Decent tourist attraction to visit. They charge 65 pesos (~$3.25 USD) per person to enter over 1.2 meters in height ( basically over 8 yrs). Place is runned down but it's a local Hotspot. They have small cafes inside or you can bring your own food. They have lockers and showers to rinse off.
Richard Sanchez — Google review
The place is gorgeous the water highly healthy the nature amazing, employees are very kind and nice guys. The facilities are absolutely neglected showers and toilets are completely disastrous.
Alfred Bautbahn — Google review
The Mineral water is excellent for the skin. So far the place has been safe and nice. Prices are entry 3 USD and 5 for the private water massage Roman private baths. Very nice natural place.
Yohana Mantrana — Google review
Great place to relax. Unfortunately, they do not have the same water pressure as before the 2017 earthquake. Still a great place to make memories. Aggressive swimwear vendors in front by ticket booth slightly damage the experience. The ice cream lady that is sometimes in front by the exit is the greatest however.
Christopher Kreisel — Google review
The park is spacious, the pools are clean and there are a couple for all ages. However, since the last earthquake, the natural spring is just dropplets.

Simple and familiar, not an adventure water park. You can swim in the pool, bathe in sulfuric waters or chill in one of the green areas. Under reservation there are jacuzzis, dry and wet saunas and massages, and they aren't pricey. If you want to eat inside, there are small cafes and dinners, and they aren't expensive, but you can also BYO. Boost is sold inside, you can't bring it from outside.

This place was wonderful, I had a great adventure here, I’ll definitely come back here next time

Everything was ok, many of the life guard rescue team which shows their attention to their guests not like other water parks in Mexico, I'll visit it again!

