Independence Park is our modest, but beautiful, version of the Central Park of NY. Not only its the lungs of our city right in its heart but you'll also find lots of different things to do and to see. The municipal Horse Race Truck (with a good entertainment venue at its center), at least 3 or 4 museums, a beutiful "Rosedal" and a lot more

The Monumento Histórico Nacional a la Bandera is a memorial to the national flag of Argentina, featuring a tower and inaugurated in 1957. Beautiful place! Just walking around there is amazing, but the fact that you can go up to the top of the monument is the best part with great views! Underneath the big structure with the everlasting fire, there is also a very cool room with flags and old currency from all the Latin countries!

The works of the convent were completed in 1695. The temple is of "Franciscan" origin. In the museum we can find the "Hall of the Constituents", a wax recreation of these patriots, who in 1853 sanctioned the Constitution. This was promulgated on May 1, 1853 by Justo José de Urquiza, at the time Provisional Director of the Confederation. Also in the museum we can recreate the history of the jaguar, which after the flood of 1825, attacked the friars after entering the convent. There is a table that witnessed that event. 💯% recommended!!!!!

Built with rammed earth walls, tile roofs and a pair and knuckle structure. Long nave with Latin cross header. It includes a spherical cap made of the same wood as the rest of the roof – unique in Argentine architecture – which shows the high training of the carpenters of the time. Among the tombs it houses, the remains of Brigadier General Estanislao López and his wife Josefa Rodríguez del Fresno stand out, to whom Juan Manuel de Rosas left an epitaph in his memory after his death. On Tuesday, October 30, 2023, with rain, our boys and girls went to the historic center with the hope of experiencing everything they had learned. Unfortunately we couldn't, we wanted to enter the Convent and a lady claiming to be the secretary forbade us to enter if we didn't pay one hundred pesos each!! We explained the situation to her, the reality of our students, and she responded that they were going to see on the cameras that she stole one hundred thousand pesos.
I think its theft was the worst of all, it robbed our children of the possibility of knowing part of our history. SHE DECIDED ALONE, SHE NEVER CONSULTED WHO IT WAS CORRESPONDING TO.
We left very sad!!

I wonder how the tunnel director authorized the passage of the marathon in the afternoon, the peak moment of the return.
Not at all, as a runner, I am against the marathon and even less of this one in tribute to the Heroes of Malvinas, but the time to carry it out does not seem the best to me, given the traffic and the number of cars on the route.
In any case, I would like to ask you if it is technically advisable to pass a marathon through the tunnel, since I have heard that it is designed for the taxiing of vehicles but that the impact of the steps would not be the most appropriate.

It lasts approximately one hour, and four varietals are tasted, while the entire cellar and underground cellar are toured. The place is very luxurious and there are many details that give category and prestige to the tour. At the end of it, we stayed to watch the sunset in a sector of living rooms with a view of the vineyards. We finally stayed for dinner. The menu is very varied and the dishes we ordered were a delicacy. Price according to the quality of service and food. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Positive:
- the water of the pools is amazing. We chilled there for 3 days and it certainly helped out with some muscular probs that i had
- the sunset by the river. Breathtaking view
To improve:
- the place looks a bit run down. It is probably difficult to keep the place well maintained with some much salt/rust in the air, but still certain details could be looked into
- staff is friendly, but you see a lot of them sitting around the whole day with their phones. They could be used to look into those smaller details that could make this place even nicer

We also ate, the guy who served us was very friendly, the giant Milanesa sandwich with large portions

The fee is currently 2000 pesos per person on weekends. For that I would expect hot water in all pools, all jets working and clean pools. Obviously I mention it because none of that was true. The bottom of one pool was so filthy it made a cloud in the water as I walked over it. Many pools had no water. No jets were working.
The grass and seating areas are very nice. The gardens look great. The bathrooms and showers near the pools were very clean. Others were filthy. The store and food prices were fair. This is not a true thermal pool, the chimney belches smoke as it tries to heat the water. The water was not the posted temperatures. The children’s pools offered various slides and more clear water than the hot pools. It could be an incredible place, but it is not. It is very average and in need of attention.

