Absolutely love this resort. We've been here twice so far for conferences, and we really enjoy staying here. They need to know to not take away the coffee too early for a bunch of Lutheran pastors and their families! Also, the little store inside the conference center did not have much change, so we either had to use a card or have exact change.

I had the pleasure of snowboarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort when I was living in Colorado Springs and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The resort is massive, with a vast array of runs catering to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts. The scenery is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The lifts are efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful, making for a seamless and enjoyable experience. What really sets Breckenridge apart, however, is the vibrant atmosphere and après-ski scene. The quaint town is filled with charming shops, restaurants, and bars, and the ski village itself is buzzing with energy and excitement. Whether you're looking to relax with a warm drink by the fire or party the night away with friends, Breckenridge has something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Breckenridge Ski Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable ski vacation. The combination of world-class skiing, stunning scenery, and lively atmosphere make for an experience that is truly second to none.

Lodging: We stayed at Main Street Station in a Vacasa rental. Condo was comfy (loved that it has a fire place, a balcony, and a large bathtub). Bed was not very comfy and it’s time to replace the pillows. A big plus for the humidifier in our condo. Talk about a life saver for someone who is not accustomed to the lovely dry weather on this beautiful mountain. Oh and the laundry facilities were free (make sure to bring your own detergent). Perfect location to be. Walking distance to Main Street (where all the shops, restaurants, and grocery store is), and super close to one of the lifts to have your fun in the snow. Snowboarding lesson and Rental: *I give it a 3.5 stars* I took a group lesson. I’m not sure if this is normal but the group was really big for one instructor (1 instructor for 9 students). It felt like a cluster, once the class started to get smaller the instructor was able to provide more attention to the group. For example my bindings were loose and was not checked (neither from the gear rental place or instructors) until we got up the mountain after asking the instructor if the tightness was correct (it felt loose and had no control on the board). Again not sure if this is normal but as a first timer that felt unsafe. Now, it’s a good price when getting gear including a helmet (I highly recommend getting one), lift ticket, and a lesson. Just wished staff (rental & instructors) would take the time to ensure their students are set up correctly especially those that are trying this out for the first time and have no knowledge of how gear should be set up.

Awesome resort! Beautiful views and great runs. There is a good variety of difficulty here, so it’s perfect for any skill level. In my time here, lift lines were non existent. With a great mountain and the town so close, Breckinridge resort is a great place to visit!

Lots of ski options, queues not to bad and we'll staffed/managed to keep things moving. Good variety of slopes for all levels and some good practice areas for beginners. We had a pass for 4 days and there was lots of slopes we didn't get to try out. Battled a little with the altitude but overall we loved it. Breckenridge town was also very attractive and welcoming.

The best skiing experience ever! High alpine as well as beginner and moderate runs. Get the Epic pass to get the best bang for your buck. Lines on weekends get crazy after 10a, but mid week is incredible. The resort has excellent customer service, and they go over and above on a regular basis. Be ready to experience high winds that can limit high alpine accessibility. It's a good idea to check the weather ahead of time. Also, download the Epic app that has maps and wait times for all lifts.

A wonderful area both in winter and summer. Plenty of activities for the entire family. Great runs for all levels of skiers. In the summer, there are plenty of outdoor activities ,from bicycling to white water rafting and hiking. The landscape and views are breathtaking. Shopping and dining are plentiful. There is a City market which is very convenient to purchase food and other items to make your vacation complete. Definitely a worthwhile vacation spot.

My first time up to the ski resort and we were up here for the ice sculptures contest. It was fantastic. My family who lives in Colorado wanted to show me around the ski resort. Beautiful place. Love all the shops and the gondola ride. Even got to see the cool wood troll. Next time we will have to try the skiing. But I wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees who worked for the event staff of the ice sculptures. She was very kind and helpful. She helped take pictures of our group and even gave the kids and us event ice sculpture patches. They are so cool. She has wonderful customer services skills. Her name is Bambi and we all appreciated her friendly and helpful nature. We will go there again. Great beautiful place. The Mexican restaurant we ate at was great also. Good good.

This is a great resort to bring the family to. Took my family there and they loved it. Stayed in a lodge not too far. The rentals are fairly easy to rent compared to other ski resorts in New Mexico and California. It’s a great place to go when there are bunch of snow or even during the summer it looks nice in the surrounding areas by the ski resort. Overall 10/10 for me!

Absolutely beautiful! Perfect for friends or family. This place is a paradise in the mountains. Try and go when the weather is clear to see the mountains and gorgeous views better. Food and resorts are stupendous. 34 resorts on the ski pass with over 100+ slopes to. House from. Easily the best skiing in the U.S. 10 stars. Going again next year.

Wow! Amazing Resort and great people and Staff. Breck is an amazing town with many great spots. The resort itself is great however still EPIC… this leaves tighter regulation and higher prices for everyone. Otherwise I could not recommend more. Very family oriented with tons of rolling groomer runs, while still having high altitude and great steeps.

This is a nice ski resort offering a white selection of beginner, intermediate and advanced runs. You will find the ski resort spread out over many peaks and if your skin with a group, it may take a little while to get back together for something like lunch. That being said, you should enjoy yourself at this resort.

The mountain: I went skiing at Breckenridge in February. When they first open in the morning it’s great, but it quickly gets way too crowded. I had to dodge tons of people when coming down the runs. The lift operators are not very efficient at getting people up the mountain. The lines were long but took longer than needed because they don’t seem to have a good system of filling each chair and quickly moving people through the line (most chairs not full, not pulling people out of line when having issues scanning lift ticket, not helping to merge the lines). Food: Busy lunch areas that are easily accessible from the runs. Higher prices than other resorts in CO, but still comparable. Lots of outdoor seating which is nice when it’s a beautiful day outside. Parking: There was an uncovered pay parking lot available near the gondola loading area. I was there on a Friday, I will have to go back on a weekday and see if the situation is any better.

Disclaimer: my latest trip to this place was during the summer. Little did I know there would be so much to do in this beautiful town, in the summer, given I've visited this town many times during winter. Plenty to do, spectacular scenery, great food, concerts, hiking, biking, kayaking, all of it in very pleasant weather conditions. Plan to return next summer.

A must-see and stay around for a while. The staff, service, and rooms are worth the money. I stayed for two nights in July of 2023. Thank you for the awesome small vacation we had. Whatever you do, make sure you visit the restaurant (the chef) and the staff was awesome.

