(Translated by Google) Definitely worth mentioning and visiting, that's how I would like to start my review. Somewhat reluctantly, we considered visiting this excellent restaurant in the past. Also because we had the misguided belief that it was "old-fashioned", "drude in home-style cooking" or "boring in culinary terms". But life shows you again and again how wrong you can be, as this restaurant offers dishes that are of a very high level in terms of composition, quality and quantity (not just the remarkably large and delicious schnitzel menu). Yes, the focus of the menu is somewhat on home-style gastronomy, but it is so imaginative and wide-ranging, as well as interestingly designed, that everyone is sure to find something for their taste here. The service, in the form of the owner and his wife, is very charming and attentive, but never intrusive. That's how it should be. The prices are absolutely civil and quite cheap for the quantities offered. The selection of dishes is extensive, with constantly changing daily or seasonal menus and high-quality ingredients. Since this restaurant has developed into an absolute insider tip, it is advisable to book here in advance, also because the guest rooms are not waiting rooms but cozy rooms. By the way, there is also a bowling alley here, but it is well booked. All in all, a restaurant that is definitely worth visiting, with a family flair and wonderful cuisine. We are now regulars there.
