Top notch winery & the amazing tour guide, Jordi! Small operation which provides an absolute authentic & genuine experience. The tour guide is what makes it totally awesome. Jordi is enthusiastic bout what he does, keeps it lively & entertaining & most of all knowledgeable of the Priorat region. We tasted 6 wines, bought 4 of them, a couple made it home & found out they do ship to the States too. Thank you Jordi for an incredible tour!

Jordi was a brilliant and knowledgeable host for our tour and tasting at Devinssi. The location for our picnic and tasting was breathtaking as we learnt about the Gratallops subregion. Jordi was also hugely helpful in making recommendations of where else to visit and food to try.

We had the pleasure of Devinssi being our first tasting while in the Priorat region, and Jordi was a fantastic host! Despite being delayed, he patiently waited for us, and was very friendly the entire time. Incredibly informative tasting of delicious wines, it was a great start to our time in Spain

Celler Devinssi Vineyard and Winery Review
Fabulous Spanish Priorat wines from an artisan producer in the beautiful village of Gratallops. The vineyard is so picturesque, nestled in the terraces of the Monsant mountain range. We had a very informative, fun tour and tasting with our host Jordi, nothing was too much trouble. It was great to be able to taste the delicious new releases as well as some older vintages. All of our questions were answered by Jordi in a most open and competent manner. We found it really interesting and can’t wait to be back when there’s new wine in the barrels!! The wines taste superb too excellent value for money.

An absolutely fantastic experience all around - delicious wines, superb setting and a great guide. Jordi was knowledgeable, interesting and super fun. I've been on numerous vineyard tours all over the world and this was one of the best. The wine is definitely one of the top in Priorat.

We loved our experience! Jordi is such a pleasure to talk to and the vineyard is breath-taking at sunset. The wines and nibbles were great and we really appreciate our host's effort to make it a nice experience for our younger ones. Thank you so much Jordi! We wish you all the best!

Jordi was fantastic! The sunset wine tasting was a beautiful evening of trying some of our favorite wines of the region and viewing some of our favorite views of Priorat. We appreciated Jordi’s knowledge and guidance about the region and what we should expect of the wines we would try. It was a perfect way to start our trip. Can’t recommend this tour enough.

Great winery to visit. The Priorat region is amazing. Jordi, the tour guide, is incredible. He has deep knowledge of everything related to wine and is very kind.
The vineyards have great views and are manually worked on. Everything about the production of wine was carefully explained by Jordi, which also answered to many of the questions we had. The wines themselves are delicious. I recommend the tasting with selected tapas to level up the experience.

We had such a good time there! Jordi is very knowledgeable and keen to share what he knows. The wines were delicious and we enjoyed the panoramic views during the tour in the vineyards!

Carthusian monastery founded in 1194, now a museum complex with cloisters, gardens & churches.
What an amazing place to visit. Rich in history and not well known. The ruins are beautifully preserved. A lot of restoration work is carried out. Entry fee is only 5 euros.
The charterhouse was founded in 1194 and Escaladei was the first Carthusian Monastery on the peninsula. I really loved the arch at the entrance, it’s gorgeous. The square with the fountain in the middle is also stunning.
If you in the area you should not miss it.
Ross Malickis — Google review
Very characterful ruins, with a great romantic feel. Plus the restoration is being done sympathetically giving a real insight into how the monks lived. Well worth a visit
Scott Crowley — Google review
We visited Cartoixa d'Escaladei in late January 2023. We were surprised to find tour buses as we'd thought we were the only visitors in the region. There were about hundred or so tourists there. The ruins were much more extensive than I’d realized, and I hadn’t expected the renovation work that was in progress. They had restored some monk cells to give a sense of the monk’s everyday life: cloistered, i.e. no talking. They each had a small garden in which to grow flowers. I liked the desks with a view and the amazing history.
Lorena Russell — Google review
A wonderful place to visit. Great preservation work makes the site even more interesting. And there's the Incredible back drop of the mountains
Mark Tullett — Google review
Very interesting
La Cartoixa d'Escaladei is an old monastery. It's mainly in ruins (even they're restoring it). But it's quite impressive and large. You have its story explained as you walk in it, so you can imagine how it used to be. Its location, surrounded by mountains, it's great.
The price to get in (5€) is very reasonable.

