I just toured the museum which was free. There is a lot here, it's an impressive collection although maybe a bit of a struggle to understand the rhyme or reason to some of the trains or pieces in the collection. I preferred the Pennsylvania train museum but both are impressive. I didn't do any of the train rides, perhaps that would have bumped it to 5 stars.

We drove an hour to visit here and were not disappointed. I was extremely shocked that everything was free except the train ride which was still only $6! It was just a short ride back and forth, about 20 minutes, but still cool to see what it was like to be in and old train. If you take your time and actually read, look, and listen to all the information in the museum, you could spend HOURS here. We soeny most the day and had packed a picnic lunch we enjoyed on a picnic table there. The mall is right next door if you happen to need something else. ;)

This is an amazing place to take anyone who is a fan of trains, the history of this region or just someone looking to explore something new. The collection of steam engines is vast and it's definitely worth taking the rail yard shuttle, for just $6 you get a decent length ride that shows you some good views

We visited Steamtown National Historical Site on a weekend. The rangers greeted us with smiles and were very informative. The site has acres of steam locomotive history. Lots of photo opportunities. Great place for family time.

A lovely and family-friendly place to visit in Scranton; it's pleasant to see the old lifeblood of the Wyoming Valley maintained by such knowledgeable and friendly staff. I do wish they had more trains, but the nation as a whole is lacking them so I can't complain. As for attractions? Steamtown NHS has the largest steam locomotive in history (the Union Pacific Big Boy), and the gorgeous Reading T1 is stunning to see. Even the smallest mašinka are giant up close, and the indoor exhibits are tastefully done and quite informative. Plus, the local railroad company uses parts of the facility as an active track, so visitors can regularly see and hear trains at work, which really adds to the experience. Do keep on mind that active trains can be loud, so visitors sensitive to sudden noise should be forewarned.

The place to go if you have any interest in trains! Mostly vintage steam engines but also some diesel electric locomotives. Loads of hands on stuff. Climb into the engineer's seat and ring the bell! Learn all about rail power and railroading. Take an excursion or a short caboose ride. A super fun place to visit! (Plan a couple of days and also visit the trolley museum on site!). I'm trying to visit as many National parks and monuments as possible. We were driving through PA, so we stopped at Steamtown. It's very informative. They have quite a collection of old engines, a working roundhluse/turntable, and extensive displays. We took the 30-min short ride, which was okay, but you don't really go anywhere. It's $6 for adults and $1 for young kids.

Real great national historic site. It’s really amazing what the National Park Services has done to preserve this important piece of American rail history. Very detailed and fun exhibits. Feel free to move along at your own pace. You can easily spend a couple hours reading and watching all the materials that have been prepared. Rangers are there to help you if you need it.

This place is such a beauty! It’s free to enter, just make sure it’s open. They had “The Big Boy”! Such an amazing sight to see. Definitely a fun place to learn as well, they have amazing history about trains and freight going across America and how everything has changed. I fell in love with the history and everything I saw about the history. The trains are cool, and you can go in most (not all) trains!

Just Incredible! They rebuit the Roundhouse into the largest museum of the railroad I have ever visited. Ut was great luck for me to arrive just as they fired up a restored engine for a few laps around the yard

Amazing facility to visit over and over. It's not too often you can roam around a working railroad. Keep safety in mind when exploring the displays. Check the schedule for tours, short train rides or even excursions. Admission to the site and round house are free. Displays are super informative and include full size cut-aways to help explain steam and diesel technology. I've been a visitor for years but I wish I had made the initiative to visit for the first time many many years earlier.

Amazing experience! This museum is one of the best I've ever been. Great organized, you're going through the history of railroads of the United States. Exhibits are made of the real locomotives so that you can see the greatest and the real size of them. Also there are a lot of educational exhibits, so you can learn how it was done and worked. Would definitely recommend to visit

Steamtown is an amazing museum that tells a good stories about trains and how trains influence the ways American lives. It has a very large yard with an impressive collection that consists of locomotives, and many passenger cars. Its massive locomotive shop has many engines in various stages of restoring. Its technology museum has exhibits that demonstrates the changes in railroad technology over the years. This museum is a must stop for both train enthusiasts and common folks. A good place to walk around to soak in the grandeur of machinery that improved the quality of life for many, and it tells a very good stories of how trains transformed America over the years. Many things to do here. You can easily spend a whole day here.

It was a nice day. It's only six bucks for entry and that includes the the ride on a historic steam engine locomotive. The ride is short. It doesn't go fast but it's it's fun to do to be on one of those trains from 100 years ago and the locomotives they have around for you to walk through was amazing. The history of the steam locomotive was amazing. It was good for the kids. My grandkids enjoyed it and like for six bucks a kid a person you can't go wrong. Only negative thing I have to say is that the other some of the buildings were closed. The only thing they did have open was the museum shop or the book shop where you can go in and buy a souvenirs but it was interesting. It was good. It was a good day

I stop here each time I go through THE ELECTRIC CITY, it's free and interesting. I wish it were funded better though, seeing as half of the museum has been closed for over a year due to HVAC issues. Tragic.

A great place for a railroad enthusiast, young or old. They've painted the Union Pacific 4012 Big Boy and it looked great. They've also painted Reading 2124 and it looks nice as well. The rest of the area was clean and they had park rangers and a couple of guides to answer questions. Thectrolley museum was open as well with trolley rides. (Steamtown is free, but trolley museum has a cost.)

It is amazing that this place is free for everyone. I've been visiting since I was a little kid and look forward to bringing my kids here one day. One of only a handful of places keeping these beautiful steam powered beasts alive. Definitely a great stop even for those not into trains.

We love nay aug it has various levels of difficulty for trails and wonderful photo spots. There is now a coffee shot, everhart museum and now a coal mine tour. Please make this a must see when you visit scranton it's so much more than the office.

What a gorgeous place!! What a 💎 of a park! There are so many hidden spaces and gorgeous views. It's well designed and if it had a little more TLC (some of the playgrounds definitely need some love and fixing). The "castle playground" was just exceptional! Definitely needs a few touches and a new layer of wood chips, a few new boards! But what a magical space for the kids! Unfortunately the pool space is under construction 🚧 but I can see it will be amazing for the community! There is a smaller playground that has a sign "closed/do not use the equipment". I really hope the city invests in updating and fixing it!

