We had an excellent dinner. Service was perfect and the food divine! Appetizers were scallops and the crispy pork belly. Mains: duck confit and surf &turf. Best duck confit I've ever had. Hubby was similarly pleased with his Surf and Turf. Desert for him was the milk chocolate salted caramel tart and creme brule for me. Definitely recommend eating here! Also, gold star for social distancing here!! Was the first eatery in Niagara-on-the-lake I could actually relax in!!
We had a great anniversary dinner here last night. It’s was a perfect relaxed Sunday evening. The food was probably the best we’ve had. My husband had the prime rib special which was huge! He didn’t even make a dent and so moist. I had the short rib which was fall off the bone amazing. Olga our server was great too! Thank you!
We went here pre-theatre and had a good meal. Not outstanding but still very good. My husband had the halibut and I had 2 appetizers (shrimp and tuna) and desserts. The PB tart was delicious. We went at 5:30 just before an 8pm show. We had PLENTY of time before our show started. Sat on a lovely terrace with a wonderful waitress. Yummy cocktails. Make sure to try the Northern Lights martini!
Food was good. We ended here after a day of wine tasting. The pairings were also good. Our waitress Kim was very friendly and helpful. Had the jalapeño potato soup which was really good. Steak was also good and cooked the way I asked.
We celebrated our anniversary here recently. Food was excellently seasoned, spiced, prepared to perfection. We ordered the duck confit, which was beautifully made. The pork chop though was better, as the entire dish had a certain combination of flavour that complimented each other really well, esp the potatoes. Would eat here again.
