The maze was a fun and challenging activity, but not so complicated that it became frustrating. The paths were well-manicured and easy to follow, making it a great way to spend an afternoon. It was $4400 a person to enter.

I liked the fact that I got lost in a cultural labyrinth

Really good and well maintained. Park is beautiful, restaurant is good, and the labyrinth is also well maintained and big. There is also a mini museum and a film worth watching for Borges enthusiasts.
Balint Pokoly — Google review
Enjoy the park at the evening when the sun is setting. You have a nice view on top of the tower and entering the labrynth makes you live the words of Borges. It was great!

The place is good to spend few hours of self walk with family/friends.
The restaurant kitchen/bar staff are rude and denied to give us tap water although the waitress tried to, the food is too expensive comparing with the quality.
I recomend the place but not the restaurant.
Carolina Gallardo — Google review
Nice place to go and spend at least a couple hours. Places to do pic-nics, you can also have local food and wine right there. The maze is really good and fun for kids, while there's also a playground.
On the downside, toilets were less than impressive and the video about the history of the place was way too long (1 hr).

Nice place! You should go for a couple of hours. You dont Need More.
There Is a restaurant if yo want to have lunch, although you can take yours and eat there..

Totalmente recomendable!!!

(Translated by Google) It was the winery that we liked to visit the most. First we toured the vineyards and the winery with Flor, who explained everything to us very well, we were even able to try some grapes that were already ripening to distinguish the flavors between malbec, cabernet savignon and a white that I don't remember the name of. Then we returned to the main hall from where we had started and we were received by Alfredo Roca with whom we were able to chat for a moment. With my husband we chose the tasting directed by Alejandro, Alfredo's son. The experience was the best of all for two nerds like us, since we were able to ask many questions that Alejandro answered very generously, and he spent a good time chatting while we shared the wines.
I have to emphasize that both the vineyards, the park, the winery, all very well placed, neat, clean, they take care of every detail.
The fact that the owners themselves and very well-prepared people who know and like what they do, made everything close perfectly for us.

I don't remember very well thanks to whom we arrived at Alfredo Roca but without a doubt it was the best, there are no words to describe the attention we received, the warmth, the kindness, the good predisposition, very helpful, from Alfredo Roca himself who receives you and It makes you feel at home, even the girl who gives you the tours who is extremely attentive and loving. A magical place no matter how you look at it, we had the picnic and we couldn't stop looking around us, in addition to the fact that the food was INCREDIBLE as well as the wine, it is to return and recommend. The Museo Ferroviario, a remarkable museum dedicated to the history of trains and railways, is an outstanding attraction. It offers visitors a unique insight into the evolution of locomotives and their impact on society. The collection includes artifacts from different eras, showcasing the development of train technology over time. This fascinating exhibit comprises historical photographs, vintage clothing, intricate models and fully-restored trains that illustrate how early steam engines evolved into high-speed electric bullet trains we see today.

Bodega La Abeja is a historic winery established in 1883, offering guided tours and tastings. Visitors have praised the smaller, more private group tours that offer numerous complimentary wine tastings of about 5 or 6 different wines. The knowledgeable tour guides provide insights into the winemaking process, including grape harvesting and bottling. Guests appreciate the friendly and informative staff, with special mentions for guides like Sofi and Juan Pablo who enhance the experience with their expertise and humor.
We messaged on WhatsApp to schedule an appointment. The tour was enjoyable, and the wine tasting at the end was fantastic, with numerous samples. For $2000, it was an outstanding value, and we also received a full glass of house wine for only $200 while we waited for the tour to begin.

Nagaoka accepts criticism cheerfully, and uses criticism productively to develop own abilities and skills. When working to a firm but realistic deadline, Nagaoka always completes tasks to an adequate standard. Accuracy and neatness may suffer but the outcome is acceptable. Puts in some extra hours to meet the deadline. When dressed for the job, personal appearance and dress immediately impress. Distinctive, perhaps distinguished. Performs most jobs well and has the habit of checking work outcomes. Nagaoka is achieving excellence in some areas but in others is not yet achieving the highest standards.
A persuasive, engaging speaker when well-prepared, but uncomfortable and less effective when asked to speak off-the-cuff. Nagaoka enjoys working without supervision and usually continues to carry out duties effectively. Still needs to learn when it is appropriate to call for a supervisor’s advice or authority to act. Habitually asks questions in order to fully understand a position or a statement. Keeps asking until the facts are clear and the truth is understood. Can work in a team but often produces individual work at the end of a group activity. Not supportive or tolerant of others in the team.