We loved these hikes. They are well-marked and the difficulty is also described. Some of the trails have been broken up by weather, so there are overlooks that are closed, for instance. I beg of the folks who frequent, though: please pick up your trash. There are trash cans at the trailheads. Or other folks passing through, bring a bag to pick up some trash. It is tragic how it interferes with the look of the place not to mention the harm it can have on our waterways and foodways.

A nice place to hike in the city, with some really pretty views. And i like that it is pet friendly. But the park is not well taken care of. The weeds are overgrown, and wooden railings and platforms are rotting away. It could be great if the city would invest some time and money into fixing it back up.

Amazing place to visit. I never thought there was such a beautiful waterfall in a local spot. The trails could be maintained a little better. Most of it is washed out going to the bridge over the gorge. You can also access a pretty cool train tunnel.

Decent size. Lots of parking. Free admission. Dogs are welcome. Lots to see. They do a Christmas light show, not free, during the holiday season. Port a potty’s. Tree house, cafe, statues, memorials, coal mining tribute, water falls, grills. Decent amount of tails, some easier than others but none are difficult.

A perfect spring day hike. A nice way to explore the sights and nature in Pennsylvania. The trails were well maintained and easy to navigate. I had a lot of fun and there was much to see

The playground is a sad, unfriendly place where you are reminded of a once happy, bright playing area people would bring their children for an afternoon of glorious play now reduced to nothing more than a place for your child to be seriously hurt. Thank God the hospital is so close. The walking trail is beautiful though and was much more pleasant.

It's an easy stop if you're on a long haul in 81 and need a nature break. We visited on a warm February weekend. The runoff in the gorge was filthy. Couldn't believe how gross the water looked and smelled. Not sure if it was open sewage or the result of so much old time mining in the area. The trails are fine but can be difficult to navigate. Lock your car. There was a roaming hoodied guy loitering in the parking lot that made us kind of nervous.

Nice family drive to see the Christmas lights. I love this park in all seasons. PERFECT for all occasions!

Nice enough park for a short day hike. Most of the trails are well managed and clean. Plenty of places for kids. Cons: outer trails are not maintained and covered with lots of broken glass and large garbage. At least one overlook platform is in very poor, unsafe condition.

Located about a half mile on route 81 in Scranton this park has a lot of trails and activities to discover including the Paul Kanjorski Bridge, the David Wenzel tree house with a nice view of the mountains and a Gorge with a beautiful waterfall, however the trails are not well maintained there is glass and garbage around the trails and also not well marked so watch your step and take a picture of the map at the beginning of the park for the best reference

So so so cool. If your in the area check it out. The tree house was like something out of a magazine. The kids playground could definitely use a major overhaul. One slide is like 2 feet off the ground. Overall a nice park though! We did a little BBQ while there aswell. There were porta potties which were maintained and quite clean

A nice park right within the city of Scranton! The waterfall/gorge area is beautiful, but a lot of people ignore all the signage and go over the fence. It's sad to see so many people ignore safety signs and then have to hear about people dying! We tried calling about it, but the hours of the rangers are pathetic. But a nice place to go for a little walk.

Went skiing on a weekend. If you are an advanced skier, it's certainly not worth the trip. First, it's January and the expert slopes are all ice. Not to say that they aren't a challenge, but you basically have to just fly down them. Because of that, you spend most of your time on the lift. The beginner/intermediate slopes are ok, but sometimes you have to wait in line for the lift since they have this new lift ticket system. I stayed there all day but felt like I barely skied. Also, they got rid of their cafeteria and replaced it with a restaurant and bar. That's ok, but what isn't is when I'm told there is a wait, then go to the bar and see 10+ tables open. Not to mention the staff was miserable, probably overworked.

I never been to montage mountain until this season I would say that I'm fairly particular about where I go snowboarding and this one fit all the boxes. They did have a few rude employees and one of the employees wife was also very rude but other than the two of them I had an amazing day here also ever been to a large that had such great food!!! They've got so many runs to go on unfortunately I came too late in the season to go on the train park but it looked amazing definitely recommend checking out montage mountain I hear that their water park is also really great in the summer.

Went for a few hours on a Saturday morning in January since we were in the area and It was on our Indy Pass. Ski conditions were good and they had a variety of terrain for all levels. Lifts never had any lines but they are some of the slowest lifts I have been on. The parking lot is one of the worst parking lots for a ski area. One has to walk down flights of stairs to get to the lodge or main lift area. There are no parking lot attendants directing traffic or organizing the parking, it is a free for all. As we were leaving midday people were parking wherever and cutting off aisles and triple parking. Be warned you might not be able to get out. The drop off area is still above all the stairs you have to take to get to the lodge so it could be difficult for family's with young kids and all their gear. We normally boot up in the parking lot but with the long walk and multiple flights of stairs we decided to boot up in the lodge. The lodge seems new but it is horribly laid out. Not enough table for the space/size or crowd size. Tables are way to spread out and half are high top tables that aren't great for getting you gear on. Adding to the crowded lodge was the large school group that brought their skis and boards into the lodge. They had a single register open for food and the line for it ran across the lodge and almost out the door. The few staff we did come across were nice. I probably would only come back here if I was by myself and did not have to use the lodge as the actual skiing was enjoyable. Though would still be worried about getting stuck in the parking lot.

Plenty of trails with good variety. Lodges are great, plenty of places to eat and drink. Night skiing is worth doing and snow grooming was good. Highly recommend.

We went here in the summer when the winter is transformed into fun in the sun water park activities- we used it as a stop to stretch our legs and make a bit of a vacation traveling to visit family. Definitely an exciting time for the youngest kids; sometimes keeping in mind ages is a good thing for activities- I would definitely say the under 12 crowd in the group seemed to get the most fun out of our stop. Clean and no one can ever argue with outside fun 😊

I spent so many years at Blue MT until it got to the point it wasn't fun anymore after it became fully commercialized making it jammed packed. I heard about Montage MT and after trying it out, I absolutely enjoyed everything about it. I am sure it will too eventually get commercialized but until then, I will be coming every year to take advantage of it.

Great place to visit in the Winter and Summer months. The skiing suites skiers of all skill levels. Experts will be happy with the north face slopes, there's a great terrain park if that's your game and if you have little ones or are just starting out, their Learn to Ski School program is near perfection. Brian is amazing and keeps things running smooth. You can get your rental just a few feet away from where the lessons take place. And the instructors really teach and have unlimited patience. Which is really what's needed for first timers or kids just starting out. I can't say enough great things about Montage mountain. It's a perfect family friendly ski destination. And in the Summer the kids will have more than enough to do going down water slides and floating in the lazy river. We've been to Montage dozens of times and love the place! Check it out.

