Character Challenge Course
High ropes course
Tours
Zipline & Aerial Adventure Parks
Challenge course with multiple different challenge options. Can go as small group or larger. Families, teams, friends, coworkers all can benefit from some of the team building skills and encouragement activities. Can help put things in perspective. Has small inside store with branded gear, small bathroom. Large outdoor gathering space. There is not a lot of parking. Many different games and challenges. There is a playground for smaller children. Ropes course is elevated high enough to give even those without height scares some shake knees. Rip cord (always fun), Trust sessions, problem solving skills and team balance. The staff is trained well and fun to work with.

Amazing! Take the Extreme Package for the best thrills!
The C4 Course is the best team building exercise and so much fun. The Swing is the best one, in my opinion, and the “Leap of Faith” is the best beginning for this course as it gets you used to the challenges of the course.
The staff are amazing and friendly. Very professional and kind, We had Evan and Jessica, I think, either way they were amazing and a great help. 10/10 would recommend for business / groups / organizations, though I plan to bring my family next!

I haven't been to the rope course but it's on my summer bucket list! Travis came to my old school and did a school assembly, it was awesome! I was a volunteer for this event getting to work with kids and being a main group leader getting these kids comfortable and learning new skills! Thanks for everything, and I hope you come back here soon!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was a totally new experience and my family and I will never forget. Beautiful scenery built into the trees as well!!

Amazing course and great staff. Very well taken care of and appreciate the way they get you pushing yourself. Kids and older adults can do it!

We had a phenomenal experience here.
I love how the staff simple guides the kids and they do most on their own.
Everyone is so encouraging and my kids definitely concord fears!

Words aren't enough to describe this experience! The staff are all so patient and kind to help us through a whirlwind of emotions- fun, fear, craziness, accomplished, and just plain awesome! Highly recommend going!

Kinship mentors and mentees had an excellent time. The staff are friendly, and the facility is beautiful. The course is challenging and fun!

We arrived very excited. We have 3 kids 11, 11, and 5. It was harder for our 5 year old, but he was a champ and the staff there made it an absolutely amazing experience for all of us. I would highly recommend this for any adventurer out there. It is especially good for families and if you want to do any team building. Everyone is so encouraging. THANK YOU to everyone there!!!

We had a great time! The staff was friendly and energetic. The only negative was we (3 older adults) were coupled with 2 other groups making us a group of 9 (3 young children). This resulted in a lot of standing around and waiting. We did the extreme package and would have like to do more than 2 challenges. It's a great concept and Travis and Sarah seemed to be very dedicated to working with kids.
Kids (1.5 - 14 yrs) and parents had an absolute blast!! And didn't even do all the activities. Lots to pick from. Very laid back environment. It was a favorite for us!

We had a fabulous time doing the escape room and go karts. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. It was the perfect day, we look forward to coming back!

We held a birthday party this June for my 6yr old son. We bought wristbands for the kiddos and brought with our own cake, pizza, snacks, beverages to share at picnic tables. The staff were super helpful, kind, and the kids had so much fun going to all the various activities from the water balloons, climbing wall, mini-golf, laser tag, laser maze, bouncy house and more. Thanks so much for having us, it was a great day!
Sara Winter — Google review
Totally enjoyed the day with kids and grandkids! A lot to do and friendly staff! When we visited the only food options were liquids so make sure you pack a lunch for the day🙂
Tammy Jo Snyder — Google review
Kids had a good time but the place is getting run down. They are attempting some renovations but it looks to be slow going. The bumper boats were shut down and a couple of other things. They should be offering a discount when not fully functioning. They only had 2 cars for smaller children to drive. No food so pack a lunch/snacks!

We reserved the FDR WWII escape room for my grandsons' 10 year birthday and it was outstanding. We had 9 people in the room, ages 10 to 81, and we were all challenged, entertained, and felt very victorious at the end. Our grandkids live in LA and the teens had been to many escape rooms there so I tried to prepare them for the likelihood that this one might be a little less of a production. However, at the end of the challenge, they volunteered that this was the best one they’d been in so far. If there were six stars I'd give it that. Then we stayed and played on the various games and attractions afterwards. It was their best birthday yet.

We went to Evergreen and participated in their jail break escape room, while celebrating a couple of friends birthdays! We had an absolute blast, the staff was very kind and made the experience that much more enjoyable! We can't wait to check out another escape room! Also what a fun thing to be able to do during winter months! Thanks again Evergreen!
Vanessa Hoffman — Google review
It was our first time ever going and the kids loved it. Very friendly staff and were more then kind to talk with. Yesings are older but everything still worked just fine. The kids played for a hour and half with a wirstbands and got there money worth. Hours are kinda surprising cause you would think they would be open longer on weekends. All around had fun and would go back if in the area.
Tracey Janisch — Google review
Do not do any work for the owner unless you do not want to get paid! Definitely not a revenge review but an honest one. Mr. Nelson hired us to do a job and tried to screw us out of over $6,000. Then he posted a bunch of lies on a review about us. A shyster! Take your business to good, honest people, he is not one.
Patrick McBrady — Google review
We have never done an escape room before and we’re told we picked the hardest room they offered 😂 figures right? We made it out seconds before time was up! We were given a little help when needed and it was much needed a time or two. But we can’t wait to go back again next year.

Excellent place to bring the family. If you're lokin to bumper boat they're out of commission. But that water is nasty most places. #whosichy

