Once inside it is full of local information and Qatar history. Beautifully displayed and layout. On arrival you are greeted with Arabic tea and friendly staff. The price is very reasonable and only 30QAR if you are a teacher! Children under 12 are free. We didn't use the guide but was a tour for children and they were guided around the museum with a fun map/treasure hunt. There is so much to explore and take in that I feel the need to visit again
-it's too much for one trip. I particularly enjoyed the display of classic cars.

This private museum displays more than 30,000 collectables of the private collection of Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani. The museum includes also a gift shop and a cozy cafe

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Sheikh Faisal Museum in Qatar, and I must say it was an outstanding cultural experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the museum, I was captivated by its grandeur and the wealth of knowledge it held.
The museum's collection is simply remarkable. Sheikh Faisal Museum houses an extensive array of artifacts, spanning various eras and cultures, showcasing the rich heritage of Qatar and the wider region. The meticulous curation and attention to detail were evident in every display, allowing visitors to delve into the past and gain a deeper understanding of history.
What truly sets this museum apart is the passion and expertise of the staff. The knowledgeable guides were readily available to answer questions and provide fascinating insights into the exhibits. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it further enriched the overall experience.
The museum itself is a masterpiece of architecture. The elegant design seamlessly blends tradition with modernity, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The spacious galleries and thoughtful layout ensure a comfortable and engaging journey through the exhibits.
Furthermore, the museum's facilities were top-notch. The amenities, including clean restrooms and convenient parking, contributed to a hassle-free visit. The souvenir shop offered a delightful selection of unique gifts and mementos, allowing visitors to take a piece of this extraordinary experience home with them.
I would highly recommend a visit to the Sheikh Faisal Museum to anyone seeking a profound cultural encounter. Whether you are a history enthusiast, an art lover, or simply curious about Qatar's heritage, this museum is an absolute gem. It's a testament to the country's commitment to preserving its cultural legacy and sharing it with the world.
I extend my sincere appreciation to the management and staff of Sheikh Faisal Museum for providing such an exceptional museum experience. My visit was truly memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future to explore more of the museum's treasures.

Wonderful trip down Memory Lane; the museum showcases some beautiful objects from not too long ago: the perfect place to get nostalgic and at the same time to teach our children and help them understand what life was like when our generation was young. Even though it is a bit disorganised I would say compared to what you’d expect from a regular museum, it is so beautiful to see all it had to offer. The museum was built around a real well they said about 75 years old and my son had a blast learning about how we used to get drinking water. The building itself is lovely and there is a little caffe at the end; in the winter you can sit outside next to a small lake with the partly sunken ship (my son loved this). On the drive to the museum building we saw peacocks roaming the grounds and even crossing the road so please do drive slowly and carefully there. When we visited the main cars showroom was under renovation but we still had an amazing time. My son can’t wait to go back there. The entrance fee is 50 qrs and we were very very warmly welcomed at the reception by nice people who explained to us a few things about the museum as well as served us with the tastiest traditional Arabic coffee and dates.

What a diverse collection. Across 50 years, Sheikh Faisal amassed an enormous collection of artifacts and memorabilia.
While it does take some driving to get to, this museum is a must see as it is also housed within a preserved fortress. From Samurai armour to classic cars, every room has something to explore.

Very nice place, close to Mall of Qatar. Only 30 QR the ticket, it’s a personal museum, has a lot of collections of cars, has new hotel called Alsamerya close by owned by the same owner. Very nice, has collections from all the world, it takes 2-3 hours to finish it.

Fabulous museum incredible experience
Private Collections of sheikh Faisal ,he started collecting when he was 10 years Old it covers all about Qatar life and history
My favorite part was pulling water from a well and vintage Cars 🤝
They do treasures hunt too 🫶🏻

The collection is pretty eclectic and shows an appreciation of many cultures. I especially liked the Syrian House and the story behind that. I also got lost in the fossil collection. I don't remember that being there last time I went, pre- Covid. Also, the added car collection is really cool. I wanted to see the Oryx on the farm, but I came in the afternoon, and this is too hot for them to be outside.

This is more of a private museum of the Rulers of Qatar (Emirs) …this was built in the year 1998…lot of effort to maintain each and every item is clearly visible …Islamic tradition, vintage cars ,boats , clothes from various areas of Islamic heritage, swords and weapons used by the royal family and gifts received are all kept in this museum…ticket prices are a bit on the higher side but for a history it’s worth a visit

Its is the best place spend to your weekend, specially if you are with family. I was with my friends no problems what so ever. Rides are nice and thrilling and priced very well, like i left water boarding as I didn't think i would be able to have fun with that. Food options are also good enough. No other place can give you the thrill of US Air force landing just passing you over head. Must visit if spending weekends in Doha. Cheers

The first outdoor water park in Qatar. Fanastic slides that really excites you to slide more. The cool part is, that there are sectors for small kids, adolescent and adults. The area is really big and still the staff are well organize, they have more than enough life guards to check you and your kids. The food serve here in kiosk are very cheap and lots of food to choose from. Finally, watch out for the planes flying above the Aqua Park.

Aqua Park is really the perfect place to spend the day in spring. It's too hot in summer so spring really is the perfect time to go. Aqua Park is really fun for kids and adults. It's not the best waterpark but still really fun.

التغدية الراجعة بالعربي في الأسفل
In total Bad Experience:
- Tickets are very expensive and does not include all areas.
- Food is over priced (one resturant sell one burger 40 Riyals!!), cheese pizza price is ok 35 QAR.
- The water is very cold in the kids pool while the adults pool is not that cold, not sure if they can Control the water temperature.
- It is not very clean, when you pay 480 QAR for small family you expect to see something that more clean (please see some pictures).
- It is not very green (less grass and no trees in some areas of the park), removing trees caused to show the white building that was hidden with the trees (please see the picture).
- With the white building in the left side of the park; how can women's take off their clothes (we are muslims, and any one living in the building can take photos from the roof of the building!!)

This is a nice LITTLE Aqua park. There isn’t much there. I paid a more discounted fee as there was an offer on the day we went. For young children it was a day of fun, but to be fair there’s not much there to do. The staff were very helpful, as I didn’t print my ticket, the took the booking number. There are 4 big water features and several pools. The main ones are the pirate area, the slide and the boat slide (how many times can you go on those before the novelty wares off). A water path, where you sit in an inflatable and travel around the path. There is also a swimming pool with a wave machine which, was on only twice in the 5 hrs we were there!! The pool was enjoyable and there are clean facilities. We did have a nice day, however it’s not a nice lace we’ll be running back to in a hurry. You cannot bring coolers into the park to have a picnic, we discovered this when we were leaving, when someone had theirs taken away.

Decent enough for being the first in Qatar. Won’t survive long the way it is.. Staff were very Friendly & Helpful, unlike how it was before. Rides weren’t smooth but not bad. Kids loved the place, Family will enjoy too. Eateries were for desperate moments. Needs organising & improvisation. Worth a Visit but do Get Ur own Food ( Even though not allowed, many people brought them. Lucky me Smart )
Should b advertised as a Gr8 Aqua Picnic Spot.
- More pics coming soon

Great fun experience with my family! We haven't tried all the rides and pools so we'll definitely come back. A must to visit when in Qatar.
Khor al Udaid, also known as the Inland Sea, is a stunning natural wonder where sand dunes meet the waters of the Arabian Sea. Located about an hour's drive from the city center, this place offers breathtaking views and a unique experience. Visitors can witness thrilling activities such as sand dune competitions and enjoy the serene beach. Accessible by 4x4 vehicles, it's recommended to travel in pairs and be prepared for potential vehicle repairs due to the challenging terrain.
This is the best experience in Qatar.

The Sea and the desert dunes meet!(currently listed under potentials on Unesco) It is also the border to neighbours Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Tip: check for clear skies. This desert safari is fun and its good for all ages. There are a lot to do here if you like Sand dune buggies, Paragliders, Pony, Camel riding and you could opt for a not so quiet stroll on the beach.

Great place! If I would do it once again, I would take some food for a picnic and stay there for the whole day. The beach is very good and even in winter you can swim there. The ground is also good, thus, you do not need special shoes.
It is possible to come there using Google maps of course only with four wheel drive vehicle. There is a street without that much sand. Normally, all cars using this was to come back.

It is a beautiful clean place where water and sand meet to form a lovely cove. The dune safari included this spot and it was nice to see and experience the view. It is absolutely worth the trlip. Golden Adventures was great and Amaan is the best.

Guys, check this place out! It’s unbelievable! For the first time in my life I see this, the sand dunes spill into the waters of the Arabian Sea.
By car it takes around an hour to get here from the city center. Believe me, it worth it. This place will touch your heart and soul. In the evening you can observe, or even if you wanna try to be a part of a competition. Guys are about conquering the sand dunes. You can see it in my pictures. It is a live show. However, be careful, cuz it is super dangerous sport. I took a car to get here, even if you don’t have it, you always can have a tour with an agency or so. Don’t miss this chance!
The newly opened Marina Mall is one of the biggest shopping centres in Abu Dhabi, combining a wide range of leisure activities like bowling and ice skating with high-end fashion stores. The mall offers an impressive selection of restaurants and boutiques, as well as a movie complex and observatory. It's open from 9 am to midnight all week long.
Love shopping with my family here.
Many well known brands are here.
Ample free parking is available.
The food court is great.
The drive to the mall is great as we can view the turquoise hued sea, which is sooooo much there in Abu Dhabi.
The security staff are pleasant and assist you to navigate through the mall by pointing out important landmarks in terms of shops.

The Pros:
Spacious Layout: Marina Mall offers ample space, making it comfortable to navigate even during busy times.
Abundant Natural Light: The mall's design allows for plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for shoppers.
Variety of Retail Options: With a diverse range of shops and boutiques, Marina Mall caters to various tastes and preferences.
The Cons:
Unfinished Sections: Unfortunately, some areas of the mall appear unfinished, detracting from the overall aesthetic and experience.
Lack of Neatness: Certain sections may not be as well-maintained or tidy as expected, which could affect visitors' impressions of cleanliness.
Overall, Marina Mall offers a spacious and light-filled environment with a wide selection of retail options. However, improvements in maintaining cleanliness and completing unfinished sections could enhance the overall experience for visitors.

One of the best malls in Abu Dhabi, many nice places and coffee shops around as well as resturants, calm and easy to reach, many choices and several brands, nice cozy place.
Some areas is under renovation

I always feel happy when I visit this Mall. It's beautiful and very quite. If you are planning to meet a friend or to escape from the busy life for sometimes, I highly recommend any Cafe in Marina Mall. The surrounded environment and views will make you feel better and better.
Shops here are very expensive with less offers compered with other Malls. Maybe because many brands are international and well known. I found one amazing perfume when I asked for the price it's 850 DHS, I immediately escaped and continue my visit only watching from outside the shops. Moreover many shops were closed and food court not like before..if you live in Abu Dhabi for a long time you will surely not recognize this place unlike old Marina Mall, it's less attractive I don't know why.
Parking is free also bus is available.
The advantage of Marina Mall it's near Corniche, so you can enjoy both in one visit especially in winter.
Murtada el Magid — Google review
The mall is relatively new and still under construction. You could find almost all brands. As the mall is comparatively a newer one it’s very calm and less crowded. You will enjoy your shopping experience.

A bit richer mall, that will cost you more if you spend, all branded and quality products available.
Nice atmosphere inside and outside.
Nice view as it is near by corniche side

Awesome location along corniche, good brands and fairly big mall. Easily accessible through public transport. Carrefour is massive.
The mall is next to the 100m watch tower from which the sea 🌊 and marina can be viewed.

One of the fanciest and luxury malls in Abu Dhabi. Its huge and is easily accessible by either public transport or by car. The mall has a huge parking, in fact 2-3 different parkings. It is right on the edge Corniche.
Mainly famous for its luxury outlets like Gucci, Rolex, Dior, etc. It also has a very big carrefour for groceries. You can enjoy an amazing view of Abu Dhabi’s skyline 🏙️ and other famous monuments near by like the fairmont hotel. It has a great walking area near by.

We heard a lot about Marina mall, Marina bay, Rixos Marina etc )), before coming to Abu Dhani. So, we really wondered what’s all that about.
So, the day we visited the Louvre, we came here after the museum.
A big mall shops like any other malls of Abu Dhabi. I can’t say it’s the biggest one, as Yas mall seemed the bigger to me.
We wondered around and had some food on at the food court, the cafes are more/less same as in other malls/food courts of Abu Dhabi.
So, if you are in Abu Dhani, come here and see the unusual architecture of the building of Marina mall.

Boring shopping mall environment with some good selection stores like home Center. The wide corridors for a reason makes it boring. Parking space is huge. Traffic light setup is not friendly. Food court is quite old with limited choices. They need to revive it to make it as cool as Yas mall.