Nice resort for skiing and outdoor Waterpark for summer. We went with family and kids. My daughter enjoyed lazy river and some other slides, but my toddler always needed someone next to him all the time. If you are looking for outdoor Waterpark for summer, this place is probably better choice for the prices. I will probably stop by for skiing as well.

Me and my girlfriend went for the first time paid for our tickets online 20 each. Once we got there we waited in a long line for 2 hours and still didn’t make it inside so we left bcus the event was almost over. So we called to get ticket refunds we was denied that so I asked can we use them for next time bcus we never got to go inside and they denied that as well. I proceeded to ask what about the other 1,000 of people behind us they proceed to say nope nothing unless it’s something wrong on our end. It was something wrong they end they was over capacity and refused to tell those who waited in that line until the event was over. Never got our refund therefore I’m never spending money there again.

This is a really nice resort! From Slides in the summer to slopes in the winter. The place was packed but I love to see it. We did stop in at the lodge bar to grab some suds and unfortunately it was an hour wait. My only complaint would be they rented out half the bar and seating for a party reservation at the high point/peak of the day. No suds for us.

Love it here, you can ski right from the parking lot to a lift. This mountain is unique in that it has beginner/intermediate skiing on the top half of the mountain and all black diamonds on the bottom half. Also Monday to Wednesday you can get a lift ticket and rental for $40 if you get there before 1:00.

Went skiing for the first time here and it was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating for rescheduling due to an emergency. The first time ski lesson package was really great with the instructor (Les) helping us pick up the basics one step at a time and then skiing down the bunny slope. Despite the early spring they did a good effort to preserve the trails. If you're looking for an easy coast skiing spot, this is definitely one you should consider.

A really kewl place to enjoy outdoor snow sports as well as a great venue for all kinds of events.

Horrible Customer service. My best friends, and I booked this ski trip for our spring break. Before we even came we called the place to make sure there would be snow and we were assured. The morning of our reservation we received a call from this resort canceling our snow tubing due to the weather. It was 70 degrees and half of their slopes were closed. They had us on hold for 45 minutes just to give us a refund completely inconveniencing our morning. We had already been on the way. They also refused to give us a refund for snowboarding when half of their slopes were closed. We are all beginners and they expected us to go on the advance slopes putting us at jeopardy. Not to mention it was my best friend’s birthday and they completely ruined her day. Do not book with this resort. They are non accommodating and will take advantage of you and your money.

Visited Montage for the first time last week with my nephews school ski club. It was just under a 2 hour drive from the Harrisburg area, but well worth the trip for a great mountain at unbeatable prices. The ski club, group discount (without rentals) was $30. Unfortunately, we’ve had a lackluster winter so far, but the staff did everything possible to make sure snow was down in as many places as there could be. 5 trails total were open, with 2 lifts running, and it made the day enjoyable… obviously more trails and more lifts would’ve been better, but for the price it was still well worthwhile. Food and drinks in the on-site restaurant were excellent and well priced as well. Will be back, with hopes of colder weather!

Our youth event went fairly well with over 300+ in attendance, The only downside was not enough snowboarding equipment for our group...ran out really early...maybe managing rental time limits for equipment shortage kind of like the tubing time slots. Overall I love the place and the people working there! They do a pretty great job! Very family-friendly.

My son LOVED the trolley ride - 55 minute ride and worth it! If you go on a colder day, chilly in the tunnel. My son liked reading everything - just wished the model trains throughout were running but both sections were not. The hands on kid exhibit is great for little imaginations, I really appreciate the fare bells and the wooden car so he could feel like he was in charge. A few to view and a few to climb on!

What a great way to spend the afternoon! This is a great activity for the kids a nice trolley ride through the woods of Northeast Pa and going through the tunnel it was educational and just fun!!! Make sure to bring a mask.

There is a small admission fee for adults and children. Since we visited in a Monday there were no trolley rides or excursions running. This museum is on the smaller side, with 3 main exhibit areas, gift shop, and a kids play/education room. You'll see lots of preserved and restored trolley and rail station parts in the display cases and in the larger rooms several restored and salvaged trolleys (some in the process of being restored). There are two parked trolleys you can enter/board (non-running) replete with bells you can ring. There's also a miniature train display that was not running when we visited. We stayed for about an hour which is enough to see everything.

The Museum is small but great to teach kids about the history of the area. The events are always so much fun! The workers (Tom&Chris) along with the girls go above and beyond to make everyone happy. Would recommend for parties for both kiddos and adults.

Excellent experience there. The museum is small but there is a good amount to look at there. The trolly ride is a must if you are going to go. I loved the ride and I will definitely be going again. Everyone there was lovely and friendly.

Great hidden gem of Pennsylvania and the Scranton area: roughly 3 hours from nyc and Philly with a vast collection of steam engines in a classic roundhouse setting. Daily tours and easily something for the everyone in the family

Visited it after steamtown. There was an admission charge. The gift shop takes entirely to much space. We found the exhibits underwhelming and not worth the money. Best part was the small maintenance car outside. Our time was much better spent in the rain at the train museum

Great family fun for any age inexpensive. The trolley ride is a must. Leave around two hours for everything.

A neat little museum and a really interesting trolley ride. Our kids loved the children's area with the giant table with placeable wooden buildings representing the Scranton/Wilkes-barre region. They could have spent all day building their imaginary towns. The Trolley ride was really awesome. We were able to get seats at one of the "end" windows and could watch the tracks ahead (or behind on the trip back). The Trolley really gets up to some serious speed for a tourist operation (maybe 30 mph). We will definitely be back soon...probably with more friends or family!

Right next to the Steamtown museum this trolly museum is ran by the city of Scranton. It's a nice companion to it. The history of trollys is explained beautifully and there's lots on display definitely worth a visit. Unlike Steamtown you do have to pay for this but it's not that bad

What a great experience. The museum was full of so much history. We went back the next day to take the trolley tour. The gentlemen giving the tour knew their history. Well worth it. A great museum for kids, teens and adults.

Don’t trust the hours listed on their archaic website, which they clearly don’t update in real time or likely don’t even know how. Drove several hours to visit based on their website clearly stating being open Memorial Day weekend only for them to closed. They probably don’t even see reviews because they don’t understand how to use the internet.

