和出汁もトマト出汁も薄ーくスライスしたふわふわのネギを大量に入れて煮込みます。ほどよく煮たったらいよいよお肉をしゃぶしゃぶ。どっちも美味しいですが特にトマトが驚きだった。過去食べたトマト系鍋ってトマトジュースをあっためましたって感じのものしか食べたことがなかったが、ベースとなる出汁がしっかりしているのかトマトの酸味や甘みがありつつもしっかりコクがあって、とにかく美味しい。
タレもオリーブオイルと黒胡椒、味変でバジルペーストを使うなどなかなか奇抜でとても良かった。
こういう変わり種は高齢の両親には受け入れがたいかなと思いましたが、2人とも美味しい美味しいと食べてました。締めのチーズリゾットまで大満足でございました。
