Super nice spot. Locals are absolutely down to earth folk and have the sunniest smiles. Would recommend to anyone in the nearby proximity to check this magnificent viewing point and to explore the true wonders Saturna island has to offer.

Amazing views of the S. Gulf islands and you can see the Saturns goats on the hillside.
Beautiful 180° views from the lookout. It's a bit of a drive over rough road but very much worth it. Just make sure you follow the signs and not Google maps. It seems you can also hike up to the lookout from Narvaez Road (according to AllTrails) which would give you great views as you climb the ridge. The alternative is to drive to the top and then wander across the ridge to your left. There are multiple unmarked trails that cross over one another, but all of them seem to go the same rough direction.

Hiked from the ferry terminal up the logging road took about 2 hours, totally worth it for the amazing view alone. Disappointed I didn’t see any goats though 😣

The View is magnificent, Sitka deer run wild along the mountainsides it is something to behold.

Great island with lots to see and do for the whole family. The unspoilt nature is just such a refreshing change from the hustle and bustle of the city. I really enjoyed biking and the clear blue oceans that surround the island. The vibe is so laidback. Hitchhikers safely shuttle around from place to place. Deer roam munching on trees. The sound of birds and the splashing of the waves. I really found serenity just a few hours from the crazy city life. Highly recommend for the annual lamb roast. I have never seen so many animals being roasted on an open fire.

What a special spot.. be careful climbing the rocky shore but it's truly fun and taking your time to watch the currents move and the water spin around doing interesting things here is really cool. Love the new benches.

One of most magnificent viewpoints I’ve encountered on the southern coast. The view is so mesmerizing that you can very easily lose all track of time. Fortunately, it’s not easily accessible, so you can while away serveral hours here without seeing another soul…if that’s your thing.

Most Easterly point in the Gulf Islands. Great place to spot Orcas whales and bird watch with stunning views and interesting geological formations exposed by the wind and tides. Information center / museum out on the point open seasonally and of great interest to history buffs.

Review is not just for the lighthouse/foghorn building, but also for East Point.
💭 Museum has great history of the island
🖼️ Unbelievable views of the Salish Sea

A place that could inspire a song. Where the blue skies meet the intricate rock formations, where seals poke their heads up above the water. Purple starfish scattered among the shallow tidal pools. It was just a very poetic setting for me to take in and enjoy. There were others but they respected our space and were also revelling in the awe of this natural gem. I would love to return here someday. And to enjoy this peaceful moment just after dawn, with the mist dancing amidst the mountain peaks - I found my spirit.

Our tour guide was Christina for Galiano island tour, and she was very patient with us throughout the tour. We are new into kayaking and love the idea of exploring the sea life and sandstones through kayak. Kayaking in the ocean was a bit intimidating for us but with the initial instructions from Christina and realizing with time to be gentle with our movements on the kayak, it was a smooth sailing. Great memories were made, laughters were shared and this is what matters the most.
My only advice to newbies participating in this would be to store your valuables- phones, glasses, car keys, wallet etc, in a floating dry bag or maybe don’t bring it with you.
Sara — Google review
Gulf Island Kayaking is fantastic! It's the second time we rented kayaks for three days from them, they are very knowledgeable, dependable and friendly. The second time we just walked on the ferry and booked their shuttle service, much less hassle and cheaper than bringing the car. Highly recommend to kayak up to Chivers point on Wallace Island and camp there.

Thank you Hannah for getting my friend and I set up on Wednesday. We had an incredible time on the water!
Ariel Johnston — Google review
We rented a double kayak on the weekend and had an amazing time! They showed us areas to kayak to on the map. Our favorite spot was a small cove with sandstone and plenty of seals! Everyone was attentive and informative. Great experience and hope to do it again!
Christy Gunson — Google review
Was an amazing way to explore Galiano! Our instructor was knowledgeable and friendly, and the equipment was in great shape. Everything was as described, and fairly priced. We will definitely rent through them again!

Anastasia was the perfect host/coach for our amazing bioluminescence kayak trip. It was stupendously beautiful. I’m so sad we couldn’t capture it on camera but it will live on in my memory as a favorite moment. Perfect conditions, so much glowing, sparkly beauty.
Kimberely Tilley — Google review
Fantastic staff , boats are well maintained a wonderful way to see the local wildlife like seals otters and whales. You can either choose from a single kayak or double. A quick tutorial of water safety and self rescue at the beginning and you are on your way.
As with all sports and activities be conscious of everyone's physical abilities, as you will be dealing with tides and some current.
Make sure to bring water and sunscreen.
Bradley Jones — Google review
Fantastic experience. Really enjoyed our lesson and the friendly people there. It was our first experience sea kayaking and I can’t wait to come back.
Kyle Vance — Google review
Ben goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable but, above all, safe. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and will make sure to give you tips in par with your rowing ability. My wife, two dogs and I had a great time and will be back!

I am pleased to highly recommend Gulf Island Kayaking and specifically the Bioluminescence Night Tour. I went with some novice paddler friends and our guide Mikah (sp?) was patient and kind, with a focus on us having a positive experience where we learned about our surroundings, not only the biology but the historical and cultural significance of our tour visits. I was a bit nervous about being out on the water in the dark, but my night vision kicked in as the sun went down, and I enjoyed relaxing and gently paddling around with our group. Thank you Mikah!

All Aboard!!!! Great rental company for boats and mopeds. We rented a boat to take a tour around Galiano. It’s a small boat 70hp but perfect for sunny days in the gulf islands. We did go up around point into the Salish Sea which the boat could handle but not best to go into if the sea is churning. Fantastic way to see the islands especially if you are a local as it gives one a totally different perspective of what Galiano has to offer and its appearance.
Galiano has so much to offer thank you to all the wonderful service providers who make this location so special.
Bradley Jones — Google review
Fantastic service and a must-do on Galiano! We rented mopeds from Frank (owner) who is so kind and helpful! Frank provided detailed recommendations of places to visit on the island for sight seeing and dining. We went around Bellhouse Park, the bluffs, and visited some other viewpoints that Frank recommended. It is a much different and fun experience when you travel via a moped throughout the island. We also stopped by Scoops for the most delicious fish and chips!! Thank you, Frank!
Wendy Chen — Google review
We had SO much fun renting e-bikes for the day! Frank was super helpful, showing us everything we needed to know about the bikes, giving great tips of where to go and how to get there, and picking us up/driving us back afterwards. We were only on Galiano Island for a couple days, but so happy to spend one on e-bikes. Thanks again Frank!
Ethan Rotberg — Google review
We decided to rent the 17ft motor boat from Galiano Moped &Boat Rentals. I was nervous at first, but we met Frank and it was smooth sailing from there. He was kind, friendly, and honest.
Regardless of whether you’re renting a boat or moped, Frank is definitely a straight shooter, and is great to do business with. If you’ve got a little boating experience, I’d HIGHLY recommend renting a boat. The prices were reasonable for an experience that was priceless! Thanks Frank!
Paul Summers — Google review
Five of us rented a boat for 4.5h - well worth it! Frank made sure to explain everything about it and also where to go for the best swimming and sightseeing. Thanks again for a great experience!

We had a great day on Galiano Island!! Our experience with the Moped rental was tops. Very friendly, very helpful and going out of their way to give us a great experience.

Rented a boat for three hours. Frank was great to deal with and let us know where to go. Capable 17ft Hourston with a 70hp engine. Went over to Salt Spring Island and then to a water access only beach. Highly recommend this business if you’re thinking of hitting the water.
Daniel B — Google review
Frank was amazing, really easy to deal with, and super nice. He helped us out with hauling our gear to the boat and even gave us some great spots to fish! 100% recommend.

January is the perfect time to visit if you have a boat with heat. You can always find a spot on the dock, the moorings are vacant, and only the locals are walking the beautiful trails.
Mitch Miller — Google review
Wonderful park with a lot of outdoor activities to enjoy hiking, biking or camping. Has an easy comfortable trail to reach the gorgeous white sandy beach. Enjoyed admiring the amazing views, watching the sailing boats, the serene ocean, and flying birds until sunset. It was a rewarding and relaxing feeling to commune with nature.
Bernie — Google review
Cool little waterfront. Be sure to head to the left and the right of the boat launch… rock formations are pretty wild. Easy access for all.
Jimbo Jones — Google review
Such an amazing place to camp or visit while on the Gulf islands. The beachcombing is amazing, rock formations and tons of history. Some car camping spots and walk in sites. Very well kept and great experience for families. The only downside are the pit toilets.
Kalum Iverson — Google review
We visited by boat in early August of 2022, anchoring in the bay in front of the marina. Beautiful bay with good holding, though relatively crowded when we visited. It's a short ride in to a small dinghy dock just NW of the Montague Harbor Marina dock to access the island.
Jim Hall — Google review
Great camping experience. There is a platform where you can place your tent with hooks to secure it.
Quiet, washroom are pit but super clean, with toilet paper and Sanitizer.
Close the lid, after use it as per kind request of the Park, so it stay clean.
There is drinking water, no electricity.
The uphill camping sites are the best. They are close to the trail and the beaches. Although, there is a small catch, in order to access the sites uphill, you have to bring your staff with a baril provided from the park.
There is free parking at the bottom.
To keep the quiet and healthy the Park, vehicles are not allowed up there, but it's totally worthed.
Cheap to rent , also there is a group site with a covered area with picnic tables.
Each site has a picnic table and platform, some sites have 2 platform for 2 tents or morenif your tentbis small. Our tent was big, sleeps 4,
And from the pictures we had a smal walking area in front.
There are no bears in the island, only racoons and bears, the site has also a lock box for your food to save it from the racoons, that visit in the night, but are discreet.
The beaches are white from all the small broken shells. There is a beautiful trail and if you go around early in the morning when there isbthe tide, you can see the marine life, crabs, and starfish. We loved it.
Enza Filippone — Google review
This is our family’s favourite campsite. Historic and beautiful white shell beaches formed from a midden where Indigenous people used to harvest shellfish. Stunning sunsets, diverse choice of campsites, and a lot of nature to explore from ocean, forest, bog to bioluminescence, seals, eagles and more. We’ve been coming here for almost twenty years. A gem on Galiano Island. Don’t worry if you can’t reserve. There is usually room in the field.
Deb Morse — Google review
Gorgeous setting and terrific pub! If you're sailing there, be sure to arrive earlier in the day. Marina dock space is almost NEVER available, and mooring buoys fill up fast. If full, try the Anchorage on the North side of the lagoon; great sunset spot. If your timing is right, be sure to get up in the middle of the night and swirl a paddle through the water... Montague is a great spot for bioluminescence. If camping is your thing, row ashore to the Parks dock where lots of high-quality walk-in only sites are available. Mooring buoys were $14 per night and campsites $25 when we were there in late July 2023.
Allan Jensen — Google review
Nice boat harbor with park on the north end. Restaurant and bar overlooking the marina was nice. Small convenience store. Friendly local staff. There is no place here to buy beer or wine for the boat, if you're looking for that you need to go to the other side of the island by the ferry dock. Enormous power lines strung across the harbor take a lot away from the view and ambiance. Otherwise a great stopping point on a gulf island cruise.
Ryan Smith — Google review
This is a nice spot for families to enjoy the beach or go for an easy hike around the edge of the bay close to the water. The hike is a loop that ends up back at the parking lot. Some areas allow you to drop down to small beaches along the route.
Steve G — Google review
10/10 the best Harbour Marine Park I’ve ever been to on Galiano Island. Also possibly the only one. The trails are wonderful and relaxed and shady while still providing amazing views of the water. It’s fun to watch sailboats stroll into the bay and weigh anchor. I had a wonderful time on the beach where the beautiful white sand is actually just a million smoothed out sea shells! It’s a beautiful place.

It was a wow experience with the ferry from Vancouver to Vancouver Island and the return journey back to Vancouver as well. Our to and fro journey were at different timings of the day, so we got to see 2 different ferries. Both the ferries were world class and extremely comfortable. It was a 5-star experience.
Shilpa — Google review
It’s always a good idea to reserve the tickets online at least a few weeks early in the busiest time like summer weekend and long weekends. The ferry is mostly clean at the beginning of the journey but get a bit messy at the end.
The view is amazing whenever you travel from and to. Kids love to take ferries and it was such a great experience. The lineup to order fast food on the ferry can be very long if you come late.
Sophie Wu — Google review
The Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal is superb, especially with the updated "little strip mall of choices"! I also love the option of getting fare savers when available. On a sad note, it's really a shame that BC Ferries is experiencing so many challenges with their fleet and staffing over the last few years; seems to me that there was a time when employment with BC Ferries was highly sought after... I honestly believe that they are doing their best to resolve these ongoing challenges - I hope for them the best of the best!
Scott Nelson — Google review
Nice comfortable ferry to Vancouver Island. The buffet and coffee shop are closed but the food court is still open. Ton of seating and washrooms are available.
Kevin Ao — Google review
We didn’t have a reservation as we were coming straight from the airport. We decided to just drive-in and luckily, we were early enough for the next sailing, we got a spot! It was $15 less than if I had made a reservation online for the same time. The ferry was clean, it had enough seats for everybody on board and it left on-time. We had fun sight-seeing too. The ride was not boring at all.
Violet — Google review
We took the BC Ferries two-way to Vancouver Island. Waiting time from the Tsawwassen terminal was good, and the schedule was on time. I loved the gorgeous scenery while sailing. But then coming back from the Swartz Terminal has challenges. The waiting time was 2 hours and the sailing was late by another hour. It was frustrating considering we were very tired from a day’s trip to the island.
Service: The ferry staffs were helpful and friendly. The seats and washrooms are clean.
Bernie — Google review
We went from here to schwarz bay terminal via ferry. The ferry is quite large, has seating space on the deck, and you can enjoy the phenomal view for 2 hours. You can also get coffee and food as there is a dining in the second floor of each ferry. If you wish to travel by car, you can drive your car to the ferry, park it there, and resume your car trip after reaching to the destination terminal.
Nima E — Google review
Had a great experience. Ticket was not available online so came without tickets although we got lucky and got at last hour also. Playroom for kids, cafeteria, washroom, enough sitting space , well managed , clean and on time also.
Bhumika Bhattarai — Google review
We had online reservation. Smooth experience, well organized, quick embarking & disembarking. We had car too, I was not sure how much time will it take but it was quite fast.
Ferry was clean and well-maintained too. They also have wifi work stations.
Sandeep Gupta — Google review
The Tsawassen Ferry Terminal is very well organized and signalled. Cars arriving to the terminal first check in at an over the window manned counter, check reservation that can be directly scanned from a mobile device screen or printed paper, or if no reservation has been made, you can pay directly using cash or credit card. Once you're done, you'll be given a lane number to follow for your ferry. The station can be accessed during the wait for your ferry, a call is made to drivers to get ready for boarding their vehicles on the ferry. The facility offer clean and maintained public washrooms and a number of coffee shops with seating areas are available.

