Very detail in history from the past and into the present. I also loved they have a wall of this African American family when they started working for the company and still going into today. And telling us that its spring water , corn , wheat and barley for the making of whiskey. It's so natural and fresh. (I think I'm right on the ingredients. ) It was amazing I really enjoyed it. I believe I will drink more of Jack Daniel's whiskey more now that I see how it's made they put love and care into the product and also to its employees from when it started to even now. God Bless Jack Daniel's in your company and employees keep doing what you doing. Thanks for honoring the employees and the Green family. The tour of the Jack Daniels distillery was the highlight of our Nashville vacation. It's a beautiful hour and a half drive through horse and cow farms, hills, dales and gorgeous country. Even though my husband is a Tennessee Squire and gets free tours, we chose to pay $35 each for the Angel's Share tour for the tasting. Everyone says their tour guide was the best, that a testament to Jack Daniels hiring process, because Bob, our tour guide, was the best. : ) . For $7, we also chose a JD slushy during the tour. Mine was Lemonade and JD and my husband had the regular JD and Coke slushy. Delicious! We thought we'd purchase some special bottles and ship them home only to find out it is illegal to do so. Heehee. Our only option was to pack it in our luggage but since we already had new cowboy boots : ) to pack, we had no room. Just as well, because the prices were almost triple than our prices back home in CT. We questioned why the prices were substantially higher and was explained about the dry county thing, prices reflect that. After our tour, we walked to the town where there is shops, restaurants, bakeries as well as a Harley Davidson store. Overall, wear comfortable shoes as you'll do some walking. Overall, you gotta do the tour if you're in Tennessee.

We had a wonderful time on our Angel’s Share tour! Our guide Morgan was incredible. He did not rush us, he was very informative and knowledgeable about everything Jack Daniel’s, had a great sense of humor and answered all of our questions. He was very thoughtful in discreetly asking us if one of the people in our party needed any additional assistance due to some mobility issues and the number of stairs throughout the tour. Definitely recommend this tour, even if you don’t drink like me.

Loved this tour. Price is great and worth the drive from Nashville. We aren’t drinkers but it was so neat to learn the history. Our tour guide was Sean D and he was great, funny, informational and full of interesting facts. Would definitely go again and ask for him. Thank you Sean D for making our time great!

Visiting the Jack Daniels Distillery was an all around amazing experience that I highly recommended for everyone; whiskey drinkers or not. This was the starting point for our tour, but there is a ton of interesting history to learn about here before the tour even starts. This visitor center is quite new and it is well laid out, meticulous clean, and staffed with friendly, helpful staff. The tour itself was phenomenal! Rich in history and detail. Our tour guide - and I wish I'd gotten her name because she was absolutely outstanding - was so knowledgeable and instantly had an answer to ever question asked; and there were a lot of questions. I unequivocally recommended a trip to Lynchburg if you are anywhere near the area. You will not be disappointed.

Made reservations in advanced estimating an arrival as we drove up from Georgia. We arrived earlier than expected, but they were able to move my reservation to an earlier time. I believe Anthony was out guide, and he was very knowledgeable and entertaining with the information. Highly recommend the Flight of Jack Tour, worth every bit of the 90 min tour.

It was my first time visit to any distillery. Great friendly stuff. We selected the angle tour and it was amazing. They showed us in detail how the worlds best whiskey is made. The secret water was the best cool place. So lucky we could see the water flow. Tasting area was also great setup. You get to take the tasting glasses home as souvenirs but their plastic glass. I wish the coster were strong material as the once they gave us were paper. They also showed us single barrel bottling area. Visited the gift store and overall great experience. Thanks for the tour.

My guided tour was Amazing being lead by a very talented and knowledgeable X Marine, Brian R was the BEST! I truly appreciate his dedication to his craft and the company he represents. He made the tour fun and interesting. A wealth of knowledge about the distillery business and process. I was also very fortunate to meet Ms Kathy at the Tenn Squires Asso who helped me reinstate my membership and shared information about the association and my future participation. So cool that being able to share my experience and being welcomed into the community from the 1980’s was such an honor for me. Thank you to all the amazing people who made my day full and rewarding.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience! I think it was chiefly due to our amazing guide Justin aka Juice! Even before our tour started and Justin knew we were part of his tour he had stopped to greet us. We were looking at the family tree of Nearest Green and Justin identified people he knew and some fun facts about them. Justin was so friendly, jovial, and informative. His wit, warmth, obvious experience were second only to his passion for what he did and where he did it. You should DEFINITELY put this on your list of things to do while in the area!