It is in a place that can be considered the center of the city, very close to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. A large, quiet and clean shopping centre. Interesting view…
We booked an infamous high tea at the Observation Deck at 300, aiming for the sunset (timing). We knew sunset view was upon availability, but when we arrived we were given one of the best tables of the house. Unlimited hot/cold tea/coffee, staff friendly though somewhat overwhelmed, after initial very tasty aperitif first tea/coffee order did only arrive after checking and a 30 minutes wait. What we didn’t realize is that the “view upon availability” meant that the availability could be replaced by a view on the butts of people who shamelessly come to stand by the window in front to take pictures of themselves and the view. After the sunset staff blocked off the window passage and moved our table somewhat closer but our intended relaxed sunset view high tea had proven to be a crowded / stressed sensory experience. Taste wise, some of the layered sweets were very surprising and tasty. We were lucky to be able to use the BB+, but as an experience would not go for the high tea (on a Saturday) the way it’s set up. View is amazing and could see going for a beverage that’s accompanied by a snack, minimum spend 55 AED. Great concept, execution could be better.

There is a wait. Your are going to floor 74. My advice is stay for 3 hours. Arrive an hour before sunset. Eat, drink and enjoy. I really loved my visit here. Not spectacular but a pleasure to visit. Staff, food and drinks are good. Prices are not cheap but are not exorbitant either

Amazingly amazing experience... Cost, standard, scenery, cuisine, and service all mattered. Everything was flawless. Just because everything was so opulent, I nearly felt uncomfortable. The personnel at the establishment, including the valet of my rented Kia, treated us like kings.
Though the entire space is a 360-degree viewing area, you may go around and take in every perspective. The views from the top are truly the best; we enjoyed a breathtaking view from our seats.
Jayden Sherif — Google review
Went up during a day trip from Dubai. The observation deck is both a lounge/ restaurant as well as an observation deck. The view is pretty spectacular in most directions marred in just a couple of windows that really needed cleaning. These windows had dirt/dust along the whole window; in defense, they are slanted in a manner that make cleaning them somewhat difficult. Given that, they should still be cleaned.

Definitly worth a visit to see the amazing views from the 74th floor!! We stayed at the hotels 39th floor, it's such a lovely hotel and the observation deck is the icing on the cake. We didn't have to pay to go up, there was no waiting time, it was nice and quiet and the staff were helpful.

I got there about an hour before opening and had to wait in the lobby of the Conrad. I wasn't disappointed though as the views from the deck were amazing. Staff were very helpful. I had lunch while there and it was good. Was there about 2 hours. As at the time of writing this review, please remember you require a negative PCR test and a face mask to get in.

GREAT VIEW, DEFINITELY WORTH HERE. We came here a second time, this time as guests of the connected Conrad Etihad Towers Hotel, which provides you with free entrance. The elevator goes up there fast and the view of marina bay and the Corniche is breathtaking. Go there at sunset, this is spectacular and the view of Abu Dhabi at night is one great experience.

I stayed from before dawn until nightfall.
Other people have written that the glass is dirty.
This can't be helped
But it was pretty good
Salad and coffee are the same price
I ordered a salad.
It was a great satisfaction
I don't know if you can get in without a reservation.
We only stayed for 30 minutes on a weekend evening so it was well within the acceptable range.
You won't get tired while waiting because you can sit and wait in the lobby of Conrad in the same building, which is just a short walk away.
All the staff in the observation restaurant had a great meal!

The views and the food are worth the price of admission, but book ahead if you want service seating. 🤗 You’ll be standing in line downstairs for only viewing otherwise (most likely; you might come on a not so busy day).
Very friendly staff, very busy!
Coffee and desserts were absolutely amazing - red velvet and cheesecake.

If you’re a fan of viewing cities from above then his is the spot to come in Abu Dhabi. The 360 degree views offer the perfect opportunity to get your bearings of the city and most of the major landmarks are clearly visible. It’s a little weird at first since the viewing area also doubles as a restaurant, so you have to be careful not to interrupt people’s meals when taking photos, but fortunately it was’t overly busy during our visit.
Great spot for the views alone though and I’d recommend for anyone’s first visit to the city.

interesting perspective on Abu Dhabi.
no idea why, but it was just another 'observation deck' in the end.
maybe I've been on too many tall buildings by now.
or the view from our hotel next door was too similar.
but that's not to speak badly of the location.
great view of Emirates Palace, Quasr AlWatan and Abu Dhabi itself.

Lovely high tea with great views. Accommodated an allergy excellently.
Took one star away because of issues and confusion with booking. Was ready to give it one star and cancel because those were so frustrating but it got sorted out in the end and the experience made up for it.
Recommended to do this if you're in the area. Book ahead especially if you have an allergy.

This place is exactly opposite to Emirates Palace, you can literally walk from emirates palace.
The entrance is free to the 74th floor but you need to make a bill of Minimum AED 35 at the cafe located in the observation area. You have decent snacks and drinks available in the menu which you can enjoy along with beautiful views.
Although everything was good this place, the glasses are not cleaned and the views are not clear because of the glasses are very dirty.
If the view is clear you can see emirates palace, Presidential palace and The Corniche from here which are most beautiful places in Abu Dhabi.

Observation deck 300 was actually awesome. They take you up on the elevator, thank God it's enclosed. You get all the way up to some astronomical floor and there's just a whole bunch of floor to ceiling windows which you can see everything. I would have loved to have tea there, but you have to book that in advance. The only drawback I didn't care for, was while people were trying to eat and have their tea there were people climbing all around them to get pictures out the window. But it is definitely a must see if you go to Abu Dhabi.
Tracy Thomas — Google review
Do love an observation deck and this one was another great, with views all over Abu Dhabi! 😁
However one drawback is the setup isn’t ideal in terms of our tour group for the deck experience is allowed to freely walk over/around people’s tables who are having food/drink because the area’s mixed. 😒
I feel the dining experience should be on another floor or cornered off area. 🫖
Also they sell Corona for around £10 a bottle.. 🥹😅

Absolutely incredible. The price, the quality, the views, the food, the service. All of it was impeccable. I almost felt out of place simply because of how lavish it all was. From the valet for my rental kia, to the staff inside, they made us feel like royalty.
The views from the top are as good as they get really, we had a gorgeous view for our seats, but the whole room is a 360 viewing area so you can walk around and see all of the views.
The theme when we visited was street food, so we had an array of bites from all over the world, and they all tasted delicious. And on the unlimited hot/cold coffee/tea, and it was an afternoon tea to never forget.
James Ratcliffe — Google review
Food is very good and not expensive, the servers treat you very well and are kind.
The view is impressive and I recommend getting there at 5 so you can enjoy both evening and night views.
I recommend calling previously to verify availability or make a reservation.

Great views! I enjoyed the experience, although the food was a bit pricey. I particularly loved their Iced Mocha! We ordered quinoa salad, poached salmon wrap, wild mushroom ciabatta and cheesecake. However, the cheesecake portion was very small. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, especially considering the fantastic view from the 74th floor!

The absolute must visit place in Abu Dhabi. You can reserve tickets online, as well as pay at the entrance or buying at hotel lobby refreshment to cover amount needed for entrance. The top deck gives you 360 surrounding spectacular view to the nearby landmarks such as Presidential house, marina with hotel or city center.

Absolutely flawless- The ‘High Tea Experience’ was incredible with an innovative menu to try new flavours. Presentation was exceptional and staff were incredibly engaging. The portions were generous and the drinks options were extensive and continuously topped up. Every table had a stunning view so there was no risk of missing out.
Note to visitors:
-Booking for Afternoon Tea/ High tea is needed at least 24hrs in advance so they have time to prepare.
-They call you and require confirmation of the booking before 10am on the day or you risk loosing the table.
-You’re given the choice of 2 packages (one with an extra drink- I think it was alcoholic?)
-They don’t add an unexpected service charge at the end (you can leave a tip if you want)
We were there a little early (which was fine for the reservation) but we were hoping to have a look around the area or in some of the shops below in the towers but there’s nothing there really. Just big brands for shops with hardly any people around so the trip there ended up being purely for this. It’s worth the journey though because the entire experience itself was incredible and the views are stunning from all around.

We went without booking on a Monday mid afternoon and we’re able to go straight in. There was no entry fee but we did have to commit to spending 55 AED per person on food and drink which was easy to do. The views are amazing and the staff are very friendly. The food and drink aren’t the best quality but considering the setting I think it’s fair.

This is amazing as you can see the whole of Abu Dhabi from its highest point. Really peaceful and calm environment. Lovely coffee shop too. The view is so mesmerising.

The Heritage Village is a traditional Bedouin village that recreates the lifestyle of the desert people before Abu Dhabi's transformation into a modern city. The village features attractions such as carpentry, pottery and blown glass workshops, a campfire, falaj irrigation system and metal workspaces. It is managed by the Emirates Heritage Club, which preserves Arabic culture and tradition in this era of development.

A total flop with exception of the museum, view and Location. The only place where you see some real history is a tiny museum. All over It’s very dirty. The greenery looks bad. Typical tourist gift shops with cheap Made in China stuff. Besides that I feel bad for the poor cats which eat the leftovers of the tourists, the service is awful, they say it’s traditional food but it’s just warmed continental catering stuff. Really not recommending. I wanted to give it a try but there is a lot to do better there… sadly

There is no fee at the entrance. You can see a lot of human craft like pottery, metal, weapon, and so many things, mainly it's a prehistoric artifact. a real camel is there if you want you can take pictures. Amazing view of the Abu Dhabi Corniche as well. Lots of lovely gardens and palm trees to sit under to enjoy the shade. It's near Marina Mall. It took us a maximum of 1 hr to see and do everything mainly nice to see part of history. Some areas are under construction. The museum will close at 4 pm so if you are planning to visit, keep it in mind.

This was truly an exceptional experience. It was advised to spend 2/3 hours visiting the Heritage village. We would say stay longer.
Although the village needs a bit of upkeep on the buildings, it has a lot to offer regardless.
Take the time to sit in a tent and enjoy the experience. Have some Arabic coffee while waking through a museum. Get your hands dirty, learning pottery, or ride a horse or a camel. Just enjoy being immersed in this fascinating culture.

A visit is recommended, to learn more about how they have evolved. FREE ENTRY!
They closed earlier during Ramadan (3pm) but I believe normal closed time is 4pm....see pictures. The site of the UAE flag is next door so I recommend a visit.
Towards the rear of the centre, there is a Lovely sandy beach which you can deep you feet in, there are also sitting areas and toilets.
A lovely view of Abu Dhabi's tall buildings at the beach. Good photo ops! See pictures.

Our tour guide brought us here instead of the much more interesting Emirates Palace which I really wanted to see. No fee or security at entrance. Didn't bother with any museums because all of them were underwhelming and boring. Got to take a picture with and touch a real camel though! Amazing view of the Abu Dhabi Corniche as well. Lots of lovely gardens and palm trees to sit under to enjoy the shade. If you're at the Marina Mall you might as well check it out, but otherwise it's not worth your time.

This was our last stop while visiting Abu Dhabi for the first time. I recommend visiting during the cooler months because the heat was unbearable. The museums where not that interesting. The gentleman let our daughter ride the camel and even took pictures for us. The beach area was beautiful, except for the part where people left masks and empty water bottles on the sand. Lots of cute trinkets available for purchase. Free entry. Overall, it was a nice experience and we’re happy to have visited.

This is definitely a place to visit, but what I was suggest is not to go during daytime. we went in summertime at peak hour and it was probably the hottest I’ve ever felt. There is no AC except for the reception so make sure if you guys are going to go to wear a light clothes, so you don’t feel hot. There are bunch of shops in there that are reasonably priced. There is a small zoo for the kids as well as a few other activities to do.
Just remember, summertime gets very hot in Abu Dhabi.

Heritage Village is a great place to visit to learn about the traditional culture and way of life in the United Arab Emirates. It is a reconstruction of a traditional desert village, with houses, mosques, shops, and workshops. There are also a number of animals, such as camels, goats, and sheep.
One of the best things about Heritage Village is the views of the Corniche. From the village, you can see the skyscrapers and luxury hotels of Abu Dhabi on the other side of the water. It is a great contrast to the traditional village, and it shows how much the city has changed in recent years.
Another great thing about Heritage Village is the opportunity to see handmade works. There are a number of artisans who work in the village, and they demonstrate their skills to visitors. You can see them making pottery, weaving carpets, and carving wood. You can also purchase their products from the shops in the village.

The entrance is free, but be aware they close at 16:00 within the week so plan your visit!
Inside is quite beautiful and they show a lot of the old/local culture from Abu Dhabi and the Emirates in general.
It is not easily reachable by public transport but I’d recommend going by taxi since it is not very expensive if you are in the Marina Mall or somewhere close-by.

Yes, there is no fee to visit the place but most of the place is unmaintained. The women staff where they offered us coffee were very nice but most of the workman's shops were not very welcoming. They are there to exhibit their art and make sure the visitor understands it.
None of the irrigation systems had water flowing and they are literally useless there. The spot where the boats are is beautiful. It is definitely is worth a visit but only if have nothing more to do in Abu Dhabi.

Came here as a part of our city tour. Free and really interesting for those who want to learn more about the history of Abu Dhabi. A couple of small museums showing historical artefacts.
Lovely place to sit and relax with a small ‘beach’ area with a brilliant view of the Corniche area. If you’re around in the area for other sites it’s definitely worth a visit. If you’re coming specifically for this, it may be a slight bit underwhelming.

