A must see when visiting Eleuthera! At the glass window bridge you can see both the dark blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the turquoise waters of the Bahamas. It’s a magical spot and one I visit every time I’m in Eleuthera.

This is my favorite in Eleuthera. I love to pass on this bridge. I always end up in awe with the magnificent Atlantic Ocean and the calmer beautiful Carribean sea on the other side. The difference in color between the two seas is mesmerizing. You will never get tired of the scenery. It is considered the narrowest place on planet Earth. You can park your car near it. Recommended to drive at sunrise or sunset and take videos or pictures. Everyone visiting Eleuthera needs to visit this bridge. There is also a natural geyser near it that you can visit as well. If going North, you can check the geyser first. Queens Bath (left side if driving south) and other attractions are near the Glass window so check any sign while driving.

Very cool place. It’s rare to see the ocean was divided into two different colors. The path we took to get great pictures were really rocky and pointy rocks so not recommended for seniors and kids.

Now, I understand that places where the Atlantic and Caribbean meet are not all that uncommon. However, the stark contrast is demonstrated clearer here than any other place I've ever seen. Behold, the awesome power of water!

This place is truly remarkable! The Queen's Baths is located around here, the little geyser (Lucas Blow Hole) in the little hole is also located around this area, too. I just wish that there was more of an open and inviting way down, off the bridge, so you can see it up close. I had to go down the hill with pricker bushes and stuff to go down and see it up close. There really isn't a place to go down that is marked.

A nice experience! One side the ocean was blue and calm and the other one dark and so wavy.

Cool little spot to pull off. Also, within walking distance of the Queens Bath and a blowhole.

This was very cool to see! The deep blue surf of the Atlantic juxtaposed with the light blue of the tropical sea is spectacular! The bridge used to be a natural arch until a hurricane took it out. It was replaced by the concrete bridge standing now. I climbed onto one of the cliffs to get a better vantage point. There is parking but be careful of the traffic!

Simply a wonder to see. The Atlantic on one side, dark blue, waves crashing against the rocks, coupled with the calm turquoise of the Caribbean on the other. A must to stop and get some pictures

A very beautiful place to sit and see unrest on one side and peace and tranquility on the other side! The ocean spray blowing in your face is refreshing and salty! Love it!

Beautiful natural area on the island. You are able to see the Caribbean and the Atlantic Ocean from the most narrow area on Eleuthera.

We had an amazing day. Good food, drinks, and a great atmosphere. Great snorkeling right off the free beach. Plan to spend the day relaxing. Great souvenir shopping as well without anyone pushing you to buy anything! My second favorite port of all time out of 20+. Carnival has done an amazing job with this port! Enjoy the free buffet and beach chairs all day.

The island is absolutely beautiful! My cousin and I booked the clear bottom Kayaking excursion through Carnival and it was amazing!! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had an amazing personality! We were even able to hold different sea life! I plan to take my kids next year!!

It looks beautiful... but BRING shoes!!!! I cut my foot up pretty bad and I was walking careful the whole time. The sand slid out and a rock hidden deep down got me good. It is really pretty though... but I should have done my research and planned better I guess. The lines for food and drink was pretty long... and then the buffet closes early... You have to spend a certain amount to use your sign and sail card... so we got chicken and it wasn't that great.. and pretty soggy by the time my husband got it to us... the meat was dry tasting... definitely plan ahead because I didn't!

We had a great time with the family and kids. The water was clear and calm so we could snorkel with the fish on the side where the cabanas are. We did go to the buffet and the fresh cut fruit area. The food was good and all though the line was long it seemed to move fast. You can use your drink package on the island which is great. This is our 2nd time on the island and will go back again.

Absolutely fabulous and stunning. The water is crystal clear, easy beach and accessible. Lots of shopping! I went to Princess Cays on a Carnival Cruise and I to spend time in the water. There is a stingray encounter and I got to do that.... It was amazing. They're like water puppies. Definitely a must go.

This was my 3rd visit via carnival cruise lines and I absolutely loved it. The beach is so nice and the water was perfect this time of year..(late May). We only got to enjoy the shoreline for 5 short hours...just enough time for a slight tan.

We visited the secondary beach over the bridge and really enjoyed ourselves. Shaded chairs were readily available. The coral in the water was tricky to navigate, so I would recommend water shoes.

The beach was clean, with plenty of chairs for your convenience. Nice shops to buy souvenirs. Live band with good music. We drifted in the beach water and had a very relaxing time.