An awesome ski resort. The staff were great and friendly, the people are extremely friendly, great snow and runs near the first day, and had delicious food here. The weather was nice and sunny. This resort offers epic passes as well. There was no traffic for us on a Sunday Veteran’s Day weekend to and from the resort for us, which was a plus. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for Epic pass users or for anyone!

Been coming to Breck for 25 years and I truly consider it my second home. The resort area is beautiful in winter and summer, but be careful around holidays. It’s very, very busy, and less experienced folks should be cautious when maneuvering the town. Other than that, walking Main Street and finding new spots to try is my favorite thing to do. I’m big on skiing and we always use Blue River Sports for our ski rentals. Been going there so long, they know our names. Make sure to hit the lifts early to avoid lines, but mid week is always best because none of the bases are busy. Parking is hard to find, so walking is always better and it’s more fun! If you have questions, let me know, but coming here for so long and aren’t stopping any time soon!

Best place for a vacation during anytime of the year. My family has visited for the Spring, Fall and Winter season. We absolutely love it here. We feel so relaxed and stress-free when we are here. The staff is always very friendly and informative. The cleanliness of the Resort is absolutely top tier. They truly aim to make you happy. Totally recommend this resort.

It was an awesome time! My first trip out west to go snowboarding and was happy we chose Breckenridge. Lots of terrain to choose from and plenty of lifts to keep you out of the lines! Free public transportation throughout the town made it easy to stay parked at the Breck Inn and explore the entire town and mountain. I'm definitely returning!!!

I love Breckenridge Ski Resort! It was too much fun! The instructor who assisted us was Henry. He was super patient with us! This is great for family or even just bonding with your friend. They also have slopes that you can ski depending on your level of expertise, and there are instructors all over that safeguard each guest.

Beautiful mountain scenery, tourist centered atmosphere, and EXPENSIVE 💲💲 💲 I hurt myself and only could watch the rest of my family having wonderful time skiing. I actually did not mind at all. I thought the crown jewel of this small ski resort was what the mother nature is offering us. Just breathing the fresh air, comforting with soothing real image of the great mountain side scenery, and feeling the winter are what I truly needed from my average life, working to protect the society and raising a family. The resort offers great accommodation at a price. I wished the lift tickets were cheaper. With EPIC deal, I found the lift tickets for half off and paid $110 per person. My family were baby skiers, so they had to get the lessons. I paid around $330 per person for a full day lesson that included the lift ticket and the equipment rental. Now, if you are getting the ski lessons, Listen Carefully!! The lessons start promptly at 9 am but it will take more than an hour to get your paperwork done and the rental. So, be at the rental office by 8AM, or you will miss the first half hour.

Beautiful lifts, lots of runs. I had a great experience. Everything is well maintained and marked off. Several food options across the different peaks. Great Run variety, plenty of long easy green runs for beginners especially at peak 9. And plenty of blacks and double blacks for the advanced. They've got moguls, a park, back bowls, long runs through the Forrest and more! I would recommend not skiing to the very bottom of the mountain as those lines can get backed up, just hit the middle lifts and you'll be all set!

Breckenridge exceeded all of my expectations! There's really something for everyone on this mountain. I love that you take a gondola out of the town up to the resort. Plenty of break spots throughout the mountain. Peak lodges were so nice and clean. Staff was efficient. Never waited more than 10 mins in a lift line. I can't wait to go back!

Long lines. Not enough to do. Everything is so expensive. Went a few years ago, they have removed multiple things for kids to do or play on. Also why is everything so expensive? Paid $9 for French fries in a cafeteria? One single ride that last 2 minutes was $40, putt putt $25.

Terrible experience. Waited in line for over an hour for the coaster only to be told that the ride was shutting down due to lightning. Everything else was closed at the bottom as well as restaurants and we were forced to go home without partaking in barely any activities. While we were there the bunjee jump ride was closed down because one of the straps broke and injured a child. The staff was not helpful and the trip was not worth it.

Although we did have a great time and we were prepared for the massive amounts of people it was still really busy. I spoke with some people that work there and they said most people think going on the weekends is more busy but Monday and Tuesdays are there busiest days. We rode the gondola up stood in line for about 15 minutes. Got to the top to buy tickets and did in line there for about 15 minutes. I read to do the alpine ski first so that is what we did and did in that line for about 30. Everything else was decent times except the roller coaster that was about and hour. We only road the rides 1 time. We left the mountain about 4. All in all we had a good time.

Okay, this is expensive, but lots of fun. Kids up to young adults will enjoy this the most. The coaster was great and I wish the alpine slide had been open. I also wish the Zipline had been open. It was still fun though.

Very expensive, nothing much to do, long wait times. They close at 5pm in summer, why? 2 min ride for $20 and stand in line for an hour. Mini-golf seemed very cramped and costs $25 per person! Alpine slide is closed for the summer but that does not reduce any prices. Stay away from this ripoff!

Great day at Epic. We have a four year old and an infant. We brought our stoller with us for storage of all the things you might need in a day. So, yes, it fits in the gondola. At the top there are lots of picnic tables and chairs so plan on bringing your own food if you don't want to buy food (it can be pricey). Also, for younger kids buy the three pack pass. By the time you stand in lines and walk around its the perfect amount of activity for the day. We were there about 6.5 hours and had a blast. There was also some live music which made for for great place for me to park with the infant while daddy rode the alpine slide with the older child. Not all rides were open due to some maintenance, but our four year old didn't seem to mind.

The newly named fun park is still just as fun. Due to the new construction they moved all the kids activities to the same area which is much nicer. Still love the alpine coaster and the alpine slide. Worth it just for that. It's still one of the best things to do on the mountain. Only gripe is, it's amusement park prices. Still too high for what you get, but knowing that makes it easier when you buy. Best deal is the family pack. Makes it more feasible.

Hmmm...not sure why the negative reviews!?! Maybe folks are expecting free admission and no lines? 😂 Our experience was awesome! Arrived at 1:30 on day 1 which meant we got to take advantage of all the great rides and scenery for 4 hours on day 1, then return on day 2 for a full day of fun without having to pay a dime more! Alpine slide, coaster, Colorado chair were some of our favorites! Also played some mini golf and did the zip lines (zips were admittedly a little disappointing since we have zipped in some amazing locales). Helpful tips - bring your own water, snacks, food else be prepared for sticker shock! $5.35 for a bottled water! Yikes! Went back on day 3 and rented mountain bikes and has a blast ripping down the mountain! Best views I’ve ever had mountain biking! Only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the bikes. There was NO line but apparently they wait until a bike is rented before they do the tuneup and safety check!?! Took at least 30 minutes to get 2 bikes. Other than that highly recommended!!! Great fun on the hill at Breck. Alpine slides, coasters, zip lines, rope courses etc. Plus a great area for kids. Where they can try things for themselves. Beautiful view of the mountain and town. If your unsure take the free gondola up to check it out. You will have a ton of fun.

