Very well done miniature world with creative adventures hidden between the small buildings. The kids had a blast trying to find all of the secrets, and the adults enjoyed marveling at the constructions. Staff and mascots were very friendly. The park is very Germany-heavy due to the founder's origin and it's nice to see them expanding more to reflect Brazil and other countries as well.

It is a pretty cool place. The “mini world” is very detailed and feels alive. There are many landmarks (mostly Brazilian and German) and they are very well done. Adults and kids will have a good time there (2 or 3 hours to see everything if you aren’t in a rush). Look out for the weather since this is an open museum.

Mini Mundo was an amazing attraction. So much time was spend on the tiniest details that were truly mind blowing. Entire cities 1/100th of the size were created. Many different cities from countries like Brazil and Germany. The mascots were cool too. The family enjoyed themselves here.

Snowland can only be described as one of those tourist money grabbing places – as South Park would put it, you're basically paying for a winter's line ride simulator. For starters, the place is very unorganized, from the architecture, to the signaling, to the lack of staff. Oftentimes you don't even know if you're heading to the right direction and you can't even see most of the rides in advance – so you can decide if you will wait almost 1h in line to try the ice "motion" or the ice "slide"!? Your tickets, by the way, will only give you access to the ice skating rink, this fast and boring ice slides and the possibility to buy extra (and expensive) things inside of the "park". You're pretty much spending money to be granted the possibility to spend more money inside. Even the hot chocolate, which is a given for both the host and the visitors in such those parks are extremely poorly managed: basically, there's a single small shop that sells it inside of the "snow" area, with 2 people inside. The chocolate is considerably expensive and, as I think you can expect by now, machine made and nothing to write home about. But, hey, at least you can spend another 30+ minutes in yet another line to get it. In summary, (and unfortunately,) Snowland means 4+ hours in line to get a bad hot chocolate and 16 minutes of mediocre fun. Don't be fooled: spend your time, money and energy elsewhere. Gramado is full of great attractions.

And when we managed to get to the 'snow' after 2 hours, we went tubing once because the queues were so ridiculous. So then we thought we'd go ice skating, to find that the last time was 4.30pm. It's an ok park, suited for young families with the monorail, photo opportunities with festive statues, a foam snow blower to excite the kids, and plenty of gift shops. The constant Christmas songs are mundane. My best part of the place was the gorgeous view out over the valley. Would say is expensive for all that it is. Also why isn't Orkney on the outside flagpole with distances to destinations?

Completely disappointed, we brought the tickets, and then when we get there to use the 3 best attractions, you have to pay extra, so they should charge in full before.

Probably the most in demand tourist attraction in Gramado, so don't arrive when a bus load of visitors comes or you will be queuing for 🤳 at each character. R$140 entry + R$180 for the pro photos if you choose, so it is expensive. I don't think the models are exact replicas to life size as Messi was over 6ft. If you've ever been to Madame Tussauds then this will be a disappointment. Most staff seemed ok with not wearing 😷 just one staff member who got huffy about it.

There are about 30 cars, all from the 1950s-70s period, so I'd say it's expensive at $90R for all it is. Would be idea to have waxworks of the Hollywood actors by each car to depict which movie the car featured in. Got more enjoyment from listening to the Elvis music from the TV screens, and the pretty smile of the receptionist 😊

R$20/person to enter. It’s a peaceful garden with great views of the mountain. I liked the landscaping. It has a decent recent restaurant with a gift shop. I ordered spinach and ricotta tortellini but it lacked flavor/spice/salt. Personally, I thought the prices were steep for the quality of food. The price of admission seems high for the size of the garden.

Cute place for “professing your eternal love.” Couples of many nationalities come here to purchase a lock, write their names and date on it, and add it to the thousands of locks already there. I am not sure if they ever remove some to make way for new ones, but I did see that they add more metal holders as space becomes limited. The store to buy your lock is right next to the fountain. There’s no entrance fee to the actual fountain. Keep in mind that if you throw a coin or key to the fountain, as some people do while making a wish, it will be removed. In order to maintain the pH and quality of the water in the fountain they remove what is tossed to it after a while.

Nice zoo around the area that offers you something different than what is around Gramado/Canela for a good price compared to the rest. Most animals look happy, however, some others looked bored to be in a very small and limited area, like some monkeys, owls, felines. I’d love to see them in a bigger area. On the other side, birds looked happy and people are able to feed them paying 5.00 Reais extra at the end of the visit. The food court is nice, they have local food options like sugar cane juice and ice cream with flavors from the region. I’d visit it again and hope that they make some areas bigger for animals since they can’t go back to the wild. I enjoyed my visit.

Large jungle cats were in tiny enclosures despite the vacant lots throughout the zoo. There is plenty of room to expand the habitats. It was heartbreaking to watch the pumas pace back and forth, they’ve lost their minds.

I visited this zoo 5 years ago and am very sad to see the poor maintenance and state this place has become now. At least 50% of cages and areas have their animals missing. Tried to reserve a vip visit 24 hours before visiting and had no online or telephone reply. When arrived we were offered a wheelchair instead of a guided electrical cart, to find out that most areas are NOT wheel chair accessible. Food offered at the premises like “natural fruit juices” are expensive and the only “natural” is that they are 80% water!!! In resuming, a very poor customer service experience, not worth the entrance + parking fee. Very deteriorated no maintenance premises….seems to be running out of maintenance funds. A frustrating day in what was supposed to be a nice experience for my 18 year old niece coming back from cancer.

To make matters worse they charge 10 reais for visitors for parking and another 10 reais if you want To use a stroller. It is absurd that the zoo won't offer these items to customers being that the entry ticket is already high. They have a huge empty parking area! Not recommended!

Really cool place, the kingdom of chocolate! There is a shop, a cafe as well, and a whole fairy tale entrance to the world of chocolate with a big fontaine from chocolate. Kids friendly! Nice service, tasty. I would come back!

A very stylish place to have a coffee. Very stylish, interesting furniture and interior design, different than others. Good coffee and of course chocolate choices. My waiter was a little bit careless and basically spilled the half coffee over my table and did not even know really what to do but i still enjoyed the place and recommend a visit.

Actually, a surprisingly simple but great place to visit. The sculptures are interesting and the chocolate samples are indeed amazing (the melted chocolate is definitely a winner). The only part I found odd is that they have a section where you can't take photos because they charge for it. That sucks. Remove that and you got a 5 star place! Worth the visit.