Located in the heart of downtown Dallas, next to skyscrapers, the Heritage Village cultural village is a place to recreate the lives of Abu Dhabi people before the 1950s - 1960s when huge oil reserves were discovered in the desert.
The open-air museum is the highlight of the Heritage Village that you will really enjoy because it gathers more than thirty large and small structures, recreating the residential architecture of the people of the past, but until now this country is still trying to preserve.
The village also has a traditional medicine clinic during the tourist season, to help visitors who have environmental problems, when they come here to visit. Patients will be treated by an experienced and professional traditional medicine doctor.
The village also keeps many shops selling pottery, handmade goods, traditional sweets, dried milk along with popular labor equipment and tools that Dubai people have used popularly in previous periods.

The ablution place was smelly and not clean.

We were on our Abu-Dhabi city tour and had a visit to this Heritage Village, Near Marina Mall.
You see this place as a must see on each website you visit, so did we.
Well, I have to admit that it wasn’t much interesting for us, people from Uzbekistan. As what we saw here, we could see in our country too, apart from the sea stuff as we do not have sea neighboring.
We were in July, really hot time, so this was the only place on our city tour where we really felt hot and tried to escape asap.
You enter each small room and pass it quickly, so your body doesn’t have enough time to cool down ))
Due to the weather camels were resting and we didn’t much want to go closer and see them. (we did it in the zoo in a few days)
Overall, I wouldn’t no come here again or recommend this place for visit. There are others, more interesting and must visit places in Abu-Dhabi.
As there is no entrance fees there were lot of people despite July (Off-season), and of course everyone was rushing to a cool place or out.

Emirates Heritage Village in Abu Dhabi
Nestled amidst the modern skyscrapers and luxury hotels of Abu Dhabi lies a hidden gem that transports visitors back in time – the Emirates Heritage Village. As I stepped into this captivating portal to the past, I was immediately struck by the immersive experience it offers, delving deep into the traditional desert way of life in the United Arab Emirates.
The village is a meticulous recreation of an oasis settlement, complete with forts, souks, mosques, and Bedouin tents, showcasing the ingenuity of Emirati ancestors in adapting to their harsh environment. Walking through the narrow alleys and bustling market stalls, I felt a profound connection to our cultural roots, gaining a deeper appreciation for the values of hard work and resilience that have shaped our heritage.
What truly sets the Emirates Heritage Village apart is its vibrant cultural hub, where traditional crafts come to life before your eyes. From pottery and metalwork to weaving and wood carving, artisans demonstrate their skills with passion and expertise, inviting visitors to engage in this rich tapestry of Emirati craftsmanship. It's not just a museum; it's a living, breathing testament to our heritage.
But the experience doesn't end there. With sweeping views of the Corniche, the village offers a stunning contrast between the old and the new, highlighting the rapid transformation of Abu Dhabi in recent years. It's a reminder of how far we've come while honoring the traditions that define us.
As I wandered through the village, I couldn't help but marvel at the array of handmade works on display – from intricately woven carpets to beautifully carved wood pieces. The shops dotted around the village offer a chance to take home a piece of Emirati culture, with authentic treasures waiting to be discovered.
However, no visit to the Emirates Heritage Village would be complete without a moment of relaxation on the beachfront, soaking in the serene beauty of the surroundings. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration, with the gentle lapping of waves providing a soothing soundtrack to the experience.
While parking can be a challenge on busy days, the village's free entry and extended hours during Ramadan make it accessible to all. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a cultural explorer, or simply looking for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Emirates Heritage Village offers something for everyone.
In conclusion, a visit to the Emirates Heritage Village is not just a journey through time; it's a celebration of heritage, traditions, and identity. So come, immerse yourself in the stories of the past, and leave feeling inspired by the timeless beauty of our culture.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a world-renowned museum that features pieces from ancient to modern art. The museum is located on the outskirts of the city of Abu Dhabi, which makes it easy to get to. The architecture of the building is stunning and it houses many interesting galleries with a cross-section of art. There are also four rare old religious texts displayed side by side in one gallery.
Ok.. what to say? By what to start?
Everything about this museum what amazing!
- First the building is incredible, either inside than outside. It's well designed to let you walk through the museum and enjoy the visit. The exterior part too is obviously incredible, and the dome is wonderful. It let the light go through, without the heat so you can enjoy your time outside.
- Exhibitions are also incredibly well thought and you follow in parallel the evolution of the civilizations and can see how, even when evolving in different places, they all come to a lot of similarities. The audio-guide is well made and explanations are kept short for each display, which is nice, around 1m30-2m max. In order to listen to everything, it will take you around 4h.
- Finally, the staff is really friendly in all part of the museum.
Tips: arrive early to enjoy the museum with less people and book a kayak tour around the museum, it's so much worth it and make you see the museum differently!

What an amazing architectural complex. It consists of cubical volumes that has permanent and temporary exhibitions, restaurant and cafe. Water element between the volumes is creating a visual connection and feels like you are floating in the ocean and also perfect blue shade is giving colorfulness to the area. Finally the dome itself. I call it as tremendous umbrella that is covering all of the complex and creating amazing vistas, shades underneath and attraction.

I really was blown away by the broad spectrum of historical events covered in the venue. Beautifully curated and wonderful staff to guide you through. Perhaps they could have a bit better maps guiding you through but I didn’t use the headsets, so perhaps that was also included.
Make sure to spend at least a half day -two or three hours is needed to scratch the surface.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

It was a satisfied experience for me. The singular roof design was attractive, sunset view is beautiful from here. Worth visit, gained lot of information.

The architecture of this museum is simply gorgeous. The exhibit is interesting. The restaurant has very delicious food and a nice outdoor terrasse where you can eat and relax in nice sofas. There is a huge parking and if you don't want to walk they even have drivers with golf cars to take you to the entrance. Very nice and modern place. A must to visit in Abu Dhabi.

Visiting Louvre Abu Dhabi was a captivating experience. The Drown show was a mesmerizing blend of art and technology, immersing visitors in a unique sensory journey. The Cartier exhibition showcased exquisite craftsmanship, offering a fascinating glimpse into the brand's rich history. The museum's architecture and diverse exhibits make it a must-visit for art enthusiasts. For those seeking a moment of relaxation, the nearby coffee shop, strategically placed near an open amphitheater, provides an ideal spot. The reflection view of the building adds to the ambiance, making it a delightful place to savor a cup of coffee while basking in the artistic surroundings of Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Good experience, very nice building which I would visit even if it didn't have artifacts. One would spend time admiring the building, too.
The inside layout and route are smooth, and galaries take you through a journey in history and art as expected from a reputable icon and brand.
The Cartier exhibition was breathtaking.. and the Letters of Light requires time to read, reflect, and appreciate.
I thought it's going to take me a couple of hours, but I ended up spending a few more.
Wonderful experience brought to our doorstep. Thank you, Abu Dhabi.

The architecture of the building alone is worth the visit. They have wonderful temporary exhibitions with art borrowed from different locations as well as their own permanent artifacts. The space is beautiful. It's a big museum but not as big as the Louvre in Paris which is fine because no human can get through that in a day.

One of the best places in Abu Dhabi if you are a visitor, you must enjoy this incredible experience. It is absolutely breathtaking and the art is so unique and so beautiful everything about it is absolutely mesmerizing. It is definitely a tourist attraction, and I highly highly recommend it. I have been multiple times and it is absolutely incredible.

Exploring The Louvre Abu Dhabi was a lovely experience. I was amazed by the majestic dome resembling the shining stars in a night sky.
Echoing the esteemed Louvre Museum in Paris, the exhibits feature a curated selection with some loaned or gifted. Commencing with artifacts from ancient civilizations, enhanced by captivating visual displays, the journey through time unfolds seamlessly.
A full day is enough to go through a thorough exploration of the museums collections.
The panoramic views of the open spaces overlooking the sea is a unique place to take a coffee break and snack. Unfortunately there is a limited vegan offer.
The souvenir shop provides a tasteful conclusion to the visit.

What a beautiful museum! The architecture alone is worth the visit. We loved the Children's Museum and seeing the regular collection. It's not as big as in other museums maybe, but it tells the story of the history of mankind quite well. Alao interesting to see a focus on the African part of that story. Definitely worth your visit.

An amazing structure outside and inside. It was a pleasure walking around. There is a good collection of ancient objects and modern art, telling the history of human culture. There are guided tours options but it is okay to walk by yourself too. They have an app that is quite useful. It is better to book tickets in advance. The gift shop is quite nice too with lots of options for gifts, including for kids. Wheelchair accessible entrances and restrooms.

I'd be happy to give you a review! The Louvre Abu Dhabi is a breathtaking museum that's definitely worth a visit. The architecture is stunning, with its intricate latticework dome that filters the sunlight and creates a beautiful play of light and shadow. Inside, the museum is divided into different galleries that showcase art and artifacts from different parts of the world and different periods of time. Some of the highlights include the ancient Egyptian artifacts, the Islamic art gallery, and the contemporary art collection. Overall, the Louvre Abu Dhabi is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves art, architecture, or history.

In terms of art, there’s not much to see. But the architecture is stunning. The open outside area is so calming, with rays of sun piercing through the ceiling. Worth a visit.
The customer service is excellent as well. We were taken by a buggy from parking to entrance, to help us avoid the hot weather in mid July.

Dedicate half day to visit the museum,
It’s totally worth it.
Great family areas to rest and feed your baby or kids. Great features and historical pieces that make you travel.
Would definetely be back to enjoy more the outside spaces.
Staff are friendly and well informed. Certainly a great most see in the region.

The place is just Amazing. Overall the experience was worth every penny of the ticket. The outside architecture is just surreal with all the light beams passing through the beautiful sealing. The white boxes under the immense dome makes it perfect to walk around and focus on the mood and atmosphere instead of the building blocks. My only reason for giving 4 stars is because I would have expected a section specifically reserved for the architecture development of this project. The information could be found online but cannot compare to having a scaled sized model with technical explanations in real life at the Louvre. The content of the museum sure is interesting and informative but it would’ve been such a huge upgrade if a section dedicated to the construction of the project and its architect existed.
Overall, must visit.

I was thoroughly impressed with the architecture itself and the art took my breath away. The collection is very extensive however, it did lack African American artwork. There were some interesting artifacts and I will be back. I was curious to know how each piece was selected and how often the collection changes. The quotes throughout the exhibits were amazing as well.

An absolute must to go inside! It was truly, truly beautiful! Absolutely well done. The audio guide is also incredibly good; you should definitely take it. Otherwise, consider going to one of the restaurants – the selection is superb, including drinks!

Well organized and arranged, love how it was easy to navigate and retain information. It wasn’t too crowded and quite enjoyable for a day trip. It took me 2 hours to explore the permanent collection.
The dome area is very pleasant after walking in the galleries, especially in the winter time.

Very nice selection of artifacts and books. Very interesting stuff and it seems that the museum did great job in restoring it to the original shape. It takes time to go around the museum.
However the security personnel everywhere and everyone is staring at you in very uncomfortable ways. Smart app still under development and I recommend buying the ticket online.

Timeless Beauty and Cultural Marvels around the world.
A visit to the Louvre museum is an experience unlike any other.
The magnitude of its collection, coupled with the exquisite architecture, leaves you in awe from the moment you step inside.
Whether you're an art enthusiast or just curious about history, there's something for everyone here.
Five hours flew by as we wandered through centuries of human creativity, from the iconic paintings and sculptures.
The Louvre is a testament to the beauty and diversity of our world's cultural heritage, and a visit here is an absolute must for anyone in the world.

A good modern museum with an interesting exhibition of works. Not very big, but still allow about 3 hours to complete it without rushing. The outstanding architecture is especially memorable - it truly amazes the eye.
Tickets can be purchased both online and at the ticket office inside the museum.

This iconic museum is not to be missed. The presentation of the full collection is unique. The collections are easy to follow. It is a busy museum but not crowded. An additional bonus was the Cartier special exhibition which was remarkable. We went with two children and they loved the children’s exhibition.

The building is very beautiful, it’s amazing to see the dome from inside. It’s surrounded by water so very beautiful view during sunset. Now coming to the collections, a significant part is borrowed from France so you don’t actually see a lot of local Emirati history there. Also the collection was not that grand.

Really great museum, the architecture is insane. Design is classy and mix the outside part with the inside part perfectly. Lots of room to discover, a rooftop, few restaurants, great view on the sea. Few great spots to take pictures. Nice and some famous artists as Monet. I recommend it !!
Also, backpacks and drinks must be left in wardrobe (free) before starting the tour. You can either read the information of the piece of art by yourself, or go on the Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum website to listen to it.

Really enjoyed our visit to the Louvre. My son enjoyed his time inside the Children's Museum section that focused on Space.
Just love the architecture and the domed roof is an absolute marvel at all times of the day with the light playing through the openings as the sun moves through the sky over the course of the day.
The exhibits were fine and the exhibition areas were very well spaced out and not cramped at all. Lots of seating everywhere.
The fact that the Louvre is built on the side of the water just gives it an extra dimension. More than the exhibitions, I would love to spend even more time sitting down outside near the water to just enjoy the view and the vibe.