We have been to this park 3 times, young kids 6-12 love it. The alpine coaster and alpine slide are the main rides and great fun. Covid caused them to get rid of some kiddie rides, bouncy castles and the like. It is very expensive and if weather shuts down the rides there are no refunds, so check the weather a few days before you go. This year I messed up and discovered I got tickets for the wrong day. I thought I was screwed, another $500 for the family, but they were able to correct my mistake. Take the BreckConnect Gondola up for some free added fun and sight seeing.

Full Fun for the Family ....Gondola Ride upto the Mountain was fun and arrived at Fun Park ...Lots of activities to do ..from kids to adults ..Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster , Zip Line For the kids ..Zip Line , Bungee Jumping , Maze, Golf etc ...We arrived around 1.30 so did not get enough time to do all the activities since Kids wanted to do some of the activities time and again ..so one must arrive early may be around 10 when park opens to get full value of expensive tickets ..Wait time to get the tickets is pretty long since every one wants to understand the Tickets Pricing and Ride Plans ...They should have more booths to handle weekend rush ..Park Closes at 5.30 ..and they are strict about the time ...We all enjoyed very much and especially the kids ...looking forward to visit the park again ....

20 minutes outside of the cute little town of Brackenridge. First off, parking is about 2 miles from the actual trail head. Thankfully, since it was off-season, we were able yo drive further up the road to park closer to the trail head. This hike is absolutely stunning!!! It took my breath away. So many lovely viewpoints. We were surrounded by green and yellow tree covered mountains that reminded me of just how small we are, in the most beautiful way! As we climbed higher, snow-capped mountains were visible as well. We hiked on 09/19, started around 8:15am, and the weather was a perfect 60°F. Coming from SoCal, I truly appreciated the bit of snow on top of the mountains and the fresh, crisp air the whole way up. This hike is moderate, and the climb isn't bad. The waterfall is certainly worth it. We didn't hike any higher to complete the full hike because storm clouds were heading our way, but I can bet the views from the highest point are well worth the climb.

This was the first hike I've done in Colorado. I went with some friends who were locals. And I certainly struggled on this hike when we got to 12000 feet because of the altitude. We ended up turning around because I was not doing well, so if you're not used to the altitude, don't expect to make it to the end 🤣. But all around such gorgeous views and very easly accused. We had some confusion on where we were allowed to park but aside from that all around great experience.

This was a great hike; through the woods, well marked path. It was beautiful. We took our young kids and they hiked it easily.

Moderate to intense trail. We only went to the first lake due to intensity and time we needed to catch the van back. The trail becomes more difficult the further you go. The hike from where the shuttle drops you off to the fist lake and back was over 3 hours for us. The altitude at the first lake is right around 12,000 ft so if be prepared for some breaks if not accustomed to the altitude. Bring lots of water and maybe some snacks to keep your energy level up. There is an old mining camp house about a third of the way up. It’s right off of the main trail, about a 5 minute detour, that has some pretty waterfall views. Overall views were expansive and the pictures don’t do it justice.

The parking situation was a bit complex (you get no service in the area), but I think it works well once you figure it out. You can park within Breckinridge at the airport lot and they shuttle you to the parking lot. From that lot another shuttle takes you to whatever trail you are going to (McCullough or Quandry). Here’s what we found cool: ITS ALL FREE. Yes if you do it this way it’s free. The shuttle drivers were all very nice and helpful (they accept tips). The shuttles run about every 30 mins. The trail itself is somewhat hard, but has beautiful views.

In 2022 there is no parking. You have two choices, reserve shuttle from Breckenridge in advance or reserve Parking in advance at Quandary lot which includes shuttle to the McCullough drop off. It's an extra mile to the trailhead. The trail is rocky, steep and very scenic. July the waterfall was fabulous and the wildflowers. We made it to the lower lake . 4 hours including lunch at the lake.

If you are an experienced hiker - or at least someone who has done a few higher altitude hikes, then do this one. It’s definitely not easy. The altitude makes it more challenging if you are someone like me who lives at sea level. I was huffing and puffing quite a bit, but I took lots of breaks and adapted quickly. I suggest a walking stick or poles for stability. The tail becomes very rocky and in some places you may think there’s no trail at all. It’s not marked well. I hiked to the falls and then to the first lake. It can be a full day adventure depending on your abilities. On the way back down I spotted a young couple off in a wooded area who were lost. I got them back on track and stayed with them until they were safely back at their car. If you are on the more adventurous side, tackle this one.

Not only does this hike have a lovely waterfall about a mile and a half in, it offers a challenge that no one would turn their nose down at. 2.2 miles from the trailhead to the first Lake, you gained about 900 ft. If you go up to the second Lake hits three point four miles from the trailhead oh, and all told, we gained about 1,600 feet for our seven mile round trip. We saw families, people that were going to camp overnight, day hikers, and experienced hikers all alike on this Trail. Currently the wildflowers are spectacular!

👍🏼 Excellent scenery and a good easy hike. We were unable to the the actual primary falls (19MY2022) due to a snow bridge covering them up. None-the-less, we were able to take in the beautiful vistas.

This was a great hike...pretty technical, but not too difficult. We saw all ages, including young kids. The lake is beautiful, along with all the waterfalls. Might want to use bug spray, mosquitoes were pretty bad. We got to see some goats, lots of flowers, and beautiful views of surrounding peaks! Parking was a little sketchy, and you have walk a while on the dirt road before the trail starts, but definitely worth it!!

We come to CO every year and this is 1 of our favorites! Starts out easy and allows the older and younger in our group to make it to the bridge and the 1st fall. After that it gets a little tougher. Lots of rocks, roots and few downed trees to maneuver. Very good trail and the falls are definitely worth it. Especially if there is a high volume of water going over. Take bug spray, mosquitoes can be bad at falls and lake area.