Well organized and on time services with quick on-boarding and de-boarding. Good food offering onboard, and gift shop, with plenty of comfortable seating. My only complaint is the cost for sailing, found it expensive for four people……sailed Tsawwassen to Nanaimo.
Jackie Z — Google review
Nice experience, as it was my first time with BC ferries I was just satisfied by the service and the food and sitting arrangements were 4.8/5 as per my perception.
Nami Joshi — Google review
The waits, even if you come early for your time slot, are incredibly long. The ferries get cancelled, but the views from the ferries are pretty amazing, and if you are driving, this is one of the only ways to get to places like Victoria, so I guess I’m glad they exist!
SJ Lee — Google review
This was our first time taking this ferry. When I was making reservations, only 3:00 and 9:00 PM were available, so I made it for 3:00. Our flight arrived on time, so we arrived at the ferry port at 1:15. We asked about taking the 2:00. He gave us a ticket and told us which numbered lane to wait. Loading went smoothly. Ride was comfortable. Food was surprisingly good (restaurant good). They have a shop, which had nice stuff (clothes were a bit pricey for us). Lots of seating, even desk cubicles for laptops. It was a beautiful day, and it was nice to relax and enjoy the views after 13 hours of traveling.

A good experience. They were very quick getting us aboard the boat. Beautiful views traveling to Vancouver Island. One thing that could make the trip better is if they had more cafes on the ⛴️.. All in all a good experience.

The ferry I got to Victoria from Tsawwassen was great. The view was amazing. The food was good. Price for food is in the photo.
Beach with a big tidal variation, set in a sheltered bay with swimming, a playground & a cafe.
The play ground is clean and well kept. Good place for families. The sand and the water is very attractive. Good place to picnic. The beach has good parking lot.

Beautiful place to visit with family , lots of spots for BBQ and amazing kid’s playground with expansive water view. Few walking trails around and many different birds.
Clean washrooms. Parking and small cafe with food options and different drinks.
Sometimes you can meet weird noisy families who don’t respect others.
You can reserve covered bbq tables on their websites for your occasion.

Lots of parking and good access to the Boundary Bay dike trails. They've got a cool protected area of sand dune ecosystems too. If it's cold out make sure you bundle up as the area is very open and exposure to weather.

Love it! Unique beach with no water 💦 It was low tide when we went there. Nice play area, warm paddles for kids. The ocean was 30 minutes away, had a nice walk:)

A beautiful beach and hiking trail. Although there is no shade or trees along the hiking trail but if you want a nice view of Mount Baker in Washington then you are at the right place.
Plenty of parking here
The beach hike is nice and if you love to swim then it is worth to cool off here while looking at Mount Baker

Such a beautiful beach and one of my favourite waterfronts in the lower mainland. The little viewpoint midway gives you a real neat spot to birdwatch, catch the sunset, watch the beachcombers and admire the high-rises twinkle in the distance along with the Northshore mountains.

Excellent location with stunning views, walkable beach with Mt baker views! All faculties are in great conditions, love of picnic tables and parking spots!
My kids love the big playground so much, it connected the old and new play sets together. Highly recommended to visit or spend a day here if you come to tsawwassen!

I love this beach!! The tide rising is various, and it's always beautiful here. The water is so nice in the summer weather. It gets really busy sometimes, but it makes sense. There's always enough room to set ur your own little spot!
The washrooms are super clean and aesthetically pleasing. In front, there's a little rinsing station to rinse yourself after hanging out in the water!
Overall, it is a very pretty beach, and I love hanging out here with my family :D

It is nice to come here during weekdays, too crowded last weekend and the beach was low tide so we didn’t get to enjoy the water much. We arrived at 9:00am then we get to choose a good spot since not so many people at that time and weather was so nice, not so hot and not so cold. Although the water gets high in the late afternoon around 5:30pm and there’s still many people in the beach. They have big parking closer to kids playground and far side too. Good for kids, big playground. Washroom was ok, good enough cubicles for many. The beach was ok too and picnic area, only few tables though. I don’t see many dogs out there and none off leash. In total is ok deserve 4 star.

We simply love it there! Parking is easy & free, amenities are great (easy to clean yourself & the kids up after a sandy day on the beach 😅)… perfect spot to chill - and really cool is low tide time when you can walk aaaall the way over to White Rock! (no kidding!) It‘s clean, it‘s super safe - fantastic place for everybody! Small kids can play in the water & everybody else can practice their SUP skills! Enjoy!!

It's a good area to stroll around the beach anytime. We usually go there in spring, fall and winter. It's hard to get a parking in summer.
We are lucky seeing about 8 bold eagles standing up high in the trees this visit.

Nice place to spend a day with a family.
Parking is free, big. Washrooms, spray for washing feet. Small cafe where you can buy fast food, drinks.
Very very big playground for kids, it is great.
Beach by itself is somewhere sandy, somewhere with rocks.
Very crowded place is a minus, some people have loud music and being loud in general. Kids playground is big and with big amount of kids it’s hard to keep an eye on your child.
Not the best place to relax.

This is my new favorite beach! What a gorgeous view of the of the sand bar when the tide is out, there is lots of parking huge clean washrooms and a very impressive kids big toy play area. Lots of bird watching there everywhere. Lots of logs spread all over the beach to sit on. On the far right side is the USA/Canada concrete marker that's cool u can just walk right into the states. This beach would be amazing during sunset. They also have a food stand here near the entrance. Great beach 💯💯💯
Elegant mall with 200 fashion shops & outlets, plus a large food hall & sit-down restaurants.
Great place to shop at. Almost everything under same roof and in the plaza beside the mall. Great deals, much lower prices than other stores we shopped at. Food court has a great sitting area. But, could use a few more varieties of international restaurants. There is no Indian, Greek or Middle Eastern food.

Perhaps the most beautiful Mall around the outside Vancouver area.
The mall design including the finishing is top notch. You cannot help but notice the top grade materials and anesthetics of this mall.
There are several top bran stores within this mall. The good Court is huge and well planned. Clean and well maintained rest rooms are available. The mall appears less busy at the time of visit and has super large parking spaces.

My first visit to this outlet mall, it's a great mall however you need a full day at least to cover all the shops, there are several kids playing areas and automated rides for engaging and entertainment of kids. Walking around just before Christmas was a good decision as we saw the whole mall decorated and plenty of discounts at each outlet. Nice place you will find almost all the brands here however few aren't here but worth the visit.

It is a great outlet attraction to shop til you drop. Too many options for both food and shopping. Nice place to bring kids and enjoy the weekend. Definitely need a whole day to be here and take full advantage of the place. It was completely jam packed.

4 stars cause they need more stores! Other than that this mall checks all the boxes. Ample parking not many people during the weekdays even the weekends. Clean and well maintained.

Love the fresh air around this place , always
There are a lot of good stores. The pricing is competitive than the stores in the city and Vancouver stores. It takes at-least 15-20 bucks of gas to come down here but it’s worth the money if you are coming for a good shopping experience

Fantastic mall for outlet shops, the food selection was a bit lite but it was great shopping. There are several stores to hire battery powered carts for the kids to help them around the store. The big disappointment was there were no electronic stores at the mall. Which is very unusual for a mall of this size.

This is an awsome shopping mall, one of my favourite lots of parking. The mall is beautifuly decorated inside so much to look at from all the very colourful paint jobs to all the art peices everywhere. All the areas of the are split up into sections, found every store I liked plus more, there is a huge food court all nice wood finish with these huge fans on the ceiling. Huge bass pro shop. Great place...they could turn down the heat was boiling in there.🥵

Amazing, super clean and giant shopping mall in BC. A full loop is a good walk. Food court is spacious too. Overall if you are looking for a good indoor day to spend either with your family, friends or group this place will not disappoint you or any of your friends or family.

Really enjoyed walking around and shopping in this Giant Mall. Everything appears to be well taken care of, inside and out. Crazy selection of stores and almost got West Ed vibes when I thought I saw the same store at different ends of the mall. (I was mistaken) Even if you're not coming here for a specific purchase, just walking 3 laps around the mall will almost complete you daily step goals!

Tsawwassen mill is great outlet mall. it's very similar to other outlet malls but it is newer and covered. You can shop on rainy, snowy, cold or hot weather. It's good to try but if you are far away from it, it may not worth it to drive up to there.

This is such a unique and beautiful mall! It contains many art and decorations that represent different types of lifestyle categories: nature, culture, sports, fashion and urban living. The mall corridors are large, clean and sleek, giving it a brand new look. The food court at the centre has a large open dining area with many kinds of cuisine available. You can also come across many stuffy riders going down the corridors, something that isn't found in other malls. You can rent out a stuffy ride machine with your kids to enjoy in the few riding stations in the mall. In busy times, there can be long lineups for universal places like the washrooms. Parking is plentiful and free and there are nearby stores surrounding the mall. The crosswalks at the parking lot are creatively shaped as cultural Indigenous art patterns. Only downside is located far from large cities and is best commuted by car. Otherwise, you may have to take public transit which may mean transfers and longer ride times. This is a great place to stop by after getting off the ferry heading to the mainland. Highly recommend coming here just for the experience.

We visited Tsawwassen Mills on Boxing Day, and indulged ourselves in shopping for what we needed and fancied in an enormous shopping mall, and walked for exactly 10 hours to see most of the shops. I believe you need a good two days to fully experience shopping for everything you need in this shopping mall that’s as big as a small town!
Although the shopping mall offers free Wi-Fi on the premises, if you don’t have access to data, I suggest you remember the neighborhood numbers just so you can find your friends in case you lose them and not walk for 2 km like me to rejoin your friends. I enjoyed the walk, but felt a little anxious, trying to look for the shop

An enormous mall. Bring plenty of electrolytes and energy bars. It’s like Everest, but with no identifiable summit. Yes, there are more outlet stores than you could throw bulk Xanax at. Electric RGB lit stroller carts whiz by like rice at a wedding, while the food court reflects pretty much every form of food found everywhere and anywhere on the planet. You could start in Bass Pro with a full camo outfit, before seamlessly and invisibly exhausting yourself in the mall. The aisles are longer than London Heathrow. At one point I thought they were growing longer as I walked. Yes, this place has it all and more. Time your visit by using Google to avoid peak times. Leave bread crumbs and tell loved ones where you went. It’s a worthwhile thing to have done. EV chargers are sprinkled about the parking lot should you return to your car.

🛍️ Tsawwassen Mills: A Shopper's Paradise! 🌈
🌦️ Hit up Tsawwassen Mills on a rainy day, and it was the perfect shelter for a day-long adventure! This place has got it all, making it a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, and fun, especially with the kiddos in tow.
🚗 My kids absolutely loved cruising around the mall in the double-seated cars – such a cool way to explore! Plus, the food court's variety had us spoilt for choice, offering something tasty for everyone's palate.
🏰 And let's not forget the inflatable bouncy castles! It's not just a shopping trip; it's a whole day of entertainment, ensuring the little ones (and let's be honest, the adults too) have a blast. Tsawwassen Mills isn't just about the shops; it's about creating memorable experiences.

It is located at the Tsawwassen First Nation Land in Delta, British Columbia. This is a beautifully designed huge mall for shopping or for a relaxing stroll. The mall structure is delicately handcrafted with a magnificent creative art.
The mall has 200 retail outlet stores with discounted products. The food court is spacious but has limited food stalls. However, there are quite a number of restaurants within the mall. Washrooms are spotless and neat. Parking space is not a problem.

Blackie Spit is a park with a sandy spit that has an abundance of bird life. It features a 5-km nature trail and an off-leash dog area for furry companions. The beach stretches for miles with residential properties along the beach front, while the paths are well maintained and there are various shops including cafes and fish & chips spots. Parking is available on the west side, and there's even a volleyball net along the crushed gravel paths.
Beautiful ocean location. Very busy but very pleasant. Everyone is polite and everyone has dog etiquette. There is an off leash area which is quite a good size. An under cover area if it rains. Lots of beach access and different terrain. Benches to chill and enjoy the view. Come sit and watch all the different dogs and their owners go by. Dip your feet in the ocean or just post up and have and insta photo shoot.