MEDIEVAL PRIORAT
The MONTSANT or Priorat mountain range, with a visit to the thousand-year-old monastery of ESCALA DEI, is simply spectacular. The Carthusian monastery was founded in 1194 by concession of Alfonso the Chaste in order to establish a population in the newly conquered lands. The Carthusian monastery of Escaladei is located at the bottom of a valley, protected by the Montsant mountain range.
Enjoy and Visit!!!😊👌

Amazing historic place. Such a shame it was destroyed but parts are being rebuilt.
Dave Wilson — Google review
So this place is very out of the way, great if you want to visit somewhere less touristic. Entry fee is €5.
The good: The restored cloister, they did a good job on it, it looks well, although parts of it were boarded up which didn't look good.
The monk's cell, they restored one of them so you can get an idea of how they lived, you could see the living areas and a small cloister with plants, it was really quiet and I liked imagining how they lived.
The bad: A lack of history, there are some information panels but I would have liked some more historical background.
It looks a bit like a building site, I wish there were more open spaces open to the public instead of wired fences.
Some of the buildings were renovated a bit, basically just a roof, they seemed very bare on the inside, no info, furniture or details.
I recommend this place if you are in the area and looking for something to do
Johnjoe Nugent — Google review
Worth the visit-
These old ruins were very cool. The drive up was just magical and serene. It’s about €3.50 to enter and you are free to walk around, check it out and take photos. There are informative panels all over explaining what happened to this monastery and showing you where things used to be. Definitely a cool experience and would highly suggest it!
L Z — Google review
You need a car to get here. During our visit, theres a restoration going on. It was less touristy, so we could really enjoy the place. Hope to come back here again once everything is restored and no construction going on. The visit is still worth it.
Blanche Ladera-Puncer — Google review
The location is amazing, right under the Monsant mountain range, so no wonder the Carthusians chose it to place this Monastery. Currently undergoing a slow reconstruction which is questioned by many, it is worth visiting to understand better the culture and the wine economy of the region today. We enjoyed the reconstruction of the cells as they were in Mediaval times. Also worth taking the short walk up to "La Pietat", related to the monastery and offering great views of it.
Irene Compte (Prosivendola) — Google review
A beautiful place full of a rich history. The signs and the reconstruction help bring you into the past. Instead of letting everything fall more into decay they repair. Also very cheap tickets and entry.

What a gem !! Salvador & his family have been here 4 generations in Poboleda. 15€ for a tour of the vines, wine making facility, cellar & tasting. The best 15€ you will ever spend. You do need to know some Spanish.
The history of this area is incredible. We bought a couple bottles only since we were leaving Spain soon. The 100% Garnatxa Negra blew my mind. So smooth & flavorful without being heavy handed. A remarkable wine (30€). People who live in Poboleda said the 100% Cariñena was even better (36€).
Salvador & his wife are gracious hosts. You can see the passion for wine they have. It’s in their blood.
Gracias Salvador. Espero volver a verte un día.

I had a chance to visit the cellars of Burgos Porta and while you need to speak either French or Catalan, the owner was great. He walked us through the fields, showed us the underground water system for watering the vines. Finally he brought us to the expansive cave where he stores his wine. We did buy and the prices were great.

I am a WEST Level 3 who knows a few things about wine from around the world. If you really want to understand the terrior of Priorat and what it takes to produce beautiful biodynamic wines by a small producer who really cares about his final product, then please pay a visit Celler Burgos Porta. Salvador, the owner, will personally guide you around his lovely property and winery operations. To get to his place, it is a couple of kilometres up a dirt track off the main road, but the detour is definitely worth it!!!
Ashley Gibson — Google review
Great experience, biodynamic winery. The owners are really passionate, we learnt a lot not just about their wines, also the terrain and the Priorat region. The landscape from the vineyard is breathtaking. It is a must if you visit the area, do not miss out on the white wine that they produce.