The worst part is they wouldn't let you take photos after I started clicking them. I was still no more photos. The lady had a great personality but she like to talk and the only drawback is I can actually go around and take photos of all this memorabilia stuff. Otherwise the magic show was short but it was nice. Okay

A real gem. My wife and I took our 3 grandsons to visit this museum and magic show on Sunday 10/02/2022. It was our grandsons first experience seeing a live magic show. It was amazing ! We learned a lot about the history of Houdini and the museum had a great collection of his work and the magic show was awesome and it brought laughter and joy to all of us. It will be something we will always remember.

Brilliant . Dorothy Dietrich is your guide and she performs. She is the most famous female magician and broke the glass ceiling in a male dominated profession. She is a walking encyclopedia on Houdini. There is so much fascinating memorabilia and cute gift shop. Highly recommend. Great value. Fun. Fun. Fun.

Amazing show, great hosts and an all around fascinating walk through the life of Houdini. Wish we could spend a day just looking at all the displays and treasures! Easily enough content to spend a couple days if you want to view it all!

Magical and memorable! This non-profit group have assembled an amazing collection of Houdini materials and artifacts. Learned a lot about what went into making him the legend he became! The way they end the tour with a very vaudevillian magic show was charming as full of surprises. There's more to the story as well, learned about historical preservation efforts and the personal connections the hosts have to Houdini, as well as their place in the history of magic in the United States. Challenge!! Bet you can't visit the Houdini Museum of Scranton and not find out where Houdini lives!

We had a very nice time here. I would say the show is geared more towards children and the museum is interesting. If you are in the area and want something different to do, this is a good place to go.

If you are ever interested in the history of Houdini, this is the place to go! They give you a VERY detailed tour of the original artifacts they have from Houdini and the history that goes along with them. Very family friendly environment. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to put on a good magic show for you. This is a must stop if you are in the area (or even out of the area)

The amount of rude reviews on this little gem of a museum is so disheartening. If you’re looking for something odd and entertaining with a nostalgic vintage feel to it, you must go here. It’s the true essence of old school and fun. I would not recommend for iPad kids and rotten teenagers as they just wouldn’t “get it”. Save this as a place to go with friends with a sense of humor and an interest in the dark arts. It’s truly a masterpiece. I love it there and would absolutely return any opportunity I get.

The place is jam-packed with Houdini history and memorabilia. Dorothy was a great magician..in fact, the most well known female magician for escaping a straight jacket from a burning rope quite a few hundred feet in the air and other stunts. She and her partner were great. The overall experience was fun and a definite must see!

Door opened 16 minutes late while we waited outdoors in the almost freezing temperatures and pouring down rain. Lay came out and started talking to the kids instead of allowing us in even though it was already 16 minutes past the time on our reservations. We left!

Great museum to learn about Houdini. The best around in sure. Plus a great magic show to watch. A very homey feel.

Dorothy our magician/tour guide is full of interesting information about Houdini, his life and adventures. She also had alot to share about her life as a magician. She has a great way of including/involving her audience. Great magic tricks!! The place is full of Houdini memorabilia. Parking is on a narrow alleyway behind the theatre. There is a small lot.

When I was younger this mall was packed with great stores and decent food. I was just there the other day for a doctor's appointment which was strange, because the rest of the mall looked like a ghost town. Empty stores with no vendors and empty vendors booths in the food court as well. But hey, they've got an aquarium. Who really goes to the mall to shop anyway. Come to the Marketplace at Steamtown for an x-ray and a peak at some sharks.

It's nice to see the place coming back to life it was so empty last time I was there. Now it's a great place to spend a day with my kids. They really enjoy the Trains, Bees Backyard, the Aquarium, and shopping, of course.

Not so much a marketplace anymore. Turning into a business/medical facility. Only a few stores remain. Just a shadow of it's former self when it was a mall and filled with 2 floors of great stores and a food court. But times change and if the building didn't change, it would be deserted entirely. Now those of us that grew up having a mall so close to home are left with memories of how great the downtown shopping once was

Went to visit the aquarium w/ the grandkids, they loved it. Quite a nice smaller aquarium which you can see in an hour. But stay for the shows and take your time. Bonus was we stopped and had Old Forge Pizza from Refalo's across the mall way from the aquarium. Excellent pizza!

I loved how close this place e was to my hotel. We walked here, and it took us no time to get there. I really liked how easy it was to get there. Inside, you will find the sign used in "The Office" and also an aquarium within the mall. I enjoyed my visit here. It was very nice to go in and see all the animals. It is a bit expensive to go to the aquarium. It is worth it .

First time coming here and have to say this is a very interesting place! Boscov’s is a great throwback department store with lots of items to choose from. Steamtown even has a wound care facility. The Aquarium is a great place to bring your children. The Scranton Art haus is coming soon as well. Also a Post House.

I only got to see the aquarium and then walked through boscovs. The aquarium was nice. A little tight but had a lot of fish and reptiles. My daughter enjoyed it. They also had two mermaids. Boscovs was typical of boscovs, lots of cloths. two stories. I did not go upstairs.

Just had lunch at the new restaurant, Downtown Cosgrove's. They have a limited number of tables for dining and have takeout. I had the south side salad, my wife had. The Casey avocado toast. Both are recommended. Check it out soon! While you're at the marketplace, wander over to the Shakes Space. There will be a show the second and third weekend in December, it is for children of all ages.

Really nice aquarium, with a new rain forest exhibit. Easy access for handicapped wheel chair or scooter friendly. Free parking. This is in a repurposed mall giving very easy access.

It's a great local museum, but communication with potential visitors is terrible. The museum is closed all of January, but the sign on the front door says it should be open. The website has a hard-to-notice line about the month-long closure, but it's not in the section about visiting hours. 🤦‍♂️

Not going to lie. I didn’t have big expectations. I grew up in Scranton and went here as a kid many times. My big memories were the dinosaur fossils (cast), bird room, shrunken head, mineral/stones under black light and the bees that used to be in the basement. Some of that is still there and some of it is not (the worker bees apparently abandoned their Queen at some point; the shrunken head was taken out to investigate if it was actually human remains, in which case it would not be able to be displayed). But it’s been really well cleaned up since my childhood and even the early 2000s which was probably the last time I was there. It feels very modern, very clean, freshly painted with galleries deserving of a museum. There are some very nice modern works that I enjoyed seeing. It’s a bit of a miracle that the museum has survived so many decades and so many ups and downs that the city has gone through financially and that it is so beautiful. I’m glad I visited on this last trip back to Scranton and I’m proud to have it in my hometown.

