This was amazing! The gift store was clean. You have to walk through it to go to the falls. There's a beautiful sitting area as you walk out back. .it's wheelchair accessible. It's starts out paved then goes to small gravel. The creek running along the path is beautiful. Lots of picture opportunities. Maybe a tenth of a mile to falls. It opens up to a breathtaking view. It was magnificent. Absolutely stunning! I recommend!

Great place. The gate was open and we just rode to the falls gift store. About a dozen people already there waiting for them to open. $4.00 for me and my better half. That's really cheap. They have clean restrooms down the hall as you enter. Gift shop is to the left, where you purchase tickets. Short, level walk. Mostly gravel. Couple of benches to relax and enjoy the fall. Really high and plenty of water when we went. Mid November. Pet friendly, on leash. One man was letting his dog swim in the pond at the parking lot.

The falls are a bit of a hidden gem! We found the small waterfall and the original power plant, but couldn't find the larger falls. We were about to give up and then someone told us to go into the building to the right of the power plant. We had tried to go into the nature center, but it was closed, and there is a paved road marked no trespassing. You have to go into the building on the right, there is a gift shop there and they charge $2 per person to go through to see the falls. It's well worth it, an amazing experience. The store was being run by some of the college students while we were there and they were very friendly, we found some great souvenirs.

I will give this place 5. Well maintained short trail to the falls. Small entrance fee of 2 dollars and pay in the gift shop. Lots of souveniers to choose from. Check the opening hours so you will not waste your time driving. Not crowded today and able to take good pictures.

Beautiful waterfall located on the campus. Entry is through the visitor center and there is a 2 $ fee per adult and 1$for children. The waterfall is a short walk from the welcome center. It is very beautiful. Big parking lot. Access to the waterfall is closed at 4 pm.

Beautiful fall which is easy to reach. The falls are big and pretty. Swimming is not allowed here, but you can get closer to water and relax on the rocks closer to the water stream. There is an entry ticket required for visiting the falls, which is nominal and can be purchased from the entry store. The store offers many souvenirs.

The falls are stunning, but you have to enter through a college campus gift shop, pay $2 per person, and walk about 50 yards down a gravel sidewalk to see them. It's crowded, so an unobstructed view of the falls is unlikely. Joni Mitchell's song, Big Yellow Taxi, was playing in my head the whole time. "They took all the trees and put 'em in a tree museum, And they charged the people a dollar and a half to see 'em, Don't it always seem to go that you don't know what you got 'til it's gone, They paved paradise and put up a parking lot"

It's $2/person to view the falls, and I'd say it's worth it! The waterfall is beautiful and walking up there is easy peasy! Hope you enjoy the pictures I took 😊

The falls are beautiful. Parking right in front after a 1/2 mile drive through campus. There is a $2 per person admission fee, so the facility has to be open to visit. Pea gravel walkway. Well maintained. Less than 1/4 mile walk.

This waterfall is absolutely beautiful and definitely worth the stop. We were on the way home and decided to stop by. It is on the Toccoa Falls college campus. You can park at the visitor center and pay in the gift shop. It was only 6.00 for the 5 of us. Our youngest was free. There are lots of awesome items in the gift shop as well. They also have restrooms you can use while you’re there. The college campus is beautiful as well.

This waterfall is absolutely amazing! There is a fee to see the waterfall, but it's only $2 per person. You walk through the gift shop to find a path that leads you to the waterfall. The path is probably less than a 5 minute walk to the falls. The view is breathtaking & and there are plenty of spots to take pictures. We went on a Sunday, & the gift shop closed at 4pm, so we weren't able to stay long. So, check the gift shop hours before planning your trip.

Beautiful waterfall on well-maintained grounds. Since the falls are located on the grounds of a small Christian college, there's not graffiti all over or anything like you see at a lot of hiking destinations. It's a very short walk from the gift shop, where you will enter and exit and they charge $2 admission to go up the falls. Plenty to learn on the path, in the gift shop, and around the parking lot about the falls, the school, the area, and its history. I recommend stopping if you're in the area!

This place was an awesome surprise find. Very beautiful with great photo opportunities. The atmosphere of the whole area is great and the shop/visitor center just made me feel happy inside. Very clean bathroom on top of it all.

