Bimini has the most beautiful water I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been all over the Caribbean. Beyond that though I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting certified! You can walk from the Hilton, Pablo, the scheduling coordinator, spent a ton of time answering my questions over multiple phone calls and texts making sure I was comfortable with all of the logistics AND they offer a discount on everything if you book any of their services along with the ferry or seaplane. Mariela, my instructor was a dream. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, flexible....I could go on and on. Certification started in an infinite pool over looking the turquoise colored ocean. Then we took a boat out to one of their many MANY dive sites and I was in awe of how beautiful everything was. Such a wonderful experience :). Thank you Mariela, Pablo, and Nathan....I look forward to many more visits!

I decided last minute to have this amazing experience. I had reached out and was greeted by Pablo. Pablo form the moment we started talking i could tell was a nice super nice guy. He is very communicative and answers all your questions. Everyone on the dive was awesome. The crew was friendly and helpful. I am definitely going back and bringing a bunch of my dive buddies. For the experience it was not lie other shark dives I have done before. If you follow the rules you will have an amazing experience. I am a novice underwater photographer and used my new camera for the second time and came back with some amazing pictures and videos. I cant rave enough of how amazing a time that was had by everyone on our trip. even walked away with 9 new dive buddies. Have a trip coming up again in a month and cant wait! Visited Bimini with my husband on our honeymoon and decided to snorkel with Bimini Undersea. It was amazing! The shipwreck and the wildlife were beautiful, and the trip was absolutely well-priced. When we booked we shrugged at the price with “it’s our honeymoon” but on the way back were discussing what a great deal it was. HIGHLY recommend. Andre and Mariela were our guides and they were both wonderful! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Definitely would recommend this excursion. For over an hour we were face-to-face with the hammerheads as they swam by collecting a snack on the way. I took the day trip leaving Fort Lauderdale in the morning, doing the dive at 1pm and returning in the evening. Both our guide Pablo and the feeder Logan were really cool people and made this a once in a lifetime experience to be up and close with these majestic animals.

What an experience! Great Family tour to the Sapona. It was one of the top activity of our trip to Bimini, Bahamas. Pablo was an awesome guide, we feel safe at all times. Can't wait to do it again! We would definitely look forward to boating with them again.

Me and some friends were on vacation for the first time in Bimini (The Bahamas) last month. Shark encounters has always been on the bucket list as one of the many things we would like to do. I highly recommend Bimini Undersea for an exciting comfortable experience. Very knowledgeable and professional about their work. The crew will make you feel comfortable and safe while you experience one of the BEST excursions the island has to offer. I personally will be returning again in the near future for round two. We have done the Hammerhead encounter with them ..An Amazing experience, a very friendly staff....just two hours away from Miami..The encounter with the Hammerhead is just breathtaking, You do not need to be an heavily experience diver, just need to follow the instruction of the dive master and respect the sharks. Just make sure sure you will be warm enough. It is the Bahamas but you are not moving underwater. And If you have extra time, try to stay on this little piece of paradise..I will go back with Bimini undersea to try another adventure as soon as I can..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Myself and 4 friends booked a shark snorkel trip and when the day came, the guide told us the weather was rough yet he still took us out. It was too rough to even get in the water so we came right back in. It was so rough my friends were even getting sick and puking the entire time. We asked for some kind of refund since we did absolutely nothing, but they refused to give it to us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Myself and my wife booked the Sapona Ship Wreck and Shark Snorkelling excursion through Virgin Voyages and were a little unsure of what to expect. I can say that any expectations that we did have were met and then some! The team were friendly, professional and super knowledgeable, giving a great commentary on the history of the Sapona and how it came to its final resting spot. They also went the extra mile by making a special stop off to grab some tiny fins for my wife as she has a tiny, tiny size 3 foot! The snorkelling was superb and we were able to swim into and around the wreck, spotting numerous rays, hundreds of fish and even a sea turtle. Next stop was the snorkelling with sharks. Both myself and my wife have dived with sharks in a cage off the South African coast, and I have to say this surpassed it, swimming in open water literally inches from countless 8 feet sharks in their natural environment as they brushed by, and being able to free dive to the ocean bed, to look up and see them patrolling from below is something I won’t forget! When everyone was safely back on board the sharks were treated to a few fish from the crew, and it was amazing to see the change in the sharks behaviour, in seconds, from docile torpedoes to full on predators! Finally the excursion was finished off with a tasty local Bahamian Rum Punch on our 20 minute ride back to the harbour! All in all a great afternoon and I would thoroughly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful dive operation located in the jewel of Bimini. I would recommend them over and over again. Gigi was WONDERFUL 8n helping to coordinate my dive trip, and Jaron worked his butt off to make our experience unique and special. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We booked a last minute hammerhead dive with a group of friends and flew out to Bimini for a day. Let me tell you...this did not disappoint! The divers were great with their instruction, and kept tabs on us the entire time. Their relaxed demeanor was contagious and I can honestly say that I was at ease the moment we entered the water. It was a 2 tank/two hour dive. I thought I would be afraid after the briefing explaining how to react to the different species that may show up. I was certain I would be done after that first tank. Instead, I couldn't get enough. I switched out tanks and didn't waste any time. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who loves to dive, and has a curiosity when it comes to underwater animals. I will be back!

