Incredible customer service from Marcus at the Shaw festival box office gift shop. very personable, caring, on the ball and was able to give me multiple discounts because I purchased five or more tickets. LOVED IT! Saw Sherlock Holmes and the Raven's Curse as a field trip with the day camp. Kids loved it! The sets, costumes, music, effects. STUNNING! We got to do some workshops which were amazing! The actress who plays Beatrice was amazing with the students and gave great advice. The whole cast was amazing to watch. The favorite characters for our group was Fiona, Sherlock and Beatrice. Our guide Warren was amazing, super nice and well informed. I haven't been to a show since 2018 would go again. Also the place was beautiful!!

We enjoyed 2 performances to celebrate our anniversary. A Christmas Carol was entertaining play with some great props and good use of those props. Brigadoon was excellent. The casting was very well done and they proved that they were the right actors for their parts. It was wonderful to be back at the Shaw. The festival theater is as beautiful as ever. Parking is always a challenge.

Decided to check out Holiday Inn presented in late November. Crowd was Covid concerned and sparce but the show was fantastic! Very well done!

Love the Shaw Festival Theatre. This is a must do when visiting beautiful Niagara on the Lake or a must do for locals who love live theatre. Main stage is lovely to catch a live show for the afternoon or evening performance. Prices vary per seat and show, however, high school students are around $28 which is reasonable for a 2-3 hours of entertainment. Recently saw Gypsy... Love the vintage feel of the show, set, and costumes😊💗.

We saw a delightful production of Gypsy, which was really well done. I also loved the theater itself. Lovely venue with outdoor gardens to explore during intermission. You could also pre-order food/drink for intermission, including some lovely Niagara-on-the-Lake local wines. We absolutely loved the experience and will definitely be back!

Went to see the play Gypsy at the festival theater. Parking on site is $15. There is also street parking available...that is also paid. There are 2 areas where you can get refreshments and a gift shop. There are outside areas where you can enjoy your refreshments, coffee juice, sandwiches tarts etc. The prices are NOTL prices. Beautiful grounds and landscaping. You can also take refreshments into the Theater.. The quality of the actors are top notch...stage props are very well done. All in all a class act. If you have never been GO !!! If its been a while GO!! Really nothing beats live theater with amazing talented actors,stage sets and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Beautiful venue and hosts some of the best plays, both from their own production and also external ones. I went to see Mahabharata which is one of the most riveting play I have seen for a long time. Koodos to the production and all the actors on the play. Would recommend everyone to go to the Shaw Festival. Find a play you like and enjoy the arts and culture that Ontario offers.

We visited the Shaw 4 times this season and saw 4 completely different productions. The last one we saw was " The game of love and chance " and it was our favorite. The actors take on a different role for each performance and improvise each time. It was so funny and was appreciated by the whole audience. Congrats to the @TheShaw this season. We will be back!

We were in town and found out about the Shaw Theater.... went over and got tickets for the next day to see "The Importance of Being Earnest". What a thrill!! It was wonderful and we're so glad we were able to get tickets!! So enjoyable and professional!! We've told all our friends about the Shaw Theater and Niagara-on-the-Lake.... what a great place to visit!!

The Shaw festival is a must-see for any theater lovers who visit this charming town by Lake Ontario. This festival offers a diverse and exciting selection of plays from comedies to dramas, from classic to new discoveries from musicals to outdoor events. I don't know if this is new. But this year, they are offering a stunning new venue (well, at least to me. I have not been in 20 years). Which is actually a tent with a wooden floor and stained glass windows, which reminds me of a shakespearean theater. The Shaw festival is not only a feast for the eyes and ears but also the mind and soul. Many of the productions are vivid, exhilarating, and thought-provoking with superb performances from a talented Canadian ensemble. The festival also offers education and outreach programs such as pre-show talks. Backstage tours, workshops, and more to enrich your theater experience and connect you with artists and the community. Absolutely amazing! Thank you!

We came to Niagara Falls for our mini moon and made a dinner reservation here to continue the wedding celebrations and we were not disappointed. Everything from the drive up to the manor at night, to the decor and restaurant area was grand and special. It was a 5 star experience. The food and the service were also on another level: the food had mostly traditional options and was plated beautifully. The service was warm and friendly and the wine pours were heavy. The overall price was well worth it, we'll have to come back in the day!

Excellent excellent! I enjoyed an exquisite meal at this restaurant. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can tell that the team preparing the meals did so with passion and skill because everything was Devine. Our server was Melissa and she treated us really well being polite and also ensuring that we were enjoying our meal. I had the salmon bowl and we also received a delicious cheese board. Final note, their fries are the best fries ever. Stole a few off someone else's plate and it was totally worth it.

This is by far the best winery I’ve been to, and the service the staff, the attentiveness timing it was excellent through and through. The appetizer was such a great appetizer with the goat cheese and asparagus plus the white wine pairing. The trout by far the best fish dish I’ve had, the pairing with the white wine tasted well and the amount was just perfect. The dessert was a bit much with the ganache and the ice wine so I would’ve liked to switch to something lighter but that was my choice. However, it was amazing and delicious. The view the service location, the dining area, the vineyard was all kept well and clean, plus everybody was so friendly and always smiling. Excellent experience.

We had lunch on Sunday after wine tasting at Colanery Winery. The decor was very pretty. beautiful , fresh orchids everywhere . It was preset menu. We had butternut squash soup to start.( it was not much taste to it just salty). For main I had pickerel (very dry) When server ask how the meal is I said is dry she did not react to it. She just left. My husband finish the fish and he let me have the braised ribs. Dessert was nice.

Went there last night with my wife for our 12th anniversary dinner. Great service, friendly and professional servers. Foods served are exceptionally well and the wine pairings are awesome too. Highly recommended for special occasions.

Made reservation for lunch so seating was quick and easy. We were given a glass of bubbles to start, and we ordered a bottle of their signature wine. Food was overall delicious and service was excellent. Great view of the garden, overall ambience will make you feel relax. Highly recommended if you come to Niagara On The Lake, this ie one of the must try restaurants. In the summer, they set up tables outside so you’ll be even closer to the garden.

We had such an amazing time at Peller Estates today and absolutely loved the Greatest Wine Tour! Sal was so knowledgeable and such a great guide. We especially loved the ice wine lounge and it was such a unique experience. Lunch at the terrace was also delicious and you have to try the charcuterie because it is perfection!

Beautiful Sunday to drive down to Niagara on the lake and visit Peller Estates winery for lunch on the Terrace wine bar patio overlooking the vineyard! Beautiful location, was seated without a reservation by the hostess, our server Katia was friendly, socialized a bit, took our order, and checked in on us as expected. I had the winemaker burger…. And it was delicious! good size with brisket on top, fried onions, aged cheddar, fresh bun, came with some sea salted fries or optional salad…. Not cheap at $28, but would definitely get it again. My guest had the Cobb salad bowl that was well sized with a tender chicken breast, although the avocado was a bit hard. Peller also has an indoor/outdoor fine dining restaurant as well, but for lunch this was excellent! Service was excellent from hostess to server, food for the most part, excellent, especially the burger, and wine that accompanied it, and finally the location, beautiful to enjoy a meal!

Had an amazing experience at peller. My boyfriend and I went for the two course meal wine pairing. Lisa did an AMAZING job pairing all our dishes to a wine. I highly recommend doing the wine pairings and getting the lobster linguine. It's probably the best linguini I've had in my life. It was so flavourful and fresh. My boyfriend loved the braised short rib. From the moment we walked in at met the hostess, Samantha, to the end of the dinner with Lisa, I could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and service. These ladies both definitely made the experience great.

Fantastic lunch & wine tasting experience. Atmosphere is awesome. Honestly I prefer the lamb than their signature dish lobster linguine. But still worth the try since probably only gonna visit here once anyway.

My new husband and I went to Peller restaurant for dinner 2 days after our wedding as part of a “mini moon” to celebrate. Everything was absolutely excellent and we could not have expected any better. From the food, to the wine, to the service we received. Sandra was our server and she was so friendly and attentive. We did the 5 course tasting menu and added the signature ice wine lobster linguini which is a must try and absolutely worth it, and probably was my favourite dish of the night! By the time we had finished with dinner and left the restaurant, we were so full of such delicious food because we could not stop eating it! The serving staff explained every little piece of every course when they brought it so there was no question what you would be trying. My husband also added the wine pairings to his meal and was surprised to find it was actually a full glass of wine with each course, and 6 FULL glasses of wine within 3 hours (neither of us drink often). Our dinner lasted for almost 3 hours so we went back the next day to buy a few of the bottles of wine that we enjoyed. Unfortunately we were only staying in the Niagara on the lake region for 2 days so we did not have enough time in our plans for the winery tour, but we are going to put it on our list for next visit, which will hopefully be soon.

We reserved the restaurant table 4 weeks in advance. The patio is perfect but it is a little warm today. We ordered both a la carte and tasting menu. All the dishes are all tasty. The signature Lobster Linguini is definitely a well made one. The oyster platter is very fresh. The Tomato Red pepper soup has yogurt to smooth out the tomato sour taste. We have a memorable Father’s Day celebration.

Ever since covid, we haven't been here, so this was a special moment for us. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The view was amazing and the food was great. Thank you to the staff who gave us such a memorable experience. We definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely loved our time at Peller Estates today. The Christmas decor was stunning. We did the standard tasting session per person and it was enjoyable. Karen was knowledgeable about wines & witty; we learnt a few tips from her. Definitely enjoyed our conversations with her and we were glad to have the good honour of being served by her. We bought a few bottles to be sent home too. Karen was so sweet to offer to bubble wrap them. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Had an amazing time wine tasting at Peller estate. They have a wonderful collection. Must try their Ice Wine and don’t miss their quick bite chorizos. I must say Ice wine was a bit sweet as it has a honey flavour. We also got a good deal on the glasses. Overall 5 star to their tasting collection and hospitality.

