A qualidade da produção destes espumantes exigiu investimentos enormes, todos os rótulos premiados tem uma história por trás, por exemplo, esta é uma das poucas vinícolas brasileiras a utilizar um filtro tangencial na elaboração de espumantes minimizando o uso de aditivos externos ao mosto.
