Beautiful park (with free parking), well maintained with a nice 2.7km walking trail. The big boat was neat but only open weekends to go inside. The lake and all of the wildlife gathered around it (including capybara and cats) was very fun! The workout equipment is a neat idea, and they had water fountains and clean washrooms!!!

Better with family.
This is an excellent spot for running, offering wide and varied trails with spots of shade at all times of day, the path was not paved in all places and so it may be muddy in the rain.
There is a big ship to explore and beautiful plants. There were paddle boats but they had a cost to try. And some play equipment for kids.
Depending on your disposition, this may not be the best place to go if you have limited time. There is not much that distinguishes it from any other large park in the world and it is not well maintained.
It was hot and few places to buy water so come prepared.
Ben Sperry — Google review
This is a very big park, with no entrance fee! I was impressed to see capybaras chilling everywhere. There is a Planetarium, but i advise to first check out the opening hours. There's a huge ship you can get on and several food stalls with delicious snacks.

Definitely my favorite park in Campinas! Amazing green scenery views, river, trees, capybaras everywhere. Delicious Açaí and ice cream are the bonus. Very clean and animal friendly park.
There are many street cats but they love people and people take care of them too. One of my father in law's cats is from this park and he named her "Serena".

Nice park, you can run (2,75km)or walk. In the weekends there are peddle boats. It has s theatre and BBQ areas. Plus playgrounds and evcersise areas. It also has the old city tram running in the weekends, there are toilets and foodtrucks(outside the gate).

A nice (green) park, kinda small one but still nice, well kept, kids friendly, well located, overcrowded in weekends, parking may be troublesome.

Really beautiful and fun park. We really enjoyed the swan boats, the Portuguese ship replica, the trolley rides. And we saw monkeys and Capybera.

It's one of the most known places in Campinas. It's a classic park you should visit if you are in town.
A lot of trees, tracks for walking/running and cycling. There is a big lagoon in the inside with an inner track. A lot of sports courts (basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc) of cement and sand.
It's a very good place to spend a few hours.
It's lacking some conservation and it doesn't allow pets inside, sadly.
More recently it is hosting some cultural activities and during August 2019 there was the DegustArt festival there with a lot of known restaurants serving food and drinks in small portions. It was very tasty! A fun fact: there was a lot of people from iFood (using the typical "motorcycle delivery uniform") grabbing the order on the table, going to the restaurants stands, taking the order and bringing to you. It was a cool plus.

Located in the outskirts of Campinas, Parque D. Pedro Shopping is a sprawling enclosed mall with diverse retail options, a cinema and an airy food court with chain cafes. It receives 18 million visitors per year and contains 399 stores including 30 anchor stores, 20 restaurants, 49 fast-food outlets, a movie theater complex with 15 theaters, conference center and 8,000 parking spaces. In 2015 the mall expanded to include new gastronomic options at Alameda Parde D. Pedro.
Well designed mall with a central hub that allows for quick travel between stores without having to do a full circuit. Sprawling, lively food court with many options and plenty of seating. Good mix of big box and specialty stores that appeal to a broad range of consumers. Interesting artistic elements. Definitely worth a visit if you’re a tourist.
Aaron Kuchma — Google review
It was crowded on Sunday, a little difficult to find a place to park the car. But I have no complains about the mall, its infrastructure is outstanding. Also, despite such a great circulation of people all day long, it's a very clean place.

Jequitibá Woods Park is a vast and lush urban park in the city, attracting around a million visitors annually. The park boasts of an extensive native forest reserve that houses a zoo with over 300 species of animals including large felines, meerkats, hippos and blue macaws. In addition to its impressive wildlife and vegetation, the park also features several facilities such as Casa do Caboclo, Museum of Natural History, Carlos Maia Theater and Municipal Aquarium.
Very nice park. There are several exotic animals, many of them were rescued and were given shelter here. There are also wild, free animals like these cute agouti roaming everywhere in the park. It was a very enjoyable stroll around the park.

Beautiful FREE park in Campinas with tons of animals, birds and beautiful vegetation. Do be mindful of your surroundings though since there are some shady characters there. It is generally safe though.
Christian Ardito — Google review
Very nice park/zoo in the center of the city. Must visit. Amazing for just walking around and reading a book. You do not pay to enter this park so I was surprised it is well taken care of. Only problem is Brazilian people who do not pick up garbage after their visit!
For anyone who is against zoos this place is more of a rescue center... research and stop being so negative. They are just trying to help these animals. Releasing them will kill them! Also this is educational for all kids and adults. Look at all the beauty it offers.
Maj — Google review
The park is nice, great diversity of trees and bushes. But what I think is cruel, is to keep wild animals in captivity. They don't deserve to live this way. People in Campinas should change their minds and ask the municipality to free those animals, or at least take them to some kind of reserve outside the city, where they could roam a little. Lions and Leopards are kept in small compounds without even a little bit of green. Birds are living in small cages, which avoid them from flying.