The Teller Winery was a very nice surprise in our itinerary. From the start when we arrived, we had a very nice welcome by Peter who explained everything about Peller's. Then, we head out to a wine tasting with Ailish who was an amazing host throughout the tour!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tour at Peller's, and it was an absolute delight! Chelsea, our tour guide, was not only informative but also hilarious, making the tour both educational and entertaining. The highlight for me was the ice room, a unique addition to the ice wine tour that added a cool (literally!) touch to the experience. Mixed Experience at Peller Estates: Great Reception, Disappointing Service During our recent visit to Peller Estates, we were impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Peter at the reception. His professionalism and welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for our experience. Upon entering, we opted for a Pinot Noir wine, which was delightful. However, our satisfaction took a hit due to the disappointing attitude and careless service of the tasting attendant. This individual, characterized by a blonde hair and an indifferent demeanor, not only exhibited an unwelcoming attitude but also served us in disgustingly dirty glasses. When we raised our concerns about the cleanliness of the glasses, we were informed that it was a recurring issue due to problems with the dishwasher. This explanation was unsatisfactory, highlighting a lack of attention to detail and hygiene standards. To rectify the situation, we sought assistance from another staff member, who promptly provided us with clean glasses. This intervention salvaged our experience to some extent, but the initial encounter had already left a negative impression. As a customer seeking not only quality products but also exemplary service, the disparity between the warm reception from Mr. Peter and the arrogance displayed by the tasting attendant was stark. This experience has caused us to reconsider signing a membership with Peller Estates, especially given our role in sourcing wines for corporate client meetings. Peller Estates must prioritize staff training and performance to ensure consistency in customer service standards. The quality of service plays a significant role in shaping the overall experience, and improvements in this area are crucial for maintaining customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Some relatives of ours from New Zealand came for a visit and wanted to see Niagara Falls. I wanted to give them a full experience of the Niagara region and that wouldn’t be memorable without a Niagara wine tour especially when they’ve never tried ice wine before. We dropped in on a weekday and were able to book a tour with full tastings. Brenna was our wine guide and she was fabulous - knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. We toured parts of the vineyard while doing the tastings. Then we went to the cellar where they had barrels resting. You can tell it was also setup as an event area as well. Finally we went into their ice room where we sampled one of the ice wines. Coats were supplied prior to going into the ice room so we didn’t turn into popsicles. Overall it was a fun and enjoyable tour for our visitors. I would have tried their restaurant time permitting, well next visit! Very well done tour, I would recommend it.

Beautiful winery - we loved the classic, gorgeous building. Our visit didn’t include a tour, just a tasting & food pairing. We were welcomed by a very friendly face and walked inside the tasting space. Once seated, unfortunately we were a bit disappointed by the service. The guy in charge of the tasting was pretty dry and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. We had to ask all the qs to try to get anything from him and he didn’t even know the year of the wines serving us. The wines were pretty good, thankfully. Yummy snack too. Could have been a 5* experience if the service was a bit more professional and knowledgeable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the curated Valentines dessert pairing hosted by Donna and her colleagues today. The wines and desserts paired beautifully and elevated one another. Donna was a wonderful hostess and so knowledgeable about not only the wines and their tasting notes but also tasting techniques to heighten the experience. This was our first visit to Konzelmann estates and will certainly not be our last.

Beautiful winery. We weren’t able to get same day reservations hence decided to call them and they told us that we can walk in (first come first serve). They were able to seat the both of us which we really appreciated. We enjoyed our tasting experience (peach wine is what they are famous for and it was enjoyable!) and I did like the dessert wines. Our server was also nice and checked in with us to see if we have any questions. We were told that they don’t have ice wines for tasting but the shop may have some. When we went to the shop, the lady was pretty rude and said that the tasting room could have let us try and just left it there…. What a let down at the end of our visit.

Beautiful estate with wonderful wine. Our tasting consultant, Gabriella, was so pleasant and knowledgeable. All of the wines we tried were delicious. Bottles to take home were very reasonably priced!. The top floor has great views of lake Ontario (one of the few wineries actually on the lake!). We will absolutely be coming back whenever we are in ON. Can't recommend this place enough. Their talented staff like Gabriella will make sure you are taken care of an teach you so much, all while trying some fantastic wine!

We recently enjoyed a nice tasting at Konzelmann. Four samples, my favourite was definitely the peach wine - a must-try. Our server, Colin, was polite and helpful. Will definitely return for a different experience next time - those outdoor pods certainly look intriguing!

We did the “Dome experience” Great unique experience. This was a great experience! The wines selected by our host Alex S. were fantastic! He also surprised us with a great selection of cheeses and charcuterie. He was a great host and also gave us a couple of recommendations of other wines we might enjoy based on what we told him we liked. The view from the dome is fantastic and quite comfortable even if it was 30C outside!

My boyfriend and I had the opportunity to do the dome experience with Alex S.. It was a remarkable experience with extremely knowledgeable staff. Alex S. specifically was extremely friendly and enthusiastic, he went into depth about the wine culture in Niagara and gave us wonderful wine recommendations based on our taste. Alex I. in the building was also extremely helpful explaining wine preferences and gave a wonderful recommendation of a wine to get for my grandpa for Christmas. Overall I would highly recommend this experience, the wines themselves exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t have asked for better staff.

My husband and I were traveling from New Jersey and were given the recommendation to visit Niagara-on-the-lake because of the beautiful wineries and lay of the land. I did a bit of research and found Konzelmann Estate Winery to be a must-see in the area. We arrived shortly before 5 p.m. and unfortunately missed the wine tasting events held for the day. Alex went above and beyond to ensure that we were given the best experience possible and took the extra effort to provide a tasting for us anyway- it was because of him that we had such a memorable time and made all the difference. His patience, kindness, and knowledge of the wines were appreciated and remembered. We loved the wine, especially the peach & Cabernet! We will definitely be back visiting in the area and look forward to returning. Thank you!!

Hit it 👍🏿! Have a very beautiful winery with some quite delicious wines. Paired with a nice little charcuterie board. One person in our party was needed to show up but we booked for five. Would have liked to maybe make a choice on the extra glass we got instead of having just 1 extra set.

We did a walk in on a long weekend and were fortunate to have a tasting. Gabriella was our wine specialist, she was warm, welcoming, kind, knowledgeable in her wines, asked us what we liked and made the experience so lovely. I didn’t know much about the winery and she gave us great information. You can tell she is passionate about her job and knows her stuff. This winery has moved into our top 2 wineries because of the on point customer service and their wonderful selections of wines, price points and how kind the staff are there.

I have had wine like once in my life and it felt like taking swigs of cold medicine that would out hair on your chest. My husband and I were on vacation in Niagara and I wanted to try a wine experience because it is a bucket list item. These are amazing wines and they are smooth and taste like the fruits they are made from. I would recommend the dome experience. Alexi was amazing and we bought a lot of wine. I hope some of it makes it home. I recommend the dome experience.

This was the final winery we visited on Feb 25, 2023 and we did get their hours confused. The restaurant stayed open later than the wine tasting area. However, we each got one free sample at 5:30 as they stopped sampling at 5 but closed at 6. The server was very friendly and informative. I bought a bottle and some chocolate.

Busy Winery with great ideas. There is about 5 different tasting areas. Reservations for all are highly recommend. There about 3 areas inside a bar side for large groups another 2 formal sit-down areas and another stand up are (for those last minute people). Outside there is an outside casual patio area partially covered and the more romantic dome area.

Fireside Flights was an incredible experience! Very highly recommended!! Wine and s'mores? YES PLEASE! Amazing pairings, wonderful ambiance fantastic service! There aren't enough superlatives to describe the awesome time we had!

Konzelmann was our choice for our wedding ceremony and reception where we opted for a package in their lakefront lounge. This area was perfect to accomodate an intimate wedding. In our case, we were a party of 26 and it was very comfortable for everyone. The staff at Konzelmann were always courteous, professional and very attentive towards our guests. A special shoutout to Vanessa who has been an absolute superstar going above and beyond as our events coordinator. Her involvement was instrumental in the success of our special day and we cannot thank her enough for it! This winery was already a favourite with their delicious and affordable wines, but their expert handling of our wedding will certainly make it a go-to when we have other events to host.

I liked a lot of these wines. Many good dry reds. The place was rather busy, but they were able to fit us in for a tasting without a reservation as the groups moved quickly. The wines were very well priced also. The only downside is that you couldn't sample all the table wines, so it's a guessing game if they are any good. We ended up getting a few anyway to try.

My husband and I visited on a summer weekday and we were able to do a tasting without reservations with only a 5 minute wait. The winery is gorgeous and without any frills. They do not have a wide selection, but everything that I tasted was delicious. The young lady serving us was very knowledgeable, describing the different wines perfectly. I especially liked their peach wine and baco noir. We had a great experience!

We did a fireside flight with S’mores! Baptiste was an excellent host! Very knowledgeable about the wines we were drinking! Highly recommend this experience! Konzelmann has an excellent selection of lovely wines!

I did the sip and sizzle experience here with staff member Donna and she was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable about the wines and how it goes with the food pairing. She was so engaging which made it my favourite stop out of the 8 we did for sip and sizzle. The wine was incredible too, I will definitely be back to try the other wines.

This was an absolute joy to visit. Adults will enjoy the history, the kids will enjoy seeing the staff dressed in their historical costumes. Musket demonstration was a lot of fun as well as both the music and cooking demos. The barracks are very well kept and you're free to wander the fort. Chat to the soldiers, very knowledgeable about the Fort's history. Entry fee is around $15. Fun time for kids and adults.