My sister and I went on the “Sandbar Getaway” excursion off of CoCo Cay, and we had such a blast! The crew made it so much fun and brought us all sorts of cool creatures to observe. . . and liquid sunshine! Special shout-out to Adam and the gentleman in the third picture!

We purchased this trip as a shore excursion from Royal Caribbean at Coco Cay. We weren’t sure what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. Check in on the island was easy, waiver signing. We boarded a new beautiful center console boat with spacious seating & twin outboards. The crew worked hard to make our experience 5-star before they even started the engines. Up beat, fun, charming Adam was great!! Marko (the Captain) was knowledgeable and welcoming. Really the ENTIRE CREW was great. The captain took special care when some rain squalls kicked up to keep us safe. The crew brought a football to toss around. The excursion was 2 hours so use the head (bathroom) before you board. The captain and crew found us all sorts of great things to see in the ocean - we saw a 3ft sting Ray, 2 ft sting Ray, 2 hermit crabs in conch shells, a sea cucumber, a spiny lobster, jellies, collected shells and saw a reef made from conch shells with beautiful ocean fish. The crew had float mats, masks/snorkels and drinks. This was a highlight of our trip!! We’re returning to Coco Cay in July and hope to go out with this crew again. REMINDER - DO BRING CASH to tip these great guys - they will definitely be worth it!! Thank you for the memories & a great excursion!! Look forward to July 2024.

We arrived on Carnival Liberty on October 30th, 2022, headed to Neal Watson's and did a fantastic 2 tank dive with Neal Watson's. The second dive with over 3 dozen reef sharks was really a great experience. The first wreck dive was amazing. Everyone was friendly, experienced, professional and made our dive really fun.

Wonderful, experienced and efficient crew, insanely beautiful location, comfortable huge boat!! We had an awesome adventure yesterday with our Force E group, we saw two hammerheads and a tiger!! Gigi, Isaac, Conor, Stefan and Captain Don rocked it!!!

The Premier scuba center on Bimini! Go on the shark dives. You'll have no regrets! Awesome experience that you are going to talk about for years to come. The boat/dive crew are excellent in briefing us divers for our first time with a Hammerhead feeding experience. Three of our children (11 - 16yrs) were able to go on the dive with us and they loved it! 20 ft dive + 2 tanks = 2 hr bottom time dive! Great photos in superb visability too! We did this dive in January, the water temp 78⁰ and heavily weighted to stay stationary on the bottom.

Our family went reef snorkeling at Three Sisters out of Cococay and we had an absolute blast. This crew of guides did an amazing job! They were extremely knowledgeable and had such a fun energy from start to finish. They were very personable and made sure each participant was comfortable and constantly checked in with us to make sure we were good. Highly recommend!! Would definitely book with them again.

This crew was awesome! Very interactive, plenty of jokes. Very Very informative about what they were showing us. They truly gave the vibe of caring and fun. Unfortunately I have the memory of a squirrel and can't remember all their names, I remember Jerome? There was a young lady and couple other men. All Very kind. Very impressed. We got to see a giant sting ray at the shipwreck and at the next stop so many sharks 🦈! They even fed them before we left and they became so active. If you're nervous about booking, don't be.

Thank you to Neal and the whole crew for making a special pre-Christmas trip become lifetime memorable. Most sharks we’ve ever seen on a dive trip, between hammerhead, bull sharks, reef, sharks, black nose and ever present nurse sharks. Will come back to see the tiger sharks and west side dive sites which were nixed for poor vis due to recent storm. Also, don’t miss the dockside cage dive with bull sharks. First time my daughter breathed underwater while watching sharks! A great way to get some underwater time before you leave on a plane.

