The feeling you get just being in the church and see all the testimonies of the miracles El Niño de Atocha has performed and see all the people that go like me its beautiful. I grew up knowing about him, my parents grew up in a town close by, Hacienda Nueva and my mom would always have an image or a statue of him. So to go and be there I felt very Bless and fortunate.

A peaceful place. Lots of little shops and good food. Is consider the third place in mexico because of the religious beliefs and nd visits.

I've been here many times and never had a bad experience. Yes, the church gets packed. Yes, there's a lot of people. I always like coming here early in the morning because you'll find room in the church and it's easier to walk in front to get your things blessed by the priest. The food is amazing anywhere you go and everyone is really nice.
If you are looking for something they will tell you where to find it. And if you're unsure of something they will help you out.
When I say "they" I mean anyone that works in the restaurants or shops.

You definitely have to stop by here, it’s a small museum but wow do they make it seem big. We were given a tour by one of the lovely young ladies working there. We were a party of 3 and yet she took the time to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable in her history.
The inside was amazinggg, they do seem to change some of the items inside every so often but they do have a mummy on display at all times. I took so many pictures and one item was limited to 1 picture per person but was definitely beautiful in person.

The Museo de Las Aves de México is an exceptional museum showcasing a diverse collection of Mexican bird specimens, accompanied by exhibits that delve into their natural habitats and conservation efforts. The displays are incredibly realistic, with some featuring actual live birds. The knowledgeable children's guides add to the overall educational experience. Additionally, the museum itself holds historical significance and boasts an exquisite ensemble. As one of Mexico's top ten museums, it exemplifies contemporary museography and even offers convenient parking.
It was really informative and fun! Full of history and represent the passion of one man. It has a very rare specimen, a White Peacock! It's must to visit place in Saltillo.
Hector De la Garza — Google review
Very nice museum, lots of things to see and learn. The content of the gallery in itself was plentiful. If you expect to see living birds, this may not be it (only had 3 living samples outdoors). Would strongly encourage you to pay a visit if you are in town.

Pedro Talavera — Google review
It Is impossible, not to extend a fantastic opinion in regards to this place. The exhibits are all life like, some of them are real life. Plus the kids guides are all very knowledgeable about the place. Not forgetting that the hall is in itself a very historic place you should ask for the ensemble... exquisite !!!
Homero Jimenez — Google review
This is the most impressive collection and commentary on birds in any country we have ever had the immense pleasure of visiting. If this was the only highlight of Saltillo, it would still be highly worthwhile to visit. The museum is utmost in professionalism, with interactive screens that provide information on the hundreds of birds. But the real highlight is how stuffed representatives of the birds are situated in simulated ecosystems. Even the rocks are made to look like the real thing. The birds are even given a semblance of character: some look out curiously, others aggressively, and others lovingly at their tiny offspring.
This museum is very highly recommended, for families, bird amateurs but also for avian experts. A splendid time is guaranteed for all.

It is a nice place to visit, has many information that is share with videos, text, pictures, etc.
ait is a long walk, it could be tiring for some people, but is very nice.
Also, at the end of the walk, you can buy some souvenirs.

In comparison to many other museums in other much advanced and bigger cities the visit is really well on advised. Not only is informative but fun too. The zoo part not a big one but the history museum is really nice.
I don't know much Spanish but there are audio guides in English.
The 3d experience is a fun thought but needs quality improvement.

It’s an amazing place to spend the day with family. It tells the history of Saltillo, has a dinosaur museum, small zoo, live animals, crystals and almost everything about Saltillo and Coahuila.
Shrinkhla ?Sam? — Google review
I love this museum, it has many things to discover from dinosaurs until real snakes! Like Cascabel and Python! 😍 Unfortunately I couldn't see the Gabon snake 🥲 only his skull but the next time I come to Saltillo I will visit it on weekdays!
I recommend you arrive early to see everything, eat something here and buy gifts for your friends and family!
Alejandro Moraless — Google review
Lovely experience full of history! The gentleman at the entrance is up to good standards to guide visitors and encourage them to visit each area of the museum. Locals pay a lower rate.

Very good natural history museum, lots of things to see for kids and adults. Loved the paleontology and minerals section of the museum. We had fun as a family.
The parking machine is not the most reliable and useful, it only takes small Mexican bills so you’re forced to go back and get change.
Juan Madrigal — Google review
Excellent way to spend the day! I was really blown away by the size and scope of this location: museum, green house, zoo, mercado, snack bar, and a dinosaur area. It was PACKED when we went, but it was a public holiday. I don’t know how it is on a normal weekend or weekday. They had an audio tour that was available in English and Spanish. This is a must see in Saltillo.

Excellent place to get away. The kids loved it and so did I. We went on a nice cool day and the animals were very active on the zoo part. The museum is a lot bigger than I thought and spent around 3-4 hours there. The place is very well maintained
Sergio Lara — Google review
Huge place and a must see if you are in the Saltillo area. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of this museum. While the main attraction seems to be fossil exhibits they have some history exhibits as well. The added bonus of a small zoo was surprising too. Very nice place overall, a bit crowded and lacks any real lunch options but other than that it’s a great place to visit.
Fernando Villagomez — Google review
I was not expecting such an amazing museum, I had doubts with the museum title and the day I went was about 90 degrees outside so I was not very thrilled about it but when I go there and I saw what it really was , I can definitely say everything was worth it , they have a lot to offer.
Mauricio Herndz — Google review
Beautifully designed and full of so much detail. I'm glad I took the time to bring the family out here to visit this museum. The place is bigger than it looks so bring snacks or visit the dining area inside. It took us almost 3 hours to walk through and enjoy it.

