Water park with good potential,however need a bit of tlc and proper cleaning. Floor dirty and ppl coming into the changing area in shoes where other are with bare foot. Hair dryers full of dust and not enough for all members also not all of them working. Not enough shower to rinse before and after coming into water park. Park itself have nice attractions and its not expensive (Sunday afternoon entry £15,80+£3,80 for an adult spa upgrade). Interesting water slides and steam room. Lockers with hand band and big metal key bit not practical, but £1 for it is refundable. General not bad at all but need a renovation

Could be a really great family day out, but the 90 minute time limit and 20-30 minute queues for the flumes make it terrible value for money at £60 for a family of 4. You have to book a time slot, which is an issue if there is unexpected traffic and puts you on the clock. There is a lazy river and 5 flumes. They are cool, but unfortunately we only made it on 1 as we waited nearly 30 mins, which was tough for my 5 year old and ate into most of our time there. It was very crowded in all parts of the pool. Knowing there were awesome flumes we couldn't go on, was so disappointing. All parts of the pool are fun, but it was nowhere near enough time. You are given a coloured wrist band based on your entry time slot and every 15 minutes they call out a colour and tell you your time is up! We had a 2 hour journey there and back and it was pricey day out for the amount of time there. I wish they would give you at least 2 hours given the queue times or even better drop the time limit altogether. Then it would be awesome. Instead it's just disappointing and you feel ripped off.

Amazing crazy slides ( for older kids), plenty of things for toddlers. Great staff. 2 things could be better - 1. few more changing room spaces ( visited during restrictions when capacity was limited and still was difficult to find free changing room). 2. Dinning room - needs more hot food options. Overall we will definitely come back. We actually have 2ice already. 😊

We were slightly late due to motorway accident and the guy who greeted us was so friendly and popped us on the next session without me even asking which was lovely of him. Changing village has plenty of space to change, ockers and it's clean! You need a £1 coin so be prepared! There's 5 different water flumes, a slow body one, a fast body one then 3 inflatable raft ones and the longest we queued was 20 minutes. There's a good variety for all ages with splash zone, lazy river and a hot tub bit. I'd say the only negative was there isn't a pool to swim normal lengths that I saw and the outside pool was closed unfortunately. Plenty of lifeguards on duty and vigilant which was nice to see. There is a "coral spa" but you need a separate wristband for that which I didn't know about and I didn't want to get dried and changed to go to reception to buy one so I'd look into that. I like that you can book evening slots as were less toddlers to worry about and a little quieter. Despite it being an hour away and costing nearly £40 for the 3 of us, I will be going back!

We recently went to Coral Reef Waterworld and we’re so impressed with the variety of features. For very young children and babies, there’s sensory features in a large shallow area. For older children there’s the excitement of the volcano eruptions and an amazing choice of interactive slides; which we’ve never seen before. They were exiting for the grown ups, too! The pool was clean, it felt new despite keeping features I loved from the 1990s as a child. It has lovely clean showers and changing rooms and a welcoming, friendly staff team. My daughter loved the addition of a splash pad. We honestly had such a wonderful time and we can’t wait to come back. Constructive feedback would be some accessibility for people living with mobility issues, as the exit from the pool via steps means the exit needs to be from the shallow pool area and that’s a distance from the slide area :). I noticed a disabled changing room which is great. We were pleased that there was a recycling option for our rubbish. Thanks coral reef!

This is a very good water park there 5 slides to choose from when you pick up a inflatable you can keep it can go on as many rides as you want the out door pool and a indoor pool they have a spa there and in that there is a hot tub sauna and a mini pool that is big enough for a swim around. for the water slides the longest wait was 0-10 minutes to get on a slide there are high restrictions for the slide. 5/5 would recommend for a fun day out ( under 5s go for £1-£1:10) (adults go for 8:95- 9:95)

I'll perhaps get the important bit over first- my daughters love the place! The main pool with water jets, the figure of 8 channel where the current pushes you round, and of course the slides. All great fun. I don't know quite how many people are there at a time, but there are loads and it never feels all that crowded (it used to before they went to online tickets only!) My gripes- some of the staff are wet blankets- some kids blatantly skip the queue and get away with it. But some staff are clearly on it. It's quite expensive for what you get, but then again anything with water slides always is. It takes a while to queue up for a slide, but again that tends to happen anyway with slides. No public changing room in this type of venue will be spotless, and they're cleaner than lots of others I've been to, so on balance not bad in that respect. I'm probably being harsh with 3/5 but I just can't bring myself to give it 4! Thing is, it is what it is, and I'm sure I'll continue going because as I say my girls love it there!