A trip to Louvre Abu Dhabi always makes my day. I’ve been visiting this museum since it opened and I believe it’s my 7th time visiting. I always look forward to the new exhibitions they offer once in a while.
The way the museum is curated is outstanding. One of the best museums I’ve been to. Being here for so many times made me fall in love with the art pieces more. Sharing some of my favourites.
I’ll make sure that visiting the Louvre will be a yearly tradition for me.
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is the largest mosque in the world and a focal point of worship for Abu Dhabi. The venue features beautiful white domes and incredible details, including 1,096 amethyst-and-jasper-embedded columns and gold lead calligraphy on the interior of one dome. There are reflective pools, Swarovski chandeliers, a breathtaking prayer hall, and a courtyard with one of the world's largest marble mosaics.
Incredible architecture! One of the place i have ever visited in my life. A must see when you visit UAE, even if you come to visit Dubai only.
The managing of the place is so professional.
Staff are helpful. I forgot to book ticket for my daughter of 6 months old. The staff did it for me in 3 seconds.
I regret I did get a guide for this tour.

Arabesque art everywhere you look. Air conditioned areas that are enclosed and umbrellas given free for hot sunny areas. QR codes before security for tickets (free) need code to enter prayer areas, everyone can go to both male and female prayer areas. Can wait for golf cart both outside the mosque and in the tunnel for quicker travels. Need to dress appropriately or purchase items that cover you especially if you are female. Many specialty shops for decor, souvenirs, food, bukur and attar attached. Parking is free.

I visited last Thursday and attended the free guided tour at 10AM. Myself and husband were the only ones who joined the tour so we ended up receiving a private tour of the mosque from Mahmoud. Mahmoud was very professional and friendly throughout the visit. He drew our attention to so many of the beautiful elements of the mosque, enlightening us with his vast knowledge of the architecture and history of it. He was also able to answer all questions of the many questions we had. I would highly recommend visiting the beautiful Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and joining one of the free guided tours. Mahmoud was a great tour guide and a real credit to the mosque.

The most beautiful mosque so far! The issue is that you have a long way to go from the parking. During the weekends is really crowded, you cant properly take pictures. The rules are strict, you have to wear abaya, or long dresses and cover your head. There is a mall down the mosque where you can have your food or coffee. Advice is to go there by 4.30 so you can see the day and the night scenes, both are amazing! It’s free of charge, but it’s required to book the tickets and better to do it in advance. Enjoy your time!

The Grand Mosque is stunning especially at night with the lighting. It's easy to see from a distance as it's pristine white, beautiful and very large. Modesty laws apply of course and clothing can be purchased. Tickets are obtained underneath and through phones so have phones ready for scanning.
We went through the entrance that goes down an escalator, or elevator and into an underground shopping and eating area. A mini mall, but underground. Once tickets are on hand you go through some queues and then either walk or ride buggies from the shopping area to the Mosque. It's a long walk with beautiful wall murals.
The Grand Mosque is pristine in every way. Intricate designs and architecture prevail. Everything is purposely placed and opulent. From the expansive decorative marvel floors to the jeweled columns and elaborate chandeliers, it is a sight to behold and experience. There is active worship so be respectful.

Obviously a gorgeous place! There are two entrances. One is for tourists to basically take photos with specific assigned photo spots. The other side is the entry for the worshippers. If you're a Muslim worshipper, I have a feeling the experience would be way better on the worshipper side because there would be less tourists. A gorgeous place but I was a little disappointed with the restrictions on where everyone could walk. Tip: Cross the street for a more gorgeous view with beautiful steps leading up to the mosque!

Breathtaking as always. It’s my third time to visit the Grand Mosque and I’m always at awe! Please dress appropriately as a sign of respect. Register ahead online so you can just show your qr codes to enter. Otherwise, you’ll have to line up to register your details.

If I could rate it more stars, I would. Stunning!! The size is enormous. The designs are simple and eloquent. Plan your visit appropriately by buying your ticket in advance. Choose an early or late visit to avoid the crowds, and I do mean crowds. There's a large mall with shops and food that is underground at the entrance to the mosque, so you'll have time to be leisurely and eat if you want.

Beautiful beautiful mosque!! Very well taking care of! very organized, people are very helpful. Lines are moving fast. No need to buy tickets. Stunning architecture. I always wanted to visit a mosque at least once in my lifetime. Never thought that it'll be the Grand Mosque itself. You can take a taxi from Abu Dhabi Bus station to Grand Mosque. The architecture you'll witness inside is amazing. The whole tour will take around an hour.
Goutham Raj — Google review
Surely one of the greatest mosque to visit. No entry fee however there is a hectic process to apply for entry permit and then pass through multiple check points which waste a lot of time. All entry points to mosque are closed with only entry provided through an underground tunnel. This results in quite a big walk before you enter the mosque.
Recommend the entry process is improved.

It's is just astonishing. The mosque is wonderful and white colour is so attractive. I loved it. Very peaceful place, and all the things are so big and Grand in scale. If you are in Dubai or anywhere in UAE, I will say you this DON'T FORGET TO VISIT HERE because you will regret it if you don't visit here. It is the country's largest mosque and is the key place of worship for daily Islamic prayers.
The Grand Mosque was constructed between 1994 and 2007 and was inaugurated in December 2007.[3] The building complex measures approximately 290 by 420 m (950 by 1,380 ft), covering an area of more than 12 hectares (30 acres), excluding exterior landscaping and vehicle parking. The main axis of the building is rotated about 12° south of the true west, aligning it in the direction of the Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
The mosque is large enough to accommodate over 40,100 worshippers, while the main prayer hall can hold over 7,000. There are two smaller prayer halls, with a capacity of 1,500 each, one of which is the women's prayer hall.
There are four minarets on the four corners of the courtyard, which rise about 107 m (351 ft) in height. The courtyard, with its floral design, measures about 17,000 m2 (180,000 sq ft) and is considered to be the largest example of marble mosaic in the world.

Even the food was good and not as pricey as we expected. It said don’t bring in own drinks but we were let in with our water. There are also numerous drinking water fountains around which you can top up with. We stayed until closing. Well worth it.

The Marah fortress alone is a great place for the family. My kid just explored all the slides on her own and we felt safe as there are a lot of staffs looking after the kids. The wave pool was also awesome as well as the Lazy River. Most of the rides/slides are about 10 to 20minutes waiting time which is not bad.
Truly a great place to visit for an amazing family bonding!

Not a good idea to come on a weekend!! Too much crowded and I don't know what happened but the life guards in the lazy river seemed to lose interest controlling the rowdy and inconsiderate people.Im just surprised because it was far different from our experience before. April 2022 visit with my family and we had blast, both my 7 & 10yrs old had fun.
We booked the tickets and cabana on site due to many covid policies. So check on the park Website for their covid policy as this might be different to other amusement parks.
In all, we had a blast, no queues which I think was down to Ramadan period. We went on all rides, 1/2 where closed but most was opened.
Sufficient food, drinks and ice-cream restaurant choices on site.
The cabana came with a safe, fan, 4 sun loungers, fridge with water bottle and a direct phone to the kitchen to make your drinks and food orders.
See pictures.

As a family with 2 kids we really enjoyed all rides, wave pool and family area. To experience all rides really needs a full day. Better to reach at morning 10am itself. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Inside food courts are little expensive but all good food. Lots of water slides were ones adrenaline boosts 😍. It’s a complete fun zone no matter what age you are you will become a kid and really enjoy. We visited during Eid holidays bcos of that waiting period of 30 mints was there for most of the slides. Wave pool was amazing, every 15 mints like sea and next 15 mints like a pool. Even they have slides for 2 year kids also. Superb experience thanks to miral management for such a wonderful water park. ❤️

Had a wonderful experience with family at Yas Water World. Though I am in UAE since this water world is opened, I never got a chance to visit this place.
There were plenty of parking spaces available near the entrance. Not much crowd, might be due to Working day. They are opened from 10 - 6 PM. They informed while entering itself that around 4 rides were closed. They provided free masks for everyone for safety. But there was no compulsion to wear the mask while in water.
If you are carrying ADCB credit or debit cards, almost all the places inside offers 15% discount. They have lockers and changing rooms separately for male and female. They also allow to carry bags inside the waterpark.
Kids enjoyed almost all the places where they had been too. We loved all the places as well.
Guards and employees are very friendly and helpful whenever approached.
Overall, water park is really good for family and kids love it for sure. Great worth for the money spent.

We had free entry into the waterworld 🌊 as we were staying at the WB hotel right next to the park. We got there at 11:00 when the park opened so we went on the slides as we got in which meant no queues for rides. It got increasingly busy by 12:00. We got our lounger right at the big wave pool area and didn't bother with a locker as your stuff really is safe just on the lounger. The snake 🐍 slides were a lot of fun and not too hectic. We also enjoyed the lazy river. There are two small kids areas, one for toddlers and one for children I'd say between 2 and 8. Really a fun area. There are tents to hire as extra that have a mini fridge and towels included. A nice option if you plan to be there the whole day as it offers nice shade and privacy obviously this is an extra charge. There's a 🎢 roller coaster but it's very chilled. There's also a wave house 🌊. A number of food places are dotted around the park as well as some shops to buy rash vests. I would recommend wet shoes as the ground is rough and your feet get sore after a while. We had a really great day. Remember to pack in sunscreen ☀️ 🧴 as it gets very hot. There are life jackets for adults and children to use for free if required.

The ticket sales agent at the counter was super nice and informed about best offers for our group but afterwards none were friendly and we faced many issues with the rudeness and unprofessional behavior at the rides and as well as at the selling points for food and ice cream and that made our visit unpleasant
While setting on the chairs young guys were smoking next to us so I asked one of the attendants: is smoking allowed!!? And his reply shocked me: go ahead but don’t let someone see you , so I told him : I don’t smoke and actually those guys smoking a lot and it bothers us , so his reply was : what can I say , when I smoke I hide but those people don’t understand!!!! And that was it
Park is clean and water temperature in all rides was very comfortable, and I believe the park could take more rides if we to spend a full day
No long lines but a lot of stairs to climb
The prices at the retail, gift and food shops is really high to a top level
The sales person at the ice cream shop next to gift shop inside the building was very unprofessional
Plenty of parking and no lines at the ticket counter
Fun day but a lot of improvement is needed

We went during EID holidays so it was extremely crowded but due to extended hours we could do lot of rides. All famous and high adrenaline rides have huge queue due to crowd but it's worth it. Rides cater to all age groups from small kids to adults. Our 9 yr son enjoyed the Yadi wave river the most. The snakes rides are awesome fun but have to climb a lot. Dawwama ride takes a lot of time so it's advisable to do it first if coming on public holidays. It is better than acquaventure. Carry own towels as it's pretty expensive inside.

Rides and attractions: We enjoyed a variety of rides and attractions at Yas Waterworld. Our favorites included the Dawwama, a giant funnel ride that spins you around and around; the Liwa Loop, a looping water slide; and the Rush Rider, a wave pool where you can surf. There were also plenty of rides and attractions for younger children, such as the Splashers Island water playground and the Marah Fortress lazy river.
Cleanliness and maintenance: The park was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was constantly cleaning up spills and debris, and the rides and attractions were in good condition.
Staff: The staff at Yas Waterworld was very friendly and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions and help us get the most out of our day.
Overall, we had a great day at Yas Waterworld with our family. We would definitely recommend it to other families looking for a fun and exciting day out.
Here are some specific things that we liked about our experience:
The park has a great variety of rides and attractions for all ages.
The park is well-maintained and clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
There are plenty of shaded areas to relax and cool off.
The food and drinks are affordable and good quality.
We would definitely recommend Yas Waterworld to other families visiting Abu Dhabi. It is a great place to have a fun and memorable day out.

According to my wife, this is the only park where you can spend the whole day.
Weekends are super busy, go early at opening time, enjoy the rides, and then spend rest of the day on other activities.
I wud recomend to go on weekdays, no need to go early, no rush, you will enjoy rides as many times as u wish to.

Lovely park with some good rides. Was quite busy with teens on the day we went as was a Saturday but still not too long to queue. Park seemed clean and tidy and staff were helpful

Well, it was an amazing experience here.
When we reached (19th Dec), there was no waiting and staff were so enthusiastic and kind at the entrance.
Locker charge was 45aed, pretty expensive.
They also give an option to load money in a wrist band that can be utilized in the park. Well a pretty good option, no need to carry cash or card in the park.
Rides were amazing, staff were super attentive and courteous.
A must visit place if you are visiting Abu dhabi or Dubai.

