A fun place to take the family. Free to walk through the arcade and around the amusements, and playing the coin machines are extremely cheap, which is a plus. The free walk around will give you a chance to get a sense for what’s on offer, which is mostly something for younger kids, but worth checking out if you’re a tourist in Brighton.

First time to Brighton and it didn't disappoint. Loved the pebble beach and the Pier. Having 2 kids it kept them busy and they enjoyed themselves. Good food options by the beach and also as it is near to the city centre you have loads of food options there. The Pier has great little stands for food, great views and options of rides and arcades (very addictive). Had a fab day out here with the family !!!

Lovely experience especially when it's getting dark. The lights look fabulous as you can see both left and right all the way along the seaside. I loved Brighton and would highly recommend that it's well worth a visit. If you have kids they will love it as there is a fairground at the end of the pier and many other things to do and see. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a thriller! This place was unbelievable. They have built an amusement park into the sea! And the rides were too good. The view itself was spectacular. Some rides turned you upside down so it was the sea up and sky down. Crazy fun!

Had a wonderful day with kids. The pier is very long and full of fun. Kids enjoyed the rides. The choice for pay per rides or pay for the day band is amazing. It's very charming to sit and look into the sea and sky as a cool breeze won't let me think anything else. It was busy over there, but it didn't take long in queue for the rides might be different for very busy days.

Visited April 16, 2019: I hadn't been to many piers, but this was my first one, and it was just an enjoyable time! Again, the rainy day made the atmosphere a bit glum, but the pier certainly kept its high energy and spirits. Fun all around, but also a nice place for a walk, keeping the entertainment close at hand if you ever need a reason to play to your heart's content; there's one for kids and grown-ups alike. And as with any pier, the view looking back towards the city and the shore is always wonderful.

Just beautiful ...even if you don't go to any games or attractions...it offers a beautiful sea view and you can use sea chairs left for the public to sit and enjoy some sunshine too. Many spots offered to seat and eat food you can buy to the food and drinks stalls.

A nice arcade and small refreshments stop with plenty of rides near the end of the pier. I would be careful with your phone here, could slip through some of the wood flooring into the sea if not careful. Great views of Brighton seafront

We were there just 2 days ago on an amazing sunny day. Wonderful entertainment place for children and a bit for adults. The place is filled with virtual and physically playing games and lotteries. It's more than a normal gaming arcade. I would suggest leaving your kids there with 10 pounds each and relaxing and enjoying your drinks just outside with a beach view. 🥂🍻. But this is a non-smoking area. Enjoy the last sunny week of this year.

So much fun! Love the 2p machines, took me back to my childhood. Great atmosphere. We also went on the ghost train because- why not! Always a great time.

Nice and spacious seaside pier. Entry is free and they have various areas selling food at the front and some snacks further in. There are arcades and a small funfair if you go further in. Saw a pretty restaurant right near to the end as well. Suitable for all ages and recommended. It was a bit rainy and overcast on the day so did not see any sunset but was still lovely.

The pier is iconic. Full of arcade games, souvenir shops and fast food places, it's fun to just wander through. We went in the winter but it was still fun to check it out. Has great views of the city also.

May to October, Monday to Friday, the pier opens 10am to 8pm In the 2nd week of February, we saw the most epic sunset and the biggest and most epic starling mermeration from the pier. The pier is free to enter. There are many types of amusements and food and beverage options.

Brighton has to be the city with the most beautiful promenade I've been to so far. But this pier is just the cherry on top. It offers a casino, a amusement park and a really beautiful sight on the sea and the city. A must to visit when you want the full experience of it.

One of the most unique and gorgeous palaces I’ve visited. I’ve been to dozens of palaces around the globe, but I was still pleasantly surprised by the interior and exterior design of the building. The artistic style choice of combining Chinese and Indian concepts was equally refreshing and astonishing. Loved the fusion of different cultures as well as the rich history behind it. The free audio guide certainly helped me understand more about the place and Brighton as a city. Loved every aspect of the Royal Pavilion and I cannot recommended it enough to do it justice. I normally don’t comment or post reviews on Google maps, but the experience has impressed me so much that I urge you pay the site a visit whenever you’re in Brighton. Cheers!