Great spot for casual lunch! lovely atmosphere! Good service (thx Reba!)Superb drinks and delicious BBQ! Could've spent the afternoon there if we didn't have to be responsible and drive home. Pear drink of deliciousness, great old fashion and tried waitresses other recommended drink, all so good! Looking fwd to our next time! Keep up the tasty work of good booze!

Wow, what an incredible experience tonight!! Started with some free samples in the lobby, then had an incredible meal of salads and a rack of lamb. All the cocktails were delicious, and the staff were outstanding. Can't wait to go back!

You can't go wrong here...period! The service is attentive and not overbearing, the cocktail list is endless and everything on it tastes fabulous! The food is also really good and makes you want to try more and more. Did the 420 Tots...seasoned beef, cheddar. Pico, cream, all over crispy tots. Was the perfect snack! Wanted to try the sticky ribs and spicy Asian chicken which both looked amazing, but had no room. The selection of spirits is large and there is somthing for everyone!

This is a must visit for anyone who loves to drink American Whiskey. I will say first of all, the small city of Breckenridge is absolutely beautiful. There isn't enough time to explain why this city is so beautiful but, the whiskey embodies the spirit distilled at Breckenridge. Just go. You won't be disappointed. There is a tasting that allows you to taste barrels that aren't up for sale across the United States. This is also the only place where you will get the best prices on their Whiskey. America is beautiful. It's even more so because of their amazing whiskey.

Loved this distillery- really beautiful, food was great, nice covered patio and of course amazing drinks. They were gracious and gave us some extra tastings, friendly and laid back environment. On of my favorite spots of my trip

Stop by for dinner for our one day in Breckenridge because it was recommended by the person at the Welcome Center. And we are so glad we did! Food was amazing, though a little pricy. Wished we would've made it before 5 for the Happy Hour prices. But the service was as good as anything. Harry offered us free shots as we waited for a table, he was super cool and convinced us to purchase a bottle of Old Fashion whiskey. Coming from Kentuckians (the home if bourbon and moonshine), their drinks were top notch. Eli was our server, very attentive, knew every flavor and seasoning on all the food, I was so impressed. I felt like I was asking questions directly to the chef, which was important because their food is very unique. Then as we were eating, a young woman who I assume was the manager came by and checked on us and answered a few questions about the place, didn't get her name, but she was so friendly. 5 Stars for the food, 100 stars for the service and atmosphere. Fully recommend!

Decided to make a quick stop. Had samples at arrival. Decided to get a snack after skiing all day. Customer next to me suggested the ribs. They were TO DIE FOR! So tender, fell off the bone, great flavor, and presentation was nice. I had a pear cocktail that was yummy. My server Bryan was so polite and fun as a server. I didn't have time to do the tour but maybe next time. All the staff from the time I walked in was great! The host rocked this homemade sweater that I just had to get a pic. She was polite and allowed me to take a pic. Maybe I should of gotten a pic of all of her. She was so sweet.

It's a little further out of town but service was worth it. The $195 tomahawk is not at all. Most of the food was good and staff was friendly and well trained. We chose this restaurant by rating but not sure why it's rated so high. If you like picture moments, this may he the place.

A very interesting place! Definitely enjoyed the outdoor bar and cocktails. The old fashioned was well mixed, and my friend enjoyed the P3 peachy cocktail enough to order another one. The food tasted amazing. We wanted red meat, but they ran out of our preferred option, really forcing us into the $200 tomahawk steak. It was also very good, along with the mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli. All in, our meal for five came to $400. I’d add a fifth star if that price yielded more food (even some other veggies wouldn’t add much more expense to the kitchen) or the steak was less expensive, or they had enough supply of other beef. Go there if you’re looking for outdoor drinks, or you don’t mind super pricy menus. Don’t go if you’re looking for pub food or pub pricing. AND, the restaurant is not in the downtown/ Main Street location, so don’t go there and pay to park before finding this fact out!

Very friendly service, great food & beverages (especially during Happy Hour), and the highlight whenever I come here is the subtle pop-culture/ nerdy atmosphere. It's a nice place to visit, but the subtle nods to Star Wars, Harry Potter, & other pop-culture things are fun to observe in the fine details of the place. Strongly recommended venue for everyone. Eli & Zach were awesome members of the wait staff who we've had before & remembered us.

Small distillery that did offer tastings. The restaurant was closed when we were there in the afternoon. My husband said the bourbon was good.

Distillery tour was great! Some tasting after was a great way to decide what you want to do. Ate at the restaurant the Friday before and both meals were wonderful.

This was a fantastic surprise. We were on a guys trip and this was on their must-visit list, it did not disappoint. Our 2:00 visit was for happy hour- we didn’t know most make reservations. Thankfully, there were enough seats available at the bar. The happy hour menu was simple but excellent- specifically pricing. Both drinks and entrees were incredibly reasonable and portions weren’t skimpy. Items are a la cart, but sides are very shareable. We got the 420 tots, and they were 10/10. We got different entrees, the smashburger, orange chicken, and steak melt sandwich. All three are excellent but I feel like the stand-out was the steak melt. It was tender, moist and perfectly simple. I would 100% buy again. Also, sitting at the bar was a great experience s as you see the care, freshness, and attention to detail is on full display. Specifically, the poke bowl and ribs will be on my next visit. I’m not any authority on whiskeys, but others thoroughly enjoyed the old fashioned that was one of the three specials. At the time of writing, all 3 special drinks were only $10 each. Again, a stellar value. Previous to this visit, I hadn’t had many dining experiences that would be on my must-visit list for Breck/Dillon/Frisco (other than Windy City Pizza). This will a staple on that list for sure.

Amazing tour of Breckenridge Distillery - we had an incredible time tasting and touring. We learned so much and had a total blast!!! Highly recommend visiting and tasting…be sure to make dinner reservations!!! Cocktail menu and food legit as well! Super cool spot. Don’t miss this spot when in Breck!

An absolute great place , with excellent food that deserves a Michelin star…….. , BUT………………………………….. all that can be thrown away when your server is jut rude and moody . It all started by him, not telling us about the special and then when we politely ask him about the special, his answer was (if you have not interrupted me, I would have told you about the special) Then comes the Check … we are six people and he said the bill can only be split in half and when we ask about the reason, his answer was” that’s policy and if you read the guidelines on the menu, you would have seen it, “Waw When last time you go to a place an read “ guidelines “ I let you guys be the judge

Of course the whiskey is top notch, the food is decent also. We went during Happy Hour and were quite pleased by our meals. My partners cocktail was top notch and the whiskey flight was great. The flight tasting really helped to determine which bottles we would purchase to bring home. Ask for a tasting and you will not be disappointed. Drink PowderHound! So smooth and satisfying!