GREAT staff!! We were late for our time slot today due to traffic and the lovely lady on reception moved our slot forward so we didn’t miss any time in the pools. The changing rooms are organised, lots of spare lockers and changing rooms to choose from (and we were there at a busy time) Pool, slides, shoots and other parts are all excellent. My children’s ages are 3,6 and 10 and they all found a section that they loved. Will definitely be returning. 10/10.

It was not at all cheap to have a session at Coral Reef. In my family, everyone did what they wanted according to their age. I even had the courage to use The Cannon (the slide). It is not allowed to take pictures, but there are staff who can immortalize the perfect moments.

Kids enjoy sliding very much. Sauna is something for adult. Plenty of parking slots, no need to wait too long even during summer holidays.

Place is well staffed, staff are polite and professional, explained everything on entry and answered all questions when approached in between (from staff, lifeguards and gentleman in black uniform). Toilets and changing rooms are clean and comfortable. There is plenty of hairdryers. Excellent parking. A lot of activities, slides. Our kids (10 and 11) enjoyed it very much and did say it’s 10 out of 10. We will definitely be coming back.

Not difficult to purchase online, as I know there are no tickets sold on the door. Free car parking which is great. Queuing system on arrival was busy but we were quickly checked in by the friendliest lady called Penny. She assisted me in purchasing the correct armbands and goggles for my children. They thought she was so funny and so lovely. Changing area busy, but it was a weekend so this is expected. Pool was huge fun and we enjoyed every minute. Staff were all friendly and helpful. On our way out Penny saw us and even asked the children how their swim had been. Which they loved; as I felt this made it so personal. She really was lovely. We will definitely be returning.

Little bit belated review, but kids are still talking about their great experience,so would like to say thank you to the staff. We went in the evening session,which was much quiter than during the day. It gave us opportunity to go a few times on the slides without queues. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our experience even better than we anticipated. Thank you!

Not worth the price you pay …………. I had 2 adults and one 13 years , 11 years & 9months The queues to enter go quick but the queues in the changing room are ridiculous, because they have let so many people in and not stuck to the book time slot . You will have to wait to get changed in to your swim outfit and when getting out the pool. If you want to go on the waterslide, the queue are roundabout, a 30 minute wait for the whole 2 hours we was there . The pool is very overcrowded we was hit and kicked so many times and so unclean the things I could see floating on the top of the water made me feel sick . Its a bit of a shame as it could be really fun if there was not as many people it become quite stressful, especially waiting with a baby who is now cold to get into a family changing room :( . I think if they paid more attention to the bookings and how many people the pool could be a lovely place.

What an absolutely fantastic place! It is definitely a place that should be experienced. Finding the location is easy and straight forward, plenty of car parking space that is free. We were met by lovely staff who instructed us on what to do and then it was straight onto the waterslides! We booked our tickets in advance meaning we did not have to cue. We had so much fun the entire session with plenty of goes on the waterslides. There are cues, however they go really quickly which is brilliant. The management of allocated times, means the pool and slides never feels too busy with plenty of space to enjoy yourself. After our sessions we went to the cafe which has a range of hot & cold food options. Great day out, highly recommended.

We went and arrived as it opened. It was fantastic. Very short queues for the flumes of less than 5 minutes and the pool was very quiet maybe 50 people tops. The changing rooms were quiet too and nice and clean. Lockers were empty and plentiful. I had a look in the SPA and there were about 5 people in there. We will be back my 4 and 7 year olds absolutely loved it.

