Last year, when I walk GR65 from Le Puy-en-Velay to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port I have, accidentally, visit this unbelievable graceful place. I'm Catholic priest so I put attention to the quietness and peacefulness of particular place of prayer. I can say that the calmness and quietness of this place estonished me. Of course I'm not talking about "upper" church but about chapel underneath the place of tourists. I highly recommend this place for everyone who is seeking for the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and His Holy Mother Immaculate Mary. God bless everyone+

This takes you back in time. We were very lucky as we visited late in the evening (7pm) so had the place to ourselves. It closes at 9pm. We were told that it is crazy busy in daytime so best to avoid if possible. Amazing buildings in an amazing spot.

Such a stunning place. The buildings are all built into the cliffs. There is a lift or stairs to take you up there. I believe the lift cost 2euros one way but I'm not 100% sure.

Absolute stunning attraction. Visited a few view points and the interior is stunning and awesome. Shops are interesting too. Took a train ride from the bottom to the top. It's very squeeze for the vehicles but all in all, it's worth it. Have an ice cream before you leave.

I'd wanted to visit Rocamadour for years, and in my head it was the epitome of medieval cities, a bit like Carcassonne. And sadly, after visiting it I found it very underwhelming. I barely preferred yesterday's visit to Beynac or La Roche Gadeac in Dordogne, both very beautiful medieval cities.

This place has his own aura. It's impressive when you look up and see the castle on the top of the "hill". And when you take a look to the overall, it seems like a place took from a fairy tale. It has an elevator to move to the top or the bottom, but it cost around 4€. Even so, I recommend walking to discover all the smalls secrets hidden in this place

My partner and I LOVED this place. You can tell that the monkeys (an endangered breed) have good lives here, and you get to see so many of them. We spent a long time here watching the monkeys, especially the babies. Be sure to catch a feeding at one of the scheduled times, where an employee will give an overview of the monkeys and the habitat and will answer any questions you have. Definitely recommend this place!

Loved it so much went back 2ce in one week! The monkeys are well kept and have lots of land away from the tourists, they seem very happy and healthy and well looked after. They are able to have the same social groups as in the wild and have lots of land to roam free on. Only downside is there is only a baby changing facility in the women’s toilets (suggesting that it’s a women’s job to change a baby). Also make sure you go to the toilet before going in as for obvious reasons there isn’t a toilet in the monkeys habitat.

A lovely place to visit and see the monkeys wondering around freely. There are talks given regularly and you can watch the monkeys being fed. There were adorable baby monkeys at this time of year as well. The monkeys looked genuinely really happy and it's wonderful that you can see something like this in France. The only negatives are that the common places where the monkeys gather can be very busy and they could provide some more benches or places to sit along the way. Some of these reviews also mentioned feeding the monkeys popcorn snacks. This wasn't on offer when I went.

There is plenty of picnic areas, so if you want to enjoy lunch in the park or is possible. If you do not bring anything to eat, it is possible to buy food at the park and well. There are some activities for the children as well. All in all it was well worth the 10 euros that was the price for adults. We recommend this experience.

A really nice place where you can walk among the monkeys, they will wander around you and sit nearby, kids loved it. Only things against it are on a hot day there is very little shade so take plenty of water with you, hats, suncream etc, also it isn't as big as I expected, but still if you like monkeys and especially if you have kids you will probably love it.

Wonderful experience walking among and feeding the Barbary macaques. They are so gentle when they take the popcorn! Informative talk at feeding time given in English for our benefit. The only thing that I wanted and didn't find was a book detailing the history of the centre, the details of relocating the troupes into the wild and information about the animals. Magical experience observing natural behaviour, and a rare opportunity to get super photographs. I would recommend it for any animal lover.

Brilliant way to spend an afternoon watching Birds of Prey fly off into the sky, enjoy themselves for 20-30minutes then come back to handlers who were performing with other birds. For the kids they had Condors walk over their legs, fed parrots and kestrel, had owl on head and handled a little owl. Some got to be part of the demonstration feeding flying birds. Took up 3 hours easily for €11 each, drinks over the same time span would have been far more expensive. Go!

This park is not a zoo, its an ornithology park. Come and get educated by real raptor birds lover. Daily live show where you will see kites, vultures, eagles, owls,. We've been visiting this place for 40 years and I'm always amazed to come back

The birds were great, they really enjoyed flying free down the valley . Most returned when called but there were a couple of large eagles that kept their keepers waiting. We shared the experience with about 150 school children from 5 to 15 years old. Noisy but nice.

2€ to get in but you must have a 2€ coin exactly which was a little annoying as nowhere told you that until you got to the gate. Luckily, there is a kiosk in the car park where someone can give you change. The views from the 'remparts' were nice but it was very small and didn't take all that long to go round.

Really nice place to stop and have à picnic with local products. The farm is nice to see goats and piggs. At the little shop they give you a basket to put the food that you can take and eat at the back on a nice open garden area set with à lot of picnic tables. The freshest cheese that I can find. The shop is literally across the street from the farm where the goats are milked and the cheese made. They have a square shaped cheese that is even creamier than the Rocamadour they offer - get that!

I love caves, and I've never been to a cave I didn't enjoy until this one.
