Excellent place, our second visit. Note arrive early as there is lots to see plus book visiting slots for the rope walk and submarine. I did not do the submarine this time as not not as agile. However there are a few ships old and modern you can walk around. There are lifts to some areas in site but not ship or submarine obviously. Great big life boat section and non dockyard items that can be viewed as well. Some items you can try to feel the hands on experience. Great models with all the ships for the battle of the River plate. Etc. Great cafe and the soup was delicious 😋

Went to the gaming festival. Girls had a great day. It was pricey. Can of soft drink £2.50. highly recommend taking your own bottle. Free water tap to refill available. Everyone was really friendly and answered all their questions. All the staff were helpful.

We had such a good visit! Wish we'd left more time to explore as plenty to look at! I wimped out on the submarine tour as I have a bad back and didn't want to try crouching through the holes but my 6'6" partner managed it fine! Your ticket is valid for a year and unlimited? visits. Parking super easy and free, few dodgy holes in the overflow car park though 😅 We got a nice sandwich, crisps and drink in the tea room, it was about £7 each. Not sure what was on for the children, as it was kind of a date day. All in all recommend it as a trip out, going to go back at some point but make it a whole day trip and not a few hours like we ended up doing!

My trip to the Dockyard was for the Call the Midwife tour but I have to say Dockyard staff were lovely and you can tell they really do love their jobs. The Call the Midwife tour was fantastic. Irene who was the tour guide was amazing and she knew so much about the show. It was nice stepping into 1950s-60s Poplar and finding out how certain parts of the show was filmed. The highlight was the room full of props and sets just for those on the tour. The tour is 90 minutes and you are walking the whole time so wear sensible shoes but I highly recommend going on the tour.

Fantastic day out. Lots to see and plenty to do. Ships and submarines to board and wander around, interactive activities for all ages and bags of history to learn about. A visit to the Ropery is a must. A thoroughly fun-filled day at a very interesting working historic dockyard. 10/10

Absolutely loved our day here with the kids, there is so much to do, we didn't get to do everything we wanted to. So we're glad our tickets last a whole year !! We'll definitely be returning during the summer holidays. We enjoyed our ropery tour, the lady who did it was lovely, funny and informative and kept the kids entertained! Then to the submarine tour which was also amazing, the gentleman who did that was really kind, I suffer with claustrophobia so was really scared about going in and he was very kind about it all and said I can exit whenever I want to. The whole experience was worthwhile.

Meet the Midwife Experience, absolutely fantastic. Guide was excellent. Loved the dock yard, so much to see and do, need to return as even though spend a day there still missed bits. Worth every penny. Boats and Submarine not suitable for young children as lots of climbing up and down ladders.

What a place! Really enjoyed the day out here, staff are so knowledgeable about all the artifacts on display and the history some of them know Is amazing. Made to feel very welcome on each display. Ropery was 100% the best display of the day. Well be returning again soon,as the ticket has 1 year expiry date. Bonus 👍

Amazing place, full of historic gems and part of our naval history. Staff are friendly and willing to tell you extra nuggets of information that add to the story of the dockyard. Food was tasty in both food outlets and priced in a similar way to others in the local area. A brilliant day out for adults and children.

Had such an excellent day here. Booked the Call the Midwife walking tour for Easter Sunday. This was highly informative and took us to parts of the dockyard that I probably would not have ventured to otherwise. Reading about it beforehand I was deeply underwhelmed by the idea of the Ropery but in reality it is epic and I loved the smell in the place where they made it. The tour also included access to the props from the TV series and all the locations are identified. If you are not interested in that there are so many other things to do including plenty of eating places and the Commanders House Gardens. This is also a wedding venue apparently. I loved going on the boats and especially the lifeboat museum. I love the RNLI and glad to see they have such a huge profile..especially their work in the channel. My only regret is that I didn't get there sooner as I could have stayed another couple of hours.

Brilliant day. Spent 6 wonderful hours here with children. A unique experience to have a tour of a submarine by an ex Royal Navy serviceman who has actually served on it! Excellent exhibitions and definitely worth walking along to the rope making gallery (longest brick building in Europe). The cafe is overstretched, long queue, slow to bring food, ran out of baked potatoes by 5 past one, but the paninis were very tasty and the children ate everything.

