember correctly) blond hair behind the cafeteria counter. He was incredibly pleasant. More so than anyone else I encountered. Kudos to you! For a kids softplay you’d expect a little bit more upbeat and bubbly staff. Applies especially when referring to their fed-up sounding, tannoy announcements; for example: - “Don’t climb up the slide children” (for the 20th time) - “(Insert kid name), party go to party room (insert room number) your food is ready” - “girl in pink’s parents, stop her climbing up the slide, she isn’t responding to our announcements” Baby / toddler area looks and feels like an after thought! Very small, maybe 2.5m by 4m long. Also had mostly dead (battery) toys. Most of which had stickers that I believe were once there, now are no longer. I’d also say about 70% of said baby/ toddler toys have a black / dark brown gunk over them where they’ve not been cleaned seemingly in a long time. This is more apparent in smaller and thinner gaps on those toys. Floors around the entire play centre (outside the play pen) were INCREDIBLY STICKY, food scraps all over the place, which for sure adds an extra element of excitement in each step you take (what will my feet feel next? It could be: Soft, hard, squishy, wet, soggy, sticky, crunchy? Who knows. It a roulette wheel for sensory inputs with regard to your feet. I had to stop my near 2 year old picking up food seemingly the entire time. Gift shop didn’t seem open while I was there but looked well stocked with some cool little kids toys. Also unsure on price point so I can’t comment on that front. On a side note, it was very very warm inside the play centre today (raining outside); I was sweating bullets when we left, I know this is a personal preference thing but I’d prefer AC to be running in a play centre like that. With all the above said, it does have a lot of potential but a bit of work is for sure needed to get to that point, unfortunately. Price point was pretty good. £7.95 I think for 1 adult and 1 23 month old boy. That I think is fair. On the whole, not too bad, but some work is needed to get it up to a good standard. I would return in future but it isn’t my first choice of soft play centres around the area. My son enjoyed himself. But wasn’t a fan of the food. Not been to monkey mates for a while .We had a good session ,staff are always very friendly. Couldn't believe they are now charging adults .I dont ever remember paying for adults entrance fee ? We have children old enough to use the equipment without adult help .Monkey mates is now our nearest soft play as Whoosh has now gone in Bracknell .

It's a wonderful wonderland place. Fully booked 🙌 people, especially kids, enjoying a lot of bar and food areas full of people in winter and Christmas 🎄 month. It makes our faces full of smiles 😃. Shops owners are very friendly. Ice skating ⛸️ a wonderful ✨️ experience. All safety measures are taken. I'm advised to parents that please keep an eye on your children all the time. Evening time parking available. Please come and enjoy 😉 with family and appreciate to people who make this wonderland wonderful. Always recommend 👌 thanks for organisers

No longer in forbury park. It's at Hills meadow car park this year. Generally, same set of plays/games as last time (with indoor ice rink). It's much more convenient for those who drive, but little bit further from town center. Free entry, but have to pay for every games. Price wise, hmmmmm.... Quite expensive (check out my photo). (Not sure what's the charges of the winter wonderland in London. Comparable?) Parking fees... Pls check one of my photos. Hope that's help.

A handful of foods stores, and some games for adults, but most of the rides are kids only, so better aimed at families. Even though we tried bumper cars hardly any of them were working at all and so were a ripoff. Not as expensive as the London Winter Wonderland but still a bit pricey (e.g. £5 for 3 marshmallows compared to £7 at Hyde Park). There are some warm little cabins and a fire pit which is great. There's pay and display parking directly outside. Food and drink options are good and much better value than in London.

It is a very good place to spend 4-5 hours of your time. Unlimited rides and ice skating at 25pounds. But parking there costs 3.30 pounds for 2 hours.

Lovely Winter Wonderland here but it's a bit expensive, not crowded for obvious reasons. £20 just to meet santa, place is nice and clean, Great atmosphere and not muddy, nice food too but as said, everything is expensive, better that Hyde park winter Wonderland especially if you have young kids, we travel every year from London to this one. Still worth it, car park is right at the entrance and it's big and cheap.

It's unfairly to compare it to the Hyde park winter wonderland but at the same time the Reading winter wonderland just seemed underwhelming however it did have a ice skating rink, Ferris wheel and some fun houses so not all bad.

Look like good fun for kids , mulled wine cost here 5.5£ for cup it's nice nor strong. There is huge ice skating.