The price of admission, which, like most, includes a tour and tasting, is $1,200 (August 2023). I also consider the price intermediate, since in some wineries you do not pay entry, and in others you pay double or more. The farm is not located on the same premises, but the production process takes place right there, so the experience is still very good. The tasting part was the one I liked the most (😉🍷), mainly because it felt more personal than in other wineries. We were able to sit at a bar and chat with the guide, who very kindly answered all our questions. I highly recommend the experience 🙌🏼🇦🇷

Bodega Suter is a charming winery that offers both English and Spanish tours of its facilities, which include a fascinating historical barrel room. You visit the steel tanks where the wine is fermented and after tasting a white wine you proceed to the underground cellar where you can see barrels and desks with bottles of sparkling wine and then taste a red wine in the soul of the winery that is the center. of the lower floor. Once the entire lower part has been visited in the reception room, a sparkling wine is tasted and the tour ends. The guides are very friendly, they do not force the tourist to purchase at all and both the visit and the tasting are completely free. They don't have great wines but they do have very good prices for sale on site.
(Original)

The winery Bodega Labiano offers free entry and features a unique "wine" fountain that adds an exquisite touch to the overall experience. The owner, who is regarded as a genius, was actively involved in attending to guests alongside his employees. Visitors can enjoy a delightful horseback ride through the beautiful vineyards. Although our reviewer did not partake in the wine tasting, Bodega Labiano appeared to prioritize safety protocols by conducting their activities outdoors, distinguishing them from other wineries visited.

Exploring Villa las Tinajas Archaeological Park with guides is an intriguing experience. Visitors can expect to discover a different side of history while venturing into the caves. It should be noted that navigating through the three sections of these caverns requires some effort, as one must frequently stoop and get dirty. Nonetheless, this adds to the amusement and excitement of the journey.

The Pierre Auger Observatory is a remarkable facility that sets itself apart from other observatories. It offers a unique and immersive experience, characterized by excellent organization and educational value throughout. The diligent and passionate tourist guides deserve commendation for their dedication. However, it is worth noting that the absence of a UK flag outside the building may be an oversight, considering the observatory's international contributors. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of responsiveness to reviews over the past three years.

Mil gracias!

The guide at the Planetario Malargüe provided an excellent explanation, delivering intriguing and easily understandable information. The projection was captivating, and the installation where they showcased the film was beautiful. However, a drawback was that all seats were occupied without any social distancing measures in place. To address this issue, it would be beneficial to offer more time slots with fewer people in attendance.

In the museum there are interactive objects, where they explain very didactically, certain scientific laws.
Outside are clocks and solar calendars.
You have to take an appointment, the same day, in the morning. Unfortunately they have not streamlined the subject of guided tours.

(Translated by Google) It is a must-see in Malargüe, it has two times to attend the guided tour and the projections inside the pyramid. The locations are numbered so I recommend going early because the later numbers have a worse location and you could also run out of a place if a LOT of people go (the same, I arrived a few minutes after the start of that guide's shift and got a place). The projections are some very good, others decent, but what is very good are the explanations of whoever is speaking at that moment, very clear and interesting.
The first part, in which a guide accompanies the tour through the rest of the planetarium, is a bit poor because a single guide is in charge of all the stands, which makes the explanations of each one very superficial. It could be solved with a little more staff.
It is inexpensive, the visit costs $200 per person (adults), and the visiting hours are 4:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., each visit lasting 2 hours.
(Original)

The Malargüe Regional Hospital seems to have a limited number of specialists, but it does have basic doctors available. The overall quality of care appears to be good, and the pharmacy is also basic. Due to an occasional emergency, it was necessary to stay for a little more than two hours and the performance of the guard, then in charge of Dr. César CHÁVEZ, and nurses such as Nely, Marisa, Angélica, etc. It was exceptional!
Professionalism such as that demonstrated deserves the score awarded. Understanding, kind, dedicated and with quality humanitarian treatment (towards us and the rest of the occasional attendees).
The place is very well air-conditioned and decorated. Its facilities demonstrate care and cleanliness (although the cleaning staff - a guard service function - delayed their response to the repeated call of emergency personnel, this is a good opportunity for improvement).