Great customer service from what I believe to be the owners daughter. Such a sweet girl. They acted on a mishap right away and were very thoughtful/kind. Fun activities for the kids near Park Rapids. We will come back every year during our vacation!
Itasca State Park, located in northwestern Minnesota, is a vast natural area spanning over 32,000 acres and featuring more than 100 lakes. As the state's oldest park, it is renowned for being the birthplace of the Mississippi River. Visitors can witness the headwaters of this mighty river at Lake Itasca and even walk across its beginnings before it embarks on its 2552-mile journey to the Gulf of Mexico.
Fantastic place to visit! This is a must visit if you are anywhere near Itasca. The visitor center is nice and well kept. A short drive from the visitor is the headwaters of the Mississippi River. It's awesome to be able to walk across knowing how big this river is.
Jack Lansford — Google review
This is a State Park, so there is a one day vehicle permit of $7. After that its free, except if you buy something from the gift shop. Restrooms are inside the gift shop area. It's a nice gift shop with all kinds of fun stuff and nice people.
This is the headwaters of the Mississippi River, which to us was a must see. A small placid little stream that is knee deep when it follows out of Lake Itasca. In late September, when we were there, the water was almost warm. One parks in front of the Visitor's Center and walks a short forested trail back to the marker, and the crossing rocks. There is also a split log 'bridge' for those who aren't as sure-footed. The picnic area is near the Visitor's Center, and the parking lot is generous. We enjoyed our Bucket List visit.
Celeste Ruppelt — Google review
Such a beautiful park. Great place to recharge your mind and soul. I've been going here since I was a kid and it is always a great visit. Great place for kids and adults to breathe and relax. Drive the back one-way route, shut off your vehicle, and enjoy the deafening quiet. $7 for the day or buy a season pass. Money well spent.
Larry Lindahl — Google review
Loved this park. We camped in our Class C motorhome. It was cold and rainy and muddy and had snowed 5 inches before we arrived, but we thoroughly enjoyed our experience anyway. Will come back when warmer to wade across the Mississippi!
Darla Wells — Google review
So much to do and see here! This park is great for hiking, but it is also easy to drive around and park at all the different attractions. Itasca Sports has all you recreation needs: cycling, e-bikes, canoes, kayaks, and pontoons!
The fire tower gives incredible views. The Mississippi River headwaters are very cool to walk over and in the water.

Beautiful, clean, inviting. Always love family trips here or even just by yourself. Such a peaceful and relaxing environment. So much to do and explore, with never ending activities.
Ashlee Watkins — Google review
Very wonderful park and great camping experience. Long paved bike trails all over the park that can also be used for strolling like we did. We visited every single point of interest in the park and enjoyed our 5 days very much. Douglas Lodge was a pleasant dining experience. Great Walleye sandwiches! The riverboat tour, headwaters of the Mississippi, both visitor centers in the park are informative and beautiful, Preachers Grove, Peace Pipe Vista and several more things to see. The campground is nicely laid out and the shower house is excellent. We would certainly stay again.
Karene Barker — Google review
Highly recommend visiting Itasca State Park and staying overnight at least once in the campground. There are black bears present in the area so follow the rules with putting food away. Flush and pit toilets available throughout the campground as it is huge. It is hard to get a spot on the weekend so plan ahead. You will never get bored as the park has boat ramps at lakes, a swimming beach on Lake Itasca, canoe and bike rentals, a scenic drive, an observatory deck, hiking trails, and camping.

Such a beautiful State Park! The cafe was super good and the staff there were super friendly. We went up to the Mississippi Headwaters, and it was a super easy, 600ft walk. The boardwalk goes to/from the main base, so it's super easy to get back and forth. Such a great spot to dip your feet in and take in the nature!

Beautiful park!! We stayed in the park cabins, and they had everything we needed, very well maintained. Really enjoyed this place, full of nature and peaceful
Silvia Ramirez — Google review
My favorite MN State Park. Walking across the headwaters is so fun, there are miles of bike trails, beautiful hikes, lakes (some with great swimming spots), campgrounds, cabins to rent, etc etc. There's something for absolutely everyone. My favorite is the fire tower which, once you make it up the 130some stairs, offers the most gorgeous views (especially in the fall) for miles.
Tara Inveen — Google review
I absolutely loved this state park. It is a very interesting geographical location. As soon as the water flows from Itasca Lake , it becomes the infant Mississippi River. This state park has a lot to offer. It is a great opportunity to learn about the Mississippi River. To see our adventures, subscribe to SIMPLE LIFE BIG ADVENTURES on YouTube.

See where the headwaters of the Mississippi River. The trail was nice not too far from the visitor center. The visitor center was so beautiful Cafe and coffee. They were short the day we went so I could go without stopping. Looked like a nice regular menu when it was fully staffed .
Chelsea Kaminski — Google review
Beautiful park! I did the hiking club trail and it was great! Beautiful views amd there were many other trails that I can't wait to explore! The visitor center is full of educational info. My 7 year old grandson and 2 year old granddaughter both enjoyed the interactive displays.
Kris Suhl — Google review
Beautiful park! It's pretty amazing to be at the headwaters of the mighty Mississippi! The rocks can be quite slippery so be careful! I would highly recommend water shoes and just stay off the rocks.
We also stopped at the fire tower. It's 135 steps to the top of the tower. There is a 1/2 hike to the tower which involves a fairly steep, long incline.
Rachael Meuwissen — Google review
Haven't been in years. Great to get back. So many nice updates. Didn't get to hike much but really enjoyed the 10 mile wilderness trail car ride. Most of it was a one way so nice to drive through it. Felt like you were driving on a bike path. Easy assessible walk or Wheelchair to the headwaters. Beautiful park. Would love to camp or stay in a cabin.

Visited Itasca State Park on 9/2/23 over Labor Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised it didn’t seem overly crowded for a holiday weekend.
Our group visited the trail leading to the start of the Mississippi River, and we also spent some time at the beach. (Please note there was a sign indicating dogs shouldn’t be on the beach, most other areas seemed dog friendly).
The trail was a very short walk to the water, there was a cute bridge along the way. You can choose to walk over, or through the water.
It’s bear country so just know you need to be on the lookout and take precautions with food. There are bear proof trash receptacles throughout the park.

What a beautiful state park. I had no clue this place was so large and had so much to offer. Tons of trails, very nice welcome and visiting centers, lots of restrooms available.
Lake Itasca, located in Itasca State Park, is a serene glacial lake and the primary source of the Mississippi River. Visitors can witness the birth of the mighty river as it flows out of Lake Itasca on its 2552-mile journey to the Gulf of Mexico. The area around the lake holds cultural significance as it is the traditional home of Dakota and Ojibwe peoples. The park boasts vast pine forests, over 100 lakes, and numerous trails for hiking and biking.
One of my favorite lakes and state parks to visit. Kids love playing in the water. The hike to the eater is short and simple. Very kid friendly and plenty of things to do here. Very clean. Can picnic, swim, fish etc. Always a good day here and well spent.

Exciting to see the beginnings of this mighty river. It doesn't seem so big here. From just a small trickle to a massive river. A must see, make it a point to come here, it's a great experience.

Visited here many times. Brought many of our over seas friends to hike here as well. Lots of parking. Picnic and day sights close by. Come see where the mighty Mississippi begins!