Abu Dhabi Water Park is so beautiful and many water games are suitable for children and adults , There are adventurous slide games here and some great games that everyone should come and play in the summer, which is best

It was good.
Maybe due to Ramadan a lot closed on the day and parts of rides turned off, so lazy rivers were a quarter hour very slow and tedious tour with nothing going on.
Food was very good and well priced but unbelievable waits for food with no other customers.
Very clean and lots of staff.
Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is an amusement park themed around racing cars and other adrenaline-pumping activities. It features 20 attractions, including the world's fastest roller coaster, along with shows, dining options, and more.
The construction is amazing! Amazing amount of greenery! Staff at every attraction very helpful and friendly.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime memory that I will never forget. The coasters were exciting, notably the Formula Russo, the world's fastest roller coaster. Except for the Formula Russo, there is no need to acquire a fast pass for the majority of the rides

The construction is amazing! Amazing amount of greenery! Staff at every attraction very helpful and friendly.
We were with our children who were 12 years old. Unfortunately most of the attractions for younger kids. A place where you could climb and jump - every now and then in the cleaning :-(
At the end of the day they opened a big queue and that saved the day. They work with poor hotels that they recommend on their website. Online customer service does not work well. It's a pity because the entrance costs quite a lot.....

One of the best amusement parks in the world. The infrastructure is just fantastic. There are many rides inside the park including world’s fastest roller coaster ride.
If you are planning to visit just go for it.

Love this theme park because it’s the first one that has no crowd and literally no wait time except for the two popular rides. There are free lockers to put your stuff. Highly recommended rides: Formula Rossa (fastest roller coaster), Turbo Track (vertical climb, gravity fall) and Flying Aces (non inverted loop).

Went to Ferrari World, and it was amazing! There was something for everyone: kids, teens, and adults. I'm giving it four stars because the Guinness World Record ride was closed, but other than that, everything was perfect. I only had to wait in line for one ride; the rest were quick. The map was really helpful, and I only went on the rides that excited me. I was able to cover everything in 4 hours and even got a chance to repeat a few of my favorite ones. They were really prepared; they had protective headbands for turbans, abayas, and all headgear. The staff was also helpful, and I even got pictures in an F1 car. It was a day well spent!

An amazing must try experience, we got the discounted tickets from there, they have different card offers that gives you a good discounted rate. The experience was amazing, the theme park has approx 4 main rollercoasters for adults, and different other options for kids as well and you can play as many times as you want. We had dinner there at one of the restaurant and the food was great and they had so many food options, I’d recommend you go early to enjoy the whole experience because the place closes early even on weekends.

Such a fun and cool place. It has the fastest ride in the world and it was super nice. The architecture was amazing! Not aloe of options for kids but that’s fine.

It is a nice place. Lots of attractions for adults. For small childrens with less than 1.3m in height is a little bit disappointing, but, overall is a good place to spend the day. The Flying Aces and all the other attractions are indeed interesting.

Great adventure park.. thrilling roller coasters & rides. Worlds fastest roller coaster is the best. Make sure to check ur children height before purchasing tickets so to avail full experience.

Amazing theme park experience. Fast intense rides include the world's fastest roller coaster as well as Flying Aces, an intensive roller coaster that is sure to get your heart pumping. We were there in September and park was open from 12-6pm. Enough time to get around the whole park if it's not too busy. When we were there it was excellent with minimal queue times on all rides. Food in the park is exceptionally expensive and you are not allowed to take your own with you. Fill up on a good breakfast from the hotel. Park is all Indoors (except for 3 rides that start Indoors). It was an amazing experience

If you’re visiting Dubai or Abu Dhabi this is so worth it. There aren’t a lot of roller coasters but the ones they do have are worth it. Formula Rossa is the world’s fastest roller coaster and it was crazy fun, went on it twice. Plenty of fun for adults and kids. Lots of food options. Highly recommend getting tickets with meal voucher included you’ll save some money. You’ll be able to go kart on a small track too for like 20 bucks. If you want you can drive a Ferrari but that’s a little expensive. The souvenir shops are nice if you want to gift anything Ferrari related. Unfortunately when we went some rides were closed so be prepared for that. If you love Ferrari it’s a must go. Lines weren’t too long but we went on a weekday in January.

It's an amazing adventure park for the thrilling rides and extraordinary ambience. There are multiple rides inside the premises. Almost all the best rides are included in the ticket 🎫 but some extra rides are chargeable. Some of the adventure rides and roller coaster 🎢 will literally give you a goosebumps and are adventurous enough to take your soul out of your body 😅. But you'll surely enjoy this. I strongly recommend this to youngsters. However, senior citizens may not suit in more that half of the rides. So, they can save some extra bucks by refraining from going in. As tickets 🎟 are on higher side. But, every penny paid is worth it. You'll never feel cheated. Great park and great staff. Must Visit when in Abu Dhabi. Minus ➖ one star 🌟 as world's fastest roller 🎢 coaster wasn't available. If some rides are closed 🔐 for maintenance then visit those again after some time ⌚. Don't just leave it. You might find it open 🔓.

Mixed feelings. 1. Yas Mall free shuttle from Dubai is almost impossible to catch -- a small bus that was only able to fit in 24ppl. Instead of an orderly first-come-first-serve, people ended up shoving and shouting for a spot. Ended up having to grab a taxi instead. 2. Like other reviews mention, cloth mask, cloth mask, cloth mask. Wish it were more emphasized to ticket purchasers/holders or even provided for free instead of making it an extra revenue for the amusement park. After all, it was a restriction only put in during the pandemic. There was even a gift store trying to sell me a cloth mask for a ride that didn't need it. Considering the ticket price and all, not sure if I would recommend. The overall concept and location are very cool though, and I enjoyed the holiday decorations. Perhaps the next visit would be better.

This is a first giant indoor theme park I Have ever seen. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The rides, food, decor;everything was wonderful.
I enjoyed a lot. They have the worlds fastest roller coaster. Also, some of the rides were very interesting.
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience at this place.

This the final place for all roller coaster adventure seekers. Ticket cost is a bit high 345 AED. There are almost 30 attractions here. The highlight here is the Ferrari Rosso which goes from 0-240 kmph in 4.9 seconds. Such a thrilling experience. I liked it.
Flying aces is another one which focus more on making you scream. Liked it a bit better than Ferrari Rosso because the front row seat experience was really thrilling. There is turbo tower, turbo track, fiorano gt challenge which is also thrilling but not as much as the above two. Then comes Ferrari Russo junior a small rollercoaster inside the building. There are many rides for children also.
Price of food is on the higher side. You can see many Ferrari cars, buy their merchandise, but small toy cars worth 50000AED and also even ride an original Ferrari for 1100 AED extra if you have an international license. You can easily spend a day here if you are ready to enter all rides. Not much busy in weekdays.
There is also F1 game simulator which is high tech with pistons under the seats that move sideways and up and down as per the condition in the race simulation. The gokart is also a great thing to ride. The tracks are designed such a way that you can literally drift your karts while cornering. The process from registration to race end rajes almost 30 minutes, but it was a great experience.
Also got to see Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh when he came to ride Formula Rossa. Overall a great experience. 5 stars surely.

Ferrari World in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, is nothing short of fantastic! An absolute must-visit for not just car enthusiasts, but anyone seeking thrilling rides, exciting attractions, and a fun-filled day.
As a Ferrari-inspired theme park, the space blows you away with the sheer range of rides and activities - from the world's fastest roller coaster, Formula Rossa, to gentler attractions for younger guests. Plus, the mesmerizing collection of Ferrari cars is a sight to behold!
Its indoor setup was a blessing, providing relief from the outdoor heat. And, there are plenty of dining and shopping options to make the day altogether more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and ensured safety precautions at all times, which made the experience feel both secure and welcoming.
What impressed me most was the seamless blend of entertainment and learning. The attractions like the factory tour and tyre change experience, enabling us to delve into the world of motoring and racing strategies, were fascinating.
In summary, Ferrari World provides an adrenaline-pumping adventure that's hard to forget. Whether you're a thrill-seeker, a Ferrari fan, or looking for a fun day with the family, this iconic theme park will exceed your expectations. I can't wait to revisit!

My experience at Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi left much to be desired. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, they were not met during my visit. The main ride, which I was particularly looking forward to, was out of action. This alone was disappointing, but what made matters worse was that the second-best attraction had an excessively long wait time of an hour.
Considering the steep cost of entry tickets, it felt like I didn’t get value for money. The limited attractions for adults were a letdown, and overall, the park didn’t cater well to a more mature audience. It seemed geared more towards children.
Reflecting on the cost and the limited entertainment options for adults, I find it hard to justify a return visit. The financial investment in tickets didn’t align with the overall experience. While I acknowledge that theme parks often cater to various age groups, Ferrari World seemed to lean heavily towards a younger audience, leaving adults with fewer engaging options.
In conclusion, my visit to Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi was not worth the investment. The combination of a malfunctioning main ride, lengthy waits, and a lack of adult-oriented attractions makes it difficult for me to recommend it for those seeking a well-rounded and enjoyable theme park experience.

Fantastic experience. Great venue. Maintenance issues meant we had to wait about 30 minutes for the same ride 2 different times. But it was fixed and we were able to have a fantastic experience. The fastest ride wasn't working which was a shame. But their aviation themed ride was absolutely amazing.
We went during Ramadan, on the weekend, during the day. Totally recommend because the lines were minimal. I also wouldn't suggest eating inside because of higher prices. Just wait until you leave and eat in the mall after. We used the teachers discount so it made the maintenance issues more manageable.
Also, for a theme park having everything inside was very environmentally comfortable. Good air conditioning. Just expect that some people don't wear deodorant so lines may get smelly.

Amazing place, with amazing staff very friendly. The rides were awesome and the best one was the flying aces. You can find good food choices at the food court. It’s a massive place and it can take you 4-5 hours to get round. Plenty of spaces to park your car and it’s connected to a shopping mall.

📍Title: Thrilling Experience at Ferrari World Dubai: A Review
Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Ferrari World Dubai, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I stepped inside, the allure of Ferrari's iconic cars captivated me. The sleek designs, powerful engines was just amazing.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly experiencing one of the world's fastest roller coaster. The rush of adrenaline as the coaster zoomed through twists, turns, and loops was an extraordinary feeling that I won't soon forget. It's an experience that truly pushes the boundaries of excitement.
Beyond the adrenaline-pumping rides, Ferrari World offered a range of other attractions that were equally enjoyable. From simulators that put me behind the wheel of a Ferrari to interactive exhibits showcasing the brand's rich history, there was something for every enthusiast.
The overall experience at Ferrari World Dubai was exceptional. The attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the seamless organization all contributed to a memorable visit. And of course, I couldn't resist capturing the magic on camera, snapping numerous photos and videos to cherish the memories.

Great adventure. Ideal for tourists to spend the day. Come prepared with comfortable shoes and clothing. Lots of walking to be done and lots of things to see. You will need at least 4 hours to do 70% of the rides. Sundays and Mondays most popular! Book in advance to skip ticketing queue. Expect queues at most popular rides. If it rain, stay away as outdoor rides closes while raining. Food and beverages can be bought inside. Lots of restaurants inside. Your cellphones, jackets, etc can be placed in lockers/bins before each ride.

Super fun day- visiting from Canada. The rides are fast and intense!! Had so much fun. Worth the admission- much cheaper than Disneyland and more adult faster rides. Loved the upside down backwards roller coaster (forgot the name). The fast pass is worth it here (only $50 cad more each) as the lines were over an hour each on a weekday afternoon. Bought tickets in advance for 10% off. It sucks the world’s fastest roller coaster was under maintenance but we knew that going into it as it was stated on their website - read reviews and people said it was worth going to anyways. Will have to be back to try the Formula Rossa! Other than the roller coasters, there were some calm rides that were good between the fast/ intense ones. The food area and stores were nice to walk around too.

Had an amazing and thrilling experience at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. From the moment we stepped foot into the park, we were greeted with excitement and anticipation. The park itself is a marvel, with its striking architecture and design, truly representing the spirit and grandeur of Ferrari.
One of the highlights of our visit was the Flying Ace roller coaster. It was an exhilarating experience that left us breathless. The speed and twists of the ride were mind-boggling and certainly not for the faint-hearted. We also had the chance to ride the fastest roller coaster in the park, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The rush of adrenaline and the feeling of sheer speed were unmatched.
What impressed us most about Ferrari World Abu Dhabi was the minimal waiting times for the rides. We had ample time to explore and enjoy everything the park had to offer without feeling rushed or crowded. This allowed us to truly immerse ourselves in the experience and create lasting memories.
However, one aspect that could be improved upon is the cost of food in the park. It is undeniably expensive, and we were disappointed to learn that bringing our own food was not allowed. We highly recommend fueling up with a hearty breakfast from your hotel before entering the park, as this will save you both time and money.
Another notable feature of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is that it is predominantly indoors, providing a climate-controlled environment that is ideal for year-round enjoyment. Only a few rides start outdoors, but even then, the experience remains exceptional.
Located in Abu Dhabi, Yas Marina Circuit is the world's most advanced racing facility. Home to the Formula One Grand Prix each November, it features a fast 7.5-kilometre track with high-speed turns and treacherous straights.
Enormous modern racetrack. Plenty of bathrooms, comfortable seats. Could have used more food concessions with more choices. Lines for food and drinks and souvenirs were too long. Track had great visibility and is very well kept.

We watched the final race of the 2022 F1 season at Yas Marina Circuit. It was an amazing experience and I recommend giving it a try. Great atmosphere.
Really busy which is normal, but you still get in and out quite fast regardless.
I would like to try the W Hotel next as you can see parts of the track from some of the rooms.