Another hit from the Six Flags Family,
100% family orientated, plenty of green and palm trees, lots of launch chairs all over the park, some are free to use, and some other to be rented.
Wide variety of rides, either on your own or in groups of four.
They are few restaurants around the park and some snack places too.
You can buy your tickets on arrival, however, if you buy them via internet, they are considerably cheaper, and even better price from Monday to Thursday.
We have an amazing time with our family, everyone were very attentive, and it wasn't busy at all, we probably have to wait to get on a ride top 8 minutes.
Highly recommended, not far from Mexico city, very happy and definitely will come back to make more memories and have a blast.
ELENA Bass — Google review
It's big and fun, but also many faults. The lockers are not in the changing rooms, the door closes automatically which makes taking things in and out difficult, the more exciting stuff requires multiple people to go together, some rides are very slow. The Ixtapan waterpark is still the best I've been. And in Morelos, El Rollo is better.
Hilary L. Chow FRAS — Google review
We got there around 1:30 pm so we didn't get to do a whole lot but we still had a great afternoon. In the "lazy river" before anyone gets on a donut shaped raft, they sanitize them. I liked that. The park was very clean and well organized especially with the pandemic. Today was the first time my son and daughter, the youngest of my kids got to experience a Waterpark. Thank you for a great afternoon. This memory will last a lifetime. I recommend coming to this park when you visit Mexico City.
Felicia Garner — Google review
It was nice, sadly everything has a cost! To get a table and a couple of chairs to spare with my family, we had to pay for them... just wow. Pretty much a business in every single aspect...
Alex Peña — Google review
Nice and big place, a lot to do. I went on a Saturday during vacations and it wasn't as crowded as I'd expected, except for the Tornado where I did a 2h line (after that one all of the other ones seemed very short, 10 to 30min).
Some details:
1. Considering it opened like 2 months ago, there are many things that already look worn out, like the bottom of the lazy river.
2. There weren't enough chairs to seat and we saw people from Six Flags bringing in new ones, which made me think they may still have many things to finish up in the park, and since it was a tender they HAD to open before a certain date.
3. They were letting people with tubes go in the wave pool.. not very nice for those of us who wanted to swim and where being surrounded by many tubes.
I hope in a few months it'll be better and not worse.
Anyway... If I lived nearby, I'd definitely go often, being content with the wave pool, lazy river and some slides.
Angeline Viesca — Google review
Well... in Mexico I would expect such place to be a less expensive. Prices for food and beverages - wow! And also I expected a bit more - comparing to European aquaparks, this one is maybe bigger (in terms of ground) but in terms of slides and other attractions -- is not as good as others. Generally rather good place to spend day or even weekend, but be prepared to have to pay a lot for everythings. Business it's business.
The Archaeological Zone Tepozteco is home to the ruins of a small Aztec temple dedicated to Tepoztecatl, the god of harvest, fertility and pulque. The 10m-high pyramid is located at the end of a steep paved path and offers panoramic views of the valley below. Although closed since March 2020 due to the pandemic, visitors can still enjoy the natural beauty surrounding the site.
When are in the area you should not miss visiting this place. Less for it’s archeological aspect, but more as a fabulous hike that results in an amazing view. You need some level of fitness as you cover almost 400 meters in height on a short distance. They tell you it takes 20 minutes, but unless you are a mountain marathon person, this is a lie. Take water and take your time. You will be joined by passionate Mexican. Enjoy the hike!
Kiki Kuery — Google review
Beautiful!! But **heads up**you can't get to the very top. Enjoy the exercise, greenery, birds and lovely nature but don't expect the vistas seen in older pics back when things were open. Steps turn into stones but it isn't terribly strenuous. Take it easy on the way down. We went at dusk on a weekday and it was nearly empty!
Jess Ramsey — Google review
It's very good place to hike. From the entrance, the distance is 1.2km to the top but it would feel like 100km...because the road is very tough and climed. [Tips] The ticket booth is on the top and only cash available. The current price is 95pesos. And you should be careful when you go down, It is very slippery. The total round trip of time is 2 and half hours.
STERDAM — Google review
Crazy long hike to the top. It's a jungle so bring hiking gear food and water. But it's worth it once you get to the top. And try some ice cream in the little town. This town has lots to do. And plan on arriving early and leaving late. This is not a good hike for kids that are young. Bring lots of water and snacks. Remember to only drink bottle water as well. Check the weather because rain can cause flooding on the mountain. Also bring a portable charger.
Charlie A. — Google review
This is a tough walk which I believe a mile from bottom to top and with a 400M incline. It is well sign posted and it is steps all the way with some areas to stop and sit.
It can get busy so the earlier the better.
There is a 85 pesos charge which you pay right at the very top so don’t forget the cash.
Tough but once at the top the view is worth it.
I’m a good walker and reasonably fit and this took me 2.5 hours with around 20-30 minutes at the top.
james young — Google review
A beautiful place for a hike.
It takes 50 minutes or more to reach the top, the pyramid area.
Check the schedule to make sure you get there while still open. If you are planning on going by the end of the day, make sure you have enough time for the hike, resting time along the way and time to enjoy the view.
Visit the pyramid (right side) and also take time to explore the area to the left.
There is a fee you have to pay at the top, make sure you bring cash with you.
Arturo Garcia - Yoga — Google review
BEWARE the pyramid is closed since March 2020 due the pandemic. Some people were really disappointed when they got almost up. The walk is nice and the nature around beautiful.
Oldrich Studynka — Google review
Do not take easy on the distance of 400m on map. It will take you about an hour to reach the site. There is a small pyramid (like some kind of ritual place) on top of mountant with beautiful view down to the town. Bring water with you.
Quang Trinh Pham — Google review
It's a beautiful place for spending time, walking or anything if you like nature and aventure,
The way it's approximate 1 hour to up and 1 hour to donw, the sendero is closed at 4pm, take your precautions
Jacqueline Pteromys — Google review
It is incredible!! 😍 The INAH closes the access to the mountain at 4pm for the safety of the people, it is a shaded area and gets dark really fast. The rocks can be slippery when wet, but it is beautiful! Unfortunately I arrived a little after 4pm and wasn't able to climb to the top and take picture of the pyramid, but was lucky enough to take a picture of it from the town. Another day I'll climb that mountain!
Angie Torres — Google review
Very beautiful hike! It was definitely a tough climb up. It took us about 50 minutes to get to the top.
Be very careful on the rocks coming down, especially after it has rained. I slipped and fell down hard on my back. But otherwise, it was beautiful and worth it!
Berkeley Bryant — Google review
Hard level hike with awesome views. If you take it slow anyone can do it. It took us 1.5 to 2hrs to get to the top. Bring water. There are some people selling water/gaterorade, popsicles and small snacks at different points of the hike. Lots of shade and rocks. Enjoy!
Veder Garcia — Google review
Wow. Superb. I've found a hike that puts "the incline" in Manitou springs to the test. This is a tough hike! Absolutely beautiful though and completely worth getting to the temple at the top. Keep going! Bring a good amount of water and a hat. You will need 90 pesos per person to get up on the temple site itself (cash). There are not a lot of trash stations along the way so pack it in and out. There is a small bottle recycle by the pyramid. Make sure you crush your bottles before you discard them. The temple itself is small and has an interesting history. There was a live guide there for us. There is also a small archaeology site opposite the temple where some homes and buildings used to be. You can access that with the same fee you get for access to the temple. The hike will take a couple of hours up and down, plus however much time you need to explore and rest. There are A LOT of stairs. You've been warned. I don't recommend trying this without proper footwear and good traction.
Tyler Dixon — Google review
If all you are interested in is the hike, then be sure to visit, just not on a Sunday, as it is free and therefore very crowded.
If you are here for the ruins, first, don't visit on a Monday or Tuesday, as it's closed. Second, don't visit at all - after the arduous hike, the ruins were a bit of a disappointment. There are other, better, ruins to visit. Tula, Tajin, Cantona and Teotihuacan are a few off the top of my head that are far more interesting to visit.

