Good place to walk and take in the scenery. There are also food and drinks to be sold at this location. Go on weekdays to get better pics with no one in the background. One issue is that I don't see any designated area for smoking so the smoke can and will travel to where you eat and there is no enforcement on the smoking ban at eateries which puts me off.

Took the cable car to the temple on the way down from Genting to temple to GPO. The stop is free and the same ticket can be used to continue your ride down to GPO. The walk from the station to the temple is quite long but there are escalators throughout the whole walk. The walk is about 10-15 mins. No entrance fee is needed to enter the temple but you can donate in those donation boxes. Plenty of eateries (meat free and with meat) in the temple compound. Estimated time spent here in the temple is about 1.5 hours if you look around leisurely.

I truly enjoyed my time here. The view was incredible and the ambience was serene. When you are in Genting, it's worth coming here and embarking on a cultural journey through a visual depiction of the afterlife or simply enjoying the marvellous mountainous landscape from the temple. There's a huge Buddha statue that you shouldn't miss and I think it's worth taking the time to read the stories and look at everything.

We parked at the bottom where there is a small prayer hall and at first glance we thought that is it, but then we went up to the main complex and it is really stunning. Nice cool air and very wide open space with a lot of architecture, statues, small caves and walkways to explore. Great for taking photos and not too crowded or tourist-trap feel. There’s also a small area with refreshments

A place that can drop by along the way to top or go down, feel chilling and peace, and there is cable car station connected to this temple also, got vegetarian restaurant and other snack food stall. There are some buddhist statue which is accessible by walking toward the little hill here.

Beautiful temple complex located at the top of a mountain. It's a place of serenity and calmness. I loved the architecture, good place to take photos. Best to visit on weekdays to avoid both crowds and to enjoy the calmness. Weather was windy and chilly but comfortable nevertheless.

It is such a peaceful place surrounded by the forest and the misty clouds. There are lots of Chinese sculptures with inscriptions carved,very well maintained. The statue of Buddha surrounded by lush greenery is such a sight to the eyes. The caves, fountains, all are really nice. The place gets fully covered in mist during evening. There are escalators that gets to the place from skyway station

Chinese temple in Genting Highland. The temple located at 4.600 feet above sea level. You need to take cable car from Genting and take 5-10 minutes to the peak of mountain. This temple has a great mountain view. You will also find the temple's pagoda, giant Buddha statue, etc.

the place offers me a chilling feel. Mixture between the atmosphere, temple architecture and temple location make it a wonderful spiritual and tourist place. The founder of Genting place who is also made statue here - Mr Goh Tong if i am not mistaken is a true blessed genius.

One of the must-watch places on the way to Genting Highlands is a very beautiful, calm, and quiet temple nestled in the mountains. This can be easily accessed by using the Awana Skyway cable car to Genting Highlands. There is a cable car stop station on the way called "Chin Swee Station." You need to disembark from the cable car there. Cable cars always stop there for passengers to disembark and board. However, most travelers do not visit Chin Swee Cable Temple because they are unaware that the cable car stops at Chin Swee Station for them to visit there. After disembarking from the cable car, you have to walk downward again to reach the cave temple. But it is not an issue as there are escalators, 9 in number as I remember. So, no tiredness at all. You will be fascinated by the beauty of this place, especially if there is a mild mist. You can enjoy a great view and take nice photos.

I loved everything about this place. The tall Buddha and Ma Kuan Yi are there. There is a path symbolizing the journey to heaven, and there are also 10 chambers representing hell. You can take a slow walk, read about each chamber's punishment, and learn about the culture and the religion. This place is pet-friendly, but please ensure your pet is on a leash as there are multiple people and visitors around. Please wear proper attire as a sign of respect.

It was a scenic ride to the temple via the Awana SkyWay gondola. Got off at the Chin Swee station at no extra cost and take the escalators to the temple grounds. Several shops selling food and drinks. There was even a vegetarian restaurant and Starbucks which you can admire the Buddha statue from the floor to the ceiling glass window.

Beautiful temple that is kept tidy and clean. The toilets just by the lifts that take you down to the Chinese restaurant are disgusting and need maintenance and up keep but the toilets just behind Starbucks are clean. We were amazed by how big the compound is and it was a very educational experience for us and the kids. The pagoda has 9 floors and the view at the top is stunning. This is also a free attraction which is a bonus on the way up Genting.

A place to experience sub zero temperature at Malaysia. It's cold here abt -7°C so please wear appropriate outfit before entering although sweater been given. Thick socks and extra hood may help you stay longer there.

A snow park located in genting highland, good place to visit for people who didn't visit any of this kind. But for me I have visited 3 of them in India. One in hyderabad, Bangalore and Goa. So I didn't find much of a difference and more over liked them better than this one.

Snow world located at getting highlands resort, one of the must visit place if you are at gentings... Warm jackets, lockers are provided by the staff which is included in tickets.. -7° temperature is maintained in the place to give us a authentic snow country feel... It was quite an amazing experience...

It was -7 degree when I entered with my cousins, age 10 and 12 respectively. They have never been to countries with winter season, so it has been a great experience for them. They enjoyed the mini sleigh. This will need an adult to help to pull it for the kids. They do have the huge slide which require us to sit on the blue tyre. I slide down pretty fast, making several turns. Great for photo taking if you can withstand the ultimate coldness. We couldn't last for the full hour session. Left after 30minutes as it was too cold.

Worth going if you’re in Genting but be prepared to lose a lot of $$$. Entry is RM40 per adult (Malaysian). For RM40 you get a 30 min entry time to the Snow World and there’ll be two photographers to take pictures for you (that you can buy later). To be fair, we did enjoy our time there as it really was a different world. Don’t underestimate the cold, it’s really cold. -5 degrees Celsius during our visit. I brought my own jacket and gloves, however they still needed me to wear their boots. If you are wearing sports shoes they’ll let you in. However, all the items can be rented. It was a fun short time in the snow area, I also rode the slide once. It was pretty thrilling! Wish they gave us more time... The pictures taken by the photographers turned out really well. If you want a digital copy, it’s gonna cost you... RM150. If you want some printed options they start at RM50 (per picture) and up to RM200+++ (depending on what configuration you want i.e in a book, in a leather frame, etc). In conclusion, worth going once!