What an amazing experience, trip, pictures, videos, EVERYTHING! ❤
The nature and the preparation that surrounds the place is great and beautiful. I know I will be short on words and details but will try my best.
The drive: Getting there starts to turn on the magic of the whole area. Of your GPS says 1 hour, plan for three because you will want to stop at so many place for 10-20 minutes! Drive by a tiny towns where people mind their business yet start casual conversations with the friendliest smiles.
The conglomerate of areas: lakes and parks you get to visit while going around and seeing so many things Lake Itasca has to offer. I don't know why but always wanted the experience of soaking my feet and "crossing" the Mississippi river, well this is the place! 👍👌. Everything is a bike ride away. SO MANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES!
Lake Itasca has many natural views and activities and many more organized like rent bikes kayaks etc. But all in all whether a day trip or a week long camping, I guarantee you it will he the vacation of a lifetime. I loved it.
The views: Depending on time of the year your views and experience will vary. During he summer is he most beautiful blue sky and green shrugs and blue refreshing water areas.
Walk, swim, bike, jog, run, canoe, kayak, paddle, retreat and think, OMG you name it. Family, friends, solo travel. You will come a whole new person and with memories for a lifetime.
I cannot say enough great things. Minnesota might have really white winters but spring summer and fall are amazing as well. And Lake Itasca surely represents well one of the many hundreds of natural areas to visit. They are clean and safe so we must keep them that way. Care for each other and watch each other.

Great experience knowing the origin of the Mississippi, park too is great to drive around

WOW! Lucky enough to see this park glowing! They are working on a retention project so we could not get right down by the water but really enjoyed what we could see and hike! Many informative plaques about history, a gift shop, cafe(limited hrs), picnic tables and super clean bathrooms. We drove the wilderness drive and enjoyed nature at its best!! There is a beautiful paved bike trail so we will be returning with our bikes next! Day pass was $7.00 and worth every penny!

Beautiful park and the Headwaters of the Mississippi River. Amazing to be able to walk across this river and then see it elsewhere in the state of Minnesota where it is wide.

Lake itasca has a lot of walking paths around it and a lot of places to explore near it also it has fantastic sunsets to see and a lot to do also has a lot of bird and other wildlife that live here and a lot to see!

Beautiful seeing vast trails and of course the start of the great Mississippi River! Spent many times camping and 15 + years of deer hunting the beautiful area that is offered here.. Watch each other for the deer ticks as their bad up there. Part of the reason we quit hunting it... Love, Peace, and Prayers to All who visit this unique place God has created for everyone.

magical place if you enjoy being alone, having to blaze your own trails, explore native plants and plant communities, and just experience nature without the curated experience of a state park or trail. most of it has zero amenities, not even parking lots.

Nice place to visit, but I guess they are still shut down for Covid19 or something. Not really sure. But we could still walk a short way back following the signs to the Headwaters. Not real exciting, but you can literally walk out into the middle of the Mississippi River. Either get your feet wet as its not very deep or jump from rock to rock.

Nice little drive from Bemidji MN but worth it to see where the mighty Mississippi headwaters begin, especially for this Midwestern gal who sees massive bridges built over it further down river. No one else there but us, no ability to walk on the shore (Minnesota doesn't seem to accommodate for this on most of their bodies of water.....) But overall pretty cool see at least once.

For a $7 day pass per vehicle it's well worth it. The younger kids had a blast. Very short walk to the headwaters on a path that is walkable with a stroller. Very family friendly.
Justin Marquardt — Google review
I walked across the Mississippi River and it wasn't on a bridge! How many people can say that and mean it? Absolutely a bucket list location for all folks. Bring water shoes, sunblock, towel and swim shorts! The dragonflies were a plenty and photo worthy. Don't bring your cute but unruly pets! Visitor center has outdoor informational displays and movie. Cafe and gift shop for those with heavy wallets. Water is crystal clear and warm...10% off all people in the river fell so leave phones, key fobs, cameras and wallets where they'll stay dry! (Yes, I kept track!)
Great middle of nowhere casino. Staff was friendly, food was great and reasonably priced. Didn't win but does anyone? Very quiet on a Saturday night which gave it a relaxed feel. Recommended for the casual gambler. Go in expecting small though which wasn't a problem for our group.

Took my mother there. Good first experience. We were ahead most of the time and had fun. Food was very good.
Since the casino was new, it didn't yet stink like a stinky cancer infested ashtray. That was very nice. I'm sure in time it will stink just like every other Casino does because of all the smokers, but so far so good!
Update: We still have a pretty good time here. Tonight I won my first hand pay here! Great food too and no smoke!
Update 6/30/22:. Staff are very friendly except the lady (Jessica) who works in the players club. She's very rude, unfriendly, and makes you feel like an inconvenience to her. She has treated my mother and me like this the past four or five visits, most recently today. I don't doubt she treats everyone this way. Last time she was playing on her cell phone in the back for about 5 minutes before she realized I was there.

It’s a nicer small casino and all staff is very friendly. I haven’t eaten here lately to review food. My only negative would be the lack of old school slot machines that I enjoy playing, they have maybe 3 or 4 older ones left. I have never won any money here but fun to visit.

Newer games on the floor is nice mixture with some old school games. Service at the bar wasnt good at all chips were stale food was bland :( service is hit or miss on the floor if you can find attendants who aren't hanging around with their friends talking. Bathrooms were clean and drink station well stocked.

Clean and friendly, this small casino really is a gem. Remember there is no hotel, but there is a hotel in bagley if you need to sleep over. The little dipper is the bar/restaurant. Decent casino. Typical machines. Win some, lose some. Saw a concert in their “venue” that was basically just a banquet hall. Seats were too close together and not clearly marked. They had some equipment issues but overall a ok show. The young people in front of us were extremely rude to everyone behind them. I would still recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Extremely disappointed. Check in was at 4 and half our groups rooms weren't ready till closer to 5. No soap is given out which seems odd to me given the pandemic. Most rooms were average, but several things were in disrepair. From air-conditioning units to shower heads. Food in the buffet was again average with limited selection. Bar service was also terrible. I saw 5 margaritas made over the course of a couple hours and all were different. Not to mention being served in plastic cups, the waitress though was awesome. She was always present and served our large group well. The band "Slamabama" was also very good. Security was present and not hard to find if you needed something. Overall I had to deduct some stars however and I would not recommend staying here overnight.

My brother and SIL took me to see Skid Row it was my first time ever seeing a concert here and it was awesome and fun and then went to play some slots after and even won a lil bit of money which was great to me cus I had to ask them what do to do lol ya don't get there hardly ever and not much of gambler but it was still all together fun

We stopped to have a late lunch. My Philly beef sandwich came with French fries. They definitely were not French fries. The were just like over fried potato chips, very hard to eat. My friends also had French fries, and like myself, couldn't eat them either. This is a false listing on the menu. They used to have the best tasting fries, but these, are far from them.

