The Teleférico San Bernardo offers a scenic view of the city from the top of its 1 kilometer ascent. Taking the gondola up is an easy option, or you can also walk the steps down to enjoy stunning views of Buenos Aires.
Splendid view of the city. Just buy the way up as you can easily walk down through the forrest path on your way down.

I think the attendant should get more involved in moving the crowd into the cars. There was a fairly long line and some folks were going up only two at a time, when the cars could carry at least four individuals. It made things unnecessarily slow.
Sergio Rocha — Google review
Very nice ride up the gondola, $6.25 USD per person at current market rate. Beautiful palm trees and walks, garden and view at the top. Also the option to walk up or down but it is pretty long. Water feature wasn't working which is too bad. There is a generic touristy restaurant and a highly rated resuarant but it's closed Monday and tuesday

When visiting Salta this one should be on your list , One gets a good panoramic view of the city and the surrounding area, The travel up and down the hill is quite fun, A small coffee shop to enjoy a drink and take in the view before the short return trip ,
The cost is 2200 pesos per person

Teleférico San Bernardo is the station for the aerial tramway to the top of the hill.
You can get the talk just walk-in, price is S.500 for a return trip, and usually there is queue for the ticket, but usually only took less than 10 mins.
As each of the car is for 4 person, staffs may put you with other people together if you only have 2. However, if the queue is short, you may request to have a private car, staffs are friendly and usually ok to do so.
After 10 mins will take you to the top of the hill, and the view is very nice in between
Brett Kwong — Google review
Walking up or down is a nice option, views are reasonable if not overly impressive (there are a lot of trees obscuring the views) - definitely worth it if you have some time free.

Great experience to travel up in a cable car. Very cheap.
The Inmaculada Madre Del Divino Corazon Eucaristico De Jesus shrine offers a pleasant environment for gratitude. It is suggested that water stations be installed to alleviate the suffocating heat, especially for elderly visitors. Furthermore, attention should be given to improving the trails, which currently pose a danger due to loose stones and roots. Enhancing these aspects would enhance safety and overall experience at the shrine.

The Misión Jesuítica de la Santísima Trinidad, a historic site from the 1700s, boasts extensive ruins and features an evening sound and light show. The church's red-brown stone stands out against the surrounding hills and green grass adorned with flowers. The niches hold time-worn sculptures, while the font and baroque pulpit are impressive. Carved decorations cap the doorways in remarkable fashion.
Definitely a neat piece of history in Paraguay! I enjoyed walking around and seeing the ruins and learning about this unique site.

Nice historical guided tour, people are nice, if you are lucky enough to come in the evening there is a show of lights and sounds for you to enjoy. If you are from Itapúa, the ticket is cheaper than if you are from other areas of the country or a foreigner but still worth the experience. Also, the ticket you buy in one of the missions can be used up yo three days on the other two missions, so it's really worth it

Head towards the terminal station in incarnation. These will be the buses that head towards ciudad de l'est. I believe the bus cost 15k (2 usd) to go and come back. There are 3 ruines that are included in the ticket price. However, they are distant from each other. 2 are close enough but will require a taxi (to get there there is a bus but make sure you have a taxi to get you back unless you ask him to wait for you as you explore the ruines). So, step 1 the bus will drop you to an intersection . Walk to the nearest ruines (near stop 10 min walk). Make friends and head to the second ruines (step 2 - walk back to the bus stop). Step 3 decide if take collective bus (10k or 1.5 usd) and make sure you get a ride back or make friends and share a taxi ( maybe 100k or less as a total price). We were 4 and we each paid 20k. Step 4 - the taxi will drop you to the bus stop and head back to the terminal. I believe 6pm is the last bus but ask to make sure. Most people do not go to the 3rd ruine as it is 150k away. Overnight it is nice and a good experience. I think the price was 8usd or 56k but i don't remember. You can buy the tickets at any locations and there are not many people. Enjoy!