Visiting the Rochester area for a couple of days, we went to the docks today. There is so much to see and we didn't see it all. Entry tickets let you revist again for a year, so we might need to do that. It is work booking the rope making demonstration, if it is available. It was really interesting. Going into a submarine was very good too, if you feel up to going into a confined space. It was a really hot day when we went and had to buy drinks. I recommend taking a water bottle with you. Finally, the docks are not close to anywhere else, apart from a shopping centre. It is a long walk to the nearest station, so ending up getting taxis. This may prove too expensive, so I would recommend checking out bus routes and planning accordingly, if you are not driving.

The site is large and the exhibits are very interesting. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, with a special mention to the team in the roppery who were exceptional. The tour of the submarine was also extraordinary, never to be forgotten. We had a fabulous time and still didn't see it all. We will gladly return. Buying our tickets online was good value.

I took my Mum to the Historic Dockyard for the Call the Midwife set tour, for mothers day, and we had a wonderful day. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, the set tour was fascinating, and there was so much more to see and do that we just didn't have time for it all and we will be going back. In particular, we are very interested in the 200th anniversary lifeboat exhibit and the Oscelot submarine! Highly recommended.

All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The complex is large with apparently lots to see. However you need an interest in this specific type of history to thoroughly enjoy it. We went for a "Call The Midwife" tour which was great and well worth the price. The rope making building and demonstration was surprisingly interesting and well done. I didn't truly "love" the Dockyard merely because I wasn't as interested in most of it, but I didn't feel comfortable only giving 4 stars when this is a personal preference and the site and staff were overall great.

Very beautiful museum, hostrical and show the technology of all kind of sailing including the submarines, actually we couldn't finsh it in one day, therefore we will visit is again We took our lunch in restaurant there and the food and service were excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, my family and I enjoyed a lot 👍 Highly recommend to visit

Thoroughly enjoyed or time there, approximately 3 hours , we had to cut short our visit as we had something else planned later in the day but will be revisiting in the spring to see the other exhibits. The staff were all really pleasant, informative , and fun .We couldn’t wish for more. The free parking and admission allowing you to visit all year around made it great value for money. Excellent

We had a wonderful time at our visit to Santa. Very well put together. Kept our son interested the whole way around. Also the most important thing was to hand deliver his Christmas wishlist :-) He already asked if we can come and visit him next year again.

Lots of exhibits to see. highlight for me was going down in the submarine Ocelot very interesting. Everyone on site was extremely knowledgeable didn’t have to ask many questions which is always good. Couple of cafes/restaurants on site serving sensibly priced food. Try to avoid eating at peak times however as it took quite a long time to get to the table. Good facilities for children (even though I didn’t bring any) noticed a couple of play areas and children’s activities on site. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys looking round old ships and how they used to make the ropes, rigging and maintain them. Also had quite a few military pieces of machinery and Second World War vehicles & equipment. Would definitely revisit.

Amazing place full of military history, lots to explore with amazing views. Didnt get to do the tunnels as ticketed and full today, but an excellent reason to return. The grounds are free to visit, so a real must. Lovely cafe well priced and food is good. Nice to find out that it serves breakfast, too.

A special day laid on mainly for children. But lots to see . The site is not best suited for the Elderly or Disabled due to the age of the place. On a normal day the fort is open to visitors to show the some of the vast history Medway has to offer. Not a very big car park. But public car parks are very close..

Great place for a visit, a great tunnel tour and such a nice walk to the top of the fort. (Possibly the best view you can of Chatham, if there is such a thing) There is so much history around

We came for a tour of the tunnels and what a treat. Our guide Barney was brilliant and involved the children keeping everyone captivated with the history right through to World War II. Perfect for a military historian. Lovely views and so much to see, would definitely come back. The cafe and grounds are perfect for a day out too.

We did a tour tunnel today with Barney as our guide. I'd be happy to give him and the place 6 stars if I could. From arriving at the car park, Barney was a presence, letting us know the timings and arrangements. The cafe was very well priced, with plentiful choices. Onto the tour, and we were immediately made to feel welcome with some warm, friendly humour and an outline of what to expect. The tour itself was outstanding, but be sure to wrap up as it is very cold inside. Barney was a master at delivering an informative experience, really bringing it all to life. He used the kids in the group to excellent effect, ensuring they were as involved as possible. In fact, our nephews, who are 10 and 7 years old, were both fully engaged and enthused at all times, the sign of a great guide. Once the official tour had been completed, Barney took those who were interested for an additional tour of the site. In total, we'd been engaged for about 2.5 hours, which despite the cold had flown by. I would recommend a visit or tour to this fantastic place and thank you to all involved for making it such a great experience.