Salvador is the best! He is so personable! And very passionate about his wine! He speaks broken English and I speak even less Spanish. But somehow we communicated very well. Just proves that the language of wine and nature is universal. He was delightful. It is definitely off the beaten path. But so so worth the trek! Go to this winery!
The Cathedral of St. Mary of La Seu Vella is a historic complex located in the heart of Lleida, featuring a cathedral and fortress dating back to the 18th century. Stepping into the fortress feels like entering a different era, showcasing impressive architecture, stonework, and art from that period. Despite wars and natural decay leading to the destruction of most buildings in the complex, the cathedral and castle have endured over time as remarkable remnants of this historical site.

Very nice place which worths to visit. The entry ticket is 8.5euro/person which is a bit high, but in exchange one can see the imprint of many centuries history, many interesting craved structures and many items in the museum. The place needs about 1-1.5h to go around, the staff is very nice.

Relaxing way to spend an afternoon wandering around this beautiful space. Lots to see here, and many different buildings and areas of the garden.
Beautiful gardens as well, perfect for a sunny day to just enjoy some quiet. It's easy to see why this became a monastery, you can't help being relaxed here!
Only downside was the army of mosquitos that attacked my legs!

A must-see if you are on the area. Beyond it's non-negligible historical and architectural value, the fact that it's currently active as a Monastery (there's a community of monks) along the virtual presentations they provide, turn the visit into an enjoyable experience irrespective of your beliefs or the lack thereof.

Enjoyable and informative tour, absolutely beautiful caves. They take a lot of safety precautions with group size, and the guides enjoy their jobs and bring the impressive history of this area to life.
The tour lasts about an hour, and is a really nice way to start the day. Make sure you take comfortable shoes, are all right with potentially slippery and wet surfaces, and remember that the cave can get a little humid.
Sanjukta Moorthy — Google review
As a non-native it is still fun and informative to do, but the guide only speaks catalan and they have those audiophones that are sometimes hard to time when to start wich makes the visuals and audio not add up. Its still a nice break from the heat! Its almost 20°C colder inside.

The church was built in the 17th century on the same site where there had been a Romanesque church, and even before that a mosque. The building is of cultural interest, and has a modern 20th century facade. In the Way of the Cross, one of the central acts of the Christian Holy Week, it goes up from the Balaguer river, making 14 stops at different stations. At the entrance of Sant Crist de Balaguer there is a type of conopeu, the piece that represents that we are inside a basilica. The festival of Sant Crist is the main festival of Balaguer, and is always celebrated on November 9.

We were lucky enough to be able to visit it.
Right there is also the convent of the Poor Clares where we were able to buy mead and pastries made by the community (all very good). In the shop they have other things for sale (artisan soap, embroideries,...). You have to ring the bell and they open the shop for you. The treatment is very cordial.

Nice monastery of the so-called Cistercian triangle though it is certainly the smallest and most modest of the three. It was nice though to have a tour just for myself which may also have been influenced by the pandemical situation. As often in Spain the tourist staff spoke only Catalan and Spanish. I found it much more surprising that the films who made up more than half of the tour we’re also in no other language offered than the two mentioned before. It would be much more attractive for foreign visitors If the films would be dubbed at least in English. If your time is limited I would first visit Poblet, then Santes Creus and Valldonga at last. Or for dramaturgical reasons the other way around.

We were unable to see the monastery from the inside as it was closed but the outside and surrounding village were nice to see and wander through. If you are in the area, it is a nice building to see but I wouldn't necessarily recommend making a special trip

Entertaining interpretation of an inhabited castle; a tiny bit too long. Grab a bite before the visit because dinner will be late. Food wasn’t exceptional but it wraps the experience so it’s ok.