My friend recommended that I visit the pavilion as I was in the area for the weekend. I was not disappointed, it was so worth the visit. The attendants were so informative and were obviously so proud of the building and it's history. What stood out for me, was the chandeliers - utterly magnificent. Once you buy the entrance ticket, you can go back for free throughout the year. The decor is very Chinese and Indian orientated - absolutely beautiful.

I definitely recommend to anyone interested in history. It's a beautifully reconstructed place that will show you how the world used to look, how the nobility lived. There are plenty of magnificent paintings, a perfect interior, and a beautiful atmosphere, for example, in the music hall.

This is my favorite place in whole trip. Staffs are so helpful. And I like the introduction audio . It help me a lot to know more history stories . No need to rent the audio machine . You can use your phone to scan QR. but if you are willing to donate 2 ponds to support them is also not a bad thing . I strongly suggest to pay ticket to get in. If you have train ticket , they give you special ticket rate buy 1 and get 1 free. And it’s a one year pass. Even as a foreigner I might only visit this time, but I still think it’s a good money to spend .

Really one of the best palaces with period furniture I've ever seen. Definitely the best sight to see in Brighton. I bought tickets online in advance so we walked right in. Self guided tour, we spent about 1 hour wandering through. It's just the right size to not get bored. At Christmas it's nicely decorated with some fun humor. Gift shop at the end. Definitely recommend visiting.

The staff were so very helpful. Disability friendly . Stunning place grand decadent. Full of history and the way the kitchen display was played out as it was true to the time. Affordable prices are somewhere I would recommend to family and friends and the world of Google maps. Even with the outside being restored, it doesn't interrupt this beautiful part of Brighton history. Many thanks to staff for making it a great visit

Very beautiful building in Brighton. The inside is very amazing definitely go in if you have the time. There is so much to look at in a lot of rooms. The decorations are really insane in a good way. You can download the app and use that as a audio guide recommend using a headset makes it easier to listen

The Royal Pavilion is beautiful both outside and inside. Every room you go through has vibrant colours, all kinds of beautiful decorations and lots of history behind. There is a QR code you can scan so you can have an online guide on your phone while you walk through the Pavilion. Very good idea and helpful. The staff are also there ready to answer any questions and are very helpful! Amazing experience

Amazing place to visit! Unusual architecture and furniture! If you have a toddler or baby, plan your visit during NAP time. It’s quiet place and most of rooms are available with stroller. So your little one will not be bored and you will spend a great time here, learning some history 😉

Well worth a visit. Very impressive building both outside and inside. Good audio guide provided. £20 per adult. No major queue when I was there, and while it was busy going through each room, it wasn't too crowded. Very enjoyable experience overall.

Western perspective on Indian and Chinese architecture! Royal Pavilion was my favourite stop in Brighton and I am so glad I decided to visit the palace on my day trip. Embedded in the rich history of the royal traditions and impeccably restored by Brighton and Hove Museums, the tour takes you from George IV's vision for the Pavilion to WW1 where parts of the Pavilion and the Brighton Dome served as a military hospital for the Indian Army. Entry ticket for adults is £19 with options to pay a minimal fee for paper and/or audio guides. The ticket allows for unlimited entries to the Pavilion for a year.

A hidden gem... Great feature you can scan a code and get an audio tour for free... Very informative!! Beautiful and fabulous decor... The staff are very knowledgeable. Buy a full price ticket and visit all year for one price. If youre an English Heritage member you get a discount. 10 out of 10 for this attraction

Stunning example of old school royalty. Influences from India and Asia as well as traditional British styles. Very crowded as some tours were going on which made it very tight inside. The ticket price was a little high, but overall it was worth the entry fee.

A beautiful palace built for George IV that combines Regency and Indian architectural styles, with an oriental inspired interior. There was plenty to see, the palace itself was very impressive and beautifully looked after. There was also a coronation exhibition and informative video room explaining some of the history of the place. Signposting to the entrance could have been clearer as it's to the side and not immediately obvious. Definitely worth a visit!