Snow World Genting has been closed for more 2 years since COVID19 outbreak. A lot of visitors were hugely dissapointed as when you Google, you'll think its still open. Even Genting official website doesnt give a clear warning to visitors that a lot of their indoor ridea are closed due to break down and no spare parts. The new outdoor themepark also have very few rides operational due to some rides still not yet commisioned and waiting approval from Universal Studio.

Genting Highland Malaysia🇲🇾 A trip to Genting Highland would not be complete without experiencing the cable car adventure you will enjoy. The view is amazing. The cable car is comfortable and safe. You can choose which station you want to hop on and which station stop. It takes you in one location to another quickly. Mountain to mountain view. It's like transportation to other cities or dimensions. The only difference is this city is so high up to the mountains. Not just like normally kind of cities but the city that complete with entertainments. Shopping complex, all kinds of food and dessert, team Park , hotels and everyyyyything mind-blowing.

We took Glass Floor Gondola Return for RM35 per pax. We went through fast lane queue + skip almost 500 people. The cable car experience is good. Nice experience... Nothing special about the glass floor, just u got to skip the long queue 😅.

Wow! Absolutely must visit! I suggest you take the bus here or use ‘grab’ & come EARLY! This place is MASSIVE! Will require a whole day to properly explore. Kids will love it here, too much entertainment. Candy, rides etc. perfect for shopping too - international plus local/Asia brands/stores. Dress comfortable - a lot of walking within. Also you must come here on a sunny day to enjoy the cable car otherwise you’ll be drenched in clouds. Have fun!! Also - to pay for the cable cars you will need a card- no cash accepted

The scenery is just astounding! Just that if it’s misty, you’ll not be able to see them. In whole, there are three stations. Namely, Genting Highlands Premium Outlet - Chin Swee Temple - Awana Resort. You can also easily access the malls and the premium outlet. Do not forget to drop off at the temple as the view there is worth the visit!

Nice place. Quiet easy to find. Ticket for adult Malaysian is RM18 return. Can see many hillslide on the way up. Overall is great.

Nice views. Enjoy with your family. Come during the morning. If you come afternoon you will have to queue very long going up… unless u r express ticket. Express ticket is 30RM. About a 12RM difference. I think is worth if the queue is longer than 20+ people. Bring thick clothing if you are easily cold. I wore beach wear and still feel fine.

The line wasn’t very long, it depends on when you go. The morning/first few rides have the least amount of waiting time. The cable cars are very clean, and fresh air comes in through the grate on the side. It goes mostly over greenery and if you are lucky and there are clouds when you ride you might go through the clouds. don’t ride when it is very rainy of windy, just in a small drizzle. Amazing experience!

A 7-8 minute ride gives you a nice view of Genting highlands. On cloudy days, I suggest you not to pay for the glass floor cabin, just regular works, since you probably won't see anything below your feet 😄. Regular return ticket for each person is rm18.

This ride is one of the highlights of our trip to the Genting Highlands. One of the must-try spots and much recommended on Weekdays owing to the huge crowd turnout during peak season. The staff helped get tickets from the kiosk and there was no waiting time. We walked right in and into the gondola. The weather was perfect, chill,  breezy, and clear so we had a great chance to capture the beauty of the hills from our seats. The ride was slow, peaceful with no noises around, and perfect to enjoy the view; on the whole, it was close to a half an hour's ride. You could either start from the base or top and go on a round trip or you could take a one-way ride on either side. The price for a standard gondola would be RM 18 (Round trip) and it would be a shared one but since there wasn't much crowd, we 4 were given one gondola for ourselves. The right spot to spend an hour with your loved one. BLISS!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

A beautiful experiance,a must visit place in Malaysia. The cable cars are so very well maintained and has a reasonable entry fee. The sight along the way is also such a beautiful sight to the eye. It takes you a total of 6000m above sea level, among the misty path. The staffs are also helpful. Best option is to get tickets beforehand via Klook. It is very user friendly and easy

Great cable car, but in some cases you might have to share a cabin with others. To skip the line, i paid rm30. The line was long so i lazy wait. The whole ride was probably around 5 minutes? If not mistaken. There will be photographers taking pics of you guys & to buy that picture, prepare rm100 for two photo styles. If you are to bring a baby stroller, best to fold them before hand and then open once you are safely seated in the cabin. The cabin would not stop, you gonna have to chase it. They will slow down but not stopping. Careful.

This is gondola service to genting highlands from awana.. It is nice experience to go by this 2.4 Km cable car ride. there are Three stops in this gondola ride- awana, chin swee temple and sky avenue genting. You can stop and visit chin swee temple. And then proceed to genting. You can see the view of hills and kuala lumpur city from gondola. Return Tickets cost 16rm. weekends or time of any festival - you have to wait in a que to take ride.

1 hour from KL. The place is cold and beautiful suited for spending time with your family. You can choose 2 types of cable car; the standard one and the glass floor cable car. For the glass floor cable car is 2 times expensive but it's worth for your money. From the Awana station, you can drop at the temple for free and I recommend you to drop before going to Skyworld.

I think all tourists, whether or not they've experienced cable cars before, can come and give it a try here. Because at Genting, you can see a different scenery from this cable car. However, if you're afraid of heights, it's probably best to skip it! 😅 This cable car can take you to Chin Swee Caves Temple station or to the Premium Outlet station. However, from the Chin Swee Caves Temple station, you still need to walk a long distance to reach the Temple.

This is a beautiful place to bring family for a quite n peaceful holiday. Only problem the restaurant are quite expensive due to it location on top of a mountain. From afternoon onward the place is quite crowded until close down. There are alot of restaurants n games outlet. Children n adults will love this place. Infact it is an indoor theme park. Every game outlet is indoors, so no worry if rain. The whole building is accondition n is cool inside.

The not so good: entrance fee can't be paid by cash/card, only QR code (as of writing this). Some parts look very rundown. The retail side is not appealing, very old-fashioned. Need better management. The good: the flower farm side is beautiful. Lots of flowers, very colourful, great photo opps. Wish they would sell some of the flowers, people will sure buy! Sadly, no strawberries to pick that day.

Very worthwhile. Enter exactly at 9.30 am when it opens. An unforgettable strawberry picking experience. But, even though strawberries are red, they are small and sour. The price is RM8.00 per 10 grams. There are also strawberries for sale, but they are all imported from Korea and the USA. So many interesting places to OOTD and take photos. Highly recommended. A once in a lifetime experience.