Didn't want to leave lol wish we would have just stayed here for a couple days, what a dream come true of a little island. Do the stingray encounter you'll love it! We got to hold and pet one, that was a blast 🥰 great snorkeling on the beach too. Needless to say it's absolutely beautiful there and I really hope to be able to come back someday.

We had a great day relaxing. We did The relaxing boat ride. It was awesome. Jimmy the captain sang very good for us. The tour guide sorry I don't remember her name was an excellent tour guide. They were very considerate of everyone's safety. We Highly recommend it.

First off the place is absolutely beautiful. I was highly disappointed that we had to pay over $10 per beer towards our rooms. The buffet line was so long that we ended up just waiting to get Guys Burgers back on the ship. The gift shop prices were very high, $25 for a coffee mug or $39 for a tumbler. The highlight was the beautiful view from the beach, the water is stunningly blue!

Pretty location with crystal-clear water. Fun activities including snorkeling, banana boat, kayaks, and others. Good food was served by Princess cruises. Nice stop for a quick trip off the boat. Need a water shuttle to get to the land from the ship as there is not anywhere to dock.

the ocean is beautiful clean and clear. The beaches are very nice also. I especially enjoyed the more southern beaches they were not crowded in fact when I was there there was maybe 30 people present at any one time. The locals where friendly and the little shops were very reasonably priced. Lovely place would go back any time.

This island has one of the best, intact coral reefs that I've seen in the entire Caribbean. It's not large, but it had a lot of diverse sea life and coral (which is very healthy) and it's quite shallow. You can snorkel right off the beach at the very far end (last beach entrance). The food they served was pretty good and there are nice little cottages you can rent.

Princess Cays is a private island, only activities organized by your ship are here, good thing is that ships crew will cook food here for you and there Bartender will serve you. End of the day they will talk all of there stuff back. We enjoyed our time here as it was a beach environment and liquor. One could rent chairs, cabanas, cottages for a daytime. No waves in this ocean and clear water. Life guards are present but they don't care for you, just always on there phone txt'g and talking.

Beautiful place to spend the day on the beach and swimming in the ocean. Water is extremely clear and beautiful. We rented a cabana with air conditioning. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful island! The different shades of blues and greens are insane! Perfect place if you like the sun and also perfect if you prefer to sit under a palm tree and read a book.

I had the most enjoyable time here. We utilized the "Clam Shell" cabanas and it was worth the price. Especially since we were able to store our stuff safely, take a nap, and had a "home-base" to go back to throughout the day. We were provided lunch and even had fresh cut fruits. Everything was yummy, bathrooms were mostly clean, and the ocean was SO relaxing. I would say it was one of the highlights of my trip and I wish I could've spent more time here. Can't wait to come back! P.s. they have a Princess Cays store that takes medallion pay, but they also have booths throughout the beach that is mostly cash-only. So don't forget it if you wish to purchase anything!

The beaches are very rocky. Great for snorkling but need water shoes to protect your feet while swimming. Snall shopping area with limited selections. Overall a good place to chill on the beach.

Gorgeous 😍 beach, some minor snorkeling right around the rocks in front of Davy Jones lockers. Clean warm water and soft sand. A few rocks around the rock areas are pretty shallow even 20 feet out. No vendors bugging and a buffet lunch of hot dog, burgers or BBQ ribs. Plenty of seats for everyone. Take a towel from the ship.

Strictly a beach day, not a lot of adventure. Go across the bridge for a quieter time. Water highly suitable for toddlers. Oh get to the BBQ as soon as they open. To beat the flies but hey what's a BBQ without flies, they gotta eat too.

I absolutely love this place. I wasn’t excited to go here because it didn’t look like there was much to do. We brought our snorkel gear from home and used the snorkeling area, which was awesome. We saw an eel, which freaked me out, and lots of sea urchin. We then walked all the way down the beach until you couldn’t see the main beach area anymore. It was like a whole different world over there. Only two other people walked as far as we did. There were so many little hermit crabs. Lots of cool shells also. There are towels already on the island, so you don’t have to bring any from the ship. We always bring Turkish towels with us though, since they fold up so small. There was a buffet available, but we got off the ship after lunch, so we didn’t bother with the long line. We are going back in a few weeks and I am going to walk down the other way (to the right from the ship) to look for the gravestones I read about online. There is also a nice kids’ area with a wooden playground, sand pit and small pool with a lifeguard.

