Place of historic importance. The mausoleum is beautiful & ornate. It is possible to take photos with the guards. One of the very few places in Morocco that is important and is free. It's really worth visiting if you are in Rabat.

This is next to the site of the hassan tower. The entry was closed at the time of our visit. Looks amazing from the outside. Must be very beautiful inside I presume.

The mausoleum showcases all the best artisanship and craftsmanship Morocco is to offer, from carving, blacksmith, etc. Though touristy, definitely worth a quick visit. It's also pretty close to the beach and medina. It's also a plus that all the guards are quite friendly and photogenic.

This is the burial place of King Mohammed the fifth of Morocco. It is free to access, and one can walk around. The grave area has a Quran reader who reads Quran all the time. It was at the request of King Mohammed V before his death that someone reads Quran continuously at his grave. The place can be crowded. There are no restrooms here.

Definitely worth the visit when it is open(we just showed up and went in, but friends said that when they had been there it was always closed). It really shows the great emphasis and esteem given to the king in Morocco

The Mausoleum of Mohamed V has the tombs of the Moroccan king Mohammed V and his two sons, it's located across the Hassan Tower. There are ceremonial horses at entrance and exit gates. Entering inside the Mausoleum was not allowed, just visited from outside. It's the best place in Rabat to visit.

Wow, Wow, Wow. Very gorgeous and very royal. The mausoleum of Mohammed the fifth. They have these gorgeous horses and guards that stand on the exterior and the interior. The dome of the mausoleum is absolutely stunning a must see when in robot

The mausoleum is open again, and well worth the trip. We did have a short wait because some Royals were inside and it was not open to the public briefly while they made their visit. But you can walk over to Hassan’s tower and see other things close by while you’re waiting.

Father of Indipendence Morocco, King 5. Mohammed's Mausoleum. Finish in 1971 and today have King 5. Mohammed, his son King 2. Hassan, prince Abdallah and Abdallah's two sons. Mausoleum sometimes close or open you can't find net timing. But usually open before at noon prayer time.

The Mausoleum is very beautiful from the outside and inside. There are no tickets required to go inside and you can come and go as you wish. The architecture in Morocco continues to astound me. I had a great time visiting and admiring the atmosphere.

It’s currently not open to the public and they seem to be working on it. It’s pleasant to walk around it and have the kids play on the beautiful lawn upfront!

You can only walk along the ancient walls and cannot go in by yourself. You may tip a guide to take you in but it’s not worth it. The scenery from hill is beautiful though.

Even tho it says on google that it is open when we got there they told us that it had been shut for two years for refurbishments. There is a path along the ruins walls that is quite nice and you can go up the hill to see the view from there.

The Chellah is a medieval archeological site on the south side of the Bouregreg River in Rabat, Morocco. It's closed for renovation now, but the hiking trail around the place is easy and fun. And the surrounding views are astonishing.

Closed right now but it's still nice to walk around. You can take a bus to come here from the medina. The views surrounding are worth it.

It is now closed as they are rebuilding the whole place but even from the outside it looks amazing. We hired bikes in the Medina and had a ride there. Highly recommended

Not "a must see spot" but a "can go to place" when you’re around or have nothing else to do. ‼️⚠️BE AWARE of SCAMMER/FAUX TOUR GUIDES! The ruins are closed at the moment but you can still take a walk FOR FREE BY YOURSELF around it and enjoy the beautiful nature and see some Storch nests. Take the path followed by stairs down to the right hand side of the building/wall and keep to the right the whole time. Some guys might be standing around the car park telling you, you can only take a photo of the building. Close by the building there might/will be a guy telling you he can take you around for a walk since it’s "dangerous" - don’t fall for this!! Go on the walk by yourself! 😉

It was very nice. The entrance was close though ( in Aug 2023 ), so we only took a small walk around the walls. Offers a nice view after.

It was closed for renovations from the inside but you could still go and enjoy the walk and amazing views from the outside.