For the entrance fee RM20 adult and RM15 kids, I think this place is worth visiting. For those from KL, it is nearer to come here than heading to Cameron Highlands. Free parking on the roadside. With shopping stalls and eateries overall this place is enjoyable, and they have decent toilets. Especially those who love flowers. Come early when the temperature is not hot. Felt the heat when noon heat strikes. Picking strawberries was sure fun. If they were to offer selling plants like strawberry or grape, I sure will be interested. Like the fact they don't pressure you to buy stuff or take photos.

Interesting little farm. The beginning area is flowers, then you can pick strawberries as well (pay by the kg) or you can just buy pre picked ones. They also sell strawberry jam and juice concentrate as well as lollipops. There wasn't anyone else there when we went. My daughter enjoyed it. Getting out is like a long maze though, you gotta walk through all the shops.

The place is so huge , we underestimate it at first. But, once you get in there you'll have to walk far to find the exit. But most importantly they provided toilets and prayer room for Muslim. A decent prayer room but enough. They provided free photographer shoot service but you'll need to pay for it to be printed. The pictures turned out so good as if taken by professional photographers. Endless shops you can stop by all the way in this farm. Such a fun trip with the children!

Reached there around lunch time today. There’s no strawberry plucking available today, but we went in anyway to take a look at the farm. Heard from one of the cafe staff that the strawberries won’t be in season till maybe two months later. Pretty decent farm, sans strawberries and lavender. And the weather isn’t exactly cool there. Not sure if it’s just today. I was wearing t-shirt with berms and I was sweating as I was strolling around the farm. Tried the strawberry tart with ice-cream, and a latte at the cafe. Pretty ok.

20rm entry fee, get to look at flowers and pick strawberries. Strawberries have a extra fee of 8rm per 100g. I managed to pick a few (had to really search) but honestly very few strawberries to be picked. Most likely all picked by the kids. They also sell locally harvested honey, not bad :) There's also lots of merchandise stores as well as a small cafe selling strawberry tea/coffee. But overall was still a fun experience. Recommended but try to go during strawberry season.

Ticket price is slightly expensive to me, RM20 for adult and 15 for kids, and this is only for seeing the flowers. If you want anything extra like picking strawberry need to pay separately. A family of 4 will cost 70 just like that. The farm is big and Flower wise there are a few varieties and only that few varieties in the whole farm. The varieties keep repeating in different part of the farm. If you decided to pluck strawberry, the price today was 80/kg. They sold packed strawberry too but I’m not sure if they are from their own farm or not. They also sell honey, lavender made stuff like lotion, perfume, air freshener etc. there’s a cafe and many other stalls along the way near the end of the exit. All in all, not a bad place and if the price could be cheaper it will be better.

Its a beautiful place if you love the flora and fauna because all you see here is flowers, plants and strawberry farms. The best part is picking your own fresh strawberries which you can purchase. The entrance ticket for this park is a bit expensive according to me, but the experience is good, specially if you are interested in taking pictures. There are also 2 photo booths, where they take family pictures as well as pictures with chinese or local costumes. Some small shops selling coffee, perfume, honey, strawberries and food stall is available.

A very beautiful place to visit. Entrance ticket is a bit pricey, but they have to get money to maintain the place. You can see strawberries and flowers here. You can buy many strawberries products like jam, juice, ice cream (I love it). You can also pick your own strawberries. There is also a lot of lavender themed products. Toilets are cleaned (at least when I was here). There is a photography service here if you want to take back souvenirs. Many shops near the exits. Be careful because the place is next to a residential area but parking is fairly easy. I would come again and it is highly recommended.

Nice place, and I had a good time with the kids. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the strawberry 😕 because the season only in September and October. But you can buy a small box for 20MR for eat.

Genting Strawberry Leisure Farms at GohTong Jaya. The flower farm is very beautiful and colourful, ideal for those who enjoy taking photos. You can pluck strawberries for RM8 per 100gm or buy pre-packed ones. Thankfully, we were able to pick some strawberries this time. There are fewer crowds today.

Love the strawberry picking part. It was rm 10 per 100 gram. Reasonable price. Entrance was rm 15 adult and rm 10 for kids. Lots of flowers and greens.

The entrance fee for me is quite expensive. rm 20 for adults. kinda not worth it for me because there aren't many fun activities to do here. Can only see the flower field. When going to a strawberry farm, there are not many red and large strawberries. but you can still pick it at the price of rm8/gram. There is also a small cafe to enjoy drinks and snacks, a honey shop and a gift shop. There is a service for photographers to take pictures as memories in front of the flower field. To me this is just a normal strawberry and flower field and doesn't really appeal to me. In addition, staff and workers need to be trained to be more friendly especially at the counter selling souvenirs or Cameron tea.

The strawberry farm is okay except not muc fruit to harvest, probably not in season bt the whole farm was fabulous...the flowers /blooms plants r so beautiful...it's indeed sad to hear dat the farm be demolished n giving way to a go cart activity...suc a pity n a waste... I guess tis strawberry n flower garden is ideal n shuld stay since there are already too many game activities indoor n outdoor at Genting itself.

Stopped in for a quick visit on the advice of our driver, whilr on our way to Genting Highlands. What a cute location, flowers, strawberries and lavender, honey tastings, Strawberry coffee tastings (absolutely delicious) and the opportunity for some really cute photos 📸 definitely worth a little stop in!

Came here in December on a raining day, so I could not move as freely as I wanted. But, I am sure the weather in normal days will be nice for shopping as well. Parking space is sufficient, and not cheap. Decent selections of brand to shop and dine. Queue expected for most of the shops as parts of SOP.

Took a cable car to the premium outlet here. The place is full of branded outlets, mostly premium brands. Not so crowded during our visit here as it was raining quite heavily. The place is also quite well designed and has a unique architecture vibe to it. Some of the premium outlets offer very good discounts, ranging from 30-40% discounts on the price of goods sold and the variety of goods was a lot as well. The eateries here although quite a lot but mostly only franchised stores.

Shopping paradise! GPO is my favourite premium outlet. The cool breeze is the biggest attraction of this outlet. I like the architectural design of GPO. The place is full of brand outlets, mostly premium brands. Pricing is cheaper compared to non-premium outlet stores and great deals when there are sales. The best choice for spending time with family and friends. This place will not disappoint you. Cashless parking and food court. The only pity is that the sign at the outlet intersection is not very obvious, which caused me to miss the intersection.