What a wonderful place, it's vast so allow plenty of time. We will be going back in the spring for the guided tunnel tour.

We went on the tour (booked online) with "Saturday Steve". Really informative and entertaining tour. Excellent value. He entertained us with his jokes on the way round and even managed to involve the younger kids and keep them engaged. His clear passion for the history of the place really shines through. Highly recommended

I'm not much of a history buff but I really enjoyed this tour. It was very informative and really interesting without getting boring! My step son thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide was very interactive and great at getting our shy 6 year old involved. Made a great day out 😊

Lived in Kent all my life but never visited here. Suitable for couples and families, well engaged happy host. Tour lasts approx 2 hours + allow extra time for exploring the outside and cafe. Great views

Great place to visit especially on a day when they have an event going on. If you get a chance book for Halloween horror if you like a good scare. Tho Halloween horror is not for faint heart or small children.

Lovely few hours wandering the grounds and exploring the grounds. Didnt do the tunnel tour but had a lovely walk and read all the info boards etc. Lovely cafe with reasonably price snacks. Ample parking which was free today but normally ANPR controlled by private firm. Friendly staff. Will be visiting again and next time will book a tunnel tour ( bookable online online)

Me and my partner decided to do the tunnel tour over the weekend and we're so glad we did - it was really a highlight of the day :) We were shown around by (Saturday) Steve, and despite us being an small group at the time, he made it really informative and entertaining. Would definitely recommend the tours! The café also does a very generous bacon baguette, too.

Really friendly, funny and passionate guides. Great bit of history across several centuries. Only eleven quid. Great way to spend a couple of hours late morning before popping over to Rochester for lunch and to see the historical high street and cathedral. Or the historic dockyards - the very thing this fort was built to defend.

We prebooked the tour online, which was 2 hours plus a bonus unofficial 20 minutes in the grounds with Steve. He was an excellent tour guide in giving very interesting info throughout. It truly was a great value as tickets were comparatively inexpensive. Walking paths were pretty easy, though a few flights of stairs, and we didn't find the tunnels claustrophobic. Facilities were fine - there was ample parking, and a decent cafe and toilets that weee not fancy, but clean and dog friendly.

Well organised and a great track, the boys loved it. They did the age 12 to 15 session for 30 minutes and had a great time despite the rain. There's a cafe with screens if you don't want to go outside and a covered balcony and benches outside with good views of the track.

Got my partner a ride in the twin seater kart, Ollie the driver was so confident the driving seemed easy, he was far quicker than the partner had driven around by her self, so glad she got to see just how quick theses things go and luckily all in the safe hands of the driver. A1* Experience Highly recommended 👍👍

So much fun! Buckmore park has a very professional set up, with a full safety briefing and timing system. It even has three sectors so you can see where you're quick. 12 of us hired the track for a birthday celebration, doing a 20 minute grand prix. This was all the time we needed because most people were complaining of sore arms by the end but almost everyone wanted to go again another day.

Such an incredible race track and definitely one of the best. The karts are reliable, there is a wide range and are most importantly, quick. The kit it comfortable and regularly washed. The race track and facilities are well maintained. The safety measures taken are unlike no other, and especially the flagging system. Worth the money.

We visited Buckmore as a group of 20 for a BNI networking social and we had a brilliant time. The circuit itself is the best outdoor track in the UK if not the world. Karts were brilliant too, but Freddie Jones really looked after our group from start to finish. Marcia was so helpful is setting up a bespoke event for us. Fantastic memorable experience and we will definitely be booking again soon. Thanks Buckmore - 10/10 in every respect.

Went here for my first outdoor karting experience and it was great! Managed to get a 50.275 so will definitely be coming back to try and beat that! Compared to other karting events I'd looked at, this was one of the best in terms of value for money. I tried out the 30 minutes practice session which was good to get an understanding of how the karts handle without having to worry about being in a race. Now that I have an idea though, I'll have to try out one of the open race sessions in the future. The staff as well were really helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who wants an amazing karting experience!

Buckmore Park is a phenomenal track - the downhill section is incredibly fun, and each corner has its own particular challenge. As well as that, track marshals do a great job, and the food served in the paddock was brilliant! 10/10, can't wait to go again next season!

My step son had the best time, his first experience of driving and a real adrenaline rush for him! Enjoyed every minute of the trial. Will definitely return in the future!