Loved loved this place. 100% worth the pit stop and entrance fee. Nice like Roman ruins with a beautiful backdrop. Tons of birds and beautiful plants through the park. This is a huge stage near the entrance where they host music festivals and events. Make sure to walk all the way around the park! Cheers :)

One of the most impressing Moroccan architectural heritage of the Almohad time. You can enjoy a Beautiful landscape and take beautiful pictures near the minaret, the big doors, the beautiful water fountain made with the authentic Moroccan zelij. Unfortunately the place has been closed since the first state of emergency yet you still can enjoy a small garden there, take pictures with guards riding horses and feed the pigeons.

On the one hand, a beautiful, polished, impressive and majestic place, on the other hand, it's to enter, see the plaza, see the tower, enter the mausoleum and leave. There is not much to do and in my opinion it is not a must site. What's more, it perpetuates the tremendous contrast that exists in Morocco, on the one hand there is poverty and dirt in the villages, on the other hand wealth, cleanliness and royalty in the capital city

Hasan tower, the unfinished mosque, and the mausoleum right across the courtyard - good guide is needed to understand the history, why the mosque remained unfinished, how the king came here to offer first prayers after the independence from the French and more. Lots of awesome carvings - both wood and the marble inside. A must visit place.

You can see the tower which was supposed to be the tallest building back in 12th century, but somehow they stop building it. Also, the guard from the outside, is one of the few guard that you can take pictures of / with them.

Great sightseeing place in Rabat. Now there no plaques to understand history of this place, so a tour guide is recommended, or find out by yourself via google. Some plaques with historical explanation should be placed at the places like this. Tower has nice architecture, but the real gem is the mausoleum. The architecture of the surrounding and especially the dome is beyond words, just wow. And the guards are very friendly, and kind for photo shooting. (No touching) If you are in Rabat, it's a must come to see place. But if you aren't close by, and only want to come because of this, you can avoid it.

Mausoleum of King Hassan the 5th.. a historic and scenic place with architectural elegance. One of the key places to visit while in Rabat. The hassan tower (12th century incomplete tower) is also located here. It closes around 7pm so try to reach before that time. No ticket is needed to visit the tombs

Beside the mausoleum, so might as well walk around it. Immense tower that was to be the largest minaret in the world. But they ran out of money, I guess. About halfway done. You can trace the thick stone walls of the mosque that was to be built but never got done. Nice view of water and adjacent park.

Even though the tower is half the height it was before the earthquake in the 1700’s, and the mosque never got built, this is still an impressive area, and when you get right below the tower and look up, it is still very imposing. The two sets of horses outside both of the gates are beautiful as are the outfits of their riders and you’re allowed to take their photos

Amazing landscape and entrance area. You can’t really go inside the palace, they only allow you to take photos of the entrance which was quite odd. The grounds and trees were amazing though!

Our tour to this place was a little disappointing since we could not get inside the palace. I am sure the palace is awesome from the inside but just seeing the gates from outside and seeing the 3 arches in line was not enough

Not worth it, walking 30 min inside the palace area just to see the building from outside, then back out 30 minutes.

The Royal Palace of the king of Morocco is only used as his offices. The building itself is 5 acres in size and no one knows what it looks like inside. So when you go to visit the palace, you have to stand a good distance away and it’s not much to look at from the outside. There are a number of different kind of uniformed men outside but they too, are at such a distance. It’s hard to see any of the detail of their outfits. The grounds of the royal palace, both inside and outside the walls are meticulously maintained, but it’s mainly vast Hardscape and fast amounts of lawn. The botanical gardens are far more interesting and pretty. There are huge fountains on the plaza, but they had no water in them when we were there. Apparently they only have water and are working fountains when the king is at the Royal Palace, and he prefers to live in his residence in Sale There is a large mosque on the property with the characteristic Morrocan square single minaret. It was interesting to learn that after Ramadan, everyone is invited into the royal palace grounds to celebrate together.

You're visiting a park containing the Royal Palace and a small neighbourhood where royal servants live as a community, you're not visiting the actual Royal Palace. Basically you're submitting your passport details to visit a park and see the Royal Palace from a distance. Guards won't let you get close to the palace. The park is well maintained.

Before being allowed entry you first need to go to the right entry point I was told go to the next entrance 3 times, you will need a passport to be checked before entry, no charge for entry personally was quite disappointed, yes it’s nice but not really much to see

The photo is as good as it gets I’m afraid. A right pain to get find the right entrance, guards, passport noted, it’s free because you can’t go in any part of it. It’s in the middle of boring large gardens, the king doesn’t live there, the rest of the grounds are home to the PM and the staff quarters are sad. Give it a miss and google it instead.