Perfect spot to recharge after a long day of skiing. Happy hour deal is pretty good. The sandwich is quite big. Also a good spot for spirit tasting and grab some for souvenir.

Dog friendly with great beer. We have tried a few different brews and enjoyed them all. The staff is very friendly and this is a great place for a relaxing visit. Thank you for creating a great brewery for us to enjoy when we visit Breckinridge.

I had the mango passion fruit sour and wow it was delicious! My husband had the the Czech Pilsner and it was also tasty. Daniel was very attentive and helpful. 100% recommend!

First time here and 10/10 will recommend! Service was amazing! Very knowledgeable staff. Beer and Food were delicious! Only their second day of serving food from BreckFast and we ended up ordering seconds. Run don't walk to try their Mango Sour and the Chicken fries!!!

Had this place on the radar before we gor to Summit Co, but when we saw a guy wearing a tee that said "Drink beer. Cuddle kitrens." That's our jam! We ran by to get those tees just in case we couldn't get back, but we were able to squeeze it in to the schedule. Love the no-nonsense places. Nice view of the mountains. Decent hefe and the sample of the coconut porter was pretty good. Hopefully we'll be back again next year so we will put it on the to-do list.

What an awesome brewery with two locations in Breckenridge! Staff is awesome, great beer and pet friendly! Highly recommend stopping in for a pint or two when you’re in the area!

Love the beer, music and dog friendliness. But wish everyone was expected to keep their dogs on leash. The “free roamers” ruin it for those of us with dogs on leash. They beg for and take our dog’s food and knock over beers. Apparently they’re owners are “special.” 🙄

Had an overall enjoyable time here recently...except had one part that soiled the experience. When it comes to the staff and beer, both were the highlights. We were attended to promptly and the brews that were sampled were very tasty, in particular the Coconut Porter, including the Zamba Hazy IPA. And if you have a canine, they would be welcome. We had a group come here, and did have some youth here as well (accompanied by adults) and unfortunately nude drawings/art were featured on one of the walls...of which, were salacious in depiction. This seems to be a recent addition, not something that appeared when choosing this location for the event. To each their own, as a business, it simply is not for all age groups and persuasions, and for that I'm unable to recommend this place. Many may disagree, but that is where things stand at this time. And it would be my recommendation not to allow anyone under 18 y/o if the "art" is retained.

Fantastic brewery, I respect all breweries that make schwarzbiers (dark lager that takes a looong time fermenting) and theirs was very good. The balance of go to's and weird one off beers were good, something for everyone. I happened to get some Soupz On before coming and one of the soups was their Czech Pilsner with potato and cheese which of course paired great with the beer that made it haha. Will return, and I think the construction will be done by next visit

Phenomenal views, always kept in good condition, always a great mood-booster. I rode it a 2x/week while living in Avon. A Couple of tricky, nearly blind corners to watch out for as every once in a great while someone will forget where they are and stop on the trail. Years past it occurred more with Vail/Frisco tour guests but now it occurs more with fully kitted-up cyclists who should know better. But then this can be a hazard anywhere.

This trail is absolutely breathtaking. An easy down-hill 14 mile trip with a few places to pedal through. But so gorgeous. It took us 4 hours (with stopping a lot along the way) to start at the top and ending at the local Walmart). Oh! Its also paved and very clean. A few restrooms available on the way down.

What an amazing ride. It’s mostly downhill. We did about 22 miles. I forgot the name of the tour group but it’s highly recommend even if your not a cyclist. We enjoyed the trip and would do it again you really feel yournalone in the mountains.

One my all time favorite cycling experiences in Colorado. Wonderful view and scenery. The trail is in excellent shape.

Excellent pathway. It runs through the trees and creates a better road biking experience than riding directly on the road. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful ride I've ever been on!

Was recommended this experience by someone who did it previously, and so glad we partook. You are taken by van ride to the top of Vail Pass, and them you "schoom" down the entire way back in to the village of Vail. The easiest, and most scenic bike ride you will ever encounter! It is fun to go fast, but there are *so* many photo stops along the way to distract you (as it did us). Definitely recommend for a fun and exhilarating activity if you are in the Vail area during late Spring, Summer, or early Fall. Be sure to bring water and dress appropriately for the elevation.

As a wedding photographer, I love photographing at the Nordic Center. The location is beautiful but they also have great staff who do a wonderful job too!

We had the most incredible day at the Nordic Center. Deb, Josh and Gene were beyond fantastic. We wanted to take a snow cat ride and they went above and beyond to accommodate an after-season experience for us. Gene was the GREATEST tour guide. Our vehicle-obsessed 3 year old had the best ride. Our 5 year old also enjoyed every minute, from the hot cocoa to the sled ride on the mini Matterhorn. We looked for moose our entire journey. I cannot recommend this family and this spot enough. Grateful for time spent here at this magical place. Can’t wait for our next trip here!! Thank you all.

Great facility, excellent lessons, and gear. Lovely cafe. Gary delivered an excellent cross-country (Nordic) ski lesson. He was funny, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I would go back just to hang out with him. Ski trails are groomed well and simply beautiful. They also offer snowshoeing and lessons.

Easy online reservations for equipment and passes. The trails were well marked and downright gorgeous. Well definitely come back. Very cost effective too - only 50 for equipment and the pass (classic cross country skiis)

My son and now daughter-in-law got married here, what a perfect, beautiful place to hold a wedding. Staff was amazing! They even brought out umbrellas when it started to rain, which added a sense of another layer of beauty to the whole day.

The landscapes on the trails are gorgeous! But $25 for a trail access permit sounds like a scam! The straps on the snowshoes I rented couldn't stay tight because they're too old. They should rent better quality snowshoes.

Great place for a wedding! The atmosphere is fantastic. It's rustic and feels like a cabin in the mountains. Max is 80-90 people comfortably. Great place to go to cross-country ski!!!

Snow Cat tour was a lot of fun. We went to a sledding hill, old cabin for hot chocolate and smores and a trip thru around the cross country trails. The guide was so friendly. Plenty of space inside the plow and nice and warm.

