When beach is rough, this place is good to visit. Can come closer to waterfall. It's already chilly while October. Not warm deep inside forest. Swim wear will be recommendable if you wanna dive in.

Just about 20 minutes riding motorbike & 10 minutes trekking. The trekking trail is easy for children & old people too, no need to climb. The water is cool & beautiful; but should visit on a sunny days & avoid rainny days since the surrounding areas are kinda quite.

15 minute walk from the parking. The path is pretty easy and straight forward. The very last part requires a little climbing and hopping on rocks. Average health or with children should be fine. It's a pretty cool rock surface to walk on and at the end there is a pool and the waterfall. However in the off season, Jan-feb, there is no water in the waterfall. Still worth a visit.

There was a fountain in Koh Kood. Many tourists came there. It might be Summer and the water was not much. The water from the fountain was cold.

Best to visit during the rainy season. During winter months the water levels are low and it's worth s visit only if you're on the island for an extended stay. It's an easy walk through the nature trail to the waterfall. Also don't stop at the location shown by Google maps, continue driving straight from this location until you see a proper designated parking lot. The entrance to the waterfall is right next to it.

Biggest waterfall on Koh Kood, great place to visit during or after the rain season, it’s one of the best attractions to spend few hours refreshing! (Is a 10 minute walk from the parking-entry, where you’ll be ask to make a voluntarily donation to help keep the place safe and clean, any amount is ok the walk is very easy, however the rocks around the waterfall are slippery and must be very careful. during the rainy season the volume of water might be very high and unsafe to swim in some occasions)

The reviews worried me a bit as my mother is in her late sixties and a lot of the reviews made the path seem treacherous, and yes if it were soaked, it would be slippery but it was a very easy and doable walk to the rocky beach. Rope to swing on, people don't leave their trash. Lovely swim. Don't expect immaculate free toilets and amenities at a public waterfall on a rustic island maybe 🤷‍♀️

Very beautiful waterfall however not easy to access as you need to walk through a muddy rocky walk path .Toilets were not clean and had no water !!! If your young and adventurous go and enjoy it , if your 40+ be very careful.

Amazing! We had so much fun here swimming and swinging on the rope swing. It wasn't as busy as other waterfalls we went too and it's our favourite one in Koh Kood now. It's a quick and easy walk from the parking lot.

When visiting here during the dry season in January, the water had already dried up, leaving no waterfalls. To get from the parking area to the waterfall, you need to walk down a fairly steep staircase. Without water, it's difficult to get down to the rocks below from the end of the staircase. During the dry season, there is no scenic beauty to appreciate in this area. From the exposed rocks scattered below, they vary in size and are unevenly distributed across the area. When the water level is high, these rocks are submerged and not visible, but they can pose a danger when diving, so those who enjoy diving should be especially careful.

The waterfall is not the coolest but you can climb all the way up which is pretty cool! It's not easy though 🙂

Would say this is the waterfall on the island least worth visiting. There is a long track road down to it, we walked instead of taking the moped as it was very steep, and then there is a little homestay near the steps down. You can’t swim at this waterfall but it is pretty.

Must todo at this Island. Great natural place. But be prepaired. The journey to this spot is quite dangerous because you have to drive a very unstable road and climb across stones

This place was actually quite nice. The drive to the falls is gorgeous (possibly dangerous if you’re a novice or reckless scooter driver) and the brief hike down is lovely. No entrance fee and no people when I went (May 2022). Plenty of water and quite refreshing to rinse off in. Careful of the slippery rocks though!

Was here in the dry season of january so no waterfall to be seen. But if you travel here by motorbike it is defenitely worth it just from the journey itself! It feels like a scene out of the junglebook movie

Amazing waterfall (if you come during or afyer rainy season of course. August - December). You have to climb a little bit down. But there is a kind of staircase. If its not too wet this is easy. But it cost a "few" drops of sweat which you can re-fill later at the very nice restaurant upstairs in front of the waterfall. Once at the waterfall you need to climb again if you want to swim in the pond. A good pair of shoes / sneakers is recommended (a little more then just flip-flops). In the beginning is also a little path to the left from the stairs which brings you to the top of the waterfall. Be careful not to slip there

I went in april, the hottest month of the year so almost no water. However, the scenery was spectacular and the drive was definitely worth it. It's really nice nature on the road to there as well. And at the entrance there is a very sweet lady that can make you some food or sell some drinks.