Nice place for stroll. Or day at beach if you get there early on a nice day. Tidal beach, so silty more than sandy. Parking is a nightmare when busy. Someone blocked us in yesterday, was an hour to get out. Dog friendly beach just before spit area. Spit is wildlife/bird protected and nesting area. So no kites, no drones or dogs.

It was super nice today (April 15, 2022) Easy parking. But if you will come here around summer time, you have to be early to find parking. Street parking is for residents only. Not enough parking for patrons of the beach and park.
We loved this park because there's a separate place for dogs as well.
I didn't give a five star review because they can do better with the bathrooms. Currently, the bathrooms are closed. Hoping that they are improving it.

A beautiful and calming place to go with the family. One of our favourite places to go in the late afternoon / evening. Recommend going when tide is high as low tide exposes muddy beach full of seaweed, sea grass and alot of crabs (their size is not for the faint hearted). Kids absolutely love the clean beach, which will have some nice wood to improvise the making of rafts with. Sunsets here are absolutely amazing - I have made a point of not including a photo of it.....just has to be seen....a photo would not do it justice.

This location has beach for miles with residential properties that span the beach front. The paths are well groomed and as I traversed further I found a cute little fish and chips spot as well as coffee among other little shops. There was great parking along the west side. It's free also. I did happen to see a volleyball net along the crushed gravel paths. This was a great place to walk today. Bring your furry little buddy as I saw many owners and dogs enjoying the paths.

One of my favorite places to take the kids, as water is warm after a hot day, great place to enjoy the sunset, has a dog park and paddle board rental. Water is not the cleanest but there is a shower to rinse off. There's good sandy beach areas and open field for sports with picnic tables when you get hungry, 10 min walk to restaurants and I've cream shops at Cresent Beach.

Lots of people out enjoying the evening here as we were. The parking lot closes at 8pm (why so early!). Also dogs are only allowed here from September to May - so bring the mut here while you can lol. The sunset this evening was fantastic. Great way to spend the evening before the impending rain!

Very relaxing place to spend time and you do not have to exit your vehicle to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The sea water is very calm and you can watch boats and people on the water. Nice park. A bit of a ride to get there if you're coming from North Surrey, especially by transit, but doable. 2 busses bring you very close to the park and then a fairly short walk to get to the park itself. Has a pier and several sections of beach space. Only one bathroom in the park so next one is at the Crescent Beach area by the restaurants

The George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary on Westham Island is a vast wetland reserve, home to over 350 bird species and ranked as one of the top-10 birdwatching sites in Canada. Visitors can explore its marshes and ponds through hiking routes, where they may observe various birds including snow geese during their migration season. The sanctuary also provides an opportunity to spot small birds like the black-capped chickadee when observed slowly.
Wonderful weather today. We came a little late @2pm and did roughly a 2hr round with the kids. We went out beyond the Southwest Marsh towards the Ocean Marshes and saw the snow geese migrating. It was an amazing feeling standing beneath the thousands of geese flying overhead! Elsewhere, lots of little birds, though need to slowly observe. Saw the black-capped chickadee.

Fantastic place for both adults and kids! That is if you don’t have ornithophobia. You will be swarmed by a lot of birds! There are so many different kinds, some are big, some are tiny, some very friendly, and some aggressive. We had so much fun and learned so much. People there were very knowledgeable and guided us through many things about birds and nature.
You need to make a reservation on line to get in and there is small fee for the entry. You also need to respect the rules such as what to feed them and where to feed them.

Be sure to reserve your time slot from their website. Closes at 4pm and on Monday’s. They have a few picnic tables if you want to bring a lunch. Seating areas around the trails. Amazing experience with wildlife. So much fun feeding the animals. No dogs or other animals allowed. Cannot bring your own food to feed animals.

Easily spent 3 hours here and wanted to spend more but forgot to bring food as I foolishly assumed I'd be bored after an hour. Very peaceful trails once you get past the main entrance. Went on a sunny Saturday and it was busy but not terribly so. Will definitely be coming back again to visit in the future!

Great place for the whole family. I would recommend to book the earlier time slots of entry to stay cool and away from the heat. Unfortunately the chickadees were not in town right now but they will be later. Don't hesitate to go when they are and are not there. It's fun for the whole family. Make sure you buy a couple of bags of seeds. It goes fast. There are multiple spots to feed the birds so don't go nuts right away. The chickadees eat different seeds compared to the other birds so make sure you buy those too when they are here.

Tons of adorable ducks (and some geese). A very cute cabin you can take a rest if your legs feel tired or you feel cold in the winter, you can also find a cool old fashion fireplace inside and it’s really warm!
Some nice trails you can take, very quiet and relaxing. You will also have some nice view to enjoy!
Don’t forget to make reservations online before you visit!! We made this mistake at the first place 😂

Lots of birds there, you can buy seed packets at the entrance so no need to be prepared. Beware of the birds as they can get arrogant, also prepare to get pooped on. If you're ready for that, it's a 5 star experience.

Had a great time sitting with the ducks, sunflower seed snacking with the chickadees and the red winged black birds, and listening to the wind in the reeds. The sanctuary is a real treat, wild yet so safe and accessible. Highly recommending a few hours, the more one stands still, the more one sees and hears. Good postcards and bird themed t-shirts collection at the gift store too, and very friendly staff.

The George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary is a must-visit destination for nature lovers, bird enthusiasts, and anyone looking to experience the beauty of the outdoors. To enjoy this paradise, it's important to plan your visit in advance by reserving a parking spot for the morning or afternoon's visit. This has been introduced after COVID-19 and may be here to stay, so it's best to check the website for updates and information.
Once you arrive, you can purchase small packets of seeds for the ducks and chickadees at the entrance with your admission ticket. The feeding stations provide a unique opportunity to interact with the birds up close and personal, and hand-feeding the blackbirds and chickadees is a favorite activity among visitors.
As a photographer, I have spent many hours with my camera in the sanctuary, capturing the beauty of the migratory birds and their natural habitats. The sanctuary is home to a wide variety of bird species, and visitors can witness an incredible array of birds in their natural environment.
The sanctuary is also a great place to catch amazing sunrises and sunsets, providing a stunning backdrop for the birds and natural beauty of the area. You can witness the sky come alive with vibrant colors and watch as the sun sets behind the sanctuary's beautiful landscape.
Overall, the George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary is a peaceful and beautiful place that offers a glimpse into the incredible world of migratory birds and provides a unique and unforgettable experience for visitors. With a little bit of planning and preparation, you can fully immerse yourself in this natural paradise, whether you're a bird enthusiast, nature lover, or simply looking for a tranquil escape from the city.

Steveston Harbour is a picturesque destination with waterfront buildings offering seafood straight from fishing boats, along with restaurants and shops. The serene waters of the harbour are perfect for watching sunsets, which reflect beautifully on the surface. Visitors can savor delicious meals at some of the eateries along the waterfront or enjoy fish and chips in cozy settings. The prices for fresh seafood are reasonable and there's an excellent landscape to add to your experience.
It's one of the most beautiful places to get a feel of a small town.
We had been there a few times .
If u r at the Harbor, you must snack at Vicky's Island, especially Thai food.
You can also have the best gelato there.
You can also visit a park with a view there.

We love Stevenson Harbour and we love fresh seafood, so we were out the door before New Year in other words during Chrimbo Limbo, thinking to buy seafood and have a lunch while we were there. Only two ladies at the fish market braved the VERY cold weather and when we walked through the village later to get a bite, there was very little open, disappointingly. I know we all want to have Xmas, but I was really surprised that after Xmas when people are ready to get out for fresh air that this place was virtually shut down. Admittedly we were in a minority during our wanderings, but was this because everybody knows 'nothing to see here' during this period or because nobody gets out to stretch their legs and spend a bit of money?

Steveston Harbour is a charming and historic destination located in the heart of the fishing village of Steveston. The harbour offers stunning views of the Fraser River and the North Shore mountains, as well as a variety of local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Update: after contacting the manager, they apologize and offered a generous gift card. The experience was smooth and the workers were professional. It was really fun and very unique activity in Vancouver. They have all different type of guns and they explain patiently if you are a newbie. One suggestion, book in advance when it is expected to be busy (on Fridays).
Totally suggested to everyone!

Amazing place, well maintained reasonable pricing and super friendly staff.. spend good amount of time in the shooting range.
Tip.
1. On holidays or weekend, plan in advance you may have to wait in the queue once you reach there.
2. Reaching there with public transport is bit difficult but worth it, the area around is amazing. It takes lot of time in travelling so plan properly, try to reach around 1pm when they start.
3. You need to have one person along with you.
4. if you are first timer 9mm is fun and worth trying.

The wait is long though. So I recommend going early. We arrived at 2pm but didn't start until almost 330 to 345pm. I'm not sure if it's also because of the holiday seasons.

We had an amazing night at DVC! Group of 9 celebrating a birthday and I reserved the Platinum Package. There was a wait to get in the building as it was a busy night but we all filled in our online waivers beforehand so as soon as we got in they took our IDs and checked us in. We waited for the safety orientation and once that was done we went into the range. Brandon and Luke treated us like royalty and they catered to our group of beginners. Everyone felt comfortable and tried out all the guns in the Platinum Package. We even got to try a KSG25 which was a special bonus from Brandon for the birthday boy! Thank you Brandon for being such a gracious host! We will definitely be back again.

My hubby and I, including hubby’s sister who came to visit us from Hong Kong. First timer going there, there was a long line up outside. After getting in, the front desk staff was super nice and knowledgeable when we say we are new new to the place and shooting guns. She explained throughly on everything and questions we had. The entrance fee includes renting the guns. Different guns have its own bullets, pricing, and number of rounds. Everyone selected their own target sheet. It was great that 1 person does not have to take all 20 rounds, but share the rounds as a group. For example, rifle of 20 rounds sharing for 3 people would be 7,7,6. After everything is decided, they let us take a seat. They had a safety training for several groups that are waiting to get into the shooting range. They have protective glasses and earmuffs provided. Christian was our range instructor, who is also very professional and friendly. He guide us step by step on each type of gun; pistol, revolver, and rifle. He had kept everyone safe but also fun with the entire experience. We also collected the gun shells as souvenirs. Would definitely go again. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I visited Vancouver gun range with a few friends and my brother while he was visiting from London. Having never shot a gun before I was a bit nervous but I shouldn’t have been the whole team there were awesome. Our group of five didn’t have to wait long and we picked our guns and ammo while we waited. First there was some safety training which put us at ease. Then it was time to go to the range and shoot some guns! Our instructor at the range was Pete, I can honestly say he was fantastic. He was fun but always prioritised our safety making sure everything was understood before we shot the guns. We had members of our group who had varying levels of comfortably and Pete was always happy to accommodate and swap to a different gun. Pete is clearly passionate about his job and he played a huge part in making this a memorable experience for all involved. We ended up shooting two pistols, two rifles and a revolver! I will definitely return, anyone who is looking to dip their toes into the world of guns look no further!

It was my first experience at the gun range. It was an awesome experience. This trainer is named Brandon, and he is so a friendly, helpful person. The way he guides to use of weapons, And also teaches how to be safe while using weapons.
I would recommend Brandon as your guide whenever you go to this DVC range.

Unfussy Canadian meals served with interactive musical comedy performances & an 8-piece band.
This place is pure gold!! Everything they do is amazing, I’ve not seen it so consistently done. They play their roles the whole show with soul and pizzaz, the energy is on point. Wow, what a great place! Well ran, very organized, amazing service and the food is great! The drink menu is perfect, with lots of offerings and quick service but the overall continuity is impressive. The actors are a very talented bunch. I’m so impressed by them, I want to go back weekly and take everyone I know there. Fabulous crew.

Had an amazing time at the Giggle Dam! The show was super captivating and dinner was 9/10 for me :) I had the ribs and they were melt in your mouth delicious. The mashed potatoes were a little under seasoned and watery, but nothing a little salt can’t fix! The best thing about this place, aside from the show, would be the cocktails. Definitely order the dam size!

If I could give this a 10 star rating I would!!! First time ever Being here. The food was indescribable breathtaking. The service was amazing. The show was beyond anything I could have ever imagined!! All live performances. Words can’t describe how much I laughed and how everyone else enjoy them selves. I’m so glad they survived the pandemic. They have made us a def regular. We can’t wait to come back for the next show. The drink prices were so so reasonable as well. The owner Is beyond friendly and just had the natural ability to make you smile and laugh. It’s been years since I’ve laughed so much. If you have ever wanted to laugh and have an amazing time. Please go!!

This was my 4th visit to The Giggle Dam. The shows are always top notch. They are funny, a lil raunchy, and always full of talent!! The food is delicious and generous. The atmosphere reflects the current show perfectly from the decor to the servers and waitstaff costumes. The drinks are delicious! It's well worth the price

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday and I had no idea what to expect. I didn't know we were even going before we got to the door so I had no preparation in place. This was one of the best experiences I have had in such a long time. Everyone was in great character and the atmosphere was fantastic and everyone was in good spirits.
Food was incredible, were delicious and the entertainment was a mix of huge talent and comedy. A lot of singing from women who would compete in the finals of TV shows. I 100% recommend. Both of us ate, drank, and was entertained for $135.