I had an excellent time there. There were no queues which means you get to go on all 5 of the watersides a lot of times and the rides were exciting, fun, but not too scary, so it's suitable for all ages. There's also a swimming pool for younger kids so toddlers can enjoy the fun as well, and the other side of the pool is deeper (1.35m) so adults and teenagers can swim too.

This place is fantastic, but it could be so much better! I've been to water parks all over the world and I can tell you that the flumes here are some of the very best you'll ever see! So, why only 4 stars? Well firstly it's the price, it's £63 for a peak time family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) which would be quite expensive for a whole day out, but you only get 1.5 hours in there. That, coupled with the long queue times (15-20 mins) meant that we literally only had enough time to ride 3 of the 5 flumes and a little swim around the pool before it was time to leave. It was also a bit chilly in the queue, there was a cool breeze coming up the stairs which made it a bit uncomfortable to stand there and queue (it wasn't a particularly cold day). If only they could bring the price down a bit or increase the amount of time you get in there (or both!) it would be an easy 5 stars. Definitely worth a visit nevertheless, although it's probably an occasional treat rather than a weekly or monthly visit.

Great family day, lots to see in the Discovery centre, things for all ages. Well stocked shop. The cafe serves you at outdoor tables with a decent selection. The queue is quite long but food didn't take too long. 2 sets of toilets. Play area for the kids as well as lots of opportunities to build dens! Parking is £3.10 for 4 hours for £6.20 for the day.

The Lookout Discovery Centre is a fantastic destination for families and those with a keen interest in science and nature. Nestled in a beautiful woodland setting, it offers an interactive experience that educates and entertains visitors of all ages. The exhibits are engaging, encouraging hands-on participation to learn about scientific principles in fun and innovative ways. The staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, adding to the overall positive experience. Outside, the surrounding area provides ample opportunity for walks and exploration, making it a great day out. However, the café options are somewhat limited, and during peak times, the center can get quite crowded, which may detract from the experience. Overall, The Lookout Discovery Centre is well worth a visit for a rewarding educational outing.

Amazing place for a 6 year old. Lovely playground outside and a cafe with food options. There are lots of different interactive attractions inside the centre with the possibility of a show. Den building was a highlight for all.

Great place for a day out, whether go ape-ing, cycling, walking or a bit of fun for kids in the playground. Long queues at the cafe during lunch time, better bring your own lunch if possible. 4 hours parking for £3 or full day £6. Plus is nearby Bracknell forest!

We celebrated my daughter's 5th birthday at the Look Out Discovery Centre last Sunday, and it exceeded all our expectations. Our host Holly was amazing with kids and made it so much fun for them. It was really great value for money and our best Birthday party so far.

Pay for parking then you have access to a fantastic woodland adventure. There's a huge outdoor play area and some great places to walk or mountain bike. You have to pay extra to access the lookout centre itself but I would say that is a bonus extra. Ice cream and ice coffee were out order of choice at the cafe.

Beautiful find for the kids. GOApe next door and science fun too, but you pay to go in. Bring your picnics and food set up and relax. For the keen cyclists 🚴‍♀️ bring your bikes and enter the forest trail. Fun for all! Across the road is Coral reef great swim for kids but booking in advance for time slots to enter!

Lovely children centre they have built. Has activities for all ages and they have kept it bright and colourful for all ages. They have different sections with all educational play. They also have a very large outdoor play area which is free to use. Parking is expensive though. Plenty of parking. The discovery centre has a small soft play int here aswell. My little one loved and will be taking her back shortly. We spent a few hours there but did not get to see everything so its probably a half day to full day activity.

This once was an amazing, educational centre for children. Unfortunately, with it being so popular, it has seen better days. Not to say it doesn't have its potential to be great again, but with half the exhibits broken or not in use. It's just a shame and needs a little TLC

The Look Out Discovery Centre has something to keep young and old entertained. The centre itself is filled with really fun science activities that is bound to intrigue those young minds. My 4 and 6 year olds spent over an hour engaging with the different activities. Heading outdoors, the wooden play park had the kids running, jumping and climbing to their hearts content. There are also walking and MTB trails which seem to draw most visitors. Parking is limited so you will need to drive around for some time to eventually find a spot.