What an amazingly fun and informative tour! The sheer amount of knowledge our tour guide, Matt, has in his head was dazzling! I have no doubt that if I were to take another tour with the same man, I would still learn something new! The nearly 2 hour tour went by far too fast. We could've spent the entire day and still needed more time to take it all in. Truly, the only part of the tourbi would change would be the length of time spent... we would have loved to be able to spend more time with Matt and have been able to take more time at each stop of the tour. We will be back! And don't forget your whiskey trail poker chips as you get your map stamped.

Absolute worth every penny. The service was great. If you can buy your tour tickets online. I did see some people get tickets the day of. We did the dry county one but you can still buy a tasting ticket after for 15 bucks extra per person. Our tour guide Ms Kim was the best part of my whole trip! She was beyond amazing and sooo funny! The actual tour was superb! Can’t say enough great things! I walked out with many bottles that I bought after the tour!

This place is one of the best distillery tours I went on. We took the Angles share tour ( pre booking is recommended) and we had lots of fun. It was raining a bit and weather was perfect so we don’t get tired in sun. Our Tour guide Debbie was amazing and she explained us the history of Jack and distillery perfectly. There process of making whisky is almost similar to everyone else except a little bit of new process which I saw only at JD distillery, which was amazing. The tour starts with smelling the amazing slit whiskey and it smells heaven. Then Debbie explained us the history of Jack and how he started making whiskey. He had an interesting history and glad he succeeded in it. Overall the whole tour was amazing. We had a sample tasting at the end of tour and we got 5 samples to taste. They had different flavor profiles and tastes to it. It was fun to taste them and know the difference. There is a shop on-site where you can buy the bottles and customize couple of bottles. I wish they had accessories on-site to buy also. But they do have a hardware store that sells JD merchandises, they do close at 5pm though and we missed it. Overall this was an amazing experience.

Great tour. Our guide Michelle was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was a great tour explaining the history of Jack Daniel's and the distilling process. We also purchased the Angel's share tour. It was nice to have the tasting and explanation about the different varieties.

We did the Angels Share tour and it’s outstanding. I’ve been on maybe 10 different distillery tours and this is up there, it’s very well done. Tasting room is also incredible! Only downside and I’m not gonna knock them for it, is the bottle shop onsite is MINIMAL.

My visit to the Jack Daniel Distillery in Tennessee was made truly special by our enthusiastic tour guide, who proudly represented the distillery as a member of the second generation working there. Their passion and knowledge shone through during the entire tour, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, there was a downside that families with toddlers should be aware of. The tour does not allow strollers, which can make it challenging for parents with young children. I wouldn't recommend it for kids under 4 who still rely on strollers, as there is quite a bit of walking and stairs involved. Despite this drawback, the highlight of the visit was undoubtedly trying their signature Jack & Coke. It was nothing short of awesome and provided a perfect way to conclude the tour. The blend of Jack Daniel's whiskey with the classic cola was a delightful treat. In summary, the Jack Daniel Distillery offers an engaging and informative tour, led by passionate guides like ours. While it may not be the most toddler-friendly excursion due to the no-stroller policy, it's an excellent choice for adults looking to learn about the history of this iconic whiskey and enjoy a fantastic Jack & Coke along the way.

My experience was wonderful! We chose The Angel's Share Tour. Our tour guide was Anthony. He is probably the best guide in the distillery. He was super friendly, attentive and funny. At the end of the tour, I asked him for a photo, and he agreed to take one with me! We went in August and the tour started at 10:45 am sharp, we had a whiskey tasting and then we went shopping for souvenirs. We were in Lynchburg for almost 4 hours, it is a charming town. We would have stayed longer but we already had a tractor party booked. Go to this beautiful place, you will not regret it!