Pictures do not give you the whole experience. The feeling you get sitting at the base of this majestic Waterfall is awe-inspiring to say the least! Highly recommend.

Falls are amazing. Love the local art from over the years displayed in Welcome Center. It was my first time going and was not too easy to find especially since we arrived before they opened on the weekend. Downside is you cannot visit the falls without going through the welcome center and paying the fee. I don't mind the fee, but there should be a Dropbox or honor system for early hours.

Very beautiful water fall. It was extremely easy to get to. It's located on a college campus. They do charge 2 dollars per person but it's worth it. It's one of our new favorites in this area.

Astonishing amount of fascinating history and amazing artifacts in a smaller museum.. very impressive and I look forward to returning!

We were so glad we did this stop along our road trip, it was so well done and definitely a must see. The kids enjoyed seeing all the artifacts and learning the history as well.

It is a relatively small museum, mainly local history. The original (non-military) museum is still there, housed in the train station. Plan about 30-45 minutes for a visit. Worth seeing if you’re in the area, but don’t make a special trip. The town of Toccoa has gained renewed interest thanks to the popular HBO series “Band of Brothers”. Around 2010, after enough money was raised, an addition to the older museum was built… which houses the “military museum“. This new section showcases how the area around Toccoa became known during WW2 for it’s Army paratrooper training base.

My son was born on June 6 so I took him to this museum because it's Exhibits are focused around world war 2 but primarily D-day and what happened. It it also has a complete historical barracks that was used during World War II that they converted a horse stable into. Then took it apart piece by piece and flew it back over here and reassemble it. So it's a really great museum. We had a really good time wasn't rushed but was there probably from opening to almost closing if you have a chance to go.

Honoring the men who sacrificed so much for our freedom, the Curahee Military Museum is worth a visit. If you've watched the Band of Brothers series, you need to see this museum. You'll recognize faces and names from the series as you browse the displays in the museum. The museum has distinct sections that give history of the local area, including info about the Civil War, Cherokee, local industry, local celebrities and more. The last section is the Military Museum. There's lots to see and read, including a large wooden stable relocated from England. Some of the men who trained at Camp Toccoa spent time in this stable when they were waiting to be deployed during the war. We went on a Friday morning and were the only people in the museum the entire time. It must be more crowded on the weekends. The parking lot is large enough for a good sized crowd. If you are a WWII history buff, you'll want to make a visit.

Went with my veteran BF and we had a wonderful experience. So much history and knowledge in such a small place. They have big expansion plans and you can see how much work they have put into it already. Highly recommend going if you or anyone you love has served.

Wonderful Museum. We had a wonderful time there. We were able to take our time walking through and enjoy all of the items on display. Thank you for your work there and for keeping our history alive and caring for it!

Really really interesting, if you're into history. There were guns, stables used in war reassembled in GA, a lot of WW2 memorabilia, among other intriguing things. Would be interesting for kids to see and learn from. I personally would definitely recommend!

Great little museum. Some items are unlabeled but it's still worth a visit. Especially if you're a fan of the HBO series Band Of Brothers. In addition to the WWII items there are other historical items both military and otherwise.

What a great day! We stopped by for one drink and wound up staying for hours. We decided to go with the taste of 6 wines and everyone one was delicious. Took a few bottles to go. They had a great musician playing. The day was even better by the cool people running the place. Met a great team of people along with the owner: Shout out to Marvin, Brandy, Rusty, and Charlie. Had a nice duo band playing, owner made himself available to all customers and was very plesant. The vineyards are nice and visible, and you can see they were harvesting grapes. The Pinot, Ms Lilly, and red wine Destiny are great tasting and are good wines. A must visit when touring wineries in NW GA. Good price $$

Stopped by this winery on the way up to Helen for Oktoberfest and what a true gem. We were there on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very crowded, enjoyed a tasting with Brandi, the host. Excellent wines, great stories behind all of them, not a single one disappointed. Truly recommend!

Excellent. The owner is very warm hearted and friendly. He has set the winery up for success. Beautiful mountain view with an assortment of wines from sweet white to reds. Tasting is available or purchase of a bottle. The price is reasonable and on select days live entertainment. Currahee Winery is a relaxing environment for all to enjoy.