Very nice local museum! The admission is $5 and I would say it's worth it. Just make sure you leave at least 5-10 minutes before closing, because you will be kicked out no matter the weather condition. Our family didn't keep track of time and left at exactly 5, not realizing it was pouring rain outside. My husband went to get the car/umbrella hoping our baby wouldn't get drenched. However, the front desk man made it blatantly clear we needed to be out so i went outside assuming there was shelter from the rain. There wasn't 🤦🏻‍♀️. However, the exact moment I stepped out the door it was locked behind us so it was mommy and baby's exciting day in the downpouring rain! Be better than us and put an alarm on your phone so you don't keep the employees over their time. Their (mainly the front desk man) courtesy reasonably only extends to exactly his working hours (not a single second after). Oh, and bring an umbrella!

Such a great local museum with world class exhibits!

I grew up in the Scranton/Dunmore area in the 60/70's. I was in town this past week and decided to visit the museum. It is now a $10 fee per person. The basement was truly disappointing; however, the glass works made up for it. So basement, first floor, and second floor. The staff is very friendly and most knowledgeable concerning the museum and other areas of interest related to the area. I spent several hours in the museum and while it will not compete with others for significant, it is worth the price. If in town, enjoy!

I have been to the Geisinger hospital several times now and I never knew the museum was so close! A serene oasis from the big city, the Everhart museum is tucked into nature and provides patrons a quiet place to come with a child friendly atmosphere. The personnel at the museum are courteous and caring and always striving for a better experience for their patrons. My family had a wonderful experience here! We look forward to coming back when our child is a little older and can appreciate it.

-really love having a membership here. It's the perfect sized museum for going for an hour or two. The 2nd floor's artists' rooms are beautifully curated, and the folk art is especially wonderful.

Went for a school trip which was informative and enjoyable. We got a limited tour because of the age of the students so I didn't get to see everything. The guide had a theme dealing with Teeth and How Color makes us Feel. Even as an adult I learned a lot. I really appreciated seeing artwork from local people and artwork inspired by local events such as the coal breakers and mining industry. I do think the taxidermy room needs updating. The animals are very old and they are showing their wear. I'm not sure if tours are provided during regular times. I believe it is self guided. The grounds are beautiful here and I look forward to coming back in the spring.

If you need to take a break from the summer heat and enjoy some peace and quiet, the Everheart Museum can provide that along with some aesthetically pleasing works of art and taxidermy. I arrived at 2 p.m. on a Saturday afternoon, taking refuge from stormy weather. Being a veteran, I was granted free access, otherwise it would have been $5 per person. On the main floor was a display of a couple hundred various birds from all over the world, from ostriches to eagles to hawks to penguins! All were beautifully rendered taxidermically. Also featured was the exhibit "Bold Independence" featuring quilts from the second half of the 20th century made by 11 African American women from Mississippi and Alabama. A bit of local history is told through the paintings by John Willard Raught, who painted vivid pictures of the coalbreakers throughout northeastern Pennsylvania. Other exhibits featured "Meaningful Objects," a statue of Venus, and much, much more. Everheart museum is near Nay Aug park and is a must for those who just want to escape from the outside world for a few hours.

This is a great museum. I enjoyed the Natural History (Dinosaurs) and Bird Gallery. The artwork on the 2nd Floor was also good. I liked how the artifacts and artwork were arranged. The special exhibit, Lock and Key, Home was also great

Beautiful place and staff was very helpful as it was our first time here and didn't know where to go. Seats are really close together and the place definitely needs some renovations.

Very historic place.....but definitely needs some renovations. Its a shame that ceiling tiles (i think ceramic) are ready to fall down onto the audience. A little upkeep and it could be restored to it original Grandeur.

This building is beautiful outside. It has nice architectural structure. Sadly, whoever manages the plays here is not organized. The last 2 shows I have attended had issues. "Blue Men" started 35 minutes late. The show for today "On your Feet" got CANCELED after having people waiting for 50 minutes. They said it was because the stage crew/actors were not ready. I think they just blame them for the lack of coordination. These plays are not amateur productions. They are "Broadway" quality, so why they are never ready on time? They have the patrons standing in the hallway, and outside. Many who come here are seniors. They have to wait for at least 30 minutes before they open the doors to the theater. What a joke! Poor management. Thanks to the seniors (volunteers?) who work here. UPDATE: Thank you for the answer from the owners/management. We got a refund. We got season tickets. I hope our next shows have a better preparation from the production team.

We attended a great show here and enjoyed the venue except for one thing… I am ambulatory but I do have limitations on my mobility. I cannot safely descend stairs unless there is a handrail. During the intermission of our show, I need the restroom and saw the sign that it was downstairs. There is a handrail at the top of the stairs, but after descending quite a way I found that the last few stairs have no rail. I had to turn around, and eventually saw the elevator! Please add handrails all the way down!!!

The customer service at the Scranton Culteral Center is not the best. We had tickets for this evenings performance of Cats to find out that our show was rescheduled. After calling the phone number to exchange our tickets we were told we had to do it at the box office after I told the woman I purchased the Tickets through Ticketmaster. She said I had to do it at the box office and they close at 5pm. After driving 30 minutes to get there a rude person said he could not help us. I tried explaining to him that this was what we were told to do and he was very rude to both my daughter who drove there and to me on when I called on the phone. He said they were extremely busy. My daughter who was still there said there was no one there they weren't busy. Very disappointed at this moment. Ticketmaster will not allow us to do this using the phone so we need to get to a computer now. Again, have better training for your Customer Service Reps! If it would allow no stars that is what I would give! Update: We did receive a call from a Jason at the Culteral Center and he was helpful. He stated that they are looking into the issues of their Box Office reps.

Saw riverdance here March 2023. Production was fabulous. Sat in side back of mezzanine and view was fine. If you buy your tickets here at THEIR box office you save quite a bit of money in reseller fees vs online sellers. Enough to take another person to the show! For A largely volunteer staff ..what can I say..they go above and beyond. Did a group tour of the facility when my boys were in scouts. If you get a well informed and enthusiastic guide your experience is beyond compare...and full of secrets...shhh😉

Had a great surprise from my wife who took me to see Riverdance for St. Patrick's Day! What a wonderful production! The show itself would have received five stars. Unfortunately I was very displeased overall with the staff and the way they run things. I've been to many shows here and have always used their connecting parking lot. This time however, we found it closed and no signage in front indicating such. We had to use a municipal parking garage about three blocks away and the line to pay the ticket after the show was horrendous. Staff is not very friendly at all, we had to wait 30 minutes outside to even get in, which in turn caused the show to start late. At the beginning of the show someone in the front row started taping a small bit of it and a pack of old lady ushers came to the front row and started yelling at her. It was done again to someone behind me, when another female usher started yelling at him very unprofessionally to stop recording. Towards the end, she stood against the stage staring at everyone to see if anyone else might be taping anything, and she was blocking my view. Never saw such unprofessional actions by staff the way I did last night.