I visited Yas Marina Circuit, prominent for the Formula 1 event. my experience was great. The racing track roads are visible from all grandstands. so you can vividly enjoy the eye-catching moments of the contenders. more fun even from the Abudhabi hill. Enjoy the best service from the VIP sections.
The area has enough valet/parking area at all grand stands, wheel chair accessibility. enough lighting. security at max. customer services are exceptional.
Drawbacks is that there are many spectators, so depending on you ticket accessibility level. You might be obstructed by others.
You may have to stand for some hours if you didn't get tickets of seating in Grandstands. so book early always.

This track is awesome! I did the GT Ferrari driving experience. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was an issue with my driver’s license because I recently had it renewed and the new license only showed the renewal date, not the original issue date. I had to find a picture of an old one; which took about two hours, so I missed my track time. Luckily, the staff was SUPER nice, professional, and accommodating. When I came back they got me checked in right away and we hit the track. The instructor was great at providing feedback and corrective action. Part of my lap video file got corrupted, but nobody is to blame for that.

We booked a Formula 3000 driving experience and I have to say we were a bit disappointed! You must be aware that the instructor always rides ahead and you do not have the right to overtake him. So, the average speed is 60 km/h ! You can't feel the power of the car.
Also, it is very difficult to get to the place, we turned the wrong way a couple of times, as there are no signs.
By the way, the staff is very friendly.

A beautiful 2021 F1 grand prix track. Sad to see the 2021 championship decided by F1 officials prior to the end of race. There is no way a racer with bald tires can compete with another racer with fresh tires. The bald tire racer can compete only from where the fresh tire racer was further back in the pack before the pace car did finally pull in on lap #57.

I was lucky enough to get a last minute tour place to see the home of the Abu Dhabi GP - Yas Marina. Attending the F1 event at Yas Marina was an absolute delight! The convenience of free parking and shuttle services made getting to the venue a breeze. The ushers were incredibly helpful, guiding us every step of the way.
The entertainment was top-notch, with Shania Twain's performance adding an extra layer of excitement to the event. But the real luxury was experiencing the race from the suite, where we enjoyed unlimited food and drinks throughout the day.
Overall, Yas Marina truly knows how to make the F1 experience unforgettable. Can't wait to come back next year!
The Emirates Park Zoo is a family-friendly zoo located in Abu Dhabi. The zoo offers a variety of activities and animal interactions for visitors of all ages. It features the Petting Zoo, Bird Park, Wildlife Park, The Farm, The Aquarium, the Reptile House and more.
We went to feed the elephants and see the sea lion but the sea lion show is not available. I enjoyed feeding the elephants though. The best feature of the Zoo is on how they kept the animals’ area clean and well kept. The animals are very neat as well compared to other zoo I went into. There is so much more to do at the park. Kids can go carting, zipline or try an obstacle course. There is a pony ride too.

We had an amazing time feeding animals and getting to know about them. The breakfast with parrots was amazing and we loved the resort and our room was fantastic. 5 stars for everything ♥️♥️

Being able to enjoy these beautiful wintery vibes with family and friends is something to be very thankful for , and so we decided to spend the day among the lovely wildlife in the Emirates Park Zoo , the amenities and services provided were great , and the animal feeding snd shows were very enjoyable.
Highly recommended for spending a lovely day with the kids.

A fun experience on seeing different types of animals and got the chance to feed and pet them myself.
Employees were helpful and aware of the animal education. It was great to have knowledge about different creatures, I would highly recommend this to friends and family around UAE.

Lovely zoo with a wide variety of animals, very well maintained and air conditioned.
Highlights: I loved the air conditioned zoo experience, in this hot weather you can still enjoy seeing all the wildlife and spending whole day at zoo without getting too exhausted by the heat
Tip: Do feed the animals, if you are allowed too, it’s fun.

It's always a pleasure to visit the zoo. We were as amazed as if it was the first time. She staff is very welcoming and the shows are good. I was glad to see that they add some of the sdgs goals in their speech. It will for sure help the kids to care more about our planet and the animals.
It really worth visiting it.

Visited the zoo two days back. Variety of animals seen in the zoo. Zoo is kept clean and tidy. What I found unique in this zoo is that the animals looked super happy whether it was the goats, cows or giraffes.. We saw tigers playfully running around. Seeing them pacing atound is common but playing and running around was unique. Very interesting for kids with feeding the animals, shows..Must visit place..

Amazing experience and quite a good set up. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is becuase it needs more signs to indicate directions more clearly. We had to ask for directions to exit the Zoo. Otherwise, highly recommended and the staff are friendly.

It is a very nice place to come with kids! Hippo feeding was so much fun! Giraffe feeding is not to to be missed! And they really let you take your time with feeding and taking pictures. If you come around 4pm, you will definitely enjoy even now while it is still hot outside. Visited October 2023.

Emirates Park Zoo
A beautiful place to visit along with young children. Lots of learning for kids. They can see different varieties of animals and also get a chance to interact with some of them.
The availability of house shows, play areas and gaming zones are an added advantage to spending a lovely day at this place.
They also have inhouse restaurants to cater to the visitors.

I really enjoyed this Zoo, there’s lots of opportunities to feed the animals which makes it very interactive. I would highly recommend the Elephant Experience where you learn more about these amazing creatures and then get to feed them too. In all the Zoos I have visited, I have never had as many opportunities to feed the animals. I was very impressed and the animals looked very happy too. More reviews @ExploreWithKash

If you can ignore the smell of the goats, this park is absolutely fantastic! What we love is that everything is fairly close together and does not involve endless walking to get from one place to another. Feeding the animals so up close is a great experience for kids. We loved the giraffe feeding and watching the monkeys.
Fariha Osmani — Google review
Visited the Zoo over the weekend and absolutely loved all the different animal areas. A must for anyone with kids who enjoy a more interactive experience. Tickets are 50AED and then you purchase the food bags for animal feeding separately once you're in. Plenty of cafes in the zoo too and very reasonably priced. Favourite part of the day was feeding the giraffes AND seeing the Lion feed. Approximately 50-60 minute drive from Dubai.

A fun place to visit with family and kids. You get to feed the animals. We visited during a public holiday and the place was packed.

Emirates Park Zoo is a wonderful zoo with exhibits that really allow you to get up close and personal with most animals. The animals all look healthy and well stimulated. You can purchase grass to feed a good portion of the animals as well! There are extra experiences which you can purchase based on what you would like to do. I would recommend this small zoo, you can cover it in a couple hours!

My kids had a wonderful time at Emirates Park zoo last Saturday. The zoo is very well maintained. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and were happy to assist all the questions.
Giraffe feeding and elephant show allowed the kids to get up close with some of inhabitants.
My kids took horse and pony ride too. Outside near parking area camel riding was also available.
Overall experience was amazing and highly recommended.

The Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital is the first and largest hospital in the world dedicated to the hawk. The hospital treats about 6,000 falcons a year and also offers veterinary programs for other animals, including a shelter for the rare saluki breed of dogs.
I went to surrender a street cat and found a very quick procedure to complete the process. It was my first visit and yet to know about this Hospital and Pet Shelter. This is really great I found a place where we can leave some poor cats those are struggling on the street.
Abdus Sakur Talukder — Google review
While it may be a bit difficult getting to this attraction with all the road construction in the area, and detours...just allow yourself a little extra time to arrive. The tour of the hospital was really amazing, fun, and informative. It is good for all ages. Seeing these amazing creatures being cared for was insightful. The tour took us about 90 minutes and included an introduction, a chance to see the falcons in the clinic, time to hold a falcon on your gloved arm for a photo, and a visit to see them in an aviary.
Ro Gill — Google review
One of my favorite things to do in Abu Dhabi, you get such a great education on falconry. We got to watch a procedure when they trimmed the beak and talons also repaired flight feathers. You also get to hold and feed a falcon. You won’t be disappointed!!
Renee Harrington — Google review
You learn a whole lot about falcon culture and the animals in UAE. It is all done very professionally and with a good sense of humor making it fun for the whole family. You get to touch and pose with falcons too.

Really good experience, I wish the guide would be easier to understand. In the beginning I wasn’t sure whether he’s speaking Arabic or English.
Thomas Miskiewicz — Google review
I enjoyed it very much. First, you are taken to a room with posters and given a short lecture about falcon and falconry traditions, then you are taken to the ward where they explain a little more about the birds, show you how the anesthesia is done and does a procedure (hoped to see a endoscopy but the bird needed just a little nail trim 😄). They let you hold a falcon and take some photos. Then the guide shows you more of a hospital and other birds they have. Drawback is that its a little bit pricey and it's in a middle of nowhere so getting a taxi back can be a little bit tricky.
Greta Patapavi?i?t? — Google review
We had a cat that got run over by a car accidentally. My family contacted the hospital at night and they explained they have emergency and are open but at an extra charge.
The turn you need to take to get into the center is not clear on the high way, you will need to pass through a gate that says keep door open then follow the road to reach. It was a bit confusing the first time during night, so the road on Google maps is actually OK.
We took the cat and had to pay for a couple of things including some medications, xray and examinations.
We were told she needs a surgery. The next day we accepted the surgery knowing there is risk after making the full payment in advance including follow up charges like medicines etc.
It was more than what I would normally expect but we decided to go for it to end her sufferings. She had fractures and required hernia and spay since she was pregnant. Unfortunately, the surgery did not succeed and neither the mother nor the kittens made it. It's difficult to judge the doctor expertise since she was not in a good shape and we knew there were high risks.
I was asked if I want to keep the ash and I said no. Later, when I requested the balance I was told it is not refundable but it can be used for other treatments or to buy any supplements ie food, toys, etc. This might be mentioned clearly in the forms I signed.
I clearly requested being informed of any charges upfront and found an Incineration cost added without my consensus. After some calls and discussions in person it was considered part of the balance amount.
There was good follow up by the hospital after admittance and pre and during surgery. I signed forms and made the payment online. Mr Hassan was friendly and explained many things clearly and was following up well.
To summarize, it's good to find a place that is open outside working hours. Some of the charges in my personal view are on the higher end, but I have little experience in this. They charge 80 AED per calender day for hospitalization. My cat spent 13 hours but I was charged for the two days. I don't think this is the norm. If you want to give your cat away for some reason, they provide a shelter at a charge of around 165 for female and around 120 for male cats. If you want to adopt, there is a charge of over 400 including chip vaccinations and food if I remember correctly.
MOHAMED A — Google review
Advice to everyone here and not to defend the place but I was told by a vet in AD (and shown emails) that falcon hospital sends on a Daily basis with all the microchip numbers of cats they have found or got surrendered to them to try and help in locating the owners.
This email is sent to all the vets in AD and as per the one who informed me of this "we don't have time to check these".
So if you have lost a pet who is microchipped, go BACK TO YOUR VET and ask them to check the records.
The problem here is that there are no databases for pets.
Moreover, people who are surrendering their beloved pets should instead opt to find them a home through the rescuers as the hospital has dozens of animals surrendered to them.

The falcon hospital is an amazing experience that teaches you about the falcons. The care and time that goes into them, and why they are so loved throughout the UAE. For a first time visitor I recommend doing this. It was truly a cool and knowledgeable time. They have different species of birds available but of course the falcons were number 1.
Claude Clarke — Google review
Truly wonderful experience learning about falcons and their behavior. Don't forget to book the tour in advance as these happen at stipulated times. Fahad and the vet team were great hosts in explaining everything about trimming their talons and beaks under anaesthesia, and showing us around the premises. Aside from falcons, there are several owl species, peacocks and lots of other birdlife in this facility.

I have to say that this place was by far my favourite during my trip to Abu Dhabi! I am big on animal rescue and so I just had to see how falcons are cared for in this country. It’s safe to say that they’re in great hands and the facility here is top notch!
We signed up for the tour around the hospital and since we visited during a weekday, it was just us and so it was basically a private tour which was awesome. Our tour guide was the best and he was super funny. We had the best time with him and he definitely made us feel welcomed!
We were able to see them do a routine procedure as well as hold the falcon ourselves. They even let us feed one of them which was such a memorable experience!
Definitely a must visit!

I adopted my Vino boy at the Falcon Hospital Shelter, the whole experience was smooth, they gave him a bath and gave us a big bag of food before leaving.
A lot of beautiful animals are available and waiting to be adopted there. 🐾 🐾 🐾
I often visit to five them toys and always happy to see that some of them are getting adopted.
Their vets are also good and professional, they did my dog’s castration and he only had a few stitches and was back to his goofy self after a few hours.

Dubai Parks and ResORTS is a massive amusement park complex containing 4 theme parks, a plush spa and a luxury hotel. It has an open-air food court with different historical eras represented, as well as themed cinemas and rides that are sure to keep guests entertained for days on end.
Great place with many different types of parks including water park and adventure park. It's not a one day trip, you need to plan your visit as per your likes. Very well maintained and amazing rides specially in motiongate. Recommended.

