(Translated by Google) Very good place, few tables, smell the scent at 100 meters.
Free-range, correct and friendly owner, he only offers fish from the coast caught the night before, he knows his sea and seasonal products, no aquaculture and the usual seafood salads and defrosted octopus.
Voice menu according to what the Fano market offers, we trusted
At lunch for 3:
Boiled mantis shrimps, sweet, full, watertight, with an unforgettable scent and flavor of the sea, 6 each with fresh vegetables included, that's good too, then slipper
Marinara-style mussels from the beam of Ancona, beautifully full, tasty, with a fresh scented parsley, good oil, pepper and a touch of wine, spacious, bishoe
Very fresh bombolini (snails) stewed, crazy, thick sauce worthy of an Oscar, perhaps with a hint of cinnamon too, trio of shoes until you clean the terracotta pan.
Then the classic Fanese rustita on embers with light crumb breading, good oil, salt and pepper, all locally caught; red mullet, small/medium monkfish with head, sardines, sole, cod, mussels and horse mackerel; the best and freshest eaten in Fano in my life.
To close the lunch the boss there
he offered a bowl of Vin di Visciole, amaretti biscuits and homemade almond biscuits.
With 3/4 of bulk Bianchello di Guerrieri very pleasant and various bowls of water, not even 37 euros per skull, you do it.
We booked for the following evening asking instead of the rustita for a real fried fish from the market with also local squid, without the often thawed prawn tails
A perfume, freshness, perfect cooking, crunchy, soft, zero grease and in the end 35 each.
Moral
if for once you don't give a damn about location, mise en place (it's not a wine glass the same) and similar things because from Tuesday to Saturday you are looking for just a rough place to eat fresh local fish divinely cuvinate here you are at the very best
Okkio that the ATM may not be usable ...
Warn yourself
(Original)
A pranzo in 3 :