Genting Premium Outlet is about 20mins down the mountain from the theme park and casino. This half indoor and outdoor shopping mall is a great place to hang out and shop. There's a wide variety of higher end brands from clothing to kids toys, watches and more. They also have a number of restaurants and other facilities such as a surau, car park and plenty of clean bathrooms. An excellent place to spend the day. Food is at a bit of a premium I guess given the logistics of transporting food up the mountain. But what is great is that there are free drinking fountains for you to refill your water bottle at.

Good place for shopping. A lot of discount items offered here. Crowded during weekends, public holidays & school holidays. I usually come here during weekdays because of less people & easy to find car parks.

The shopping mall has a number of high-end brand's stores along with stores of other regular brands. Food court is lacking options (very limited) and slightly pricey too. A couple of restaurants are there as well.

It's nice when it's not crowded and have stock/size for the things ur looking for. Environment is nice, cold and clean. Spacious enough, doesn't feel cramped outside unless it's crowded. Lots of retail shops with discounts. But sometimes I feel it's not discounted enough. Plenty of parking. Great place to sit around and be away from the busy city.

Its a great mall with open view. While shopping we can enjoy the scenary. When visited today the weather is friendly with a little bit hot temperature. Most of the brands are quite expensive, even after discounted the prices are still high. There are various Restaurant with various menu. Overall, a great place for vacation.

Awesome place to shop at Genting! Many many shops (not just luxury ones) which were selling at huge discounts - some even 90%, and they’re authentic too. There were also many restaurants and cafes there too!! Highly recommend visiting this place if you’re in Genting. Would definitely come back again soon!

To be honest when we first saw the room we were quite underwhelmed by how basic it is but...for the price it is actually a great deal. Think about it- do you want to be close to the casino and the main attractions? Yes. Do you want a comfortable bed? Yes. Do you want a shower? Yes. That is all you need really and they also include a fridge, a TV and hangers for your clothes. The duvet and bedding was clean and the fresh air from the window was also most welcome. This is not a luxury hotel by any means but if you want a clean and easy stay you won't be disappointed. Also- the check-in experience was automated and simple. I can't complain too much and you will have more money for the casino or for the theme park! I would stay here again.

My family booked a basic room for 3 nights, yes, just the ordinary room unlike the premium ones. The room is okay, but it's small. The bathroom is narrow and necessities aren't that complete, just some towels, soap dispenser that smelled like Dettol, not separated bottles of shampoo and shower gel. No water bottles, toothbrush, toothpaste or even hair comb provided, that sucks. But sometimes you can see the view outside, only if you're lucky you can see the mountains, and see everything clearly. Even worse, there is no option for no smoking room, if its available still, There is cigarette smoke. Better to open the windows to let the smoke out. There is no AC (Air conditioner) in the room, its just a fan on the ceiling. You can open the window for cold air from outside. Overall, this hotel is pretty good (basic room) if its just for a short stay. Booking a basic room is not recommended to book for long nights.

Would not recommend First World Hotel for people travelling at all. The room we are staying in is a basic room with little to no amenities. The room is very small. Unlike other hotels, no tooth brush or tooth paste offered. Only a shower cap. The towels are also very cheap and thin. We are staying in the non smoking level and very disappointed to find that our room ranks of cigarettes as soon as we walked in. Saw many cigarette buds outside the window sill also which we noticed when we opened the windows to air out the room. We presented to the lobby to speak to one of the hotel clerks and kindly asked if there was a different room available on the non smoking level. Sad to say there was nothing available. Stayed there for 2 nights. Aside from the location and the shops here, I would rather choose a different hotel to stay at and travel here for the activities instead. For a hotel that prides itself for being one of the biggest and most popular, they have really chose quantity over quality. What a waste of money.

We went here for a weekend holiday, and checked into one the rooms at level 28. Although the lobby looks grand and sophisticated, the hotel room my family got was the complete opposite. The room we got was not anywhere near the photos advertised. The moment I went into the room, the first thing I noticed was the small TV that just looked like a desktop monitor. Secondly, I wanted to boil water, yet when I opened the kettle lid, the hinge fell off and the lid wasn’t able to close anymore. Thirdly, when I was inspecting the carpeted floor, I saw a dead insect on it. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and the hygiene could have been better. Never again!!!

Worst place I have ever stayed in. Rooms are absolutely disgusting The resort is making tons of money everyday and can’t afford to upgrade the rooms. The bed, carpets and towels were stinky, the bathroom was so bad. Most disgusting place ever!!! I get it it’s a budget friendly place, but I definitely expected better. Never visiting again ! :)

Traveling to stay 12-14/4/2024 Check in took a very long time. Employees are not willing to serve. It takes 45 minutes to check in, which is a very long time. The room is very small. The breakfast room accommodates 3 people. On the first day, you can eat it. On the second day, you can eat it for only 2 people. Asked if there were no notes? The employee said no. Employees are not willing to serve at all. I feel very bad about staying here. Not coming to stay again

Big hotel with lots of rooms. Located right in the middle, which makes going everywhere within Genting Highlands easily accessible in minutes. Room was not that big even though it is a suite, 4 people is just nice. Clean. Many lifts which is perfect for big hotel with tonnes guests going up and down. Foods are nice but price is abit steep. Overall experience is good, lots of activities for adults, children and even the very young ones. Recommend for family stay

Nice hotel with great view. Very convenient as all the places are near to the hotel. If you love to be in a carnival atmosphere then this is the right place. Indoor theme park can be accessed from the hotel. The hotel is very well maintained so no worries on that, but bring your own toiletries though. Overall experience was great

Booked the rooms because the hotel I wanted has no available rooms. Convenience of the location is probably the only good thing about the hotel. It's near casino, cable car and lots of food. The automatic check-in kiosk is SUPER lag and user unfriendly. We managed to get a staff to help us with the kiosk instead of checking in via the counter itself because it will cost you $15 (ringgit) more per room + the long queue. No toiletries provided, only towels. The water dispenser has no hot water, I cannot even make my own coffee and cup noodles. The elevators are scary. Sometimes cannot close, sometimes it went back to the highest level halfway going down to level 1. I would strongly suggest spending slightly more for other better hotels.

We love the mountain view. We booked 2 Y5 triple rooms. When we arrived around 1pm, a staff member helped us to check in. The check-in time is 3pm. So, for the early check-in, extra 5RM for each room. Mountain view, extra 5RM. Connecting room, 5RM. Everything you want, extra 5RM. To request the higher floor, we have to queue and ask the front desk. Another extra 5RM. The room was okay. Seperate toilet and the shower with the vanity in the middle. No AC, only fan, so it can be very hot to stay in the room on the hot day. But the view was amazing.