Not worth of waiting for registration with passport, the walk trough the area to see the palace gate where we were roughly chased away by a guard. The garden also nothing to see, a lot of grass and some trees. Disappointing.

I love the zoo. Its a great walk, well maintained and many animals in their natural "safari" habitat... The kids love it as well. If you have kids, make sure you buy the additional tickets for the vivarium (reptiles etc) and the giraffe feeding... it makes the experience so much better.

It’s a great zoo. Very well kept and organized. A bit dated but still fully functional and clean. We went early so feeding times were not on then, and some animals were asleep. We paid the extra for the reptile enclosure, not worth it unless you really are into a few snakes and turtles. Lots of birds and ducks. Giraffe is up close and personal and the lions are a bit bored. But great if your family wants to see the real life animals with a wide array. I it’s very informative multi lingual plaques explaining origin and how endangered each animal is (yes quite ironic) Kiosks are not intrusive and office local drinks and snacks and there is a restaurant mid way that offers good (average) food. The rhino was the highlight for the kids

BEST IN THIS PART OF THE WORLD (A MUST❗) This park has something that most zoos in the capitals lack.., space. Everything is clean and new. Huge number of associates taking care of the animals and the grounds. It is an enormous compound with all major species living in more than generous enclosures. You can see that the animals are well fed and taken care of.

Beautiful zoo, lots of animals to see with great views. Really enjoyed spending about 3 or 4 hours here. Was a little tricky to get to but the security helped us find a grand taxi back to Rabat which cost only 50 dirhams for two people.

I loved the zoo a lot, because of the beauty of its nature, you feel like you are in the jungles of Savannah, and in the tropical forest, it has a large number of wonderful animals, especially the lion of the Moroccan Atlas, something really wonderful thing. I went to it for the first time when I was about 5 years old with my father, may God have mercy on him. Now I am 24 years old, I will return to the zoo alone. I always say to my father, let's go to the zoo again, so he says to me okay soon, we will go, but we didn't go. You went and you left me, Dad

My trip to the Zoo was just magical. I highly recommend visiting it. When you buy the ticket, you get a map to follow and see all categories of creatures there. There’s a shop for food and water in every corner and the Zoo is clean and well organized. I literally felt like I was out in the wild. It was just magnificent. Connecting back to nature is a must especially to people who live in the middle of the cities. I advice you to go early so you can walk, see, explore, have a snack and take pictures at ease. Enjoy !

One of the places to see if you come to rabat especially with kids. Price : the prices 70 dh for one person but you get a lot of offers for families and groups of people look for the best combination before paying for your ticket, you can pay way less if you go for the family. There is also an option to feed the giraffes for 50dh ( 12 pm and 3 pm ) package. Service : there is a lot of places to eat inside but I think it's a little bit overpriced you can get a pizza for 40dh up to 90dh which you can also bring your food, I've seen a lot of people do that without a problem. Try to go in the morning to be able to see the animals because in the afternoon they are always sleeping and hard to find.

Good place to visit if you're arriving by coach. They have free luggage / bad storage and it's a lovely place. Very clean, organised and was quiet the day we went. Most of the staff didn't speak English but we managed! Absolute bargain for the price.

Very well organized and well looked after! With a variety of animals! Nice area to seat and have a quiet moment or a conversation while enjoying the busy animals in your sight! You find a number of small kiosk for cold drinks and snacks and restaurants at various stops.

It’s the best zoo in this country. I really like it. There are a lot of interesting animals.

Very clean zoo quiet and no bad smells as you hear about other zoos. My kids enjoyed the zoo a lot but we were upset at the fact we didn’t get to see the giraffes properly. You can go close up and take pictures and feed the giraffes but it was closed and chained up with a guard standing there. Also disappointed that we couldn’t see the flamingos as that side of the zoo had closed early.

Good beach for playing soccer/futbol The sand is a dark tan in color and pretty soft. There is a breakfront that protects the beach from the bigger waves. If you want to surf, it’s best to go to the next beach to the south some people do surf the outer part of the bay here.