WOW moment after WOW moment! So many fine ideas in decoration, powerful and royal, and then peaceful calming music rooms. It is a Must Do experience. Thank you to the team that manages and conserves it all, you are champions!

We expected spending an hour, maybe 1½ hours there, but ended up spending almost 3 hours. No, no, don't worry, you can spend less, but it is very much possible to spend there a lot of time without noticing. Beautiful place, so many interesting details... I would only suggest to their audio guides programmer to make sure when guide tells you to press something, there must be something there instead of "nothing in this section". ;)

The heady mix of emotions stirred by a visit to one place is a bit of a shock. I am still digesting how a line of possibly mad family members had access to spend beyond their means, enjoy pleasures beyond their means and yet enjoy support of the masses. Such a knowledgeable and informative team work here it is easy to touch the past. Skills I stand in awe to admire took three hours observing. Listening to commentary on my device, taking in answers to questions and musing at the many levels of conflicting energies that eventually gave us a wonderful insight into frivolous times not that long ago. Truly a moving experience up there with the best movie. Is it Schindler's list or dare I suggest others that raise a similar number of questions of our fellow man? Fantastic place. Made even better by the staff.

Amazing place! A fantastic fusion of different cultures! Really enjoy the cultural elements and diversity here, it’s a much go. Adult for £18 but it’s totally worth it!

The palace is so unashamedly opulent and almost kitsch in its Western interpretation of Asia, you gotta just LOVE it cos it is truly one of its kind! Every room has been painstakingly restored, as recent as 2018. And while it costs £18 to enter, it's valid for multiple visits within 1 year. Make sure you bring your own earphones and download the audio guide for only £1, otherwise you can rent the audio set for £3.

I only visited it from outside. The palace is pretty. Although it is more influenced by the Indian style of architecture than the typical Victorian style. It is a good place to have a stroll around the gardens of it. It should not take More than 15 min to finish the palace tour.

It’s a good place to rest after walking / hiking across the coast, it has a nice vibe to it. I enjoyed the interior, provided nice escape from the sun in the summer. I would recommend to get a drinks only as they are reasonably priced, but food is not great. I’ve had fish & chips and it was one of the worst I’ve had. My partner’s vege burger was bang average as well.

We came all the way from London to check out the magnificent Seven Sisters Cliffs on a Sunday afternoon & were “welcomed” with a “Hey! You won’t get any food today”. The waiter(?) further said that he has many booking and 16 more people to come. I personally understand, that the time past covid is tricky for everyone, but being polite isn’t. He could have literally said something down the line like “we are fully booked for this evening, but I can ask the kitchen staff if they have more capacity right now and get right back to you”. The outcome (no food) would have been the same, but our experience would have been so much better. Location & the view (see picture) is amazing, can’t tell you about the food as we didn’t get any & the personal made us feel not welcome and a burden.

Such a great place to eat. We did a hike from Seaford to Eastbourne and found this pub when we got super hungry. We ordered food and drinks and everything for really good. The location of this pub is great. You could go down for a small walk overlooking the sea. We saw many small aircraft’s practising around this area. It was a nice view.

Beautiful views, very cozy and comfortable inside, truly special place! And, when all of this accompanied with great looking and tasting food, five stars won’t be enough to justify! Impressive!

Came here on Friday for my Birthday lunch seems to be traditional coming here 5th birthday lunch here in my 30s. Lovely location and can never beat the surrounding views. Food amazing as always and well presented. Always a warm and friendly environment as a family we have found ourselves here more often over last year. Also a fantastic place just to grab a drink and enjoy the sunset 🌇

Had a wonderful late lunch/early dinner. The weather was horrid and the view was nonexistent but as soon as we walked in they had a fire going and the staff were welcoming and we had the loveliest meal. Definitely will come back next time, hopefully with the view as a cherry on top.

Holidaying on the south coast it was a treat to find the 'The Beachy Head!' Glorious views across the downs and 7 sisters. It's huge but manages to be cozy. We liked the place, the beer and food enough, to come back the next day! Food was on the whole great 👍 and the bonoffee pie is a treat! Pizza, Burger and chips and a beer and Cider and pudding to share about 45. The staff are helpful and friendly, down to earth with good local knowledge. A chain pub this big can do better beer prices. £6 is taking the ....