I did a day trip from Fort Lauderdale. Never thought I could be so close to those great hammerhead. Gigi was very nice. I forgot my dive computer, she called me and drove to the ferry to drop off it. The team is very friendly and helpful. Of course, everyone came for the magic great hammerhead experience. Yes it’s worthy!

Booked a day trip to tiger beach with them and it was one of best experiences of my life. Captain Jay and rest of crew did an excellent job and made sure we had good time and kept us safe whole time. Would strongly recommend working with this company and going to tiger beach

Me and my husband were first time cruisers, and really wanted to snorkel! We booked through royal Caribbean to go snorkeling in Cococay. They offered us our money back because they said it was going to be choppy getting to the spot. But this excursion was the best experience, was so fun, and got to see some really cool things! The guys were amazing, really knew their stuff, made sure we were safe, and took time to explain things to us! it was an amazing trip and it was so fun! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun snorkeling trip!

The location of this hotel is great. The room we stayed in had no running water. We checked in after spending the day snorkeling and swimming, we were salty and sweaty and just wanted a shower. No luck. We called the front desk and they said it was an island wide problem , which was a lie. We had to go to dinner all nasty without a shower. While at dinner we saw people using hoses to spray down their boats in the marina with plenty of water, also guests at the Hilton had running water. The price paid is not justified to have no running water. Luckily we only stayed one night and had to shower the next day somewhere else. If you like to shower after spending the day out on the water don't stay here.

My family and I spent the day fishing and our captain recommended we bring our catch to the Big Game Club. After visiting almost everywhere else on the island, the Big Game Club was the one of the last places we went to on our trip to Bimini. This was the most inviting restaurant and the friendliest staff, including the Hilton, that we had experienced. We were greeted by Sharellyn, who made sure our catch was in good hands. She asked how we would like it cooked, we asked them to cook it however they thought it should be prepared and was told to come back in a hour to hour 1/2. When we came back we were told we could sit anywhere we liked. I enjoyed our view of the water and what seemed to be one of the nicer marinas on the island. Our server, Audra, was attentive and efficient. My wife, who is pregnant, lacked the attention you would think she would receive throughout the island, until she got to the Big Game Club. The ladies made her and the entire family feel warm and welcome. All the appetizers, drinks and sides were great but the fish we caught was cooked to perfection. They prepared it Grilled, Blacked and Fried and each one was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Bimini.

We had the most amazing time at the Bimini Big Game Club Resort and Marina! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing! We were able to walk everywhere from the resort to see all the sights around Alice Town. The very best part of the entire trip was Robbie and the Marina! Since this was a Christmas gift for my guy, and he loves to fish, I wanted to get him out on a charter. Robbie and his staff took the best care of him! Every wish was granted! We can't wait to go back! We recommend it to everyone.

The food is delicious. We had blackened Mahi and the painkiller drink. The atmosphere is excellent. And we got to see sharks! The staff is accommodating. Looking forward to the pizza place opening up. 😀

We stayed at this resort for a month in the Marina on our sailboat and we absolutely loved it, we planned to go to a few other islands but after discovering so many great things to do (fishing, biking, beautiful beaches, snorkeling and diving) we decided to stay a while. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at Big Game, Robbie the dock master was a wealth of knowledge and the wait staff at the pool were so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back❤️

If you are traveling by boat into the Bahamas, The Big Game Club is a decent place to spend the night. We stopped in for a night on our way from Palm Beach to Chub Cay. Easy docking for your boat as well as rooms right by the water. The hotel is dated but what isn't on Bimini other than the Hilton. We also were able to swim with the Dolphins while in Bimini. Ask for Nathan if you are looking for a great Dolphin experience. ❤️

Let me say this place rocks. Rooms were cold and air conditioning and a relief from the days events. the Marina was safe and secure Robbie and the staff are wonderful at keeping an eye on things and helping us get to where we needed to go!

The Bimini Big Game Club is legendary! - It’s true, this place featured prominently in the life and work of Ernest Hemingway (and they have his original letters in the reception area), but the Big Game Club is a fantastic place to lodge and to dine in the modern era, too. The property looks great, the rooms are clean, well air conditioned, and the pool, marina, and restaurants are great. You could stay for your entire Bimini visit, right at Big Game, but I’d recommend that you explore the island, meet the friendly Biminites, and do some fishing or diving! - Love this place. Every time I leave, I can’t wait to get back. Well done to Stephen and his crewe, on making BBGC a great place to be.