It's a tad pricey but you know what you're getting with these kids of pop up seasonal places. The wristband is good if you have time to go on all of the rides it does save you a little money. Be prepared that the big wheel doesn't come included and you need tokens for it separately, and the "win a prize" games are cash only. The ice rink is fun but a bit choppy on account of the quality of the surface. Easy to fall on if you're not steady on your skates. The bar is good and usually doesn't take too long to serve you, good range of hot and cold alcohol options. All round fun at the fair!

There are lots of rides and some scary ones. We first rode the bumper cars ride. We had to control the car so it doesn't hit any other cars. It was lots of fun. Next we went to Monkey world. We explored the adventure of monkeys and it was very fun. At the top of monkey world, we had a good view of the winter wonderland. We needed a super big and super fun slide to get back down from monkey world. At last, we went on the giant wheel. It was fun and big. Then we explored Winter wonderland. We were looking at a massive ice skating rink. Everybody is enjoying there. We bought some chocolate and had coffee there. It's a very good experience.

We loved it !! It was the best decision to avoid central London & Hyde Park is already outdated, messy , too crowded for us. The Park is a little smaller as well as the ice rink, but if you want to avoid crowds & central is a good seasonal spot to visit. We also found the ice skates better quality than the ones in Hyde Park. They also have red carpets which made it more clean looking compared to muddy Hyde Park. Food & prices are high but you can't expect low costs around Christmas time, and you also go once a year so it is worth it. Kids had loaads of fun on the rides & ice rink! The caravans toilets are smelly & uncleaned so if that was okay, everything was perfect!

I wasn’t expecting much but I was surprised. It was better than what I expected. Okay it’s very small but the ambiance is cool and it’s beautiful. Worth the visit if you’re nearby!

A nice experience and the pre booked alpine chalets were a lovely touch. Being able to have a sit down and get some warmth was really nice and made the visit much more enjoyable. The named reserved sign was a nice touch as well. The girls working on the bar and the crepe stand were lovely and really polite. This wasn’t any more expensive than other Christmas events of this type, but obviously the bill can mount for large families or people that wish to drink. Next year I hope to see more games and rides, possibly even a few market type stalls! We managed to luck out and visit on a Friday night, but the World Cup was on and so it was fairly quiet :)

Went there for a birthday party. There's loads of parking outside. And the place is a medium sized hut nearby. We had some difficulty finding it, but soon noticed the sign. Inside the place is well laid out with nearly no sitting places. But the kids and adults had a blast. See my video to get a sense of what it looks like. Overall a fun couple of hours for everyone involved. The host was well spoken with a quirky sense of humour. Worked well with everyone. If you haven't been here before, I'd certainly recommend it. Perfect for birthday parties - especially involving boys.

Pinewood Raceway - great venue for kids parties and corporate events

I've not long being a member of the pinewood miniature railway and was there helping out with some of the things that matter to make the railway attractive to others

Amazing fun for our son's 10th birthday party. The grown ups who were there also had an amazing time.

Reasonable meeting place for groups to startup over the weekend, but there are no facilities available beyond parking spaces open , at least on a Sunday.

I specifically visited the cafe at Pinewood as I am guaranteed a great cup of coffee before heading out on my bike.

This is a great place for Bike nights or just a visit to the cafe. The food is nice, and the staff are really friendly and great atmosphere. Covid -19 restrictions are in place, to protect everyone who goes to Pinewood, will be back Tuesday.

Nice community theatre which is run by community members and only built a few years ago. Has a bar and good seating. We watched a charity evening of comedy.

Great theatre, have seen some brilliant shows. Daisy pulls it off has to have been my favourite. Comfortable seats, nice bar and a general nice atmosphere all round

Everything was brilliant. A great little theatre with approximately 11 rows and around 14 seats on each row. Great theatre. Brilliant staff members. All the volunteers were very welcoming and polite. Toilets and facilities were exceptionally clean. We saw Jeeves and Woster:perfect Nonesense, and the 3 actors did an amazing job, very well done to the cast. It was so funny and creative. Very well done to Murray playing both the niece and uncle at the same time. That is what you call exceptional acting. Thank you very much.

Superb show ' Hobson's choice' one of the most enjoyable nights at the theatre I have ever had. The characterisation was brilliant and Maggie an absolute star. With drinks and ice-cream all at bargain prices and tickets not much more than the cinema it is a marvelous night out .