Very nice place for all ages especially kids. There are multiple playing parks including lego land water park. Tickets are available onsite & online. It’s very large place. Children below 2 years are free entrance. Any other age cost 330 Emirates Dirham but says online is 30% less however I didn’t try website. If you add fast track which is highly recommended for Motiongate park it will cost additional 290 Emirates Dirham. You need full day to visit one park only. There is an option to visit 2 parks in one day but I don’t recommend this as you will not have enough time to do so. It’s better to split the visit for individual parks at a time so you can have enough time to play all games. Plenty of restaurants are there for all type of food.

The park is amazing, I came more than time in winter, and it was acceptable to come a little bit earlier at 3 PM.
In summer it's very hot to come at 5 pm and the parks closed at 8 pm.
If anyone went to Riyadh Boulevard, you will see the MIST FAN everywhere, and it's open till midnight.
I suggest to the Dubai Parks management to consider the weather in Dubai and changing the time.

Plus, there's a waterpark right next door making it an amazing day out for the whole family.
Very nice park, our son and us (husband & I ) enjoyed the park very much. It is suitable for children and adults. The staff was very kind and we had overall an amazing experience. Phoned to confirm if it will be a busy day and if I should buy fast track to avoid the rush. I was ensured it would be VERY busy and almost half hour per ride. Therefore I was persuaded to by fast track at 150aed per ticket extra. On arriving to the park it was completely empty and no queues at all, there were more staff than visitors. I was very disappointed for their lying to get me to pay for fast track. Also! I specifically asked before booking my ticket that my child is 102cm (most rides your child has to be over 105cm) I was advised my son can still get into most rides! INCORRECT! it's only around 5 rides he could enjoy. Overall, very disappointed with the service, the lying and the staff who lied to get sales. I will thoroughly advise you to avoid this place. My child was very upset and we ended up taking them to kidzania where they really enjoyed their day.

It is a nice theme park, starting to show its age though. It's best to go there with kids of early school under 12 years old. The staff is friendly and cheerful, and the activities are fun.
The big Lego store is worth visiting, they offering pretty much all the current sets.
It is kinda difficult to get there, as the taxi driver will navigate to the HOTEL, not the theme park, and you can't go through the hotel to the park so you have to drive around and waste a bunch of time and money.

Full day entertainment for kids of any age. But if your kid's height is above 105 cm he/she can enjoy much more rides. The submarine ride is really good as kids see different kinds of fishes. Dragon ride is a must if you like a bit of thrill. Overall great experience. Lots of places to eat (pizza and pasta buffet my recommendation)

Amazing experience. Specifically the themed hotel makes it interesting and special. Theme park and water park are just like any other theme park with theme park being the better for us than the water one which seemed a bit small with less number of water slides but enough for 4-5 hours.
Theme park is divided into various zones and each having few themed attractions and rides. Dragon roller coaster being the highlight which we can do as an adult.
Rest rides have height restrictions so please check with your kids height before going. Good for 3-10 age kids.
Hotel served as a best part for us with lovely vibes and themed rooms. Breakfast buffest also having various options.
Go for it for a weekend and you will not regret regarding experiencing something new and unique.

It’s nice, if you arrive early you can see everything in a day. The food was also good. We ate in a place where only adults had to pay and children eat free, it was also all you can eat and drink with a one time fee. The attractions are numerous and children will definitely have fun. There are queues to every attraction but the good part is that you don’t have to pay for anything than the tickets (and the food). I wish the shops had more lego products.. i didn’t really had anything to buy :(

The hotel is great for kids. Different themes, heaps of Lego and a couple of restaurants. Theme park next door. The pool is the perfect size to keep an eye on the kids.

Can't speak for the hotel as we didn't use it and a bit miffed that the Google maps classes the resort as a hotel.
However the things I could rate or the theme park were excellent. Overall cleanliness was great and facilities were good. Only down side for me was the variety and quality of food available, I would have happily paid more for more upmarket eats, the only things available were the all you can eat buffet which were heavily cheese orientated being Italian themed in nature, a burger diner and cafe. There are a ton of stalls around to rehydrate.
So on to the good parts and tips, we went at the end of Ramadan, the park was empty, with almost no wait for the super popular rides which normally have a 30min wait. Also BUY the refillable cup, we must have gone though about 30 refills over the course of 6 hours, well worth the money and the staff don't seem to mind that multiple people use the same cup.
Final bit of advice is take your kids if they are over 120cm as options are limited for rides.

Our first visit. Our 2.5yr old loved it but not many rides for him. Above 105cm is eligible for all rides so keep that in mind ! You can check their website for more info on rides and map of the place . It’s more fun going with friends. Advisable to go when the weather is better, getting hotter by the day.

There are plenty to do and play there. The rides are fun and mostly suitable for children between 5 to 10. It is advisable to check height requirements for the rides on website prior to visit.
Area is clean and litter free. About 70% of the park is outdoors. The staff are good. You can feel they are trying hard to be nice but you can also tell they are tired.
I would recommend waiting for discount and get annual tickets. The park is great but I feel it's normal ticket is pricey in comparison to others in UAE.

This place is no less than perfect for children aged 3-7.
Older children might get bored, as there are only 2-3 thrilling rides.
We have spent a full day with our 5.5yo son, and he enjoyed it so much.
Luckily, we came in on a non crowded day in December, so the park was relatively empty and there were no lines.
There's a great fully equipped baby care center for breastfeeding and dining tables, and many very good restaurants.

Great for kids... Will suggest to spent in their overnight accommodation. Anyone of the fully themed rooms is good. Ask for a pool view.

And we left, came back @4 pm they didn’t even do the routine room cleaning!! They didn’t even care about our complaint!! So weird and unprofessional.
Another thing we left our luggages for only 1 hour in the storage room before leaving .. and we received it broken !!! They broke the handle!! Like I don’t know how but it was BROKEN !! Not just removed!! And they didn’t even care !!

Our grandson loved his first visit here. At the security entrance, they check your bags. No extra food is allowed unless baby or dietary. Then friendly staff check you into the park. The map has different areas. We were shown what would be suitable for our 3-year-old, very helpful. Many adventures to be had here! The 4D films are on the hour from 11am and set in a large theatre, some are quite scary, so be aware. It's worth a few visits. We are staying at Lapita Hotel with inclusive tickets, which means we can split our visiting time into zones.

Went on Monday, around 10:30. Absolutely lovely, no crowds, no queues at the rides, a really pleasant experience.
Pros:
1. A lot of activities,rides, food courts.
2. If you come at the right time - no queues, so you can enjoy all of the rides, even a couple of times in a row.
3. Loved the submarine ride - absolutely great.
4. Great for ages 2 to 7, I would say even 6. At the age of 6 my son got access to all of the rides, except 1.
5. The staff - just great, cheerful, helpful, polite.
Cons:
1. Some rides show signs of age, especially the build zones - not a lot of bricks there.
2. With older children - basically nothing to do, except the dragon ride.
3. Pricey food courts, but this is normal for this kind of establishment.
4. Locations is quite far, expect a lengthy ride, with all of the traffic.

Take lots of 500ml water bottles. And there are a range of restaurants by the river (so you're not limited to the little cafe). You'll most probably walk a lot, have comfy shoes. It is very shaded, but there's also a bit of sun, so sunscreen would be advisable. Get to the hotel earlier, drop off your bags and try to start the Legoland stuff at ~10:00 am, and then check in at 3:00 pm. There aren't many viable coffee options on site.

The hotel rooms are nice but the dinner was below standard it was horrible -100 hygiene -100 quality the people there were eating like kids they would take the nuts and sticks out of the cakes. In addition the spoons and plates were not clean and the food quality was disgusting food was raw and was a mess even the chocolate fountain had splashed on the strawberries and dragon fruit. The only thing that kept us was the access to the parks which were standard although they were super small about 4 or 5 rides in each! This hotel is very expensive and 5 stars which is supposed to be incredible and worth the hype truly a disappointment.

Wonderful place to visit. Everything was superb, huge masterpiece, well engineered place. The staff were very kind especially that we had an autistic kid, they wouldn't let us wait at any game. The park included lots of games for all ages, 4D cinema, rides and much more. The factory journey was also a plus and wasn't expected! Although we watched lots of youtube videos and read reviews, a real visit was totally different.

Games are for age between 3 and 5 years old even if they say up to 12. My daughter is 6 years she felt bored , gave are limited and one of the sections “imagination” is questions and answers type of games you can do home. No one advised us at the door that the parka doesn’t fit my kids age that are 6 and 8 so we ended up , being bored and walking to see what to do, and the mood there is also down and empty. Not recommended at all. I complained and they were careless even with several mails and follow up. It is a waste of time and money.

A great day out for the kids! My recommendation is from 4 to 12 years old. Annual passes are great value for money if you'll visit a few times per year. Some rides may be out of service because of repairs, check ahead if possible.

The Outlet Village is a stunning Italian-style shopping destination located near Dubai Parks. It offers a wide range of top international clothing brands, luxury stores, and popular outlets like Adidas and Lacoste. The architecture is impressive and stands out in Dubai, with spacious walkways and a variety of dining options. It's conveniently close to Riverland, making it easy to visit both attractions in one day.
Parking available 24/7 free parking

Outlet Village Mall in Dubai is a mixed bag. The architectural design is impressive, providing a unique shopping atmosphere. However, the prices don't quite match up – not the most competitive. It's an okay mall, not particularly good or bad.

This place is among the #bestarchitecture work in Dubai, first sight of it was unbelievable. It completely different than other architecture work we had in #Dubai,
Its wide, eye catching, variety of outlets, numerous food options,
It’s close to river land, both can be visited on the same day,
Highly recommended to all friends and families.

The place is well known for its unique architecture and meticulous design and execution. It has a decent variety of brands however I was personally disappointed with the Outlet Village. The prices are not competitive at all, the variety of merchandise available at the stores are also not very good. The parking is free so you have to give them that. But honestly I was disappointed with the overall experience.

Al Qudra Lake is a man-made lake in the middle of the Sahi AL Salam Desert in the outskirts od Dubai.( UAE) The Lake, spread over 10 hectares, is home to more than one hundred species of birds including many migratory birds. We also got to see a few Arabian sand gazelles, flamingos, and many migratory birds.
I went with my family camping on the banks of the lake. Many people came with tents n barbecue.
It's very entertaining for kids as they get to play in the wild outside the comfort of their homes.
My grandkids prepared sand castles and played with their rubber toys. They loved bird watching and fish feeding.
There is a viewing gallery that overlooks the whole lake n it's surroundings.
All in all. It was a great feeling to have such picnic spots to drive down to on weekends.

My favorite spot to camp or stargazing during Dubai winter. The path is accessible so you an enter and park by the lake with your sedan or hatchback. I prefer to come at or after midnight, have a night barbecue, chill with friends and tell each other scary stories, watch the sun rises, and head home. This timing is great if you don't want to see a lot of people. Weekends can get busy. Please do not litter and take your trashes back home with you.

The place is nice, peaceful, and has many birds… we were enjoying our get away time until the sun started going down and that’s when many of visitors (with all due respect to the good ones) were drinking like fish, yelling, screaming, cursing, playing Indian music out loud and stayed doing that all night long until around 4:30 AM. It was our first time and last time for sure.
It’s sad how the government works so hard to provide us many beautiful places and the visitors come and ruin it. We couldn’t sleep all night because it wasn’t safe to sleep with a wife and kids while bunch of drunks and irresponsible people surrounding you screaming and cursing in foreign language. When it hit 6 am we packed and left. I wish the government BANS ALCOHOL and search the cars before entering the premises. I have camped in many countries and places, this one is the worst ever because of the visitors. We have a saying in Arabic goes “oh foreigner be polite” it means when you go somewhere to visit, you have to be at your upmost manners and respect.
Like sand, lots of sand, mountains of sand? Even if you think that you don't like sand, I think that the experience worths very, very much!! The rally with SUVs trough the dunes, the belly dance, the typical goats and the magical atmosphere that evolves the place is a must see panorama in your Dubai stay...

The Al Ain Zoo is the largest and most important zoo in UAE. It is home to 197 different species of animals, many of which are endangered. The zoo has a research facility that specializes in breeding and conservation programs for local endangered species. Some of the highlights of the zoo include viewing grazing Arabian oryx, big-horned Barbary sheep, rhinos, hippos, tigers and lions.
We visited this zoo on a Saturday morning and it was quiet at 10am. We got tickets for a family of four for around AED55+ with gov discount - very good deal indeed. We managed to see most of the animals like lion, tiger, leopard, giraffe, hippo and crocodile as mostly was out or under the shades as it was not too hot yet. I can imagine they will hide maybe later in the afternoon when it’s warmer. Overall, the zoo was very well run, clean and lots of space to walk for the kids. Took us almost 3 hours and would recommend especially for a family outing in the winter months.

