Google will take you there via Encamp which is ok if you want to walk 45 min from the carpark ( if not take the route via Les Escaldes). Parking fee is very low. Unfortunately swimming is not allowed so you can see a lake, do some hiking and walk the dam. It‘s a pretty place yet for the weathered traveller not a must-be.

It's a small but great collection of cars with the highlight for me being the banana yellow Lancia Stratos. The price is fair, the staff are super friendly, and you get a really interesting audio guide (unusual for car museums).

Nice little museum which is larger than it looks like from the outside. Awesome collection of cars from the 1890's and onward. Admission quite cheap, I'd have paid double that and still felt like I got my money's worth.

We could visit the place for free and it was very interesting. The museum is easily reached by bus from Andorra la Vella as there is a bus station (La Molina) right next to it. There are a lot of cars and bikes ranging from the end of the 19th century up until quite recently. To be honest, for a lot of the cars one does wonder how they ended up in Andorra but it's even nicer to see them in such a nice place now. There is some information in Front of each car and some bikes and you can get an audio guide in different languages (although we didn't get one) Definitely worth a visit even if it is not free.