Very cool visit! Worth a stop, lots of interesting schedule activities such as musket demonstrations and other ceremonies. Full of history and a very important part of our history. Plus apparently it's super haunted so if you're into that stuff check out the ghost tours.

Absolutely amazing experience! A must if you're around the Niagara region. The live musket show was fun to see and all the staff are very knowledgeable.

Nice spot, very nice presentation of firing muskets. Good spot to visit for about 1.5 hour time. Interesting to learn from employees of museum dressed in era's clothing. Nice staff of museum, and lovely service at the gift shop.

We were there in late-June 2022. There's a Parks Canada shelter at the front where you can get your tickets and also some Parks Canada items. We did end up getting some apparel. Overall, it was an educational tour of the historic site and it was interesting to learn more about the history of Canada. It's a big site area with various rooms where you learn more about how people lived in the past.

It was a wonderful visit. Being from the US, it was fascinating seeing things from the Canadian point of view. The folks there were very informative and answered all our questions. A number of the interns were college students. One was majoring in history and another young man was in medicine (oncology). Another gentleman did a presentation from an American soldier's perspective based on transcripts written for news articles back in the US. He was also an excellent fife player and loved music history.. We spent all day there and would go back again.

A great historical look at the War of 1812 from the British-Canadian perspective. Some great demonstrations include musket loading and shooting, musical instruments, daily life at the Fort, and other interesting tidbits of information. It is worth it to tour both Fort George and Fort Niagara across the Niagara River to hear about the war and history from both perspectives.. They also have Ghost tours.

A fun time was had by all. It was super informative. I absolutely highly recommend going to see the musket demonstration. I wish they let me fire one, but something about being untrained and liability issues... All the different buildings had great displays, and the people working there really knew their stuff. I wish I was also there on a day for the fife and drum demo but alas, it was not meant to be. I love the fact it's a national park so the entrance fee is not that high. Do not sleep on the gift shop either. I found all kinds of cute souvenirs. Have fun and learn a lot!

Well-maintained. Beautiful. A timely reminder of the sacrifices the military have made to keep us safe. Open spaces for kids to run around. Muskets firing. Great guy in the mess hall. Great gal in the soldiers' sleeping quarters.

A wonderful experience. And such friendly staff and historical actors . A great place to spend a day especially when there's battle reenactments. This day they were doing the Napoleonic wars, so you had to suspend belief a little and pretend you were in Spain for this reenactment lol

An enjoyable historic day. Many dressed in historic attire and ready to answer questions and entertain.

The staff was amazing to the adults and children alike, in our group. My 9 year old really enjoyed the activity book/scavenger hunt and it gave us time to read the placards and pick the brains of the staff. Their detailed knowledge was truly impressive. There is a lot of thought and care put into Fort George. Had a blast!

This was our second time at Fort George, this time we had the pleasure of being there on Halloween night. Always such a blast. I enjoy hearing the different experiences, stories and historical events from the different guides. They really know how to set the atmosphere and the tone for the evening. Thank you for such an awesome time.

Amazing museum. Reenactors demonstrate musket fire, fife and drum, life in barracks, officer living, and other aspects of life in the British army in 1811. Well worth your time. Probably would take about four hours to do the living museum completely. But forgo the displays if something live is happening. The docent at the gate will inform you of the schedule. Even if a rainy day, go!

The reason for my low review is because of the price. It is $12.50 per person and parking is $8. I would be OK with the price is there was actually more to see. Most of the visit is reading stuff on the walls that you could pull up online. They did have a musket demonstration and a drum and flute (different name) demonstration. Here is a tip if you're going to go....ask to purchase the sales receipt of someone leaving for $10 (that's 2 people). Because you're allowed to go in, leave and comeback.

Loved thr visit. Definitely awoke my inner history nerd. The musket demo and background talk were both excellent. I spent a couple of hours which allowed me to explore in pretty good depth.

I certainly recommend visiting. The gentlemen reenactors speak well and the story captivating. September is a great time to go.

We are usually lost in our routine. On August 6,2023, our visit to the Fort George impressed us with the reality show performed by people who are in big love to their country and historical place and are very proud to be part of it. It is not only a demonstration of soldiers acting. We spoke to a few of the actors, each of them are so deep th theie roles and characters , so they can tell you a lot of interesting monens of life and traditions of that time reality. Thank you all for your hard work!

Uncomfortable seating and cold. Be sure to bring a cushion to sit on as the seats are wood planks and as well, dress warm because the heat probably will be off like I experienced a few days ago.

We put our 3-year-old in the Skate Canada program last year and were less than impressed. The hockey program he is enrolled in this year as a 4-year-old, on the other hand, is fantastic! The coach is great. The drills are fun and the keep the kids attention. The steps to learn to skate are well thought out and very effective. My son hated the Skate Canada program and loves the hockey one!

The hockey is great but the experience not so much. They need to turn on the heat as it's an extremely cold building in which to watch a hockey game.

We were 4 adults and 2 infants that went for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and fancy. The staff was friendly and our server, Rachel, was great! She was very accommodating with our babies and she was extremely pleasant and polite. To top things off, the food and wine were delicious! We will definitely be back.

It was a great winery tour experience. Excellent customer service and the tour guide is professional. It has some interesting facilities such as the infinity room. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Even though it doesn't seem like it has a huge vineyard, I still highly recommend this winery.

Exceptional, sparkling wines. The main restaurant is fantastic. Unfortunately, on this trip the week was a little bit longer than we were willing to wait. We ate at the tasting patio and had all the snacks. The sparkling wines are wonderful as are the Frosa on a hot day.

This was our last stop for the sparkle festival! It was soooo great to have this be our last stop because we were able to squeeze into a wine tour last minute as well! The overall offering for the sparkle festival was ok, it was a cracker cone stuffed with an exorbitant amount of goats cheese. The tour was amazing. Definitely worth it! They offer so many different photo options, also a lovely array of wines and sparkling within the tour. Our guide Maddie was so sweet and accommodating!

Had a great dinner at Trius restaurant, we did the 2 course menu; burrata and soup with smoked salmon to begin and as mains the Cornish hen and pickerel fish. Everything was great, in my personal taste I loved both starters but from the mains I liked the hen most. Very tender and great flavour! Fish was also excellent but I was missing some “punch” in the flavour but this is personal opinion. Definitely, we will come back it worth the price!

The whole experience was really good. The restaurant offers a nice environment for a romantic dinner. We had told them we were celebrating our anniversary, and the mention it when they brought some champagne to start. They also included some bread with wine butter and shots of soup/cream (kitchen snacks). Then, to begin we had the Duck and the Eggplant. The Duck paired great with a rose and the eggplant sweetness mixed with prosciutto combined really well with a Pinot Noir. The mains were the beef and the Halibut. Of course the fish paired with a white wine and the beef with a Merlot. That last was amazing! And to finish, we had the cheese and icewine. We ended up buying those at the store. Great flavours, great pairing, great hosts. Thanks!

We did a tour and dinner at Trius and highly recommend both. Trius has done a great job of creating engaging spaces for their tour that teach you about their wine and process. We especially loved the rose tower and sparkling house. Our tour guide - Karen - was so knowledgeable and friendly - she really made our experience wonderful. The dinner was equally great. They have lovely indoor and outdoor dining areas and the service was top notch - attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was superb and they were easily able to accommodate most items to be gluten free. The server knew exactly what the adjustments would be and the results didn’t make me feel like I was missing out. Highly recommend it for anyone with food allergies and anyone who loves quality food.

Winery and Fine Dining in the heart of Niagara. Great place to stop over, buy some of the great wines or dine with the family. Warm and accommodating service with a great view of the winery. Food presentation was top notch but portions are rather small. The bread that was served was cold. A bug was flying around and occasionally landing on the bread. Overall id rate it 3 stars

It was lovely evening at Trius, we like the ambiance. The food was good but not the exceptional (some plates were missing flavour or wow factor). The wine pairing was awesome. Did we had good time? absolutely. Did it worth almost 300$ for 2 persons? not really, it was not that memorable that why we are giving a 4 stars and not a five.

I've heard a lot of good things about the restaurant, but the wine tasting part should absolutely be avoided. It's a real joke. I have visited a lot of vineyards in Europe, as well as the United States and Canada and have never been so disappointed. We had reservations because it is very popular. Once there we were seated at a table and told to choose our wines straight away. 5 minutes later we were served our 3 wines at the same time, white, red, ice wine. No description of what we were about to drink, no suggestions based on our tastes, nothing. Not even a smile. By the time I got to my ice wine it was already room temperature. We also had cheese to accompany our wine. It was served to us in its packaging directly from Great Britain, not even a Canadian cheese. Follow my advice, there are a lot of good vineyards in Niagara On The Lake, avoid Trius, it's a waste of time and money.

Trius Winery is beautiful inside out. The tours are fun and informative with many different types of wines, a mirror room, and the cotton candy at the end. The restaurant is really good with nice ambience and excellent dishes. The downsides may be that there aren’t many parking spaces, and the unfriendly server at the restaurant.

We had a great time at Trius Estates Winery for lunch today! We had 3 courses for $70 and a flight of white wines for $16. The food was surprisingly pretty good. We had the cauliflower, cheese board, house snacks, and tomato salad. Servers were really nice and super helpful and truly made the experience wonderful. The grounds are beautiful as well

Beautiful winery and restaurant. Went with my family and what a surprised. The menu is seasonal with fresh products and beautiful curated. The staff was amazing! You have 2 options, full menu or half, portions are good (more on the small size for some). I had the half and was perfect.

We went to the Trius Winery last week. The ambiance is great, the wines are good. Food is great but portions are so small for the price you pay. Please be careful before you eat one of their chocolate truffles dessert. They have caramel bits in them and one of my crowns came off. We told the waiter to let the chef know it was more than normal chewy. He Didn’t seem to care .Not good customer service. Sorry.