By far the nicest beach in morocco, great family atmosphere, beautiful views, very clean and offer beach lounge seating/parasol. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

The beach is decent, though slightly unkempt. Occasionally, there are children who might solicit money, which can be quite bothersome as it may border on extortion, causing stress.

Not a bad beach. Clean and close to tourist stuff in town. I was here is March and was able to swim sans wetsuit. It was a little chilly but not bad. The view from the surf looking back at the Fortress is worth it.

Nice and soft sand on the beach but unfortunately there were some plastic and rubbish at the edges and on the pathways and beach. If only it was cleaner it would be even nicer but otherwise it is in a good location and has potential to be better. An area to keep dog free would be good so more people can sit down peacefully, we saw dogs chasing footballs and harassing other guests. Rented chairs (that are cheap to hire) can be improved from the small plastic basic chairs too as it was hurting my back. The workers were friendly though.

Great overlooking the old city

A must visit if you are in Rabat. The best time to go would be late evening just before the sunset. The weather is great, nice breeze from the ocean, it's calm place to sit and the view of the lighthouse and the sunsetting behind it, well that's just absolutely stunning. Highly recommend you come here during sunset! And after we took a stroll into the bustling Medina night life. A great day and will be back again soon. 😊😊😊🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦🇲🇦... The cleanliness of some parts of the beach and of the water in general is questionable in my opinion. However this was a positive experience for me. Walking on the beach in the water during the day or evening is great. People seemed to gather on the beach in the evening.

Museum was pretty good I like the outside statues better than I like the inside art. There were a few notable pieces there but mostly local work but not bad quality. I don't know how much it costs to get into the museum because my admission was free but I did enjoy the sculptures which I will post a few picture of. The museum was worth a 45-minute visit.

Really good museum! I was 2 hours early for my train so went here (5 minute walk away). The receptionist was kind enough to look after my suitcase whilst I looked round the museum. Lots of interesting art from the Arab world and also a Benin exhibition. Student (concession) ticket for me was 30 dirham, normal price is 60 dirham!

If art interests you, this should totally be on your bucket list when visiting Rabat, my favorite museum of all time it hits different every time, it’s well organized and the staff will always be there to help you in case you need assistance. You can get a free ticket if you are a student which is great ☺️

Very nice place. Can’t go inside because of COVID, but you can walk around outside which is worth doing. A random man on the street gave us a long history of the place and then asked for money. Didn’t really mind, he was nice, knew a lot, was pushy for the money but he spent like 40 minutes telling us all about Rabat so we gave him 70 MAD for his troubles!

This was a very nice museum. They only have one floor with exhibits (it's upstairs after you walk in) but what they had was very nice. As of February 2023 the entry fee is 20 dirhams.

A great tour of whatever exposition there is, fair price and free entry on Fridays. sometimes you get to visit another museum with the same ticket.

Had a lovely afternoon visiting this place. I wish there were more paintings to see in this museum. When you buy ticket here, you will also get a free entry to the history museum across the street.

Interesting permanent exhibitions in particular. We were here for about an hour and a half enjoying the paintings in particular — allow a bit more time if you speak the local languages.

If you are into modern art, this museum is for you, a wide variety of art and changing exhibitions, from the Arab, Andalusian and African world. The building itself is very beautiful, the only minus is that there is no map or brochure in English.

What an amazing experience. I like the paintings ( the abstract painting in particular), the stories of each one and all the messages behind them. Also i felt in love with the painting of the fine artist Najia Mehadji 💙

Superb experience. I went for the institut du monde arabe de paris exhibition. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The lovely lady at the entrance gave us a learning pack for children for free, which they used afterwards at home to learn about the different paintings. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you for bringing us exhibitions from around the world to Rabat. Loved it!

The collection is small, but very cool. They have more contemporary art than historic, but definitely worth the visit. I especially loved the graphic design exhibit. There was also some official event going on with prehistoric fossils being given back to Morocco from the US.

60 dirhams entrance fee place is pretty small though it would have more sculptures inside mostly painting a lot of which aren't great but I suppose that's modern art for you think the place is overrated unless you're an art lover

An amazing place. It’s peaceful, quiet, beautiful, with a rich atmosphere. It gives you an insight into the history of Audalusian gardening. You can smell plenty of pleasant plants there. You are not allowed to eat there.