My wife, our two dogs and our small boat checked in to customs here and the dock master and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a 25.00 dock fee ( based on boat size)to tie up while checking in that’s more than reasonable and we didn’t feel rushed. We had a dock space at the apartment we had rented however went back for lunch several times and found the service great, staff very welcoming and helpful, the food was very good. It’s a good place to start your boating Bimini experience.

While I loved our recent stay, I have to only give 3 stars because the resort does not clear their many coconut palms of their coconuts! These things fall & kill more people than sharks each year (maybe a fact they should know!). But we watched a coconut fall from 50 feet up & barely missed a fellow guest. It was awful. I’d love to go back, but can’t feel safe there after watching that. I know this seems lame, but to be honest, I would’ve never thought about it had we not witnessed someone almost getting knocked out!!

Had a great time, and I'm looking forward to going back. Fishing was excellent. They can recommend local guides. Sharkey's was always fun, but watch out for the bull sharks.

Had an amazing dinner and stayed there at one of their boat slips, at Bimini Big Game Club Resort & Marina. The docks are nice, the service amazing, the food perfect, the views are incredible, and it is all around terrific. Savannah helped us when dining, and she was awesome. Super friendly, a wealth of knowledge about the menu and the island too. Next time there we will be asking for her! Thank you Bimini Big Game. Looking forward to coming back!

I stayed here at big game this past week. We only planned to stay for a night but the staff was super helpful, accommodating, and kind we decided to stay the whole 5 day trip! Loved that the golf cart rentals were a short walk away so we could enjoy all of Bimini. Definitely a great place to stay for your first time crossing the Gulf Stream! We will be back!

Excellent location. Easy access to dock and rooms from the boat. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean as it could be in an island hotel. The A/C had a leak, but I was thankful to have A/C, so I'm not complaining too much. The location was excellent! The pool area was nice for the kids, had a basketball goal, and had comfortable lounge chairs. I'm not sure if the pool was heated or just that hot. Lol, Nice Island feels over the Hilton.

Excellent shark dive, great instructors, little disorganized but still great time. Food was amazing at restaurant, food/drinks were little pricey. Gift shop was pricey also but had a good quality apparel we couldn't say no. Easy parking w golf cart. Great experience, would definitely go back.

Bimini Big Game is the best place in town based on my experience. The staff is outstanding compared to other resorts. The food and services are excellent, highly recommended. The Marina offer great services and you have also the pool, the restaurants, shop all in one place! I would not choose any other place to stay next time when I will come with family and kids.

This was probably our favorite place in Bimini. The food was great, the restaurant was beautiful and up to date, the staff was welcoming and kind. It’s right on the water. The pool was kept clean. Definitely recommend.

We came in with engine trouble and the dock crew was excellent. The office staff, dock master and general manager were all very nice and welcoming. Groceries, laundromat, bars and restaurants are all an easy walk plus a beautiful beach is a block away with no crowds.

I was disappointed in this resort. The rooms are dated and way past their prime. The service was marginal, at best. We waited an hour and a half one night for dinner, and though the food was good, it certainly wasn't worth the wait or the price. Apparently, it's the custom there to put a 15% gratuity on the bill automatically. Unfortunately, the service typically was not worth the add-on.

I had a fantastic trip in the Bahamas, Bimini was a small island with a beautiful beach. But it was very expensive annuity 18% on top of everything. Drove golf carts on the island.

The Bimini seafood company and conch bar . Located upstairs serves the best food on the island. The Mahi Ruben is fantastic. The entire property is well maintained and the service is good "for a Caribbean island " Neil Watson dive shop has a cool Hammer head shark dive that is a must do. So if you like the more island feel accommodations this is your place

Great experience shark dives and bimini road and other natural rock formations were great to see in context. Food was amazing David runs a great kitchen. Highly recommend for the cultural experience - the childrens parade was awesome.

Amazing snorkel! So cool to hear the history of the ship and get to go inside. There are two sea turtles who hang around the front bow. Go early to avoid the huge snorkel boats full of people.

Sailed across the Gulf Stream all night from Miami with some other scuba divers and saw this wreck the next day. Beautiful trip, fresh lobster every night for supper, until our air compressor leaked oil so we just sailed around the islands all week and snorkeled. First and only time I caught the ephemeral "green flash" during a perfect sunset off Bimini.

Snorkeled here with Bimini Shark Lab during a workshop....very beautiful! We saw turtles southern stingrays, all kinds of fish, beautiful coral, and so much more! Would 100% come back if given the chance.