We did both the Wine Tour & Restaurant. For the tour side of things it was amazing, we had Barry as our guide and he did a phenomenal job with the group. For the Restaurant, the food was pretty good, the Duck appetizer was really great and I highly recommend it. With dinner I would also recommend getting one of their wine flights as it comes with 3 different types of their wine. All together I couldn’t complain about my experience at Trius.

Had a wonderful dinner at Trius last night! Their prefixed menu is $69 for 2 courses or $99 for 3, and you will not be disappointed! The service was outstanding as well. 5+ stars!

Had a fantastic meal that was just amazing! I loved the atmosphere, and to top it off, we did the wine tour and had a fabulous time. Highly recommended for a delightful experience!

This may probably be in the top 5 meals I’ve ever had in my life. Maybe even top 3. Firstly, the facilities here are absolutely beautiful and we received top notch service from our waiter. Secondly, my boyfriend and I got the tasting menu: Duck Egg and the Burrata for starter, and these dishes were absolutely divine. I literally licked my burrata plate clean it was seriously the best burrata I had in my life. I wasn’t much of a burrata or cheese girl beforehand but now I’m a big fan. It came with this crunchy salami and tomato/ herb juice which really hit the spot. It was a work of art! For mains we got the Duck Tasting and the Cornish Hen. Both were again, mind blowing. The presentation was chef’s kiss and just wow. Each bite was a burst of flavours that complimented each other so well. For dessert we got the mint chocolate tart which again had me in tears because of how good it was. I am a big mint chocolate lover though! We then finished off with their sugar cookies, they were the perfect last bite! We both left feeling extremely full aha. I’ll be coming back for wine tasting + hopefully trying the charcuterie board and gnocchi next time!

UPDATE (JAN 2024): Back to Trius, as guests of family members who are part of the Trius wine club. Great second experience here. Tastings for all of us, the wine club members and guests, are complimentary as part of their benefits and were in the upstairs tasting room (The Loft). I particularly enjoyed the Trius Brut and the Showcase Reisling Icewine. We'll be back for sure, especially if we're invited by wine club members! Hopefully, in warmer weather, to enjoy the extensive outdoor areas at Trius. The food options are limited but quality of almost anything we ordered was exceptional. Specially the bread and butter was super fresh and enjoyable to have it with the high quality wine... However the decaf espresso martini was not decaf and I had hard time to sleep that night.

Trius is a beautiful place. The location is excellent both indoors and outdoors. Well kept and the dining area by the vineyard with fresh air is so refreshing. The staff are kind, attentive and excellent. The wine pairing was excellent. The burrata (appetizer), strip loin (main) and caramel bar (dessert) was delicious and timing was great. The Trius Ice Wine was the best wine Ive had compare to the other wineries Ive been to.

This is a great place to stop, shop and eat when visiting Niagara region in Ontario Canada. Beautiful place with lots of history about the life of Wayne Gretzky the famous hockey player with number 99. We tasted the wine 🍷 and we love it. We bought some to take home and for gifts. Restaurants are awesome too, you can choose outdoor indoor or the basement part with huge wine barrel. We enjoyed our stop here before proceeding to Niagara on the lake.

We really enjoyed the ambiance, being huge hockey fans. We all ordered a flight with some charcuterie, and it was all pretty good. The only problem - there were fruit flies flying all around our food! Like, so many of them. We had to cover the food to keep them out. And we were eating inside. Kind of turned us off to the food and drink we were trying to enjoy. Like others have said, the servers don't seem exactly thrilled about being at work. We did end up buying multiple bottles to take home.

Gretzky is always a good time. The pavilion is so fun! We were there with the sparkle tour, where they gave us fried cod and dill pickle chips paired with their sparkling brut. It was so yummy, warm, and crispy! Service was great, ambience was fun. I’ve come here before for a tasting and it was so fun. I would definitely come back for a whole day!

Please remember to make a reservation ahead of time! It was a wonderful experience coming to the Wayne Gretzky Estates during the Christmas season. Beautiful spot at the Niagara-on-the-lake. Although we were only driven by and made a quick stop, we wanted to do the tour, however, the line was too long and much planning ahead is definitely need! Stylish hall and lots of spot for different product tasting was spotted around the estate. They even have a ice rink right out back center. Where the adults may sat around while children in the ice tank skating; Everyone get to have a great time! It is a must visit spot and great for half to a day worth of your time here!

Food is amazing here, it could be fun and relaxing. My hamburger was so juicy. Service is always friendly. Go for the cocktails, those are the chef specialties. Not reservations needed on Saturdays. Always make sure to find out if you need one, cause it gets extremely busy. Go early to enjoy the views of the vineyards. You can go and visit Trius and Wayne Gretzky vineyards at the same time. If you are visiting take a tour it’s a must. And have lunch at the Whisky Bar Patio, you’ll enjoy it.

A really great distillery and winery in Ontario. Booze home of the great one, and a great spot to drink and get snacks. They have at least 4 bars that I spotted and 2 shops that sell wine, beer, spirits, syrups, bitters, books, and memorabilia. The staff were helpful and friendly, we did a wine and a whiskey tasting. The Ice wine and the whiskeys were really good. We ended up buying some wine and brandy of all things. They also have a ice rink which is awesome. While we didn't eat anything here the food all sounded great and next time we come back we will have food. And we will be back. HIGHLY recommended

Had a wine, whisky and beer tour. Very much enjoyed the tour. Host was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Had dinner at the whiskey bar patio. Scenery was fantastic and great food. Really enjoyed our visit and experience. Loved the salted caramel cream liquor so much we got a bottle!!

I came here for a bachelor weekend, and the experience was fantastic! We booked a whiskey tour and we also booked a whiskey bartender tour. The whiskey tour was great as we were able to see how they make whiskey and we learn how to properly taste whiskey the worker was great but I unfortunately forgot her name (all I remember was that she was voted life of the party in high school yearbook). The whiskey bartender was . We learn how to make three drinks using various ingredients and methods. Both of these tours were fantastic way to start the day, and I highly recommend them both!

I wanted to like Wayne Gretzky however, it did not meet my expectations. This was our first winery of the week and there was eight of us, there was only one server. No one came to help or assist her which I felt bad. The food was also mediocre. I didn’t think that the food was even great. The salad was just your typical salad. The salmon was dry and it wasn’t hot. It was room temperature and you could tell that it’s been sitting on the counter just waiting to be served. I appreciated the effort to grabbing me an extra dessert. The location is great. The glassroom is beautiful however, I wish that someone could’ve helped and join forces to make the experience more timely and pleasant. There was no pairing or suggestions we were asked to pick our white wine to be chilled instead of giving a suggestion based on our food. Just overall food was mediocre. And service was amazing just more team members assisting one person.

Nice winery with lots of options. You could check out the whiskey or winery inside or head to the back where there were more option of a beer tent, bar and small food truck that wasn't open at time of our visit. There was lots of outdoor seating. The wine tasting inside was situated in a cozy, inviting setup. They off tasting of wine, whiskey and beer combo or just choose what you want. They offered wines only available at estate. It was a very nice experience and would recommend. I will definitely visit them again.

Visited Saturday, January 6, 2024 Very grateful to family who invited us to be their guests at Wayne Gretzky Estates. We had a tremendous tasting experience (complimentary for wine club members and guests) trying, among our group, wines, whiskeys, and all four of the cream liqueurs. The Maple Cask and Ice Cask whiskeys were both outstanding. All four of the cream liqueurs were very good, but we had no consensus on which was best - my partner was impressed by the Salted Caramel, her sister voted Butter Pecan and I liked them all (Maple might get a slight edge). Growing up in the '70s and '80s as a hockey fan, it was so much fun and nostalgia to see so much memorabilia all over the winery spaces. The outdoor skating rink is a perfect natural fit for Wayne Gretzky Estates and was being well used. For a winter weekend, it was quite busy with an upbeat, almost boisterous vibe. I'm hoping for a return trip soon and again in warmer months to the expansive outdoor areas.

Nice to visit this location given that it is bears the name of the world famous hockey player Wayne Gretzky and family. I felt that the atmosphere catered to younger people. Lots of areas and pockets where different groups can congregate. The wine selection isn't my favourite but the winery itself is worth visiting.

Stopped by here as I was in the area for an hour and decided to get some sangria and beer. It was very nice and actually crowded for how chilly it was outside. There were people doing the winery tour but also a good amount of people sitting at the restaurant area either taking a drink or playing cornhole or ping-pong. The menu was fairly priced as well. Would recommend a casual visit if you're in the area.

Nice and refined winery. Sadly, the wines we tasted didn’t win our hearts. Pleasant experience nevertheless. Would give it a second chance again, sometime in the future… hoping for a collection of wines more to our liking.

Reif estates was fun! We were in the sparkle wine festival, and they were one of our stops. We got cherry cheesecake and brut for the tour. Cheesecake was good, the bubbles were tasty. The service was nil in comparison to the other vineyards we went to. We were asked to go into the metal cellar area, which was cutely decorated but away from the information of the main area. I’ve been to Reif for a tour in the past and they were so informative and fun. I would love to return for another tour in their main area!

Winery has a beautiful location and offers group tours at a reasonable price of $20 for 40 plus mins which also includes 3 different wine tastings. Our tour guide explained everything very well while giving us the tour of wine making process. Winery also has a small restaurant to eat and enjoy a drink while sitting in outside patio. You can also buy their wine right from the shop. Definitely a good place to go on a sunny weekend if you’re visiting Niagara.