We had an incredible day here! The staff is so sweet and patient (it was our first time doing cross country skiing) which was great. Beautiful sights, trails are clearly labeled and easy to follow, Sarah was great at the bar. She made delicious drinks - we had the spiced rum cider and for lunch we had loaded potato, lentil soup, and brats. Thank you for having us!

We came in to rent snowshoes, and found the nicest people to help us get the appropriate equipment. They showed us where to start the well marked trails, and when we returned we enjoyed a stuffed baked potato. It was a really enjoyable family activity. The whole visit took about two hours.

The Nordic Center was excellent all around. From the moment we walked in, the front desk lady greeted us with a friendly smile and looked up our reservation. After we filled out the waivers, we went to the equipment desk and got our stuff for snowshoeing. Snowshoeing was so much fun. We had just gotten fresh snow, so everything looked beautiful. We only did one of the loop trails which was 1.5 miles, but I would have loved to do more. We went back to the lodge and switched our snowshoes for skis for a minimal cost. Skiing was a little harder, but we still had fun. Nordic skiing is way easier that downhill skiing in my opinion. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend the Nordic Center for a day full of outdoor adventures!

I usually only downhill ski in Colorado, but decided to change it. I've done a lot of cross country skiing in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania so I was looking forward to it. The prices for rentals and trail passes are very reasonable and the check in and out are super fast and easy. There's around 8 miles of trails with a variety of scenery and fun features. It is set up to pretty easily repeat your favorite loops too.

I have never done any type of skiing before and took a beginner cross country lesson with Martina and loved every minute!!! Enjoyed the Nordic Center so much I brought my husband back the following two days and we snowshoe’d. Lovely people, Martina was super knowledgeable and kind and I also appreciated the clean, indoor restroom. I look forward to returning sometime!

We took a day off from skiing to try snow shoeing. Due to the snow, it turned out to be quite tiring but a lot of fun. The Nordic Center is a first class operation with quality equipment and highly competent staff. For novices, like us, the trails were challenging enough to be engaging without being overwhelming. The scenery was pretty, once away from the neighborhood. We'd probably try the cross country skiing next time.

I love this nordic center, it is cozy, people are very friendly, the trails are well groomed, and there is a variety of trails for the different levels of difficulty. However, I must have somehow missed it on their website that even though they are open till 5 pm, the equipment rental closes at 4 pm, so I drove there for hours to learn I had 30 minutes before the rental closes. Be aware of the rental hours if you are planning on renting your equipment. Otherwise I love this place and will be back in the future.

Owner Gene is Breckenridge history himself! What a wonderful man. He’s spent his life in Breckenridge and knows this area better than anyone. The Nordic center is the very best of Colorado.

We had an amazing time at the Nordic Center. It was our first time cross country skiing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. one member of my family received a ski lesson from Josh. He was friendly and professional, and the lesson was very thorough. There were plenty of trails that were well maintained. We will definitely come back!

This is an amazing place to go skiing rather you're a pro or it's your first time. My son and I went while on vacation and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was so friendly from the moment we walked in and I love the fact they offer food and snacks!! It was our first time and the instructors were so patient with us and made sure we understood what we were doing. They have a volunteer there named Sara and she was awesome, she really had us feeling like a pro out there! We can’t wait to visit again and bring more friends and family and the prices are amazing!!!

This is such a great hidden gem in Breckenridge! And FREE! We were there early in the season, but the kids had a great time sledding with the little snow there was. They even have a "sled borrowing shed" where you can borrow a sled to have some fun. Bonus: if you have a dog. There is a dog park right next door.

This was such a great day. Gorgeous views. Sleds are available to borrow. It wasn't a hard trip to the top with 2 toddlers. Bathrooms were available and heated. The only thing I would suggest is that apparently there needs to be better signage that when you reach the bottom, please exit the hill and make way for others that are waiting to sled down. I witnessed several times when folks were done they would turn and head right back up or just stand there. Suppose I could wear a helmet next time.

This is a quiet and serene park in the middle of a crowded neighborhood. Parking is limited and fills up fast and people start pouring in with their sleds. There's a dog park here as well. We went to check this place out at 7:30 am and it was empty. The ride is bumpy as the hill is raw and unprepared. I fell off my saucer-sled and hurt my back and neck. A normal long sled was good. Overall, this is a fun park to slide and play in the snow. Relish it!!

Great park! It includes a dog park as well with it's own section. Free sleds and tubing. Such a fun place to take kids to sled. Totally recommend this place. And it's free!! We went there around 1-2pm and it was not crowded at all. It has restrooms as well. The women's restroom was fully stocked and has more than 1 stall.

Great for sledding and some snowboarding. great for kids to enjoy the snow. They also have plastic sleds for use at the facility, but they are first come. You can buy your own at the grocery store in town. one of the best views in downtown from the top of the hill.

We come here every year so that our 5 year old can sled! The whole family has a blast. There is always plenty of sleds in the sled shed or just left at the top of the hill to use.

Amazing! This is a real "off-leash" dog park. Fully fenced in, lots of room, several exits, and poop bags provided. Certain "off-leash"dog parks like Bighorn in Vail are not fenced in and assume that every dog, from puppy to adult, is on voice command 100% of the time. Anyone who has owned a Husky knows better. I have 2. This is a true OFF LEASH dog park. It is a bit out of the way, but absolutely worth the 20 minutes off of I70 to let your babies stretch their legs. And oh yeah, amazing views ❤️. I went out of my way to go back a second time for them.

The park is well maintained with a sand volleyball court and it is immediately adjacent to the dog park. There are bathrooms next to the pavilion. There are also hiking and biking trails next to it. It is great for playing Frisbee in the summer. There were a few kids sledding yesterday am since there was some snow still on the grass.

Park has absolutely breathtaking views and some trails. It’s small but packs a lot in with the space it has. So glad I made time to come to it!

We loved the sledding hill! It was gorgeous and everyone was friendly and helpful. There were quite a few extra sleds and even the adults had tons of fun! We also found great snow for snow angels!

Beautiful views from the free sledding hill here at Carter Park. The sledding hill is big! Bigger than others we have been to. There are some sleds for free use, you find them in a small shed entering the park. There is a pavilion, restrooms, a dog park, and tennis courts.

Great park with free 3 hour parking, a decent amount of parking spaces (20?), and a cool hill to sled/tube down. I'd highly recommend getting cheap snow tubes, as they go muuuccchhh faster than sleds and don't hurt your booty/body. The view from the hill is breathtaking and beautiful to look at whether you are tubing or not.