My wife and I with my brother stopped in at Currahee Vineyard and had a great time. They have a great selection of wines. We bought a bottle of Golden Harvest that had sweet notes of muscadine grape! It was excellent. They have live music on the weekends and it was a stunning day for a magnificent view of Mount Currahee!! It is worth checking out if you are in the Toccoa area or are on vacation to the area!

Absolutely love this place! Come visit every year from Michigan. Danny makes the place with his personality and knowledge of the wines/grapes. If you are ANYWHERE in the area, stopping by here is a must.

My sisters and I visited Currahee Winery recently and had the most fabulous time! The wine tasted great and was reasonably priced. We drank, ate food we were allowed to bring with us and we chilled with some friendly people, while listening to some amazing live music. It was a vibe!!

A very enjoyable stop for anyone out exploring North Georgia. On the Saturday afternoon when we stopped by, there was live music, and the late October weather was gorgeous. It's a small, very homey atmosphere, but there is plenty of outdoor seating as well. The wines were (mostly) great. There were a few misses, but most that we tried in our tasting were fantastic. Of the more dry wines, I recommend the Hummingbird, and of the sweet wines, our favorite was the Ole Blue. It wasn't overly-sweet like the wines you get in Gatlinburg or anything, it was just pleasant and fruit-forward. We bought a bottle to share with our friends the following weekend. Would certainly return here should we find ourselves in the area.

We were lucky enough to get a tasting curated by the owner! Best winery in the area. Great wines, live music and fun atmosphere. They have wine slushes, too. Don’t forget to take home a souvenir glass for yourself. Loved the Sunrise and Sunrise the Ole Blue, but really everything we tasted was great.

We loved this winery! Charles, the winemaker, was so amazing and informative. They have a lot of sweet wine options which I love. We enjoyed the live music, sunshine and the stunning views! Don’t miss this gem!

This winery has made a name for itself, but is still in its early stages. By that, I mean it is literally in someone's backyard. The tasting is currently performed in what used to be the garage of the home. The wines are in many more tasting rooms in the region now and have really begun to expand and become more well-known. The plan is already in motion to build a true wine tasting room on the property. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quite helpful. You have a choice of tastings. You may also have a glass or bottle of wine or a wine slushie. Now, I have had several wine slushies at other wineries, and none of them were as good as what I had here. The only grapes grown on the property are muscadine grapes. They do, however, offer quite a nice variety of wines, sure to please most palates. Everyone has their favorite from sweeter reds or whites to drier wines or dessert wines. They have them all. It is definitely worth stopping by. I would recommend waiting for the hot weather to cool down some since you will be sitting outside. There is no food here, but you are welcome to bring your picnic basket, crock pot or Hibachi grill with you. They do offer live entertainment from 2 to 5 so that is also a plus.

If you like cars, this place is absolutely a go , I spent 2 hours there and could stay a lot longer. It's a good thing there is an antique store right at the corner. It's good for wives ,there is a lot to see and read

I first went to their previous location, not knowing they had moved. I then went to the new location and was pleasantly surprised. They had a much larger space and more cars than when I had visited the old spot several years ago. Nice collection. Only $10 admission fee. Well worth seeing.

What a welcomed surprise. It was much better than I expected. Some very great displays, variety, and some wonderful cars. Some very high end and one of a kind types. Well worth the price of admission.

Great place to visit the museum was amazing so many old cars. I’ve been to other car museums but this one has one of the Best collections I've ever seen. Also the antiques shop with it is very cool so many cool things for sale there.

Such a cool museum! Definitely worth going to, very reasonable! There’s an antique store attached where I found a great pair of hiking boots almost brand new. There’s also an eatery attached to the front as well. They are getting in different cars in January, so we will definitely be taking our son back.

I'm a classic car fanatic. This place has the best of both worlds. You get to shop for antiques! When your done you can move to the other side where the classics are housed. It was well worth 10.00 per person. The people are super nice and the place was just awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves antiques.

Awesome museum! It has a great layout, friendly staff, and some incredible cars. The home of some of the best cannonball cars out there! If you are in the area (or even if you’re not) it is well worth the trip there!

