Beautiful views! There are only 3 of 4 restaurants here so not many choices. Buses back to San Antonio run every hour. They may come slightly early so be prepared! Good spot for surfers

One of the best beaches in Ibiza...there you can come with taxi or bus number L4 from Sant Antoni bus station or with your own car... There is parking if you come with car... The water is so clear and clean... It's not so deep, and you can come so far in the water from the beach... The beach is not so big, but always you can find place to put your towel... There is two great restaurants with so quality food and drink... It's not so expensive... There is lot of young people... One of the nicest sunset on the island... Great view... All recommendations for visit and spend all day if you are at Ibiza 👌

Gorgeous beach, one of the prettiest on the island! However, gets really crowded and transport there via bus and taxi is very limited. There is car parking a short walk away and there are multiple places to grab a drink and food but severely overpriced for what it offers.

Perfect location for the sunset! There's 3 beautiful beaches, in 1 of them you can swim with or without clothes. Also there are 3 different places to enjoy some drinks & food! This Cala was one of my favourites in the island, so bad we found it the last day :( Enjoy it for me!

We came here for the sunset, like a hundred other people. It was crowded but we knew and expected that in high-season (end of august) - if you don't like people - stay away from this place because yes, there are a lot. Great views from up top, great uphill climb with beautiful narrow cobblestone streets with really nice kept apartments along the way. Also, right above harbor that has numerous options for restaurants and boutiques.

Fantastic views over the port and Ibiza Town, Dalt Vila. Lovely monuments to walk and explore around. Obviously gets very warm and little shade along the routes so make sure to take plenty of water and suncream when walking up.

A nice but very hilly walk around the walls with descriptions in English. Beautiful views over the bay and city. There were small restaurants and shops inside the main walls. We managed to park at a free car park at the top overlooking the sea, it was quite busy though probably due to renovation work being carried out nearby.

Well worth the uphill walk to the castle for amazing views over the roof tops of the city and the harbour. So many lovely narrow colourful streets in this old town area with lots of shops bars and restaurants.

Although, when me and my friends went there, the building was under construction, so it wasn't as good as it was supposed to be. The view was still really good, and the city looks gorgeous. It kind reminds me of the cities in Portugal.

What a great place to visit, lots of different stairs and narrow alley ways leading up to the top of the castle. We stopped for a beer halfway up in a very nice relaxed café. Definitely recommend seeing the great views from the top and looking at some fantastic old town streets on the way.

The castle gives an amazing view of the entire city and surrounding seas. Well maintained and undergoing some restoration work, during my visit. The walk from the city docs to the church within the castle is a good 30 minute workout....but the views are worth it.

Good way to spend the morning. Walking the wall surrounding the Old Town. Many historical buildings to be seen. Great vantage point once you reach the church at the top of the hill. Beautiful views of the surrounding town and further off places. Gets very hot and it is a steep walk in places.

There's no inside of the castle to visit, you just walk through some walls that's still remain and go off to a rooftop and get great views of the island. No tickets are needed.

Went on a guided excursion from an MSC cruise, But I'm sure the same tour can be booked locally on any of the apps. Four hour tour around Ibiza ended with a walk up the hill to the castle. A moderate level of fitness is recommended. Many steps and ramps to the top through some really beautiful alleyways. About 20min uphill to the cathedral and about 10-15min down. Breathtaking views from the top and Long the way. Make sure you visit a toilet before going. Wear comfortable shoes and take water.

I would not recommend you visit this please in the summer. Specially for sunset. It get too busy and noisy. However, I’d totally recommend you visit it in the winter time. The temperature is just perfect, it’s nice and private and the views are breathtaking. Plus, there are a few cool paths where you can both do some cardio and enjoy the landscape.

If you come to Ibiza rent a car and visit this place. It's not far away from ibiza city. With a car it takes only 45 minutes to get here. You can park on the street. If you plan to visit Es Vedra for sunset, i reccomend to come early otherwise you won't find any parking space. From the parking to es vedra it takes only about 15 to 20 minutes to come by foot. I will defenitley return to this place one day. Somebody proposed here.

If you want a party beach, this is it! Lovely shallow waters and possibility to get a good swim in (no jellyfish). There is nice, upbeat music coming from nearby beach clubs/restaurants and it is up to you whether you just want to soak up the sun and rest or partake in the drinking and partying. Both are possible :) Can be crowded, but it is right near Ibiza town, so that is expected. You can also rent pedal boats and paddle boards. While parking costs 6€, there is a possibility to park on a parallel street next to the main road for free.

Found this beach really disappointing compared to the other Ibizan beaches, way less beautiful. I would opt for another one.

We arrived by ship (of course), we were on a Cruise aboard beautiful Celebrity Edge. We were not prepared but you need to make plans before getting to Ibiza, especially when you only have half a day, rent a car in advance... that will safe a lot of time, it was the first week of August so places were crowded, we rented a little Fiat that was over 100 €, also bring a map, getting directions was not easy.

