(Translated by Google) I went to this place for the first time to try the so-called Pinsa, a type of pizza with a focaccia base and with different filling options. The place remains very hidden and not very visible from the street, only those who know its existence can find it easily. I, who have lived in the area for 12 years, had never seen him, we met him through some friends, it must be for what the other evening, besides my table, only one other was occupied. The restaurant is not very large inside, with the possibility of tables also outside for the summer period. Staff very welcoming and attentive to the customer even during dinner to make sure that everything is going well. As for the tongs, very good dough, I believe made with durum wheat flour, possibility of varying with some types of tax with a supplement of a few more euros. I noticed that by adding ingredients that are too liquid, such as tomato in my case, the dough tends to absorb a lot, becoming soft in the center and once cold, gummy. If instead you opt for solid ingredients , it is not bad at all . As for the price: 1Pinsa Margherita with mascarpone 1pinsa Casolare, 1 medium beer 1 natural water and 1 coffee total 29.00 I would say average. Too bad about the location, as far as I'm concerned, it's not suitable for attracting customers.
