We came in with a group of 5 people. We had an awesome time here even though it started raining halfway. There are different difficulty levels so you can start with easier ones if you're not comfortable yet.

My kids love this place veey much. They even asked me to come again the next day! Very challenging and entertaining. There are 9 levels, from the easiest to most difficult. The equipment is good and safety. We got trained how to use the equipment properly. They really concern about the safety. Two thumbs up! Everyone has 2,5 hours to try all the levels. Worth to visit and definetely will be back when I visit Bali. Very very recommended!

Some of the products are not as marketed but you can find good priced items if you look at the right shop and bargain.

Just avoid this place. Most unreliable sellers with no less than x10 prices of a local fair price. Especially fruits that are very cheap in real, but here gonna be more expensive than in your country. Maybe if more places like that will be marked and ignored by the tourists, these greedy sellers will learn eventually to give respect to the tourists as well and won't disgrace this island and themselves. While you buy there, assuming you don't understand them, they chatting about how much they gonna rip off this foreigner meaning you :-) What a shame! There are so many local businesses that will be glad to get your support and also respect you without ripping you off. Better please support that fair and honest places and ignore ones like this.

My advise is go early morning to beat the crowds and also the clouds. Avoid the weekends as well.

Lovely market! You can buy different types of chips, the green leafs 🍃 one are so good 👌, peanuts, spices, strawberries 🍓 , flower seeds, orchids and bonsai. You can bargain around 30-40% max. if you buy more stuff.

Fresh market mostly fruits, vegetables and some clothes shop on the back. The fruits shop are very nice. Clothes sellers make us feel uncomfortable a bit by their pressure

I love the colors of the fruits and the veggies in this market. But what I don't like is the seller kind of annoyed. All of them call to buy to buy. Hmmm I can't think focus which 1 that I want to buy. I wanna have a look what's there if I like I can buy. But I stayed maybe 5 minutes only. Bough strawberry then leave.

Very good market with lots of fruit and spices options. We were on a hunt for vanilla and got a couple different ones. You definitely need to bargain to get normal prices but if you know how much things cost it is not that difficult. Even saying that strawberries were expensive, they say it is not the season yet somehow everyone has them 🤣 They also sell beautiful flowers and bonsai trees. If only the backpack had more room 😄

A fresh fruits and vegetable market in the center surrounded by souvenir shops and shops selling different plants. There is parking in the centre. Not busy at all if you are there on a weekday afternoon. Quality of souvenir seems reasonable.

It's not a traditional market, .maybe it was. It's not made for locals, focused on selling fruits, clothes and souvenirs to the tourists. It's nice, but don't expect a local market.

It was fun roaming in the market and interacting with the ladies selling the fruits and spices. Their sense of humor was amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience, not for the faint hearted- great end to end service

This place is amazing!!!! First of all the value is unmatched, great price and you get coffee and a meal after. They picked us up at our villa an hour away in Seminyak. The staff is hilarious and make sure you are safe the whole way. They teach you how to use the equipment and you will see amazing scenery. We went through the trenches and rice field. Would recommend

ATV riding, completed the morning session in wet season (best time to go) and it was just me and two friends. We all had an absolute blast! The staff are super friendly, helpful and funny! They'll make sure you have a good day. Expect to get very muddy and wet! I was able to attach my gopro to my helmet (definitely necessary) The road to get up to the base is a very rough and looks almost a bit dodgy (just FYI) Finished the day with a top notch Nasi Goreng on return to base!

Both my husband and I did the quad biking & bearing in mind we are both in our fiftys.i was more than a little afraid but we had an absolute blast, I would definitely recommend this no matter what age you are.

Awesome guides on a set track for about an 1.5hr ride. More of an adventure than a scenic ride. Still loved it all.

A picturesque temple on the lake Danau Beratan at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. Pura Ulung Danu is the second most important temple in Bali and was built in 1633. On the territory of the temple there is a very beautiful park with an area for children. It is quite cold here and it can occasionally rain, so it is recommended to wear warm clothes and have an umbrella or a raincoat with you. Entrance to the temple will cost you 75k + parking. Also here you can rent a boat for a trip on the lake and an absolutely unique view of the temple from the lake.

One of the largest lake temple of Bali. Pity though is that is quite crowded, and the smell of fuel from boats racing in the lake (and the noise) does not really fit with the experience. Almost anything there is tailored around getting more money out of the pockets of tourists. If looking for a quiet and spiritual experience, well, there are other better venues in this beautiful Island.

The place is situated next to a lake and the view is mesmerizing, it feels very calm when you are there. In the evening it becomes quite cold and the atmosphere changes suddenly and it feels amazing. There is a children's play area also so that they can enjoy it. There are a range of restaurants and shops so that your time can pass. It's a holy place and has a worship area too, it's also very clean.

Beautiful gardens and temples, had a lovely time wandering around. Go early if you want to avoid the crowds but give yourself time to explore. Nice coffee in the cafe.

