Museum is nice but it was difficult to enjoy it because of indiscreet security guard. I understand that we the only visitors and his job is to observe us but that doesn't mean that he needs to be 2 meters away from us during the whole our visit. It was very unpleasant.

The Casa Chihuahua Centro de Patrimonio Cultural is a historic building that has been repurposed as a cultural center featuring various exhibits, including one about the history and culture of Chihuahua state. The building has served many purposes over the years, such as being a mint, a monastery, and even a military hospital. There's a pair of wings stand in the middle of the boulevard, right in front of the museum, I believe that explains it all about how much Mexican value "freedom" and probably "imagination".
The basement of museum demonstrates the history of this building, was first built as a church, and then a hospital, and once Father Miguel Hidalgo was prisoned here at a tiny little cell. And now as the core museum of Chihuahua city.
There's a exhibition of David Alfaro Sequerios, one of the activists of Mexican wall painting civil activity back in early 20th century, which they campaign their proactivity through paintings on the wall, as a way of propaganda, you can definitely get their messages from one or more displays art works.

The Museo Histórico de la Revolución in Leon, Nicaragua offers a comprehensive overview of the Nicaraguan revolutionaries who fought against the Somoza dictatorship. It covers national history from the 1972 earthquake to the Sandinista overthrow. Former revolutionaries serve as guides, providing firsthand accounts of their roles in the conflict. The museum is located in a residential suburb and was once home to General Francisco Pancho Villa, a key figure in the Mexican revolution.

The Museo de la Lealtad Republicana Casa Juárez is a historic building that served as the residence and government headquarters of President Benito Juárez during the years 1864-66, when Mexico was under French-backed rule. After the defeat of the Second Mexican Empire, Juárez returned to power in Mexico City. The museum offers visitors a chance to explore both the history of Mexico during this period and the lifestyle of its people at that time.
A very beautiful place, and you can walk freely around the house. You can learn the history of mexico, but also about the lifestyle of the people around that century
Adrian Chavez — Google review
Benito Juarez used to stay here when in Chihuahua, by appearance it is a nothing-in-paricular simple house, situated pretty close to downtown.
Wooden floor and white walls is the theme of its interior design, might somehow profiles who Benito Juarez is, as a leader to lead the revolution back then.
Similar to Pacho Villa's house, the study also as conference room is located right by the street, so that they can have a better visibility to the dynamics of the civilization going-on.

Very old building still showing the opulent way some chihuahua people enjoyed back on those years before the 1910 revolution. French inspired house and furniture.
First let me say the ticket fee is $34 pesos and $10 pesos fee permission to take pictures which is a must.
Customer asistencia is beyond excellent. Anyone there is friendly and so willing to answer any questions about the house.
In the first room there’s art of local artists on display. A nice bedroom , the two way stairs, continuing to the right is the side exit and finally de arts room. Yes : music ! Along the beautiful artistic decoration of the chairs and piano. And on the upper rooms that notable people donate to display permanently there.
Quinta Gameros is a great piece of history that anyone can enjoy and learn about our country and our people.
Also there’s a QR code on a poster just outside the front of the house so people can do a virtual tour ( this was started at the begging of pandemia).
It’s a very enjoyable experience learning ( again for me 🤓) about Chihuahua history and it’s notable people.

Used to be a mansion built for Manuel Gameros Ronquillo, a member of the Porfirian elite. Construction started in October 1907 and finished in November 1910, just as the Mexican Revolution was commencing. Gameros and his family fled to the United States in 1913, now an Historic National Monument of Mexico.
Quinta Gameros was given to Venustiano Carranza as his personal residence and office in April 1914. Following a dispute with Villa, Carranza left the city and the Quinta Gameros would go on to be used for various purposes during the war, including as government offices and as a military hospital.
Quinta Gameros currently houses the Centro Cultural Universitario Quinta Gameros, a regional museum of Mexico.
There were group wedding commenced wheh we visited it at the sunny Saturday afternoon, the all-dressed-up newly weds and their guests, decorated the mansion like a fairytale palace.

The Metropolitan Cathedral of Chihuahua is a stunning 18th-century colonial church located in the elegant Plaza de Armas. It is considered one of the most important religious monuments in northwestern Mexico and is a must-see during a city tour.
I did not enter the church ( cuz I might burst into flames lol) but spent a lot of time examining the details of the facade which is a master piece! Intricate details, real throw-back references to the "old church" such as St Francis holding a skull. The artist signed the work in a clever way. I could look at the facade for hours and some day I might return to do just that!
Mandolinman58 — Google review
It's ok. Surely beautiful as many other cathedrals in Mexico, but if you've seen others before probably you'll not be amazed.
Looking around is good, but having a tourist guide surely could improve the rate.
Near you can find a couple of museums. And maybe eat some fast food.
If you fancy to buy some typical boots near you have many options.