Maybe the theme of the show just wasn't for me for the night, but my overall experience there was "meh". The service for my night was good and I loved how they made each guest feel special by remembering our names and knowing our drink history. They were very fun to interact with. The food was a 6/10 for me and prices for the drinks are a quite steep. If possible I'd like to go again to a different show to see if maybe the one I went to just wasn't to my taste. This place is worth at least 2 shots to try it out.

We had an absolute blast celebrating our 6 month wedding anniversary! The Giggle Dam puts in such a great show. They had us laughing all night. Dinner wasn’t half bad either. They serve a four course meal with various options for your main.

Overall good experience. Performance was funny and edgy. Definitely not for sensitive people as they mention on the website but not over the top. The circus show was great and the live music afterward was enjoyable. Even the music choice before and between acts was awesome. Great selection of drinks. Food options cater to all, I feel, and was delicious. Some changes obviously due to covid but I didn't feel it took away from the quality of the show overall. Definitely recommend for a fun night out.

I LOVE this place! The cast is incredible, and ridiculously talented. You will 100% have a good time. It's saucy, racy, original, and hilarious. You can tell the cast is having a good time, too.
Get the Dam sized cocktails if you want to have extra fun ;) there's a full bar! 🍺
Super fun experience, great for groups and parties for sure.

Same dam place. One thing they have going for them is consistency. Consistently delicious alcoholic mixology, consistent politically incorrect dirty humor, consistently terrible food and a consistently GREAT TIME!!!!
If you have never been but you like dinner comedy and old time rock and roll, this place should get up on your list.
The owners are getting on in age, this place must have been around 15 to 20 years so it wont last forever. Get in while they're still warm! The place is always packed, be prepared to be in a small room with a couple hundred people.
DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE ATTENDING, COMEDY IS SILLY AND VULGAR, SHOW IS FOR THE YOUNG AT HEART, NOT FOR PRUNES AND PICKY CRY BABIES.
These people put it out there trying to entertain. This isnt a 200$ ticket you are buying...

Steep hiking & fitness trail to a 794-foot plateau with more than 890 steps & exercise equipment.
Amazing place to get a quick hike in! 👌Would recommend during a sunny day and non rainy. Path is paved for the 2.8km and gravel for the rest of the 0.2km. Would recommend proper running shoes for this activity!
ANewPaul — Google review
Crunch time! Nice urban exercise trail good for all fitness level! About 475 stairs in the middle but they are all little steps and well spaced out so fairly easy to do.
Trail continues above and below… about 5.8 k loop if you do a whole thing. Lots of parking at Runnel dr trail head or more along Lansdowne/Panorama dr. Multiple washrooms along the way are all clean and well maintained.
If you do a whole thing, it will be a relaxing walk while enjoying the view. The bottom part is great for little kids with play areas and stroller friendly. I tried to see how many laps of stairs I could squeeze in an hour, managed 6 and half but got quite tired with sore calves at the end.
Kanako Sakurada — Google review
The city of Coquitlam did an awsome job with this trail. The east Trail has just stairs for going up, the The west trail has stairs for going down but also a path right beside the stairs. There are washrooms half way up and I believe around 450 stairs to the top, the trail continues after the stairs end, best view about half way up, takes about half hour from bottom parking lot to the very top. Awsome hike💯💯

If you’re looking to start your hiking journey in British Columbia or in Vancouver, this is the perfect starting trail. It has a decent incline, but is still very minimal, compared to some of the harder trails found in Vancouver and in British Columbia.

Great place to exercise your legs and take in fresh air. The most challenging part would be the stairs but after the stairs it is just a paved path. As you go higher, the views start to emerge itself. I can imagine just how beautiful it can get during sunrise and sunset. Fun fact, at the top of the stairs you are higher than the high rises! You can also see just how close the clouds are to the mountains on rainy days. Free parking and public washrooms are available.

First time to hike here. It was a great workout or exercise with great views. There are steps or slope that people can choose how to walk up to the hill. It’s not too difficult like grouse grind for sure 😆 much easier. It would be even better if it’s sunny or in spring or summer. People who live in the neighbourhood can get free workout here. Highly recommended. 👍🏼😊

Great inclined workout free of charge with a beautiful view as you descend up the stairs. The stairs portion is around 450+ steps but there is more incline as you go up. Paved and lots of signage and marked cross walks. Only complaint going up from the park at the bottom to the top requires crossing multiple sidewalks with cars constantly streaming past.

Easy hike. Nothing too complicated to do. Nice steady incline that increases in difficulty.
Well kept area with public washrooms and a water bottle station.
Easy to access parking lot and parking on the street.
Can be very busy when the weather is warm.

Great free workout with a beautiful view at the top of the stairs. There are 450+ steps going up and 450+ coming down.
Much easier than Grouse Grind and it is a great mini-hike for beginners.

A very nice easy/moderate hike and walk that is located in Coquitlam in the Heart of the Tri Cities area.
There is plenty of parking located in a couple areas. You can park either at the very beginning just off of Runnel Dr. Either at the parking lot located right at the Eagle Ridge Playing Fields, or across the street on Runnel where the Tim Hortons is. A second parking lot that is located where the Lacross Box is off of Lansdowne Dr. I do believe there is approximately 60 parking spots. When School is in session the parking lot can be busy dropping kids off in the morning, and around 2:30 in the afternoon can be busy for 30-60 minutes as the parking lot is in the middle between the Elementary school and Middle School.
You can either just do the stairs section East side of the Stairs is for going up. And the West side stairs are for going down.
You can do the entire Coquitlam Crunch from either Runnel Dr. Parking area or from the Lacross Box parking lot off of Lansdowne Dr. From the Runnel parking lot the entire trip is close to Four Miles round trip up and back. I'm in fairly good shape ( 55 ) and I can do the entire thing in approximately 40-43 minutes. And that's with a 5min break break at the very top.
On the way up there's lots of signs with information on them about the Wildlife and so on. I won't post those pictures as that would defeat the purpose lol. The trail consists of gravel and wooden stairs and some paved sections.
There are two locations for washrooms 🚻 that are located at the beginning where the Eagle Ridge Playing Fields are. And the second washrooms 🚻 are located about halfway up to where the Church is.
Keep and eye open for lots of wildlife Birds 🐦 Deer 🦌 Yogi Bear 🐻 Foxes 🦊 Owls 🦉Coyotes and Raccoons 🦝
There's also a dog 🐕 park just past the halfway point.
I do this quite often as I live close by and also grew up in Port Moody ( Coranation Park area ). So I've been doing this WAAAAAY before the Crunch ever existed. As kids we use to use the entire area as short cuts to get to and from places and to each other's Houses growing up.
So enjoy the Crunch and enjoy the views and scenery and the Wildlife as well...
Sports & recreation area featuring a trout-stocked lake, ball fields, playground & amphitheatre.
Wonderful park to walk, jog, and play a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, baseball/softball, cricket, volleyball, and there is even a skatepark, a bike park, and a playground. There is plenty of parking and once you do park, it’s easy to walk around. This is really friendly and accessible space that the city of Coquitlam has design for everyone to get out and enjoy nature.

I've never been to this park before but it's got lots of different areas skateboarding, basketball, beach volleyball, music amphitheater, and more.
They do need more staff/ options at the ice cream stand so the line is not as long. They may want to consider having a few portable carts in front so that you could do three lines.
It was the site for the Caribbean Days Festival for the first time. It's a great location for this. I look forward to next year. 👍🏾👍🏾😁

Lots of playing fields for all sorts of sports activities. Plus one main Stadium as well. Every time I'm walking around the area as I live very close by. The entire area is always clean and well kept up.
There are washrooms around and a couple concessions stands close by also, one being right at the main Stadium. Also there are change rooms available.
Only thing I miss is walking over on Friday Evenings to watch the local High School Football 🏈 Games. Really wish they would have the games back there.

The best things in life are free and this beautiful park is a good example. They have a ton of activities to do here from fishing to a skate park. They have also multiple volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts. Ton of options for walking paths. A cute little ice cream shop. A concert area near the lake. If I actually lived here I would probably come here all the time.

Definitely one of our favourite parks. We love walking around the lake, seeing the ducks and adorable dogs and lovely families together. The concession prices are on the higher side but it’s great that there is not often a wait. 🥰 🐶 🦆

Huge park with amphitheater, astroturfed soccer and many softball fields, beach volleyball courts with nets already setup, man-made lake, stadium with bleachers, running track, children’s playground and water park, ping pong tables galore! Apparently the lake is stocked with trout and saw a few people fishing in the designated zone.
The concession [open this summer, Not pictured] is where you can get food and drinks! I recommend getting a mixed blue raspberry and cherry slush on a hot summer day 😎🌞

So many ways to utilize this park. Skate park, beach volleyball courts, playgrounds, waterpark, outdoor excersise equipment, the fields are well maintained for sports & events. There's so much to keep you moving. Love the stage and surrounding landscape too. Great spot to take lunch and enjoy live music/zumba classes or whatever is going on that day. The lake is picturesque and a great spot to walk the dog, even at night. Well lit and maintained. Inspiration garden is a highlight. Filled with creative and beautifully cultivated gardens. 💯

Hands down the best park in the Lower Mainland. They spared no expense when renovating it to the state it's in today and it shows. Every year around the start of December, they set up a grand Christmas light display that just gets better and better every year. And if the word FREE doesn't thrill you then maybe you ought to go to the ($17.99 entrance fee) Vancouver Christmas Market instead. The addition of a fixed Rocky Point Ice Cream location was the cherry on top.

The views of the entire area are breathtaking, anyone with a half decent camera could do wonders with their photos. Wife and kids had to go to the Philippines embassy and do passport forms so I got to walk around the area. The digital Orca was really cool but was roped off because there was a function happening at that time. Cactus club seems popular as there was a huge line up. Canada place is an iconic spot to visit. Quite possibly one of the best locations to go for a relaxed walk starting from the Convention Center right up to the Coal Harbor seawall. The walking paved path itself continues into Stanley Park but if you are just out for a short walk then the above should suffice while enjoying million dollar views of the harbor, the water over looking the snow capped North Shore mountains all blended in with the civilization(buildings)... Even being a local I never get tired of the views... pics taken on an evening sunset walk during the recent snow fall last December. Enjoy!

Functions as a cruise ship terminal, the headquarters of Fly over Canada and a great place to walk around. I personally arrived on a cruise here and the customs process was very easy and convenient, they just ask for your declaration card and that's about it. The following day I had the opportunity to walk around and it provides some wonderful and unique views of Vancouver harbour and it's many sights. We went to Pan Pacific in Canada place. In the front they offer to pay $145 but we get club members stay which includes two breakfast , afternoon buffet and have unlimited non alcoholic drinks + alcohol is about $9 instead of $15 or 20. They also allowed us to use the pool after we check out. It was great experience and I would do it again. Also club member put us in the last floor which the view was amazing. This place has its own charm within downtown. Love the sea wall walk, and golden hour when the sun is setting is super pretty. Sunday mornings can be a bit busy as there are cruise ships that begin boarding. Also, if you are an out of province driver and don't know BC rules, under no circumstances make a U turn there as it's not allowed, I got a ticket last Sunday.

Wow wow wow!! Went to fly over Canada Iceland and for a Wednesday night was not too busy.. was able to get a discounted rate for being a BC resident which also applied to my friend's visiting from Ontario. Lineup is quick, washrooms are right beside lineup. They take a picture of your group before you go in and then when you go through the gift shop at the end of the ride you can buy souvenir photo. I did fly over Canada Hawaii last year and it was really amazing. Highly recommend going to this.. parking on the street pay by the half hour right by the cruise ship terminal.
About a six minute walk from the road at the end of the pier. You can buy tickets at a kiosk at the front or closer to the lineup.

FlyOver Canada is an 4D film and ride highlighting some of the most iconic places in Canada that was incredibly well done. It made want to road trip across Canada.
The film was very well done. The soar over Taiwan was good but not as well done as the Canada film. With Taiwan there are so many things you could show rather than the fish under water. The bridges, the animals in the jungle/forest and man made structures. Regardless you definitely should check this place out. Your kids will love it. The service and people here are amazing. This is one of the best virtual experience you can have where you can see few of the major attractions like mountains, rivers, lakes and much more accross Canada virtually in a 25 minutes session. The ride feels real, steers in different directions with special effects of water coming on your face. It slows down suddenly like a plane and then goes too fast over the mountains that it almost feels like you are flying the plane.
The staff is friendly and helpful by guiding the visitors properly and also taking care of their loose belongings that visitors bring with them so that the loose belongings doesn't hurt the visitors accidentally.
It is worth your money so will definitely recommend.

Kids were like can we go again. Not just that while waiting in line the view from the Canada place is great. Ample washroom but parking is limited and paid we parked underground and it was expensive. Follow for more.

This immersive multi-sensory experience is so worth it! With our feet dangling over a screen we flew over mountain vistas, springs, forests, and yurts. The journey ended with Santa’s North Pole residence, a special Christmas treat. It did give us the feeling of being transported to other places.

I have watched FlyOver Iceland in Iceland. This one is equally amazing and enjoyable. Worth the money. Beware that buying tickets online is cheaper than at the box office - about $4 Canadian dollars cheaper for non BC residents. Also, different days have different prices - the difference can be $12 Canadian dollars. Check before you go.

A very, very interesting experience that I recommend everyone to try. Feels like you are really flying through mountains, rivers, desert and valleys with real life effects. The experience is hypothetical, not real. Photography inside is prohibited, the place is clean and tidy. There is a reservation office outside and inside and by online. Thank you and I wish you success.