I am a frequent flyer. Staying in First World Hotel was the worst experience ever. I paid for rm345 for a room, was assigned with a very run down room at a smoking floor (nothing near the advertised picture). The room is smelly. the bathroom is moldy. My request of changing to twin beds non smoking room was declined with a lie (that no room available because all rooms fully booked out). I knew it was a lie because my brother booked a new room for me, right after the discussion (in front of the receptionist). I, later check-in to a non smoking floor twin bed (my exact request). I can't believe the SOP of the receptionist was telling lie. Unbelievable! I would not recommend transacting with dishonest business. In term of room, wall is thin. If you are a light sleeper, is not a good place.

This is our 1st day at First World. Was apprehensive due to negative comments online. Saw lots of people at the reception. So we seek out the auto check in. Bunch of over excited ladies having problems checking in with passport. But the staff was super helpful. Did the check in ourselves and was done in less than a minute. Our room was in Block 2. The cleaning staff wished us before we entered. Room was ok. Clean. No odors.The mountain view was spectacular. All in all, a good deal. Thanks for the good service.

Location of the hotel to theme park, shopping and dining is convenient. Booked a standard room and a Y5 triple room, suggest a chair to be placed in the hotel room for sitting. Encounter in the standard room, no mini fridge and worst part no bed made -up was done, Only 2 towels was given by room service.

Stayed here when I visited Genting, the room was okay, don’t expect it to be very new or clean. There are also no amenities so remember to bring your own toothbrush. However, the location is really really good. It’s located right in the center of the mall/amusement park so it’s really easy to access it. There are also shops on the ground level that are open till late so you can have supper there.

First, don't expect too much from this hotel ok! I just curious about the largest hotel in the world within 7000++ rooms wow 😳 This budget hotel is really nice although the cheapest rooms are very small but clean 😁 The check-in system uses a machine so you don't have to queue for a long time.. I'll be back soon, very recommended for backpackers ^^

It is the world’s largest hotel. If one lives in one room every day after 20 years one will still not have lived in all the rooms. However, the room is extremely small and dark. The toilets and showers are tiny! One may find it trouble to fit into the toilet and shower! And also it is seperate and two different rooms are required. Beside the bed, there was a mirror on a table with drawers. The bed was tiny and really uncomfortable. There wasn’t even a kettle! There were only two plastic cups but outside in the hallway there is a large kettle for water.

The hotel prides itself as the world's largest hotel, but the room is tiny, the bathroom ceiling is moldy, the walls and floor are dusty, the windows let cold air in even when closed, no air conditioning, to turn off the main lamp, I have to turn off all the lamps, housekeeping only happens every 4 days, everything is crowded, especially the lift. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to get down to lobby. Every once in a while I hear some kind of alarm from a speaker in my room, it was very anxiety inducing. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's in the same complex as the shopping center

Rooms and service are average. Although it was extremely busy, the setting and atmosphere are ideal if you like a carnival-like atmosphere. The hotel has an amazing view. The indoor theme park that can be accessed from the hotel has recently undergone renovations. Suitable rides for children of all ages. Adults can also have fun.

Comfortable hotel with a beautiful view. Everything is close to the hotel, so it's very convenient. If you enjoy a carnival atmosphere, this is the place for you. The hotel has access to an indoor theme park. There are no concerns about the hotel's upkeep, but bring your own toiletries. The overall experience was one of the best.

Very basic room. Room is very small but ok for 2 nights since you're not in room most of the time. Toilet, bathroom and sink are very old. No water bottles, just kettle. Be prepared for long queue during check in and check out, be it via kiosk or counter. Parking is RM12 per day.

Room is better than my expectation (can see improvements), maybe it's renovated. Room amenities are basic so do not expect much since we won't be spending time in the room, except to rest/sleep. Check in service is too slow, we spent half an hour queueing (perhaps can open more counters to speed up the process).

The room is small, only had ceiling fan rather than AC. Room appear tidy. Bathroom also small. Towel so thin. Overall room tidy but look spooky n old decor at the same time.

Last time it was much better. Now, the lobby doesn't have monitors for us to see if there's empty room available for checking in. If we can see the room availability like last time, we can decide whether wait for the room or come back later to check in. Not like now stupidly inserting IC hundreds of times trying to check in a room which will remain unavailable for quite some time. Besides, some of the lift's indicator light is malfunctioning for quite a few months already, but never get repaired! We can't see if the selected floor is being pressed or not, and if we press it again we don't know either we are selecting it or cancelling it.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. First and foremost, it's important to note that we had a complimentary room, so we can't comment on the cost. However, we encountered some issues during our stay. We had booked a non-smoking room, but people were smoking in front of our room, and the smell even made its way inside. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Considering the sheer size of First World Hotel, with more than 7,000 rooms, it's understandable that addressing every concern can be challenging. One positive aspect of the hotel, which has remained consistent over the years, is the hot water pressure in the showers – it's excellent and perhaps one of the best features. Ultimately, if you're a paying customer and your room rate exceeds RM150 per day, you might want to explore other accommodation options. However, do keep in mind that choices are somewhat limited at the top of the hill

We stayed at Tower 1. The twin bed room was equipped with very basic facilities which were not meant for longer stay than one night. You might want to consider paying a little more for comfort, especially if you have kids or elderly. It's designed for gamblers' stay. There are 3 towers with Tower 3 being the newest. Rooms are randomly assigned when you self check in via the machine. Well, if you opt for cheap room, that's the quality.

Okay, the room is really small. I think they splited one big room into two smaller rooms so they can serve more guests. I can see and open door connect my room to the next room 😬 The room is quite old compared to the image they uploaded, the water took a while to be drained but the good thing is that it wasn't smelly . The locker, the fridge worked well, there are free clean water dispensers in the hall of each floor which is very great, better than giving just one bottle per guest a day What I don't like is the quality of the TV, it is hard to watch movies with such noises. Giving that they have 7000 rooms to take care of, they can't buy 7000 new TVs and throw the current 7000, which is a very big waste and harm the environment.

Time-Based Scheduling: Allocate 3 elevators to floors 1-14 and another 3 to floors 15-28 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM to streamline service. Improved Signage and Communication: Enhance clarity on alternative routes, as even with notice, myself struggle to locate alternative Tower 2 elevators location. Early Check-Out Incentive: Offer 5 Genting points to guests checking out by 10:00 AM to encourage smoother operations.