Came to the Miles Through Time museum because I love vintage cars and my son loves looking at them as well. They had a nice, large collection of vehicles from all time periods in a large setting. I was probably more blown away by the amount of model cars they had in the collection. Tons of fun and my son enjoyed seeing all the model cars, train models and vintage cars.

Great collection of some unique autos - some are opened by the curators, others are “stored” there. Great walk through time

Such a great spot with live music and shows. Definitely take your time through the antique store as well.

We stopped in to check out all of the cars but had no idea that they'd have so many. They had more than 90 cars there the day we went. All makes and models. We really enjoyed our time here and would come back as most of the cars do not belong to the museum so they get changed out periodically so different ones can come in.

This is my favorite park and place in Toccoa Georgia it is absolutely beautiful and well groomed I spend alot of time hear thinking and just being me the water fountain/wishing well with the statue of Paul Anderson is well built and well maintained it's good for adults to relax and for children if they are content with no play structures I highly recommend this park if you're looking to just relax and enjoy a awesome view.

I go here often by far one of my favorite places in Toccoa Georgia beautiful scenery beautiful gardening and absolutely gorgeous waterfall and statue of Paul Anderson it's peaceful quiet just a great place to be!!!

Nice little park that honors the Toccoa born Olympic gold medalist in the dead lift.

I visited this park on a cloudy day. This is not the place for walking more than a mile. It offers seating, trash receptacles, pick nic tables and beautiful landscaping. It does not have grills for cooking so bring your own food. At would be nice to know all the places for parking. I noticed two spaces available around the park and some on the street.

Quiet, beautiful little park to relax and mediate. I like it because it doesn't draw kids. :)

What a great little piece of history here in North Georgia. There is so much to see and learn. The building itself is a lesson in 1800's architecture. Did you know you can tell the age of a structure by the type of nails used to construct it ? And the evolution of "modern" conveniences! Gas lamps, spinning wheels, and rope beds just to name a few. And our tour guide, Mr. Billy Hawkins, had a large amount of information to share with us.

This was an unexpected historical site. We saw the sign for the place a few weeks back and decided to go back and check it out. In it's day this was a well to do inn for travelers on the stage coach road connecting Georgia and Tennessee. The old inn is beautiful and a lot of historical facts. The first woman to vote in the state of Georgia, and only woman to vote in the state period, was the daughter of the owner of this inn. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me some facts about the house and then let me walk through alone. It does cost to go through-$5.50 per person. It is only open on weekends, Sat. And Sun only til 5pm. If you like history and historical architecture, stop here

If you’d enjoy historic sites, this is a wonderful place to visit. Even if your not a huge history buff, the grounds are beautiful and we learned a lot on our visit.

We visited this while visiting waterfalls close by. The gentleman that was there was very friendly and full of knowledge. We really enjoyed his insights and company while we were there. Wish I could remember his name. Very interesting place to visit if you like history. My wife took most of the photos so I only had one to post.

Beautiful historic site. Loved that basically the entire main house could be viewed. Nice introductory video gives you some clues on what to look for as you complete your tour. Guide was helpful and checked in periodically but let you explore on your own. Basement kitchen was really neat. Look for the short doorways! Plan on spending about an hour and a half if you like reading the plaques and signs.

A small but very interesting 1800s historic stage coach inn just off of US-123 near the GA/SC line. It's not a place to drive a long way just to see, but if you're in the area it's very much worth stopping to see. Take note that it's only open on weekends.

One of those places you'll never forget. The tour guide was a really nice man very informative. I really enjoyed this home .The room that had a fireplace with hidden drawers was my favorite. House is amazing , built in 1815 to 1835 still great condition. So glad we got to see this home.

If you're into history and touring old houses, you must check it out! This place was so cool and so interesting. You can tour all of the rooms, and they are all furnished and have original things in them. There's a small gift area, the charge to get in was not bad. I think we paid $5 for adults, $3 for one child and $1 for my 5 year old.