Great experience! I did similar thing in Florida’s Disney park , but this was different.
We did Iceland , and it was really cool .
The location is great , seeing cruise ships , seaplanes , and boats , is really enjoyable.
A recommended place to visit .
The two things in my opinion that need to be improved are , the ultimate flying ride should be a bit longer , and waiting time inside before the ride should be shorter.

Its always fun to see the flyover canada. We did the Iceland this year and it was amazing!! I do recommend the Iceland one. Its an enjoyable ride and a must mention that you get a chance to see the northern lights in the show as well. That stole my heart!

Pretty good. The experience was excellent, especially for children and seniors. It was thrilling but not overly scary. Besides, there are different scenarios to choose. We would definitely visit it there again.
Another thing is, I made a mistake for purchasing duplicate tickets online. The staff there helped me get the refund patiently. He was so nice.

Not very worth the price. You can have similar experience with VR devices at home.
We chose the show of call of the canadian rockies, overall feeling is just okay. There is a 10 min pre-show which was presented in a room for background, then the actual show was just 10 mins. We were arranged to the very left seats, so the experience was not very good. There was distorion at the corner and the video quality can be improved.
We booked the tickets online in advance. We arrived one hour early, so the booth tickets helped us to move to a previous slot.

Great 30 minutes enjoying the sights of Canada. Very well filmed and effective as IMAX. Was not that keen by being sprayed twice by the Niagara falls refugee in a few days! Handy cafe there and of course a gift shop. It is part of the cruise terminal so easy to get to. Not so keen on the extra for Halloween but then the kids would like that.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Soaring over Canada's breathtaking landscapes is a must-do. The discounted tickets on Canada Day make it even more enjoyable. Planning to make it an annual tradition. Highly recommend!
The Vancouver Seawall is a pathway that runs along the waterfront of Stanley Park in downtown Vancouver. The pathway is popular for walking, jogging, cycling, and skating and provides beautiful views of the city.
I live in Vancouver and work in the downtown for the past 17 years, but rarely riding bike around Seawall. It was until 2 weeks ago when my friends invited me to ride a bike at Seawall after work, it reminded me how wonderful the place is without going too far. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend everyone to walk or ride a bike around Seawall. Here are the pictures I took with my phone. I will definitely go there again soon.

I loved the experience, well maintained park. Ideal for an evening stroll or a quick run. Enough restrooms, park benches and eateries and beaches in between.
Beware of Coyotes after dark, a local told us if ever approached by coyotes to shine phone flashlight on their face.
I would rate this as one of the Must do activities in Vancouver. It's a 5.8 mile walk with no elevation.Took US almost 2.5 hours to complete. I really loved how they have park benches in area with great views.

Walking the seawall is by far my most favourite thing to do while visiting Vancouver. Its great exercise which will take you about 90 minutes to complete from the Georgia entrance around to the Davie end. I like to finish on Davie/ Denman St. so I can then eat at one of the many fabulous restaurants on those streets. The seawall itself is all paved approximately 6 miles (9km) and mostly flat for easy walking. Each corner brings new exciting sights and chances to see wildlife. There are many varieties of birds and even playful seals. You can also see cruise ships, freighters yachts and seaplanes making their way out of the channel. A must see right in the heart of the city.

Great place to do a walk, running the length of False Creek. There are also plenty of Mobi bike stations as well as a ferry running between different aspects. The seawall is mixed use for walking, running, and biking. Many people also bring their dogs

Beautiful continuous path besides the sea, beautiful parks and buildings for relax, walk or ride bicycle or others, this path joins with others allow to you go from waterfront, passing under the Lion Bridge, English Bay to Science World area and more....
Something you should do if you come as a tourist to this beautiful city of Vancouver or if you live here, is a bike tour of about 2 hours...100% recommend
Thanks city of Vancouver for encouraging relaxation on this beautiful paths!

To optimise your experience of the seawall, rent bicycles! This is a great way to see all the sights along the one way (anticlockwise) route. The seawall is wide and easy to navigate in the dedicated cycling lane, separate from the pedestrian lane. The route is flat, unless you venture inland and up to Prospect Point Lookout! There are numerous places to stop to admire the view or enjoy a picnic. There are also toilets along the way.

The Seawall in Vancouver is a must-visit gem, offering an incredible 28-kilometer urban pathway from Coal Harbour to Spanish Banks Beach. It showcases stunning views, iconic landmarks, and is accessible to all. Put on your walking shoes, rent a bike, or grab your rollerblades and let the Seawall guide you through the best of Vancouver's natural beauty and bustling downtown. Don't miss the historic Stanley Park section, totem poles, and the picturesque English Bay. Immerse yourself further by enjoying coffee at Third Beach, a dip in the Second Beach Pool, and exploring Granville Island. Definitely a great place to come for walking or biking around it. There's washroom, attractive spot, playground, beach, food shops, and more, which is between or to each destination. Such a gorgeous cityscape and water view with mountain background. Well maintained environment, and if you come here at sunset or night, even better for photography. Highly recommended to visiting here.

One of the significant areas to walk is its extensive path through Stanley Park, English Bay, Sunset Beach, Yaletown and the science world. It has beautiful views, people used to walk, run or ride their bicycles.
Elizabeth Rodriguez Javier — Google review
The seawall started as an erosion-prevention feature. It dates back to at least 1917 with a widening program completed in the 1970s. The path is now mostly wide enough to accommodate both pedestrians and cyclists, thanks to a one-way program that follows the seawall in a counter-clockwise direction.
I both walked the seawall to get to the Prospect Point Lighthouse and then went back to the van to get my ebike, riding it past the Discovery and the Brockton Point Lighthouse.
The seawall is probably the easiest method for seeing the Lions Gate Bridge, the fabulous Vancouver skyline and getting to the lighthouses of Stanley Park. If your timing is good, you might be able to photograph a container ship entering or departing the harbor.
Regardless of whether you're walking, jogging, skating or biking, please be aware of the others on the trail and take care. The only way this successfully works is if it is shared by all users with care to avoid collisions.

There's a collection of 9 totem poles in this area. Each has a plaque providing details about the pole. Well worth a stop to admire the carvings by indigenous artists and the histories of these poles. The Vancouver Aquarium, situated in the scenic Stanley Park, is a popular family-friendly attraction that features a diverse range of local and exotic aquatic life. With a strong emphasis on conservation, the aquarium has been drawing both locals and tourists for over 60 years. Visitors can explore an array of marine animals including sea otters, penguins, sea lions, fish, jellyfish, eels, sea turtles, birds and reptiles.
Fun! Buy your tickets ahead of time to avoid lines. Lot of different areas to explore and learn. The outdoor part with seals, etc was very different from the Aquarium in Toronto which was very nice! It has a good variety of species. Too many frogs for my liking … lol but it was great! Staff was nice and there was a person by the map to explain things. 4D movie was good too. Will definitely come back if I go to Vancouver again.

I would give this place a few extra stars if I could! This place provides fun-filled leisure and features animal rescue and care facilities. It is perfect for any child interested in marine life and having a turtle-y great time (I know, pathetic)! We went on a Saturday and were positively delighted to see children smitten by the magic of the place! In most of the tanks, the water is mirror smooth and has species of such beauty darting across. We enjoyed watching the playful antics of the sea otters. I had absolutely no idea that there are so many varieties of sea anemone species that run almost the full spectrum of colors, from subdued greens to fluorescent pinks! Some of them looked like petals waving in the breeze. There are a number of activities aimed at educating and entertaining visitors in a fun and engaging manner. The cherry on top of the cake? I was given a free slushie!

The Vancouver Aquarium left me awe-inspired with its enchanting atmosphere and captivating marine exhibits. From the moment I entered, I was immersed in a world of wonder and amazement. The diversity of marine life on display was truly remarkable, from graceful penguins to adorable sea otters. The exhibits were thoughtfully designed, providing both education and entertainment. The knowledgeable and friendly staff added an extra layer of excitement, sharing interesting facts and answering questions with enthusiasm. The interactive displays and shows were a definite highlight, with the sea lion show being particularly mesmerizing. I appreciated the aquarium's dedication to conservation and environmental awareness, as well as their efforts in promoting marine research. The Vancouver Aquarium offers an unforgettable experience that instills a deep appreciation for our oceans and the need to protect them. Whether you're visiting with family or exploring solo, I highly recommend a visit to this incredible institution.

The otters are my favorite marine animals. I loved seeing that there is at least one animal of every specie that’s rescued and follows the protocol to then be released back to nature or possible and if not, they are still well taken care of.

A great place for family outing! I went there on a weekday so there was no queue at all. I bought the tickets right on the spot.
Inside, there are a lot of variety of animals, not just marine animals but also birds and tortoises. One thing that i like about this aquarium is thst they have an elevated platform so that kids are able to see the fishes from up close as some of the aquariums has high walls.
They also have some jellyfishes which i think is very mesmerizing!

Wow, this place in amazing. It says online that you will take about 90 minutes - 2 hours to see everything but it will take you at least 3 hours and you will enjoy every second of it.
They have daily attractions such as snake display, feeding and training seals and sea lions, 4D Cinema, a Wet Lab and others you don't want to miss.
The aquariums and other animal displays are made with such attention to detail you really feel like you're inside it. Some have water until eye level and then what would the habitat look like not just under but above water level too. Beautiful!
The staff is very skillful and helpful, and they will kindly answer your questions when you ask.
It is a very clean environment and even being full of animals, it doesn't smell like. Everything is impeccable.
For kids: it is a really nice place to take kids of all ages, they seem to be almost hypnotized by the animals and there are some very cool and simple explanations in every display, so they can read for themselves, learn and don't have to ask you every single thing.
It is a highly recommended tour whether you're a tourist in Vancouver or if you live in Vancouver.
Do not miss it, you won't regret it.

I expected it to be much better now that it's no longer Canadian owned. They are doing some renovations so areas are closed. The gift shop has improved a lot since previous owners. That being said it's pretty expensive but if you have a membership pass you get a small discount, it helps.
Additional the price per person is on the high side for what you get to do and do. I highly recommend going on a week day when kids are in school and not on Easter long weekend. It was a zoo in there with zero manners and zero respect for those around them.
I'm going to say it.... I went during covid and it was way better, more organized and civilized.
It's a beautiful facility but highly overrated. Something to do on a rainy day. Gone are the days of the mighty aquarium, but times have changed.
Would we go again, probably because we are in the city a lot.
The grounds are beautiful with a lot of walking trails. If you like the outdoors this is a nice quiet place to have a day wondering trails.
Parking is a nightmare! We had to circle the grounds for 20 minutes before we found a spot, there are pay kiosks in several locations. Yes it's paid parking and they patrol and ticket people.
I highly recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time.
Take away: expensive and small.

I absolutely love aquariums due to the love that I have for marine life. With that being said, now my 2 year old has also grown a love for marine life as well. We have been to other aquarium's and Vancouver's is still a lovely spot to visit to learn about the aquatic species along the BC coast. There are some interactive experiences like the 4D theatre or the wet lab where you can dip your hands and engage with daily enrichment activities with some animals. Plus they have various exhibits that are marvellous to explore. I know price can be quite expensive but to see my child's amazement on these spectacular creatures in person was priceless.

It’s had to be critical of the Vancouver Aquarium, so much of what they do here is behind the scenes and they do so much for the marine environment, however it has changed so much since COVID.
The porpoises and beluga’s were dearly missed but glad they didn’t replace them just to have them.
We visited on a Monday and it was packed! Parking was brutal, and it took over 45min from entering Stanley park, to ‘crawl’ up to the parking area.
The staff at the concession were friendly, and happy to help, but were very overwhelmed. We ordered hot chocolates and the machine ran out of powder, so we had to go back to ask to make us new ones, which they did without hesitation, however while there waiting, all off the milk, cream, ketchup, napkins were empty.
There were countless staff members inside helping / guiding visitors on the attractions which made learning a lot easier - all of them were delightful and great ambassadors for the aquarium.
The 4D more was a nice treat and very glad it’s included, the young lady leading this was very good at her job, and even though she gives the same speech every half hour she was enthusiastic!
The entrance fees are steep, and at this price I’m not sure if we will come back anytime soon, but glad we got to experience it. The missing animals left a void that was very noticeable but the aquarium is still a must visit place for any family.

First time here after they re-opened after pandemic. It’s kinda sad that no longer have any whales, dolphins, penguins and octopus. Kids were still excited watching 4D shark show. They were also happy seeing the electric-eel swimming(went there a few times before the electric-eel was always sleeping), shark, walruses, sea lions, seals and piranha in rain forest area. Surprisingly we have sloth now!
We purchased one year membership for 2 adult + 2 children because we plan to go again soon. It is still a good place to go with kids to explore with ocean animals.

I love aquariums and this one justifies its steep entry fee with a diverse range of aquatic life in large, clean exhibits. I can't pick just one highlight: the jellyfish, the unique turtles, the absolutely massive anaconda, or the precious harbor seal the zoo rehabilitated from a devastating injury. Top-notch attraction. A must-visit in my book.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at the aquarium. I came as a solo adult during a weekday. It was a good time to go to avoid major crowds and lots of strollers.
They have lots of interesting animals and exhibits to view. The wet lab was very cool. It was hands on where you had staff available to answer questions about sea urchins/starfish.
They also have a movie theatre which I did not partake in, but they were showing ocean episodes of Planet Earth. The seals, sea lions and otters were also very fun to watch!