Such a beautiful architecture it has. The lobby is well decorated and has attractive interiors. It holds the record for the maximum number of rooms. The place is very well maintained and super neat. Located along the hill top,it is a stunning view from below

First World hotel really provides First World service in the room. This place is truly a nice hotel for everyone to stay. Though the rooms can get small, there is no need to panic, for the facilities are many and a good view is rewarded to the lucky bookers. The over 7000 rooms of First World hotel are remarkable for a mountain hotel. The hospitality of the place is nice and there are many restaurants and convenience stores for everyone to enjoy regardless of their age, gender, and ability of walking. After COVID, the store selling donuts seemed to disappear. It is not the same as last time. However, the food options are still plentiful, possessing cheap and affordable prices.

Prompt check in process via kiosk and clean room. The room spacious in tower 2 with basic amenities and good room cleaning team. They are polite and did a great cleaning job. However a lot of unknown people offer room in the lobby. How these people can offer me room to stay? They can access to hotel system? Scary...

Hi Genting, i dun think we deserve this kind of service. Room didn't clean before we check in. Calling front desk for housekeeping service, waiting for 15min no one pick up. call few times to reach front desk, but attitude is not good, like rushing to set me off, understand staff is busy, but dun think this is a good reason for this kind of service. after 1hours waiting, room still not cleaning. thanks Genting, spoiled my day :)

It was ok, don't expect too much check in is super crowded and long queue esp on 1-4 pm where tourists and groups start queueing, not a lot of staff on sight to help check in. Room was pretty ok, it was clean at sight but since i have allergies it triggered my allergies. A lot of debris accumulated on the corners too, fortunately i am not in room much. Room was comfy for the price but for the walk time from tower 3 to the other areas and the terrible check in i am considering other places for my next visit.

Okay so there are five spots inside this, but I only enjoyed the Jurassic park and the zombie house. The zombie house was more like a haunted house cause they clearly had other horror elements than zombies. Quite a bit of jump-scares and definitely worth going there. The Jurassic park was also pretty nice and pretty big. The dinosaurs look really nice felt like petting them. Others were okay but felt a bit boring to me. But worth visiting I guess. The 4D museum is a bit small doesn’t have much stuffs. Doesn’t really look 4D enough altho good places to take selfies. There is an arcade there as well and fun things to do for kids so overall good experience.

An engaging indoor attractions for kids and adults! We bought the package to access all the 5 attractions—if you’re an adult, I think you’ll be interested to visit all the attractions except the Jurassic Park! The Odditorium was more exciting than what I expected, the zombie haunted house was spooky enough for me who can’t handle jumpscare, and the infinity room was perfect for selfies! The 4D museum was just okay…

Unique experience at Genting Highland. 45 Min to 60 min of "out of the world" displays of experiences within this very world. So many displays on diverse topics and unique collection and it is huge. If you had been reading about Ripley's Believe It or Not in Newspaper features, it is very exciting to see many of the things in real here. It keeps teenagers and above very busy and entertained for an hour or so. Small kids may not like it too much and may get scared with some displays.

Erm, compare last visit in jeju. Genting one seem small and old. If no comparing, I'll give a pass. Is still fun to bring kids around, but some of the display is quite creepy. 😂

It was so much fun. Not huge but you can spend time looking at each thing. The miniature toothpick carvings we're fascinating. And I loved the wax figure that sang "don't you wish your girlfriend" just past the entrance.

I bought 3 combo ticket from Genting Resort online. The Ripleys adventure attraction opened at 10.00am. But tickets counter closed & can only be redeem earliest at 1pm. Need to waste 3 hours just for redemption. Bad experience.

One of the place that you need to visit if you are in genting. Very educational for kids and they also have a lot of interactive activity in there. Try buy packages ticket instead single one.

Believe it or not ! A Standard Ripley's line up... initial exhibits were ok and the try yourself section was ok, but i wouldn't consider this as an awe moment. Hence less crowded, we could walk-in and get the tickets... Jurassic park here was very okish but the final dinosaur encounter experience was better. Other 3D art section was not as great as it was in Langkawi. If you have the extra time...

Has a collection of strange facts and art. It might be a bit boring for children below 6 years old, but an enjoyable experience.

This place was incredible. We just spent some time in KL with our 11 & 10year olds. We spent a day in Genting Highlands and about 5hrs of that was in the Ripley's area. Jurassic World would be awesome for dinosaur crazed toddlers, zombie land isn't recommended for anyone under 10 unless they are into that type of thing. But the other world's were so much fun!!

Good knowledge with interactive buttons! A feedback for the staffs - Use and clean with sanitizers more as the buttons have been used by many 😅 Another attraction other than Jurassic Centre that can improve to a bigger scale!

We purchased the Adventure Pass so we could go to all 5 attractions. Here are our opinions: 1) Jurassic World: 2/5 There are animatronics all over the park. The don't move but they're constantly making (the weirdest) noises. You can touch almost everything and go in-between the robo-dinos to take pictures. Overall, it's not interactive whatsoever and there's very brief info given on only some of the many dinosaurs displayed. 2) Ripley's: 3.5/5 Lots of interactive and cool stuff. Lots to see and touch and do! Information given on everything for display and it's good fun for kids and adults. The museum was kind of short in our opinion and a few of the interactive things weren't working which was disappointing. 3) Infinity: 0/5 Save your money. A bunch of mirrors and lights. That's it. 4) 4D Art: 2.5/5 Great place for ample photo ops. Lots of fun provided everyone is speedy with their pictures so everyone has a turn. Lots of good fun. Very short. Not that many exhibits. Other than the pictures, there wasn't really anything to do or see. 5) Zombie Outbreak: 4/5 (I hate haunted houses so I made my fiance go alone so he wrote the review for it.) The rooms were very dimly lit, I was almost in complete darkness. The atmosphere was good, it was creepy and eerie. The scares were mostly caused by loud noises and things popping up at you. The actors don't touch you and they are convincing for the role they are playing. I went alone which made the experience scarier.

The mall is one of the most happening places I visited in Malaysia. It holds outlets of most of the major brands.. The display boards are so lively and so cool. The layout of the food court is superb with all kinds of food. The Malaysian street food counter is one remarkable one. I love the mall designs There is big LED screen and at the central stage there is a sky symphony show free of charge There is a lot of branded outlets and food & beverage outlets in this mall. Food here is slightly more expensive than in KL Toilets are clean.