Carretera Federal libre, Cuernavaca - Tepoztlan, 62520 Tepoztlán, Mor., Mexico
Zona Arqueológica Teopanzolco is an ancient settlement dating back to the 13th century, situated on a sloping stone platform. The site consists of ruined temples and has great historical significance. Unfortunately, it was closed for construction following an earthquake and access was restricted. Despite this setback, visitors can appreciate the size and grandeur of this archaeological marvel through photographs. The area would be perfect for families, friends or children to come explore and learn about its rich history.
Nice area to stroll around when the weather is nice. Due to an earthquake, you're not allowed to climb or entire the main pyramid.
Mike X — Google review
Interesting sight but for it's size and the fact that it's in the middle of town it should probably be free. The guards at the lookout where also extremely rude (not at the main INAH gate).
Carlos Rosado — Google review
It was closed for construction due to the earthquake. I didn’t get to go climb on it. Took couple of pictures that I was here and it would’ve been great to experience it. The place is pretty big and cool. Great for family, friends, kids to come enjoy this historic site.
Sy Xiong — Google review
There’s not much to see or learn here, it’s very limited. No access to the main monument, and I can’t believe they have installed rails and signs on top of it; complete disrespect to this ancient spiritual monument. They are also being uptight with the nonsensical disinfecting of feet and drying alcohol gel for hands on the way in. What is the point in vaccines when people carry on with this?? And since it’s during the dry season and the grass is too dried out and sharp to sit on. Look at it from the street and save yourself 85 pesos.

About 40 miles from Mexico City this is a very impressive site. The Aztecs revered tempo mayor and their ancestors. The Aztecs copied templo mayor here on a small scale including sculptures & the Spanish , in turn , destroyed large sections of the city centre. today it looks a bit battered. Most artifacts are in the museum's in Mexico city.

The Museum Regional Cuauhnáhuac, also known as Palacio de Cortés, is a popular attraction that showcases the fascinating history and culture of the local population. This historic museum used to be the residence of a famous conquistador and now houses murals painted by Diego Rivera. Although there aren't many artifacts on display, visitors can still learn a lot from this incredible architectural masterpiece.
Lot of history in this place. You get closer to the roots of the local population. Worth visiting if you are around.

Total disappointment when we found out the Palacio deCortez was closed. The tourist police said there was nobody to operate it, or it was being renovated, or some other excuse. Cuernavaca needs to do better.

The Robert Brady Museum in Cuernavaca is a fascinating destination that showcases a private collection of remarkable art, historical objects, and decor from various parts of the world. The museum is housed in an iconic structure called Casa de la Torre, which was once the home of American artist and collector Robert Brady. Visitors can appreciate the exquisite taste and rich cultural heritage of one individual as they admire the beautiful artifacts on display.

A another pint-sized, but mighty museum of Cuernavaca- The Robert Brady Museum houses Robert Brady’s enormous collection of art in a restored 16th century monastery. The collection includes an original Frida Kahlo self-portrait with a monkey and a Marsden Hartley painting of Popocatépetl.

Worthwhile place to visit with a interesting collection of art and artifacts. Nice home and gardens, but staff were not very friendly. I asked about the house but was told to look online.
Mike K. — Google review
Basically a walk through someone’s nice house, except he was an obsessive collector, with a Western Gaze and had a lust for things “exotic” and had the privilege and financial means to travel extensively and amass a great collection and build a nice house where he invited a lot of people who valued this kind of social currency. The place offers an intimate look at the space that eccentric Robert Brady inhabited + what a way to get a close up and wonder about the motivations he had and wonder about his life. Check it out and come see bathrooms and beds and a well-stocked kitchen and even more—a pool that no one uses anymore! He’d totally be sad about that. Dive in! It’s not just a dare, it’s a double dare!
Daniel Cuesta — Google review
It was 30 pesos to get in. It’s pretty cool to see his collections of art he bought and got over time in his life. His house is pretty big so each room have plenty to see and there’s still other places in the house that are not accessible so you’ll spend at least 30 minutes or more going through the house and looking at Robert’s collections. Definitely not kids friendly just for family, friends, couple to go enjoy.