I read comments from people who protest about the dirt and the bells. I didn't see any of that. This place belongs to the La Aurora ranch and does not have a cleaning service. You can clean it yourself and help the environment. The bells are angel callers and they have been there for 16 years since I started going, it is a tradition. People make a lot of promises and carry things that can be mistaken for dirt but have very important sentimental value. There is no disabled access.
At night there are UFO sightings and excursions are made to spend the night there.

Great place in the east coast of Entre Rios Province near the rio Uruguay. Not expensive (540 $ a day). Clean and green. You can carry your own beach chair or rent one. You can bring your own food & drinks (except alcohol not allowed) or eat at the restaurant. All pools are free access. Family environment and youth area. Thermal pools, water slides and waves pool. Highly recommended.

The park has got cafés, gift-shops, snack shops, picnic tables, and benches, and even a water park form the ones who are looking for a more active experience. It offers a variety of pools at different temperatures. It was reasonably clean, yet it's too crowded.
Hilda Evans — Google review
I've been constantly going to this termal park for 6 years and has continuous managed to provide a great experience. A vast amount of pools with a wide water temperature range and different sectors for kids an adults alike. I rate it 4 stars mainly because there have been some changes that I disliked; such as changing the depth of the swimming pool from 2 meters and a half to a meter and sixty and the price spike probably caused by the mixing the termal complex with a great water park. It's still one of the cheapest among the many in the area though and has a spa and many eating facilities inside. A great place!

By sectors you can find craft fairs, highly recommended restaurants and bars. You can also visit the old train station. Among other attractions is the viewpoint over the sea and statue of the founder.
During January, there was still a sector decorated like a Christmas city, with lights, houses, street artists and a variety of food trucks.

The Ruinas de San Ignacio Miní is a significant Catholic mission from the 17th century, now in ruins. It boasts the most complete remains in Argentina and features intricate carved ornamentation and interactive panels. Visitors can also access nearby ruins at Santa Ana, Loreto, and Santa Maria la Mayor with admission tickets. An impressive sound-and-light show is available on nonrainy nights for foreigners at an additional cost of AR$200.
Beautiful and historic.
A couple items of note: Your ticket works for several other nearby sites. They only accept cash, and the ATM around the corner from the entrance will charge you a $1200 ARS fee.
Still, worth it.

The Association of Residents of Vila Belga, an organization dedicated to the welfare of the community, plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life in this beautiful place. However, it could further enhance its impact by attracting small enterprises such as cafes, restaurants, and craft shops. Dal Pizzol Fine Wines is an incredible destination that offers a wide selection of excellent wines. Visitors are able to sample various types of wines and are guaranteed satisfaction with every sip. In addition to the exceptional wine experience, Dal Pizzol boasts a charming park/garden filled with animals, vineyards, and antique winemaking equipment, creating an open-air museum that showcases the history of immigration and rural life.
Amazing place with good wines - we tasted some different types and were satisfied with all of them. Besides, there is a nice park/garden with animals, vineyards, old tools to make wine in a sort of open-air museum of immigration/rural life. There is also a guided tasting option with some of the house's labels, another option is to order a cold cuts board or delicious homemade esfirras to enjoy with your wine or sparkling wine in the shade of the trees. I found at this winery a family welcome that I didn't find at other big brands.

Também tem opção de degustação guiada com alguns rótulos da casa, outra opção é pedir tábua de frios ou as deliciosas esfirras caseiras para saborear com o seu vinho ou espumante a sombra das árvores. That's why it's worth it, it's complementary to the other visits you'll make to Vale dos Vinhedos.

Você terá a oportunidade de ver e tocar na árvore que se produz a cortiça das rolhas, na árvore de carvalho que se fazem as barricas, de ver um vinhedo de mais de 400 tipos de uvas, dentro outras experiências única.

They have a small wine/bottle museum and a very large courtyard that includes some attractions for children and old buildings. There is also a restaurant on site, but we didn't have the opportunity to visit it. There is an entrance fee (R$20), but if you do the tasting, there is no need to pay it. Unfortunately, regarding the service, we were a little disappointed, as the girl who served us was not friendly at all and made it seem like she was doing us a favor during the tasting (and compared to other wineries, she had almost no information about what we were tasting) .