Plaza Real is a shopping destination offering limited activities. It primarily features apparel outlets, a cinema, an HEB supermarket, and a dining area with options like Chinese cuisine, Mexican dishes, seafood, and fast-food. Those seeking popular chain restaurants such as Applebee's or Carl's Jr. will be satisfied here. The supermarket stands out for its exceptional range of fresh products.
A very nice place to go shoping
Cristhian Damián Rodríguez Águila — Google review
There's no much to do there. Basically you'll just find some clothing stores, a movie theatre, an HEB, and a food court where you'll find Chinese food, Mexican food, sea food, and fast-food.
If you're looking for an Applebee's or a Carl's Jr. this is your place.

Planetarium Alfa is a popular science museum with interactive exhibits about planets and stars. The aviary is also a fun place to visit, and there is an IMAX theater for showings of movies with stunning visuals. The property is clean and the staff are friendly. Adults cost MX$120 per visit.
This is a must seen place if you are visiting Monterrey, the museum is great and there are many things to see, specially for kids.
There is an IMAX theater, a museum for kids where you you can see dinosaurs, interactive things to do and many other stuffs.
Also there are ducks and turkeys, they can be feeded and in some cases can be thought.
There are several open areas and also there is a place call the ' El jardín de la ciencia' or the ' science garden' where the kids can interact and learn many things related with phisics.

Originally this place was home of one of the most important business in Monterrey history, he gave this place as a donation for city culture, therefore seems to be privately administrated, the place is well kept, offers science games for kids, museum, a variety of exhibitions from science, art, history and of course the main thing, Cosmos, Universe, a huge Imax screen that makes you feel you are inside the film, films which are around 45 mins in style of Discovery or NatGeo. This place is a must and has been a seeder of culture for several generations. Offers indoors and outdoors attractions, cafe, souvenirs and a small zoo. Oh I almost forget, there is also an observatory with profesional powerful telescope.

Great place to visit for those interested in the planets and stars, but also for those that love peacocks. The birds are beautiful and there are many male and females on site. Several of the females were tending to their eggs or newly hatched chicks. Ducks with chicks were also fun to watch. There are good exhibits inside and out. Just inside the main building are saltwater fish tanks with and array of sea life. The planetarium show was on extreme weather and was interesting. Adequate restroom facilities. Clean property. Cost for adults is MX$120.

We stopped there after not being able to go up to the Grutas de García, since the cable car wasn’t working.
To our surprise Xenpal was very entertaining.
Our 4 year old niece had a lot of fun feeding the animals. The safari tour on our own car was also fun with a black lama’s face inside the car begging for carrots.
leebelulaz — Google review
It's ok. Don't go into the xafari, it's an extra cost, you risk your car (horrible terrain and horned animals) and you can see/find the same a imals that are inside the park. The park complex was ok. it's a mini zoo but you can pet and feed the animals, kids had fun .
Makkuro Law — Google review
Terrible for the animals. Does anyone that leaves these positive reviews even care one tiny bit about the animals there? The zebra in the barren enclosure, the camel forced to give people rides all day, the caged primates, etc..? Apparently not because it’s all about their fun for the day! Not the years of misery the animals endure. This is not their home, this is not a sanctuary, it’s a money making, profiting business. The animals are there to make that tourist money. Great job tourists! Go do something else on your vacation instead of contributing to the exploitation of animals. Please!
Devon Benton — Google review
This is a beautifully kept place where you get to see wildlife. It's fun, nurturing and the staff is quite knowledgeable and they walk you through the different areas of Xenpal. Awesome, modern, unique, and very American. Like the place is chicken and cute. It has different culinary options to choose from, as well as different stores, a VIP cinema, a grocery store, a Home Depot, and a church in the middle of the mall next to the restaurants area.

Pueblo serena is a super nice place if you are looking for different option for lunch or dinner. They have restaurants for every taste or craving you may have. I ended up ordering a torta ahogada and my wife had some enchiladas in the restaurant call Chapulina un the 2nd floor of the complex.
There’s is also a area at the center of the complex where kids can play and run around while the parents enjoy a nice talk after eating.

One of my favorite spots in Monterrey! It not only has a great selection of stores and delicious restaurants, but it’s petfriendly and allows to enter most stores (of course this depends on each store’s policy) either with a leash or carried, which is an A++++ from me! I love this place, the only downside is that it’s far from the city, but you can make a day out of it!

(Translated by Google) Very interesting experience discovering the petroglyphs. You will always find something interesting just a few steps away. You can cross the suspension bridge and reach a high point to see an impressive and silent area. If you dare, you can climb among the rocks but be very careful. Turn around and you will find another testimony of the past. Although the road at the end is not in good condition, it is worth driving carefully until you reach the place. A treasure of Nuevo León
