Had a great first time experience with SKIZENIT. Went through 2.5hrs of snowboarding and skiing within 2 days. Patrick was a very enthusiastic instructor and taught me and my mum very well. He was very encouraging and kept pushing me to never give up. Was very happy when I was able to start linking turns on my snowboard just on the first day. He was able to correct me whenever I was doing something wrong. I had some bumps along the road but he was always patient with me and guided me at a good pace. I think I learnt as much as I could within the 2 days. Wished I had booked more lessons. Will definitely come back soon!

We had a two hour private lesson with Eskimo and highly recommend them. Our instructor was very friendly with lots of patience, and I've felt the improvement in my skiing this week since the lesson. Thanks so much!

Amazing place to spend your holiday if you’re looking for a comfortable stay. Our room was incredibly cosy: very clean and well-equipped. It also was well-heated which we really appreciated after a long day of skiing. We even had to keep our window open at night as it was getting too warm in the room, so we were enjoying a truly deep sleep whilst breathing fresh alpine air full of oxygen! Nestled in the snow-covered mountains, the hotel is in a great position to the ski slopes, mountain trails and ski lifts. Additionally , it offers a convenient ski room located just opposite the Alpin Express ski lift. There are lovely and friendly people working in the hotel too who advised us on the ski map and places to visit in the village; served us a delicious breakfast and offered us to relax in the hotel’s small, private sauna and steam room. We were also pleasantly surprised one day when we turned up for our breakfast and found out that our table was set with birthday decorations. It was my husband’s birthday but we didn’t tell the staff about this. This small gesture of care and kindness simply made that day exceptional. This is certainly the place where you want to keep coming back.

Perfect ski resort! I came to Saas-Fee twice and it never disappointed me. Last weekend I was there, and unfortunately lost my snowboard off the slope in a valley. I was not expecting to have it back. But the next morning when I came to the cable car, the snowboard has been found by the stuff! Big thanks to all the stuff, they are professional and responsible!