We didn't actually go into the castle but out on a Sunday drive we came across this village. It's really quaint and although it was night time it offers great views of the surrounding area. The village is used to having visitors and has a gift shop and cafe. It is part of a circular route which goes through a mini gorge along the river Segre. A great place for walking or cycling.
Tamzin Vokes — Google review
You do not get anything more authentic than this castle. The hiers of the founders still live here (1209 AD) and they have kept most of the visitable rooms similar as they were in the middle ages. Do not expect spectacular rooms or a trustworthy museum, this visit is about a contemporary noble family castle.
The staff is friendly but somehow unorthodox, very charming in my humble opinion.
Isaac Balcells — Google review
Overall a nice visit to a well-preserved castle. The guided tour takes 1 hour and includes visiting a few chambers, kitchen, terrace/tower and cellar. Views from the deffensive tower are worth it.
Irene Compte (Prosivendola) — Google review
The castle is managed by lazy people. Went there on Jan. 8th for the 6pm guided tour. My family was denied entry because, literally: "there was a group scheduled but they canceled, so since it's one of these days, we decided to tidy up the castle".
I am not really sure what they meant by "one of these days" but we drove from afar for the visit and didn't see nobody "tidying up" the castle so we requested a complaint form -to be filed with the local business bureau-. Oddly enough, they gave us the runaround telling us they couldn't find the paperwork.
While they were pretending to be searching the forms, I mentioned we had a long drive to the castle and were willing to pay 20-30 EUR per person, so being denied entry was harsh. When the receptionist's heard the amounts, her eyes opened up and told us she could get us a tour guide and enter the castle in a few minutes... Unbelievable but true. Hearing this only made us more irate. We demanded the document and promptly filled it out and filed it with the local business bureau branch.
In a nutshell, be willing to be looked after by rude people and/or denied entry just because. I am sure they get substantial subsidies from the government so I guess that's why they don't care about getting customers.

Really lonely park, lots of water with streams going crisscross. Nice high mountains alongside the valley with good view points. The refugio Estany Llong was closed, so no hot coffee this day (strange on a Spanish national holiday). The valley until the refugio is easy going(there is a ramp for wheelchairs in the lower part where the taxis stop, but it's a deadend for wheelchairs, not for hikers).

Carros de Foc is very nice hike, that can be done in 5-6 days. However assumed it to be more remote. Most huts have rather easy and short access from 4WD taxi stands, what allows convenient day tourism.

Beautiful easy hike to this mountain lake, we went at end of the day which ads a bit of a warm romantic light. Sun rays passing through the forest canopy, fresh smell of grass, trees and earth as well as sound of cascading water as we walked up and down. A great sensory experience!
It was a great experience. The kids loved it! Going no back is hard - steep and hot , but the instructors went to bring the car and brought us cold drinks to the pickup point. The only fallback is that there is a long drive from the office to the starting point which influenced the days time line. All in all strongly recommended!

Bungalow, Carrer Lloredes, Av. Santa Fe, s/n, 25794 Organyà, Lleida, Spain
Guided tours exploring a former salt mining operation, plus historical exhibits, a cafe & gift shop.
You can book tickets at the store there. They will inform you when the next bus (compulsorily with a Catalan guide) will leave to the entrance of the mountain.
You have to wear a helmet at all times.
The water seeping through the ceiling will be salty. Be careful not to break anything or fall as the hardened salt can hurt you just like rocks do.
The whole place is beautiful. The stalactites make it look like Christmas under the Earth. The stalagmites look like melted wax all around. The various colours of salt make the place look gorgeous. Pictures will do no justice.
You can download the English audio from their tourism website for which the scan code is almost everywhere.
You can check out Blogaberry. Com for an elaborate blog on this.

Interesting tour of the old Salt mine, which made Cardona wealthy until it closed in 1990 (no longer viable)
Guided tour lasted about an hour. It was given only in Spanish, but literature in English was available so we could follow along.
Beautiful salt formations - suggest wearing older clothes as heavily salted water drips constantly and drys to a white stain on anything it lands on!!!

Nice tour and interesting but find it expensive for what it is 14EUR per person for a tour guide 45 minutes with 20 persons approximately. I learned later (I don't speak Catalan unfortunately) that photos are not allowed except in one place but I don't really understand why this rule!