Great place, very educational.
The rescue and research sections are doing an amazing job in and out of the aquarium itself.
Interesting display about the micro plastics.
What is extremely weird and incoherent is that most garments in the aquarium store are precisely from those fibers that are described in the micro plastics display as being extremely bad for the environment.

We didn't buy a ticket when we went on a Thursday afternoon but we were still able to get tickets without any wait.
Once we were in there was a photo booth we avoided but I'm sure it would be great for anyone wanting to have a nostalgic photo. Otherwise, all of the fish exhibits and aquatic animals were great!

The Vancouver Aquarium holds a special place in my heart, serving as more than just an attraction; it's a sanctuary that offers solace and tranquility. Throughout the years, it has become one of my most treasured safe spaces, a reliable haven where I can immerse myself in the beauty and calm of marine life. Even during the busiest times, such as the Family Day weekend, the aquarium has consistently exceeded my expectations, providing a serene and engaging experience amidst the hustle and bustle of holiday crowds.
The meticulously curated exhibits, showcasing a diverse array of marine ecosystems, offer a window into the underwater world that is both educational and mesmerizing. The gentle hum of the tanks and the soft, ambient lighting create a soothing atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. Each visit renews my sense of wonder and deepens my appreciation for the ocean's inhabitants, from the majestic to the microscopic.
What truly enhances the experience is the staff's unwavering commitment to excellence. Their passion for marine conservation and visitor education is evident in every interaction, from informative presentations to the thoughtful layout of the exhibits. Their dedication ensures that every guest, regardless of age or background, leaves with a greater understanding of and respect for marine life.
On Family Day weekend, despite the expected crowds, the aquarium managed to maintain its peaceful ambiance, allowing me and many others to enjoy the exhibits without feeling overwhelmed. The staff handled the influx of visitors with grace and efficiency, ensuring that everyone had a pleasant experience.
I am immensely grateful for the Vancouver Aquarium and its role as a beacon of calm and joy in my life. It's a place where I can momentarily set aside the stresses of the outside world and reconnect with the natural beauty that lies beneath the waves. I highly recommend the Vancouver Aquarium to anyone looking for an enriching, peaceful escape into the wonders of the aquatic world.

There was a wide variety of animals to check out at the aquarium which was nice but it was quite busy so you couldn’t view a lot of them up close. The price to go through is very high compared to other aquariums we have been to. There was a neat interaction with a snake that the kids enjoyed. The gift shop was well stocked and didn’t seem to be over priced for what you were buying. I do not think that I would go back here for the price though.

A kaleidoscope of marine biodiversity. The aquarium is home to over 70,000 creatures and the way the aquarium showcases different marine environment from around the world is amazing.
Through interactive displays, engaging talks, and behind-the-scenes tours, we gained insights into the lives of marine creatures and the importance of conservation. It’s a reminder of the delicate balance of marine ecosystems and the role each of us plays in preserving them.
My favorite things were the 4D theatre, the otters, the sea lions, and learning about these animals and what we can all do to help them. This was my second visit to the aquarium and I will return many more times I’m sure.

Our visit to the Vancouver Aquarium was a highlight of our trip to the city. The walk to Stanley Park was nice, and purchasing tickets in advance spared us from waiting at the entrance. Once inside, we navigated the facility's various sections with ease, exploring both upstairs, downstairs and outside.
While the experience was enjoyable overall, my main gripe was the lack of control over unruly children and other visitors lounging about blocking exhibits. A bit more courtesy and respect for others would have enhanced the atmosphere.
On a positive note, all staff members we encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. We particularly appreciated the opportunity to see rescued animals like sea lions, otters, and seals, which underscored the aquarium's conservation efforts.
The 4D show was a fun addition, offering an immersive experience—sitting in the middle provided the best view. Despite a section being closed for renovation, we found more than enough to keep us engaged during our visit, spending nearly two and a half hours exploring and reading through informative signage.
As expected, concessions and the gift shop were on the pricey side, but we opted for window shopping rather than indulging.
All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to return to the Vancouver Aquarium.
Stanley Park is Vancouver's largest urban park, covering over 1,000 acres and offering a diverse landscape of untamed rainforest and planned parkland. It features beaches, trails, family attractions, and a picturesque seawall that surrounds most of the park. Established in 1888, it has become synonymous with the city itself. The park is home to the renowned Vancouver Aquarium and offers stunning views as well as activities such as walking, biking, and rollerblading along the seawall.
Stanley Park really has the best scenery in Vancouver and quite spacious. It’s well kept and had a lot of things to check out especially as a tourist. It was quite quiet during the time I went (around 6pm). There is a lot of walking to get around however, it’s worth the long walks for these amazing views of nature.
There are a lot of paid parking spots around the area and the fee isn’t too bad for a short 1 or 2 hr visit. I highly recommend visiting Stanley Park!

Stanley park is amazing! The views of the water are visually stunning! The path is pretty clean and there is space for both cyclists and pedestrians. The wall around the entire park will take a very long time but I highly recommend walking the path rather than taking a bicycle to truly get to capture the beauty of the park. There are tons of places to sit, take pictures, and a couple beaches on the side as well!

Absolutely stunning. I love beautiful bush and amount of wildlife so close to you. The totem area was awesome and the city view breath taking. There is an electric bus that takes you around the park and also a horse cart. The miniature railway is under a rebuild. The grounds are so well kept. Parking is amazing there is so much parking for people to use.

Beautiful, serene place with a little bit for everyone. Beach, playgrounds, good for biking, walking and jogging. Lots of wildlife and fauna and flora. There are bikes you could rent. Ample paid parking all around and Tennis courts. The trees are beautiful.

So many interesting spots to visit within the park. Bike paths throughout the park. Recommend taking chairs, snacks, and drinks. Bathrooms are available next to souvenirs/ coffee shop. At least 2-4 hours exploring the area.

It is an amazing place to spend time in a beautiful natural place. It is perfect for biking, jogging and walking. Parking places are available though we took the bus which was easier. It is a full day visit if you plan to see the aquarium

So many different ways to experience this park. There was the seawall that went on forever, views of the city skyline across the water, old growth trees, replicas of several First Nations carved poles retelling their history, walking trails, bike paths, sports activities, restaurants, and more.
This is such a wonderful park. I really wish I had more time to enjoy all that it has to offer before flying out. Highly recommend!

One of the most beautiful parks I've ever seen. The park is huge and very pretty especially during autumn as you can see the leaves starting to turn yellowish and reddish. It's a really nice place to have picnics as they have a lot of benches all around the park.
I rented a bicycle at Spokes and cycled a whole round around the park. I stopped midway to visit the aquarium so the total trip took around 8 hours (including the occasional stops to take pics).

Stanley park is one spot to do lots of fun activities with family/friends or to relax in the sun or to trail along the forest patch of beautiful tall trees. It is better to put layers on non-sunny days.
Riding cycles is also a great option.
In March end, the park was glowing beautifully with all the cherry blossoms and it attracted alot of crowd.
The scenery of the harbour is also a great surprise to look at.

A must see area if you’re visiting Vancouver like we were. Amazing views of the city, mountains and lions gate bridge. The seawall is definitely the best part to walk, jog or run. Enjoyed the beautiful, peaceful and pleasant walk along the seawall from Coal Harbour to English Bay. Nice views all around. You get a good view of Canada Place, Downtown Vancouver, Lions Gate Bridge.
A walk along the sea wall brings you to a lighthouse, an old canon and the girl in a wet suit statue. The totem pole display is beautiful and again a must-see area.
We visited the park in December Christmas time. Would love to come back for a visit in summer or fall to do hiking, biking, exploring beaches and trails the park offers. :)

Absolutely wonderful park, my family and I had a blast walking around and looking at the beautiful Vancouver skyline. I enjoyed the walk along the perimeter of the park along the water, and saw my first ever floating Chevron on the harbor! Cool totem poles, walkway, garden, geocaches, tree trunk arch, statues, informational signs, and views. The atmosphere was wonderful, with lots of families and people walking around and enjoying the wonderful Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend visiting this park if you’re in the Vancouver area!

What a wonderful place for a walk or riding a bicycle. So many interesting points to take some pictures.📸 2 beaches⛱️, 1 swimming pool next to the water💧at the second beach, third beach is my best place for a quiet lunch. There are some bicycle paths in the wood not to be missed. Big big trees.🌳 We saw a eagle, a seal, different kinds of birds.🐦 Don't missed the giant historical old tree for a picture.
A must park to visit!!💖

Beautiful park, you could literally spend hours here just enjoying the nature and it’s sounds.. I highly suggest walking through the park trails instead of the seawall or the road.
Tall trees, critters, mushrooms and more. There’s so many fun finds here if nature is your jam. But please wear proper shoes and make sure to you take breaks cause some of those inclines are no joke!!

Loved it here. We rented bikes and spent the whole day exploring. Lots of great views of the city and the water. Riding under bridges. A couple designated beach areas. A brewery at one end. Would 100% recommend anyone take the time to explore if you can.

I accompanied my husband on his business trip and decided to visit this park while he was working. I was pleased at how accessible it was from our hotel. I decided to walk along the sea wall the views were fantastic. Ships and sea planes were constantly coming and going. Plenty of birds, ducks and gulls as well as a seal lion sightings. I veered off the paved path and was rewarded with a flock of wood ducks swimming in a small lagoon. Cranes and shore bird were also hanging out there. Just an incredibly beautiful spot for bird watching. Walked back and checked out the totem poles on the way out of the park. I only wish I was staying longer, as I'd love to rent a bike to cover more of the area.

Stanley Park is one of the most beautiful parks I’ve ever seen! My 9 year old and I walked the entire sea wall and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We saw little crabs, harbour seals, sea birds, and tons of shells along the way. The city views are beautiful, and the way they transition into mountainous and ocean views is breathtaking. There are multiple beaches and a concession stand where we stopped for ice cream. The rhododendron garden is also worth a visit if you love flowers and plants. Definitely recommend visiting if you’re in Vancouver!

As a family of six with four young kids, visiting Stanley Park in Vancouver was a good experience. The park's green spaces provided the perfect playground for our energetic crew, and the views of the ocean and mountains were impressive. Walking arounf was enjoyable, with plenty of space for everyone to run and explore. The kids enjoyed the playgrounds, and we even saw a movie/commercial / TV show being filmed. While it might not be a "must-visit" for everyone, for our family, it was a fantastic day out in nature.

Excellent park, great walk to and from our hotel across the harbor. Would love to rent bikes and explore. Great stops along the way the totem poles, lighthouse and more. A little windy at times but to be expected on the water. The aquarium was our destination. FYI small cafe and bathrooms near the totem pole park if you need a stop. Would love to visit in the nice weather!

Stanley Park is a great place to hang out in Vancouver. The park has so many things to do we tried the Park Tour in a Buggy ride, a bit pricey but wonderful. Walking the Seawall or just wandering though the park is a great idea

This park is massive! There is really so much to do here that you could probably do several visits before finishing its entierty. The park itself is beautiful and the variety or trees and flower gardens is great. If you're staying in downtown, it's central and easy to get to. We took the horse-drawn carriage and enjoyed the interactive tour, but we really only made a small dent. There are an abundance of different paths to take, and many people enjoy biking through the park. Highly recommend a visit.
Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is a renowned tourist destination in Vancouver, offering visitors the opportunity to experience British Columbia's natural beauty. The park features a 137-meter-long treetop bridge that provides breathtaking views of the forest below. This adventure-filled park also includes the Treetops Adventure, an easy hike along surrounding trails, and a visit to Capilano River Hatchery where one can witness salmon jumping upstream.
Went for the Love Lights, and it was so beautiful!!!! Lights were even on during the day, but it is more magical at night. Parking is across the street from entrance, was $6 for 3hrs. Went around 4pm so we could experience the lights during the day and night sky. It was a weekday, so wasn't very busy and we had great photos without people in the background. It was chilly at first but with all the walking you warm up really fast. Super romantic yet family friendly. Totally worth it go to especially if you're a BC resident so you get an annual pass for the price of one visit. My only wish is that it stayed open longer because once the sky gets dark around 5pm we only had 1 hr to enjoy the lights since it closed at 6pm. We spent 2 hrs there, got to see everything, but I wish we stayed longer. Overall, TOTALLY WORTH IT TO GO!!!

I think this park would be most enjoyed by families with adventurous kids or adults that are excited by heights.
Being neither, we found the enjoyment that we got from the park to be a bit unworthy of the cost.
The main feature, the suspension bridge, is very cool. I liked learning about it and traversing it a few times back and forth. But that bridge is simply not worth the $66 (CAD) adult ticket. And the other additions to the park (the cliff walk, the treetop adventure, and the neat birds) didn't quite make up the difference for us either.
Especially when you can find a suspension bridge (that is not quite as high or as long) a short drive away at Lynn Creek Canyon for free.
So again, I think for families with kids, this would probably be a really fun way to spend an afternoon. Do keep in mind that everything cool in the park requires you to cross the 270ft/70m high bridge that moves with every step someone makes. So if your kid (or you for that matter) can't make it over the bridge, then you can't access any of the other park features except the cliff walk, the gift shop, and the restaurants.
As an additional note, we were there while the special Halloween decorations were up and we really loved that addition. We also saw that a Christmas light display would be following it. This DID add to the value for us and I would recommend that other try to time their visits to the park with some thing special like that.
Andrew Bateman — Google review
This was a great park, just large enough to go through with kids in tow without tiring them out too much. I could see how weekends might be really busy and I would probably opt for weekday if you can to really enjoy the views it is a hefty priced ticket so you want to make sure you get max value. I will say this park is not for anyone that has a fear of heights - there is a suspension bridge with quite a bit of movement even with minimal people on the bridge - it is a good distance to the other side so please be aware. That being said the views from
The various bridges, the birds of prey, totem poles all made it pretty interesting and worthwhile for us.