This review is for those who want to take ALSA bus line L10 to Airport. Giving 1 star to indicate that information for the stop is incorrect. It has nothing to do with the actual port which is gorgeous as one can expect. Google Map most likely points you to this location when you search for public transportation to the airport. It can be deceptive if you are unfamiliar with the region because the map only points to the general area of the port and not the exact bus stop. The actual stop itself is a hundred meters away. Keep moving in the direction where the water is on your right after you reach the port. You can google the location, Estació Martima Formentera. This should point you in the right direction. What was confusing is that you will come across shortly a small V divide. If you walk on the side of the street, you will miss the bus stop entire. Instead, keep walking on the right, passing small bushes, and you will enter a roundabout. The area to your right will immediately open up. You will see an open area, filled with buses, taxis, and other modes of transit. This is where you will catch bus L10 to the airport. In our situation, roughly 10 persons arrived at this area after following google directions. Fortunately, the locals told us that it was not the stop for the airport, and were kind to provide us with the aforementioned directions, which enabled us to catch the right bus. I uploaded a photo of the actual bus for the location "Estació Marítima Formentera" and submitted an edit to add bus line L10 to the location. Hopefully, google will make the edit so the direction to the bus stop won't be as confusing for you as for us.

This is a good place to know. There are boats that take tou to Formentera and other places to. There are lots of store were to buy souvenir, closets. Lots of cafes and restaurants were you can enjoy the beautiful view. It's close (by foot) to Dalt villa that is a iconic place in Ibiza and you must visit to.

I would like to give a quick feedback on my stay. This is the worst price/quality experience I have done. For 4 nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the street, water pipe and neighbours. The bed and pillow are very uncomfortable and didn’t help to have a rest. Moreover for one day we couldn’t even shower because we didn’t have hot water in the room. We didn’t even have water or coffe in the room…not even breakfast was included. It’s just not the service and quality you expect when you pay those prices. Without mentioning the tinny room we got. The guy at the reception told us he would give us 5% discount because of the bad experience, but unfortunately we also didn’t see any reduction on our final invoice.

Disappointing experience. That is how I would describe the overall sentiment after a 4 day stay. Let’s start with the positive. Most of the staff is friendly, the location is quite good and central if you wish to explore more of the island and there is private parking under the hotel. We booked the room directly on the hotel’s website and they promote all kinds of perks to those who do. Late checkouts, welcome presents, etc. We got exactly non of it aside from the parking which from what we heard is pretty much free for anyone as long as there is space. On the website there is a whole section talking about the local and sustainable breakfast. Well, there is no breakfast at all. Not even an option. Instead you get to enjoy the breakfast at a nearby restaurant where you will receive a 10% discount. But as a couple drinking a juice, a coffee and get something to eat the bill was between €40 and €50 euro per day. The website promotes late checkout upon availability for those who book through the website directly. Partly true. It will come with an €80 price tag so keep that in mind. The welcome present? All these hidden costs did definitely sweep me off my feet as they describe on their site. Unless the bottle of water in the room was the welcome gift. The swimming pool was simply dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks. There is a bar next to the rooftop pool but it is not open during the day. So forget a drink while enjoying some sunbathing time. The elevator was broken which was quite inconvenient. Can happen, but was annoying since the car park can only be accessed via the elevator. The rooms are very basic. Materials feel cheap and the blanket smelled dusty and moldy. The shower is nice, so points there. All the rest feels like a budget hotel desperately trying to make it look nice. All in all, considering all the hidden costs that are included in many other hotels in the area the value for money is waaaay off. More luxurious hotels offer a better experience at the same price if you factor in the cost of the non included breakfast. Although the staff is friendly they did not show any signs of actually wanting to make our stay more memorable in a positive way. By the decisions they make they are also not showing they care about the guest experience and instead set false expectations, which leads to disappointment

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Gatzara. Absurdly over-priced for a less than average hotel. Had to almost beg for water to be put in my room every day. I could hear the neighbor showering every morning at 6am. It actually felt like I was in the room with them. The staff was friendly but not helpful. No breakfast included, fake coffee machine in the lobby. None of the services and special experiences they boast about were offered or mentioned. Everyone was grumpy - especially the staff at the restaurant downstairs. Very much regret spending my summer holiday there....

First for the positive: the hotel is beautifullly and stylishly decorated in a very good location and the staff are very friendly. However for me, with hotels at this high price point, it’s the little details and customer care that make a difference. Unfortunately this hotel offers close to nothing in this respect and it feels like the owner/ manager has gone out of their way to save every penny possible. Some examples below: - No breakfast - deal with next door café for a tiny discount, but need to pay separately. Not even a bottle of water in your room or fruit to pick up - Bar only open from 6pm. We were there at 6.30 and still no one there - Basically, nothing is available during the day. There is a big beautiful space when you enter where they used to serve breakfast, but because there is nothing/ no one, in the end it ends up feeling like the entrance of a Holiday Inn. - Internet terrible - takes around 30mins to download an app, took me 2hrs to fill some online forms because it kept disconnecting - Gym: no towels, no water. Big space, but very few machines incl. no treadmill, cross trainer or weight machine. There are strict limits on number of people due to COVID, but they have external people coming in for classes, de-prioritizing hotel guests. - Pool on terrace is beautiful, but if you come in off season it is freezing cold with no heater and therefore virtually unusable. Also no towels around, absolutely zero service up there during the day or evening If the owner spent half the effort s/he put on decoration into customer service, it would be a fabulous hotel. Pity that after 4 nights here we are left with the feeling that there is no thought put into customer needs. For the price we paid, I can’t recommend this hotel.