Small lovely park, you can rest after walking in Medina and enjoy playing with cats, there are so many, but now it’s a bit noisy coz of reconstruction just near the entrance in the park.

Well kept and maintained garden thatcan be visited free of charge, good spot to escape the sun. No snacks allowed inside so make sure to visit the nearby café and try a local sweet with some tea or coffee if you fancy a break between visits.

After exploring the Kasbah and nearby mausoleum, the gardens were a surprise and welcome delight to escape the sun and enjoy the coolness of the shade. There’s a small gift shop and dozens of cats sprawled out in the sun. Take a break underneath the pergola that still has fruit trees and vines covering it

Beautiful historical garden with the view towards the Atlantic coastline on one side. Opposite to the avenue, there is the Rabat old market to walk around.

This garden is truly stunning, featuring a wide variety of herbs and plants, and best of all, entrance is free.

The whole area is beautiful, the castle and Medina are very well maintained and kept fastidiously clean. You can easily spend a day here, one of my favourite places that I visited in Morocco. The gardens are relatively small but plenty to do in the area. The pace is far more relaxed and chill as compared to the frantic pace of Marrakech or Fez.

Great place to purchase Moroccan Stuff. I had some Seafood in the local restaurant there in the old market. It was absolutely superb. But have to be careful with while buying things. We should stay alert with our belongings.

Rabat medina is very big and clean , old market is fortified with a colossal wall. There are several entrances. The underground parking is definitely very convenient 5 dirhams per hour. I like to travel like a Nomad. I wondered in the o old street of medina. There is almost everything here, clothes, food, fish market, flowers, veggies, fruits, herbs and much much more. Very safe and friendly merchants. They renovated the market last year and looks great.

This is the old market in Rabat that is very close to many of the attractions the city has to offer. The market itself is quite nice with a pint of history. You can enter from one end and exit from the other. The market has many things to offer such as traditional clothes and shoes, local herbs and spices, souvenirs… etc. The market also has public restrooms that incur a fee. Expect cash payments in many of the stores.

I went to buy fish and was not disappointed. I bought anchovies, merlin and sea bream. All were.very fresh and much better priced than the supermarkets. Then I passed by the vegetable sellers where I bought fruit and veggies. Prices here were not different from the big supermarkets and the produce was not all fresh.

Quite a unique market although it’s smaller than other souk of major Moroccan city. The local handcraft looks “less touristic” and more reliable.

Beautiful place, old market. Lots of colors and beautiful things to shoot. You can find many different things from fruits and vegetables to clothing and house supplies. Local food is available in some stands around the market. All in all beautiful place, worth the time to go and have a walk around.

Though I excited to visit Rabat old market after knowing the prices of the items I got little disappointment however similar item I can find much cheaper in El jadida. But it's a beautiful market as per maintaining similar architecture for all the shops. For me it's good for window shopping, it might be good for those who bargain.

I loved it. It was my first experience with Rabat Medina (market place). The prices are much better than in Marrakesh or Fes.

The best medina I have ever been to. The sellers are calm, I don't impose anything on anyone, they show you the goods and if you don't want anything, they thank you and don't shout abuse behind you like in other Arab countries. Many of them have prices, but of course haggling is in order. But often the prices are so low that you have no reason to haggle anymore.

As you wander through the narrow alleyways of the Old Medina, you're enveloped in an atmospher1e that feels frozen in time. The maze-like streets are alive with the hustle and bustle of vendors, locals, and visitors alike, creating an immersive experience that transports you to another world. Great place to buy souvenirs and Moroccan hand made crafts. Prices are reasonable, but bargain is a must. Don't forget to try to eat sandwiches in there it's really worthy and tasty and the prices are cheap.

Old market is a must go.. very good shops that sells local products, souvenirs and leather items. Prices are reasonable and bargaining is possible. Food is cheap and tasty.