Bosque dos Jequitibas is an amazing public park that gives Campinas beauty, fresh air and peace.

Boo the zoo was closed:(
Apparently they had to cut down some dangerous trees. No word on how long until they reopen..

Bosque is an incredible oasis in the middle of the city. It’s the perfect spot to grab a green coconut, walk in the shade, and see some amazing animals. Some animals do show signs of stress, but many seem healthy and relatively happy. Don’t count on seeing sloths though! Seems like they’re more of an urban legend in Bosque. Sometimes there’s an official parking lot monitor to help you get in and out of an otherwise incredibly small lot.

Beautiful park -- small, but nice.
The zoo is old and almost empty (i dont like zoos), but it is nice when you read the majority of animals are from rescue and are being treated to be set free once again -- otherwise it would not be so nice.

Wet'n Wild is an expansive and vibrant water park with a multitude of slides, a wave pool, and occasional DJ-led events. While the food court options are limited and slightly expensive, children often delight in the burger meals available. Moreover, there are also more affordable snack choices that benefit parents financially. The staff members are exceptionally helpful and amiable. However, one drawback is the steep price for parking at 50R$, especially when considering the already high ticket price of 99R$.
The park didn't have many options of food courts, the food is a bit pricey but kids always enjoy to get the burguer meals. Options of cheaper snacks are also available which is a plus for the parent's pockets ! :)
The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The only bad side is the expensive car park ! 50R$ seems a bit much when you pay 99R$ for the ticket itself (whhe buying in advance and not in a combo, with a combo is cheaper).
Thayani Conaggin — Google review
Avoid at all costs during the weekend.
I went with my 14 yo kid and 10 of his friends. Here is our journey:
* Parking is well organized and reasonably priced (r$ 60)
* It took us 75 minutes to get in the park - that's because we bought tickets in advance. There was no shade, drinks or staff in the entrance line
* We had to wait 60 minutes more in line to get a locker.
* We chose a ride that was not too busy. We "only" had to wait 45 minutes in line. That means that it took three hours from the time we arrived to the time we took our first ride.
* The kids took another ride and off we went for lunch. 35 minutes in line, and the tables were dirty and full of flies. What an unforgettable experience to have lunch surrounded by thousands of flies.
* We took one most popular rides in the afternoon and it was time to go.
* In a nutshell, we arrived at 10am and left at 4 pm, for a total of 6 hours in the park. We took 3-4 rides, each of which lasted about 45 seconds. That averages out to 2 hours wait for every minute of riding.
* Staff is friendly, but poorly trained. When we want to buy an ice cream, it took staff 3 minutes to sell one popsicle.
* Management don't apparently enforce any capacity limit to the park. There were clearly four times more people in the park that there should be. There is zero chance lifeguard could see any kid drowning - which luckily didn't happen.
* There is medical examination to be in the park - and there were a few people with obvious and apparent skin diseases that shouldn't be there.
That, combined with a 35 degrees Celsius temperature made this trip the worst trip of my last 20 years of life (where I have been travelling extensively for work and tourism across 25+ countries in 5 continents)
Oren Pinsky — Google review
Great day out, I really enjoyed this water park and my 11year old neice also had fun. The park wasn't busy, queues were short, it was clean and tidy and the food and drink on offer was of a good enough standard. The yellow capsule drop slide was scary but fun, and the white half pipe and family rubber ring slides were my favourite. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone to visit and would go again.
Tristan Cairns — Google review
the park is very showy, but the food still leaves something to be desired! nothing much and very expensive
Anderson Clayton — Google review
Crazy expensive and over priced. Prices are abusive.
Its not as fun as i remembered and I got hurt in qll the rides.
Make sure to buy tickets before you go, otherwise you pay $50 more. Plus another $50 just for parking, and another $30 for a locker. Like I said, abusive.

My wife always talk to me that would she like to go in a water club. Although, we live in a city with beach she prefers fresh water. The last month we went to Jundiaí SP and we resolve have fun in a club, so we choose Wet'n Wild. I already paid 50R$ only to park my car under the sun. inside the club we wasted some time find place for accommodation but I not found. However, we like the wave swim and the place for kids. Finally we went have a meal and one more time wast more time in the line. When our time arrived there weren't desks available we had eat standing up under the sun.

Concerning the stores, here you will find a good selection of those (Nike, Puma, Calvin Klein, Diesel, and others).
About the prices, depending on how lucky you are, I've already found some very good deals as well as I ve already found some items that were more expensive here them in the ordinary shop.
About the food, not the best but not the worst as well. Good enough for an average lunch.

Great place with an amazing selection of stores. Great selection of restaurants in the food court too. Honestly, most of the times I've only cosited for the food. It is too tempting to just drive by and not stop on the way back home. The overall layout is great and allows for fresh air to circulate throughout. Definately worth a visit and come prepared to spend a lot of time here.