The temple is like a themed park with the temple itself at its center. It has a huge area that you can explore and take pictures of. There's also some water activities like boat ride and paddling. There area restaurants and playgrounds conveniently located inside. The architecture is beautiful and the symbolisms are also interesting to know. A guide who's familiar with the place and it's structures would make the experience better.

Ah, I love the view here. And on the way here you can see beautiful scenery along the road. The air also feels good here. Nice place to take a picture or two or a dozens. There are some photographers available too, they can take your picture for a reasonable price and have them printed right away. I recommend them because they know the best angle to take the pictures 👍🏻

I visited here in 2018 for a junior high school study tour. This place is simply amazing. The temple is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, as well as the view of the lake and mountains which adds to the beauty and soothes the heart. This place also has a large and well maintained garden. Luckily when I visited here, I could see Hindus carrying out worship. I can see directly the process and how they worship. Wearing traditional Balinese clothes, accompanied by traditional musical instruments, and of course there are “sesajen” as offerings. They worship quietly without being disturbed by the presence of tourists.

What an interesting experience! This place is definitely a must see. Well looked after and some great photography spots! The coffee shop was really worth visiting for the Luwak coffee and service was great.

A very strange place, we went expecting the sombre holiness of a sacred site and instead ran into what can only be described as a theme park. Speedboat rides, fibreglass dinosaurs, many different cafes and restaurants, and designated selfie spots made it a beautiful and exciting place. I would happily suggest it to travellers, but maybe don't expect a temple atmosphere. Definitely a place to enjoy the natural beauty of the local mountains and lakes however.

Beautiful nice lake temple surrounded by mountains. Fortunately when we reached it was little cloudy making it a relaxed walking experience in this temple garden. It is a little far from the ubud,but worth going.

Its beautiful, the main attraction is pura/temple with beautiful lake as a background. Ticket is cheap, the land is green with fresh air and many colorful flower. You can bring family for picnic because thereis table and chair in the garden, or you can bring your friend for some relax time!

We came here first time in the morning when they opened! We pretty much had the place to ourselves with some locals doing religious ceremony. I give a 4* for the Beautiful grounds and temples are stunning! My son loved all the animal statues etc but the big disappointment is the real animal display & exploitation. They had a mini animal display tucked up in the corner with reptiles, owls , ciwet cats etc.. pay for photos with them which I found disgusting! Asia is notorious for animal exploitation!

We came here with hired private driver and the drive from town was more than an hour. Although it's a bit far, it's worth the visit because the surroundings are full of greenery and the lake is so pretty. It was cloudy when we were there so it was a bit cooler. It wasn't crowded during the weekdays either. There are some new IG areas for photos so that's a bit cheesy. Otherwise this is one temple in Bali worth visiting.

Definitely worth visiting. One of the most beautiful and known hinduism temple in Bali. If you’re looking for a trip do not miss this. Very pretty photos. There are few restaurants and a cafe in the area, so you don’t need to worry about being hungry. It’s better to take raincoats and umbrellas on every trip you go, because when it rains it’s usually very heavy rain. It’s the best to come in the morning - less people = more peace = better photos.

My third time to visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. Improvements have been very noticeable in the area. Unfortunately, the major attraction here which is the "floating" temple was undergoing repairs so scaffoldings are in place all around the temple. New statues and other attractions are placed around the garden. Cafes and restaurants are also operating to cater to visitors. We could have enjoyed the park and its facilities if it didn't rain heavily. We were forced to stay in one of the cafes and wait until the rain stopped. The rain however, did not stop so we had no choice but to end our day and go back to our hotel. But not after visiting some souvenir stores and buying some stuff.

A great place for locals or if you are bored from the traditional Balinese things. This place is extremely clean and organized. It would be a perfect spot for a weekend with the family. However, I do not think it is a nice place for tourists. It is a great spot for locals though.

We reached here from Ubud, while maps show it is 2 hours away it should be noted that it is atop a hilly terrain, so the travel also includes winding roads and typical cool chilly air in the hills. The drive and travel was totally worth it. It is very beautiful and calming inside speacially due to presence beside the lake. There are lot of photo opportunities inside, so make sure you dress up nicely. Tourists are not allowed to actually visit inside the main temple area where prayers are offered untill you partake in relish joys ceremony in the Balinese traditional clothes. But that is the case with all temples. There is an entry fees. Place is highly commercial with 2 restaurants inside and lot of play areas for kids.

It’s a fraud. It’s a tourist trap!! BE AWARE!!! We stopped just for few minutes , a lady saw us and she immediately asked as to look at her coffee-tea shop, she offered us to try all the tastes and we thought why not? The atmosphere was nice, they made everything just to make you feel that they are selling you something really good. We ended up buying 25 euros 3 different types of tea, which is just colored powder with sugar, not even a tea. It was too expensive for tea, especially in Bali. I’ve realized that only after I paid and left the place. I felt so stupid and disgusted. I DO NOT recommend you to go there!!! BE AWARE. Don’t buy anything. Save your money!!!!