Angel's Share tour with Ashley (funny, informative, welcoming, answers any question asked!!!) was outstanding!!! Very informative for those who know a lot or just a little about the distilling process. The walk was great, just be ready for some stairs! The tour capped off with a tasting, which was very nice even for someone who gravitates to bourbon! The whole experience was awesome!

I along with my wife took the "Flight of Jack Daniel's tour" during labor day weekend last year and we have become fans of this place. I say this as a tee-totaler that this place should be a must visit on your list if you are ever visiting Nashville. Here is the summary of our visit there: -- Location: This place is about 3.5 hours from Atlanta and 1.5 hours from Nashville. The funny part is that the distillery is part of a dry county where drinking in not allowed *wink*wink* -- Tickets: While we did the flight of Jack Daniels tour which is 1.5 hours long, there are many others available which are both with and without wine tasting. We had 6 different wine tasting - only a sip of their finest world famous whiskey. Booking in advance is a must --- Tour: The tour was amazing as so was out tour guide. I forgot her name but she made sure to answer all the questions, explain the process with her wit and jokes all the time. --- Value for Money: An absolute banger of a money. We paid $30 for the tour and it was totally worth it. Since the visitor, I have become their unofficial promoter and I promote the place to all my friends. I cannot recommend this place enough for the tour, the vibe and the history of Jack Daniels :)

Fantastic tour! Juliet was our tour guide and she was very informative, funny and patient with us. Whiskey tasting was also outstanding. I learned I am not a single barrel enthusiast! The landscape was breathtaking as well…very well maintained. Even on a rainy day, this tour is worth it. Highly recommend visiting and take it the tour.

Came out for a group work trip and we all went on the tour. The tour was great and Anthony was an awesome guide. Altogether the tour with the tasting was just over an hour and a half long but we were also one of the last groups for the day. The walk was maybe a half mile and there were decent stairs, but nothing terrible. Majority of this tour is outside, so prepare accordingly.

We visited the distillery on 2/24/24. We did the Angel's Share Tour, our tour guide was Kyle. Kyle was a fantastic tour guide, he was funny, energetic, and knew so much great history about Jack Daniels. We were so surprised at how big this distillery is, the property is so beautiful! At the end of this tour, we got to sample five different types of Jack Daniels from the barrel. We'd recommend visiting this distillery to anyone!

Jack is my poison so I was excited to do this tour for my birthday. My tour was the Angel tour for 9:15 a.m on April 6th. My tour guide was Kim who is absolutely AMAZING!!! She made the tour fun, she has a very bubbly personality but not the annoying kind. Kim is funny, very informative and just all around great personality, she loves her job and you can tell. Our tour started off with a short bus ride where we got off to start the tour by foot, and get a slushie (if you purchase one, which I recommend you do). The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with a lot of photo opportunities as you can't take photos inside. Kim walked us through the history of Jack himself, how he started making the whiskey, who helped him and so much more. I love history so to hear how it all started and to see where it is today is absolutely amazing. At the end we did some taste testing. The taste testing was very interesting because as much as I like Jack I stick with what I know, so to taste the ones made of rye was new to my taste buds. After the tour we went inside to look at our picture that was taken before we went in and we were greeted by Jeff. Jeff helped us with purchasing our picture, and explained to me how the personalized branding for a bittle worked. I went and purchased my bottle of gentleman Jack, paid for it and went back to Jeff where he helped me finalize the branding portion. Jeff was very pleasant to chat with and very helpful when it came to all of my questions. I recommend this tour if you like history and love Jack. Take a tour with Kim, you're guaranteed to laugh and learn all at the same time. I'd definitely do this again.

The tour is amazing, really quick, really educational, some history, some how a long living brand starter and how it is surviving among all those years and being sold all over the world. And a business school model lesson . And Jed was AMAZING and fun to talk. Definitely a good experience.

Due to mobility issues and my husband in a motorized wheelchair, we had the modified tour which made sure there were no stairs involved. We were the only 2 people on the 1:35pm tour today and it was incredible. Our guide, Debbie, was the absolute nicest, most knowledgeable guide we have had and treated us with care and dignity. She really made our tour special. It is a very interesting tour and would highly recommend...