Visited here on the bank Holiday... in the morning. Plenty of parking, lovely grounds for a walk- either side of the road... all around the lakes and in the woods. Then back to the Arts Centre itself for a decent cup of coffee, and plenty of seating inside and out.

OMG! What a diamond find. With no expectations, my family and I visited the Park. Not only was the mansion and acres of land so beautiful, the sheer alfresco bar and food was so good. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a walk and some food to eat.

Beautiful building, saw the comedy club the recent Friday, had a great time the acts were brilliant, the door staff including volunteers and bouncers were all friendly. Was a shame that one of the bar staff “butch” downstairs was incredibly rude to me by telling me off as if I was a child for using a toilet he said was closed. If I shouldn’t use the toilet there are levels of professionally to maintain and ways of advising a paying customer, instead of shouting at me I have ruined everything. I didn’t want this to reduce my rating too much as the night was wonderful and everything else was great. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic grounds with ponds and woodlands, great place for a walk. Whilst on the walk there is plenty for the kids to do as well as for the adults. South Hill Park also has a cafe/restaurant/bar so something for all.

Haven't been to South Hill Park for years and recently visited for an event at Wilde theatre. The car park was free but did fill up when events were on. The Wilde theatre is quite small but the views are pretty good. I was up in the gods and the leg room was so so. The theatre has its own bar. Only downside was one of the gents toilets was out of operation resulting in a queue at the other one. There were a number of volunteers about to assist which was useful. The show was great and getting out of the car park was pretty straightforward.

Lovely venue with lots going on, fab cafe, very popular. Beautiful gardens and trails for all the family which are free. Great playground for children.

South hill park is a lovely place to walk around, the path is hard standing which is good for push chairs and alike. There are a couple of places if you choose which are a little bit more challenging though some of the woods which take you up. The pond is good with ducks, swans and various other birds. The other side of the road is another small lake where you can walk to a small everglade and back to the lake. Also there is a place for coffee, tea and food. Plenty of parking on both sides of the road, there is a theatre which shows various plays etc.They also do events throughout the year on the green.

This place has so many things going on. There's lot's of different rooms which serve's the local community. The Wilde theatre is a great place to see shows. The seats have a good amount of leg room, and the theatre is well maintained. Staff and volunteers were all really friendly.

The South Hill Park venue is great. But your parking is rubbish. No where to park. Got scream at resident for parking in here road. No signs to say no parking. Then hotel up the road plenty of parking but at a charge. it be good to get the venue on board with the hotel and work together. But council won't move on this and problem carry on.

Great place to walk your dog. Grounds are lovely, and the building is beautiful. There is a cafe/Restaurant that serve beer, hot drinks and food. The Wild Theatre is here too.

Great Sunday lunch served here in very quick time. Quality food at very good price. Congratulations to all there. Our first visit but we will be back.

Great place to go for a walk, accessible walking paths. Lots of lovely plants and tress. In the summer it will be great for picnic lots of open space. The only thing to note, car park is not massively big, so in peak times might have to park in near by roads. Lilly Hill house is not open to public.

Nice little park, there's no playground but it's a great place to explore and the kids love it! Ziggy's in the car park is a bonus as you can get a nice hot chocolate, tea or coffee to walk round with. ☺️

Nice calming and peaceful woodland path to walk around, interesting carvings to find along the way. Large open spaces in the centre ideal for dog walkers and their canine friends. All in all a very pleasant atmosphere.

Fairly large park good for dog walking. Lily Hill Park comprises of a number of wooded areas with various mixed woodland, oak, beech, elm etc. Even a few monkey puzzle trees. Also has some open grassed areas. Numerous trails wind thru the park, some wheelchair friendly. You can even find the largest picnic table in England. Decent free car park.

Home of Bracknell rugby football club. Lovely area beautiful trees, lots of paths going in different directions. Lots of people walking their dogs. Recommend it.

It's a great big park, nice place for a leisurely afternoon walk.