Nice place to go for a walk. Unfortunately, the fountains weren't on. I was told that there used to be events held here to pay for upkeep so now the fountains are only on during the rainy season. Family water park with wave pools & hardcore freefall slides, plus tubing & a lazy river for kids.
El rollo what can I say about this place I've been going for years since I was to small to ride the big rides this is one of those places that your really just have to see and check out for yourself it's well worth it just make sure your kids are taller then 48in if not they still have plenty of rides for the little ones and two little water parks not far at all from all the action. One of my favorite rides is El racer you basically control the speed the harder you push off the faster you go and if you paid attention in science that's an advantage as you know when to pull up and drop your weight.
Aye yoo let's go — Google review
The river ride was the best! There is less stringent rules here and a lot more fun to be had! Unfortunately not everything was open and some things looked rundown.
I would encourage El Rollo to do a little more maintenance and upkeep and this place could be five stars.

This place is fun for your kids. Adults can enjoy the wave pool and the lazy river. The lazy river was fun, it deeper than usual and has waves which makes it fun. My family enjoyed it alot. We took food in so I did not try the restaurants inside.

It was a fun place. I just didn't like the fact that the water rides were only open at certain times and would be rotated every 2 hours. I wish all the rides were open at all times the park is open, and we get to choose which water slide to ride next.

It would be a 5 star if they had more inflatable tubes in all rides. Handles on tubes would come off. Expect to wait up to 40 minutes for some rides.

I visited El Rollo Parque Aquatico on January 26th. My family of 6 arrived around noon to rent a villa for the day which cost us 3,500 pesos or approximately $200 usd. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm and when we raised our concerns, we were told that they were looking into the problem. We waited 2 hours for the water to warm up and in that time the jacuzzi was checked 3 times. When we asked for a refund we were initially told that it was not possible because two hours had already lapsed, and that if we wanted a refund we should’ve asked for it when we first arrived at the villa. Instead they offered a 50% discount on our next visit, which needed to be by March 15th. That was not an option because I live in the U.S. and do not plan to come back to Mexico until next year. We insisted on receiving a full refund because they had us wait for the water to warm up, which it never did. In the end, they did issue us a full refund. We had to pay for the food and drinks we consumed in our short time there. I am very disappointed with our experience at El Rollo Parque Aquatico because I was told very good things about it and decided to visit while on vacation. They could’ve at least offered us free entry into the water park so we could enjoy what was left of the day, but unfortunately they didn’t. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did.

Very fun for all ages. They have many slides in all sizes. There is a really fun kids zone and even a toddler zone. I wish I had more pics of the slides. You can take your own food but certain things are not allowed inside the park for example glass, foam cups or plates, and speakers. Also if you take your own beer there's a fee you have to pay for each can you take into the park.

I would improve a little bit their logistics but the fact that I am back after skydiving with them makes all the things before that to be forgotten. The experience is incredible, I was a little afraid to do the jump but my instructor calm me and handled all the jump smoothly. Definitely an experience you should have at least once in your lifetime. Get there with at least half an hour before your appointment and be metalized to be at least 3 hrs more after you get scheduled for the jump. There are only beers, soft drinks, food and snacks for sale, so if you are looking for other drinks just be prepared yourself.
Milton Mora — Google review
The dive was amazing... my guide speaks English and he made the instructions very clear. I opted for 3rd person camera which cost 1350 pesos, worth it.. the diving video is of 90 sec long... But there were few more videos where they captured the flight take off, me preparing for the ride, how I felt before and after the dive...
Our flight took 6 clients (us) and 8(crew) members... Take off and watching your friends jump were the frightening things... Once you jump it's just the adrenaline rush on seeing the amazing view and the spins were awesome
(free fall spin - first 6sec,
initial mini parachute spin, you being horizontal to the earth trying to float - next 45sec,
finally the last spins with the parachute, you being vertical controling the parachute to have a perfect landing)…...
Try to take a slot which is afternoon or late morning.. the brighter the sky the better...
Also the place offers food and drinks.. they are affordable and the service is quick...