Had an absolutely super evening. Warm welcome on arrival. Bought voucher for interval ice cream. Excellent performance.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing Jeeves and Wooster last night it was amazingly good. Very funny and the actors were superb such dialogue to remember but all great good fun, thank you. Just one little thing the theatre was quite cold!

We watched sweeney Todd, performed by wokingham youth theatre group Fantastic show the cast were superb. Well done everyone.

My first visit to the theatre and I was very impressed. The main auditorium had good seating where everyone had a good view of the stage. The production was very professional and the actors performed extremely well. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bar was busy but served customers promptly. All put together it formed a very enjoyable night out.

We saw Curtain Up!, what an amazing play!! We were very surprised with the theatre and the play. The personnel was super friendly, the theatre is recently renovated, all the lights and effects were just really amazing. The play was very good, I would put it in the first 3 I have seen so far in this country and I have seen more than a dozen just in the big London theatres so it’s a must see! We were just super pleasantly surprised with everything, thank you all for a lovely night, we will come back! Keep rocking it! PS they have very cheap amazing ice cream and drinks 🌟

A "Few Good Men" is an amazing stage production and is one not to be missed. One of my favourite films and this stage production did it proud. Gripping, tense and totally absorbing. It should go on tour.

Just saw Grimley Hall..it was so.good...very clever and the actors were brilliant..It is a regular place for us and all the shows we have seen are really amazing .well worth going and supporting local community.

We've been going to Wokingham Theatre for several years now and have never been disappointed in any of the performances. All the staff are volunteers and do a fantastic job both front of house and behind the scenes. The bar is well stocked and very reasonably priced. Plenty of free carparking. Highly recommend a visit to this local gem.

5/5. I’m from France, I stop there with a friend after coming to Reading and drink a craft beer from Siren at Fox and Hounds on summer. I just coming back again in Christmas because the tap beer and shop is really nice (especially glasses 😍). Price for everyone. I let me seduce by DDH Ipa everytime. Always nice server/seller. Took my son to Siren first time. Because of weather, we sat in the shipping containers which were surprisingly comfy. Beer selection wasn't that bad but I am not a fan of 1/3 and 2/3 pint measures. BBQ food was top notch! 01/05 - Bank Holiday visit. Plenty of seating and good selection of beers. You are charged a £1 deposit for your plastic glass so don't forget to redeem when you leave.

What a hidden gem! Friendly and helpful staff. Having only just discovered this place I called ahead to see if an off licence is available. It is. A fantastic selection of products. From IPAs to best bitters and my personal favourites, porters and stouts. A great selection of sessions drinks to some of the more slow burning, enjoy over good company and good conversation hitters. I'm looking forward to visiting again for a few drinks and some food. Great local business.

Excellent craft beer. Staff is super friendly and ready to advise you based on your preferences. And the perfect burger and chips was the cherry on top.

Visited Friday. Had a nice time overall - very friendly atmosphere, lovely beers, clean and tidy place, but badly let down by the food. I ordered sausage and chips for my dinner from the food area. The first sausage was pink, soft and stone cold in the middle, so I took it back. The cook apologised, comped me a curry sauce and chucked 2 fresh ones on the flat grill. A few minutes later I was called back to collect. When I got back to the table, both fresh sausages were just as undercooked as the first one. I didn't bother complaining again, just left them untouched, so effectively paid top whack for frozen chips. I must admit, I was very dissapointed by this - cooking sausages is pretty basic stuff, and a quick probe with a thermometer would avoid this from ever happening. Not sure I'd have the confidence to order food on a subsequent visit. The beer you serve is excellent, and I had several wonderful drinks over my 2 hour stay. I got a few cans for the fridge at home too. My only other comment is that it gripes a bit to be asked to leave a tip on the card machine for your barman when I'm going up to order and collect my own drinks. Overall, I'm a bit sad that I'm leaving a 2 star review, but the poor food was such a let down. Would be 4 or 5 otherwise.

Love this place. Helps that its just a 10 min walk from Arborfield Garrison / Green. Not the most appealing of locations when you look at google maps but its on the very edge of Hogwood and actually backs onto woodland. Very friendly staff who are always willing to talk beer and let you taste before you buy. Special shout out to the Manager Jon who always makes you feel welcome and is always busy tidying up and checking on customers. The Sipping Containers and heated beer tent / marquee are great in winter and for dogs. Lots of different street style vendors but also supporting lots of mobile caterers - special shout out to Crumpys and Killa Waffles!