Great snorkeling site. Great history. Good anchor spot. Not for holding all night. But for exploring! Used for rum storage, then target practice, ran aground in a hurricane. Hasn't moved since. You can jump from the top.

Booked a excursion threw Virgin Voyages as we were on their cruise ship that stopped in Bimini. This was one of the last few things left to book and it was amazing swimming with the reef sharks and black tip sharks. Saw a couple sting rays as well. It was awesome.

Great snorkel spot— expect to see sea turtles, puffer fish, sting rays, reef fish. As others have said, there is a bit of a current so less-experienced swimmers may wish to stay on the leeward/port side.

Pretty cool snorkeling experience for someone who's only gone snorkeling one other time. Booked an excursion through the cruise line.

SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Absolutely unforgettable to see all of the sea life and explore the shipwreck...They do provide you with flippers, snorkeling vest and a snorkel mask for free (well, the cost is included in the price paid for the excursion); HOWEVER, the one thing I would recommend would be to bring your own snorkel because their "sanitizing" process was definitely not the greatest, from the looks of it (as I found lipstick and makeup residue in my mask from a previous user)...It was essentially just a bucket of water and [hopefully] some sort of disinfectant and my guess would be that they definitely don't scrub them down after each person or anything like that. But overall, great experience! The tour guides were funny and very knowledgeable.

Did the snorkeling excursion here and it was a truly amazing experience. What’s left of the ship is really cool to check out. 75 degree weather felt great. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is because I wish we had more time to snorkel. It took me a little bit to get used to things and once I finally felt comfortable and was having fun it was time to go back on the boat. Other than that, it was very fun. Saw 2 stingrays, a turtle, and of course lots of fish. All of the necessary snorkeling gear is provided, as is rum punch and water.

Great place to explore and snorkel, very cool things to see. A lot of sealife and different types of fish and other corals that live there. You can sometimes find bullets and dummy bombs used to target practice

It's a fun activity while in Bimini. Snorkeling inside the ship is very cool. Warning that the waves can get pretty rough and even with a life jacket at least 5 people needed assistance to get back to the baot

Interesting underwater rock formation. I suggest using a weight belt if snorkeling since its at 15 ft depth. I give it 4 stars because except for the rocks there isn't much else to see, few fish and vegetation.

Very beautifully beach rock note they ARE NOT man made it is natural beach rock I've never been there but figured I would point out ITS NOT AN ROAD or anything man made there are many people who have researched this and have full reports on it If you wanna later more about it just search up how beach rock forms .

So how big was Bimini Island back then compared today ? Then, how many years was the road exposed before underwater ? Is it still 20 ft deep ?

Very interesting location. Really strange locals…no snorkel equipment, they appeared to be free-diving but stayed underwater far longer. Not very nice at all. I would go as far as saying they were threatening. Weird looking with funky ears. I couldn’t understand what they were trying to tell me but once on surface, they offered me a trident..I declined because I don’t favor gum, then they pulled out this freaky pointed spear and told me to “exire!”. Whateve!!

The Shark Lab is a hidden gem in biological sciences! The presentation they give is fascinating! Very informative. Sadly the permit process is not easy and it makes it a challenge sometimes for visitors to get up close and personal with the sharks there, but 100% worth the trek over to them anyway!! The amount of work that they are accomplishing in the field of sharks is wonderful! I understand why they stay out of the politics, but their data is going to be priceless to anyone chosing to tap into it! Support them in every way you can! With our ever changing environment and humans attempts to adjust with it we are unfortunately doing more harm to the oceans than we ever have and the sharks will be a huge indicator to the damage that's being done (worldwide). There's no place like the Biminin Biological Field Station anywhere else. They're work will be invaluable! 🦈🇧🇸🩵🌴

We attended a wonderful presentation today. Educational and fun. Sharks are amazing creatures.

I've visited the Sharklab twice in the last 20 years. Amazing place doing amazing research. Thank you for taking time to educate my children and teach them about the beauty of these amazing creatures. We saw a nurse and a lemon the very next day.

We took a tour while on S Bimini. It was a great experience and we learned a lot. We got to walk out to the round pen on the flats (bring your water shoes) and we got a rare glimpse inside the Shark lab house. Highly recommend :)

Awesome place and such friendly people. I was there for a couple of hours and I felt welcomed right into the group.I learned so much in such a short time. I'll definitely be visiting again and hope to get the opportunity to volunteer.