Stayed at the Stardust the first night, was quite a walk from the casino. It's darker and kinda creepy. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Second night we stayed in the main hotel. The room was noticeably smaller than in Stardust. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we had a good time at the casino.

We had a fantastic time! The three of us came from Winnipeg with Dynasty bus tours (great company!) We loved the hotel and casino! The staff are all so nice, thank you to the lady at reservations, accommodating us with rooms beside each other. Super clean pretty casino with great food and fun machines. The rooms were cool, comfortable and very clean. We’ll definitely be back!
Laurie Bowman — Google review
Wish all staff were as kind, friendly and professional as those at Shooting Star. Extremely clean gaming, great music, live fun atmosphere and good buffet. Each person working is an absolute treasure. However, the facilities in the hotel are poor and other guests and parking lot extremely loud. Maintenance needed in the room, curtains broken, gum stuck to wall. ADA compatible room shower equivalent of a camper shower with a seat. It was so loud all night we almost left and drove home at 1am. Won't be back.
Lea Greene — Google review
Had a good time at Shooting Star Casino and at the time of day I went, which was early morning it was really quiet and not a lot of people which made it nice because you had your choice as far as what you wanted to play. The staff was very friendly and didn't make you feel like you were being watched even though you are no matter where you are there! Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking to go out and try there luck at gambling and not just because of the slot machines. They also have tables for poker and blackjack at designated times during the day, but they also have a pool and plenty of rooms as well as musicians and bands that play there and the town of Mahnomen is a small town city so it is easy to get to and the people are as friendly as Minnesota nice! And they also have good food specials most of the time during the day and free beverages for your convenience while you are playing.

The players club employee that helped me was very nice and helpful. It was my first visit. I appreciated his patience. Also when I asked a random employee if they had a particular machine she found it for me right away. The only negative was the woman working in the gift shop. I was buying a Wisdom pass. She did not look happy to be there and did not explain the way it worked or anything. I did get a better explanation from the employee at the players club. I hope to be back in a few months!

Ugh, I went here on a family trip and we did not feel safe at all.. multiple people yelling and locks looked as if they were broken. Not to mention the long wait we had to get a room which we already booked. Ended up in different rooms then our travel partners. Some staff were rude and the bathroom was sketchy. Yes the rooms were nice and clean, but the pull out couch was stained and covered in chip crumbs.

Went here for 1st time for a concert. Slots were fun, clean & inviting atmosphere. It used to be a full smoking venue but no longer is ... the smoke smell is still there. Hopefully in their future, they upgrade rooms to be smoke smell free. I'd go here again.
Stephanie Heidinger — Google review
The service was decent but the rooms are horrible. I was in 2 separate rooms in the matter of 3 days and both had issues. From the tub not draining, to the hair drier not working. All the little things added up and I wasn't happy about it. The restaurants and food though were delicious!
Amber Shaugabay — Google review
The restaurants, employees, and casino were great. The room was clean, but the mattress and pillows were an absolute brick. Lots of noise too, but quieter than other MN casinos.
Honestly, the good food and casino were great. Too bad the hotel needed a few upgrades.
A side issue for those it matters too, the charging station was broken. I have a PHEV and wanted to charge up instead of just running ice, but the Shell Charger needed an update and would not activate. Shell was told via their app.
We had a great time at the Owl Prowl event. The staff were helpful and attentive to details. We look forward to returning to enjoy the trails and the scenery. Hopefully there will be another Owl Prowl event!

Beautiful place with hiking and birding. Free - no entry fee or pass required. Trails that I went on are accessible, either asphalt pavement or raised wooden platforms. As of June 2023, the county road from highway 2 is paved. Visitors area is only staffed during the week; I was there on a Sunday at midday and was one of only three vehicles there. Last thing, I didn't find any portable water stations with the headquarters and visitors centers closed, so ensure you have some if you plan to hit all the trails or stay most of the day.

I only made it 3/4 of a mile in before a thunderstorm rolled in, but it was pretty and peaceful. A good place for a nice quiet hike along paved trails, and it Minnesota so there is no significant elevation change. I will definitely be back, however, this little guy that came home with me won't be.

This is a very popular place. We had a large family order from wings, chicken Alfredo x3 plus 2 orders of smoked brisket to go. Dinning in we had a chicken cordon blue sandwich and the second best mushroom Swiss in my life. A must go to!!!

What a great place to eat at! This is the first time we've eaten here and the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich was so delicious!! We definitely will return for more of this wonderful food and excellent customer service! 5 star rating! Recommended to others.

The food was great. My hubby had the BBQ Ribs: tender, well seasoned, and meaty. He loved them! I had the chicken: delicious! Moist, flavorful - one of the best I've had at a restaurant.
The restaurant is fun! Nothing fancy but the food was great and the people were fun. We've got to go back!

My first time eating there and the food was AMAZING! We both ordered the 1/2 chicken dinner. The chicken was incredible! The perfect crunch, well seasoned, and juicy. The cheese sticks were very good, the best I've had in a long time. Two ppl can dine for under $30. The service was good until the end. We had the bill money on the table but I told the waitress I still needed to add a couple dollars and she said okay. We were still eating when she came back and took our money. She came back and said, there's only X and the bill is X. I said, I told you I needed to add more, she said I must not have heard you, she did 🔝 and I wasnt offered a to-go box. Waitressing can make or break a person. I was a waitress and Customer Service is everything. I would definately go back for the food!

I Have to start with the buffalo wings, fantastic sweet and spicy absolutely the best wings we have ever had. The hamburger I had with the brisket was so good it melted in your mouth. They sure know how to do BBQ and they do it right. The fries we had were hand cut and perfect, our server Savanna did a amazing job at recommending the dishes and kept our drinks full. We will most definitely be back.

Passing through town and stopped in, I Ordered the Daly special and took about 20 min to come out. It was noon and the place was busy. The turkey bacon sandwich was ok nothing great. The owner or cook came out and went to every table to make sure everyone was doing well. I will come back sometime to try the ribs!