A traditional coffee plantation which is also a tourist pit-stop. You will be guided through a garden where you'll see coffee beans growing, various teas and herbs too. You'll have the opportunity to try many types of tea and coffee for free. Of course they are trying to get some business, but there is no obligation to buy or tip so if you don't feel comfortable smile politely and go back to your vehicle, no problem.

A nice, although obviously rushed, tour through the plant will show you the process of how coffee and tea are actually made on Bali. You even get to see the mongoose animals who 'select' the actual coffee beans for the coffee. However, the articles they sell in the shop are not the promised weight/amount and do not contain as much of the product as it should; this is simply fraud and the misleading of tourists. It's a shame really, as the tasting was a lot of fun and we would have appreciated some of the actual tea at home; now we simply say steer clear and find a proper plant/store in the area, as there are many others.

Tour guide is friendly. But technically is a showroom for them, is not a real coffee plantations. Have different kind of plants as well like cocoa, pineapple, snakefruit etc. Wide range of coffee and tea selection. Have a couple of luwaku as well.

Nice experience. You get to see lot of different coffee and tea types which is grown by them. You get a taste as well of different flavours.

The coffee quality the serve at the table and the coffee they sell is different quality so think twice before buying the coffee. Secondly you should avoid drinking luwak coffee because of the cruelty to the animals who were forced to eat the coffee fruit for their poops and they make luwak coffee from them. The atmosphere is very good and its a best place to visit once but cross check the quality of the items you buy. At the first time when you will visit the people will escort you till the introduction, free tea coffee to taste and sales counter after that you might not be able to find how to exit from the coffee factory no one will help you.

If any of the driver recommended this place, don’t accept it, we weren’t planning to go in but our substitute driver was commenting how good they were. Sadly, what we bought were not genuine stuff! Saffron misspelled, coffee looks weird! so called world expensive coffee doesn’t rock my boat!250g for idr750K does not justify the actual value.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Tegal Sari Luwak Coffee, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help others make an informed decision. Despite the charming atmosphere, I must emphasize that this place is nothing but a scam, offering products that are far from genuine. I was lured in by the picturesque surroundings and the promise of organic products. I ended up spending around $80 on their so-called specialty coffees, which included Ginger Coffee, Cinnamon Coffee, Ginseng Coffee, and Cinnamon. To my dismay, every single coffee blend was an utter disappointment. These concoctions contained over 60% sugar, masking any authentic coffee taste with an overwhelming sweetness. The coffee was barely discernible amid the saccharine overload, rendering it unauthentic and far from enjoyable. As for the cinnamon powder, it was equally disappointing. It had no discernible taste or aroma, making me question the quality and authenticity of the product. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice a significant discrepancy in the product weight. The labels proudly state 250 grams, but upon weighing the packages, I found they barely reached 200 to 225 grams. This misrepresentation of product weight is yet another red flag. To make matters worse, our tour guide introduced us to this place, suggesting it as a genuine and authentic experience. Regrettably, it appears that this establishment preys on unsuspecting tourists, offering subpar products and overcharging them. I implore you to be cautious and not buy anything from Tegal Sari Luwak Coffee. This place is a scam, and all their products are fake. Save your money and seek out authentic coffee experiences elsewhere.

The coffee and tea experience in the plantation is nice BUT DON’T BE FOOLED! I decided to buy some teas I liked but all I got is 90% sugar mixed with the tea flavor??? I feel so deceived. It’s far from what I have tasted!!! Just full of sugar!

Very cool experience. It is a small tour (about 20 minutes) but the staff was very friendly and informative. There are a couple Lusaka to see but they are in a cage due to the Lusaka being nocturnal. You are presented with a sampling of several teas and coffees grown on the plantation, but you will have to pay 50000IDR for a sample (full cup) of Luwak. At the end of the tour you trave through the shop where you can purchase any of the flavors in either bean or powder, honey, cocoa, fragrances, and other items at reasonable prices with absolutely no pressure to buy.

We had a great experience at Tegal Sari Luwak coffee plantation. It's a short tour but very informative. The staff is very friendly and trying to answer any questions you might have. After the tour you are invited for a tasting of coffee and tea which is FOR FREE, but make sure you check out their shop if you do like any of the coffees or teas, because that's how you can support their business :) Also I recommend to taste the Luwak coffee which is truly special.

The place to sleep and rest tonight, then continue the journey tomorrow to another place. How is the temperature at night ? We had 19 degrees celcius So we need to wear our jacket, moreover if the wind blows, it feels freezing.. The facility? Well there is bathroom and toilet, no hot shower. You might reserve meals in advance...

i love to come here to picking strawberry. but this time there is no strawberry. but still can enjoy the view of lake batur. there is a restaurant also, but local food.

Good place for day camp

camping on a lake shore! that was a first for me. nice experience. very very cold but still manageable. food was okay. just bring your friends and food, light up the fire, sing together or whatever. be careful if it's raining.

Great place if you decide to have very quite place, close with the lake, good food and good price. They also can provide tent and camping stuff for you to enjoy night time with friends or family.