We did a premium tasting with George. What an interesting man - so much knowledge and experience to share. The wines were lovely with a good price point. The charcuterie board well put together with an assortment of Ontario cheeses which were all delicious. This is a must do!

Maria was absolutely amazing during our wine tour! Full of knowledge and absolutely hilarious. Great time and 100% recommend for great wines. The Riesling and Late Harvest Vidal were delicious.

Reif is a very beautiful winery worth visiting! It's very picturesque with perfectly manicured grounds and charming architecture. They offer a number of experiences and tastings. I highly recommend the hour walking tour we did that included 3 tastings. Our guide, Adam, was highly knowledgable, and gave us a very in-depth look into their entire winemaking process. We also grabbed a bite at their outdoor restaurant, which did not disappoint. All of their wines we tried were excellent!

One of the best wine tasting experience in Niagara on the lake. We reserved our spot in advance for their vintage collection. We almost tried everything in their menu. Tasty wines pair with amazing local cheeses. Highly recommended.

Started our day with a tasting at Reif and did not go wrong! Server (George) was knowledgeable and attentive - we had a great chat about wines. He listened well and selected very appropriate wines for us. My wife is whites and fruity - I prefer fulsome reds. Cost is very reasonable.

Delightful first visit to Reif Estate as part of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Chocolate & Cheese festival in February. Sampled 3 different wines paired with chocolate, cheddar, and chips. I really enjoyed the sparkling white wine paired with chips. The Vinea wine was really delicious. It is a fortified wine (similar to a Port wine). Very beautiful location right on the river.

We came here as our second stop on the Taste of the Seasons. The property was beautiful. One of the best we saw all day. It was extremely scenic and relaxing. Unfortunately, I was not crazy on the samples. We received a red wine with chili. I found the wine to be quite peppery and not very enjoyable. The food wasn’t remarkable. I would come back to give it a second try due to how beautiful it really was there - but it definitely wouldn’t be my most anticipated stop.

We saw a lot of great reviews and had to check out Reid Estate Winery. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young lady, who was the highlight of our visit. Options were explained and we proceeded to the tasting area. We were there about (15) minutes before we could get someone's attention for service. Staff walked by multiple times without acknowledging us at all. The wines we sampled were fair and in our opinion pricey for what the were. Great location and I can only assume we caught an off day If you go, hopefully you have a better experience. There are others in the area (one in the the lake) that I would go to first. But that just me ..

This is my first experience with wine tasting, and it was so great. The guy who assisted us is named Herb. He is such a nice and lovely guy. He explains about wine very carefully and with passion. Overall, I like the Vidal Icewine. Besides, Canada is well known for its ice wine as well. That is why I am curious to try this ice wine. Vidal Icewine from Reif Estate Winery has won the gold medal in the international ice wine competition for the last few years (I forgot how many years, but 2024 for sure).

This was the third stop on our wine tour -local wineries and spent hundreds of dollars. My husband LOVES this place and recommended it. When we stopped, the grounds are beautiful, we walked in and were so excited, no one greeted us. That was the beginning of the problem. We walked to the counter and asked to do a tasting (we were going to do two and expressed that), the guy gave our menu and then walked away. He looked at us with disgust and inconvenience. We sat for 15 minutes and not only did we not get our tasting or acknowledgment, they served three couples before us. It was not so busy that we shouldn't have been served (and even if it was, someone should have said so) we work as bar tenders and would have understood. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere and down the street there is an amazing winery where not only had amazing service but we became platinum club members. Not sure if we weren't dressed right. Maybe we looked like we didn't have enough money (even though I have 30k in diamonds on my finger). Or maybe they were just having a bad day, but we won't be back.

Reasonable price bottle of wine and especially winery tour is the most difference with others. Nowadays Chinese owner run on the business. Asian friendly winery. 2020 vintage is the best one, go get it.

Of all the trips down to the Niagara Wine Region, I’ve never been to Reif Estate Winery. Big miss! This estate winery is just beautiful. In a gorgeous setting, beautiful outdoor gardens and restaurant/eating areas. A must visit when you’re down in Niagara.

The best winery experience I’ve ever had. Or wine expert Maria was full of energy and fun facts about the vineyard. I look forward to going back with friends and family.

Enjoyed my first experience here last year, returned again and it was even more enjoyable. Deb was more than pleasant and professional all while being perfectly charismatic! Enjoyed the wines, atmosphere and service. I highly recommend Reif estates to be included on your wine adventures and look forward to returning.

We stopped in today to pick up a few bottles of my favorite red (The Magician) and although I love it, I had yet to make the trip to Reif. Today was our first visit. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by a friendly gentleman. He gave us the run down of where to find things and let us wander. We were then approached by a lovely woman named Anna. We picked out a few different bottles and stocked up on the one we went for. We decided to stay and have a flight. Anna was beyond incredible. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. Pur experience (and wine) was a 10/10. We can not wait to return!

We came twice to Reif Estate and had wholesome experience walking around the winery. Adam walked us through the whole process of wine making and has been extremely informative, patient and recommended us the best wine to taste. Much appreciated.

Inniskillin Wines - it's wine. Need I say more! :-) We had our flight trials outside on a beautiful sunny day. They have a large selection of reds, whites, ice wines and rosés which means you're certain to find something you like. Staff very helpful in pinning down what we'd like based on our preferences. You can also purchase snacks and wine related items. We ended up leaving with a few bottles of white. Definitely a visit again!

Inniskillin was apart of our sparkle festival tour. It was lovely. We got vegetarian + beef sliders for the feature with their sparkle brut. I found the food to be good, I liked the slider. The brut was 3/5, I found it sweet and not bubbly enough. Service was not the best, we were seated comfortably, but (since we were a large group) if someone went to the bathroom, staff would ask if we were done with the chairs. It made us feel rushed to get out of there. I would love to return for a proper tasting outside of the festival!

This was the first ice winery we visited on Feb 25, 2023 just after lunch. This was the largest and busiest vineyard we visited as it's the oldest and most famous, I believe. It would be lovely in any season and plenty of parking. Our group of 4 managed to find seats at the end of the tasting bar and service was fine. There was a printed menu and plenty of little nibbles available with wine tasting. Spicy nuts + Riesling (sharp), Cheese + Vidal (fruity), Chocolate + Cab franc (rich). We did all buy some wine and chocolate and would come back for a longer visit. Today we visited three wineries on our first trip to Niagara.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience at Inniskillin today. Our host Mamiko was amazingly nice and very kind. She took the time to explain all the wines in detail, answered our questions very well and made reasonable recommendations for what we're looking for. Her recommendation of Togarashi fries was very good, sweet and hint of spicy, very original. I've come here before just for tasting but after today's dine in experience I will definitely make it my regular schedule every time I come to Niagara.

Popped in on our drive home to buy a bottle of ice wine. Ended up doing a tasting flight of ice wines. Half way through the tasting I saw a sign that got us another tasting for free if you have a Infinite Visa. So we tried all the ice wines that we could (there was one that was unavailable for tasting, a sparkling ice wine). We ended up buying a bottle of Gold Vidal ice wine. Service was good but they ran out of dark chocolate and other snacks that would have paired well with the tasting flight of ice wines. We probably would have bought a red ice wine as well if they had the dark chocolate to try. Ironically it was their suggestion to buy the chocolate to try it with their wine as the bitter from the dark chocolate enhances the sweet of the wine. Also, I love sweets but it’s tough doing an entire flight of ice wines without something to snack on as they are incredibly sweet. The only thing available to cleanse the palate was water, while it was cold and refreshing on a hot day didn’t do the trick as well as some snacks to go with the wine would have. Would possibly try it again with some snacks and good friends.

Tasted flights of white, red and ice wine at at Inniskillin - and loved it! We didn't make a reservation (because we forgot) but we were guided into the wine boutique for tastings. The staff was very helpful and we had a great time going around the property as well. :)

Inniskillin has some very great wines, but we were also interested to stop by for the ice wine tour discovery pass. Great tasting of their ice wine with food pairing, very exciting, and welcoming. Would definitely come again!

What a wonderful stop during the Icewine Festival. Sitting by an open fire, wrapped up in an Inniskillin blanket eating delicious stew with an icewine pairing. Fantastic experience. Still one of my favourite Niagara ice wines.

Everyone knows Inniskillin obviously. The history and experience they have results in impeccable wine. If you do go for a tasting, you can feel the job market impact. The staff are two groups, the few with long years of experience, and the new hires. The newer staff aren’t trained properly and can’t really provide a tasting experience which corresponds to the quality of the wine. I would return however, because you can find very unique wines here that aren’t available in your LCBO offices.

Came here because of the reputation. It was right at their opening time so it was not busy at all which means we got to enjoy the wine tasting with all the view and no crowd. It's a spacious place so good for small kids to around. With a visa infinite card, you can do the twice the amount of tasting for 1 price. We left with 4 bottles of ice wines.

Love the service we always get at Inniskillin. Everyone is always so welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with the wine tastings. This place needs to be a must on your list to experience their ice wines. As wine club members, this visit we were seated by the beautiful covered patio by the Starling Room. The greenery and view of the vineyards is spectacular! But you can also enjoy their restaurant with delish menu items like their charcuterie board and togarashi fries.

The wine tasting was great! Also, the seating areas outside were absolutely gorgeous. Just a little note that I thought was great. They seem to have a partnership with Visa Infinite. If you have a Visa Infinite card (look at the front of your Visa card for the word "Infinite" under the Visa) you get some incredible deals. For example, we got 2 for 1 wine tasting which ended up saving us approximately $30. What a great deal! Inniskillin Winery was a great experience and zi would certainly recommend.

We stopped in for a quick tasting. They do have food but we just called in for a tasting. There are lots of options & you can choose from a variety styles. We liked it a lot & took a couple bottles home.