It is hard to find a good deal, usually the price is the same as in the normal store. In shoes/sneakers stores there’s very few sizes. Therefore it is not worth it to go there

Awesome outdoor outlet mall! There are many options, some on the higher priced name brand. Variety of restaurants throughout and a small food court area. Great walking and shopping atmosphere. The only reason I am giving 4, not 5 stars, is due to the parking, on busy days it can be very difficult to find parking. The parking lot doesn't keep track of spaces so you can find yourself entering the paid lot and not finding a spot and then have to exit and drive around to the added parking garage which is also paid parking and also doesn't keep track of the vehicle count.
Shawn Hart — Google review
I have driven by this place many times without knowing it was even there. It was only when I saw Rafa Ribeiro post about it on Instagram I decided to visit, since I was passing.
The place looks great, however, when we visited on a Tuesday lunchtime, the place was packed! Parking was stressful and could use some management or guidance. People were parked everywhere, literally! To my surprise we did find a space.
We were hungry, and wow, every food place was packed, and the seated restaurants had huge waits, so it would seem best to arrive earlier and make sure the first thing you do is book a restaurant, or eat before you come.
There was a great mix of stores, however the busiest and most popular stores, like NIKE and Adidas seemed on the small side, they were packed with customers, and surely could use larger stores.
As for the prices, maybe for Brazil is good, but even with the favourable exchange rate from the UK the European stores seemed expensive for sure.
I would visit again, but would hope to find a quieter time.

For you to go from São Paulo all the way there, you have to get, at least, good prices. This is not the case. Only one or other store offer good deal. The food court is very limited but you can bring with you your pet. Parking is another problem. It takes a while to find a spot.

It’s not actually in the capital, but if you have a car, it worth’s the visit. There are several brands there, and if you have an elder together, they offer wheel chairs for free. Just need a brief registration with personal ID.

There is a chocolate factory that has good products, although I've been to better chocolate factories in Ireland and Italy. Its a great visit for 3 hours but I think they have so much capacity to grow if they added some more activities, particularly with the native culture. It feels a little tacked on. Definitely would visit again and I'd encourage others. ITU the nearby city is also the best city I've visited in Sao Paulo for tourism, so far.

Vinícola Góes is a charming winery complex established in 1938, offering wine tastings and tours. Situated in the Sao Paulo neighborhoods, it is renowned for its wide range of affordably priced as well as slightly more expensive wine selections. To embark on a winery tour, reservations can be made through their website or by contacting the staff at the main shop reception counter. The complex also features restaurants, a cafe, and a wine bar that visitors can enjoy.
One of the famous winery in São Paulo neighborhoods. They have several wine option with cheap and little bit expensive.
If you want to know them by winery tour, you need to reserve by internet website or ask the staff in the main shop reception counter.
Here has also restaurants, cafe and wine bar. We enjoyed wine bar. We ordered several wines with glass. It was good tasting to enjoy the weekend.
Just your information, About parking lot, you need to pay 10BRL.

Square Exaggeration is a remarkable tourist attraction that features an expansive park adorned with gigantic replicas of various objects, such as a chess board, pencils, and even ants. This public park stands out due to its unique sculptures, displaying the city's distinctive character. However, one minor drawback is that the maze could be improved by offering more intricate pathways rather than just a straightforward route leading to the center from two directions.
Legal ! Free !

Parque Geológico do Varvito is a serene and lush park renowned for its unique rock formations, as well as its scenic trails, picturesque lake, and cascading waterfall. This tranquil sanctuary offers visitors an opportunity to delve into the geological wonders of our planet's past. It serves as an educational hub where one can acquire knowledge about geology and unravel the mysteries of Earth's history.

This large, popular zoo with a lake & forest features many animal exhibits & an educational museum.
It’s a really worth place to visit.
As of April, 2023, entrance fee is 8 BRL per adult, 4 BRL per kid.
It’s not so big land, they don’t have any kind of animals such as São Paulo zoo, but it’s not crowded, we can see rare birds, monkeys, snakes and others.
Less than 2 hours is enough to see all.
We enjoyed our holiday there.

Salto do Apucaraninha, an awe-inspiring natural wonder, stands tall at 119 meters in height. Despite its remote location, approximately 25 kilometers of unpaved road must be traversed to reach this majestic waterfall. The road is good, half dirt and cobblestone.
There is a way to get very close to the rock jump and for a more panoramic view, there is a viewpoint.
If you want, you can go down the street where it is
owned by Copel but they let you in to visit the waterfall from below.
But the path is not easy but it is not impossible. 1km walking between rocks and bush to get under the fall. This is the view in the photo!

A estrada é boa, metade de terra e de paralelepípedo.
Há como chegar bem pertinho do salto pelas pedras e para uma visão mais panorâmica, um mirante.
Caso queira poderá descer a rua onde é

(Translated by Google) For those leaving Londrina, it is approximately 80 km away, of which 21 km is a rural road.
There is no sign indicating Salto, which gives us the feeling of being lost. From this aspect alone, you can see that access is not so easy.