I always come to this place no doubt (this is my fourth time is one of the best. Is in such a good location where you can see the views out of the window. Is also such a lovely cosy homely place and the food is absolutely delicious!! Service is always good but particularly Jan was such a lovely woman and she provided us with such a good service.

The Beachy, head restaurant and hotel was a prime location within the south coast a good looking establishment with good parking, and decent reviews as seemed. However, when we arrived, we had to wait 5 minutes till we were serve it seemed like they were understaffed hence the wait. with a glance over the menu options, there was a decent selection of pub Classics and other unique dishes. The chicken buttermilk burger and arrangements of sides and small plates were ordered. A very well-made and delicate plates were very good crispiness for the chicken. There was great flavour and I highly enjoyed the Chipotle Chili jam with the burger. One thing I would say was the glasses were very dirty and had dishwasher and limescale stains. It definitely seemed like someone did not polish the glasses well enough.

We were up for a coffee and cake both were great 👍👍👍👍👍. The views are amazing. Really nice staff and the food has always been good.

Lovely welcoming staff 🙂 But clearly the place is under staffed as the wait time on a Monday around 2pm was 40 minutes for food, this is after a 15 minute wait for the order to be taken. Drinks also took around 10-15 minutes to arrive (not great when your second drink comes after you've already eaten your dinner) The food is standard, I would avoid the grilled chicken as it was like cardboard! Just so so dry I had this in my curry and my partner had it in a burger. It's a lovely pub and great that dogs are welcome!

What a stop! Wow. The service was amazing, Due to a rush the kitchen had shut for an hour. We asked to wait and a table was given while we waited. Had a drink and relaxed and the the food cam out! Wow what a beautiful meal with a view that was stunning. The staff where great and so polite. The manager was a great guy and actually seemed to treat the staff well, calm atmosphere, food amazing, we enjoyed the meal and will be back again to eat and relax. Amazing views over the road as well! Thank you all for a beautiful time.

Called into The Beachy Head last Monday for some lunch. Straight off Dan made us feel so welcome, offering us a nice table with a lovely view. He waa attentive and kind, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a relaxing drink while we chose from the menu.The menu choice was excellent, our food arrived in good time and it was delicious. Our daughter is vegetarian, and loved the burger. The atmosphere really was so welcoming, and while all the staff were very pleasant, attentive and courteous, I must mention Dan who was excellent throughout. We'll definitely visit again when we're down on the East Sussex coast.

We had a flight and afternoon tea. For what we got we think it was a very reasonable price. Once in the air, the views are amazing. We were lucky enough to have a very clear day. The staff were polite and helpful but just feel that information on direction could have been more clear, as we and many other people were stood waiting in the wrong place. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend a flight.

Great fun, went with my teenage kids who also loved it. Super views over Brighton and out to the sea. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Lots of things to do like gardens, chairs, bars, etc. Takes around 30 minutes for the ride, but you can spend more time at the venue. Ride is very smooth, you don't feel it moving. Also as there are seating areas and rails even people with vertigo should be OK.

Visited April 16, 2019: The 360 aspect really adds to the wonderful experience; it's essentially a modern-day Ferris wheel and observation tower in one! A bit rainy that day, however, but very fun nonetheless. I felt welcome and safe from beginning to end.

For someone's who's afraid of heights this is the kind of ride, I would like to be on! Such a wonderful sight! Forgot how much was the ticket 'cos I didn't pay for it but it was £17 something (not very helpful here tho 😅) MUST VISIT if you're in Brighton!

If you are good with heights would recommend walking on top of this 😁 we booked to the walk. You have a full safety briefing and get kitted up in harness and hard hat (wear trousers). Safety guys were really nice and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Most people just take a trip in the glass pod, so expect lots of staring if you decide to do the walk. Once up, the views are amazing! Drinks onboard are high but you’ve earned it!!