What a cool place!! Volunteered for Friends of the Poor today. Great organization, please support their efforts to serve the community.

My wife an I attended the Manheim Steamroller concert last week. At the last minute, my sister-in-law decided to come with us. Guess what??? She couldn’t by a ticket at the box office. Instead, staff told her to buy it on ticketmaster. Well, here’s the twist…ticketmaster sent her to ticketsonsale and after paying for it, received the ticket from ticketmaster. The same thing happened to me when I bought our tickets a month previous. So ticketmaster had a great evening. If everyone paid the same amount in fees (ticketsonsale + ticketmaster) they made approximately the same amount of money in fees that the cultural center made for the event. Sad that the cultural center is allowing ticketmaster to rip off residents!

Beautiful building but seats are tight and if your over 6'3 forget about getting your legs in or having someone sit next to you.

The NEPA philharmonic orchestra Christmas show was really great. A wonderful way to celebrate the season!!

We had our wedding at The Scranton Cultural Center last weekend. This venue was an easy choice based on the beauty and history. We were beyond pleased with the staff throughout the night. Accommodating, friendly, and fun! Karen helped guide our bridal party throughout the night and she very quickly felt like one of our wedding guests, looking out for us and making the night the absolute best for us. Organized and personable! The bar tenders were also just the best! Making lovely drinks, looking out for the bride and groom and SO kind. A number one choice for venue for sure!

Great place to visit if you are interested in industrial history. Even if not, it's a cool scenic site. There are lots of informative signage covering the historical and technological background. (Attaching photos of the signage in case anyone is interested)

Pretty neat! My wife has abilities and she said she felt a hot burning sensation. I bet with the heat that came from that! I liked that outdoor stove!!

Reminds me of video game apocalyptic srttings. Really nice little parl. However they appear to be hoarding the benches/tables inside the gated area so nobody can sit. Prob removed in covid and never out back.

A super neat piece of history and glad I got to see it up close. Shame there isn't more to see or do, but I think it's a must see if you're in the area.

It was one of the coolest placest to visit! We went during a casting pour, which was so interesting to watch. Our area has a lot of history. You just have to get out and take notice.

Nothing much to see here. It's gated off so you can either look in t just one furnace from the gates below or down from the hole above. You can tell all 3 furnaces are connected with a tunnel below, but you can't go in and check them out. The roses by the pavilion up top were beautiful tho.

Interesting place to visit, really would be just a quick pit stop. I can’t see spending more than a half hour here. Some cool photo ops and interesting historical facts.

The Scranton Iron Furnaces is an interesting piece of Scranton's history! The site has several descriptive signs throughout to share aspects on how the furnaces were used in iron production. The location is not too far off from the local mall and parking is free. It sounds like there are many local events hosted on the grounds throughout the year.

Beautiful site. I did not see bathrooms. Few stairs to areas.

It's very easy to find but if you don't know what you're looking for you can drive right by it. When I took my kids it seemed as though they may have been setting up for an event. The inside of the Furnaces are not being kept up in my opinion and "stuff" was scattered inside so I couldn't even take my kids inside to look. Loved all the reading material that is placed around the building. We definitely learned a lot.

Consider options that are ABET-accredited programs at all reputable institutions and make an informed decision by comparing the curricula of different programs. Check US News for the program that you are looking for. For Prospective Faculty Members: If you are considering joining this University, please be aware of the following: 1. The retirement plan is not included for faculty members in their first year by default. Make sure to negotiate the inclusion of a retirement package in your first-year contract with your Dean. 2. Starting in 2023, new faculty members will receive 2% less in their retirement accounts due to a decision by the faculty union. They compromised the retirement plan of new faculty members and kept the salaries of currently employed faculty members increased. 3. Do not get upset when you figure out senior faculty members receive more benefits compared to newer faculty members. The union continuously has compromised benefits for newer faculty members while 'grandfathered' benefits for currently employed faculty members. Being a union member is not mandatory; however, you have no bargaining power if you decide not to be a union member. You must pay the union fee or instead library donation that will be deducted from your salary even if you are not a union member. 4. Residing in Scranton implies a %3.4 local income tax in addition to the %3.07 flat rate tax in PA. For Prospective Staff: The retirement plan is not included in their first year by default.

CAS advising is a nightmare to work with, very unhelpful and unaccomodating to students needs and situations, unresponsive, high tuition with dont care attitude, who will they assist if not their own students, few professors are below average , its a shame, avoid this university unless you do not have any other option, they simply do not care about the student except at the orientations when they just talk high about themselves.

This is a truly phenomenal institution. I got my undergraduate degree there over a decade ago, and now I'm studying for my M.S in clinical rehabilitation counseling. It is such an amazing program, with some of the best and knowledgeable professors I have ever encountered. The courses are preparing me to hopefully be one of the best in my field. I cannot possibly say anything better about this school!

Do not go here. The price is outrageous even for the food (plan $10-14/meal). The professors are bad at teaching and disrespectful. One told me I am a failure of a college student because I passed out when an exam was happening. They also wont take many credits if you transfer. Additionally, I purchased expired food products. Just go to a state college.

AACSB-accredited? Seriously? VERY hard to believe. I did my undergrad at a for-profit institution that gets a bad rep yet the value of that former program is far beyond this higher-accredited MBA program. Like most colleges and higher education in general, it's grossly overrated and therefore overpriced. If you're going to attend, opt for on an on-campus program because the online programs are an absolute joke and even pale in comparison to free online resources in terms of value and ROI. The professors rarely, if ever engage (at all), "lectures" are usually dated and recycled PowerPoint files, inquiries are often answered too late (passed deadlines), there's little or no post graduation career support resources, zero networking opportunities, and the list goes on. You'd derive the same value simply by buying and reading the textbooks alone at 1/50th of the program cost. These institutions need to be examined and held accountable to ensure they're actually delivering value that is in-line with the cost and their accreditation standards.