A fabulous park on the Ascot side of Bracknell. Free parking, wheel chair friendly paths and rugged paths. Ornamental ponds, labelled trees and shrubs, sculptured and features cut from tree stumps. A great place to exercise, walk the dog or stroll. Plus at weekends a coffee van stops in the upper car park, or visit the Running Man pub near the rugby club.

I love going to the park garden on sunny days. It's so relaxing to sit on a bench and watch the flowers, birds and butterflies. The park garden is like a little oasis in the city, where I can forget about my worries and enjoy nature. Sometimes I bring a book or a snack, but mostly I just like to observe and breathe in the fresh air.

A beautiful little park, great for my Grand kids to cycle around on the paths, lovely shrubs and flowers, lovely wood carvings with history, nice open space if you want to join in Sound Therapy, or walk your doggie

Surprisingly a large park. Peaceful woodland walk. Home to England’s longest picnic bench, a wildlife pond, a Manor House, an apple orchard and a large summerhouse. Free parking also.

A nice little park with lots of different paths to explore. There are some interesting sculptures/installations dotted around. It took us around 45 minutes to explore it all - we did expect it to be a bit bigger. Good for families and dog walks 😊

Good verity of shops, sensible parking in the rate for £1 per hour.. quite clean centre. Parking space asp clean. Accessible to high street easily and almost all shops and banks. Could see a big gym inside and over all not ‘much crowded place. Christmas decorations are very nice and lovely. Inside mall it looks small, but it’s widely spread and well maintained. In summary in all a positive experience.

Although not used lot of facilities here, cine world experience was good with big screen and decent seating arrangement. Parking can be improved with paying station conveniently placed instead of keeping at entrance which causes people to stop at the entrance and pay. There seems to be lot of shops inside the shopping center, need to visit next time around.

My first visit to Bracknell town centre in years, wow - not the grey, depressing, concrete-laden place it once was!

It's got pretty much the same shops as any other high street, but in a different order/format. Made a change to go to a different place for a look around. The Costa coffee in next was good.

The Lexicon is a retail and leisure complex located in Bracknell, Berkshire. It was opened in 2017. At the time of opening, it had 70 stores, restaurants, and a cinema. A well maintained shopping center, very clean and plenty of parking space. There are a variety of restaurants such as Chinese , Italian , Greek, English etc. It is a lovely place to spend time with family . Absolutely recommend it 100 percent !!!

Such a fantastic shopping centre.We went to this shopping centre to see Ghostbusters in 4dx but as we were here I thought we should eat and shop while we were here.They have such an amazing array of shops from Fenwick,M&S,TK Maxx,Flying tiger,Robert Dyas,Menkind,Sports Dieect,Primark,Matalan,Waitrose etc.It is such a huge shopping centre with many stores which is mostly out in the open.I loved the music and the market too,atmosphere was full of life.This shopping centre has Office space too.They also have a lovely selection of restaurants from Thai restaurants to Smokehouses.in terms of gluten free they have an amazing selection.The restaurants that serve gluten free are Giggling squid(Which I went to which I reccomend one of the only gluten free Thai restaurants about),Nando’s,Tgi Fridays,Blues smokehouse,Zizzi,Loungers,Wagamama,the real Greek,dominos and pizza express(however I don’t recommend it to gluten free people).They also have other restaurants such as kaspas deserts,Subway,Fuego,Five guys,McDonald’s,Costa and Starbucks.My favourite shops here were Craft coop and GoGo gadgets,they were exceptional.They have 3 car parks here.I also liked the indoor area where sport’s direct is,unfortunately they had quite a lot of empty shops but that is with everywhere now since covid.But the stores they had were lovely.In that bit they had the kids gym and pure gym.They also had a candy floss and Popcorn machine too.The public toilets were well maintained too with water stations as well.The interactive map was very convenient too.They also have Bracknell library,a 4dx cinema and an escape room here.Would highly recommend this shopping centre,certainly one of the best I’ve visited.Cannot wait to return.