The experience was very good. My children and I booked online and got a good deal on the price. We were able to choose a time to have our flight. We got there in good time and went through security. There was a bar on board and a loafs of information plaques to give you food for thought.

First time visiting Brighton and saw this! Knew I had to go on it as I love things like this. The total experience is around 30 minutes, and there's a nice stocked bar on board. Lovely views from the top, and you can see the Seven Sisters in the distance. While I nice experience, it is something you would only do once, and the tickets are quite pricey for what it is - £17.50. There are other packages such as ticket and a glass of champagne and things like that. I knew it wasn't really worth the money but still enjoyed it all the same.

It was really an awesome experience that shouldn't be missed in your Brighton trip. You can see the entire city from the top being beach on one side, city and the beautiful architectural buildings over the other. Its around 20-25 minutes lasting trip to the top,and you could book it in advance to avoid the last minute rush.(if it's a season time).

Nice experience and great views. They stay up long enough for you to have a drink and enjoy the view. The only concern is that the booth is 70% glass and you can see very big glass cracks on the ceiling.

Really enjoyable experience. Very accessible, comfy seating and informative from the person of I remember goes up 450 metres on the air could be wrong though don't fact check me on that. The view is beautiful all day round and there is relatively decent priced food and drink considering you are allowed to bring it on as well. There is a nice little gift shop and has unisex toilets there as well. It is a nice 30 minute activity and while I didn't do it I would recommend doing it at sunset for optimal photo opportunity or when it is sunny for best views

My wife and I have not been to Brighton in a number of years, and having viewed the i360 from across our hotel window when we attended a concert recently at the Brighton Dome, had to try it. It is an incredible experience with, as the name suggests, stunning 360 degree views of Brighton and the surrounding areas. We found the ascent very smooth, taking around fifteen minutes, and from a height of around 450 feet, and with good visibility, you can see for miles in all directions. There are sofas and chairs as well as a bar area offering snacks and beverages. The ride stops at it's highest point for around 20 minutes for the requisite pictures to be taken and the Italian guys who were our hosts were two of the nicest people you could possibly meet and really made the experience memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was taking pictures, giving you a history lesson on the ride itself (I had no idea that the London Eye was designed by the same company) or telling you the most asked question by tourists, together with their tongue in cheek response. VISITOR: Does the ride revolve? TOUR GUIDE: No, that's what your legs are for! It all made for an engaging and entertaining experience. The cost of the ride is around £20 per person which is not cheap, but we felt the views alone were worth the price. You are also getting a unique experience of riding the actual viewing platform itself, rather than reaching it via a lift. On the issue of pricing be aware that on the day we visited, the £2 online discount offer shown at the booking desk, did not work. When I queried this I was told, rather unhelpfully, that it was a 'glitch' but annoyingly was still not offered the cheaper price, nor were they prepared to remove the sign offering the discount! This issue may well now have been resolved but a point deducted on the customer service front. Booking irregularities aside however, we thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience and views the i360 offers, and will certainly return on our next trip to Brighton. Recommended.

Relatively cheap to go up. Great views on a clear day. Kids loved it. Bar on board which is obviously pricy and a gift shop and cafe on the ground. What I will say is that is the decor is a bit tired on the outside with missing letters from signs and a ripped flag other then that worth a visit.

Really lovely experience. It was a bit too busy when we went so we didn’t manage to get many nice pictures as it was crowded. It doesn’t go to the very top, but it’s a beautiful view of Brighton.

Beautiful views from the sky and a very informative crew on board to tell you anything you want to know about the structure. There really isn't anything quite like it and i would say to do it at least once if you're nearby. They have a bar that has drinks and snacks and ample seating all the way around . They mentioned a new experience they are offering where you can actually walk on the top of the dome ! I will definitely be doing that in the future .

You get great views of the coast and the Brighton area, from here. There is a bar that also sells gifts in the pod, but there are no toilets when the pod is at the top, so make use of the toilets in the waiting area if you need to. There is a larger body shop on your way out once you get back down.