This time we actually had food too and i have to say it was great! Really good value and quality. My 12 year old loved the racing. The safety briefing was thorough. Management on track was on point. The coffee isn't bad. Could just do with a little more spacing between sessions.

A fantastic first experience at Buckmore Park. As a middle-aged woman visiting the circuit for a birthday present with my son, and just about reaching the 5ft minimum height, I was a little apprehensive on arriving and seeing the professionalism of the place. However, although a novice, I never felt awkward or embarrassed and fully enjoyed my 30minutes, go karting at my own pace and managing to hone my skills throughout my session. Next time I go, I hope to complete a lap in under 1 minute!!! Great fun!!

Cannot fault anything Buckmore Park do. Their organisation is exceptional, the whole experience runs like clockwork. The instructors and staff are all very knowledgeable about karting and extremley friendly. We cannot wait to return.

Excellent outdoor track, would highly recommend doing this if you are reasonably fit as it puts a lot of strain on your hands and wrists.

Track where Lewis Hamilton used to drive as well. A track with great heritage and set up. There are couple of nicely placed stands and also plenty of great spots to catch the race.

Ive been taking my kids karting for a few months now. Buckmore is just the best! Not that I can think of a bad track. The track itself is superb, long with significant elevation change, challening corners and many overtaking spots. They use proper crash barriers (not old tyres) and I am sure this helps when you have a "big off". Makes me a bit less anxious. Karts are very well prepared. The staff are helpful, highly skilled, enthusiastic and polite down to a person. Rookie club is an amazing day. Thanks to all of you! Buckmore does feel more serious than some tracks and all the better for it, if you want to have a proper race/practice not just a fun knock about.

Great experience for us Kent newbies. Apart from the fascinating distillery history and the family background, the products they create (we tasted gins and vodka) are impressive whether you are a vodka/gin fan or not. Anthony is very friendly and evidently passionate about his job, we really enjoyed his company overall. I’d say Anthony’s delivery definitely elevates the experience! Thank you, Anthony. Went on a tour of the distillery and it was really informative to understand how their produce is made. Once the tour was over, went into the restaurant to have a meal after, it was one of the best dining experiences I have had! The team working there are nice and friendly, a family run business! The food is immensely tasty and portions are not that big, but this is good as you’re not left feeling stuffed and overwhelmed. Will definitely be returning and would totally recommend this diamond of a restaurant 👌👌👌

Anthony was a fantastic tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed learning about their unique machinery producing vodka, gin and whiskey. His knowledge was both impeccable and entertaining. Although whiskey tours aren't common, they were more than accommodating for my grandads birthday, which we were so grateful for. The bar and restaurant after were beautifully aesthetic, and we enjoyed a delicious cheese board with our drinks. We will definitely be returning to take friends for tours, as well as restaurant evenings.

Visited here as a birthday surprise from my Girlfriend. We did the distillery tour then had a meal in the Pumphouse restaurant. The tour was very interesting and the food was fantastic as we're the little extra birthday touches. A wonderful experience. Thank you.

Very good place to eat. Good atmosphere. But just a little bit slow on service or getting the attention of the waiters. We wait over 10 mins for the drinks to get to us. It was ok for the wine. But the 3 lagers took the longest to get to the table. We thought they were making it from scratch.

Visited on yesterday for an anniversary trip. Very interesting tour and surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The guide was excellent and very knowledgeable, didn't rush us and answered our questions. It's a very interesting place and great to see how the vodka, gin and whiskey is made, right from scratch!! Lovely that they are so sustainable and use local products to the area. The setting is lovely with so much history. Definitely worth a visit

A great tour which is more of a seminar as the building is not massive, describing the process of the distillery and how the Copper Rivets unique aspects. There is ample parking outside. The tour costs £15, this is Great value as you get a free drink of your choice of the products shown. Myself I enjoyed the Chatham Dry Gin with tonic, ice and a slice of grapefruit which complimented the drink perfectly. On our tour we had samples of the different drinks so be aware should you be driving. Next to the distillery is the Pump House Bar where drinks are served.

See think floyd here on 12th may 23, absolutely brilliant, only down side long wait for disabled toilets as there was non disability people waiting in line, probably down to the fact we all had 15 mins interval. The show was amazing so didnt ruin my experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, can take pictures and dance, a handy bar and shop for treats and you can buy ice cream, whats not to like!