The best place in Mexico for skydiving. The divers are fully trained and safe. They speak both Spanish & English which helps expats living here. The best life thrilling experience is guaranteed.

Skydive Mexico is one of the best and literally the cheapest sky dive experience in the world. Its located at Emiliano Zapata 19, 62680 San José Vista Hermosa, Mor., Mexico and is 2 hours drive from Mexico city on the Acapulco road. The drive is smooth and depending upon the crowd you can complete everything in 3 hours. The divers are extremely experienced, very well behaved and fun to be with in the overall experience. Don't miss this if you are in Mexico. The place also offers souvenirs and light munches. Overall a memorable place.

Emiliano Zapata 19, 62680 San José Vista Hermosa, Mor., Mexico
Botanical garden with regionally themed sections, seasonal blooms & a restaurant.
Beautiful park and well maintained. The only thing is the cars that drive people around unless you have an older or handicap guest don't pay for is a waste of money. The restaurant wasn't great to busy and should have some one serving instead of everyone opening lids to see what was offered.
Marco Roman — Google review
Lovely gardens, staff is kind. My only recommendation is to rent transportation since the beginning as the weather is really hot. Meal at restaurant is high quality and very visual 👌. Don't forget to use a hat /humbrella and sunlight protector.
C. Resendiz — Google review
A very beautiful and well preserved collection of botanical gardens with the most typical styles from around the world. The place is quite big and it takes from 2 to 4 hours to walk across all the gardens and visit the open spaces that the place offer.
The entrance cost appear to be a little expensive but it's really worth it, it's almost like entering to an amusement park.
You can pay an additional amount (50 pesos at this time) to use the internal transport which I recommend if the weather is hot or if you are visiting the place with kids or elder people.
Food from the restaurants inside the park is really expensive and it's not that good, a lot of people were complaining about the taste of the dishes, beverages are not included in the buffet. For food I suggest to go to a nearby town, Tequesquitengo which is 10 minutes by car from the park where you can find much better food with much lower prices.

breathtaking gardens. wear comfortable shoes because lots of walking and beware it gets hot in the summer. Definitely do the shuttle for 50 pesos because this place is huge. But its amazing

The buffet has nothing for kids unless they eat Mexican food, only no burgers or chicken for kids . Then I got a bill that we paid and said pay . The waiter came back to tell us that we owe him 445 pesos because he didn't charge us correctly , even though his service really stinks . No refill in water , no checking back on your guest , just waiting for his tip without service. It's a great strategy ! 👍 Them we went to the park and 10min into the walk started to rain cats 🐈 and dogs🐕 . We had to leave due to the weather no rain check for you to come back because you couldn't see the place due to weather . They should have a policy if you come and can't enjoy the park for 2 Hours a least. You should get a return check for your next visit it will be the correct way to handle guests' complaints!

The place is nice, it is very well taken care of and you can see several plants. If you're into such well "groomed" gardens, this is the place for you. The WOW effect were the orchids and the cactuses. Easy to get to. You have to wear masks also outdoors. The buffet restaurant is nice, food is good. Drinks are not included.

Wonderful place to spend the day walking in magnificent gardens! Though a little bit expensive to get there, it was worth the trip! I will love to go back in another season of the year to enjoy the blooming of the different gardens!
I even enjoy an unexpected dance show from Veracruz state. Very, very good!
Bring your children! They will love discovering the different environments!

Fantastic experience. Incredibly interesting exhibits and some very colourful sights.
Everyone gets a free plant at the end of the visit, too, which is a bonus.