Not in compliance with accreditation standards and way overpriced given the low value of the online graduate programs. You're essentially told to buy a book and teach yourself. There aren't any lectures provided, engagement from instructors is very rare or doesn't occur at all, and worse, there is a disturbing lack of oversight and low standards that enables instructors to do as they please even if they aren't fulfilling their obligations and adhering to the school's alleged standards. We had one professor that didn't even post all the grades for week 1 even AFTER the LAST week. Unreal. If you want the degree, go here. If you want a quality education and truly want to learn, look elsewhere. And the career resources are awful.

Remember back in the day when college girls were hot? Not anymore.... Driving past this campus I felt like I was driving through a weight loss clinic.

For people that think the looks of the university is good, or their programs are good, i been through it all and i know the truth behind the college. They false advertise business degrees, force you to pay and take classes you DON'T need, force you to take religious courses AGAINST your Beliefs (Disrespectful), on top of everything they won't even agree upon paying their employees like Meintenance for example a proper living wage which should at least be $15/hr or more. Making it worse they force Freshman students to have a Food Plan (making YOU pay for it!), and don't forget Dorming Costs rising in the tens of thousands of dollars on/off campus not even including any tuition fees if not covered for. High End College? More like a High End Problem, GO ELSEWHERE!

A place with historic buildings. Mix of the past and the modern buildings

The University of Scranton was founded as St. Thomas College in August 1888. It is a wonderful university, I was studying MBA. I miss all the professors in this department, they are kind and cooperative with the students. Also, the quality of education there is very high and interesting. The University is very safe and the quiet

I was there with my daughter for a college visit. Our tour guides were very well organized and thorough. Hopefully we'll get to see the campus when the grounds are in full bloom.

Went skiing on a weekend. If you are an advanced skier, it's certainly not worth the trip. First, it's January and the expert slopes are all ice. Not to say that they aren't a challenge, but you basically have to just fly down them. Because of that, you spend most of your time on the lift. The beginner/intermediate slopes are ok, but sometimes you have to wait in line for the lift since they have this new lift ticket system. I stayed there all day but felt like I barely skied. Also, they got rid of their cafeteria and replaced it with a restaurant and bar. That's ok, but what isn't is when I'm told there is a wait, then go to the bar and see 10+ tables open. Not to mention the staff was miserable, probably overworked.

I never been to montage mountain until this season I would say that I'm fairly particular about where I go snowboarding and this one fit all the boxes. They did have a few rude employees and one of the employees wife was also very rude but other than the two of them I had an amazing day here also ever been to a large that had such great food!!! They've got so many runs to go on unfortunately I came too late in the season to go on the train park but it looked amazing definitely recommend checking out montage mountain I hear that their water park is also really great in the summer.

Went for a few hours on a Saturday morning in January since we were in the area and It was on our Indy Pass. Ski conditions were good and they had a variety of terrain for all levels. Lifts never had any lines but they are some of the slowest lifts I have been on. The parking lot is one of the worst parking lots for a ski area. One has to walk down flights of stairs to get to the lodge or main lift area. There are no parking lot attendants directing traffic or organizing the parking, it is a free for all. As we were leaving midday people were parking wherever and cutting off aisles and triple parking. Be warned you might not be able to get out. The drop off area is still above all the stairs you have to take to get to the lodge so it could be difficult for family's with young kids and all their gear. We normally boot up in the parking lot but with the long walk and multiple flights of stairs we decided to boot up in the lodge. The lodge seems new but it is horribly laid out. Not enough table for the space/size or crowd size. Tables are way to spread out and half are high top tables that aren't great for getting you gear on. Adding to the crowded lodge was the large school group that brought their skis and boards into the lodge. They had a single register open for food and the line for it ran across the lodge and almost out the door. The few staff we did come across were nice. I probably would only come back here if I was by myself and did not have to use the lodge as the actual skiing was enjoyable. Though would still be worried about getting stuck in the parking lot.

Plenty of trails with good variety. Lodges are great, plenty of places to eat and drink. Night skiing is worth doing and snow grooming was good. Highly recommend.

We went here in the summer when the winter is transformed into fun in the sun water park activities- we used it as a stop to stretch our legs and make a bit of a vacation traveling to visit family. Definitely an exciting time for the youngest kids; sometimes keeping in mind ages is a good thing for activities- I would definitely say the under 12 crowd in the group seemed to get the most fun out of our stop. Clean and no one can ever argue with outside fun 😊

I spent so many years at Blue MT until it got to the point it wasn't fun anymore after it became fully commercialized making it jammed packed. I heard about Montage MT and after trying it out, I absolutely enjoyed everything about it. I am sure it will too eventually get commercialized but until then, I will be coming every year to take advantage of it.

Great place to visit in the Winter and Summer months. The skiing suites skiers of all skill levels. Experts will be happy with the north face slopes, there's a great terrain park if that's your game and if you have little ones or are just starting out, their Learn to Ski School program is near perfection. Brian is amazing and keeps things running smooth. You can get your rental just a few feet away from where the lessons take place. And the instructors really teach and have unlimited patience. Which is really what's needed for first timers or kids just starting out. I can't say enough great things about Montage mountain. It's a perfect family friendly ski destination. And in the Summer the kids will have more than enough to do going down water slides and floating in the lazy river. We've been to Montage dozens of times and love the place! Check it out.

Nice resort for skiing and outdoor Waterpark for summer. We went with family and kids. My daughter enjoyed lazy river and some other slides, but my toddler always needed someone next to him all the time. If you are looking for outdoor Waterpark for summer, this place is probably better choice for the prices. I will probably stop by for skiing as well.

Me and my girlfriend went for the first time paid for our tickets online 20 each. Once we got there we waited in a long line for 2 hours and still didn’t make it inside so we left bcus the event was almost over. So we called to get ticket refunds we was denied that so I asked can we use them for next time bcus we never got to go inside and they denied that as well. I proceeded to ask what about the other 1,000 of people behind us they proceed to say nope nothing unless it’s something wrong on our end. It was something wrong they end they was over capacity and refused to tell those who waited in that line until the event was over. Never got our refund therefore I’m never spending money there again.

This is a really nice resort! From Slides in the summer to slopes in the winter. The place was packed but I love to see it. We did stop in at the lodge bar to grab some suds and unfortunately it was an hour wait. My only complaint would be they rented out half the bar and seating for a party reservation at the high point/peak of the day. No suds for us.

Love it here, you can ski right from the parking lot to a lift. This mountain is unique in that it has beginner/intermediate skiing on the top half of the mountain and all black diamonds on the bottom half. Also Monday to Wednesday you can get a lift ticket and rental for $40 if you get there before 1:00.