We are from the US and took this tour because of the raving reviews. Buy your tickets ahead of time. We took a self-guided tour at the Cardona Castle at 10am (took about 30 minutes). Then stopped at the local bakery before going to the Salt Mountain. Our tour was at 11:30. We arrived at 11am, checked in, and was allowed to see the museum before the tour. The museum consists of outdoor and indoor displays. The best one is the machine room, and downstairs where there is a photo timeline in English (it'sa little dark so use your phone light to read the descriptions). Before the Salt tour they will give you a QR code to scan so you can listen to the recording in the cave while the guide is speakingin Catalan. Bring your own Bluetooth headset/earbuds. They have cheap headphones if your phone has a jack. The guide knew some English but the tour is in Catalan.

Castell de Cardona is a centuries-old fortress that overlooks the modern town of Cardona. It offers guided tours and upscale lodging with scenic views of the Muntanya de Sal (Salt Mountain) and the Lleida plain. The strategic position of the fortress has allowed noblemen to keep watch over the region for centuries. Visitors can explore the castle and enjoy panoramic views from the 11th-century Torre de la Minyona.
It's free to enter and definitely worth a visit. Great views and multiple information boards with the castle and town's history.

Remember no lifts and no porter service, so pack light and get to the entrance by car/taxi.
When leaving the castle, we booked a taxi to get down to the bus stand and then took the bus to our next destination (luggage in tow). Bus details are mostly on Google and the bus stand.
The castle was beautiful. Some parts are around 1000 years old and you can see amazing doors all around it. Some places are restricted for safety reasons.
The food is pretty good there. The place is well maintained and the front desk knows English so it's pretty easy to navigate and understand your surroundings in case of doubt.
They have a sauna and gym which they book for you for an hour as per your convenience.
Check the temperature on Google before visiting.

The salt mountain in itself is spectacular. However, I think the overall experience is greatly influenced by the guide you get assigned and we weren't so lucky in that sense. Ours was obviously well informed, but she didn't seem interested in communicating with us. In fact, the staff in general seemed unmotivated. Neither of the minibus drivers even said 'Hi' when we greeted them. Sorry guys, but could do better......

We stayed in the castle, everything was great. If you arrive by bus like we did you'll have to carry your luggage up quite a distance up maybe 7 stories to get to reception, but people arriving by car can drive up basically all the way. The room are nice and the beds are comfortable. They didn't tell us that you have to insert your room key in a little white box near the door to get electricity in your room, so we had to go back and ask why our lights didn't work. The restaurant was tasty but overpriced in our opinion. If you don't have a rental car don't expect there to be much to do, I'd stay 2 nights max.

Just wow. Want to feel like royalty, stay here. Beautiful castle and an amazing view. We had a suite. Very large comfortable bed. Robes and slippers provided to use. The room had a large soaking tub. I was not impressed with the food in the restaurant. My son only eats chicken but their menu was very limited. Nothing for him to eat. We took the short walk down I to the little town and ate at a small restaurant there the rest of our trip.

We spent an amazing time there and learned a lot about the zoo and his purpose, the animals living there and why. Each has his own story. The people working there are very friendly and nice and explain all you need to know. Highly recommended to visit as you will learn a lot about the nature and its animals. Thank you Cristina and Jesus for introducing us to all the animals and their stories ❤️