Km 129 de la Autopista México -Acapulco a la altura de Tequesquitengo, 62900 Tehuixtla, Mor., Mexico
This park offers tours of its gardens & impressive cave system, one of the largest in the world.
Coolest caves I've ever visited! The place is *massive*. Unfortunately they did not have English-speaking guides (which are mandatory). Would have been cool to have geological explanations for some of the crazy rock formations we saw.
Note it is very humid in there so you will likely be hot. In January, shorts and t-shirts still had you sweating a bit. Street footwear was sufficient.
Guillaume Labranche — Google review
Amazing natural caves with a 2km walking tour of two hours (1 km each way). The entrance fee is 100 mxn per person with additional cost for restrooms found both at the entrance of the park and midway through the caves. During the tour the guide will be explaining details and sharing interesting rock formations. The tour is through a well laid paved path without any significant climbing needed (the few areas have paved steps to go up). - Note that tourist must stay on the path at all times.
Overall a great experience and the reason for the 4 stars is the tour group size (probably over 100 people) which means it will be hard to listen to everything the guide says. - Note that private tours are available.
Edgar Mancera — Google review
A delightful creation of nature, striking in its scale and beauty. A magical place where you feel like you’ve accidentally visited the underground giant kings.
With all this, this place is perfectly equipped and even with children, traveling through it is safe and easy.
Unfortunately, I simply forgot to buy a permit for “professional filming,” so don’t blame me for the photo...
Andre Klimov — Google review
The tour guides are not by any means giving you an in depth scientific explanation. They mainly mention interestingly shaped structures but that's about it. With that being said, it's fascinating! Definitely worth the trip.
I suggest you take public transit or the buses that leave from the "Costa line" bus terminal. $44 pesos per person on those buses, the public transit doesn't pass by too often.
Don't be afraid to ask the locals for your best option in regards to getting there's majority of locals are very hospitable and honest!
Jose Loranca — Google review
Pictures do it no justice to this place. You will pay about 600 Mexican pesos on tolls if you decide to drive from México City to the caves. Plus another 100 pesos ~ $5.42 USD for the entrante and ~ $3.00 USD to park.
Shiriam Gutierrez — Google review
One of my favorite places to visit whenever I visiting my home country. The caves are breathtaking. And don't forget to grab a fresh coconut drink on the way out from the ladies at the stands! Mexico, te amo. Hasta la proxima!

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING!!!!
Seeing such a place from photos is absolutely NOTHING. One can never grasp the real feeling of that 85 million year old cave, the feeling what you get when you are walking there for 2 km, when the air gets thinner and thinner and you breath heavier and heavier. But the feeling is absolutely overwhelming. How small and insignificant one feels in that cave is absolutely unbelievable. It is a majestic and wonderful place to go to, an absolute must when you're in Mexico. The private guide is extra 400 pesos, but it is so worth it when you have your own tour guide for your own group.
Kai Kuusik-Greenbaum — Google review
Amazing, if you come to Guerrero Mx, you need to make time to visit!
Sayda Vera — Google review
It's huge! Prepararse for a long walk(2km one-way and you have to regresar via the same route)! But I think the feeling of walking inside the cave, especially on your way back with the silence and emptiness around you is an one-of-a-kind experience and unforgettable.
WEIMIN JIANG — Google review
Best national park tour available! The tour guides are not only informative and knowledgeable but sprinkle in family friendly humor throughout to keep it interesting. Be prepared though the trek is long but the guides constantly check in with the group to assess the overall stamina and give plenty of heads up as to how much longer the tour lasts. The views of the cavern are breathtaking as the guides really know how to keep you engaged throughout the tour.
Kevin Hernandez — Google review
Biggest and most extensive cave system I’ve ever been it, it did not disappoint. I also rode a zip line which was fun.
When you go in to buy your tickets you can also find fun excursions.
Robert Bryant — Google review
The caves are a sight to see, it is worth the trip, I have visited it several times.
There are some additional things to do around, but not that important
Warning:
1) the food on the small restaurants is expensive and not recommended, it's ok but not worth it.
2) the caves are hot and humid, and it's a long walk, make sure to have lots of water
3) they charge you for using the restroom, so bring change (coins)
4) it's hot outside, so if you brought a car, make sure to cover it, so it won't be too hot.
5) the road has a lot of curves so be careful or you will get dizzy
The trip inside takes about 2 hours, so get some snacks
Gilberto Ramirez — Google review
Wow! If you're reading this, stop, get in your car and go visit this place immediately! I've been to a lot of caves, including many wild caves. This one is just gobsmackingly astounding! The tour is 2 hours long. It's not as cool as some caves, and is very humid. Bring decent footwear; the walkway is good, but is wet in spots and can be a little slippery.
150 pesos for adult admission.
Michael Greer — Google review
It was a great experience with my family in Mexico to visit this amazing place. The reason for the 3 star is that every thing is so expensive to buy anything in here even a beer is 35 pesos like in the beach and you can't drink it anywhere you have to stay there in the business what is funny because in Mexico anyone drink anywhere even inside the car driving so what's the point