Head on down to the square and enjoy more of the Franklin/Jack Daniel’s vibe. The Hardware store staff are pleasant and helpful. They handle the steady flow of guests very well! Glad to have the chance to purchase a few souvenirs… they have a great selection, from cooking seasonings to front door mats, t-shirts to barrels. (The barrel shop is connected). Nice courtesy gifts too - free shot glass given when you show your tour ticket and make a $10 purchase, as well as the souvenir tin if making a $75 purchase.

Oh my gosh this place is awesome!!! We went on a dry distillery tour and it was so cool to hear about the history of it all. When it was all said and done we walked down and across the street back to the truck and asked the two guys guilding people to the shuttle and answering questions, and Barry told us to check out the Lynchburg Hardware & General Store cause that's the main Jack Daniel's store, so we did just that. There were two floors of products of every type like the golf section and the fire fighter area. There was so much merchandise it was just amazing. Everybody got their own shirt and all of them were something you could only get there. They were unique. We also got a military discount and shot glasses for every $10 bucks we spent. The store was clean and organized, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and we all got everything we wanted.

Visiting from Ohio and made several apparel purchases. Without going into specifics, we ran into a bit of an issue once we returned home. Talked with Crystal who helped us resolve the problem. Great, hassle-free customer service!! Southern hospitality at its finest. Would definitely shop here again.

My husband and I took the Flight of Jack tour today!!!! I would highly recommend this for everyone, whether you are a Jack Daniels fan or not. So informative. Our tour guide Lea did an amazing job ( it was his first)!!! The property is beautiful !! And of course the flight tasting was the icing cake!!!!

Great stop while you are in town. Has a lot of Jack Daniels items to buy. Prices are as expected. If you do a tour come here after and get a free shot glass with a $10 purchase. One per person. If your a Jack Daniels fan you will find something to buy if your not then you won’t. Simple as that. They have a shop that makes “stuff” out of the barrels. That was worth coming by to check out as if you need something for your bar at home this is the place to get something.

This is the gift shop for the Jack Daniel's distillery. If you're a big Jack fan, this is the place for you. The barrel shop is attached and there are lots of cool things to look at. I got a fridge magnet and some candied nuts.

It's an old hardware store that has ties to the distillery. It is now being used as the official gift shop of Jack Daniels. It's very spacious and has unique items and gifts for the Jack Daniel's lover. My favorite part of the store was the handmade crafts made from the old used barrels.

Whether you want a sweatshirt, t-shirt, dress shirt, barware, key chain, recipe book, post card, food items, you can find it here! You can even buy a used Jack Daniels whiskey barrel or half barrel here. Your ticket from the distillery tour is good for a free shot glass if you buy $10 of "stuff" - which is way too easy to do here!

Great little store for distillery... All kinds of stuff from shirts, coasters, hats , hoodies, variety of JD bottles of liquor.. loved the historical timeline for the story of JD .. would definitely go back when I have the chance

My friend and I stopped by here after our Jack Daniel's tour and wow did we love it. We live in Vegas, so we aren't used to small towns, therefore we were a little leery when driving up as it looks like a home. We were welcomed by such a friendly man who took us on a tour and told us all about what he makes. We had a great time and walked out with lots of deliciousness. The Whiskey Praline Pecans are our absolute favorite. We bought a bunch to bring home to our family and everyone loved them. That was three years ago and now I have it delivered to my house. There is nothing like it!

I met the owner Billy Thomas a few years back. A group of us were riding motorcycles and saw his sign so we stopped. What a wonderful decision! Billy gave us a tour, samples, and a great welcome. Each year some of my friends ride through and I tell them to stop in and see him. I know they will always be welcomed warmly!- Love the whiskey balls. Very tasty and affordable. I order them for Christmas gifts every year.