Great site to visit. It’s vast and the church’s ruins testify of a splendid past which has now vanished on the ground.
Still, some beautiful parts of this complex remain visible. It’s a pleasure to admire them and imagine what it could have been 250 years ago !
The ticket includes the visit of 2 other ruins : Jesus de Tavarangue (close by) and San Cosme. It also includes a guided visit every hour which I found very interesting to learn the historic part (very well summary in the little museum at the entrance). Entrance fee is 25,000 GUA.
We visited the 2 sites on a day trip from Posadas by ourselves. We crossed the border with a “Collectivo” we took in Posadas downtown, and then hired a taxi in Paraguay for like 3 Hours to go and come back ! (6,000 AR$ / 200,000 GuA)

The Ruinas de San Ignacio Miní is a significant Catholic mission from the 17th century, now in ruins. It boasts the most complete remains in Argentina and features intricate carved ornamentation and interactive panels. Visitors can also access nearby ruins at Santa Ana, Loreto, and Santa Maria la Mayor with admission tickets. An impressive sound-and-light show is available on nonrainy nights for foreigners at an additional cost of AR$200.
Beautiful and historic.
A couple items of note: Your ticket works for several other nearby sites. They only accept cash, and the ATM around the corner from the entrance will charge you a $1200 ARS fee.
Still, worth it.

São Miguel das Missões or São Miguel Arcanjo is a UNESCO World Heritage Site situated in the northwestern region of Rio Grande do Sul state, southern Brazil. It consists of the ruins of a Jesuit settlement with an elegant church designed by an Italian architect who was also a Jesuit friar. The mission's architectural beauty earned it its UNESCO status in 1984.
After perusing the inspiring teachings of prophet Daniel, a profound sense of tranquility washed over me. Entranced by an inexplicable inner guidance, I ventured into the majestic Angelopolitan Cathedral. Its exterior boasted splendid crimson walls that captivated the eye, while inside, intricate embellishments adorned its delicate interior. This sacred place exuded an aura steeped in history and offered a serene sanctuary for deep contemplation.
I felt peace after reading the words of prophet Daniel. Came in by a certain Guidance, an impulse to do so. I also ended up saving a bird that was trapped in the cathedral. 🙏🏻🦁🕊

The long drive to the place was worth it. Lots of interesting sculptures scattered around the area which is pretty much in its natural undisturbed state. Calm and perfect for picnics with family and friends.

Great place! Huge area with lots of sculptures made by the resident artist. And I mean it. Imagine the Garden of the 1000 faces (sculptures). Or even the giant (6 meters high) Buddha in the top of the Silence Mount. It is necessary to take at least an entire evening to see everything (working hours are 02pm to 05:45pm on weekdays and from 10am to 05:45pm on weekends). In addition, you can enjoy a great vegetarian restaurant in the Garden area (must be previously booked for availability). It is really awesome and a must see in the region.

(Translated by Google) It's an excellent tour. Several shady places to sit. Even children will like it. I recommend taking the trail starting at the entrance on the right, because then it ends at the lake that has several sculptures, and then, when you're a little tired, you can sit in the shade and enjoy it. Just like that, there is no snack bar (I don't know what the restaurant is like) and the road to get there, coming from Júlio de Castilhos, is 20km of dirt with lots of rocks and holes. But it's worth the effort.

The Catedral São João Batista in Santa Cruz do Sul is a stunning Gothic Catholic temple, considered the largest of its kind in South America. This beautiful cathedral, both inside and out, leaves visitors awe-struck with its grandeur and architectural splendor. It bears a resemblance to the iconic Notre Dame in Paris, albeit on a smaller scale. The church is not only a significant religious landmark but also an ideal place for tranquility and introspection.
What a beautiful cathedral in the heart of San Juan do Sul! It reminded me of a smaller version of the Notre Dame in Paris. Peaceful, beautiful place to clear the mind.