I’ve been to Fes old medina and then to Rabat old Medina and this is better as it’s more modern more open space. So many replica designer items that look authentic, you’ll definitely find something you like here or a good gift even. My daughter bought a backpack I bought 2 handbags and my husband bought a pair of sunglasses and they were all reasonable prices. I bought a Dior bag it cost 100 Dirhams and a Chanel side bag for 150 dirhams. So many spices clothing shoes accessories food lovely vibe and place to visit. Little girls were selling roses to make some money as they’re poor please try to buy off them as they’re genuinely poor and were so happy when I bought off them they hugged me and thanked me.

Gorgeous market! So beautifully put together, the prices are reasonable but you definitely have to haggle. It’s a must see for sure!

Nice place. I loved this Market and did some shopping. Felt very secure. Strongly recomend if you are in Rabat. People are very friendly and not asking for money such as marraqueche or Fes.

Interesting place to visit if you’re in town. You can find some local snacks and sweets. Gets very crowded though. Some parts are covered with roof and other parts open, so better to visit later in the afternoon or evening when it’s cooler. There’s also a square with lots of food options.

For visitors, Rabat is often overlooked but we have found the shopping experience in Rabat's old market to be worth it. Much less hassle than other cities and prices are even better.

Calme garden. If you are a fan of nature, you should visit here. You can explore many different climates. They have some birds also snakes. Not a lot but at least they have some. The birds cage need some improvement. You can't take clear photos or see the birds clearly. The Cafe closed during the corona. They have a small museum but needs a lot of improvement. The only interesting thing it is the piranha Aquarium. But there is no light, so you can't see it clearly.

Beautiful garden with a lot to see. Our 19 month old really enjoyed it. We took the pram, don't ! It's amazing but if you want to see all the gorgeous paths and feel like you're on an adventure you can have either older children or have them in baby carriers. We really loved it, if you are around Rabat it totally worth it.

Beautiful Botanic Garden. Easy to find. Big car park, toilets. If no fountains ask one of the gardeners to turn it on for you.

I can't give a 6/5 but I would. Before I talk about my experience, I think I should address the reviews giving 1 star, had I listened to them I wouldn't have experienced this true wonder of nature. Most of the people complain about the fact that it looks "not well maintained". The goal of these gardens is to immerse you into the wild, and replicate the same conditions you would find in the wild. The wild isn't curated, cut and cleaned. The wild is WILD. And this garden is wild. It does it so well that the deeper you dive in, the more you forget that you're actually in civilization and very close to a main road that is busy 24/7. The uncut leaves of palm trees and dead branches serve as habitat for the thousands of birds, insects and other living things. It's what makes this garden as close to the real thing. With that said, here's what I think of this garden: Visit it if you can, if not, visit it all the same. Visit it if it's cheap because you're a local, if it's expensive because you're a foreigner visit it all the same. If you've got the knees and the sneakers take the red path, not the green or the blue, take the red one and explore every single corner of it. I paid only 20dh to get in, but I would've paid 100. Go, walk, feel nature, cross the bridges and immerse yourself in the different biomes the garden has to offer. Some places look like Egypt and the Nile, some like China, some like Japan, Mexico, Peru, Polynesia and Andalusia. Enjoy the sound of bamboo creaking, with its leaves moving to the wind. Close to Peru there's a small open space with a couple of trees and a bamboo bench, sit there, breathe and meditate. There's a path walking downward close by, I stood there for close to 15 minutes in the shades of a humongous ficus robusta. Biggest I've ever seen.

20dh per person. A beautiful enchanted forest. A surprisingly large amount of variety in what is bigger than appears from the outside. Following the numbered signs of the suggested path led us to all highlights and felt like a treasure hunt, looking for the next clue. Many lazy turtles sunbathing on the quaint bridges, and a cute duck family. Don't miss the snakes and reptiles in the vivarium. The red path was longer than we expected, but a great tour all around.

One of our favourite places when we visited Salé. The gardens are beautiful and it was a fun way to spend an evening with family. My kids got to run and explore. They especially loved the bridges. There are different options of which paths to follow depending on how much time you want to spend. I believe the shortest was 30 mins, longest was 3 hours. After enjoying the gardens, there’s a cafe where you can enjoy some tea or ice cream. I highly recommend you visit.

The place is beautifully designed but so poorly maintained. The Japanese garden is a gem. Too bad a lot of the plants and trees are not well taken care of.