Long ride for this waterfall , I would say the date that I came it’s raining season and it have too much water so we could not play or dip in to the water at all. Make sure that your scooter is ready to take adventure for this trip

Very nice waterfall. Road is gravel in the last stretch so mind how you go. Great pancake at the homestay after the visit. There s also a hydroponics farm.

The waterfall is beautiful and accessible. You need to follow the local (paper) map since on google the road is not shown. You arrive to some homestay near the entrance to the waterfall. There are nice stairs to descend to the water, however, it is quite difficult to access the water and swim there. Be careful!

This giant maca is 40 meters tall and approximately 500 years old. And giant banyan tree the road to see the trees is quite far, but the trees are not far from the road, nice to see. very big tree And this long life .

Definitely a place you should see. Sure it’s just another tree but it’s just another beach another cafe as well and still people go there. Preferences are different as is every single sight even if it feels very similar at first. I think it’s quite impressive. Please don’t litter like many others do and maybe pick up some of the trash as well. Try to make a change!:)

If your in the area it's worth the bit if a drive to see. A very peaceful forest which has the 500 plus year old majestic tree. Take a moment to give thanks, gratitude, take in the silence of the forest as you gaze upon this beautiful tree.

Being close and touching Mayakuk is a strong spiritual experience, inevitably you will think how many things have happened in the history that did not touch Mayakuk, protected by his beautiful jungle. Beautiful 500 year old tree wraped in capes to keepnthe spirit. Have a close look at the gigantic root network in the ground. Mosquito repellent might be helpfull. Tree is located a hundred meter behind of where the dirt road starts

Google path is wrong. Necessary to take another turn. We dicided to visit this place without expecting a lot, just on the way to waterfall. But itbwas 100% worth it, the tree is huge! As well stepping just a few meters insode of the forest we could feel, that the forest is alive and full of sounds, amazing.

I have traveled all over Thailand... this beach is clearly one of the most beautiful! I recommend for snorkeling lovers to go to the very last jetty on the left side 🐠🐡 really a lot of beautiful fish and corals. it's a piece of paradise!

Great beach very special place not the best but easy to get to

Looks good, but actually the whole beachfront belongs to hotels. But you are able to get in and stay at the beach. A lot of palm trees give shadow. Posh bar and restaurant. One of the less attractive beaches on this island full of beautiful beaches.

very beautiful beach can recommend to everyone The beach is in a resort, you are allowed to go to the beach and you don't have to pay anything so don't worry before you buy something to drink or snack. There is only a resort shop here which is very expensive. for your information

Good lunch, nice beach, clean and some house music from the bar. Amazing X-Mas sustainable tree. Massage ladies were booked out. We just visit the beach, did not stay in the resort.

This beach was very beautiful! Waters were crystal clear, and can see quite a few fish. There is a small slide at the end of the pier and there is also a wooden diving board. Please be careful and do not dive head first because the water is actually very shallow.

I only visited the place twice on a day trip. Views were great, staff were friendly, accommodation is ok . Value for money.

Beautiful calm bay on the island of Koh Kood. Unfortunately surrounded by resorts but you can just walk through them to get to the beach. The tide comes up quite high onto the resort's and there is limited sand beach. There are piers out of most of the resort's into the bay . If you face the sea , the left side of the bay has sand beach even on higher tides 👍. Lovely bay with fish all over the shallow rock outcrops.

Dream like beach. The best beach we experienced yet on ko kood and ko Chang combined. It's perfect for swimming. The water is very clear and scooter parking nearby is for free. We were even astonished about the small amount of people on the beach during the afternoon.

Simply Paradise! It is approx 200m from the main road. Bungalows are just 10m from the beach... Actually on the beach 😁 At the time I was there, July 3-6,there were barely any guests... Not more than 30 people so that the beach was almost empty and quite and I could only hear waves and birds clearly. Restaurant is pricey, but expected, in comparison to Bangkok, noodle soup with sea food 120BHT, oysters 220BHT. No shop in the bay but 15min walking to the shop on the main road. It was one in the best places I've ever been!

Swimming quality 5*! Calm clear clean warm water, gets deeper by the pier for a proper swim. Soft sand, clean beach. Sad thing is faint smell of sewage in river behind the dive school, leading to beach by the resort in front. It’s also getting overdeveloped and busier, lots of tourists and prices that go with it. Only more expensive resorts here , exception is Sea &Sand , a 1* accommodation which has a bohemian vibe bar at the southern edge of beach, very shallow waters there.