There's a historic site park and square in between cathedral and city hall, its such a lovely walk from one side to another.

Parque Paseo Del Acueducto is a small community center that offers good service but lacks proper maintenance for its games and landscaping. Despite these shortcomings, it is a lovely destination to enjoy an afternoon with family. The park provides a beautiful setting where visitors can relax and unwind. It also serves as an ideal place to socialize with friends and indulge in recreational activities.

Swanky movie theater chain with reclining leather seats, high-end eats, cocktails & waiter service.
It was my first time going to VIP, this was for the BTS concert. I brought my aunt with me and she needs wheelchair access. This was the easiest we've entered a theater and had incredible service. It is absolutely worth it to get VIP seats. Servers are attentive and seats are very comfortable. The lounge is nice as well in case you are a bit early.
Geneva Rodriguez — Google review
The website didn't let me buy my tickets but staff here fixed the problem. Good service, clean seats and not too expensive! I love that this movie theater is near the food section so you can grab a bite before the movie or afterwards. I also recommend the popcorn there, they are really delicious (my favorite are caramel but they’re all equally good). The nachos are small but good, the combos are cheap so you can get a lot for little!

Perif. de la Juventud 3501, Plaza del Sol, 31207 Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico
Plaza Cantera Cinco is a highly organized and structurally sound shopping complex. The community is predominantly served by young individuals who consistently display courteous behavior and proper etiquette. Although the mall boasts a substantial size, the number of stores available may be limited. However, it compensates for this with its excellent array of dining options, making it an ideal spot for a satisfying lunch. Despite its undeniable appeal, it tends to lack the bustling atmosphere created by a significant crowd presence.
Very clean and the infrastructure looks well done. The locals are generally attended by teenagers who are always respectful and demonstrate good manners.

Well went to a restaurant here only to see a 34 year old man fall to his death. The railings are real short as the owner clearly saved some money on them. Its a beautiful place to spend some time and shop at all the little shops but not real safe.

Ex Ejido, Av. de la Cantera 9301, La Haciendita, Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico
Located southwest of Chihuahua, Parque Metropolitano Tres Presas el Rejon is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Situated near Centro Cultural Universitario, this park encompasses the picturesque El Rejon Dam and its surrounding lake, offering opportunities for sport fishing and water activities. It is an ideal spot for biking or walking, with options to rent bicycles or kayaks.
Perfect for outdoor family fun. You walk the dogs while you drink some coffee. The kids have a great time.

Great place to bring your bicycle or tuning shoes.
They have bicycles for rent but I don’t recommend them because they lack maintenance at least on the one that I rented the breaks were worn, and the gear switch didn’t work.
If you are into kayaking, they have kayaks for rent.

Today, I visited a wine maker called Bodegas Pinesque in Chihuahua and was extremely impressed by the exceptional quality of their wines. The host, Judith, provided an outstanding level of service and exceeded expectations by enlightening us on the wine's background, production process, and making the wine tasting an extraordinary affair. Amongst the wines offered, Reborujo and .5 Pinesque stood out as favorites.
Amazing experience. The workers are very experienced and knowledgeable, the quality of food, wine, and everything is great.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Chihuahua

Here you will find many different varieties for different tastes. I highly recommend purchasing a wine testing sesión with Monica. You will not be disappointed

Today we visited this wine maker in Chihuahua and I was amazed by the quality of the wine. Our host Judith was the best! She went above and beyond explaining us the the story behind this wine, the process and made the wine testing a wonderful experience. Reborujo and .5 Pinesque were the wines I liked the most. Good job for this wine maker and also great job in having people like Judith working and giving the tours!

Amazing wine-tasting and wonderful wines. Gilberto (owner) is such a knowledgeable and kind person. I bought several bottles for Christmas gifts and can't wait to visit again on my next trip to Chihuahua

This place was awesome. I visit Chihuahua at least once a year and I had no idea they had this winery! We did the Insignia tour, which was roughly $55 USD. We got a tour of the place, a brief history lesson on the winery itself, got to taste their wines, and they even provided a small charcuterie board to pair with the wines. Our tour guide was Ivone, and she was absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable and great charisma. Overall a fun, new experience. Definitely recommend visiting this place if you’re ever in Chihuahua.