Expect a TINY museum and then you'll be delighted. The collection of prehistoric, Roman and Greek and medieval objects is small but of very high quality. A must visit for archeology lovers. Sadly there is no museum shop. I would've loved to buy a souvenir here.

Small eclectic museum yet well curated. Spans thousands of years of human history and artifacts. There’s even a good replica of a 300,000 year old humanoid cranium that is claimed to be the oldest ever found ! Plan to spend 30-45 minutes there. Be sure to visit the nearby Villa des Arts.

Visiting the Archaeological museum of Rabat is a must. They did tremendous work, well maintained and organised space. Every exposition is represented chronologically aligned with the Morrocan heritage history, from the prehistoric era to the different dynasties that ruled Morroco.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the stunning view from the window. The hotel's dining options exceeded expectations, offering a diverse menu of delicious dishes. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it was a memorable and satisfying experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Good museum with archaeological relics and narratives about Moroccan history and very friendly staff. Great to see all periods of history embraced. Overall, the exhibits lacked some direction, and could have used more information and context.

It sure is a nice place to visit in order to learn more about Morocco's history. Although the collection wasn't complete and some artifacts were missing , it still was very informative and impressive. I give it 4 stars since there's still room for improvements such as adding more information about each civilization that had existed .

It's a small museum with some Roman and Greek artifacts. There are no English descriptions so you can see everything in about 20 minutes maybe less. Ticket is 20 MAD

It's a nice place, but nothing great. I was done in about half an hour. For the price of 20dh I think it's worth going if you're in the area.

For a country with such an impressive and long history this museum should be considered shameful, 40MAD, for a 10min. experience, come on, I've seen a lot of "National Museums" in my time, but this one is so small that in other places it would be considered just a simple lobby, shame on people who do dot treasure their past.

My wife and I stopped by this Cathedral during our visit to Rabat two weeks ago. We have really appreciated the arts, and the calm music on the background was spectacular. Because It was our first time to enter to a church, we had a bit of misunderstanding with the woman in charge. So for everyone out there who is not Christian, please get some information before you go for a visit. Definitely a must visit place when you go to Rabat.

A nice cathedral in Rabat that is quite huge and well-designed on the inside.

The church upholds itself as a unit which everyone was like family. The choir always do an exceptional job from entry hymn to end of mass celebrations. Mass was always in French. Though I was far away from home, I felt like l lived there forever. I look forward to another visit.

I attempted to enter the church with my husband the evening before Easter and we were denied at the door by the gentleman greeting at the door. He asked my husband if he was Christian and to which when I stepped in and stated I am Catholic, I am also clearly a foreigner and was approached by a woman who asked if I was Christian once again. I reiterated that I was Catholic and she welcomed me in but stated the service would be in French assuming I didn’t speak French. I was then told my husband can’t enter but I am welcomed, this was clearly because my husband was Muslim/Moroccan. I have entered Catholic/Christian churches all over the world for services and have never been rejected and questioned at the front door. I do not recommend this place.

The Mega Mall is a Moroccan shopping center located in Rabat built in 2005. It contains several big brand stores, fast food restaurants, a bowling alley, an ice rink and a City Club gym. One of the most prominent shopping destinations in Rabat is located near Zaer Road and consists of several floors containing a large group of shops, which include clothes, accessories, food and others. The complex provides many recreational facilities, including ice rinks and cinemas, as well as several cafes and restaurants serving delicious food.

It’s really a very bad service I come this morning with my husband the security in the parking aid mall stop us because of the mask and he refused to give us one we brought our mask and we come back his acception the people without masks in front of us all this bcz my husband his not Morrocan so we will report this bad behaviour from uneducated people

wrong closing time. the main door is open until 23.30, but the shops and all activities (except bolling ) close between 20.30 and 21.30 !!!

Lots of Brand stores, but there is a large area for the kids and teenagers to play, e.g ice skating and bowling.

Nice place to visit for families and friends. We like 5D cinema and virtual reality attraction. Also there is bowling, 2 playgrounds for children, creative atelier and the hall to celebrate birthdays, and carting of course... and skating rink!) It was the only shopping mall in Rabat. Currently there are other ones being constructed.