Had a great night at the Central Hall with Whispering Bob Harris and Danny Baker's Backstage Pass Show. So many tales to tell, we could still be there being entertained. Live shows, live music, so important. Long live the Central Hall

A little old and in need of a refurb. Especially the seats, which were a bit uncomfortable. The drinks and food are very expensive too. Having said that, my wife and I had a great night watching 'The Story of Soul' and we will definitely be coming back! :)

A beautiful styled wide theatre with plenty of space to house large crowds. Several green rooms and a large backstage area provides enough space to house large sets or equipment. The main entrance situated off the high street means parking is limited but there’s several carparks located near by

Every time this man goes to the Central Theatre a good night follows. Staff went out of their way to look after my disabled friend on this visit. A real credit to this town!

First visit to this theatre. Firstly I’d like to say the show was brilliant. We saw, Fairytale of New York. I booked for 6 people, one of whom uses a walking frame. The disabled parking is next to the theatre, however, you have to walk up a ramp to get to the theatre, hard when your feet don’t work so well and you need a support. The side door was open, but again access down a very uneven pathway. Once inside, the theatre is lovely, seats comfy, but as with many older buildings not great for people with walkers or wheelchairs. We had to wait at the end, till most people had left the theatre, as did many other people with walking problems. No one returned my friends waking frame, which we had to go hunting for. All in all, a lovely little local theatre, but not great for anyone with walking problems. Not massively disabled friendly,

Saw Absolute Reggae at Central Theatre. Such a fantastic show which was so lively. The whole theatre had such a wonderful vibe. People couldn't stay still, they had to get up and dance whilst singing along with the band. It was totally awesome!!! Thankyou Central Theatre and Absolute Reggae for a truly amazing evening. Can't wait for you guys to come back next year! 👏👏👏👏💜

Went to the Tina Turner tribute act of 'What has love got to do with it.' Brilliant evening with great band, dancers and backing singers and not forgetting the lead who played Tina. Very professional.

Fantastic show Magic of Mowtown. The cast were superb. Singing dancing many costume changes. Interactive with the audience. Central Hall was full the staff were brilliant and worked hard to accommodate all.

We found the theatre easily from the station, but a few signs would not go amiss. The bar was small and crowded with no spare seats which decided for us that we wouldn't buy drinks before the show. An opportunity lost for the theatre. The show was energic and familiar, although this was the first time I had seen this performer, I found his enjoyment in the performance infectious. We found the bar a little less crowded in the interval when we arrived and chose high chairs at a wall bar. Not the most comfortable options but there are so few options the choice wasn't great. I was glad to see non-alcoholic larger in stock and option chosen for me was quite pleasant. My friends small wine was definitely small and somewhat difficult to open without spillage. Not very environmentally friendly with a plastic lid which appeared glued on. However despite the shortcomings of the bar the auditorium was fine and seating was comfortable. On the whole it was a positive experience which I shall look to repeat.

I Took my little girl to see Aladdin just before Christmas this year. Nothing better than enjoying a great pantomime together . We enjoyed the show and giggled a lot, it was a fantastic performance.

We try to go to the pantomime at the Central Theatre in Chatham every year if possible. This year's Aladdin was truly BRILLIANT BRILLIANT BRILLIANT. (I could go into the what and the who at length but I won't 'cos you kinda had to be there....) But to keep it short.... the writing, the production, the direction, and the performers were all superb. It is truly impossible to pick out a stand out performance from the 8 main actors, so I won't try. This was Panto at its old-fashioned and fundamental best.... and there is nothing wrong with that AT ALL! Oh no there is! OH YES THERE ISN'T! Hope to see the same team back next year, and I for one would roll out the red shag-pile carpet for them!

This ship has a wheelchair accessible bridge around the otherside of the non-wheelchair enterance, if you ask the staff for help they will be happy to help you get on board, once you are on there you can see the main deck of the ship but there is a ladder to see the top deck which isn't wheelchair accessible

Very interesting ship. Lots of it is open to walk around in. Staff were friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Obviously if you want to explore you would need to use some steep stairs.

Fascinating place. There's something for everyone here, whether you like saving lives or old fashioned boats, then this place is just for you!

Great History of the Royal Navy, over 400 years of the historical dockyard birth place of HMS Victory and HMS Cavalier the last distroyer built and WWII veteran, with the last P&O boat (Submarines) being built in Chatham.

Very interesting ship to walk around, couldn't access whole ship because of the BBC filming.

Came as a photographer for a friend who has WW2 US naval attire, so we could do some photos. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Amazing piece of history, literally stepping in the footsteps of unsung heroes.