2 pints and a pack of scratchings. £15.50 and you're prompted for a tip. Beer direct at source should not be at pub prices. Plenty of other craft breweries in the area offer better prices, better facilties, better food. It's clear the prices you're paying for the beer aren't going back towards making the experience much better for punters. Won't be back.

What a beautiful walk. Me and my partner spent a fair few hours trail walking. Came across a bench with spectacular views. Would highly recommend a visit.

Stumbled across this place with my son. We decided to walk to each of the four way points. Great walk with some stunning views across the countryside

Find the right spot on a windy day and it will keep a kite in perfect position. Otherwise a great spot to view the surrounding area (after the autumn leaves fall)

Stunning place great walks for you no the dog

Lovely autumnal walk here today. Lots of different mushrooms and toadstools to look out for. Very steep hill which gave the thighs a good workout!!

Really lovely walk. The dog loved it. Great views over Hampshire & Surrey.

Been to FinchHampstead a couple of times but first time checking out the Ridges. Wasn’t too busy and got some nice views and steps 👌

This town hall often closes earlier than it says it should on the sign. It does not open on Saturdays or Sundays, despite containing the tourist information office. They are very proud of their cheap s**t-quality lift.

My wife and I got married in the town hall. Church like feeling to a degree nice high ceilings. Market is frequent and good local produce.

Nice but small market. Very good produce available and market runs several times a week.

Been inside a lot. Love the market

This Gallery is such an asset to Wokingham. I recently decorated and renovated my entire house and wanted some new artwork. There was a wide selection on display which made it easy to choose some suitable pieces. The team were all very happy to help and offered welcome advice on the various artworks on display. One of the artworks I bought was too big to fit in my car, however James went out of his way to arrange for delivery to my home which was much appreciated. I also used their bespoke framing service for an existing print I had which was hard to obtain a ready made frame for. Again I was taken through all the options available and the end result is a very good quality frame which now adorns my hallway. I'd definitely recommend TG Art Gallery if you're looking for some new artwork or need any existing prints framed.

Excellent framing shop. You can get a good range of ready made frames at a reasonable price. Or you can go down the custom framing route. I have done this for several pictures and have been pleased by the results. The staff are happy to offer advice on suitable frames and mounts. My advice would be to keep it simple. The frame and mount are there to enhance and show off the picture. They also have a good range of limited edition prints, including some great prints of Wokingham.

Fantastic customer service! We spotted a painting in the window that was just what we'd been looking for, however quickly realised it was going to be too large to fit in the car to take home with us. We spoke to Emma about paying for it and setting it aside until we could get help in collecting it but she kindly offered to drop it off a few days later for no additional cost. She was so lovely and helpful from the outset and a real credit to TG Art.

Really good customer service from this lady a few weeks ago, then went back to get the work booked in, it was ok. But I still say definitely a place to get your work done. 👌💯

Beautiful setting for Park Yoga ona Sunday morning

Lovely well maintain gardens. Great for drinking and smoking from dusk onwards with mates as the council doesn’t seem to lock it. Unfortunately not so great during the daytime for young children due to left over bottles and glass, even though there are bottle banks right outside.

A small urban park with two picnic areas. Not very busy as a rule. Plenty of benches and a big sundial, but no children's play equipment. Hosts music and theatre events on summer weekends.

Such a nice little park for an quick escape from the town, especially for little kids before getting back into the car. Cam across a little theatre performance on Sunday morning in the sun..does anyone know if this is a regular thing in the summer (2021)?

It's a nice set of gardens, close to town and you're able to chill here (in theory). However the council appears to have done little to stop drunks congregating here at all hours. Dogs are banned but why not the consumption of alcohol? Could be far more pleasant.

The best lunchtime place for workers in Wokingham to to eat in a clean and comfortable outside environment. It has lots of public benches and tables to meet up at, eat your lunch or just to spend time alone taking in the environment. The nicest public gardens in the town.

Nice little park with an interesting huge sundial and right next to the town center, handy if you need to let the kids run around for a bit.

Small park right beside the car park. Has some benches, grass area and a large mural on the floor. All quite nicely kept but there were a group of youths there which could be quite intimidating.
