Oaxaca is great and in particular Huatulco... Great beaches, culture, food. Really loved it there. Don't remember the restaurant name because this was 13 years ago but I had an amazing cream cheese and orange stuffed french toast. It was so incredible I went back every day. And it was a local restaurant. Also had a great horseback riding experience there.