Will never come back after watching the owners come storming in and fire an employee for giving a customer a glass of water. How cheap and greedy do they really have to be ? Not being from here we called because GPS brought us to the back of the building. The person that answered the phone was absolutely no help with directions. Then we get inside there’s absolutely nothing extra being enforced for COVID. It’s 5 of us we ordered 6 drinks that took 30 minutes and they all were absolutely gross. Blended coffee should have ice and FLAVOR. It was gross. Then he switched up our selections of oxygen from what we ordered and when I brought it to his attention he acted like it was no big deal. We came here because we needed some relief with altitude sickness. We left with more frustration

First time in Breckenridge at due to the high altitude my husband and I weren’t feeling our best. Decided to stop at this lounge for some oxygen. Very cozy and clean. The owner was very friendly and took time to explain everything and gave us some great recommendations. There’s a coffee menu that is said to be really good. My husband and I had the caramel cider. Bring your frequent breather card provided at first visit along with your canula and get a 15% discount. We will be back during the week before we leave for sure.

Clean and comfy. Very affordable and the gentleman from England who helped us was super nice and patient with our questions and requests. I was suffering from altitude sickness so badly I could barely walk, and felt better almost immediately. He explained the expected benefit time and helpful regime. The oxygen scents were very good and subtle. Smoothie and latte were cheap with large servings, simple but tasty. This was my first time at an oxygen bar and next time I'm back up here I'll definitely be a regular. I just wish I knew about it sooner!

My husband and I came to Breckenridge for our honeymoon. We’re from Kansas City, MO and the altitude change hit us really hard. We were both struggling with congestion and headaches. We found the 02 lounge as we were just walking down the street so we decided to give it a try. It was a GAME CHANGER. We both instantly felt so much better, so much that we continued to come for 30 minute sessions every other day. The staff here is so incredible. Every time we came in it was someone different working and they were all so kind and helpful. If you’re feeling the effects of the altitude I highly recommend you give this place a try!!! They also have different aromas you can choose from- Relaxation, Joy, Energy, ect.

My wife and I visited the Breckenridge O2 Lounge today during our vacation visit. Yesterday we had been out to the slopes and this morning felt horrible due to altitude sickness - shortness of breath, nausea, the whole nine yards. When we arrived the place was fairly crowded and the people kept coming! The staff was attentive and wonderful though, making sure our experience and everyone else’s was absolutely perfect. Within minutes of beginning the oxygen we could notice a difference and are feeling MUCH better. Thank you for saving our trip, O2 Lounge!

This place is fun!!! I definitely having been feeling fatigued but don’t know if I needed this but it’s still a fun experience. They’re running a deal for $24 for 45 mins. There are a bunch of different “flavors” - I choose a citrus and it just smelled like that when breathing in. There are also some drinks you can purchase. Fun activity to do when in Colorado It’s dog friendly outside.

This place is a scam. They're was no oxygen flowing thru my tube. On top of that the girl working the "bar" had terrible customer service. She clearly hated her job and had no problem letting everyone know. Don't waste your time.

If you are from out of town and not used to the altitude, I HIGHLY recommend this place. Their customer service is outstanding. My wife and I are from the Midwest and we were experiencing symptoms of altitude sickness and coming here completely changed our trip for the better. At first I just came in to get a drink, but the gentleman behind the bar began talking to me and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining to me the benefits of their services. So glad we came across this place! Thank you to the staff for a great experience!!

This was our first time going to an oxygen bar! We had a 15 minute session with the relaxation aromatherapy. They offer multiple aromatherapy choices! We only tried the 15 minute session but we will be going again to do a 30 minutes session to help with the altitude sickness. The owner of the store is very informative and polite!

Staff was really helpful and the treatment made a huge difference. Prices were also reasonable. Highly recommend if you’re feeling off!

Intended this as a quick stop, but there was a nice trail we hiked in on for a couple of miles. Plenty of snow at the end of May as well, 2-3 feet deep off trail. Trail did get a little wet in places from that, but trail itself was mainly gravel and dirty Some elevation gain but it's very wide and could be used for vehicles if needed. No public vehicle access after the parking lot though. Although my dog and I only took the first couple of miles out and back, this trail appeared to continue around the mountain and over to the next one, so there's probably a decent half day hike here. I wish we had had more time to explore. It was plenty busy though (memorial day weekend).

Hoosier Pass was beautiful. I stopped because it looked awesome but I shortly realized that I needed to get acclimated to the altitude lol. Then this amazing man named Jay, a retired Coast Guard veteran, came riding up the mountain with a smile on his face. He had been riding for a month and a half at that point. He started in Astoria, OR and was headed to Virginia. He said Pueblo was his halfway point. Such a great story. Awesome place.

Beautiful location to take in a hike. Elevation 11, 539. Chance to see wildlife; elk, moose, bear, mountain goats, and or blue Jays. Great place to get some amazing photographs of nature in it's whole. Not to busy. Camping.

The loop trail is amazing, quite easy but has great views. Be aware the end of the loop (coming back) is quite steep

Some where online I saw this hike is listed as the fat man’s loop, and I can now understand why. As someone from sea level this hike was exceptionally easy, especially the day after struggling todo a 14’er with the altitude. Was about 3 miles out and back and took an hour and a half leisurely.

This is a pretty good drive outside of Breckenridge if you are in town visiting. The drive is full of beautiful views up to the pass and the trail at the White River National Forest. It is well worth the drive and taking a few minutes to walk into the forest. The snow was pretty packed down along the trail at the time and didnt even need snowshoes.

Beautiful place to catch some nice family friendly trails. The hike is not too difficult if you stay on the trail and take frequent breaks. Spectacular views and you can even see the continental divide.

2.8 mile loop trail in the winter was a little challenging at the end if you are only in snow boots. We went to the left for the slow ascent to the top, coming down there was less of a clear trail but totally worth it.

Awesome views! Must stop if you are going to be going over the pass! Hike up the trail roughly half a mile to get the best views of the valley.

Entrance info is confusing on line because it doesn't match physically posted info at the museum and if you don't know posted info, you can end up wasting time or getting frustrated. They only open the door on the hour at 10, 11,12,1 & 2. They close at 3 so the 2 o'clock entry time is the last opportunity to go in since they close at 3. There is a tour guide. I am deaf so I just wanted to walk about on my own since I would have had a hard time reading lips for a long time. She shared with me that they used to have placards with information for people to read. They no longer have those. As a deaf person, I think they should have kept them, but since they got rid of them, they should have a transcript with an the info they share about Barney Ford on the tour. The house is very nicely done up and period appropriate. There are a few pictures of documents you can read but I'm sure the tour guide gives much more info that makes the visit more valuable.