Went skiing for the first time here and it was amazing! Staff were friendly and accommodating for rescheduling due to an emergency. The first time ski lesson package was really great with the instructor (Les) helping us pick up the basics one step at a time and then skiing down the bunny slope. Despite the early spring they did a good effort to preserve the trails. If you're looking for an easy coast skiing spot, this is definitely one you should consider.

A really kewl place to enjoy outdoor snow sports as well as a great venue for all kinds of events.

Horrible Customer service. My best friends, and I booked this ski trip for our spring break. Before we even came we called the place to make sure there would be snow and we were assured. The morning of our reservation we received a call from this resort canceling our snow tubing due to the weather. It was 70 degrees and half of their slopes were closed. They had us on hold for 45 minutes just to give us a refund completely inconveniencing our morning. We had already been on the way. They also refused to give us a refund for snowboarding when half of their slopes were closed. We are all beginners and they expected us to go on the advance slopes putting us at jeopardy. Not to mention it was my best friend’s birthday and they completely ruined her day. Do not book with this resort. They are non accommodating and will take advantage of you and your money.

Visited Montage for the first time last week with my nephews school ski club. It was just under a 2 hour drive from the Harrisburg area, but well worth the trip for a great mountain at unbeatable prices. The ski club, group discount (without rentals) was $30. Unfortunately, we’ve had a lackluster winter so far, but the staff did everything possible to make sure snow was down in as many places as there could be. 5 trails total were open, with 2 lifts running, and it made the day enjoyable… obviously more trails and more lifts would’ve been better, but for the price it was still well worthwhile. Food and drinks in the on-site restaurant were excellent and well priced as well. Will be back, with hopes of colder weather!

Our youth event went fairly well with over 300+ in attendance, The only downside was not enough snowboarding equipment for our group...ran out really early...maybe managing rental time limits for equipment shortage kind of like the tubing time slots. Overall I love the place and the people working there! They do a pretty great job! Very family-friendly.

Wish I could give this place negative stars! Started work YESTERDAY!!!! And got fired today because I wasn’t learning “fast enough”after we were told yesterday that this job is a learning process and it takes a while to get the hang of”

This company ripped us off! They made an unauthorized charge in the amount of 900.00 to our card on file. We are very displeased with their fraudulent activity and plan on filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please don't use this company ever. They are highly unprofessional and won't hesitate to rip you off

As a print broker we order many thousands of envelopes every month and up til recent have been generally satisfied with NEE. On a recent order they could not hit close to the specified Pantone number, and even a rerun was not correct (in a whole other direction). They did credit the order quickly but wanted to walk away from getting it right so I sent the job to a competitor (who did it correctly, quickly). One other thing, NEE has never had online order database or invoicing, and they do not generally acknowledge even order receipt (you have to ask separately). Expect curt and sometimes incomplete answers to your questions. How much longer can a company survive like this? Just have a look at their competitor in south Tennessee to see how well done and useful such a database is (they have 95% of our work). I just suggest you can do better.

Well worth the visit. The kiddos can enjoy panning for gems or shells in the sluice out front before heading into the exhibit itself. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the place as well as the number and variety of the animals. The facility was clean and well maintained. Well definitely be back!

This place was a total gem. Tons to see and my entire family loved it. The touch tanks are great for kids. There are so many animals to see and observe. Everything about this place was top notch. Special kudos to the staff here. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. The keepers and educators were beyond fantastic. They took time with the kids to answer questions and explain things. This was a a really wonderful experience.

As long as you take your time and walk slow like I read in the comments here before I went. It is well worth it. But they bomb at the end when you HAVE to take the kids through the gifts hop to get out. That's where they empty your wallets. Everything is overpriced in the gifts hop but we still spend a good 200 in there plus the entry fee for the 5 of us.

I loved the experience definitely it's an amazing find, very unexpected to be so full of animal life, and activities since its inside a "mall"/shopping area. Prices where great, employees where nice and friendly. Definitely something to look forward to.

Bought tickets online we were able to save about $5 off each ticket. This aquarium is in a mall, which my family thought was unique. It's much larger inside than you would think. There is a large variety of animals, and all looked happy and well cared for. We would definitely return. If you park in the parking garage, they validate your ticket, so make sure you bring it with you!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

It's so nice to have an aquarium in our area. While it's a small aquarium, they have a great variety of fish, reptiles, amphibians, and some animals! It's a lot of fun walking around and seeing the different animals and the habitats that they put together for them. They also do a great job here with birthday parties du I recommend them for that as well!

Loved our afternoon visit to this aquarium! Small enough to walk at our leisure with lots of beautiful displays. And a lovely gift shop with the dearest man to help us check out.

Such a nice place and staff are super informative. It's not as big as some aquariums but for the price you get to see a lot. I took my children here and they got to pet the stingrays. They had so much fun

We really loved it! I have seen all kind of zoos all over the world, but this one was so lovely! All the animals looked so great and happy. I really walked there for hours. Everyone was so sweet!

We had a lot of fun here when we attended the after hours wine tasting event in the mall afterhours. There were numerous businesses giving wine free tastings and all the stores were closed. The only one that we were able to check out was the Aquarium and its gift shop. We had so much fun checking out all of the fish, but especially the turtles. They had some great exhibits and it's worth checking out.

Fantastic way to spend a rainy morning. There were tons of creatures to see, an excellent educational presentation, and the touch tanks were fabulous. No crowds, reasonably priced tickets, and great exhibits. We will definitely return!

I loved this place. They are right in the mallbut it's huge. It has ask the reptiles ama amphibians you can think of. They have hourly shows. It's great for kids and adults as well.

This is inside of a mall! I didn't know that, I'm from Lancaster and we love to travel to see different things. So just know that. The place is very well done, I was impressed. Lots to look at the touch tanks were a favorite with the kiddos. We spent about 2hours there with the kids, so I'd say it was a success.

This was a last minute trip but worth every penny. They have such a great selection of sea life, reptiles & mammals. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the education class with the touch & feel segment as they showcased the different species. The entire family had a blast! We would definitely return if we were in the area. Added bonus was the clean bathrooms!

We had such a good time here. I had mo idea it was so big! The exhibits were beautiful and clean, and there was so much to see. $45 dollars for 3 hours of entertainment is a great deal in my book. Highly recommended visiting no matter who you are. Everyone loves an aquarium!
