Hiking routes in a sprawling reserve dotted with dramatic waterfalls, rock formations & caves.
Beautiful park with well-maintained trails. Really cute town that has places to stay and plenty of bars and restaurants right down the road.
Tari Trowbridge — Google review
It is a natural park in Minas Gerais state. The park is wonderful, full of sedimentary rocks and natural vegetation, some streams and caves. You can trail everywhere there and have fun in contact with nature. I also recommend going to "janela do céu" (window of the sky), which is a very long walking trail. It is tiring, but worth the visit. About the park itself, I do recommend it.
Rodrigo Gonzalez — Google review
Amazing. Most beautiful place ever seen. Falls, caves and natural pools. Really worthy.
Jason Junior — Google review
Great park. Good infrastructure and beautiful waterfalls...
Adelino De Santi Júnior — Google review
Great place for a hike! There are trails also suitable for kids. However, make sure your knees are healthy. There are lots of ups and downs.
Paulo Karvaly Viégas Fernandes — Google review
The park is amazingly beautiful, great choice for camping, enjoy some fresh air, hiking, waterfalls, watching birds and wild life. The sky at night is so full of stars! It's a quite big park and maybe two, three or even four days might be necessary to see everything, but anything u see of it it will worth it! I do recommend it!
Guilherme Freitas — Google review
Make no mistake my friends, this is one of the greatest places to visit at least once in your lifetimes. It's not simple or easy to get to, and some of the trails are definitely not for beginners, but it's worth every little drop of sweat to climb up to the window of the sky (janela do céu) and enjoy the unique experience this place has to offer. It's ao marvelous it's almost mystic.
Tahian Bhering — Google review
Maravilhoso parque estadual.
beautiful, enchanting national park well worth visiting and well preserved and clean. the perfect photo at the " sky window" desperately needs better organization and restrictions with supervision and I feel that there are other places in the park that are even more beautiful. It is controversial to impose restrictions but public safety, cleanliness and preservation are essential.

The shopping center features well-known brands alongside local favorites, creating a diverse retail experience.
The best shopping ever ! In this city.
Moises Silva Rodrigues — Google review
It isn't big but has very interesting shops with something peculiar. It is good for a walk and good for travellers that are passing by Juiz de Fora as there are many good food options. From Mac something to good restaurants. The only negative point I noticed on my visit, is that the parking is not good for medium to big size cars. A big SUV like Mercedes G class, Chevrolet Silverado or Ford F250 are going to use two lots.

Mirante do Morro do Imperador is a hilltop location renowned for its Christ the Redeemer monument and a plaza that offers picturesque vistas of Juiz de Fora. Positioned at one of the highest points in the city, it grants visitors an exquisite panoramic outlook. This sought-after spot attracts nature enthusiasts who relish engaging in physical activities like hiking along the numerous tracks available. The awe-inspiring view of downtown Juiz de Fora from this vantage point is truly remarkable.
The view of downtown Juiz de Fora from this place is breathtaking. There's a snack bar and a souvenir shop up there. Sometimes you can find only one person to assist you. But it's ok. The view makes it worth it. On weekends, there are more prople to assist at the shops.

(Translated by Google) After 40 years without visiting the city of Viçosa, I went to the graduation of my youngest daughter, who stayed at the University for 6 and a half years, due to the pandemic. I looked for a Church closer to where I was staying and went there to thank God for allowing me to graduate the last of my 3 children without much difficulty and to take the opportunity to ask Saint Rita of Cássia to intercede for a job for my daughter and the eldest son who are unemployed.
Here in my city, I had a neighbor who was very devoted to Santa Rita and died of cancer, but his devotion to this wonderful Saint meant that during the period of his illness, he kept a lot of hope in his family. When I entered the sanctuary I didn't know which Saint it belonged to, but when I saw the image I immediately remembered my devout neighbor and then I prayed a rosary for his intention and for my family, asking for protection and giving thanks for life. I was amazed by the beauty of the sanctuary, but I couldn't stay long, due to the time of the event and because there was a business, I would have to return quickly.
I intend to return to this sanctuary together with my children, soon, I hope, to thank you for the job
from them. SANTA RITA de CÁSSIA, pray to GOD for us 🙏🙏🙏

The GV Shopping mall in Sao Paulo may not be as expansive as other shopping centers in the area, but it fulfills its purpose efficiently. The stores within are contemporary and create a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. While the variety of shops may not be extensive, there is a possibility that they have all the items you require. Additionally, GV Shopping offers an enjoyable dining experience with various food options available and also provides a cinema for entertainment purposes. The mall's parking facilities are convenient and well-maintained.