Had a great meal. We had the Saturday evening special Brisket meal. One good Brisket! Tender not too much fat and a great smokey flavor.
It was an Awesome time, with Family!! Easy to find, drive was beautiful and quaint getting to the park. Need time to air up tubes if bringing your own.(tubes can be rented) Gorgeous location, friendly & helpful staff; We were a party of 5 adults & 4 children. Getting in the water was a little tricky, but the ride was slow and EZ going. Excellent day I won't soon forget.. Plan on coming back with more family and friends too‼️ Will have to look into the camping portion to see if longer stays would benefit us. Bring a type of paddle to better control where you float, lolol‼️🤗
Chrislin L M-Leech — Google review
A nicely kept campground. Garbage cans at every site were emptied daily, bathrooms were cleaned daily. Less privacy than we would prefer and not a lot of shade trees at our spot. Tubing was awesome, great weather, fun times for the whole family. We took our kids all girls aged 5, 8, and 10. We inflated a couple of our own tubes and rented a couple from the hosts. Twine is provided to tie together, and a cooler tube can be rented as well. I went a second time with my 8 and 10 year old. 5 year old said one trip was enough for her. Bring a long water hose for your camper. My 25' hose wasn't long enough at my site.

The owners and staff are all super friendly and helpful. The sites are clean. The staff come around with a wood truck to make sure you're set for the night. Security makes sure no stragglers are hanging around. And the floating?? None better.

They have very welcoming staff. They have security on location. The campground is clean and quiet. There’s a Nice big playground for kids. Definitely recommend the kayaking. Great fishing. There’s plenty of space between the campers. Nice shade trees. Bike/walking trails that connect to the campground. Ice sold on site. Grocery store nearby. 20 minutes drive to Thief River Falls MN and 40 minute drive to Grand Forks ND

I have nothing but great things to say about our experience here. We went for a day of tubing down the river. As soon as we got there the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. ( I like the fact that they ask how many cans or plastic bottles got with you and recycle them at the end of the day for you. ) The bathrooms and showers were clean and in good working order. You can't beat the cost.. $14 for a day of floating down the river as many times as you like. The scenery was beautiful and very relaxing. I would not hesitate to recommend this to others!

This is a great place for a fun time. Wonderful for groups, couples, or families. Prices are fair, they hold onto your keys for you, and you can even get a cooler tube! Prices are for unlimited trips down the river with a shuttle and tube. You can take coolers with aluminum or plastic, but no glass (safety!). They will count your glass and aluminum beforehand and afterwards to make sure you don’t throw any in the water or otherwise litter (love that!!). They’ll charge you $5 per lost container. If you’re going down multiple times and want to get rid of your empties and get more from your vehicle or whatever you just check in with them about it and they will adjust your form at the office. The water is mostly shallow and slow going. They offer life jackets for free. I am a big life jacket wearer when I kayak, fish, or am otherwise on the water but I didn’t feel I needed it on the water. Our trip down the river took about 2.5 hours and one was enough for us (it was 90°F) but I could see doing it all day if you’re camping nearby. There’s food and drinks available at the campground and the staff was great. Definitely wear secure shoes, not flip flops. The bottom is rocky and the entry point is faster moving than the rest, so you will want secure footwear. The crew will offer you twine before leaving camp to tie your group’s tubes together. The only thing I wish I’d have brought was a paddle or oar, just so we could paddle away from other groups or rocks or the banks. Bigger groups had them and it was definitely useful. This was so much fun and I can’t wait to go back!

CANADIANS AWARE! Voyageur's has implemented very strict "party" rules much like our provincial park rules but one hour earlier. Which is fine but if you're coming down to have a "old" red lake falls experience, you will be highly disappointed.
Campground is clean, staff is overall friendly until 10pm hits! Haha! River was fun as always. The new "the landing" restaurant across the road has great food. Overall is was fun if you want to be treated like you're at a children's camp. 🤣 We won't be back as I can get the same experience at a provincial park for a fraction of the price. ✌🏼 out red lake falls, we miss the old you..

Took in a tour of the facility - very impressive and great attention to detail. An amazing place for athletes to grow and compete with a rich history and heritage. It was interesting to learn more about the late Ralph Engelstad and his foundation and the generosity and appreciation they display towards this facility, the athletes and the community. As a former long time facility manager, I was also blown away at how meticulously maintained and cared for this facility is. Everyone clearly takes pride in and appreciates what they have. A good example to follow for sure.

The Alerus Center is a large facility that can accommodate up to 21,000 people. It includes a performance venue, a convention center with an attached hotel, cafes, and even a water park. Recently, there was a monster truck show that many enjoyed. However, some visitors faced delays when trying to enter the pit party and missed out on autographs. The concessions were inadequate in terms of quantity and struggled to keep up with customer demand. Additionally, they were slightly overpriced.
Was nice had bounce houses for all the kids nice afternoon had dinosaur thing was ok just way to many fees

Loved our second trip here with our school's robotics team! It's a fabulous venue and easy to navigate. Parking is excellent. This was a well designed dome! Our school plans to continue attending the region competition here in spite of the long drive. It's worth it.

Do not recommend for a concert. Lines were ridiculous from parking to entering to everything inside. So many staff just huddled in groups chatting while giving no kind of effort into helping fans. They had 1 of 8 gates open for entry. I couldn't believe the amount of change, purses, and wallets just left at the gate even though they were within posted size limits on the website. Yet I walked through with a pocket full of change in my coat. Managers still made fans leave them but would accept no responsibility for securing them. Will not return.

Concert was great once we finally got in. Figured we would show up an hour before it would start. We missed the first almost 2 hours of the concert and finally got in when the final act was coming out. If you go, park somewhere else and walk a mile or 2 to get in if you actually want to see any of it. This place is not meant to handle large artists or events.
Shawn Anderson — Google review
It was a great concert but the exiting of parking needs so much direction! We had 4 lanes of traffic, uncountable close calls for accidents and it's a week night concert. Can't you have people out to help with getting cars out of your lot! It is so dangerous on the back stretch and nobody knows where to go. Not just the cops at the main street.

I really enjoyed the Chris Stapleton concert! It was my first time ever at this location. The venue was clean, the staff was nice. They had signs that made it easy to figure out where to go.
The actual seating was so cramped. The seats were ziptied together and kept stabbing me. The seats themselves were plastic. I felt like they were going to break everytime someone next to me moved. I was in section 109 and the view of the stage was awesome I’d definitely try to get an end seat next time.
The getting in and out of the parking lot was a nightmare. I saw so many people almost get hit by vehicles. It was nice that they had cops on the streets but the parking lot was very frustrating.
Regardless I’d still pick going here than literally anywhere in the twin cities.

