Guanajuato

The city of Guanajuato is the perfect example of a well preserved Colonial city in Mexico. The streets are narrow, the buildings are decorated with beautiful colors, and there is a beautiful church on every corner. The city is rich in culture and history with events such as the Cinco de Mayo and the Festival Internacional Cervantino. There are museums, including the Dr. José Luis Mora Museum and the Museo de las Momias (Mummy Museum), as well as many galleries, theaters and restaurants.