Stumbled on this gem while waiting for our Jack Daniels tour. We decided to try a wine tasting 😋 Not expensive at all, we got to try 5 wines for about $7. Totally worth it, I wasn't on planning on buying any wine, but after the tasting I was sold. The Lynchburg black was EXCELLENT 👌🏼, the Celebration was very tasty as well, but much to my surprise- the Moscato was my favorite, with the Ruby Red Slippers following close behind. Honestly some of the best wine I've ever tasted!. If you are ever in the area I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a taste test for yourself. I promise you will want to leave with a bottle, maybe two 😎. The staff was very friendly and informative, always nice to get a lesson on your drink 🍷

We could not have had a friendlier person to help us! We did the wine tasting and it was such a hard decision. We came home with 3 bottles. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer any question we asked. The place is so neat and clean. Can't wait to go back.

Typical winery experience, not an amazing or engaging tasting. Very simple pour description drink repeat. It was not very welcoming when walking up to the tasting counter or upon walking into the winery. Basically in the end I would sum it up as not worth the time if it’s out of the way. If you have a rainy day and need to do something this will fill the time. The wines have good flavors good quality but this place could be so much more and way better. I put this under been there done that don’t need to return but it wasn’t a negative experience.

Stopped in today, around 1145, want Ted to buy wins stood at counter for about 10 minutes no one even said hi to us... we left the wine on the counter and walked out... this used to be a nice place to buy select wines... very dissapointed today... 45 minute drive to your store... yeah gonna be a long hard thought to revisit again... I had the pleasure of visiting this beautiful business. I was greeted warmly and they answered my questions graciously. They make a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. Did a tasting and loved the Muscashine! Woo! They don't serve food but there are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. They will allow you to bring food and have your drinks there. Cool kinda loophole. They are located in a dry county. They can sell it because they make it on sight. Can you say juke joint? This place is a cut above a backyard barkeep type situation. Though if youre numbing your feelings with alcohol you may want to find another way to deal with your feelings. Play some music and kick back to relax. This place is pretty nice. The young lady behind the counter is very quiet. She had to find the answer to most of our questions. But other than that. This is a good place to go try wines. The wines are good, and prices are reasonable. If you are in the area, stop by.

I never thought that I would enjoy wine tastings. I am very new to drinking wine but I absolutely enjoy visiting wineries. We really enjoy Lynchburg Winery and it is conveniently located close to our home. We have become members of the wine club, and receive three bottles of wine each month. This winery is located on the square of Lynchburg Tennessee. The square and winery has a great atmosphere. The wine is awesome. We enjoy the sweet wines. We recommend Serendipity, Ruby Red Slippers, 12 and the Moscato.

Cute little store downtown! Every moon pie imaginable is for sale here, as well as some pretty unique sodas. I didn’t try the pickle soda! Lots of cool items like coffee mugs and funny bumper stickers too. Even on a Sunday this place was busy. The sign asking people not to eat the pies until they paid for them was hilarious, but probably happens I guess!

Anybody who grew up on moon pies and RC Cola needs to make sure they check out this cute whimsical store. Lots of moonpie favors to choose from and souvenirs. Recommend this place highly. We really enjoyed the first class service we got from the staff there.

What a fun and neat little store! Has old school candy as well as any moonpie flavor you could possibly imagine. Collectibles and toys. Kids will love it. Definitely worth the stop to check it out if your in the Lynchburg area. But go during the day! The whole town closest up shop no later then 5pm-6pm. Definitely a day trip!

It's Moon Pie haven in Lynchburg! Stopped here on the way back from visiting family on the Thanksgiving holidays! Along with the traditional moon pie flavors like vanilla and chocolate, this store has rarely found flavors like strawberry, banana, mint, pumpkin, and salty caramel. Buy them in various sizes and containers such as designer tins or mix and match a dozen. T-shirts, candles, and other kitchy things are available.

I was visiting the Jack Daniels distillery and walked over to town and saw this old jail. There is quite a bit of history in this building and the gentleman working the day I visited, his name is Ernie, was very knowledgeable. The tour is by donation and I don’t think you can book in advance. There is a lot to see not just in the jail but artifacts and memorabilia from the town. Ernie will tell you stories of sheriffs from the past and possible ghost sightings. If you’re visiting Lynchburg and walking around the town stop in and check it out.