Stopped here for the first time for some tastings. Received excellent service from Annie who was very knowledgeable about the wines. Tried both an ice wine flight and red table wines. All were delicious; no bad wines. Just know going in that ice wine is sweet…a dessert wine. Would recommend anyone in the area to stop here for a great experience.

We had one of our best wine tasting experiences here. Our tasting expert Yuna was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, listened to our preferences on flavors and made recommendations that would suit what we like. She also recommended some new icewines that we had not heard of like the Ziraldo. We sat outside on the patio under the pergola with the vines and it was beautiful! We left with two bottles that we don’t get in the U.S. Inniskillin is a gorgeous winery. If you get a chance please visit them. You will have a great time, and ask for Yuna!

One of the best wineries in the Niagra region. Niagra has a TON of wineries and we have been to quite a few of them, this was our favorite. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about both their wines and wines in general. We have been to wineries all over the world and they still taught us some new things. They specialize this time of year in Ice Wines and theirs were divine, we bought a few bottles. The property is beautiful and they have a restaurant as well. If you're a wine drinker and in the Niagra area, don't miss out on Inniskillin.

Yuna was so nice and wine smells great, also tasty is great When I asked her about wine, she explained it in detail, so I was able to buy great ice wine.

We had a great experience of private tour at Inniskillin. The patio was beautiful and perfect. Ms Yumiko was so nice guided us wine tour a hour. she explained all the wines with kindness. Ice wine was good sweet little bit berry flavour. At the end of the tour, a table was set up for us between vineyards the perfect setting. The sun was strong that day, but they always care made sure we were in the shade. Thank you so much Ms Yumiko and all of staff who prepared for us. Obviously we recommend this experience make your perfect day.

Visited this winery on a beautiful sunny ☀️ day in October. Did a private tour of the grounds that gives you exclusive access to areas not open to the general public. I recommend doing this tour -- it's worth it. Doug was our tour guide -- he was great.

The tour is really interesting, Claire makes it fun and add details to it, wich I think is great; at list for someone who knows nothing about wines, I never thought a grape 🍇 tree 🌳 could live 400 years; I definitely recommend it😀!, the last part is the one we all experienced the most, they give us 3 glass of wine to taste; mine is 100% Ice Wine 🍷which I learned that day is a desert wine, but You will fine your perfect wine because there's wine for everyone 😀😊. we had a lovely time at the inniskilin vineyard, had a varied selection of vine tasting options and it was very picturesque. beautiful outdoors and countryside along Niagara river. we were a party of 14 and everyone liked it alike kids as well as our friends. there was a grape juice for the kids also to try.

Madison helped us on our visit today. The wine experience was under the large tent so we were in the shade. There was a nice breeze and you able to look out onto the vineyard. Madison did a great job explaining each of the wines, the characteristics and what they pair best with. She was very knowledgeable about the vineyard and wines. The portion of wines in our tasting was the perfect amount. Tables are well spaced apart so you can have a great conversation and really enjoy the experience. The location is mobility accessible for the patio.

Very nice winery. I was a part of a wine tour and this was one of the visits. The food pairings with the wine were excellent. I would have given this 5 stars but the server didn't give a detailed explanation of each of the wines we tasted. It was a bit underwhelming. But a very pleasant property to walk around.

We did a private tasting upstairs with Brian. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful. We did the tasting flight of the bubbles that paired with popcorn. It was very fun and a delicious experience. One of the servers even sang happy birthday which was a nice touch! Thanks Brian and team!

We enjoyed our wine tasting and loved the cheese & charcuterie board. The service was excellent. We were lead upstairs to do the tasting of the wines and sat down to enjoy our sunny surroundings, social distanced from other patrons, then we enjoyed our wine and local cheese and meats. However, the actual purchase of the wines had to be done back down stairs. A lot of up & down. We were told the patio wasn’t open yet, too bad - it’s still a bit cold (mid-April). When the weather is warmer perhaps the stairs won’t be an issue. The Chateau is always impressive, the wines are always lovely. I liked being socially distanced & relaxed to enjoy my wines & my nibbles. A good touch!

We loved our experience today at the winery . From the begging the service and the ambiance was incredible. We would definitely recommend to visit this place . We had the opportunity to visit the winery and do the wine testing. If you have the opportunity please buy the ice wine it’s amazing and delicious. Thank you so much to DJ for being there for us ! Lovely place! We went to enjoy the Jazz as part of the Music Niagara series and we were not disappointed! Beautiful wine, beautiful weather, beautiful views, beautiful music 🎶. We're lucky!!!

Had a lovely experience wine tasting at Château des Charmes last week! Karl lead us through a tasting and was kind and energetic. Very beautiful location with stunning gardens and grounds.

Came for a tasting. And while they was setting up. I had already going to buy 2 cases of the cab ice wine (red) plus i got to sample a 1992 vintage. With owner permission. I bought 1 bottle of that. Wish I bought the other 3... but there's always next time... the staff are exceptional. I wanna say thank you to all of you...

Time and time again, we have an amazing experience photographing weddings at Château des Charmes. Being a Niagara based wedding photography company, we visit quite a few venues throughout the year and this location is just phenomenal. We love shooting at their gorgeous ceremony spot, the sunset photos create lifetime memories, the staff is organized, friendly & communicative, their food is delicious and this venue really gives off a timeless, elegant vibe. But don’t just take our word for it, have a look for yourself. We love when we have weddings at this venue and get to work with the incredible staff, our clients always leave with amazing, long lasting memories.

We had an amazing tour with Karl. I've been lucky enough to have gone on winery tours around Canada and the world, but this was my favorite. Karl was immensely knowledgeable and personable. He made the tour vibrant despite us visiting in the middle of March when the scenery outside was understandably lackluster.

We stopped in for a tasting without a reservation, and they were very accommodating. Our server was very knowledgeable (and a Flyers fan, so a bonus!) and kind. Beautiful property. We sat on the patio outside, it got very hot. Was comfortable when a breeze came through, I wish they would have opened the sides of the tent. The ice wine was fantastic, we ended up buying multiple bottles. All in all, a good choice!

Had a lovely experience wine tasting here! Very knowledgeable and passionate! Decor was beautiful and well maintained! There was a wedding going on, lots of people despite madness staff were attentive! I would Deff return on a quieter weekend!

First time here, what a beautiful experience and property. Came family day long weekend, with my mother and sister, it was a very cold day (would love to return to tour the grounds when it is warmer). We took part in the Premium Wine Tasting, where we ordered one of each accompaniment, charcuterie, cheeses and artisanal chocolates. Our host, Michelle, was very kind and knowledgeable about the wines. It was a lovely experience, and everything tasted great, six wines each definitely was plenty haha, the pairing were lovely. Will definitely be back in the warmer weather.

Blair made us feel at home while also making our wine tasting experience truly memorable. This winery is an institution, a landmark if you will. Highly recommend adding to your list (generous servings- you are welcome!). Such a great experience doing wine tasting 🫶🏼 A must visit for sure!

We joined the Premium Winery Tasting and we especially love the chocolate pairing. We tried six chocolates that paired with 6 VQA premium wines. It was absolutely an amazing experience! Our servers Blair and Tonia were awesome! They were super nice, tried their very best to help and patiently answered all our questions. The cashier Ryan and Madison were helpful too. Overall, we had such a lovely experience at Château des Charmes!

We did a wine tour here and it's clear why this place is so well reviewed! We had a great time. Our tour guide Karl was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and energetic. The ice wine was my favorite out of the four wines we tasted. I really appreciated that this is a kid-friendly winery. I brought my baby and had no issues.

Managed to make a reservation 30mins before the time we arrived. We were seated promptly and greeted by the most friendly service staff who was knowledgeable about the estate and the wines they offer. We got the Four and Four as well as the Salty and Sweet. All the wines was good and not only that, the in-house chocolates were amazing as well as the cheeses that came as pairing. Overall we were really satisfied and glad we visited and will recommend people to make a stop if they’re in the Niagara region!

Absolutely beautiful property. The service was amazing from the moment we walked in the door. Sean walked us through an amazing tasting and history of the winery -loved our time with him. We also ordered a cheese board that came loaded with delicious options to go with our wine.

A well established winery in the area. Adorable for tastings on site with a small snack. They are focused on their great wine quality and not an entertainment experience. If you want a very quiet or more private visit, weekday afternoons are very nice. They have a great flight menu to try a variety of wines without breaking the bank.

It was fun tour. They were very accommodating and the vineyard is beautiful. Tasting Wines were good. The restaurant has very limited food options so good to have lunch before heading there. Not very close to the GO station.

We received the wine tour and tasting for two as part of the hotel package. And it is amazing. We had a great time here. Our tour guide is informative. During the tour, we get to taste 4 different types of their product. After the tour, we ordered some food in their dining area and got more tasting. The staff is very patient and helpful when we struggle which wine to choose for tasting. She gave good info of each type and help us by asking our preference. The cheese board and mushroom soup look very appealing and delicious. We love it!

The winery does not focus on running a restaurant. It's good. It also has a medium-sized restaurant for visitors to rest. It's very quiet. The shop is not big, but every bottle is classic. We bought two bottles of sparkling wine. The wineyard is huge and endless. There is a bicycle rental station there.

My husband and I love to visit this place! We were in the Niagara on the lake region for the first time in September of 2021 for a small get away trip and did a tasting on an organized winery tour and enjoyed it. We did not pick the wines we tried at that time they picked for us, which we enjoyed since it was our first time in the region and they know their wines best. Their sparkling brut was the best sparkling we had tasted the entire tour, and unfortunately being pressed for time we were not able to shop around, so we went back on our way home and bought a few bottles. We had talked about wanting to do a tour to explore the facilities, so we went back this past week for a tour. We were lucky, as it was the first day tours were being offered again this year, and also the last day we would be in Niagara on the lake! The tour was excellent and talked about everything from the vines, to the fermentation process, to the barrels and barreling process, to some of the quirks of the facility that were added when it was built (and of course included a tasting of 3 wines at various points along the tour). Unfortunately we have been yet to be able to try the food, but it’s on the list for our next visit, hopefully soon.