The location was easy to find. Parking was quick. The inside front is very small and cramped. The bathrooms are horrible because the doors just swing open like a western movie. Little to no privacy. Our show was from 2-4pm but it didn't open til 2pm and took an hour n a half for the show to even start. Show was great but definitely need to let ppl get seated earlier to get the most out of money spent.

Beautiful historic theatre. Came for a show and was tickled to read up on the history. Nicely maintained, restrooms clean, plenty of parking, and within walking distance of a few restaurants. Would love to visit again.

Went to the Buck Wild Comedy show there March 11. We had our tickets in advance and many were in line trying to get tickets but the lines were fast moving. The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. Alcohol priced fairly inexpensive compared to other venues I've been to. Really enjoyed it and will definitely visit again.

Had such a wonderful time at the Ritz last night. Such a pleasure to see Joe Granston and friends, singing Sinatra songs. The historic Ritz Theater in Toccoa it's such a beautiful small theater that has been recently renovated. I will most definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The last time I was in the Ritz was in the 1960’s. I saw the best show of my life there last night “Perry sings Frank Sinatra”. The acoustics were excellent and Perry D’Andrea blew me away with his singing. Close your eyes and you had no idea it wasn’t Frank actually singing.

Saw The BuckWild Tour there. As an historical building, it's nice. As a small Theatre, is nice. It just needs larger restrooms and concession area. Those old seats are surprisingly comfortable.

Always good entertainment going on. Tattoo You,a Rolling Stones Tribute band,really put on a great professional show on Jan 12th for 2 straight hours.Great musicians dedicated to their craft.

I love this store! Especially the booth in the basement A9! She has the best mix of things. You should really check it out. In the basement in the corner with all the Christmas lights and pretty antique glassware. She also has a lot of vintage toys and Tupperware. Collectors items and antique quilts and pyrex. Something for everyone.

Great antique store. Lot's of great vendors. The owner Bryan and front end help David are fantastic and will go out of their way to make your trip worth the time. They are extremely friendly and easy to deal with. A must stop place while you are in Toccoa. Something for everyone! And be sure to grab a bite to eat at the X-Factor restaurant when you stop by! Lots of old bottles and glass insulators, which I collect. Probably the most I've ever seen in an antique mall ever in my life!

LARGE shop,,great variety,and very reasonable prices...there is also a seat down deli inside....I've done 1st and 2nd floor but I've nevemade it to the basement.next trip I'm gonna...

This is, in my opinion, the very best antique store in Northeast Georgia. With a great selection of real antiques at very fair prices, Cornerstone is a must-stop destination in beautiful downtown Toccoa!

Great place to shop for antiques, collectibles, furniture, or just anything. The store is packed with fun things to look at and buy.

As many others have said, there is a LOT of stuff here. I enjoyed walking around the mall a couple of times, while in town. I found things to buy both times I was there. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful. This is one more place on my list of spots to which I will go whenever in Toccoa.

3 floors of individual booths selling crafts, antiques, collectibles, and gently used items. Make sure you have plenty of time to browse. When you're done, or you need a break, there is a restaurant attached, and the food is good!

Pretty "unwelcoming" for a Welcome Center. We stopped here during a housing search in the area to gather info, charge our EV, and eat lunch. EV chargers didn't work - staff inside had no knowledge about them, nor who to call. After eating lunch in car, went inside and looked at brochures, asked questions. No one greeted us, or offered to provide information when we said we what our purpose was. They finally coughed up a map when we asked, but said "we don't like to give these out, they're expensive". They did offer to sell us a DVD of one of the B movies shot in the area. Edit - we visited on a Monday. Staff, not volunteers, were working there. And we told them about the chargers.

Such great folks serving this beautiful community. Hoping I’ll be a resident here soon.

Beautiful but not high enough to jump off but I hear there is a good one in West Virginia in Appalachia. Have a nice flight.