Me and my wife were here at our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very polite and nice. However we thought that the website is misleading regarding the rooms with balcony. Only the biggest room is pictured on their website and I understand there are four of them. Our room was much smaller then the one pictured and I think they are quite similar to the other three who is not pictured. The website also said that we would get a picnic basket on our room. We never saw this picnic basket and the staff didn't know what we were talking about when we requested it. We complained, and got free breakfast on our last two days and late checkout on our last day if we needed it. We didn't. However this is pocket change compared to what we paid. The walls are also quite thin and the balcony is directed towards a children's park, so we recommend ear plugs. Nice hotel, but not very good value, at least for the room we got.

Design and functionality of the room was spot on. Lovely touches. Yes, it's not super quiet as it's in the centre of a village where people go about their day. The beauty of staying centrally is you are walking distance from delicious eateries such as Il Buca (the focaccia is to die for). Highly recommend La Paloma for lunch or dinner, a short drive away. Loved my stay and will definitely be back!

Nice beach with loads of cafe and shops nearby. Free to use. No beds. To hire so take a mat and towel. Safe bay to bathe in. No lifeguard when I was there in end April. But there was a lifeguard station. Usual inconsiderate smokers leave butts in the sand otherwise very clean.

Very nice beach directly in the town of Ibiza. It's sandy, with great and easy entry to the sea. Lifeguard is present most of the day. There are also options to eat, and some supermarkets around (Spar is 5 minutes) Beach is public, no entry fee. There's live music in the evening. No shower or toilet.

Wonderfully and exceptionally desert beach. It's completely unusual to be almost alone on this beach. I've just cought the chance and opportunity to make some pics for you. Walking on this sand beach is a direct connection to paradise. I've crossed some shells but no snails. We can spot from there the old town of Ibiza said Eivissa, d'Alt Vila, on the left perspective, and on the right one, a long walk along the sea will lead us to the famous playa d en Bossa for summer party-times.

Wonderful landscape and small beach. Perfect to get away. Usually there are boats anchoring off shore. The mountains are incredible as well as the rocks forming a big cave and tower. Though oftentimes are jellyfish surrounding the coast, it's much likely still worth a good visit. On top of the beach are ruins that became quiet famous for art. In case you like graffiti, it's definitely something to see about.

My favourite Ibiza spot for sure. There is everything that makes this place special. While driving down to this place, the view is 100% woow. You can park inside old and never finished hotel building, that's walls are real art. Every step and every corner You go it feels like in some street art gallery. AMAZING PLACE. This shows how nature and civilization can make together something unbelievable. Definetely it's the place for beautiful and unusual pictures. Be careful while walking in this building, because there are holes in the floors. But it's worth it, I promise.

This was such a great museum, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and it is free! After watching a short video covering the basic history of the island (available in multiple languages), you can go upstairs in the museum to see the artifacts recovered from the burial site and go outside to see the excavated grounds. It was very interesting to see 3 different eras and people buried in the same grave, with separate preparations from the era and culture and to go underground to see the layout of the graves as well as see the shafts from above. Very interesting check-in with history while in Ibiza

An awesome historical museum! Includes an interior museum area with various relics and artefacts with multi lingual videos and info's making it super easy to access and understand the fascinating necropolis as it existed through bygone era. There's an exterior section with some wheelchair accessible ramps and walkways. These walkways and additional steps allow you to view (and in one area enter) theses ancient burial Chambers. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Really like nothing else and worth the trip!

A small museum with a surprising nice field trip to the necropolis! They even provided safety helmets, which were greatly appreciated. Free of charge was a bonus

Wonderful museum! We stumbled across this museum and archaeological site quite by accident in the summer whilst walking from Figueretas into Ibiza Town, what we found when we visited was amazing! Staff were so very friendly, the artefacts on display truly wonderful and access to the dig site well worth a visit. Would thoroughly recommend a visit, we will be going back for a 2nd visit this summer.

As a wedding photographer the church of Es Cubells is an inspiring place for me! It's a dream to photograph a wedding in this beautiful natural environment with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The sun's rays enhance hundreds of turquoise tones of its crystalline waters and are reflected in the purity of the white architecture of the church creating a perfect symbiosis and a harmonious and seductive atmosphere.

We had a beautiful wedding renewal ceremony here, the pastor is a one of a kind man, so warm gentle and kind he has my utter most respect. Even though outside the temperature was 30 degrees Celsius. In the church it was nice and cool. Thank you so much for this ceremony!

Nice little art museum in this sun kissed island however the old lady in the ground floor room constantly following and watching me going through every painting. When I looked at her in the eye and kind of queried why. She just looked at me back saying nothing. We stared at each other for about 15 long seconds. A very strange and spooky experience