Every time we visit Breckenridge we visit the Barney Ford Museum! It’s such an interesting museum to walk through and admire all the antiques. Definitely worth visiting!

This is a must do for anyone who loves learning about history. The house was staged well for the time period. The guide was helpful and knowledgeable. There are lots of signs with extra information about Mr. Ford. Not only is it informative and interesting, it is convenient! It is right next to Main Street and easy to get to.

Free museum about the life of a former slave who rose to prominence. It’s housed in the home he built when he was 60 years old. The furniture inside isn’t original to his home, but it’s from the time period.

Sherrie was so kind and patient with our little family. She made us feel very welcome and even offered to let us stay and spend time inside away from the snow. She was a wealth of knowledge and shared so many cool facts and little bits of information about the Fords. She even had recommendations for other activities in the area. We loved our experience there and highly recommend it! A fun little hidden gem on our walk.

An unexpected gem on our historic tour of Breckenridge. The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend a visit to this house museum.

Fascinating tour of the home and the story of an amazing man who was born a slave and had a remarkable life of many achievements. Tours are on the hour and free. Very worthwhile.

Very nice small museum to help understand the incredible story of Barney Ford. Jim, the docent, was very welcoming and a great storyteller. He also highlighted a few things in the museum that he thought we would be most interested in.

Such a wonderful time! The guide was so informative and knowledgeable about the house and the history of Mr Ford. It was so interesting! Definitely recommend you stop in while you’re in town.

Multi million dollar public facility doesn't have a decline bench for presses. Has a toy decline for sit ups on another floor. Nice pool for laps when it's clean, most people don't shower and use the pools and spas as bath tubs, showering is not enforced so it can get pretty gamey. Laid back place great for classes and has really good instructors.

Good, clean family rec center. Lotsa weight gear in the gym, performance weight set ups, aerobic stuff, stretch area, indoor running track, pool. Hint: get outta there before 4pm.

My wife and I love this recreation center! This is a must for either recovering from or training for your next day on the slopes. The outdoor hot tub is wonderful and the steam room is equally great. Shoutout to Grandpa Ev for both working here and taking us here while we visit!

Perfect place to send the kids while I'm baking. Mom and dad can go work out in the gym while the kids play in the pool. Pool has a big slide there's a hot tub, million things to do this place had it all. Taking my daughter rock climbing tomorrow. They have a ton of weekly activities if your kids are bored outside of Breckenridge and skiing LOL

Their hours are a joke. Never seen a gym close so early. On top of that the one reason why I pay for a membership here rather than a gym with better hours is the steam and sauna room which is closed for months unbeknownst to the pass holders. They should retroactively lower the prices for passes for people who got the pass under the impression we would have access to amenities. The staff is all cool and it’s not their fault but v frustrating.. I emailed the account that breck rec center replied with below weeks ago and haven’t heard back from them at all

I was recently visiting Breckenridge with my young kids and we decided to visit she rec center for the activities they have for children. We went to the pool and the lifeguard was very rude and she kept screaming at my 3 year old literally watching his every move to see if he would even take a fast step that she considered as running. When I explained to her that he is only 3 and that we have been there at most 5 minutes top and that he is very excited she then blamed it on me and shoved the no running stand in my face. I felt very uncomfortable and was very happy to leave there. I think they should do better research how on their employees and background on their experience working around children and can handle them. On top of that all the big slide was not in service.

Beautiful modern fitness center for everyone: climbing wall, running track, weight rooms, studios, swimming pool, group classes, ..... if you are visiting, they have different kind of passes.

Finally tried Lori's "mat pilates" class today--- what a workout! I shared with her that I am used to skiing (skate, classic, downhill, and uphill) lift weights regularly and am a verrrry active person in general but her class burned me out! She did a wonderful job of stating level 1, 2, 3 and so on so each person in the class could choose to push themselves to their ability that day. Thanks, Lori! I'll be back!

This used to be a free addition to our condo when we stay here. They removed that benefit so now it was too expensive to come very often. The pool was pretty crowded when we came but it was a decent sized pool.

When fully open, the place is a solid 6/10. With the renovations (that were only supposed to affect the pool), it's like working out in a third world country. Half the lights are out, no timeline on coming back up. Yes, my pass is valid at silverthorne, a 35 minute drive with construction. For the price of the pass, we deserve better. UPDATE : Lights are back on, steam and sauna still closed for no apparent reason (they have full power and lights....).

That kid, with the short blondish hair, that was there this morning at open, reading a book, is the rudest person I have met in this county. Usually people at this rec center are pretty polite, not this prick

Went with my two kids for the pool. We were meeting family there. Family of 10. We got there 30mns before they got to the front desk. well we waited at the pool for an hour before they let them in. Only allows 20 people however 5 adults at the lap pool me and my TWO kids. Waiting for family to be allowed in to play. Also those 5 adults that were there were obviously not on the wait-list and was chatting away with life guards.

Staff isn’t very friendly and the saunas have been “broken” for months… Come on, really?

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Great Functional Training room! Top notch weight room. Nice water slide and shallow pool for kids. Great, clean facilities for all your workout needs. Friendly staff. Welcoming to visitors with reasonable fees

One of my favorite spots to photograph in the area. Beautiful alpine lake, massive waterfall and endless views. The hike is really steep and It can get really cold up there, so be prepared ;)

One of our personal favorites, perfect high altitude hike up to 12,007 ft upper Mohawk, 4 hour round trip. Beautiful wide variety of terrain from forest trail in the shade to steep exposed sections with strong wind etc. Dog friendly our pug Chapo completed 95% of the hike.

Tough but rewarding hike. Be ready for weather conditions to change quickly if thinking about this trail. The trail is rocky, muddy and wet right now. Snowpack is still something you will contend with. 7.57 miles round trip from the lower lot.

Went for a weekend backpack/camping trip to Mohawk Lakes. It was amazing! The hike was moderate and sometimes a little difficult. However the views were well worth it. A friend and I set up camp down by Mayflower lake new a stream. It was great. I would recommend going up to lower mohawk lake to camp. However the weather changes quick up that high.