I had the pleasure of visiting Jackson Triggers for a wine tasting experience and it exceeded all of my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the wines they were pouring, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The highlight of the tasting was definitely the icewine, which was expertly crafted and had a unique and delicious flavor profile. I was also impressed by the sparks wine infused with icewine, which added a unique and intriguing twist to the traditional wine tasting experience. The outdoor fire pit was the perfect addition to the experience, as it provided a cozy and rustic atmosphere while we sat and enjoyed our wines. The setting was beautiful overlooking the winery's vineyards. The decor was also impressive, adding to the ambiance of the experience. All in all, I highly recommend visiting Jackson Triggers for a wine tasting experience. The staff, wines, and setting were all top-notch and truly made for a memorable experience

Me and my partner took the Wine Tour and it was totally worth it. Our tour guide made our experience much better, she explained everything in detail plus answered any questions we had. Make sure to try the Ice Wine if you visit. For me personally it was too sweet but my partner loved it.

Awesome experience at Jackson-Triggs winery! We went to the celebration house and got to taste 5 different sparkling wines, they all tasted amazing! Plus our host Kate was so great and entertaining! She kept checking up on us and was very knowledgeable about their wine selection! She answered all our questions and even suggested the best wines for us! Our charcuterie board tasted delicious and the whole experience was very memorable! I would give the winery a 12/10 for being so great! Definitely going back there again in the future :)

Really loved this winery in Niagara. We came for the Taste of the Seasons and had a white wine with quesadilla. Our group ate in the basement area and it was such a unique experience. I would definitely go again. I found the staff quite friendly and they definitely moved people in, out, and along much better than at some other wineries!

Amazing place. We had the wine tasting and a charcuterie board, everything was delicious. Susan helped us choosing our wines. She was very kind and friendly with us, really enjoy sharing our visit with her, definitely made our visit more pleasant.

The experience here was amazing. The employees were super welcoming as we walked through the door. Great wine recommendations and of course great wine. The experience at this winery was one of the best. Highly recommend making a visit to this estate. Kid friendly as well which was a bonus!

We had a wonderful visit to Jackson-Triggs Niagara estate Friday Nov 10. The building and vineyards are beautiful, the food and wine were delicious and everyone we interacted with were lovely - from Pierre's warm welcome to Maggie's great suggestions for lunch and our wine tasting to our conversations with Glenna and others on the team in the Gift shop where we bought bottles of ice wine for ourselves and for gifts for family members. what a wonderful visit.

Our tour guide Bruce was amazing. He had extensive knowledge about wine and gave a great tour. My husband and I will definitely go back for tastings. The breads and spreads were really good at the restaurant as well

Our favourite winery in Niagara! The staff and service are always phenomenal! Carla served us today and she was very knowledgeable about all the wines in our tastings, which was great for setting the perfect experience for our out of town guests. And Charlie is awesome - he recognized us from our previous visits and came right over for a warm welcome. The kitchen is fantastic - easily one of the best burgers in Niagara! And great appetizer plates for sharing too!

First I have to say the entire place is gorgeous with breathtaking views. My mom and I received a complimentary free wine tasting for two with Jackson-Triggs and Inniskillin wines as a part of our hotel package deal. Hands down this winery was the best out of the two. From the amazing views, outdoor seating overlooking the massive yet beautiful vineyard, and the FOOD (I had the Tapas) was amazing and of course the wine! I loved that they allowed us to choose the wines we wanted to sample. It was my first time trying Icewine (I had the vidal) which I loved so much I couldn’t leave without purchasing a bottle. The wait staff were very friendly as well! The only con is that they don’t ship to the US, but hopefully they will soon. 100/10 would recommend visiting this winery.

Beautiful vineyard where you can sit all afternoon sampling wines amongst the vines! Super friendly staff and walkable from central Nigagra on the Lake - absolute perfection 🤩

Jackson Griggs be my wine and only chocolate and wine tasting was a great experience! We really enjoyed the last one (salted caramel) It was definitely our favourite!

Wine tasting - great, very kind and knowledgeable staff. Enjoyed the tastings, felt very informal and casual, which was nice. If you buy a bottle, they waive your tasting fee which is nice! Restaurant cafe - the buttermilk chicken burger was okay. Service was alright.

3.5/5 Very nice farm building, it looks like there was an extension added from the original from the photo on the wall you cannot tell from the outside, the interior dining area has very high ceilings and all wood construction. The winery shop area is pretty small though. We had the buttermilk chicken sandwich with daily soup, it was okay and the Creek BBQ Rib that was also okay, I didn't have that smokey flavour I like, regardless it was a good meal and service was great

Came to this place to see the eclipse, avoiding the crowds in Niagara Falls. I had lunch with my family. The service was average and relatively fast. The food was good without being exceptional. The area of the restaurant could have better furniture and decoration. There are opportunities of improvement here. You can taste the different wines they produce.

A really nice winery with an attached cafe. We came for lunch and for a wine tasting and had a great time. The tasting room has 2 bars and lots of cool gifts and knick knacks. The case is large and has lots of tables. All the staff, from the hostess, waitress, and the tasting bartender were all super friendly and helpful. The wines and beers they had were very good. The food was amazing. Ask for the sweet onion jam on the side with ANY sandwich you get It was great. Highly recommended! Highly recommended!

Least favorite from all the wineries we visited. The cheap, commercial style of the winery and the mediocre wines didn’t match our taste. There’s no tour of the winery. Just a tasting and a place for lunch, fast food style. We cut our visit short, as we didn’t enjoy it much.

Whole experience was awesome. -The food was good-amazing. I had this like garden salad(don't know the name) which was amazing, French onion soup was good, and the brisket sandwich wasn't smoky I guess but still good. -Environment was good and probably a nice dating spot I would say. Big parking area outside with a nice entrance and the inside was made of wood(probably pine). -The service was pretty good. We sat down fast. It was busy(some holiday) so it's most likely why the waiter was slower. Food arrived normal speed. Since I don't remember hearing what my friend ordered, I can't blame the waiter but I'll write it anyway. She brought salad on the side instead of fries.

Great winery for sweet and fruity wines! Love that if you buy a bottle your tasting is free. I recommend trying their cranberry wine. They were able to accommodate us as a walk in tasting but if you're visiting on the weekend I recommend making a reservation because they were quite busy.

The food was very ordinary, and the portions of both the appetizer and the main course were small compared to the expensive prices. The fries were not crispy, but rather oily.

You approach a handsome barnlike building and enter through the shop. The interior has impressively high ceilings and cement floor, so it is on the loud side. The interior is very casual amd service very friendly. We had a lunch reservation. We started with the Filo goat cheese, and fig spread, which was a yummy start. The apps are slightly pricey, especially if you would like to get a few…but good ingredients. Menu accommodates vegetarians. I asked our server to bring me a wine she would recommend and I got the Pinot Grigio and loved it! I actually got two bottles. It’s on the dry side with a taste of green apple. Nice crisp. My mother enjoyed her Lake Erie perch, and I had the ribeye steak sandwich. It had that wonderful char taste, and was very juicy! The salad was fresh, but, unfortunately, completely saturated in the dressing. I hope that’s not a regular thing/got unlucky cause I just couldn’t finish it. There are sinful options for dessert, and they are very reasonably priced. However, we were already full. Accessible and lots of parking.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The 1st time I went was with a group of girls for a bachelorette party & the 2nd time as a day date trip. Both times I was not disappointed. The food is good, straight forward menu and the taste is on point. The waitress are kind checking in to make sure all is well with a wonderful warm attitude. They have the BEST WINE JELLY EVER!! we have it on our weekend waffles & stocked up on them when we went this time. Their wine is exceptional!! We did a tasting session with 4 different options to choose from the menu and everything we tasted left us wanting more. Had lunch at the Cafe before doing wine tasting. Had salad, taco and perch. Salad and Taco portions were good but the portion for perch was small. Staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful. 😊

Whenever I bring my friends and family for a fun outing in Niagara, we always stop here for a bite. Given how there's an egregious price inflation happening in Niagara region with all the fake taxes and what not, it's refreshing to get great value for money. The food here is great and the service is even better. I am not the biggest fan of their wines but they do have a wide variety of interesting fruit wines here. Highly recommended!

This is one of my favorite winery restaurants. Had lunch with my family, lunch was good and liked the Riesling I had with the meal. I went to the shop next to buy more wine and asked if I could do wine tasting as well. The girl said that she would check availability and we were waiting quite a while. There were not many people doing tasting but the girl said we need to wait till 3 which was 40 minutes later. No explanation and no excuses.

A gem among the many in the area. They were accommodating, friendly, and we really enjoyed their wines. We did our tasting at this outdoor setup on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this place! It has quickly become a family favourite/go-to when we decide to visit the Niagara/NOTL area. The food is incredibly fresh and delicious, and the service is wonderfully friendly and attentive. You cannot go wrong with any of their wines, but the Farmers Rosé is certainly my preference. We also tried a standing wine tasting on our most recent visit and it is superior to some of the larger wineries. The steak sandwich, shrimp tacos, and peach salad (when it's in season) are tasty.

My husband booked wine tour for my birthday and this was our first stop and what an amazing start to the tour. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable!! We were recommended by our tour guide that we must also try the restaurant, so we went back next morning for lunch and WOW the food was delicious and staff were awesome! Thank you for a great first experience, we will definitely be back again for wine and food.