An entertainment park if I can call it. It's more for the young peoples. But there are alot of restaurants and dining outlets. Their food court, situated near the outdoor theme park entrance, also serve good and tasty food. Err... you can shop for branded items here too. Wonderful atmosphere and experience.

Great mall, a must visit in Genting. Plenty of restaurants, various snacks & beverages, clothing stores, rooftop for a good view of the theme park, the First World Hotel, the cable cars & exactly the perfect place to just chill in the cold weather. All the stuffs sold here are very up to date, the mall is spacious & there’s so many things to see! It’s connected w everything, we truly enjoy our time there. Can’t wait to be back! 😍😚

Sky Avenue is best place in Genting Highland its connected with all the major hotels such as first world , Sky world , Crockford , Genting Highland and Resort World. Many Shops here for shopping and food restaurants, Casino also located which is called Sky Casino and Cinema also inside Sky Avenue. There are 4 Floor with basement parking. Must visit if you planning to go Genting Highland.

I had an incredible time at this mall during my visit to Malaysia. It's undoubtedly one of the liveliest spots I've encountered, boasting outlets from numerous top brands. I was particularly impressed by the Malaysian street food counter. The panoramic view from the top is simply breathtaking, especially at nightfall. Additionally, the variety of favorite brands like H&M, Nike, Adidas, and Puma make shopping here a delight. The VR gaming area and the robotic arm are simply fantastic. With so much to see and do, one day isn't enough to fully explore this shopping complex and the adjoining theme park.

Stunning to watch Sky Symphony Lights every hour with different themes and colours. The whole mall change colours and pictures is worth to see. More restaurants and shops now. Very spacious.Top floor got few bars and bistro...great seafoods, snacks and beers.😍 And they got musician performers at night...

Impressed by the architecture & design of the building. LED display screens makes the atmosphere more modern!there are alot of restaurants and dining outlets. HUUUUGE MALL!!!! Recommend open gps inside hahaha. I walked until lost.. they have every shop you need. All the mainstream fashion shops are here. They have parks bagel, give it a try! Very delicious. As for cinnabon, can skip - this outlet gives off a very cheap vibe when I thought this was a premium cinnamon bun shop..

This is a confusing place, no map, directory is under maintenace. Great selection of shopping and dining, spacious area. Connecting various attraction place and hotel But such a modern shopping mall but not property build and manage. There is no single signage to tell where are you! Also there are many toilet around but no nursing room, toilet don’t have lower sink for kids, don’t have cubical with child seat. The whole genting is for kids to play but the facility is not child friendly they should serious improve on their amenity. No customer service counter, don’t have stroller rental service. Some shop are still close. The pharmacy here (guardian and caring) one don’t have medicine for kid stomach ache. Another one TRy to be helpful to find for us but she reading one bottle by one bottle to check which one can be consume by young kids. An experience pharmacist should know when customer ask. There is only one hair salon in the whole mall and cost RM80 for a hair cut, seem abit high for kid hair.

Just visited SkyAvenue Mall at Genting with my wife. The mall is surprising huge and spacious. It has 4 levels of shops, F&B, cinema and even cable car station on level 4. There’s a indoor theme park in it and directly integrated to casino and hotels such as First World, Resort World, Crockfords. It’s by far one of the best all in one place to go for couples, friends and even bring family. Lots of fun for everyone of all age groups. A very good choice for short getaway or vacation with super cool weather and fresh air at outdoors. 👍👍👍

The whole Genting Highlands complex is amazing. This morning we had breakfast at the Food Factory which is a public buffet open to everyone. For $10 it is a real bargain. With 1,000 seating capacity you will always have a seat.

Feels very different from mall in klang valley. You can still find some familiar restaurant here like zok noodle and gindaco. Basically a crowded and prettier shopping mall. They also have indoor amusement park. No entry fee, just per game fee.

A very well-stocked mall that has something for everyone. There are restaurants aplenty here that will cater to everyone's tastebuds. The Burger & Lobster is one of my favourites. The mall also connects directly to the Genting indoor theme park, Skytropolis. That and the mall being very spacious makes it perfect for kids. Although it can get very crowded, it's a great mall to hang out and just chill. It's worth spending the day there with family and friends for sure!

it was ok, the view wasn't that great since it's kinda obstructed and a lot of their decor are not maintained well still a cool place to hangout though the smell of the hotpot wafting is really appetizing especially in the cold evening...

Genting highland is a must visit place if you go to KL. This mall is breathtaking. It is huge and different. I didn't stay in a hotel at Genting Highland, I took the bus from KL sentral to Awansa bus station, and then I went up to this mall by the teleferik. I enjoyed some time going around inside this mall. Also, while going up by teleferik, I could stop at Chin Swee temple, which was a great experience with nice veiws to enjoy. After I spent my day there, I easily booked a bus ticket back to KL sentral.

Kids have fun in the adventure land. The workers inside forbidden kids to ride on electric toy bikes if they don't put tokens. They monitor very closely. The moment the child sit on it and didn't put in token, the worker will appear. This is quite unpleasant experience.

Came here for 14th Genting World Lion Dance Championship. Ticket from phone/app/paper ticket is acceptable. Seats r hard plastic, curved towards center but not curved enough for the sides. Each seat has water bottle holder. Toilets are available each side inside the hall n outside (clean, with tissue paper but can be wet and smelly) . A n C are free seatings, can change to sit in A or C. There should be more staff to stamp during lunch break/when customers exit. Sound system is loud. Screen is ok. For staff, pls don't block the view on the performance stage. Not as cold as outside, normal aircond temp. Indoor walkway to this place with option to go outdoor. Look for sign: Arena of Stars or look for Hilltop Grocer or Sky Worlds hotel (these are nearby). If u r taking Cable car, estimate at least 10mins as it's almost at the other end.

Place is old, chairs are small, and toilets smell HORRIBLE! Sound quality was also pretty bad.... The place feels more like a high school music hall than a casino concert place. Definitely NOT an arean. Hope they can renew/renovate the place.

I like the venue, it have cup holder for each seat. I come to watch ESL One Genting 2018. The bad things about this venue is the lack of space, its so hard if you are in the middle seat, and need to go out to restroom. There's so much seat, and with many seat equals many people and it is more hype. They have food terminal and restroom near the exit. And there's a vending machine beside the gate/door

Venue for the ESL One DotA 2 event. Nice venue overall, could have better human traffic flow. Toilets and water / food are all easily accessible. Happy with my experience at the Arena of Stars. The bad thing is that the big screens are all very high up. Sitting in front doesn't. Guarantee you a good view.

i went there when awana skyway was closed so it was pretty far. but loved the concert held at the venue. it's small so i feel closer to the stage.