Great shopping area for your every need. I’ve been there twice and I can’t believe how busy & huge this place is. All the high street brands are there with lots of eateries too. Should definitely visit if you have lots of shopping to do. Car park is within the proximity but make sure you know which car park you go for as it is very confusing to get the whereabouts. Lots of roundabouts to drive to get to the venue so make sure you know your exits.

Very nice hotel, can imagine it is perfect for wedding events... We were provided a weekend getaway as a gift, and have to say it is very nice indeed. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is a good choice between continental, and Cooked. Dinner menu was very nice, a bit limited if you eat here regularly, but very nice. Lovely relaxing bar area... Would definitely recommend...

Beautiful country house and adequate rooms. Deluxe rooms were a reasonable size but underwhelming. The bar and outside area are very nice, with a lovely view of the grounds. Fantastic choice of hot options for breakfast. We were disappointed by the evening meal menu as it's a strange mix. Many of the staff were keen to please but inexperienced and couldn't answer questions about the menu and needed training. The stock of wine was also depleted and our choice wasn't available. However the meal exceeded expectations and was of a high standard. This could be a fantastic venue but needs a bit more thought and the waiting staff need better training. It feels like corners are being cut to save money.

I want to say a special thank you to the wonderful manager Leo who was excellent on Saturday. Very friendly, welcoming and a helpful gentleman! He showed us around many rooms to satisfy us with a choice of room went the extra mile. Lovely clean rooms and will definitely be visiting again.

Grand grade 2 mansion hotel in a lovely parkland. Great for a weekend escape and weddings. The room we stayed in was adequate, no fuss and functional. And yes, the gym is fantastic. Staff were very helpful... All in all worth it.

I was here this weekend, for my cousin's wedding and it was absolutely beautiful, the ceremony was held outside to the right of the building, we had it all to ourselves along side a private bar and event room. We stayed the night and the hotel room was lovely and the bathroom was stunning we even had a rubber duck to keep us company. The views from most rooms I imagine look over countryside and there well maintained gardens. It is a great hotel and a stunning wedding venue.

Food was great service was awful. Conflicting info from staff re menu choices, no kids menu on a Sunday. Had to ask for mint sauce, apple sauce and gravy. Heard staff moaning about us. Was given items we didn't order. And staff don't know what desserts are what. Wouldn't go back . But chef well done, roast lamb was beautiful.

Great location. However the room was stuffy, but looked amazing. Service would have been really good but they were obviously rushed off their feet. We waited for meals at every meal for an hour at least. Food was cold at times. Beautiful building, grounds and even though food was cold it was nice

Back for our 1 year wedding anniversary which we got included in our wedding package when we got married at easthampsted park on 24.09.2022. It was amazing being back at the place we love !! The room was amazing, quiet and best night sleep had in such a long time. The chief is amazing and food was just out of this world. The staff always friendly and helpful and we loved they wished us a happy anniversary. Thank you again for making our stay so special always going have special place in our hearts.

Stopped over night and had confidence next day. Room was nice, on the smaller side but had a really nice and spacious bathroom. Evening meal was very nice, and farmhouse English breakfast too which was cooked to order rather than buffet food. We had a cooked lunch too, again very nice. Confidence facilitates were good and the grounds very nice for a wander around.

Our family group had a number of rooms over a weekend for a wedding held nearby. Usman on the front desk made it all so easy for us, with room changes, luggage moves, and billing, nothing was too much trouble. He was simply the best of a friendly and efficient team in this gorgeous hotel. Breakfast was good though not exceptional. Rooms and public areas really well finished, and very clean.

An overnight stay with dinner, what a fabulous venue. The staff were brilliant and the service was impeccable. Stayed for one night in a standard room, had a function room with dinner and drinks. The food was to a high standard and well presented. The grounds and facilities are superb, with some great outdoor seating areas. Thanks for looking after me, my second visit and I was not disappointed.

Gorgeous gardens, wonderful staff. Smiles greeted us at every doorway. Very attentive staff at afternoon tea who knew the right balance between when to be around for service and when to leave guests to enjoy the peacefulness. Thanks Agnes!