Booked as a birthday surprise for my hubby and what a great experience it was! You are asked to attend 20 minutes before your slot and it's due to this that it's super well organized! Ticket and security checks before you embark and start times are spot on! Staff are super friendly and professional and I loved the information announcement when you get to the top. You can grab a drink from the bar and enjoy the spectacular views and take photos. I really enjoyed this and would recommend it to anyone in Brighton who's on holiday. Oh, and don't let bad weather put you off. It's still fab in the rain 😁

Good attraction to do a nice day. The overall experience lasts about 30 mins, 10 min go up, 10 min stationary at the top and 10 min coming down. There’s a bar in the waiting area at the bottom as well as on board. Sights of Brighton are signposted around the nacelle but truthfully Brighton is not the prettiest from the sky - the view on the water is amazing though. All in all a nice time, a tad overpriced.

It was a pleasant, fun, adventurous, fulfilling experience in the air. It's an idea place for a date☺. It gives a clear view of the city. The staffs are courteous. We were attended to with big smiles. The waiting room is warm and receptive. Brighton i360 is a place to visit if you ever find yourself in West Sussex.

This was an incredible experience. 450ft in the air, 360 degree view and there was a bar inside so you can buy drinks and snacks while on the experience. We bought our tickets in advance (which I definitely recommend) and on the day arrived and went on through to the waiting area. We then boarded the pod and the experience began. It was an amazing experience with some amazing views! The staff were also very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend this experience.

Brilliant place, not really much to do but it's a nice view. Bar available, and just 15 minutes stand by (up), plus the time to go up and down, 25 minutes total

We visited here on Thursday around 5pm. It wasn’t busy so it was quick getting our tickets checked and through security. It was very smooth getting onto the I360, everyone is very welcoming. You have seats situated all around and then the bar which you can collect a drink. I would suggest going straight to the bar if you got a ticket with drink included as the trip does go fast and you don’t want to rush drinking at the end. It really is a lovely view of Brighton at the top, and would definitely be amazing to see on a sunny day/ at Sunset. Only thing I would say is would like a bit more history about the I360 or Brighton itself and did feel a bit rushed but overall a fun experience.

Took a nighttime flight, and the pictures don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful seeing Brighton all lit up at night, especially during the festive season. The venue below was also great hosting the charity event. Lots of room, a good bar and attentive staff.

I recently visited Brighton for my husband’s birthday, and as part of the trip, we booked to do their Climb I360 where you get to climb to the very top of the viewing tower. So at 9 am on a sunny November morning, we headed into the attraction. We met our friendly safety guides Steve and Noah, and then were fitted with our safety gear. There were only 4 people in our group doing the experience, so it felt very exclusive! The first part is easy, you get to ride the viewing platform to the peak of the tower, taking in the spectacular views with only a few of you on the pod - again feeling very exclusive! After that, the adrenaline starts to kick in as you prepare to ascend the final 100 feet up various sets of ladders. In the safe hands of Steve and Noah, we entered the central tower and climbed our way up to the very top. It was a very unique experience, as you got to see all the inner workings of the tower, including all the safety systems, winches, cables and more. Once you reach the top, it’s one more final ladder before you’re on the very top, looking out all over Brighton and beyond. The view from the top was fantastic, and we were very lucky as we had a clear autumn morning, meaning we could see for miles. You could even climb up and touch the light beacon on top. After you spent time taking in the view, it was time to descend and get your feet back on solid ground. The whole experience took around 2 hours, and our guides Steve and Noah were really friendly and engaging throughout the whole experience. Overall, we had an amazing time at the Brighton I360, and I can safely say that the Climb I360 experience is worth the price tag. It’s unique, interesting and fun - however, don’t book it if you don’t have a head for heights!

A pleasant experience. I've been up a lot of towers in my life and I have to say this one was one of the better ones. A peaceful slow(ish) crawl to the top, no wobbling or clanky noises and staff happy. Lovely view and plenty of space to walk around. It loses a star for being overpriced though.

Amazing experience! Wonderful view of the sea and town. There's also a little bar, perfect for the amount of time spent up there (20 minutes). Before going up there's a waiting bar, cafe, gift shop, and toilet. There are also other experiences available that are advertised.