Very historic and interesting free tour. Self guided, with a volunteer greeting you on entrance. Currently (01/2024) if you donate $5 or more, the give you a nice JD shot glass. A $15 donation gets you a nice bag of literature and other goodies, and since the museum relies on donations for funding, it is a good cause. If you are lucky, you may meet Randall Fanning, a fixture at Jack Daniels for over 40 years, and a wealth of stories and local information. There have been births in the jail, as well as deaths over the years, and some say the old jail is haunted! Many great displays and wall hangings to keep your attention. Free parking nearby, and the first floor is wheelchair friendly, but I am not sure you can get to the second floor.

We found this lil gem today while in Lynchburg. Admission is CASH donations ONLY. Very informative gentleman there today. Be sure and check it out.

Hours are not correct, we drove just to come here, we are currently standing outside with 3 other groups of people and we ended up calling the city hall and they said they have no contact with muesem nor do they know when the muesem opens and closes as they come and go as they please.

This isn't a big attraction, by any means, but there is an awful lot of history crammed into its small footprint! The main draw is the "Jesse James" carving in the upstairs wall, but don't miss out on a scramble through the rest of the rooms. The caretakers on hand during my visit were both friendly and knowledgable. Definitely worth a few minutes of your time and the $1 suggested entry "fee" donation.

We had an amazing experience! Amber had exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge. The tastings were delicious, so much so that we came home with some MuscaShine and Lemonade. The icing on the cake was the Smoky Old Fashioned.(photo attached) Do you ship to US addresses. We definitely be back.

We found this distillery on our visit yesterday and it did not disappoint. The lady working was welcoming and knowledgeable of their product. Our favorite was the Apple Pie Moonshine. This place has a friendly warm vibe. Definitely recommend stopping in for a tasting or cocktail.

This place is ok. Tasting is size pretty good and a good price. Most of the liqours tast like rubbing alcohol. The prices on the bottles are outrageous. The ladies at the bar have zero sales skill and are very quiet.

Great drinks! Awesome bartenders. The girl checking IDs at the door, Alyssa not sooo much. We were making jokes about age and I said definitely check my ID, I might be under age.(I’m visably 41) she rolled her eyes and said yeah ok. I said dang you know how to make a girl feel good. Her response, “It’s not my job to make you feel good. I don’t get paid to make you feel good. I’m here to do my job!” Ummmm, you’re in hospitality. Yes it’s your job to make people feel welcomed. You failed!

Wow what a nice little surprise! Walking around the town after the JD tour and we stumble upon a nice little winery, then BAM! A cool little distillery right next door!!! The cocktails were delicious and the bartender was super nice. My favorite was the Whiskey, bought a bottle of that to take back to Texas. What a find!

Took a recent trip and stayed in Lynchburg. Wanted to go to the Jack Daniels distillery, and called ahead of time to see their schedule over the holidays. they changed their schedule at the last minute and I wasn’t able to visit. But this distillery was open and I tried it. obviously, much smaller and just more of a show room and tasting center than actually being able to see the entire process. However, that being said, the staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly. The products were amazing. And sometimes I find it better just going to a smaller more intimate venue. Products were high-quality. I didn’t end up going with a whiskey, ended up, going with a barrel, aged rum. But very nice and complex flavors. All in all, a great experience.

They have options for whiskey or moonshine tasting. The bartender was knowledgeable with the types of alcohol that was part of the tastings. She was very friendly and easy going.

Head on down to the square and enjoy more of the Franklin/Jack Daniel’s vibe. The Hardware store staff are pleasant and helpful. They handle the steady flow of guests very well! Glad to have the chance to purchase a few souvenirs… they have a great selection, from cooking seasonings to front door mats, t-shirts to barrels. (The barrel shop is connected). Nice courtesy gifts too - free shot glass given when you show your tour ticket and make a $10 purchase, as well as the souvenir tin if making a $75 purchase.

Oh my gosh this place is awesome!!! We went on a dry distillery tour and it was so cool to hear about the history of it all. When it was all said and done we walked down and across the street back to the truck and asked the two guys guilding people to the shuttle and answering questions, and Barry told us to check out the Lynchburg Hardware & General Store cause that's the main Jack Daniel's store, so we did just that. There were two floors of products of every type like the golf section and the fire fighter area. There was so much merchandise it was just amazing. Everybody got their own shirt and all of them were something you could only get there. They were unique. We also got a military discount and shot glasses for every $10 bucks we spent. The store was clean and organized, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and we all got everything we wanted.