The Princess Cays were our first stop on the Enchanted Princess. It was a welcome stop as this was the first time we cruised the Caribbean. It was a nice intro to the islands in that it is owned by Princess, and the buffet BBQ food and drinks were inclusive. It was early in the day, so we stuck with water. The weather was very nice and the water was pleasant. The beach and area are beautful. If you want a MUCH lower key experience, go to the beach on the right as you exit the dock. Much less people and more open beach, shade and lounges. There was a buffet and bar. Very pleasant. The right side of the beach is much more commercial. More people, music, places to eat, clamshells, and cabanas. Good to visit, but MUCH more crowded. Good if you like more activity and rental options. Go back to the ship early because the queue lines are very long and get worse as it got closer to the deadline to return to the ship. Overall, we enjoyed our visit except for the long lines and time (over 1 1/2 hours to board a tender to return to the ship in hot weather and much sunshine. We left 2 1/2 hours before the last call. It was still a worthwhile experience.

Great beach! Awesome sea. The only thing to consider is some rocks on the beach, but once you are in, you can see amazing fishes.

Great setup for a day at the beach when on a Carnival Cruise. Very accessible and nice amenities. Plenty of chairs for everyone. There are paver walkways to cover most of the beach, the only downside is they lack any type of handicap walkway to the water making most of it accessible except for the swimming lagoons for those in wheelchairs or those using walkers. Make sure you have some sort of swim shoes, there are parts of the swimming area that are very rugged and rocky. There are some limited reefs for snorkeling, but the water is not as clear as some of the others reefs due to all the swimmers. Be prepared to pay extra for adult beverages, they charge for a novelty cup, and extra Princess Cay service and gratuities. Two Margaritas were nearly $50. Overall it was a great day.

This preserve is lovely. The employees are super friendly. The sites are beautiful. There are informative plaques all over as you walk, keeping you informed of what you are looking at, as well as providing historical information. Loved visiting the preserve and will be back again. Highly recommend stopping by!

If you're curious about everything native to Eluthera, give yourself plenty of time here! It's absolutely wonderful and so much to learn in regards to native vegetation and history of the island. Definitely a place we visit every time we come to Eluthera.

Beautiful park and so well-done! We got a map with notations of all the different sections. Learned a lot about native plants and wildlife. Loved the turtles! I think it was $11 for adults plus VAT. Totally worth it. Park staff were wonderful!!

Fun mini hike. Very interesting signs about bush medicine. Feeding the turtles was great for kids.

Super surprised by this national trust park, definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Eleuthera. Didn’t expect it to be this well managed, but on arrival we found out that the whole site is only 10years old and features some amazing walks through different landscapes. Our favourite parts were the turtles which you can feed with turtle food purchased at the entrance.

Beautiful place for plant and tree lovers or those who just love nature. The grounds are clean the labels are helpful, their educational pavilion is very well constructed and is useful. Our visit was for business but we were really impressed with this Botanical Garden and their staff!

Excellent educational journey. Great jungle walk all over learning about the plant life and history of the Bahamas. Turtle feeding was so cute, but was unexpected. As soon as the turtles see you they all coming running(swimming) to be fed. I would suggest at least 2 packs of turtle food from the welcome center as we felt bad that we ran out and half the turtles didn't get any. If you plan to go up to the tower or weather station be careful and watchful of the huge spiders who like to spread across the trail.

Beautifully created with natural Eleuthera charm. A great way to discover secrets of the island. Great on a down day.

Very nice place to view all the native plants. Tons of plant labels and very informative signs describing the details. Be sure to get some turtle food when you get your tickets so you can feed them at the pond. Typically it takes about 2 hrs to see the whole thing at a moderate pace.

This place exceeded my expectations! Gorgeously surrounded by native plants, well marked, clean and easy to follow trails. Very clean and well maintained! It costs $10 to get in, they do offer senior discounts & probably for kids as well. You can call ahead to schedule a guided tour or choose to do a self guided tour like we did. Make sure you walk up to the top of Ethan’s Tower for a gorgeous bird eye view of the surroundings. Watch out for the Golden Orb Spiders, they are in abundance here. Gorgeous to look at though! Tip, go early if your here during the summer because naturally it gets real hot real quick! Not a whole lot of breeze because of the location. A definite must do if you’re into nature!

Easy to find and drive to. The water is clear and the beach is clean. The waves can get large.

French Leave beach is yet another gorgeous beach. This is on the Atlantic side so the waves are more aggressive than in the Bahamas Shelf. The sand here is also again pink if you look carefully. This is a really deep beach and is a long beach. Great for a long walk and a great swim in the ocean. French Leave resort has some services for their guests here in about the middle of the beach with the resort being on the Bight side of the island so if you stay at that resort just realize that you will need to golf cart over to this beach. You can't walk out of your room onto the beach.