Visited for a Journey concert. The bathroom lines never took long.
Now for all the bad.
Parking is $15.
Doors don't open until 1 hour before the show's scheduled start. People standing outside in winter weather waiting to get in. Then, the show started 1/2 an hour late.
I was seated in section 207 seat DD 22, even with the the front of the stage. The single video screen on our side of the arena wasn't viewable.
The acoustics were horrible. Could be due to the corrugated steel used to decorate the walls of this metal barn.
I'll never attend a concert at the Alerus Center again. Awful venue.

Indoor water park at a hotel resort with slides, pools, a lazy river, hot tub & play area.
Kids loved this place. Can see everything from almost any corner. Safe and yes some things are dated but still very functional. They're remodeling most of it so I'm excited to take my kids back to enjoy some water time since limited to do much outdoors here. I'm sure once they are done remodeling mid March will updated and a lot more fun. For smaller towns like we live in here. This place is fun and a good one to take the kids.

Terrible experience! Chlorine was WAY too much. I almost threw up because of all the chlorine, I couldn’t stop coughing. My eyes BURNT. Only fun parts were the slides and the basketball hoop, other than that, painful experience. The hot-tub had the most chlorine of everything else, I could barely breathe.

We stayed at the hotel and booked a large cabana all day for my kid's first birthday party. Though the cabanas were still not installed and it was a large open space, we were still able to make it our own. Kid's and adults enjoyed the pool and water activities. Happy that they were very accepting that we brought in some small kid friendly snacks, juice and water for our guests. The roof in our cabana was leaking though which was annoying as we had to move things so they wouldn't get soaked.

My kids had fun. Slides were great and the people were nice. Unfortunately the hot tub had much too much chemical and people were coughing and getting red eyes and rashes but it's the only way to warm up. Also the showers in the change room are automatic and you can't control the temperature and the water was way too hot. I expect I'll go again but hope there's some improvement.

Over 1/3 the attractions when down. Most of the rest where in a state of disrepair. The kids area was off. The child area was slide only all the sprayer where down. The hot tube was about 85° Everything was dirty. The toilet bowl slide was a lot of fun.

Our visit is on Dec 26/27. We didn't enjoyed the water park as we used to as the whole family kept coughing when we were in Hot Tub. I thought we might all caught some virus until I read @Gregory Johnson's comments. It's definitely the chemical added to the water that irritate the throat! Hopefully the issue would be solved before our next visit!
Xu Yang — Google review
Completely overpriced for the experience. Over crowded, not nearly enough seating/table space, a small handful of tubes for several hundred people to share. It’s a cool water park but the quality of the experience is more closely related to a $10 entrance fee opposed to a $24.
Probably won’t be back any time soon.

It is a great place for families, but very loud and echos terrible, with the music on you can barely here people in your group talk. The chlorine is also very strong, and the eyes and lungs burn for a bit.

Very disappointed with the arcade, 3/4 of games didn't work . Hot Tub was so chemical eyes watered burned and nose burned all night. Tavern was extremely over priced and only operated on 1/4 menu sited it was too busy . We were there ar 645 restaurant had maybe 5 tables in total inside . When we booked we were told price included waterpark , arrived and were charged extra $40 for less than 24 hours . For a Canadian company they certainly take advantage of the Canadians who try to support them . Will never stay again . Not to mention the desk agent looked as though they rolled out of bed ...covered in hickeys completely un professional.
Tented here very recently and hiked most of the trails. There is about 15 miles of trails and they all seemed very well maintained and clearly marked. Very nice facilities and great scenery. A new favorite!

This is just an amazing park! Very scenic, nice hiking trails, friendly park rangers. There is lots to do and the park staff really embrace and promote geocaching which I love. I also really love the Little Free Library outside the visitors center, I think all State Parks should have them! The campsites are fairly close together but with all the trees separating you from your neighbors you still feel like you have enough privacy. The bathrooms at the modern campsites are very nice as well....I would love to spend more than a couple days here.

Excellent campground, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Large, shady spots, very clean shower house, and friendly staff. 2-3bars LTE with Verizon. Would definitely stay again!
Cost a little bit for a bundle of firewood but other than that we are still having a wonderful time. Kids have been out and about, they found other kids to play with. It's quiet at night. The slots are pull thru. There is a water hookup and a water disposal on each site and a black water dump nearby. There are communal showers, they are roomy and the water pressure is good. Kids are enjoying the lake and we have taken the dog and cat on many walks. I hope we can come back later in the summer

We love coming out to the recreation area mostly for the arboretum & play park/picnic area. There's lots of shade, birds, & picnic tables, grills, & restrooms. But, the pond is really gross. Although there's a beach it's always covered with goose poop and there's terrible algae bloom. Be careful on the old play equipment. It's a hazard. There's metal sticking out of the ground where a rocking toy used to be and the paint coming off of a yellow climbing apparatus is so dangerous (our daughter got metal in her eye from a piece of play equipment that wasn't in this bad of shape).

Be warned that you are at the mercy of those around you. My 5 star review turned to 3 because at all hours of the day people will come and blair music that you can hear across the dam anything from country to gangster rap and when I say gangster rap they say n word and various other profanities. Kids are unsupervised wondering around asking anglers if they can touch fish. The managements biggest concern is parking passes, not trying to create a family friendly environment.

Giving the full 5 stars based on the quality of beer. This is my favorite brewer. I love trying anything they put out. Edison's Medicine is a standard in my fridge.
Traveled to the brewery today and had a great time
They had a really fun beer and Girl Scout cookie pairing. They did a great job with the pairings.
There was a food truck parked there and was very good.
The place was quite packed, didn't have anywhere to sit for a while at first. If it was summer, there would have been outdoor dining to help with space, but I was there in February.
The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and were not very attentive.
Website claims family friendly taproom, which is technically true, but would be challenging in practice. Only one small table in the entrance was the entire "family friendly zone"

Pizzas were off the chain and the beer was good too! It's rare these days that you get a sour that's actually sour or a peanut butter beer that tastes like peanut butter, but Revelation does it right. Their strawberry seltzer was sweet and delicious too! We'll be back for sure!

Was in town for a Family Reunion and We met up here. Nice place, great service, they were very welcoming and attentive to our large group. They had a great Chinese Food truck outside that we all enjoyed! Would definitely recommend stopping in!