Our 3rd time visiting the Dockyard and HMS Cavalier. Always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff & volunteers. The ship is an interesting exhibit and we find something new every time visit, as well as being a fitting monument to those who served on the Destroyers.

A good way to see what life would have been like on a Royal Navy frigate. Be prepared for a lot of climbing up and down ladders.

Today 2nd January 2016, I took my family of 4 grandchildren and 3 adults to see Dick Whittington. Looking forward to seeing the "Stars" on stage. However, Tina from S Club 7 was no where to be seen!! No announcement was made stating that she wouldn't be on stage even tho, she had apparently left before production even started. Misrepresentation?? Getting us 'In' under false pretences?? The auditorium was so cold we had to keep our coats on, so we were unable to relax properly, not that the chairs were very comfortable anyway!! The loo's were disgusting, dirty with no loo paper, bearing in mind Panto brings in lot's of children who, when nature calls have 'to go' and need loo paper, this is a major disaster for parents/grandparents/carers!!! Patrons are not very well catered for. The show itself was excellent, a great bunch of characters. However, next year it will be Central Hall for us, definately not Britannia Theatre Dockside!!

We had a big party here a few years ago. It was amazing! We entered at street level and was transported back to Dickensian times and then up to the Britannia Theatre for an amazing night.

It's a really well run and fun trampoline park. We took our 3 year old for the stay and play session, I don't have older kids so I haven't experienced the other times with older kids. It's really good value for money and the staff are polite and welcoming. There are trampolines for all sizes and a large bouncy castle and slide that our 3 year old loved. There's an OK cafe, coffee machine, some cakes and pizzas. Could do with a small selection of hot food to keep us there through lunch. For the under 5s it's a really valuable outlet and provides good stimulation and energy spending. I definitely recommend.

We had our 1st ever visit this week. The park was good and our girls loved the trampolines. Staff at front desk were welcoming but forgot to give us socks. Lucky I knew from a friend the kids needed them so requested. Drinks were pricey but that was expected. My daughter ended up landing funny on her wrist and 1st staff member I flagged down was very thorough checking she was ok, ice pack given and forms filled out. We will visit again thanks to all for giving us a peaceful night as they slept like babies.

The experience at Filp out was really great. The family friendly setup is really good. Kids could enjoy the trampoline park and parents could wait and watch or could join the kids. The location is really nice and could sit in the open area on sunny day and the view form the outdoor deck is awesome. The staff is really helpful. Kids enjoyed really well.

Visited for the first time today as a last minute change of plans due to the weather spoiling our original outdoors activity. Booking was quick and easy online, staff were really friendly and helpful on arrival. Both kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we all look forward to returning for a longer session as the one hour flew by!

I am disgusted by the customer service from the manager of the chatham Park. The very rude, ignorant and unapproachable managers names is Femi. He would not speak to my daughter and kept his back to her while she was trying to talk to him. Due to my daughter and grandchildren having a bad time the last time they visited the park a kind lady of staff gave her a voucher for a free session. My daughter and my grandchildren walked the 2 miles to the park to be told the ticket was not valid...wrong number what ever that means. The manager was so rude and would not listen to my daughter try and explain that the ticket is valid. I got a call from her in tears and my grandchildren were distraught because they were so looking forward to it. This is a franchised company and there was no one above him so that is the end...your not coming in on that ticket. That was a lie as my wife called your head office and was told its down to the franchised manager to make the decision I hope you are proud to have customer service like this. Leaving a mother and two children in tears because the arrogant manager blankly refused a voucher that was valid for a free bounce session. This should have not happened. See valid voucher below...it has a couple of weeks remaining on it. Not happy

I really liked it here and kids loved it!! Enough space for me to play with them too and plenty of choice. Cafe didn't have any hot food available but got a Costa coffee and lockers are a great idea!

Very large park with very stunning views. You can see the spectacular view of Chatham and Rochester. There is lot to see. It has a beautiful monument of sailors who fought in WWII. You can start you walk through Fort Amherst. Where you can see the Prince William’s Cannon & defence walls. This Park also offers a big ground where you can see the people playing football and doing exercises.

Large open space great for a run. Exercise classes seen all age groups. There is a memorial for those that died at sea in the grounds. Look for the large column.