I gotta say, i wasn't to sure what to expect from this place since it's out in the middle of nowhere-svillle, but I'm glad I was able to experience this amazing ecological park and cave. We did this on our way Taxco, Guerrero; México.
The opens around 10-1030ish and there is a fee to park ($50 MXN, $1 USD). Just be prepared to get swarmed by vendors selling trinkets and what-not. It is the culture here, however I got used to it.
To get into the caves there are guided cave tours ($8 USD, $150 MXN per person). Our guide was excellent, she explained the history of explorers and how the cave came to be, the inhabitants of the cave (bats), and some science of the minerals of stalactites and stalagmites. She spoke enough English to explain some things as well.
There are also other activities like Ziplining where, instead of walking across the bridge to the cave, one can Zipline across which i think was $60 MXN.
This trail is about a 4 KM (2 mile-ish) walk in dimly lit terrain in a humid enclosed cave, so if you or someone in your party is not into that you're able to turn around. Also, there are about 100 steps towards the turn around. BE PREPARED WITH WATER!
Once done with the caves, thee are so many vendors selling coco frío, micheladas, and other excellent foods. We ended up at Fonda Mary that made excellent, fresh quesadillas, tacos dorados, and so many other delectable foods.
I highly recommend this experience if you're on the fence about doing it.
Family park with heated pools, extreme water slides, a wave pool & a spa, plus a pirate ship model.
It's amazing, really fun environment and very friendly. The hospitality is incredible with Hotels close by and very economic. Restaurants around the corner in front and all kinds of places to eat

It was a "when in Rome" experience, picture a packed public pool with really hot water. The water is murky brownish and honestly not the most attractive thing I've ever seen. But get your mind past that and go with it and it's a good place to relax, soak, get splashed by kids, and there is a cooler pool outside where you can get some 🌞.
I would definitely do it again.

I visited this place when I was a kid, so now it's all changed for good!
but good for the owners because of the price they charge on all it's different sites
and this happens in all the popular sites like
this, they never change for the people, they only change to make more profit!

A terrific family time at a great price.
If you go during the week, they don't lay on all the rides, but you only pay half the price you would with them all open. Our kids had a blast, except the one who was less than 130cm tall, and couldn't go on some of them.
Price was about £5.50 for an adult. Bargain. Pretty good state of repair for the place, free parking outside, lockers if you need them. Train takes you around the site so you can jump on and off where you need.

Please don't waste your money this place changed ownership and now is a joke. They charge big bucks for unprofessional work. The massage lady was 70 yrs old and couldn't do anything she spent 25 minutes massaging my feet. Take the little van bus or "combi" from the Zocalo (catch it right near the steps of Santa prisca) each Combi will have a number of destinations written on it, find the one with teleferico written on it.
The bus waits about 10 minutes in the zocalo and then takes off with a few stops on the way up the steep steep streets to the cable way. The cost is eight pesos and you don't have to pay until you get off if it's crowded. If it's not crowded and the driver the money at a convenient time for him.

Not only is it expensive for a 5 minutes ride to a hotel that is lucrative but you have to pay to come back down too. It's not a round trip and I'm sorry to say this, but the view is not that great from that side of town. I rather you go see The Statue of Chris, it has a better view of the town.

Santa Prisca de Taxco is a prominent landmark in the town, featuring a majestic and opulent baroque architecture dating back to 1758. The church's facade is the standout feature with its elaborate Churrigueresque belfries contrasting with the simple yet elegant nave. The rose-colored stone used on the facade adds to its exquisite beauty, while inside intricate sculptures and gold-covered altarpieces are equally fine specimens of Churrigueresque art.

Zocalo, Taxco is home to the stunning Santa Prisca Church, a religious building known for its Spanish colonial Baroque architecture and interior covered in gold. The area also offers affordable dining options and a cable car service with scenic views. Barra Vieja Beach, situated about an hour outside of Acapulco, is a serene and secluded beach known for its breathtaking landscape. Volveré a ir.

(Translated by Google) Quiet beach, it does not get crowded (at least not like Caleta, Majahua and Pto. Marquez), the waves are not so calm but the sea at a prudent distance is not that deep and many people go swimming and playing.
The sand is soft and it is very comfortable to sit or walk on the beach.
The restaurants are super good, many on the beach and the people are very friendly.
The only bad thing are the horse abusers exploiting their animals (as long as they don't work) but fortunately the people who come to this beach are more educated and do not condone the exploitation so the ATVs are more successful.
It is the beach with less garbage that we visit in Acapulco.

This chapel is breathtakingly beautiful. There isn't anything too complex about the architecture. It's simple yet stunning. The English translation is "Chapel of Peace" and it truly gives you a sense on peace as you sit inside the chapel. There isn't a particular religion associated with the chapel, everyone is welcome. The scenery around the church is beautiful, the palm trees, the view of the Bay and the property is well maintained as well.
There is no entrance fee to visit, however you can give a donation to one of the staff working at the facility.
I would definitely recommend a visit to this Chapel on your trip to Acapulco, Mexico.

