Infact the inside of the San Carlo statue is very similar to the inside of Miss Liberty. You can climb all the way to the top and get inside the very head of San Carlo, from hence you can enjoy the view of the surrounding landscapes simply by peering through the holes in the eyes, ears and nostrils of the statue.