Parque Estadual de Itaunas spans 36.7 square kilometers along the coast, featuring impressive sand dunes up to 30 meters high and abundant wildlife such as monkeys, wildcats and sea turtles. The park office provides informative displays about local flora, fauna and culture. It is a full nature experience with peaceful beaches that offer magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding mangrove forest and wetlands. Additionally, visitors can enjoy traditional forro music in the nearby village.
Calm, safe, beautiful views and good vibes!

There is a small village, where we can appreciate the nature, very good food, basically fish and appreciate it's quietude(during it's off season of course)

Such a wonderful natural place of beauty! To get to the beaches/restaurants, you have to go up a little hill of sand (through an opening off the main street) and then decend down and walk a little towards the direction of the water. On your way to the beaches, you will see a plaque describing the history of the old "vilas of Itaunas" and this sandy desert place is magical to take photos in. There is a choice of a few different cabanas or restaurants to hang out it, the food/drinks will be pricier than usual since this place is an attraction but it's nice to have this change of scenery not far for Vitória city center, so you get the city vibe as well as the nature retreat.

(Translated by Google) The beach really is beautiful, there is a kiosk that serves drinks and food. It's worth going at least once to see it. However, let's get to the truth. The road is dirt to get there, so it's a long journey. It is 30 minutes from Itaúnas, when you get there, you park in a parking lot I believe is controlled by the Indians, 10 reais to park. There is shade for the car and they keep watch. There you walk for another 10 to 15 minutes and then reach the beach. In other words, it has to be a trip to go in the morning and only return in the afternoon. In the mood.

A praia realmente é linda, tem um kiosque que serve bebidas e comidas. Vale a pena ir ao menos uma vez para conhecer. Porém, vamos as verdades. The Praia Novo Prado is a vast and spacious beach with powerful waves that vary depending on the day. It is not heavily crowded, which adds to its appeal. The beach itself is exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained. However, there is a section of the beach that has been taken over by affluent individuals who have built inns and houses along the shoreline, making it appear "private" and exclusive.

Praia de Cumuruxatiba, also known as Praia do Pier, is a stunning destination with a tree-lined golden-sand shoreline that's perfect for swimming and leisurely walks. The area boasts excellent beachfront infrastructure, including top-notch restaurants like Ucanto da Cigana and Restaurante do Hermes. While prices may not be budget-friendly, there are more affordable options available at the snack bars and tapioca stalls around the town square.
This place it's amazing if you're looking dia a place to rest and relax. But the roads to get there it in really bad conditions, take care of its your time. Beach its quiet and very low waves which is suitable for kids.

(Translated by Google) You thought of paradise. It's there in Caraíva. A coastal and riverside city. Meeting of the sea and the Caraíva River. The sea has almost no waves and warm waters, in the area very close to the river. The river also has nooks and sandbanks to relax without worrying. For those who know how to swim, you can cross the river safely. But there is a curious thing about this river, at low tide the current leads to the sea, but when the tide starts to rise the river is almost without current. As the tide rises, the current reverses and goes from sea to river. It was very funny. We went down and floated up the river. Of course you need to know how to swim as you will be taken to the middle of the river. But to get to paradise you have to struggle. Leaving Trancoso takes around 1 hour or so on a dirt road, full of bumps and potholes. Arriving in Nova Caraíva, you have to stop at the parking lot, 20.00 and take a boat to cross the river, which takes about 10 minutes, paying 5.00 per person on the way there and back. There is no vehicle circulation in the city, and it is all sand. Before arriving at the beach there are little markets where you can stock up on drinks which are very expensive at the stalls. As for food, we chose to stay at a Flamengo tent, with a sun lounger, and we ordered fish which was very good. A day of guaranteed fun in a paradisiacal place.

Você pensou no paraíso.
