Fairly compact park, so 4 year old can walk. Though letting people get some stroller like devices could be beneficial. Some rides do not mention height at the entrance, so check your paper map of the park to avoid waiting in line for no reason. This paper is the ONLY source of height requirements for kids accompanied by adults. I think approx 2/3 of rides can be done by persons above 1m height. 3 year old boy enjoyed all the rides. Water rides usually makes you wet in this park, except one big water rubber tire ride. Public Holiday early June had 1 hour waiting lines for the most popular ride, few had more than 20-40 minutes. You can pay extra to enter at the exit lanes. Plenty of WC, no lineups. App is in English and useful to know lineup times, everything else about this park is in French. App does not show height requirements, also web does not, except sometimes for adults. Hotel bookings give you 30 min early access to 3 rides, only 1 of these are available for persons at 1m height - none below this height. Though along a Paris toll road, you do not need to pay toll to access the park if coming from nearby onramp suggested by Google maps.

Excellent park for thrill seekers! Lots of roller-coasters and otherwise sensational rides. The Roman VS Gallois show is also a must see! The food is well priced, as are the fast pass tickets. I definitely recommend this park!!

Nice amusement park! 🎢🎡🎠 Lots of attractions for kids and thrill seekers! Coming around Christmas was great! Queues were not too long but can imagine on a sunny day you spend most of the time waiting. The theaters and shows were great.

Absolutely amazing, loved it so much. The best amusement park I've ever been to. The rides were very fast and wild, but safe of course. Highly recommend to anyone. Its better to come by private vehicle if you can. There is no direct bus or train to the park. Usually you could take RER B and get off at the airport and find the Park Asterix bus and proceed from there. RER B was not working on the day we left, so we had to resort to taking the direct airport bus, which was packed and overflowing with people. So just keep that in mind.

Lovely Parc for all ages. Everything is easily and quickly reachable and there are rides for all ages and for all appetites from thrill seekers to young children. The entertainment shows and excellent and give some people a welcome sit down in between bouts of rides!

wonderful experience. I just wish I could stay longer. I just didn't have enough .I want to go again .everything was entertaining. no dull moment. food was good bit pricey but affordable. rides were super fun and all the praids and show every here and there .I so love Egypt and the act and dance music was thrilling .

The parc itself is ok, and would have been a 4/5 if it hadn’t been for the multiple rides that broke down (multiple times) during our visit, including one while we were on it. Parking was also a bit disorganized, with employees taking payment upon entering using a paper ticket. And even though it was very busy, at least half of the concession stands were closed, meaning long queues at the ones that were open. Compared to other parcs in Europe (Europa or Efteling), this isn’t quite up to par.

Nice park with thrilling experiences. Not as crowed as Disney, and very recommendable if you are an Asterix fan. The only thing I would point out is that all the shows and signs are in french and there is not translation to any other language, so sometimes it is hard to understand what they are saying. Anyway, amazing experience.

So much fun! It has the most exciting roller coaster (compared to Disneyland 👀). Prices are reasonable food wise, but you can also bring you own food. Definitely go to “Attention Menhir!” attraction, it’s a 4D movie and even though I don’t speak French it was so much fun! Will 100% come back in the future!

Lovely park with more than 40 attractions and live shows. Great for family with kids. Rides fits different ages and hight. Food and beverage are everywhere with lots of options.

Great roller coaster experience. I would definitely recommend to a spend a day here. You can come with your bag. Do not forget to bring bunch of water because they are charging 3.30 for water which I think is crazy. At least water price would be lower. Staff is friendly and cautious.

Beautiful winter day. Great park with loads of rides and play areas in a small area! Can see your favourite characters and discover some new ones.

Exciting play ground for kids 👏 and families all year round. Occasionally closed for maintenance in winter. You have to try the Zeus and the blue roller coasters! Christmas gardens was so colourful I had to take some pictures

Great and massive place, but I believe you need for sure 2 days! Even though it is far from Paris, it's worth the effort!

I love it. The park is nicely decorated. What I like about it is that there are a lot of rollercoasters for adults and not only for kids like in Disneyland. I put 4 stars because the waiting time is way too long. 1h30 approx for each rollercoaster.

Can't believe it took me this long to visit, but normally we drive past on our way to Disneyland and then we've had our share of theme park excitement for a while. This Halloween however we made it a point to visit and try the new coaster. Both Toutatis and the park surprised, as did the hotel and Halloween celebrations. We'll definitely return.

We had the best time at this Parc and hotel. Highly recommend. Great for family or thrill seekers. Exceeded our expectations. Queues midday were getting long. So recommend the fast passes in peak season.

Brilliant and cheap alternative to Disneyland. The rides are brilliant, plenty for the under 1m children. If you go through the week you pay less when booking online. Good at the park is a decent price also but if you can take a packed lunch, it’s an extremely cheap day out. I paid €160 for 5 of us for the whole day. Be aware that it’s €20 to park in their car parks for the whole day but it’s well worth it.

Parc Astérix has been on my places to visit for a very long time, and with the announcement of Touatis, their new launched coaster - I decided it was time to book that trip! After staying the night at their on-site hotel Les Quais de Lutèce (see my separate 5 star review for that) we headed on into the park for a very long day. As it was their Peur sur le Parc event when we visited, the park was open from 9am until 1am! I didn't think there would be enough to keep us entertained for that long - but I was wrong. Parc Astérix is a truly excellent theme park, it's well themed, has a fantastic selection of rides and attractions and is operated with maximum efficiency - meaning that even an extremely busy Saturday around Halloween, most wait times for major coasters didn't go over an hour. The only other park I've seen in Europe with this level of efficiency is Europa Park in Germany. There are some truly outstanding roller coasters in their lineup. Toutatis is their new for 2023 launched roller coaster, and this thing packs a punch. It's absolutely outstanding, but really comes to life in the back rows, especially at night - what a ride! OzIris is another incredible ride, and is now my favourite suspended roller coaster in the world (and I've ridden over 20 of them) - it's simply a delight to ride and the back row is incredibly intense and fun at the same time. There are plenty of other notable rides that I enjoyed, including Tonnerre 2 Zeus, a massive and relentless wooden coaster, Pegasus Express, a unique a fun family roller coaster and Trace Du Hourra, the longest bobsled roller coaster I’ve ever been on. There’s also a great selection of other rides and attractions, as well as plenty of water rides for the summer - Romus & Rapidus were some especially fun river rapids! The Halloween event Peur sur le Parc was absolutely fantastic. We stayed all day, and riding their rides in the dark was really spectacular. The park is really well decorated, and offers so many different horror mazes and attractions, and all were such high quality too. Honestly, it was one of the best days out I’ve had in a very long time. Overall, the whole park is incredible, and I would happily visit Parc Astérix over Disneyland Paris any day. They seem to really care about their park and guests, and it really shows throughout the whole experience. I look forward to seeing what they build in the future to make it even better!