Be careful when going with directions from Google Maps, it makes you take a very long turn when in reality from the lagoon to Route 222 it is almost direct. Going to Las Leñas, it is on the right hand side indicated by a medium-sized sign.

Increíble lugar para conocer!! Hermoso y totalmente limpio.

A beautiful place for those who dream of skiing and enjoying snow activities.
Nadia Kostiuk — Google review
Las Leñas is well known for their après time vibes, a few challenging runs and the best off piste terrain in Argentina. And, of course, being the only true ski in / ski out resort down here.
And boy … do they know that and maker that.
As mentioned it’s THE place if you enjoy off piste… the actual runs are average, not that challenging leaving aside Marte zone where you can’t get some fun advanced terrain. They have a respectable beginners area for Argentina standards and adding they hotel / bars / restaurant offer right at the base, a place to be enjoyed by skiers of all levels.
It does gets terribly packed in the heavy season, not a lot of lifts makes that experience not that enjoyable so it would be wise to try to avoid July … but their snow in the last few years was scarce at best … so trip down when you have to!
Paulo Puglisi — Google review
Great tracks, and great snow most of the season. Off tracks are easy to find and also really fun. Views are excellent too. Problems are the snow by mid August, and the lifts are the slowest you'll ever encounter.

Don’t ever come to this place , all the facilities and hotels are all outdated and horribles dirty ! Everything’s stuck in the 80 ‘s , besides how racists are all the services members especially if you are an Asian avoid this place , spend your money somewhere else but not here! I mean not all the Argentinian they are so racists but the people that they can afford to come here , even the place is crabby but they think they are rich 😂and consider themself Europeans 😂 ! Soooo listen to my advise and don’t come at all 🤠👍

Perched in the amazing peaks of the Argentine Andes this is a small ski resort by European standards but the piste skiing is great as long as the Marte lift is open (maybe 50% of the time). The lifts are old and slow
Alex Campbell — Google review
I have my own disagreement on how to rate this.
As a “ski resort” I rate it below average (3 stars is average), comparing it to other major sky resorts of Argentina.
As a “Mountain to sky” I can extend to to 4 points, with many good runs and nice snow.
So let’s see why 2 stars:
1. poor poor poor poor infrastructure... been here 20 years ago, and it seems all the same. One day did spend an unreasonable time doing lines for the lifts (meaning that in all ski resorts you will do reasonable lines).
2. Ski rentals offer is poor, leading the companies to charge you whatever they want, since there is no competition.
3. Very small places to eat at the mountains , one better than the other, still not at the quality you expect for the money you pay
4. Not good airport communication, so you pay a lot of extra money if you do not have a package
5. Since is just that, a ski resort far away from cities, you have to just relax and be prepared to charge you expensive prices to eat or drink.
I’m sorry is not as good as its marketing
Makes it look like.
Milton Schneider — Google review
If you're used to northern hemisphere skiing, this isn't as good as say, Squaw Valley, California or Kitzbuhel, Austria.
Argentines seem to be more concerned about posing than skiing. But then these are the rich 5%.
However, if your here in July then it's pretty decent for South America. Not expensive either.

Valle Hermoso is a truly picturesque valley that offers various transportation options, including trucks and motorcycles. However, it is also accessible by car if driven slowly. The campsite provides accommodations in the form of domes or tents and offers amenities such as bathrooms. Additionally, meals including breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for purchase. It's worth considering fuel availability as the nearest gas stations can be found around 100km away in Sosneado or Malargue.

The score is because the attention we receive from the people who work at the campsite leaves a lot to be desired, very rude and ungrateful!