We had an amazing and rainy visit to the suspension bridge and park! Our girls loved the explorer program and the views were breathtaking. We ate lunch at the cliff side restaurant, walked all of the trails including the cliff walk. So amazing. Even the gift shop was great!
Jeremy Ferman — Google review
All I can say is "wow!" They did an amazing job creating this aerial park which has no steep slopes at all. The gift shop was also amazing, which had various unique souvenirs, as well as collectible art pieces. The ticket price includes a shuttle ride from Canada Place at the Waterfront. Pictures don't do it justice; it really must be appreciated in person. I would highly recommend going early in the morning when there are fewer people for good photo ops.

This is such a fun and must-see place to go! Even when it's a little wet, it's a lot of fun. There is food available there, you can easily spend a half-day exploring the different levels of this park. With lots of rest areas, it's a moderate climb, but still totally doable if you're working on your fitness journey.
I definitely recommend going earlier, before 11am as it definitely starts to get busy after that. I really appreciated the free, year-round shuttle, it really sold me on visiting.

Amazing park with a lot of beautiful nature and some historical facts as well. You get a great view of everything from all the different lookout points and everything is very walkable. Bridge is very strong, but does move a little bit when walking on it. We also really loved the gift shop and bought quite a few things there. We did everything in about 2 hours.

We decided to brave the cold snap in January and come to the Suspension Bridge. It was very quiet and nice to have lots of space to ourselves. The staff were very friendly, they had many heat stations set up and all the food vendors were still open. We had a blast and loved all the lights. They also do lights for Valentine’s Day if you don’t want to brave the cold. We can’t wait to come back in the summer. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Vancouver!

The winter lights were stunning!!! I had bought tickets in advance and was subsequently dreading going because the forecast was freezing cold weather. So so glad I bundled up and came. The bridge itself is gorgeous at night time but the rest of the park is something else! I loved the tree walk high above the ground. The lights were extraordinary. Even with lots of people on a sold out night, the park felt large enough to accommodate everyone outside distanced safely. The hot chocolate is a must try. Great family friendly activity

The trip to Capilano was beautiful and far exceeded our already high expectations. Free shuttle to and from the Hyatt downtown on a clean coach bus, beautiful 20min drive to the park. No wait to get in, not crowded, quite peaceful (we went on a Wed around 4pm, perfect time to avoid crowds and get the evening discount). I have never been to a park so clean, well constructed and finished so beautifully. The bridge itself is very cool, but the other add-on courses/trails were an extra bonus. There is a treetop bridge course, a pond trail, and a nature’s edge walk. All trails are wood-boarded so you don’t have to worry about mud/getting your shoes dirty. The views are spectacular, of the mountains, water below, and the vast forest surrounding. Very well done. As someone who is not a huge nature person, I absolutely loved the experience. Very much worth the trip, and you get a bang for your buck. One of my favourite things we did while in Vancouver. Thank you Capilano for an amazing time!

This park really is a must see in Vancouver. The price of admission is expensive but it is definitely with the money. The park is absolutely breathtaking. Everything is perfectly maintained and sparkling clean. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The forest is lush, peaceful and amazing. The long suspension bridge is very exciting to cross and there are several other shorter suspension bridges connected from tree to tree. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else. They also have a couple of cafe’s and a large gift shop. There is a covered pavilion and plenty of places to rest and relax along the trails. Most of the trails through the forest are beautiful wooden boardwalks. AMAZING! Parking lot is right across the street.

You can save $3.00 per ticket by purchasing the tickets on the website in advance.
Many people recommended visiting after dusk during the holiday season for the Christmas lights display. Reservation is recommended.
I did enjoy the less crowded scenery and able to walk around without the rush, long line, or the crowd and during the warmest time of the day. 😁😉
Suspension bridge, nature's edge and Cliff Walk were all amazing. Estimated time to walk through the park leisurely is about 2 hours for us.
There's a shuttle service to and from the park. Thankful 🥰😇🙏.

Visited in the spring and had a wonderful experience. We took the free shuttle from downtown Vancouver and enjoyed the ride up to the park. The views were spectacular and air felt clean and crisp. There were some interactive activities happening that day and there were many boards/signs displaying names and historical facts throughout the park. There are a range of paths to choose from, some harder than others. The bridge itself is an amazing experience to walk over. It does get busy so expect people to stop and take pictures. You will likely feel the bridge move or even sway. We had lots of fun and were able to finish everything in 2 hours before hopping back on the free shuttle. Oh, and we also received a certificate of completion on our way out. Highly recommend!

Good place to take the kids, not sure if adults would be very fascinated by this place. It's nice to look around, but there are better places to visit for the money we spend here. It's almost 67 bucks for an adult.
A one time visit would be recommended to learn about the rainforest ecosystem and see the beautiful gorges, also the time we visited the tree houses were shut down for maintenance :( so there was a 10% discount on the ticket.
The cliff walk was nice.
There are numerous cafes and washrooms are clean.

We loved this place. It’s like an outdoor theme park, with the suspension bridge as the highlight. We went a few months ago when the weather was great and had a nice time. The place is big and well laid out. While it’s big, there are still long lines and it can feel a little crowded. It’s very clean and the staff take care of the grounds and keep it tidy. There are lots of signs pointing attractions and things out as there’s an education here. They have a nice souvenir shop and the offer some food and drink too. While it’s a bit pricey, you can actually make a day of it. There is decent parking although that’s probably something that can be improved. I also totally recommend buying tickets in advance. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to people who are looking for something outdoorsy and fun to do.

This place is so cool and so wholesome, everyone should go here. The forest is beautiful, and the bridges, decks, and platforms are carefully curated to allow you to interact with the forest without being obtrusive. The main bridge is super cool, with just the right amount of bounce, but the Cliff Walk is where the real thrills are. And the Treetop Adventure is so enchanting, it's like being in an Ewok village. And the complementary shuttle literally from the door of our hotel streamlined the visit perfectly. Definitely go here. It's worth the trip.

Lovely place to enjoy the nature from the heights, the suspension bridge is nice experience, my kid enjoyed a lot walking on the bridge. We went yesterday, there were showers intermittently, however enjoyed the rain forest with rain. Walking on other wooden bridges also give you nice experience if you're visiting for the first time. Ticket price is on the higher side, visiting in the lights is worth the experience as well, in the entrance you can see the Totem poles, don't miss the board walk and photo frame view.

Great place! We took our time and spent a few hours here. The Treetops Adventure is worthy and manageable. It is an easy walk across short, stable suspended bridges (not wobbly). The Cliffwalk was scarier than the suspended bridge (in my opinion), but also very doable. Beautiful scenery. Educational opportunities (in writing and with guides) throughout. Would definitely go back.

Drove up from Seattle to see the lights. 2 1/2 hour drive and short 20 minutes to cross the border. Was WELL worth it! Went at 3:30 p.m. so as to walk around and see the lights at dusk. Park started filling up more after our arrival. Staff was very friendly, and paths are well marked. Highly recommend. The bridge does sway and bounce, so consider that if there are issues with walking. However, there are other paths within the woods that also provide fantastic views of the lights and surroundings.

The faculty were so nice and helped answer questions. The heat lamps and hot chocolate were a perfect halfway point to warm up in the rain. Nice place to spend time in the nature. Clean fresh air throughout just sitting here for an hour feels relaxing. The bridge itself is fine. Shakes quite a bit if there are more people. Walking on it is fine if you have confidence and don’t feel dizzy. There are quite a few small trails which can easily be covered in about an hour. There is a gift shop, eatery and clean bathrooms. Parking is on same street and costs about CAD $8 for 4 hours. Entrance fee is quite expensive though. But a must visit place if around Vancouver.

Great bonding experience!! This is a must-see place when you go to Vancouver.
The place is very accessible since there is a FREE Shuttle going to and from the Park. Could you believe that? All you have to do is enjoy the breathtaking view of the place. We went there when its raining but you could still enjoy everything.. There is a map of the place and suggestion on where to go first. The Suspension Bridge is the highlight of the place but the scene across the bridge is also as equally beautiful. There are safety precautions as well so no need to worry about anything.
There is also a some restaurants inside although only one was open when we went there, probably coz its not yet summer.
There are washrooms located around the park and adequate amount of parking slot are available as well but I suggest just avail the free shuttle as it will go directly to the place and there are stops along downtown and major streets so you won’t need to worry anything.
Online booking is also available but there are ticket booths available in the entrance as well. Don’t forget to mention that you are a BC residents as well as one could enjoy a year-long pass as long as you’re a BC Resident.
We will definitely go back here to experience again the magic..

Amazingly beautiful spot! There are different paths to walk, including the treetop route. The only drawback is that it is crowded, so at times you where basically waiting in line, but not everywhere. There is a lot of walking, stairs, and some long inclines, but there are areas that are flat, and easy to walk. As a fan of "Pysch", the TV show, it was an added bonus to see where an episode was filmed.

We visited during the Love Lights at 7pm. It wasn't super crowded. We took our time so that the main crowd could make their way through and we enjoy it with less people. I highly recommend visiting late. It was great enjoying the lights in peace.

I really enjoyed this place. The suspension bridge is very long and I walked inside the forest through suspension bridges with huge trees, each of which is more than half a meter in diameter. The distance to cross the forest is long and there are several places to rest, although some places require an adventure to cross. The weather was sunny and beautiful, the air was fresh and the services excellent, The admission rates online for adult ages 17-64 $54.95 and for senior 65+ $49.95 ,I highly recommend.

Grouse Mountain is a 1,200-meter mountain in British Columbia that offers various outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking. The summit of the mountain provides stunning panoramic views of Vancouver, including its downtown towers, Stanley Park, and Fraser Valley. Visitors can either ride the Skyride aerial tram or hike up to the peak to enjoy these spectacular vistas.
In one word, this beautiful place is worth every cent that you spent on the entrance. Everything is extraordinarily beautiful and you can enjoy the beautiful nature of Vancouver in this place.
There are several shows at the top of Grouse Mountain: Lumberjacks show, Birds show, and Grizzly Bears.
The lumberjack show is very fun and you will laugh a lot when you watch that. They are very professional and funny. Thanks to all three of them.
The birds show is amazing too, and you will see beautiful birds flying in between the audience and will learn a lot about them.
The Grizzly Bear show is interesting. You are very lucky to see this beautiful creator from a close distance.
As a visitor, I will go back to this gorgeous place if I have a chance to revisit Vancouver.

Went to grouse for a ski retreat for the first time this season. Overall it was a very nice experience and appears to have activities for the entire family including ice skating.
The lifts were almost all open and there were a few terrain parks for people to use. While it is certainly a small mountain with only 3-4 lifts it’s accessibility makes it very appealing. We were able to make it to the gondola ride with a smart car and all of our snow gear with no issue.
Only complaint is that their website is difficult to navigate and find lift ticket options and full pricing. I wish I would have know they had an evening lift ticket option available for 3PM-close access.

First time to this mountain. Rained the day before so was a bit slippery. Tram was also broken so not many people hiking. Great trail and they have like 2 versions, 1 is for the real hikers and the other is for the occasional hiker. They have the trail marked with fluorescent markers making it a bit easier to find your way in and out. Make sure you go with someone and that your phone is full of battery! Other than that I would definitely return and hike here again. I also recommend this mountain to those who like to hike as well to give it a try!

The sky ride is 85 dollars per adult or you can hike your way up which will take 2-3 hours and save up on the sky ride money only to go down.
The views are good, you get the whole Van city view and there are small trails at the top to while away time.
There is also an ice skating rink( which was unfortunately melting because of the time we went) and hay ride.
But if you're not a person who skis and wants views/ hikes please skip going here instead of spending lots of money during winter. Please go to Cypress lookout or sea to sky summit.
Also best to go in summer as they have other activities like zip lining, go to summit top for amaze max views, grizzly bear conservatory, wind mill and trails wouldn't be very slippery.
There are chalets, and numerous cafes. The washrooms are clean.

Beautiful mountain and facilities. I highly recommend having experiences of the winter sports here and Grouse has unique atmosphere.
My son used to have a camp when he has a school break. The camp instructors were nice and kids could meet their friends. I have experienced here only this winter, but I am planing to hike at Grouse in summer too.

Went with my family to spend the Sunday there. We enjoyed the whole experience. The lumberjack show was amazing and the views stunning. Very recommended.
You can even have a very nice picture take at the tower 7 that you can later on pay and collect at the Chalet.

We got to try the treetop rope adventure and it was a great activity for the whole family! Next time I would probably not wear the rings and take a pair of workout gloves to make it easy on hands. The bird show and the lumberjack show were pretty fun as well. At the end of the day, it was nice to catch the sun go down from the restaurant deck.

We went during the summer and it was a great little tourist attraction with grizzly bears - Grinder & Coola - a Lumberjack show, Indigenous music, and wild birds of prey.
Recommend planning to spend at least a few hours here. The longest queue was taking the gondola down the mountain so plan on leaving taking a little longer then you would expect.
Got lucky and saw a beautiful Raven in the parking lot too.
There is a shuttle that takes you from Canada Place to Grouse Mountain that runs about every 30-45 minutes. If you are staying around downtown, use the shuttle to your advantage.