A comfortable hotel with friendly and hospitable staff in a grand setting. We stayed in the Hepburn block which is separate from the mansion and not of the same standard. Still very nice but something to consider. Food and service was very good and the room was comfortable. Nice bathroom and overall a nice ambience throughout the hotel. The hotel is set on a large plot and it would be nice if they had walking routes or similar.

While the room was lovely and clean and had a very comfortable bed it was so tight for space that anything more than a one night stay would have been challenging. That said, I had a good night's sleep and overall a pleasant stay. The staff were lovely and very attentive and the setting was beautiful. I would recommend a stay there just look at what rooms you are booking.

Went for afternoon tea on Mothers Day. It was very busy but that didn't affect the service. The atmosphere was good and the room a perfect size. The food was really nice with the cake selection better than other places that charge more. My Mum was given some chocolates which was a lovely extra touch and she really enjoyed her afternoon.

Had a lovely two night stay at this hotel. We had a rear facing room in the main victorian mansion. The room was well presented on our arrival, no issues to report. Inside and outside of the property very agreeable. It's a great base for any trip, business or pleasure

Beautiful place to stay. Warm, friendly welcome with all staff professional and attentive. Impressive looking grounds, but the weather kept us indoors. No complaints though as gorgeous decor and toasty rooms. Evening meal was just incredible, and breakfast pretty tasty too. Hubby used gym which was busy but he managed to use the loose equipment rather than any machinery. Would highly recommend a stay. Perfect for big events such as weddings. Plus couples breaks.

A nice hotel with a beautiful large area to explore in the grounds. Would have got 5 stars, but the heating in the room didn't come on during the evening. Deer are roaming in the grounds, which were wonderful to watch in the early morning. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

Our meal was delicious, the service was great and the ambience was very nice. I only have 1 criticism, our table was in a corner and we were so close to the wall and the table next to us that the waitress wasn't able to serve everyone on the table. She had to give the plates etc to us and we had to pass them. Not ideal.

I just had my sons 7th birthday party at whoosh this evening. We had an exclusive party from 4pm till 6pm. I didn't have to lift a finger. The two ladies that worked at whoosh was absolutely brilliant. My son really enjoyed his party and so did his friends. On arrival of each child the ladies asked what they wanted for food to ensure there was no waste or no children was disappointed with what they got. They even cut my cake for me and put it in the party bags. I would highly recommend whoosh for a birthday party. The best place I have booked so far!!! The soft play is big, plenty of room for the children to run around. We had no problem finding it as there is a map on the website. And the seating area is also good. I didn't catch the two ladies name that worked there but I would like to treat them to 2 gift cards each for their hard work, nothing was no problem for them. I will contact whoosh to do this. As softplays go there were great facilities but I attended with my almost 2 yr old and a big group of older kids which had come from a school turned up at 10am! Not what your expecting in school time. They were not thoughtful of the little ones and in my opinion they were too big even for the big area. Apparently during weekday periods whoosh allow this kind of group as long as they are under 10, but some of these looked like teenagers. My daughter had her hand trodden on and she was barged out the way trying to navigate the staircase 😥😫. I wouldn't bring her at the weekend for this reason and lots of the other parents with little ones agreed it was not ideal. For this reason I won't be returning until she's much older. Pirates landing is MUCH nicer.

I returned today for the first time since lockdown and after being quite reluctant to go, not knowing what to expect due to the new rules and restrictions, both my son and I were very happy with our visit. The cleanliness of the place was very good and well maintained throughout the session. The changes that have been made to keep everyone safe are very subtle but very effective. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the staff are just amazing! Friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. My son is over the moon to be able to get back to his weekly visit to his favorite place. Well done Whoosh!! ❤️