Had a tour where they show around the place and the animals, one of the staff is very nice, we didn’t speak spanish but she tried her best to give us a good experience 😊🦅
Yasmine — Google review
I think what they are doing at the "zoo" is good... I feel incredibly sorry for all animals in captivity but mainly these animals wouldn't survive in the wild and I am sure they are cared for very well. I think they could raise awareness more about the damage hunting does, we need to end this disgusting and selfish "hobby". The only remark I would make about the presentation is more should be done in Spanish not catalan...not everyone speaks and understands catalan
FPL Yerbs — Google review
The experience was amazing. It is not a common zoo. It is more than that. The work the staff do is very important, taking care of wild animals and helping them to go back to nature. The exhibition with birds of prey was impressive. Stania and Eloi do that very enjoyable, interacting with the birds and some wild mammals. But the highlight was the experience with owls! Such a pleasant thing to have owls in your arms, too see them fly to you, to interact with them... Highly recommended!
Ester Tregon — Google review
It's a small zoo, dedicated to the protection of members of local species that for various reasons cannot survive in the wild. You don't just pay to go in and wander around like most zoos, everything is an activity. Guided tours, petting zoo, various experiences for group, and a show of mammals and birds of prey.
It's not super cheap, (they have to survive without government money) but all the activities have a personal touch that makes them special, the people genuinely care about the animals, and the location is spectacular. Wild vultures overhead as a bonus.
We can particularly recommend the experience with owls.
Ian Threadgill — Google review
The place is very nice and you can tell they care very much for the animals, and that would be the most important part I think. As for the tour, I have to say that we were left with mixed feelings. In the website it is described as a friendly place for non-Catalans, emphasizing that they welcome people that would need the explanations in Spanish, but the reality is a bit different. The two girls that gave us guidance were very sweet but the guy made it very clear that he is dissatisfied with the fact that he is "obligated" to speak Spanish because of us. It gave us a feeling of not being welcome.
Yair Pery — Google review
This is a Must Visit for anyone in love with nature, wildlife or wanting to teach their children about them. Don’t be fooled by the name: it’s not a “real” Zoo! It’s a rescue center managed by professionals that allows you to get in contact (yes, some of them you will be able to touch and caress) with wild animals who cannot be released in the wild for whatever reason. It’s a wonderful win-win! You get to see and learn about animals you normally wouldn’t be able to approach and they use tickets to keep rescuing and feeding animals. Donations welcomed too :-)

Brilliant afternoon visit with family (2 kids) doing the Petting Zoo (Toco Toco) for about 1 hour. Coffee and drinks available and a gift shop. Children loved petting the falcon, eagle 🦅, duck 🦆, chicken 🐔, rabbit 🐰, deer 🦌 etc. Good storytelling done in Catalan, Spanish, English, about each animal and bird, with "new" facts to take away. Structure in good condition, even though the pieces are donations and finds from other houses. It's like taking a trip to the Past. It's a pity that you can't visit the part of the second floor. A must visit if you are in the area. They allowed us to come in with our little dog.

It is a theatrical visit where you learn a little bit of everything: Pallars history, daily life, linguistic origins, relationships between people, emotional and sensory education, among others. Always from humor and laughter, the best vaccines!
In the EcoMuseu there is a wide variety of books about history, nature and the region. Very close, in a hayloft next door, is the museum shop with very nice ceramics and other pieces! Pieces made by artisans in the area.
Well worth a visit if you're in the area, thanks!

Vam fer una visita amb l’Esperanceta a l’EcoMuseu d’Esterri d’Àneu i ens va encantar! Us la recomanem molt.

La Seu d'Urgell Cathedral is a unique Romanesque cathedral in Catalonia, standing out for its majestic appearance and distinct architecture. Unlike other buildings of its time, it didn't influence their construction, making it a one-of-a-kind site. Inside, visitors can admire the cloister and capitals, the Sant Ermengol altarpiece, and painted murals. The cathedral also served as a fortress, giving it an atypical architectural style compared to traditional worship temples.
Magnificent cathedral from 12th century

If you could buy a ticket just for the Tobotronc this would be a 5 star review, but unfortunately you have to pay full price for all the other activities, which are designed for children and not attractive to adults at all.
The forest zip line through the woods looks like fun but that is an additional fee on top of the €40 you have spent already (only opens at 12pm).
Clearly management don’t pay attention to any of the negative reviews as the park is still neglected and baldy maintained.
C Oshiel — Google review
Not coming again here. This park is underdeveloped, maybe good for children under 6. Not how it is meant to be. Apart from the natural view nothing worth mentioning here. Not recommended even if you have nothing to do with your time don’t come here.

A good place for outdoor activities, but only from the age of 7. We arrived with a child of 4 years old and for him there was 1 mini route + 1 tirulina and a mini electric pedal. We spent 40 minutes and went to Cota2000. There we walked around the farm and rode a pony. I would prefer more active games for toddlers.
There was also a moment that we did not know that to accompany a child in the Park, you do not need to buy a ticket for an adult!
It's good that we got the money back for 2 adult tickets (not at the cashbox directly, but by email).