Visiting from Ohio and made several apparel purchases. Without going into specifics, we ran into a bit of an issue once we returned home. Talked with Crystal who helped us resolve the problem. Great, hassle-free customer service!! Southern hospitality at its finest. Would definitely shop here again.

What a neat place to buy anything Jack Daniels. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Make sure you do the Jack Daniels tour and tasting. We highly recommend

My husband and I took the Flight of Jack tour today!!!! I would highly recommend this for everyone, whether you are a Jack Daniels fan or not. So informative. Our tour guide Lea did an amazing job ( it was his first)!!! The property is beautiful !! And of course the flight tasting was the icing cake!!!!

Great stop while you are in town. Has a lot of Jack Daniels items to buy. Prices are as expected. If you do a tour come here after and get a free shot glass with a $10 purchase. One per person. If your a Jack Daniels fan you will find something to buy if your not then you won’t. Simple as that. They have a shop that makes “stuff” out of the barrels. That was worth coming by to check out as if you need something for your bar at home this is the place to get something.

This store has some of the nicest and friendliest staff of any store I’ve ever visited. 2 floors of nice Nash shirts, shot glasses, and other cool souvenirs.

This is the gift shop for the Jack Daniel's distillery. If you're a big Jack fan, this is the place for you. The barrel shop is attached and there are lots of cool things to look at. I got a fridge magnet and some candied nuts.

It's an old hardware store that has ties to the distillery. It is now being used as the official gift shop of Jack Daniels. It's very spacious and has unique items and gifts for the Jack Daniel's lover. My favorite part of the store was the handmade crafts made from the old used barrels.

The best selection of Jack Daniels merchandise and souvenirs on the town square! Whether you want a sweatshirt, t-shirt, dress shirt, barware, key chain, recipe book, post card, food items, you can find it here! You can even buy a used Jack Daniels whiskey barrel or half barrel here. Your ticket from the distillery tour is good for a free shot glass if you buy $10 of "stuff" - which is way too easy to do here!

Great little store for distillery... All kinds of stuff from shirts, coasters, hats , hoodies, variety of JD bottles of liquor.. loved the historical timeline for the story of JD .. would definitely go back when I have the chance

It was a pretty neat thing to do. We did the flight tour. The shops down the street we're fun to walk through. Can be done in one day if your just passing through.

Very cool place to visit, especially after doing the Jack Daniels tour.

Stopped in before and after trip to JD distillery. Lady behind the till was really nice made you feel special. Only gave the low rating as she said “since I came back to the store and bought more products I would receive a 25% discount”. This was a lovely bonus but in fact it was a ploy to perhaps make you feel good and/or purchase more, which I thought about doing. However, after doing the math I realized she never gave me any such discount. Hence the low rating… don’t fall for the ploy like I did. Yep I am a fool for the sweet talker🤦‍♀️

The staff was over the top friendly and great. We ended up trying different spices and purchasing several of them. We would love to visit here again.

Wonderful place and the sales women were great. If you can find all the rare bottles of JD and a host of neat and useful items. I bought the Before and After charcoal mellowing sample pack. I never knew it even existed and am eager to try it.

If you want to see a lot of cool old vintage Jack daniels bottles this place is great. Had tons of glassware souvenirs and lots of bbq/ seasonings as well. One of the best t shirt selections in town if that’s what you’re after but it’s really just cool to see all the vintage bottles. There are two gold Jack Daniels statues to take photos with too just dont stand on the base!

This store carries such hateful products. A t-shirt prominently displayed wants people run over by a car. I was disappointed by this store.

Stopped in while on vacation , bought a few things , the lady inside was friendly and helpful Jack sits outside all by himself , no he would not let out any information on the ingredients, but I think he was just happy someone sit beside him 😆 😄

Every time when I’m in JD area, I have to visit and say hello to wonderful Ladies’s behind counter! Great place to see, but many vintage and current JD released bottles and souvenirs. See you next time!