Wasn't impressed by the cleanliness and waited nearly 5 minutes while staff saw me waiting to enter... its fine the baby and carseat are as light as a feather!But then never even got in as you need to pay cash. Oh and buggies stay outside. Walked away Never again Update/reply to owners comment -Buggies outside is fine - state it in the website -I waited 5 minutes while clearly visible -Visible to staff and therefore able to see the soft play space as its a small gate to enter -I said I was happy to pay by card and tried to look at the food to buy on the other side (wasn't in the soft play space just entrance), none of which we could have due to allergies and I told the staff member and asked what else can we do ...nothing ... so we left. Also quite surprised by the tone in your reply. Its feedback to take on board if you so wish, or don't, but the feedback is my own and an account about my experience its just useful for information on how to improve if you care what customers (potential customers) think. I came to the play centre several times with my 2 years old daughter. From 9:30am until 11:30am slot. My daughter loves it here. She has lots of fun. From now on I don't think I can visit again the play centre, due to the new rules put in place. You ate not allowed to bring any snacks for the little ones. You have to purchase everything from their cafe. I wouldn't mind to do that. But they don't have many healthy snack choices for 2 years old kid. Most of their menu is made of chicken nuggets, fries, burgers , eggs. My little one has breakfast in the morning at home. When we are at the centre I need to give her a snack. Usually are some crackers, plain yogurt and fresh fruit. I understand that they want to have bigger sales at Cafe. The thing is I'm not bringing a full meal from home. Only a little snack. Plus they should update their website regarding their new rule.

We had my son's party at Whoosh and was a success! Zoe and Charley were the girls looking after us and I must say, they were exceptional. Attentive and accommodating and that too with a smile. Thank you for making my son's birthday party a fun one.

Had exclusive hire for a party of 30 for a 6yr. Brilliant experience. The kids had a choice of food beforehand and on the day the staff worked tirelessly hard to keep both the children and parents serviced with food and drinks. They even cut up the cake for us, it's little touches like that, that makes them stand out from the others. Pricewise it was a winner too, cheaper than the ones around East Reading. Very secure during party time. Kids loved it, we added the disco to the package too. Takes place after the food, kids liked the glow sticks but then vanished off into the soft play not long after, not even a disco could compete with the draw of more soft play time. Very highly recommend.

Visited one evening for a jog around😝 all in all a pleasant park, nice wood, and an area with pond, open fields, football pitch, play area, tennis courts, great for dog walking, could do with a little cafe area

Delightful little spot. Some as that. Bailif team are fair, honest friendly and full of help if your not a silly sod to them! First hand experience. Maintenance team could do better for the fishing folk. The bushes need attention. That why they paybtheir fees! Otherwise excellent place. Great for inspiration and creativity too

Nice little park , there is the wood just behind the wood’s gate if you’d like a longer walk with your dog

Vast expansions with good dog walks but way too many dogs and some untrained, was a bit stressful to walk around with a toddler.

We use Little Gems Pre-school. We are very pleased with the services provided by Little Gems. I would highly recommend this Pre-school.

good fishing lake with a park for small children and a nice feild for football bench seating around the lake nice place for a stroll or walk your pet dog.

Great open space to burn off some energy. Pond with swans and the odd fish.

Lovely place and very atmospheric...but unfortunately felt quite intimidated when a group of people arrived and sorrounded the barrow not making you feel welcome

I went to The Old Grain Barn a couple of weeks ago to look for knitting patterns. They had a wonderful choice. I ended up with a pattern and wool. There was so much wool to choose from it was difficult to make my mind up. Would definitely recommend it. The proprietor was helpful too.

Really nice little centre, with a good mix of Antiques and Collectibles as well as some interesting nostalgia items,.Well presented, easy to get around. The vintage books section was great, lots of Aeronautical, Military and Local History Books. Prices seemed very reasonable, with items to suit most budgets. Definitely worth dropping in if your passing by, in the area ,or just going to the Garden Centre.

Fabulous place, spent hours looking, very good prices. Going back again soon.

Great place to potter around in. Good variety of antiques. Next to wool shop, retro, Annie slogan paint. Part of bigger complex of small shops. Excellent toilets.

Was in Moss End and popped in here... Great big building full of antiques and trinkets. Nicely laid out, well lit... Some nice stuff all priced about right.

We had a very lovely breakfast. You can taste that it is fresh.

Great place, lots of hidden treasure at reasonable prices.

Really great Aladdin's cave. Our first visit but we will definitely return when next in the area. Lots of interesting things to buy, staff were friendly and the prices compared to similar establishments were very reasonable.