Way too expensive for what you get.
Total of CA$185 for two adults, 3 hr parking, two 500ml waters.
For this you get two 8 minute gondola rides, packed like sardines, looking out of scratched windows, and a variety of activities up top. We saw a bird show which was very good and informative (showing 4 birds), saw the bears, took a ski lift ride to the top and watched some loggers do a skit.
If the whole thing was 20-30% cheaper, it would have felt like a great day out but at that price, I felt like I'd been swindled.
It was incredibly hot, smokey so you can't see that far, and lots of wasps which obviously isn't the fault of the people who put it on, be careful when planning for this and consider why you are going up there to figure it it's worth it.

Certainly not the cheapest activity in the Vancouver area, but it really is worth it. The gondola ticket gets you to the top of the mountain and then there are a number of excellent activities included in the ticket price, including birds of prey, a lumberjack show, ranger talks, an opportunity to see two rescued grizzly bears, and a 4-man chairlift to the summit for even more stunning views. We took a picnic up to the summit to avoid the wait (and, probably, cost) of buying food on the mountain. That said, there are a number of different places to grab lunch should you want to, as well as an ice cream stand, coffee bar, BeaverTails, etc..
Half a day is barely enough to see it all properly, and it could easily be a full day out. Note that, at peak times, you may need to wait to get both up and down the mountain on the gondola - we waited around an hour to get back down (from 16:00-17:00).
Overall, well worth a visit.

This fantastic elevated park is incredibly close to Vancouver, making it super convenient. My daughter had a blast exploring the mountains, especially when she saw grizzly bears for the first time. The gondola ride was also a standout, with top-notch quality and a remarkably smooth and quiet ride—much better than others we've tried elsewhere. It felt incredibly safe the whole way.
The staff at Grouse Mountain were wonderful. They were a bunch of friendly young folks who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend Grouse Mountain, especially in the summertime. It's a great place to have fun, engage in exciting activities, and soak in the stunning natural beauty.

Beautiful little mountain with a ton of different activities like skating and skiing snowboarding walking trails and zip lining. Definitely worth looking and booking online as there was quite a line up for passes when we went on a Friday and Saturday. The lift up the mountain is super quick and very beautiful views once you get to the top! Wear warm clothes and good boots as there is a lot of snow if you are doing the walking trails. They have it very well maintained and safe. Lots of kids and all ages.

We had our wedding in the Timber Room, and the staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. The cost was well worth it for all we received.
We had a medical emergency during our cocktail hour, and the staff were amazing during this unfortunate situation. They handled things with compassion and sensitivity and made a hard time a little easier.
The coordinator we worked with, Laura, was absolutely amazing. She responded to my questions and concerns effectively and quickly. She worked with us to help us have the wedding we wanted and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Logan was our bartender and was absolutely amazing. He was personable and went above and beyond with the guests. Several of my guests told me he was their favourite part of the evening.
The food was phenomenal and we also had guests comment that it was the best food they’d had at a wedding.
It was a wonderful experience and I’ll never forget it.

This is my first ski season, and Grouse mountain is one of my favorite local resorts. I like its location when other ski resorts are a little far. Not only the gas price is hella high, but also the drive is long if you push yourself hard. The crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. When there was not enough snow, they worked hard to ensure we could still enjoy with limited slopes. I won’t blame anyone for the snow condition even when it’s my first season. Some people hate their gondola due to loads, however, a new gondola will be running the next season (24/25)! Hopefully the parking issue can be silently solved as well.

Just great views, what more can I say?
The gondola ride to the top of the mountain was enjoyable. The facility at the top was peaceful. Highly recommended.

I don't always get the opportunity to visit attractions when I travel. I'm so glad that I took the opportunity to go up to this lovely area. Spectacular views overlooking Vancouver, and it's only a short drive. I love that they have numerous opportunities to "play" with skiing, ice skating, food and exploration.
It felt like such a privilege to go to the gondola to the top and lookout over Vancouver.

This place is really good during Christmas as they put up lighting and food for ice skaters(pro). As we went in a group and the family ticket was $119(limited offer) for 2 kids 2 adults we took that. We also have an ice skating rink for beginners and children. It would cost 10$ for skate rentals. Overall it's a good experience for the first timers and visit during snow time.

Not bad. Lots of activities to do, trails, skating, skiing, zip lining it’s just that zero visibility when we get there, such a thick fog and cloudy. Our first time going up grouse mountain and we will definitely going back there and looking forward to see more beauty of nature. We also get to see Owl in person with group of kids. They have clean tables in the cafeteria and good food though a bit expensive but its understandable. They have clean toilets too.

Wonderful experience. Originally, I expect that I will just view the whole city with little snow. By the end, I can walk through the whole trail covered with wide range of snow. My spouse and I enjoyed the whole afternoon. In the late evening, after the Christmas light has switched, the view is really amazing.

Nairn Falls Provincial Park is a vast provincial park spanning 170 hectares, featuring a mesmerizing waterfall, seasonal campground, hiking/biking trails and diverse wildlife. The park boasts well-maintained trails that take visitors through picturesque landscapes filled with rocks, trees and the beautiful Green River. One of the highlights of the park is Nairn Falls itself; an awe-inspiring waterfall consisting of several stages with pools in between and intriguing rock formations.
A beautiful walk to Nairn Falls, filled with rocks, trees and the beautiful Green River. This was a fairly easy hike, although some spots require careful maneuvering. The backside of the falls were almost even more intriguing and beautiful.

Nice well maintained park. We stopped here for one night while passing through. Our site backed on to the river and had a nice view on Mt. Currie. Park staff was helpful and we were able to buy firewood directly from them when they came to our site to check us in. We did the Nairn Falls hike before leaving in the morning which was a nice short hike (under an hour) that leads to a great viewpoint of the falls. Would recommend doing the hike if you are camping there.

Easy walk to the falls and the trail is pretty clear to follow. Would recommend closed toes even if it’s an easy hike, waterfalls were gorgeous! There are a couple of off the trail paths to get closer to the water close to the end of the trail. Plenty of parking spots on a Saturday past lunch. Looked like a nice spot for campers along the water.

Nice, easy/moderate walk to the falls. Last section to the falls is slippery if wet/icy but there is a handrail for support.
Beautiful scenery and foliage. We saw lots of ice hair and poor man's gumdrops along the trail. Perfect Christmas eve day stroll with family.
Free parking and well signed.

Georgios walk through pine forest (smells like Xmas trees from when I was a kid) to the falls. The rocks are a bit slippery, do take care and hold on to the railing/fence.

Just a short 1,,6 km walk from the parking alongside the wild Green River to the Falls!! Amazing views!! Be careful when considering this walk during rainy weather as it may be slippery especially near the Falls. We loved it!!

Pretty strong waterfalls in early April. Good easy hike to the falls in about 1.5 km. Friendly for beginners, families, kids, and pets on leash. Just remember to be careful near the waterfall.

Incredibly beautiful place to go camping, especially for first time goers. The individual campsites are large enough for big tents and vehicles, private enough and great views most of them, especially the ones by the river. There are toilets and drinking water available. What I also liked was that it was permanently patrolled by a park ranger who was also very nice and helpful if needed.

Interesting falls with evidences of geological formation change over the years, though the falls itself isnt too visible from the viewpoint.
The trail is easy 20 minutes walk (1.5km), and the energy you get from the falls area is surreal. Also, make sure to walk down to the creek along trail to take a break by the ice cold & turqoise colored water.
Parking can be limited on a weekend, but the turnover is pretty quick.
Youngsung Byun — Google review
Really good hike. A bit tougher to do with toddlers as yours have to carry them for 1.5 km.
The sound of the river gets louder as you get further into the hike. The waterfall itself may not be a "big payoff", but the whole hike, through the trees with the river roaring is worth it.

The falls are spectacular, with several stages, and pools in between, with rock formations to boot. The trail is well-maintained, and smooth. It would be accessible for many people, until the light scrambling on some of the rocks right at the end.

The Park is in a beautiful area of BC, following a scenic drive from Vancouver. The Park is surrounded by some fairly easy hikes and incredible views. The Falls are amazing.
With Park staff that are experienced, welcoming and friendly, this Park is great for out-of-province visits. The campsites were well suited for people looking to experience Beatiful BC for the first time.

Great spot to go. You can hike to the falls. You can hike around the One Mile Lake. Lot of birds in the woods and a river nearby. Hikes are not difficult. Easy trails with a lot of beautiful views. It is great to visit in the morning than in the evening. Parking is free and there is plenty of space for parking. If you can not find parking in the Nirn Falls entrance, there is another parking lot near One Mile Lake on the highway. The spot is tricky and hard to find, but it has a lot of parking space. You may need to walk all the way back if you stop there.

Great little hike to see a beautiful natural wonder nature. The trail is well maintained. It's no Shannon falls but I enjoyed the experience.

This is a terrific hike not to be missed. It's about 1.5km to the falls on an easy incline with a roaring river on your left the entire time. Try 2-3 hours prior to sunset to get the falls back lit by the setting sun. The volume of water is truly amazing and you see it twist and turn after the falls in the canyons . The hike back is slightly downhill and not technical. Great pit stop if you're in the area.

WOW! Great trail to the falls and so much to see along the wall. WEAR GOOD SHOES. Not much elevation gain at all but the path is somewhat narrow and rocky in some areas. About 2 miles round trip and totally worth it

Absolutely loved the place. Was worth the drive down from Vancouver, the trails are super easy to follow along, the waterfall view is amazing & the sound of waterfall just fills your heart with happiness. The place has nice views all along, has lot of parking & clean bathroom facilities. The trails however are bit narrow so exercise caution while walking.

It's a round trip of 3km, and the path is relatively easy to walk with a moderate slope. The last section of rocky road is slightly challenging. Along the way, you can see snow-capped mountains in the distance on the opposite side, which is very beautiful.

I needed free wifi access to sort some banking issues while travelling through Pemberton/Canada. I’m immensely grateful to have had access to the public library and wifi. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and clearly love working there. The library is a fantastic resource and I can only urge the local authorities and residents to support and look after it. Canada continues to impress.😊

Best staff Ever! Everyone who works at this location is so kind and helpful. It makes my day shine every time I waIk inside. Honestly I don’t know what I would do without this wonderful library to go to this winter with my 2 toddlers and or alone. It has been our main resource for Peaceful calm days, Fun, Community, happiness and awesome bedtime story reads. Thank you for being the best library.

Lovely library, but disappointing that in 2023 customers are being asked to leave the library because they’re talking. I took a 10 minute virtual meeting in the library and had no warning about my noise levels before a staff member asked me to leave because “we don’t do that here”. Stuff like this makes customers afraid to use library services.

We went for a group ride for 2HRS, 1 adult and 3 kids, our youngest was only 4yo :) Bob and Susan were so nice and provided her with special saddle :) Great experience for everyone! Horses are well trained and beautiful. Our guide was not very talkative and i really appreciated it, so we were able just enjoy our walk and nature around. The trail goes through the woods and bushes with a nice creek crossing (crossed twice on the way out and back). One huge thing: DO NOT FORGET a bug spray 😀

Lovely 2 hour outing, Bob took great care of us and the horses were absolute darlings! Definitely recommend.

This tour was just right - we were novices and now know more about riding and feeling a little more comfortable when in the saddle. The views from the trail are stunning. Our guide Hyder was friendly and great with kids and beginners.

Came back for another ride, this time with my group of friends to celebrate a birthday! Our guides were lovely and the horses are well trained, we felt very safe the whole way through. Our favourite part was crossing the creek. My only regret was not wearing bug spray (I should've known better!), but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed the two hour ride, it was a great way to celebrate and end off our weekend trip. Would love to come back in the winter!

My sisters and I chose this location for the scenery and the reviews. The team members are pretty nice to talk to, though on the phone for the booking the person sounded a little rude. As riders with little to no experience, I was disappointed we were assigned only 1 guide for a group of 4, I myself was a first time rider and I was not comfortable. When we arrived we asked to pay first but we’re asked to wait the end. We did not get informed about the duration which at our surprise was 2 hours. I would have appreciate having the choice according to my budget to decide for 1h ou 2h lesson. Payment is only cash or Interac. What if I am not prepared for o2h bill? We felt it was forced on us. Also my horse was very difficult to manage as it kept going on the grasse, then putting under trees and in bushes where I was scratched. I was doing my best to follow and half way through I was informed that they had to remove her leg iron because she didn’t like it so she is avoiding any rough surfaces ! Great experience but won’t go back to this location

A Great Ride. We took an afternoon ride that had a little of everything. We rode through town, popped onto a dusty horse trail, crossed the creek and went through a scenic forested area where we did "Bob's Loop". In the middle was the customary photo spot with mountains framing the background followed by a return trip.
The horses were well trained and of good temperament. Our guide was delightful and we were pleased to swap stories of barrel racing, bull riding and a fishing story that, despite the photos, sounded a little too good to be true! ; )

Best-in-class horseback riding experience. Suitable for beginners or intermediate riders. Highly suggested attraction when visiting Whistler or the surrounding area. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable.
We did the two hour ride. After signing waivers, they matched us with horses that suited each rider. After a short ride through the city, we took a scenic horse trail. The guide gave us the option to run the horses, which was exhilarating. At the midway point, we had a photo op highlighting the beautiful landscape and mountains. Near the end, we even crossed through a stream.
5/5 Experience at a great price. MUST VISIT!