Years ago The Great Lines were used more by the people for Steam Fairs,Circus Visits FunFairs and of course the annual Guy Fawkes Event there were even horse grazing on parts of the hillside. Now it it a well kept flat green dog walking and runners paradise . Very boring 364 days a year. 1 day maybe Fireworks.!!!.

Great Park for picnics and dog walkers. Visited for Armed Forces Day. Great atmosphere, showing great opportunities for people to learn new skills in the forces. Not just about fighting wars etc. Assault course, many people having a go. All forces in one place, marching bands excellent. Weather was on our side as well. A great day out supporting our boys and girls.

These pics are from the field of fire entrance near the end of Longhill Avenue. You get an hour's parking on this road, with some very lucky properties on the opposite side. What an awesome view you get standing on top of Chatham from this side of the park. There is a gravel path all the way to the memorial from here which we could not reach today but will be back again.

My dog loves this space to run and enjoy himself. Don't come here often as it's a drive from Sittingbourne. Recommended park to go too.

It's s large open space some parts are left natural and uncut throughout summer and most is kept tidy and cut a few times of the year. Large area is also used for football pitches and is popular for park runs and football training at weekend. It includes a large monument to those who are remembered as war heroes.

If you want to get some fresh air, have a walk and take in the views, this is a good place to go. Take the kids and the dogs and tire them out. You have good view overlooking Chatham and towards Rochester. The Lines are next to Fort Amherst. Another place you need to visit. Also on the Lines is the Naval Memorial which commemorates the navy personnel of two world wars. There are two other identical memorials, one in Portsmouth the other in Plymouth.

Great and very large park with the most stunning views over Chatham and the river Medway, it also has the most wonderful memorial to sailors lost at sea during the two world wars.

Archie the mouse was a well crafted children's pantomime, performed interactively with the little lad and about 20 others watching dearly. The building is located just across the street from the pentagon. Well looked after by staff before and after the show.

Lovely theatre in an amazing old building. There is a real sense of community here with people of all ages and backgrounds coming together with the shared interest of performing arts. Don't expect perfection but do expect a very entertaining visit. Ample parking nearby on a couple of sites.

This building is the old Chatham town hall and as such wasn't built as a theatre,the first 5 rows are on the level but after that they are raised with quite a steep climb.There is a bar to purchase drinks and is open at the interval .We enjoyed the show,the sound and lighting was ok .

The Brook theatre is a very old building with beautiful decor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The actual theatre bit my friend and I sat in was spacious and warm. The theatre is disabled friendly with a lift and ramps. There are toilets and also a bar. All in all, the theatre is a lovely place to visit. You can also support them if you so desire.

A nice theatre converted from the old town hall. As this is an old building the accessibility is rather tight in places. Backstage changing rooms are not accessible and the stage is rather limited in capacity. Do not expect huge shows with massive scene changes however the sound and lighting is good. The auditorium space can easily be adapt to a big open space suited for ballroom dancing and other events. I look forward to seeing what the forthcoming refurbishment and modernisation works in 2023 have to offer.

It looks stunning. Lovely place to sit and relax outside. Food is well presented and tasteful. They don't have a wide range of vegan food, but there are some nice options there. They are pricey though. I wasn't best pleased when they charged the average price for a coffee that was half the average size. The glass they put it in is small. It looks fancy but the design is just a small glass inside a normal sized glass, so it doesn't look like you're getting your monies worth. They also charge extra for non-dairy milk. I thought most places stopped doing that now. Apart from the prices being a bit higher, it's good in there.

Excellent breakfast. Top quality ingredients. Not a cheap eatery but you get what you pay for. Very friendly staff. A gem of a place. It may take a while for the rest of that part of town to catch up!!!

All I can say is the best customer service I have had in a very long time. I went to Cafe Nucleus Chatham on 04/12/2023, my birthday. Our waitress was so friendly and she really made us feel welcome( I only wish I had got her name). The food was amazing and the service was spot on. There is nothing for me to complain about this place. I have been here three times now and they never disappoint. I recommend Cafe Nucleus to everyone, the food is amazing, the quality is delicious and definitely worth what you pay, and the staff are so welcoming which is so high end for Chatham. I will keep going here always.

I have been here now several times and the food continues to impress. It is easily my favourite place for brunch or lunch. I have tried different things on each visit and nothing has disappointed, the courtyard is a delight in the sun and inside is equally relaxing. The service is good and I think it's priced well for the quality and selection you have on offer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Very cosy, in a quiet part of Chatham tucked away from the rush of the high street. Lovely food, with vegan and gluten free options. Outdoor seating surrounded with curtains and roofing to bring the cosiness outside in the nicer weather! Definitely worth booking in advance due to limited seating. Staff were attentive and friendly, and we will absolutely be returning soon!