We had a great overall experience, although I do have 1 complaint to share for those who may use the "pay per hour" option for bowling. We arrived and paid for an hour. We figured the hour would start once we activated the bowling lane, it didn't. While I was buying some drinks and we were picking out our bowling balls and shoes, the time was ticking away on our bowling. When we finally got to the keyboard and activated our lane we had 45 minutes left to bowl. When I asked the front counter about it, they offered to give us another 20 minutes for $8. So I paid the extra $8 (should have been comped in my opinion). If we would have known that time was counted against us, we would have paid per game and played 2 games. We had 2 adults and 2 kids. We only were able to bowl a game and a half. I understand policies, but that should be stated when checking in at the front desk so we can plan accordingly. We would have done things differently for sure. On a positive note, the bowling was fun, and we shot some pool as well. The staff was nice about everything, just could have done a little more to help out a first time guest to their facility.

Even though this is a small hole in the wall, we enjoy going with the kids when we don't have time or feel like going out of town. The staff has been friendly the few times we have went bowling here. I'm wanting to say they are a little more expensive than the larger bowling alleys, but cannot say for sure as it has been a little while. Overall, I think it's a good place to go, just don't expect anything too fancy. Also, my kids said not to play the air hockey. Evidently it's not working properly...

Some of our church went to Toccoa Bowling Alley and had the best experience! They were so patient, with such great hospitality, and everything went so smoothly! It is a clean place, with friendly kind workers! I Highly recommend it and will definitely be going again!

Had my one year old’s and three year old’s birthday party here. Was told by the man (I assumed he was the owner) that he wasn’t going to charge me full price bc my children were so young and unable to bowl. The day of the party came and the women working were extremely rude to me and everyone at the party. One asked if I was going to pay for the party before it even started, I stated I did she said no you didn’t you paid the deposit.. the man I booked the party with told me he put the receipt under the register to show them it was already paid in full. The woman then went to my husband and was extremely rude saying we still owed $70, which he paid without me knowing. I was also told I could set up for the party an hour before it started. I asked which outlet I could use to blow up balloons & the boy working the register told me to use the one in the front. When I went to tie the balloons and come back the same woman started yelling at me saying I couldn’t blow balloons up there and that she moved my air pump. When I went to finish blowing up the balloons, my pump was broken. She should have NEVER touched my things before mentioning it to me that she didn’t want me blowing balloons up right there. I wasted money on balloons that I wasn’t able to blow up bc she broke my pump. One of MANY rude instances of the day. When the party started they all stood at the counter staring and pointing towards everyone the entire party making it extremely uncomfortable for everyone. When it came time for the pizza, (we were told we HAD to buy pizza there and we couldn’t bring in our own food when the ppl on the other side had about 5 boxes of little ceasers), The pizza they sent over for children was cut into slices the size of my hand, when asked to please cut the pizza again the girl rolled her eyes and walked off after saying “I already cut it.” We had to go back over there three times to finally get her to come over and cut the pizza the way we were told it’d be cut when it came out. Not to mention the pizza was under cooked and nasty. I didn’t know it at the time but my husband was paying even more money for the pizza which should of been included in the party package they charged us for.. no drinks included when it states online drinks & pizza are included. Also we got charged for another hour after they sent the rude pizza girl over to tell us if we were planning on staying we needed to pay for another hour.. we still had 30 mins left!! The party they charged my husband for states two hours are included. We didn’t even bowl the last hour, we left. I’m not one to leave reviews but their attitudes were completely uncalled for. Shame on them. I will never ever go back here and neither will any of the people that joined us at the party. Extremely disappointing. False advertisement. Please have your kids birthdays elsewhere

I rented 2 lanes & party room for 2 hours for Afforable price. Had some trouble with one of lanes so they gave us extra hour. Party was great. Tv’s, family oriented, great staff working very hard to keep lanes working properly. Food was great, clean & my son kept saying how much fun he had. BIG HIT!!! Thanks for being a part of our special day. Everyone go check them out. Take your family. It’s a lil crowded so use hand sanitizer & stay in your section. Have fun

Great place!! It's $29 (including tax) for 2 people to bowl for 1 hour. (Around 2 complete games) they have a few arcade/stuffed animal games. And 2 pool tables. They serve beer and food. They have nice shoes and balls

Visited the bowling center to hang with some friends after a wedding and had a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty as well. I got the corn dog and it really hit the spot. Overall a really great experience.

Fun date night with the kids. I just wished we could have put the bumpers down for each player, but besides that, it was a fun experience. When we walked in, the guy said, "Welcome to the only thing to do in Toccoa."