This place was fantastic. I ended up getting a flight of five plus three extra tasters, and I was very pleased with all of the beers.
The actual brewery was a really cool building that was converted from something like an old car service garage. There was a pinball machine and Pac-Man machine inside for gaming along with a TV. There was also a patio with a few tables and heaters on the outside.
For food - When I was there, there was a person grilling some ribs and selling them. They also sold chips inside.
The service was great. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly. This is definitely one of the best breweries I've visited, and it was well worth the trip.
I was pleasantly impressed with this museum. When we first arrived, we thought it wouldn't be that big, but there was a lot of exhibits and displays. My daughter loved the interactive features. We were there at the same time as a school trip, but they were respectful and we were able to enjoy our time. The guy even let my daughter join in on one of the activities even though she wasn't with the school group.
The lady at the desk was amazing. We chatted and she gave me pamphlets, ideas and tons of information. The gift shop has many options for all types of people and likes. We will definitely be returning.
Admittance to the museum is free, the Observatory was extra, but it was $4 for 2 adults and a 5 year old.

It's a smaller but well kept history museum, its a great place to stop once across the boarder or a destination for a day trip in the red river valley. The elevator view is kinda neat but I wish they could get some money to take of the more worn down elements like faded poster and some of the displays that look worn. Overall fun pit stop.

Wonderful Museum free of charge. Friendly staff. saw an oxcart, steam boat history, fur trade, and a new exhibit focusing on North Dakota artisans and some story telling. Ots of wonderful books and gifts in the fidt shop too. Can't wait to go back, I need to go up the tower next time, we started talking high bush cranberries and I got distracted! Left with out going up the tower. Thanks Jenny for your great hospitality!

Great little museum to stop by if you’re ever picking up a parcel in Pembina, or if you’re passing by.
Museum has great displays of the area’s history, including aboriginal artifacts from around the area, a Red River Ox Cart, and fossils (iirc) found in the area.

Go in the elevator to the observation tower. In the summertime the wind steadily blows making the surface of the crops below swirl as if you are seeing waves on the ocean. The Canadian border is straight ahead while miles of beautiful countryside are all around you.The museum houses many indigenous artifacts from the area and explains the history of the town. Not much to do in Pembina but this should be a stop when you visit.

Interesting museum. I was particularly interested in the history of electricity and its effects on the farming community. The tower provides excellent views. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't believe this place is free. The farming history exhibits are also worth your time. Indigenous history. I want to go back, to give this museum more appreciation.

Lovely museum with informative displays. Good views from the tower, even on an overcast day. Would recommend to anyone passing through the area!

Brian played games with our kids (and showed us how to play) - we spent about an hour and had a great time.
St. Malo Provincial Park is a charming camping site located in southern Manitoba, approximately 60 KMs south of Winnipeg. Though not as renowned as Birds Hill Park, it still offers an exceptional camping experience with both serviced and unserviced spots available. The park boasts adequate signage and efficient check-in procedures. It features a beautiful beach that provides numerous activities such as boat rentals, picnics, playgrounds for kids, mini-putt and hiking trails.
Park officially opens next Friday, May 20th. But I was encouraged to use the beach and facilities at will. You just can't take a car in. Very friendly staff. Spoke with three different park employees. All exceptionally helpful. Had a great day metal detecting on the overflow beach on the east side of the park.
It's was nice to have the entire beach to myself all day long. Pictures and write up about my detecting finds on my website in a few days.
See the Hunts on Metalman9.ca.
Cheers.

St Malo Provicial Park - Manitoba
Overall good experience during our visit in September 2023.
Pros:
-2 seperate very clean beaches
-4 playgrounds located throughout the park, a little dated but functional
-decent sized calm lake good for canoeing (no gas powered motors allowed on the lake)
-numerous sites most of them private
-small store and firewood available on site
-modern rager station
-adjacent to a small town and off a major paved highway
-only about an hour south of winnipeg
-well kept park
-modern showers available (coin operated)
-mini golf in park
-modern washrooms throughout park
-no wildlife concerns
-water and dump stations readily accessible
Cons-
-Very busy during weekends
-busier than most provincial parks during the week
-some washrooms are dated and some showers are awkwardly open and accessible to all inside washrooms (just a curtain no door/lock)
-minimal hiking trails
-washrooms, showera and some outhouse are becoming date but still fully functional
Overall recommened visit.

This park is amazingggg🏖☀️☀️..The beach is beautiful and the water is so cool. I love the fact that there are tree shades there too, so if you did not come with a canopy or an umbrella, you are covered. I went there with family and friends and we had a splendid time. There is also the dam for some sight seeing. The place is a must visit. It’s a 10 out of 10 for me. I would love to visit again. 😅

Honestly it's one of the best lakes in Manitoba, especially if you are with kids. The lake is not too big, the beach is clean, and there are lots of playgrounds, changing room, bathrooms, life jackets rental, and BBQ facilities. Food truck sells huge ice cream (the one in the photo is ONE SCOOP) and gelatos and some snacks. Staff are so friendly too. I go there every summer and never had bad experience.

Nature & Parks
This park around an early homestead features a Pioneer Heritage Center, camping & picnic areas.
It's an amazing park. Beautiful trails, and water views. Great for kayaking canoeing, small boats. It's perfect for family events and just getting out in general. The camp grounds are well kept and the fishing is decent for adults but seems to be just the golden ticket for the kids they love it. Far enough from town you don't hear the streets and traffic and yet close enough that if you needed something while camping it's just up the road. It's convenience at it's finest. Will definitely be going again and again.

Icelandic State Park is a beautiful park worth visiting year round. There is a nice variety of hiking trails, playgrounds for kids, and the beach is one of our summer favorites for swimming or kayaking. There are many picnic tables and grills available for your summertime picnics. The campgrounds are spacious and well kept, and the restrooms are also very clean!
We enjoy the variety of scheduled activities available, as well as being able to explore the park on our own. The museum is also interesting and engaging for kids!

This park was an unexpected gem. The park is massive. Lots of wooded sites. There are bike rentals, multiple play grounds, and a beach with a kiosk (pizzas, ice cream). Bring lots of pads for your jacks in the West camp ground. Some of the sites are on hills.
I recommend driving to Walhalla to check out the hiking and ORV trails. There are outlooks too see the gorge, the brick mine bridge, canoe access points, Frost fire ski area (mountain biking and trails in r summer--lifts running as well) and the Pemina recreation area.