Our FAVORITE winery in the area by far! Friendly, great and interesting wines, reasonably priced. And very hospitable to our 2 corgis. The wine tasting was nicely done and the price of the tasting was applied to any purchases; not so at the other wineries that we stopped at (and the tasting wasn’t cheap at the other locations)! Caroline Vineyards is local and only sells out of their facility in Niagara on the Lake. They had some great whites and reds. We loved the experience! Highly recommend!

Really great wine tasting experience, their plum wine is phenomenal! Awesome prices and good atmosphere.. will definitely be one of our go to stops whenever visiting Niagara on the lake!

They have a lot of very delicious and unique wines, specifically the blueberry and plum wines are a must try! They have an amazing white that tastes like apple juice! Their farmhouse restaurant also serves up rustic delicious food! Definitely pay them a visit when you're in the Niagara region! I give them 9/10!

Nice collection of stores. Choices from sporty stores to fashion and jewellery. Lots of shoe stores. Couldn't find a suite for my son. Lulu was away to busy while the rest of the outlet wasn't too bad but if you can choose when to go. Take a week day and save yourself some stress and nerves. People seem to forget their manners while shopping there. If you can leave your kids at home, do it. - just because people are only focused on them sells and don't look out where they are going while trying to catch the next deal. Some stores have quite the discounts going, other ones not so much but sure enough you can make one or the other good catch.

Lot of outlets from almost all famous and familiar brands around the world have stores here. And one can get special discounts by asking for a discount card. The card we can get from the desk in Tim Hortons. But there are no much food options inside Eataly. Better pack food from home and enjoy your shopping here.

Among many outlets in Niagara and Toronto area, I like this one the best. Very spacious, clean and organized. Was able to find many famous brands and good clothing & products. Got some really good deals. Not sure if we came on a weekday, there was not too many people. We were walking and shopping around so comfortably. Also the best part is: most of the shops are dog friendly. I was so glad that my Babie dog was shopping with me for the very 1st time. We had a great time together!

For some reason I found very good deals there, even comparing to Toronto premium outlet, they also have Lacoste clearance centres, which was to me a surprise. Very nice citing area near the food trucks. Got good deal in roots as well. GNC there has much better deals then Toronto. If you going towards Niagara do visit there, Niagara Falls only 15 min drive from there.

Very fun outdoor mall. Great place if you’re travelling with a dog. The whole mall is very dog friendly and they even have stickers on the door to each store indicating if they allow dogs. Many stores that wouldn’t normally be pet friendly accepted dogs at this mall! The outdoor mall concept was a fun experience and the stores themselves had good deals.

What a gem! Love the place and the awesome things you find there. Prices are good, food is good. Really good time shopping!

i have tried to share the pics of almost all the brand outlets available here along with a pic of the Guide map featuring all the stores available here. Washroom is very neat and clean. There is a Big eatery area where you can dine in too(vaccination proof required). few food trucks available too. Customer service in all stores are really good and discounts are pretty good and more discount than the online website price. There is a kids play area opposite of Tim Hortons , one of the best location of premium brand shopping at big discounted price. its kind of a one stop shop of for premium brands at discounted price

If you are looking for deals on unique brands, then this is the place. This place has so many brands, and they give reasonable discounts from shoes to clothing to home decor stuff. You will find it all in one place. If you are planning to go, then I would suggest going on a weekday as you will find big lineups on weekends.

Many stores don’t have clothes priced lower than non-outlet stores with the exception being Nike, Victoria Secret, Lululemon and Aritiza. It’s all outdoor store entrances and not in a big mall like I thought, so dress warm in the winter and on rainy days.

Spacious outlet with ample parking. Close to the highway. Almost all of the big brand stores are there. Discounts are very based on the store. Overall it is a great place for shopping. Add this place to the Niagara trip.

Large parking and great mall. Quite far from the city. It’s great place for cloth shopping and eating. I really found best place in the town.

One of Toronto’s / GTA iconic malls. Great 👍 deals, a large food 🥘 court, as well as it’s fulfil all your shopping 🛍️ 🛒 needs. Plenty of parking 🅿️. It as wheelchair ♿️ 🦽 🦼 accessible & public transport. There is Under Armour, Bass Pro Shops, Famous Footwear, Nike Factory Store, Crocs, Old Navy, Newbalance, Guess Factory, Aerie, Guess Factory, Danier, Lacoste, The Shoe Company, and many other stores. There is also Starbucks , Aroma Coffee Basic. Overall shopping there is a good experience.

Many exciting stores to explore. Lots of great deals and variety for all ages. Pet friendly and play area for kids. Lots of places to just sit and relax if you need a break. During the Christmas holidays the had free hot chocolate and stores fir the family.

I’m not really much of a fan of outlet malls in Canada as it’s rare to find a good selection of stores with reasonable deals. This particular Outlet is actually not bad at all. Has a good selection of stores and quality products with some reasonably priced items throughout so yes I’d recommend and return again one day myself.

A world class beauty of an outdoor shopping center. I've been to outdoor shopping centers in the States right down to Florida and this is right up there with them for both company mix and architecture. Not only is it a good size center but the shops are just over the top friendly! I tend to wind up here during the holidays or when I need to get a gift for my wife ( Roots) I also support people in the community and we love to walk this mall both in the summer and the winter. If you're looking for a special gift, this mall will have a store that has it. Every time.

Great selection of stores at this outlet mall. Great selection of restaurants at the indoor food court. There is also an outdoor food area with food trucks that are excellent. There is a bass pro shop nearby. At the front of the parking lot, there is a Starbucks and McDonald's. There is ample parking here. Recommended this outlet mall. Will be coming here on my next shopping trip.

We visited this place after visiting Niagra. The place has very good vibes and an outstanding collection of very good brands. The price at which those brands were available were also very good. You would need a whole day to explore and look for great deals , which were available in plenty, though sizing may be a challenge at times as this being an outlet mall had broken sizes. The staff in most of the stores was very supportive and gladly helped. Overall a very good place to buy branded products at economical prices.

Amazing place for shopping.. always get discounted prices on various brand-name items throughout the year. For even better deals, consider shopping during major sale events, holidays, or promotional periods when many stores may have additional discounts or special offers. It’s my favourite shopping destination .

It's a lovely botanical garden. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, large and well kept. There are many different areas. I particularly liked the rock garden as well as rose and vegetable gardens. The benches are situated in a way that they are always in the shade, even on a hot summer day. Be prepared to spend good two hours there. The best part is that gardens are free to visit!

This is a gem. The gardens are located off the tourist area and are quiet, calm and beautiful. The area is huge with a ton of flora species. You can wander at will and enjoy nature

This is the crown jewel of the Niagara Parks gardens. A center of excellence that is the home of one of the most highly respected horticulture schools worldwide. It's a beautiful location for weddings and other special events, and even just to visit. There's always something blooming!

What a beautiful, well kept garden. So many different varieties of both sun and shade plants. I was mostly interested in shade plants for my shady yard. We took a casual stroll around the grounds and enjoyed the beautiful weather of Ontario. I highly recommend stopping by for a leisurely walk, and checking out all of the different plants and flowers that thrive there. While you're there, check out the butterfly conservatory.

Absolutely beautiful grounds to stroll for an afternoon. Interesting separation of areas by different plant types along with plenty of open grass spaces. Technically free aside for parking and the butterfly exhibit, which is absolutely worth the price of admission.

Such a must do experience at Niagara Falls. The Botanical gardens and butterfly house were the highlight of our time aside from seeing the incredible Falls themselves. We spent ages in the butterfly house photographing the inhabitants. Such fun. Definitely do this if visiting the area, it's so worth it.

Nice place to visit. parking is paid $10/hour. the garden is free to watch. there are guided tours $8/person. they do group tours as well. there is small cafe as well. lots of variety of plants, vegetable, herbs and roses. the butterfly conservatory inside is paid $17/person. must visit. we have visited Niagara before but never new such beautiful garden existed.

Amazing place to come and just hang out with nature. So many things to see and so well maintained. Love the student gardens and the rose garden. Had so much fun checking everything out with my wife. Definitely recommend! Even if you have gone, go again! Only down side is parking is $5/hr.

Beautiful, well designed and organized place to visit. We were there a few years ago and it’s always been a wonderful memory. It had the orchard show at the moment. And the staff were super friendly and patient in explaining things to us. Hope we get to visit again soon.

We were there in November and it is not a perfect time to visit there. However, I think if you are in Niagara falls and you visited that, you should see this place too👌 Also you can use benches and tables to have cup of coffee or a snack 🥨 As my experience, there is one of most beautiful 0laces in Niagara falls 👍 If you are there, you can visit butterfly conservatory too🌺

Beautiful place to come visit, especially if you're already in the area. There's a gated parking entrance with an attendant. We came on the annual Niagara parks parking pass, so parking was included but I think they charged $6 to park. We strolled around there for roughly 2 hours. It's very diverse and easy to just get intentionally lost and discover new areas. Any plant lovers will definately enjoy this garden.

This is the first season this has been open since COVID shutdown. What a beautiful collection of gardens! We were so impressed. Best thing we saw in Niagara Falls ( other than the falls). Immaculate gardens. Bring a picnic, spend the day. Did I mention it's free! The buses run up there every 15 minutes. Add this to your to do list in Niagara Falls.

Wonderful park to visit. We loved the rose garden within. The butterfly conservatory is a must-visit, with around 40 varieties of butterflies to see. If the falls area gets too overwhelming with the crowds and noise, a little picnic in the botanical gardens will rejuvenate you 🙂

Very lovely garden. Everything is labelled (wish they were a bit clearer). There is a map at the main entrance but after that you’re on your own. However, it’s pretty easy to navigate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Garden categories are well thought out. If you are interested in plants and flowers, it’s the place to see!