The Acapulco Historical Museum, located in the pentagonal Fort San Diego built by the Spanish Empire in the 17th century, showcases 13 exhibition halls that comprehensively cover the city's history. The museum offers interesting displays in both Spanish and English on Acapulco's past as a vital port for trade with the Philippines, including information on galleons, cargo, and piracy.

La Quebrada is a well-known tourist attraction in Acapulco, featuring high oceanfront ledges that are famous for cliff-diving shows. Professional high divers perform daily shows for the public, diving 35 meters from the cliffs into the sea below. They must wait for the right moment and avoid serious injuries by timing their dives with incoming waves. The depth of water in the "Gulch" can vary depending on the waves but averages at 12 feet.
Climbing down the steps were scary and then up was a workout! But it was an amazing experience to see how the brave men dive into the waters. Please make sure to donate at the end. These men do an amazing job at making sure you enjoy the show!

The diving service and the banana, quite accessible. Arriving at La Roqueta, the view of the lighthouse is great, although the bad thing is that you cannot enter the lighthouse, but the view is worth the trip. The lovers' beach is beautiful, very private and quiet. On one side of the pier the sea is shallow and quite calm. I was able to swim to the buoys without problems and my children loved swimming on said beach without waves. The ideal is to bring your own food and drink, if you don't have much of a budget or if you want to save unnecessary expenses. I recommend arriving early, so you can explore everything without problems. It is also cheaper to buy tickets in Caleta, the boats have a round-trip service. The last one leaves approximately 5 pm. He asked 200 pesos per person for a 1 1/2 hour tour. Very interesting historical site. The are is easy to walk...keep in mind, there is some climbing up stairs. He moved fast, but always took time to answer questions. Irving is his name. Also watched a traditional dance with fire. Ate at the restaurant across the street....excellent food and very clean. I would happily give this 4 and 1/2 Stars if I could it's fabulous. The museum is small but nice, although the actual ruins have been very unfortunately 'airbrushed' in such a style that renders them spotless, crisp, bright....and extremely artificial, even garish.
Yes, it's incredibly interesting that ancient civilizations called this area home, traded w/the mighty Aztec empire, flourished in Pre Columbian times.
However, visiting other reputable ruins in Mexico will leave you wistful that the Mexican government decided to 'touch up' the zone in such an over the top manner.

Seems like a hidden site, very cool and interesting... only about 1/3 of the ruins are unburied...some of the land is private is why...hope in the future they can dig up and display the whole city..had a guide explain what everything was because it's all in spanish..

Seeing and being among such anchient places I find very enriching. The museum was nice and the guides were local people with a passion for the place and took time explaining things.

One must see place if you go to zihuatanejo, very ancient, full of uncovered places, and a nice explanation of a very different ball game, the guide Irvin , kind and full of knowledge

Incredible. Absolutely fascinating. Worth the effort and the guide was very good and knowledgeable. My family had a great time and I recommend this excursion to anyone interested in ancient Mexican culture.

Playa Larga in Zihuatanejo, Mexico is a lengthy and secluded sandy shoreline that exudes tranquility. It boasts powerful surf and tide pools, making it unsuitable for swimming. However, it offers an abundance of charming restaurants to choose from. This unspoiled beach stretches for about 2 miles and is often uncrowded. Marine life, including whales, can frequently be observed off the coast. Visitors should exercise caution if bringing small children due to the rough waves.
Many restaurants to choose from. The beach is indeed large. 2 miles long and mostly empty the times we have been there.

The beach itself its beautiful and the restaurants are awesome and friendly with great food. The day we went at end by the end of July the waves were very harsh and huge, we actually spent our time there on the restaurant's pool since it was safer for smaller children. I was afraid of them swimming on those huge waves.

excellent place, nice and quiet, clean beach, I had a great time last year, I was there with all my family and it was fun and awesome. The food wasn't too great, but I still recommend it to visit.

This is a beautiful beach, but when we went the waves were brutal. Be careful with small children

Beautiful beach but it is often windy and the ocean is often too rough to swim.

Playa Larga ("Long Beach") in Zihuatanejo, GRO, Mexico lives up to its name. Long, walkable, virtually empty, unspoiled beach with many small restaurants and a few rustic hotels and inns. Beach is not really for swimming due to strong waves and undertow. Whales and other marine life often spotted off shore.