Hannes Porst — Google review
A Group of 7 of us brought tickets for the Tobotronc + Burger Menu (40 Euros). All we asked for was a clean run from top to bottom (5km long) . The on duty staff were really accommodating and understood the assignment. They let a group go in front of us, and held us back for 5 mins while a gap was made because The Lady in front of us set of so slowly and would not let go of the brakes even on straight Flat sections.
We asked the staff at the top of the run, if we catch up with anyone, would it be possible to have another go. To which they responded, if your run is spoiled for the majority of the track you can claim a free run.
So after 5 mins we set off and caught the lady within 1km of the 5km stretch. After 2km the entire group as well as a few people from a second group had also caught up. At one point we where stationary for 20/30 seconds to try and get some gap to the lady. This also nearly caused a huge accident but nothing we could really avoid. The final 3km passed extremely slowly and painfully.
Now I am all for people being nervous and scared and needing to take their time with such activities so my frustration is not towards them.
When we got to the bottom, we asked if we could go again due to our run being completely ruined by slow moving kart in front. To which the staff agreed and would consult the management.
Few minutes later, management came back to us and responded with - we have used up our only ticket and that we would not be allowed back on unless we paid another 40 euros.
Absolutely shambolic management behaviour.
The place is fantastic, run by great staff but unfortunately management are clueless about customer enjoyment.
Regarding the Food, the burger and chips were good. We did ask for one burger to be fully cooked as my partner is pregnant. However it turned out to be raw in the middle. They where happy to recook, but still wasn’t fully cooked when returned.
Such a shame for such a promising place.

Great idea and a great location but: horrible execution, over-crowded (granted it was in August, the peak season) and way over priced.
This is how the experience felt: You unload a bucket-full of euros for the privilege of endless waiting in line. Even the wait at the self-service cafeteria was over 30 minutes for a very expensive and awful meal. Never mind the rides! The waiting times are just ridiculous.
Really, it's a shame. The place's got plenty of potential. But the way it's run/ managed is just mad chaos, which results in a disappointing experience at best.
In summary: save your money and your time unless you fancy paying for waiting in line. And if you must go, then do go off-season: maybe then you may enjoy it.

Had an amazing time on the Tobotronc Mountain coaster! To our surprise, the burger they force you to buy with your ticket is also really good!

For students and families, this is a must visit! We had taken an unlimited pass for 35€, which gives full access. The staff is very helpful and nice, and take all safety and health protection; the place is pet-friendly as well.
The Tobo Tronc and the Snowshoe (Raqueta) walk has to be done - it's too good.
However, it is recommended to drive a car there, as no public transport is available.

Party of five (3 kids 16, 11, and 6). Entrance fee for the five of us was 110 Euro. The park itself is actually OK and would have gotten away with 3 stars but the complete lack of maintenance (see the mini golf pic) and the helpless staff leave no choice to drop to 2 stars. Waiting times are very long for the good attractions (result of untrained staff). The highlight of the park is a summer bob slide (on rails) which is amazing. I think you can buy a ticket just for that and that would be my recommendation.

Review:
Naturlandia in Andorra is a captivating destination that celebrates nature's beauty. The diverse range of activities and breathtaking landscapes made for an enjoyable visit. While some areas could be improved, overall it deserves a solid four-star rating. The Tobotronc ride and animal park were highlights, offering thrilling experiences and opportunities to observe wildlife up close. The well-maintained nature trails allowed for peaceful exploration. However, clearer signage and reduced waiting times would enhance the experience. Naturlandia's commitment to conservation and friendly staff were commendable. It's a remarkable destination that captures Andorra's natural wonders.

If I had to come there for free next time, I wouldn't come. It's such a waste of time.
We came on Sunday of October, only one person was working to sell you the tickets (regardless the fact that we have bought our tickets online you still had to wait in the same line to get a wristband) We had "Adventure" very few activities that can be done, some equipment was broken, very slow staf. 1h in line to get to the famous tobotronk to enjoy a 5-minute ride( the ride was fun, but that was the only positive thing in the whole park!)
We regret coming.