Very nice North Dakota State Park for camping and outdoor activities. There are enough hiking trails to keep you busy on a two or three-day stay. Also lots of hiking nearby at Pembina Gorge. State park is very well maintained and while there is not a lot of privacy between sites, presumably due to its remote location it was not crowded at all. There were two or three empty sites between us and the next camper in either direction. There is also an excellent heritage center attached to the office with lots of information about the Park and the surrounding area. There are several historic buildings on site that you can tour and a museum across the highway from the park as well although we did not have a chance to visit that. Another positive aspect regarding the remote location is that the night sky is very visible with so many more stars than you see when you are closer to a large population center. The towns that we visited nearby where Cavalier North Dakota which is just a short jaunt to the east and Walhalla North Dakota about a 30 minute drive west and north. All in all it's well worth the 3-hour drive from my home.

Bothwell Cheese is a renowned cheese factory located in New Bothwell, just an hour south of Winnipeg. Established in 1936, the factory offers a great selection of cheeses that are locally produced and available at reasonable prices. Visitors can explore various types of cheese and even purchase trims to sample different flavors. The store also offers specialty flavored cheeses like Smoked Gouda, Muenster, Red Hot Chili Pepper, and Black Truffle.
Wow

Same story here with the two old ladies being as unfriendly as possible. Minimal dialogue and made it seem like me and my wife were an absolute bother. Even on sale at over 18 dollars a KG it is definitely not with the trip. Based on the reviews they don’t care about this poor customer service. Must be family members working I would guess. How hard is it to be welcoming and polite?

We purchased 2 packages of Chicken Empanadas and 4 packages of Bothwell Monterey Jack cheese. The staff was very friendly. When we came home, my wife cooked 6 empanadas. We ate all, and they were delicious. We visited this building before and had a tour of the cheese plant, and it was interesting.

UPDATE:
Went out to get some curds on Monday and was greated by two women working the till.
1. The most miserable person I have dealt with in the past couple of years. YIKS..
2. Second women apparently noticed the interaction and took over ..... NICE.
3. I will not support you anymore nor buy your cheese / ect.
4. Deal with the miserable crow.
🧀 curds .....If allowed ..... ya Mb Health or some dumb beurcratictic operation won't allow for some reason... fresh curds at room temp, you would get a 5 stars.
How is it (not you, New Bothwell) that ALL Quebec can safely sell room temperature curds, and we can't...... common. Good 👍 work, NB.

Great selection of cheeses. You can buy the trims of many types to try different flavors - at lower prices. If you know what types you like - you can usually find it there. The prices are reasonable. I love the Smoked Gouda - bought a large block of trim today. Bought some Edam and Old Cheddar along with small trims of Muenster, Red Hot Chili Pepper and Black Truffle. Very happy that this store is just a short drive from Winnipeg and is located right at the cheese factory. We will continue to go here for a nice choice of cheeses.

Bothwell Cheese
There is both street parking and a parking lot.
The road leading into New Bothwell is being resurfaced ands has loose stones. We parked on the street.
The store has a maximum of eight people inside at a time. This is not a huge store. They have a huge selection of cheese though.
They have squeekers (cheese curds). They have many types of cheese and specialty flavoured cheeses. You can buy large blocks, small blocks and trims (trims are cheaper and a good way to see if you like the flavour).
Today we bought about 6 different flavours including our favorite the smoked gouda.
The staff is friendly and the products are great. Come check this place out.

This was a nice find in small town Altona, Manitoba. You wouldn't expect being able to find these kinds of things , but it would actually be worth the trip from nearby towns or even Winnipeg. There are some really cool things to see, and some nice fountains. The walk is certainly short but you can take as long as you want with it , as there are several things to analyze and read.

We visited the "Gallery In The Park" in Altona for the first time a couple of weeks ago. First off the property is absolutely gorgeous and the building that houses the gallery is stunning! Walking around looking at all the sculptures and statues was fun. There is a lot of different art styles to take in and there is a beautiful fountain running through the park that just adds to the ambience. The inside gallery was inviting and an wonderful repurpose for an older home of its stature. I highly recommend checking out GintheP if you get a chance, it's a fabulous art space in Southern Mb.

A tremendous experience at the Manitoba Stampede and Rodeo. As a first-time attendee, I was exhilarated by the Chuck Wagon races. Bleacher seats get uncomfortable after a while, but I was pleased to see there was ample coverage from the sun. Parking for the event was only a few blocks away on the street. I enjoyed the live bands at the beer gardens.
Hope to attend again next year.
This place is kind of crazy, but I suppose that means I was in the right place. I was there to do their fireworks, celebrating 50 years of entertainment! I got to tour around the prep area and check out all the cars. I got to talk to several of the racers and hung out with some really awesome people. I met several members of the Stutsky family that owns and operates the track, and I've got to say, they're really good people. I enjoyed my evening here immensely and look forward to being invited back!

La Barriere Park is a winter wonderland! Beautiful park South of the city down Waverley into the RM of Ritchot. Having gone in January we witnessed people dog walking, hiking, sledding, cross country skiing, learning to snowboard and ski, playing disc golf, snowmobiling, skating and ice fishing. Areas on the river for skating were cleared and paths for cross country skiing were well groomed in most places on the river. Such a beautiful place to enjoy winter in Manitoba. I went to La Berrierr Park on a warm overcast day. The park now has a disc golf course which is a new addition since my last visit. There are great trails to explore here!
Cannot say enough about this course! Earlier today we were kicked out of Tuxedo for having our 4 year old son in our cart with us. I called Bridges to see if they could accommodate us and the girl on the phone was polite and enthusiastic about letting our son come along.
The starter joked around with my son and even got us on early. The Marshall came by and waved/fist bumped my little guy and encouraged us to bring him back next year to swing a few clubs.
Long story short, we were very impressed not only with the staff but also by the course. It was in wonderful shape. Tee boxes were well maintained, fairways were lush, lots of variety, great people and the carts are amazing!
We will definitely be back next season!!!!

I love cooking out to this location to do fireworks shows. It's usually a wedding, and the people here are super nice to work with for events. I speak to them when I arrive, get to borrow one of their vehicles that's allowed on the green, saving me walking everything over to the shoot location. Afterwards, I do my clean up as best as possible but they understand that it can't be perfect despite how meticulously they care for the green.

What a beautiful course...we golf every Tuesday in the seniors league..
They had an incredible price of 10 games for $395.00...includes a cart, lunch and nine holes..driving range practice also included .
The course is in prime shape... GREAT staff...worth the short drive out of the city..
The food is ALWAYS very good ..
We especially like the front 9..
Inga got a hole in one. 7th hole..

Really beautiful location for weddings
Added note. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Went out of their way to help cook a meal outside of what they were already doing so we had something to feed our hungry baby.
