An older facility, but very well maintained! The place is very large with an abundance of trees of all kinds. You could almost say you are walking within a forest! Start early in order to see everything and to catch all the shows, and I suggest at 10am when it opens (closes at 5 I think). There are 3 shows not to be missed, the holographic, the seals and the birds, and these i put in order from good to better to best. You do NOT want to miss the bird show! Get there early though to get.a spot in the shade, otherwise you will burn! You also have to follow the map religiously in order to see all the animals, because the paths can confuse you a bit. There are 3 locations throughout the park where you can eat either burgers or snacks. If you eat the burgers just remember that the French cook them medium to rare, so if you like them more well done, you need to ask for it. There is plenty of parking, its free and its very close to the entrance of the park. Don't expect good souvenirs from the gift shop though, that was the only let down. All in all its a great place to visit with the kids, just plan on using the whole day!!

Amazing zoo! Highly recommend it, you can find all kinds of Animals, birds and reptiles here! Our little one enjoyed a lot and so did we! It’s worthed as you can spend all day here. There are some live shows too, that leaves you awestruck! Luckily we could witness the Seal show and it was wow! Perfect for a one day outing from Luxembourg or France!

Great Zoo park to visit for a day out. We were visiting on Sunday, The parking lot is very close to the zoo. I was able to appreciate many different animals.Very impressive Gorilla enclosure. You can get some lunch in the park or enjoy coffee and ice-cream.

A bit on the pricy side @ €33,- / adult, but with free parking and afordable hotel near. Dinks are proced as expected €2,50 for 33cl (2022) foor on the more expensive side. Very nice place to visit with kids and family. Lots of restaurants inside and in the surroundings. Show of birds it's a really good surprise, worth to see the 30 min presentation - check their schedule. Gorilla was amazing, so human eyes, you can talk to their souls. Few nocturnal animals, of course, were sleeping. 35min from Luxembourg and usually don't need to book in advance. Around 32 euros per person.

There is a very large free car park near the zoo, well organized. The zoo itself has a wonderful selection of animals to admire. We feel that a lot of emphasis is placed on the animals living in as realistic an environment as possible. The animals and the enclosures appear well cared for. A nice and big Zoo, it has many sections from different continents of the world. There is a huge free parking around it. The tickets costs 35€ and not 17€ as mentioned on google maps. Overall, it was nice to visit and spend a sunny Sunday there.

Probably the best zoo I have ever been(i visited already a lot), it's not huge but its absolutelly green, like a jungle, Especially in this summer season. Many of the animals have plenty of space, and it feels super clean! :) It was an unexpected experience! I will return :)

Once my favorite zoo in France, then the old management did some "dumb" stuff and the zoo fell into decline. Under new management now it's clearly coming back from that brink, there some way to go, but it's a great day for the family and their new projects look amazing like they used to be. Nice Spa, friendly staff and good parking. We unfortunately had to wait almost 40.min to get in, as they have a limit to how many people they let in. Once inside we enjoyed our two hour stay. We had a lovely time here and the entrance fee is fair and economical compared to other thermal baths we have visited, here you have the saunas included in the same fee. It could be slightly cleaner and it would be great with a 5 hrs option, but that being said, it exceeded our expectations and we will be back. The staff was kind even though we speak little to no French. The swim shorts policy is a bit odd also considering you are not asked to wear a swim cap... I don't understand the problem as long as the shorts are not huge/made for swimming. My partner had to buy a pair of swimshorts and got a size L which were pretty tight on him 😅 I would recommend this place for adults as a wellness treat. Not for younger children; it's a wellness bath not a playground / no kid activities here and there are "currents" in the water that makes it difficult to keep little ones close to you. It's a great value for the kids to learn how to ski any time of the year. Considering the distance to any alternative its a handy way even for an experienced skier to quench a ski craving.

Eric was an excellent instructor for the young ones, the facility was nice, snow and lifts were fun and easy to use.

The entry fee was a bit high but I enjoyed my stay pretty much. I brought my own skis. The ski run has a good length compared to other ski halls. Only con was the ski lift. Though I have no issue using a button lift, many people failed and fell on the lift (ski hall has many beginner guests) so prepare to wait some time at the lift.

It is a an alternative when you don't have snow nearby, but: 1. Be careful when you walk from the parking to the skihall, because you may be run over (have a look at the picture!). 2. The long slope has a rope lift that drags you all the way up, and that hill is equipped with a few jumps with some small rails, tubes and boxes to hit on the way down. After we paid 84€ for two evening passes, for my daughter and myself we head off to a beginner’s track as my daughter never been skiing before.And then one of the people working there told that we can’t use skiing poles on the track?!? Restaurant This area was large and well taken care of. It appeared to seat 100 people and faced out to the longest of the two slopes. Rental/Changing Area It was expansive and the changing rooms had enough room to bring all of you clothing bags, to include your snowboard, if you wanted too. They did not appear to have been cleaned whatsoever. There was personal item storage that only costed 2 euro for 8 hours. The storage was only 40cm x 40cm x 60cm (L x W x H). Bathrooms Absolutely disgusting. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in forever and some the toilets even had locks on them because they were out of service. Only cold water from the tap and there was not even soap to wash my hands with or paper towels to dry them. There was only an air dryer that barely worked in the corner with stalactites of disgusting grey that hung down from it and pooled up on the floor beneath it. Overall: 1 (Smelled like rancid throw up throughout the largest area) 2. Customer Service This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Employees flat ignored me with the exception one well dressed waitress who brought me my food and one rental girl who tried her best to help. Everyone else either ignored me or walked past me like I did not even exist. I stood at counter waiting to order food at the only place to order for ten minutes before an employee angrily walked up and took my order. No boxes, no rails, no small jumps … nothing. The same efforts they put into customer service is the same effort they put into maintaining this piste. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall: 1 (a ton of rocks, zero piste maintenance, zero care by employees) The company really needs to evaluate this place, throw some money at it, and get its act together.