So we (me and 3 friends) have visited "La casa" and "El cocktail del doctor" about 3 weeks ago. We are a bit of escaperoom enthusiasts, have played rooms all across europe and I must say, these rooms are definitly must play, when you visit barcelona / berga and like horror. The locations are absolutely stunning. The acting, the atmosphere, everything is absolutely on point. We have enjoyed it a lot.
Special thanks to the actors involved in the games we've played. It was a pleasure and we will definitly come back!

My friend and I found ourselves in Berga on a night the hotel supposedly didn't have any available bookings. They were kind enough to prepare and offer a room to us at a moment's notice, which perfectly describes the level of passion and dedication these people have for their business. This only becomes clearer throughout the experience, from the attention to detail in the incredibly immersive set design, to the very elegantly thought out puzzles.
The witch themed Aradia room we stayed in was somehow hauntingly creepy and wonderfully comforting at the same time.
Our host Sebastian was friendly and welcoming whilst never breaking the eerie tone of the experience.
I couldn't recommend this place more and will be doing so incessantly for the near future.

Oficines Vallnord is a year-round mountain resort that offers an array of activities such as skiing, snowboarding, and biking. The resort boasts different types of slopes catering to varying skill levels for skiing and snowboarding. The trails are exceptional, with the shapers working tirelessly to make them even better. Good ski resort, BUT organization is not proper, as 17:00 all is closes very quick and if you have bought a lesson with the instructor from 16 till 17, then you will not have a chance to leave your ski for the next day in the locker room as it closes very very strictly 17:00...

The food there was good but they fill your drink up so much it split on my pizza 😫
Also when you go down the stairs to get to the slope it is quit hard because of the snow

Nice ski resort, and helpful staff but totally unhelpful and not understanding management. As our first ski holiday ever. We purchased our ski passes on online for 4 days . On the second day my partner lost the ski pass. ( the ski passes are also made in white colour , so when u trop it,it will make impossible to find it). Anyhow,as we butchered the ticket on online before arrival our details were in a system. However they refuse to give as a new replacement pass. So we need it to buy the ticket with a full price again for 3 days.Absolutely no understanding that every situation should be deal with different manners ! The manager was more like a robotic , not listening and repeating the same thing overs and over . Very disappointed. Will never return and recommend this place to anyone !!!

The Basílica Santuari de Nostra Senyora de Meritxell is a serene and peaceful stone chapel that features a replica of an ancient shrine which was destroyed by fire in the 1970s. The breathtaking location where old meets new boasts great architectural concept and beautiful views, making it a must-visit village just minutes off the main road.
We came around 10 min to 7pm, the official closing time, and were there alone in a cool eery silence and darkness. The "museum" parts and the inner courtyard were closed, but the main church building was open.

Beautiful village and church . I've driven past the turn off for this village 100s of times, wish I'd explored it sooner. It has a great feeling of tranquility and peace, beautiful architecture, a first class restaurant and a cosy bar. Lots of free parking and superb views. If your nearby, don't bypass it. From France it's about 2 km past Canillo on the left, from Spain about 3 km past Encamp on the right

Absolutely brilliant. The group lessons, the private lessons, all superbly led by excellent instructors who know the slopes, know the area and generally get the whole teaching thing. You don't have to doski school but if you do you'll get better and enjoy the skiing more I bet. Lovely place right in the middle of nature, perched up in the mountains near the old little village of Castellar de n'Hug. We parked right at the bottom by the cafè and gift shop. Parking is free. We then walked up to the village. Plenty of steps and great views, including the famous waterfalls that make up the source of the River Llobregat that supplies water to far away Barcelona, some 100 km away. Traditional stone houses, plenty of shops to buy local produce such as sausages and cheese, a cement museum (the area is full of abandoned mines, quarries and textile factories) plus a historic train that takes you to the museum and back. Great day out!
