Definitely get tickets in advance (smart decision on my part) because there is quite a line to enter for those who did not get tickets online. Also, parking was pretty difficult to find, I guess this is a pretty sought out museum. But the museum only lets in a specific amount of people at a time, so it isn’t crowded inside. Overall, great experience to see the legendary Ferraris and some F1 stuff as well.

It is open even if it was Easter Sunday. This is our second visit to the museum and we enjoyed it very much after a 10 hours drive from Germany. It is an amazing museum that welcomes you to the history of Ferrari. From concept cars to race cars, old models to new models it pulls you into the Ferrari dream. Our 7 year old daughter enjoyed it very much as well. Her personal favorite room is the part where you can see the championship cars and the awards.

Would give 5 stars if my very palpable need to touch the cars had been fulfilled. But alas.. The very observant guards are probably there for a reason. This is without a doubt the finest collection of Ferraris in the world.

The museum was well laid out we came as part of a tour package. The progression of Ferrari products through history is well presented you have some of the original older vehicles along with today's cutting edge products. There is also a driving simulator which look like fun but I didn't do it most of the simulators had been occupied by the younger group. This is not inside a major city like Florence or downtown Bologna but if you can make the trip here I believe it's worth it.

This place is pretty awesome, I just wanted more. Ferrari has a long and impressive history, and although there's another museum not far away from this one, they could improve on the historical content. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the two gentlemen running the simulators. Patient and attentive even though they were getting absolutely bombarded with questions and requests. I had a great experience.

We had a corporate event here that was absolutely incredible. They had some team building events that included a pit stop changing of a tire and then racing in F1 simms. They then led us to an area with tables surrounded by race cars and fed us an amazing dinner. The staff was knowledgeable on everything Ferrari and I know they all bleed Ferrari red. They're VERY protective of everything and keep a close eye on you while you wander through years of history. Be sure to book ahead and take the bus tour through the facility. You might even catch a glimpse of a test car that they'll be quick to hide. .................................😊

As a big Ferrari fan I was expecting a lot more. Even the Alfa Remeo museum was a better experience to be honest. The cars were very cool, don’t get me wrong. But that’s about it. No cool exhibits, no cool sound design. Could have been so much more. Honestly not even really worth the trip from Modena.

Having visited the Porsche, BMW and Mercedes museums in Germany, I must say I felt a little underwhelmed by the Ferrari Museum. While the museums in Germany will take you at least 3 hours to complete, the Ferrari museum will take you an hour at most. The displays are curated over 3 floors with each floor displaying no more than 10 displays. However, I must say Ferrari emphasizes more on the history and the legacy aspect of their heritage. Overall, still a worthwhile visit, just make this your first stop before visiting the rest of the German museums. I should add there is another Enzo Ferrari museum at central Modena which showcases more historic race cars.

There is a shuttle that runs between Maranello and Modena, check the museum website for the timings of the shuttle in case you plan to visit both the museums. P.S The museum staff are super friendly and helpful, they even help us get a cab. The washrooms are super clean and the cafe is pretty decent too.

Outside the museum there is an option to drive a Ferrari for 110 EUR (not a part of museum), inside the museum there is a Ferrari F1 simulator (Price 25 eur for 7 min ride). I wouldn’t recommend the factory and race track bus tour though. In my honest opinion, It was a simple waste of money and 45 minutes of time. They(Ferrari guides) won’t let you out of the bus. They provide the facts of each factory segment pointing at the buildings, which everyone can easily get it from internet. There is nothing exceptional to mention in the whole tour experience. So, my advice is to avoid this if you are in time crunch or have some other immediate plans for the day.

Well worth the money. Drove the Portofino for 30 minutes in a beautiful sunny day, top down, with my wife in the back. Went a bit outside of the city where you can truly push the car. The route is abit challenging with cross traffic and narrow roads. Make sure you film everything and get printed photos.

I waited an hour for the portofini test drive. No big deal on the wait, but the instructor did not engage in any conversation other than pointing out what direction to go. We drove around town, in traffic, with automatic mode. I was able to feel some acceleration twice when there was a slight straight away. I asked for a highway, but no. Yes, I drove a Ferrari, but really didn't get to experience a fast car at all stuck in maranello traffic circles. I felt ripped off and didn't but the 50 Euro go pro video that they push on you. Not allowed any video of your own.

I’ve seen a lot of 1 star reviews and really don’t understand why. I purchased a 30 minute (long) drive in advance of my trip to Italy, I walked in 10 minutes before my drive time and was in the car before my time. I was able to enjoy the car even more than I thought I would’ve been able to. I’m not sure if I just happened to get the right instructor but I can not recommend doing this to anyone enough. Ignore the 1 star reviews, if you purchase your ticket in advance and do at least the 30 minute (long) drive you will not regret it, not even a little bit. Thank you pushstart!

This experience is a splurge but so worth it! We did a one-hour road drive in a Portofino with my husband driving and me as an extra passenger in the back. The experience was absolutely unforgettable! Richard was wonderful and made the drive exciting and fun. My husband originally wanted a track experience but was so glad he switched to a road drive instead. Not only did we get to drive through the beautiful countryside, but he got a much better feel for the car's power, craftsmanship, and handling capabilities by driving highways and windy mountain roads. Would highly recommend to any car enthusiast or adrenaline junkie - don't do less than an hour drive!

I was reluctant before commiting to spending any money, because I thought it's not going to give me a full experience of the sound, acceleration, driveablity etc. But I was very pleasantly surprised - co-driver was very encouraging and let's say - he let me open the taps a bit more than I though I could :) Besides that he gave us a tour around the factory, explained the historical sigificance of all parts of the area and in general - was a tremendously friendly bloke! :) I strongly encourage getting behind the wheel of this beauty. It's worth every penny.

I paid 150 eur for a short 10 min and boring drive around local streets. No education. No fun. Just slow driving around local parking lots. They charge 50 eur for a video! Basically, it's a tourist trap. One can go to a Mercedes or Tesla dealership and have a better experience for free.