Went to Arena Of Starts for 2023 14th Genting World Lion Dance Championship in August . Quite spacious and the amount of seat conquered during the event, was not bad . Quite chilled despite the cold weather outside .

Watched many concerts here. Love the sound systems, cooling weather, seating arrangements, comfy seats & easy to get in and out of the arena. Staffs are helpful!

The venue is not very big. Still manage to see the performers or singers on stage. Seats are clean and tidy. Best outdoor environment with fresh breezing air while attending concerts here.

Was here for concert numerous times. Very nice concert hall where you get to watch show in a closer distance (compared to stadium merdeka/stadium Bukit jalil). However, ticket prices are rising in Genting. We bought tickets to be seated at the centre mountain top (the 4th row counted from mountain top last) each ticket costs RM510. Its a bit expensive for concert tickets give the furthest seat. But looks different from Arena of Stars before, very clean, and they now got better sound system. One thing is that the mountain top seatings is quite stuffy. There are VIP seats (cinema leather seats) at the mountain top too. Maybe reserved for VIPS in genting. Haha looks comfy Overall it was a good experience.

Attended Aaron Kwok concert - good. However, an international concert hall without investing in good sound padding (why not spend ???) affecting the overall clarity of his vocal. Music ended overwhelming with bass emphasized. Please study like good GSC cineplex in managing the sound system. Please turn it into a proper 5 star concert hall, instead sounded like singing in a Chinese wedding hall.

Very big hall, cold and windy. Not very nice planned concert hall as the screen was far away. Sound system not the best, but still consider acceptable. Route to enter the hall quite simple and straight forward. Toilets are quite near as every side has their own toilet.

This was a great experience. In terms of view, there was nothing to wow but as for the journey, it was unforgeable. Need to be very careful when hike on rainy days, the route was very slippery. Better hike in group and highly not recommended for newbie. Do remember to bring extra clothes to change. The overall length is around 12km and it took 8 hours to complete for slow hikers on rainy days.

Abandoned route. This is a pure hiking place that requires decent hiking, camping, and surveyor skill. The grass are so tall that you need to bring in your sabre to clear the path. Therefore, it is not a place for casual hike or beginner. Keep in mind that parts of the route lead to private property. Please do not trespass. Everything is big in this area: big millipede, big mosquito, big flower, big turret spiders, big grass, and lastly, everyone's beloved big leech. It's very chilling so you can bring in lighter water capacity (except you're camping). The entrance is at a Taoist small temple with a trespass warning sign at Gotong Jaya row of restaurant. Parking should be okay.

It's was so muddy at the entrance after heavy rain, muddy situation cause the trail become tough and surrounding plant with thorn. Overall it consider a good trail to hike but not advisable for beginner.

Hiking & camping for 3D2N in GBB, it is very good experience in GBB. whole day are so cold around 15-18 degrees, foggy weather, rainning day, wonderful view, at night you can see opposite is genting highland night view with bright lighting.

A complete climb usually takes more than 6 hours. The climb has a variety of trails. Steep, rocky abandoned road, muddy slopes and paths full of roots. It is extra slippery during rainy seasons and there are leeches esp near wet areas. Elevation gain is about 1000 m in total and the calorie expenditure is just like running a full marathon. Not for casual hikers unless you are willing to take a brutal challenge. Some people only hike up to the Rock Garden. That is more do-able. Going to the peak adds approximately 2 hrs more to your total hike time. There is nothing much to see at the top but the journey takes you through lush moist tropical montane forest similar to the mossy forest in Cameron Highlands. This entire trail is known to destroy shoes. Make sure you wear a pair of reliable hiking shoes. Otherwise the sole may just come off and you will have to walk bare foot on sharp rocks and leech infested mud. Shoes without deep lugs or traction may cause you to slip at muddy slopes.

No permit required. Entrance is at the end of Gohtong Jaya shoplot.

The VR experience is unique, and one would be amazed with the experience. I took the Star Wars Secrets of The Empire VR experience and it was nice. Staff was friendly. Price is tad high but again its something one has to experience

Super cool experience! We tried the marvel experience. Was initially doubtful as to how this will work if we’re not given any guns and have to use our hands as weapon. Everything was very real, definitely recommend to try! It’s still a highly discussed topic between me and my mates who’ve been in the game.

Apologies for the wall of text. I purchased the Star wars experience for 130 ringgit which equals to 31 usd. I got paired with three other players. We were briefed on our mission in the briefing room then we got suited up for the mission. The experience is like anything i have experienced before. It's engaging and exciting. You can feel the floor shaking which only adds more excitement to the mission. You are expected to be clumsy at first but you'll pick up the pace quickly.

Wow... FUN and ENJOYABLE experience for all 😁 we truly enjoyed the Avengers. Three of us can play together as a team on our own. Plenty of sessions. Need to book. Thank You

Had the best time playing Star Wars there. The price was pretty good compared to VR in Australia, though me and my friends wish the game time was longer. Everything was so immersive and interactive you really do feel apart of the game. Don't even need to hold VR controllers in your hand. Hand movements are detected by sensors, making it even more realistic. Other than that, equipment is well maintained and the staff there were really nice and professional.

It was such a great experience. My friends and I chose the avengers vr game and the game totally blew my mind. It was about 30min in total and it costs 105rm. It'll be best if you could go in groups of 4s. There are other options like ghostbusters, star wars and wreck it Ralph. Kids can play too.

It was an amazing one of a kind experience. Something that has elated me after a long long time. Went for the Star Wars story. The feel, the shooting the entire experience was mind blowing. The timing could've been a bit more and could've had more to the story line for the price of 130RM paid.

Good experience. late opening 2-9pm. Overall dont come on PH or else you end up with 2-3 rides only. Some games still not open, but its soft launch. Pay per ride seems worth the money esp super glider and space shot. Bumper ride not for adult kinda disappointing. Get the Express pass if you can manage

Overall rides were very fun but there were a few issues. Firstly, the staffs were very racist especially to chinese ppl lmfao. Made the chinese ppl ride the kid ver. ride and let malays ride the adult ver. ride. Secondly, staffs again, were very rude. They said “woi” and signals our belongings that were supposed to be in the locker.