An amazing arts space, with so much potential. Great location, where hopefully lots more events of different nature will be taking place as I, for one, would like to become a regular! Cool arty vibe, interesting people and good coffee to gk with it. I'd be happier if there were more food options, but I understand it's work in progress.

Lovely little tea room, very unique and nice views over the river. The food is fantastic, fresh and in most cases locally sourced. A wide range of hot and cold drinks, including loose leaf tea, fresh ground coffee. The reason for 4 stars, despite it being one of my favourite tea rooms is because of the price - it does come at a cost, also there is no disabled access I would love to take my Mum and Nan here but wouldn't be able to and lastly the opening hours could be better

Was very good. Stall holders very friendly with a variety of items. Unfortunately my friend has COPD and to have a coffee etc we had to climb a load of stairs not good for disabled people.

Stunning view of the Medway . For a moment I thought I was in the South of France and had to slap myself . Well I would have done if it wasn't for the 3 or 4 drunk , topless, tattooed blokes shouting and swearing in their hopeless attempts to catch the not so illusive brown trout that cruised through the shallows past the numerous shopping trolleys stuck in the stinking mud .....triffic .

Interesting historical attraction in a rather hidden position off of Chatham High Street. A hidden gem. Check opening times before visiting.

The view is excellent, especially in the sun. There are only a couple of picnic tables and benches, so advisable to take a picnic blanket. The best places to picnic are near the car park so no need to walk far and if it is a cold day you can sit in the car and still enjoy the view. Parking is free. We did a couple of walks there but you will have to walk down hill a long way and then of course it is a long walk back up again. We prefer to go here just to picnic, not really if we also want to have a walk aswell.

What a view! This hilltop is a hidden gem for sure. Someone told me to come here and visit and I'm definitely not dissapointed. Great views, free parking and nice walking trails to just soak in nature and fresh air. There are quite a few interesting birds doing some aerobatics in the sky that's quite cool. The car park usually closes at 6pm sharp and the wardens are strict with that so be aware. Bring some drinks and food maybe a pair of binoculars and you could have a nice long walk with some great scenery.

We go there for a walk. The kids love it and it's a good exercise for all of us. From the top the views are really nice. On a clear day you see for miles.

The views are outstanding... But the walk unfortunately this time was very overgrown and couldn't get through which was very dissapointing! Also forgot that it is not walk for a buggy!! Sure next time it might be different but thought Considering its summer that they would make the track passable

Place, lovely and peaceful. Local wildlife, not so much.

Nice location with great views, Car park was locked so no car access when we were there. No toilet facilities on site or refreshments etc. Probably why it is designated a Picnic site. Popular with dog walkers and Kite flyers.

Started the trek from this pretty hill and ended the trek in Burnham recreation ground. It was a lovely walk and the place is safe for strolling around. The views are breathtaking. Hope you get to witness the sunset because it is very pretty.

Fabulous views from the picnic site. If you're having a picnic, don't do it on a windy day as your picnic will likely end up in the North Sea/Channel. Walking trails are very uneven so wear proper walking boots. Mixture of trails: downhill/uphill/level. Uphill trails are not suitable for unfit people. Most of the walking trails are mercifully dog-poo free though you still have to be careful not to step into something unpleasant. Also lots of horse manure about (nearby stables). Great walking though on a dry day in spring. Lots of nice wild flowers too.

It's actually really nice here, the view is wonderful and you can walk and explore the landscape for miles! Come early though if you plan to walk far as the Carpark is locked in the evening.

Fair sized car park, great view from the top of North Downs. Can take a nice walk around the local woods and bridal paths.

Beautiful views across our county from here! There is a footpath (though rugged) that you can wander along too. It can get pretty busy but folk soon disperse along The Downs. Great spot for a picnic 👍

The Nucleus cafe in Chatham High Street is a great place to spend time on an afternoon. There is inside seating as well as pleasant outdoor garden seating. In addition there is a covered, pavilion area for when it is not too warm. The table service is excellent from warm friendly staff. The only, "Fly in the ointment," is the cost of the otherwise excellent coffee.

I enjoyed my Cappucino here; had good literature to browse through; also: loved the crazy lightshades! I got hearts in my froth and there are tables outside if you like the street view :)