This pink sand beach is incredible and we had it almost entirely to ourselves.

Absolutely stunning beach. I met three very large sting rays who were passive, and yet very curious about me. Also curious were the tropical fish who nibbled on my toes. Beautiful pink sand. Bring your snorkel and sunscreen!

This Beautiful beach on Atlantic side, as the previously reviews, most depends on the sea condition, but if you are lucky (as me and my family) and you find the best weather and sea condition, this place will be your favorite beach in Eleuthera Island.

Beautiful beach with amazingly blue water. One of my favorite beaches on the island and never packed. Go early in the morning and you won’t run into anyone for hours. Truly an experience.

Beautiful pink sand beach, very similar to Harbour Island's beach, but more secluded

This beach is awesome!! The sand is very smooth, there isn't a whole bunch of seaweed, and there are so many sand dollars! They aren't even just the little flat ones, either. They are huge!

Went here at high tide and the small strip of sand between the water and trees is barely enough to lay out a towel. I highly recommend going at low tide. The trees do provide some shade and the water is very calm when compared to the Atlantic side of the island. The "road" to reach this beach is similar to all the other trails where you can expect encroaching foliage and large potholes on a one vehicle trail.

Awesome sand bottom beach - shallow at least a couple hundred yards out. Perfect for families. Go at low tide since at high tide it’s narrow sandy beachfront.

Very calm beach. Can walk out 50 yards. No waves. I see snorkelers on either end but didn't myself so don't know how good it is. The beach itself, incredible!

The absolute best beach with the calmest waters. Great for snorkeling. You can walk almost 600 ft and the water will be up to your waste. Isolated beach with just a bit of people.

Most incredible beach I’ve ever been too. Perfect white sand, crystal clear water only waist high several hundred feet from shore, very calm. Saw dolphins, stingrays, amberjacks, starfish, etc. There’s were maybe 5 other people on the beach.

This is a gem that it tucked away in Savannah Sound with beautiful pink sand beaches, shallow water, and warm water. It is a bit tough to get to; if you feel like you're driving through a forest for about 5 minutes, you're almost there.

Ocean Hole is one of the well-known attractions in Eleuthera but when we went there, there was rubbish in the water. The water is greenish and looks dirty. We did see a lot of fishes tho in the water.

Not worth the effort, overgrown cliffs mostly inaccessible, spot that is accessible is basically jumping off a man made concrete wall, only single ladder which is intact and manageable, lots of fish but water smells like stagnant sea water and “cliffs” for jumping are <10feet. We didn’t even get in the water., neat find, to look fir a few minutes but not worth an afternoon though for sure.

Am interesting body of water in Rock Sound. As with Sapphire Hole in North Eleuthera, the rich is porous allowing saltwater to enter an inland body of water. There are definitely a good number of fish and it is a fairly large pond. They say that the locals stock the hole with fish. Very quiet and there is a gazebo just next to the hole. Also stairs down to the water to allow swimming or feeding of fish. Could see that it can get busy if there a group enjoying the hole.

Neat spot with fluctuating water levels. We stumbled upon it while out exploring. Stopped for a few minutes to read about it and feed the fish some bread, as well as the sweet potcakes. There are a couple picnic tables to eat lunch at or take a rest.

Neat spot to stop (has gazebo for picnic spot. Lots of fish near the in steps and they love bread. The kids loved it. There were little crabs too. Be aware of the feral dogs that hang out near the area. Seem harmless but scared our littles who don’t like dogs.

Here is one of the most amazing place ever! When we go there, the woman who live near by here said you can swim in the hole! We had swim gear, so we did. In the hole, there are a lot of kinds fishes!! The hole is connecting to outside sea through underground clacks. But you have to notice because the hole is deep. The depth is 180m over. I felt scary and feeling to be aquarium exhibits. If you are in Bahamas and think enough to see Harbor Island, it is wrong. Here has a power of feeling a naked Bahamas, I think.

The water is gorgeous, lots of fish and birds. Beautiful spots !!!

One of the deepest blue holes in the world. Right in my family backyard. 363 ft. Come feed the friendly fish there.

Great stop in Rock Sound. You can swim in the clear water. There are 2 ladders to make exit easy and you can jump right in from the lookout. If you're not up for swimming bring a couple pieces of bread and you can feed the fish. They are use to being fed and will come right to the wall when you approach. Very cool.