It is a lovely Zoo. A truly interesting location to visit it is quite a unique place filled with many different experiences. It is a very nice Zoo to visit and I had went there many times as a Child and a couples times as I got older. I had many fun and enjoyable moments there. The Animals were in great condition and seemed healthy. As well as going to the Safari with a good guide who explained things about animals and the zoo itself. The bird show was very interesting and knowledgeable filled with many unique birds and how the birds were surrounding us and flew around us was amazing. Would highly recommend to go during the afternoon after 3 pm go with a bag packed with food and water.
The Penguin Exhibit was one of the best parts seeing them through a glass separating us from them and where they stayed was an area with glaciers of Ice and cold water with an extremely cold climate.
The exotic animal exhibit was nice as well it had Snakes, Reptiles and other such animals in a dark showing room with each animals being separated from the other in a different hold.
We managed to see most of the animals like lion, tiger, leopard, giraffe, hippo and crocodile as mostly was out or under the shades as it was not too hot yet. We had such a great time with the kids. There were lions, Dino, giraffes, endangered oryx, deer, gorilla, leopards and more. We enjoyed the safari which was just 40 mins.
The area is so big we unfortunately did run out of time to see the reptile section, furthermore we missed out on the Cheetah run and other experiences that had been cancelled. So it’s best to check ahead what is showing. And make sure to allocate a full day. Unless you hire the cart rides to navigate around the zoo.
The bird show of raptors, vultures and eagles was great except we wished the person presenting the show was more clear in speaking. We couldn’t understand her English at moments, which was the same with the safari tour guide. Food options inside are limited. It’s best to eat ahead before getting in as there are some food stalls outside. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

It was a nice experience to do safari from here. Not much expensive even. The guide with us was so supportive and was very helpful. I actually forgot her name. You should always try Safari, Rather than just going for the shows and cages. Clean and well maintained. It’s good to see everyone embracing the digital culture.
We bought the ticket online and it helped our entry very smooth without any delay. I will always suggest to get the tickets online. There was a big queue at the ticket counter for those who were trying to take the ticket from there. Keep this also in your plan along with Jebel Hafeet and it will be pretty good.

We recently visited this zoo, and it was an incredible experience! Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance, which makes planning your visit easy.
The variety of animals they have is truly impressive, and it’s clear that the staff is dedicated to their well-being. The enclosures are spacious and impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable environment for the animals.
What truly makes this zoo stand out is its educational focus. Informative signs and engaging exhibits are scattered throughout, creating an enriching experience for both children and adults to learn about wildlife conservation.
There’s a wealth of entertaining activities, including the opportunity to feed Giraffes, enjoy Penguin feedings, and witness captivating bird shows. Additionally, the kids’ play area is a fantastic attraction. You’ll also find cafes and food stalls inside, making it convenient for refreshments.
Overall, our visit was a perfect blend of fun and education. Just be sure to plan your visit during pleasant weather to fully enjoy this remarkable zoo!

Visiting Al Ain Zoo Safari was an unforgettable and enriching experience for us. We had the pleasure of spending our day immersed in the wonders of the jungle safari, where the off-road land cruiser adventure brought us up close and personal with a variety of fascinating animals.
The process of booking our safari was smooth, having arranged it a day before our visit. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived at the zoo location an hour later than planned. To our delight, the staff at Al Ain Zoo Safari demonstrated exceptional professionalism and were incredibly accommodating.
The staff's helpful and friendly demeanor played a significant role in turning our slight delay into a seamless and enjoyable experience. Despite our tardiness, they efficiently managed to ensure that our visit remained nothing short of amazing. Their dedication to providing a positive encounter for visitors was evident throughout our time at the safari.
The jungle safari itself was a highlight of our visit. The off-road land cruiser adventure allowed us to witness animals in their natural habitat, creating an authentic and immersive experience. The diverse range of wildlife, coupled with the knowledgeable guides, enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the animal kingdom.
Al Ain Zoo Safari not only delivered on its promise of a thrilling adventure but also showcased a commitment to customer satisfaction. Unforgettable Wildlife Adventure at Al Ain Zoo
Review:
Al Ain Zoo offers an enchanting experience for wildlife enthusiasts and families alike. From the moment you step through its gates, you're greeted with a diverse array of well-maintained enclosures housing a wide range of animals. It's the perfect destination for a day out with family and friends, promising both educational insights and the sheer pleasure of observing magnificent creatures in their natural habitats.
During my visit, I found myself thoroughly immersed in the fascinating world of wildlife, thanks to the zoo's informative exhibits and engaging presentations. From majestic big cats to playful primates, every corner of the zoo seemed to hold a new discovery, making it an enriching experience for visitors of all ages.
The environment within Al Ain Zoo is conducive to leisurely strolls and exploration, with ample opportunities for visitors to interact with the exhibits and learn more about the animals. The signage throughout the zoo is clear and descriptive, enhancing the overall experience and ensuring that guests can navigate the grounds with ease.
Moreover, the security personnel at Al Ain Zoo are incredibly helpful and accommodating, readily available to provide guidance and assistance to visitors as needed. Their presence adds an extra layer of comfort and safety, allowing guests to fully enjoy their time at the zoo without any concerns.
However, it's worth noting that some areas of the zoo may be restricted or under maintenance during certain periods, which can be disappointing for visitors hoping to explore every corner of the facility. Despite this minor inconvenience, Al Ain Zoo remains a fantastic destination for fun and enjoyment, offering a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
In conclusion, I highly recommend a visit to Al Ain Zoo for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the wonders of the natural world. It's a true gem in the UAE, providing countless opportunities for adventure, learning, and unforgettable memories. Don't miss out on the chance to experience the magic of Al Ain Zoo – it's an experience you won't soon forget!

It's a beautiful zoo and it's very large. I love this zoo because it is not just a place to view animals as there's a research Centre. There are enough trees providing healthy and beautiful ambience to the zoo. It was a good exercise for me as I walked around the zoo. They have a good number of staff at strategic locations ready to help tourists with information. The zoo is clean. There are shops to buy snacks and drinks. There's shuttle service for people who would like to ride around. The zoo has very large car park. As at when I came here, it was possible to come here riding in any of these busses from town - 904,905,914,915.

Zoo is spread over a large area. I recommend taking the shuttle service if the weather is hot, as it is exhausting to walk in the heat although it can be expensive if there are more people. Some of the exhibits were closed or opening soon when we visited. The penguin experience was fun. We were able to feed them. Ms Noora , our guide took care of us and was very courteous. She even helped getting us around the park. The cheetah run was very short show. By the time you actually settle and watch the show it is over. Would be nice if they added more activities to it. The bird show is worth to watch. Got to know a lot of information about different kinds of birds.

This zoo is not worth for any hype, most of the cages are empty and 5-6km of walking all around to see the cages. Now weather becoming not favourable for walking. Buggy rides are available with extra charges. Personally, prefer walking, taking our own time seeing animals and taking photos will be more fun rather passing by in train or buggy rides. Place is clean and maintained properly. Restaurants and cafes are available.
Washroom in front of the entrance are not cleaned properly and tissues are not disposed when it was full, even though two staffs are there.

I have visited the zoo a few times. The routes are a bit complicated, and it is quite difficult to navigate, especially during the summer months. I would like to highlight the way the animal areas or cages are designed, as most of the animals seek shade and are always on the other side from the viewing deck. I would not recommend visiting the zoo during the summer. In terms of value for money, there are better options available in other emirates.

Seems it's going under revamp. Quite a lot of exhibits were coming soon and a few were not even there. The overall state of the facility looked as if it has not been maintained well since quite sometime. Missing signs, broken shades and general upkeep was lacking. Food options are also very limited and high priced. suggestion: book tickets online as its 28.5 for adults whereas on ticket counter the charge is 31.5 per adult + 3 aed extra charge for card payment. Overall I was visiting after 7 years and it definitely lacked the overall experience as it was 7 years ago. I loved this zoo then but I think it needs to be upgraded now. I hope they do. :).

The zoo was huge. You cannot go on walking to see all the animals as they're spread out all over the place. It would be best if you went with the "shuttle service". The shuttle service works like the hop-on hop-off ways. There are five stations, and each station in the zoo has an animal category/region. In addition to the zoo entrance ticket, the shuttle service can be obtained by buying the ticket, too.
In terms of the animal collections, the zoo has (almost) it all, and they've been well taken care of. Although it was the best time to visit (December is cold enough in Al Ain), we had an unfortunate situation seeing these animals in their "habitat" at noon, as it was probably their rest time.
Best of all, the entrance ticket is relatively cheap, friendly staff, a good restaurant, a big car park, and (definitely) the animals.

Very bad experience. Most of the places are under maintenance. Very few animals. The entry tickets are expensive in comparison to what the zoo has to offer. After entry, the shuttle service is very costly. Even after collecting expensive fee, the service offered is horrible. You have to wait for long time at each station. Most of the exhibits are empty. No shades for visitors. I don't understand why they had a structure along the walkway without a top for shade. Dubai safari park is far better. Al ain zoo is not even 10% of dubai safari Park. Wont be visiting in near future. My advice, there are better options than this zoo. Still want to visit, keep your expectations low.

There are a lot animals, the zoo is huge and it is hard to cover on foot, many animals are hard to see because we went there in the early afternoon and it was hot even in December. Although it was a cool experience, the lack of clear signs and maps of the zoo made it difficult to see every thing, however the staff were very nice and guided us whenever we ask them a question. A must see place if you are looking to know about the founding father of UAE, HH Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. The palace is well maintained and takes us back in time. There are well preserved artefacts within the palace. One can spend an hour easily exploring and definitely worth a visit if you're in Al Ain.

Lovely place ; very welcoming staff; the rooms exhibit the life style of royal family and their guests. We visited after 5:30 pm; we enjoyed the serenity of the weather of cooling breeze coming from oasis side (that is just 200 meters away ) and warm sunset light over the castle’s walls.

a nice museum that actually used to be the former home of the former ruler of the UAE. a beautiful home to walk through and lots of history to learn. we were greeted with gahwa and dates. the staff was very friendly in explaining things to us. there are restrooms available. unfortunately a majority of the museum is outdoors and the parts that are inside do not have any AC. the parking is outdoors and not shaded either. still worth a visit!

The predominantly palm-fringed oasis of Al Ain's Al Ain Oasis is a beautiful place to visit with its well-preserved traditional irrigation systems and gardens. The Oasis has been used for centuries by the local population to irrigate date palm orchards, and today offers visitors an insight into the region's history.
What a diamond is this place in a desert country... wow… Wonderful climate inside with ample of trees and walkways. You can use the rented bicycle to move around the oasis. Neat and clean, many sitting areas, having mosque and cafeteria inside too.cold wind energize you in the hot summer even.Entry fee is free and only they are checking al hosn green pass here due to the pandemic at the entrance security gate.

Al Ain Oasis is a best place for those looking to immerse themselves in nature life,
and a walk around the oasis is a breathtaking way to do it.
Very good pathways are shaded by a vibrant canopy of trees blooming with fruits like mangoes and date.
The oasis is also ripe for exploration on two wheels. Relax and ride a bicycle underneath the shade of the palm fronds for a more unique places.
Best time go morning or evening.
Open time 9 to 5pm.
Free parking and entry .
I like the farm water line system

This historic oasis is beautiful and amazing place to tour. You can also rent bikes. We attended while there was a festival and Ripe Market set up at the entrance. There were also food trucks set up at the entrance. During the festival we paid a small fee to enter, but regularly it is free to enter. The Oasis is beautiful and lush you could spend hours roaming the pathways. There are restrooms and an ETHR cafe inside. I highly recommend checking it out!
Parking:
Yes, there is a small parking lot near the entrance and overflow into a dirt lot across the street.

My friends and I have a long drive from Dubai to Al Ain and decided to explore the beautiful places here. We came across an oasis on the map. If you're a nature lover, this is the right place for you to experience this beautiful scenery. The entrance ticket is only AED 5, and there are many small shops offering various products, from food to garments.

A nice place for a get away weekend for a nice walk around full date farms. It’s very good and surprising to see such grown trees in Oasis. I would recommend to take bicycle so that it would be nice to see farms like this. It will not take much time hardly 15 to 20 mins, even if skipped no issues. It’s free of cost, no entry fee only have to pay for bicycle or buggy that’s all. There are 1 or 2 small restaurants in the premises

TOO HOT TOO VISIT IN SUMMER, EVERYTHING IS REALLY DRY AND NOT WORTH THE WALK OR BIKE. We visited in summer 2023, the thermometer reaching some 47 degree celsius in August. Although parking and entrance is free, we would not recommend to do this: it is unbearably hot, not place to find shade, the palms and the oasis in general is rather dried up. We had expected more.

It's a UNESCO world heritage site. No entrance fees. It's better to come during winter season. We took a bicycle for 2 persons, it costs 60 aed for 1 hour. It's very peaceful place. They will give you a free map of this place , but it's useless.

It is one of the biggest oases in Al Ain. Most of the plants were date palms. Entrance is free. However, buying a tour ticket may give you more knowledge about the oasis's history without making your body sweat for walking or cycling.

Alain Oasis a beautiful UNESCO heritage site in the middle of Alain city.
The place is so serene and when you walk few meters inside, the place completely disconnects the sound and buzzing of the city.
It has beautiful spread of palm trees, Mango trees and a beautifully laid out irrigation channel. There are birds singing everywhere. The place brings a magical calm and makes forget about the distractions.
The walk approximately takes an hour and half from one end to another. They even have cycles for rent near the gate if you are not very keen on strolling.
If you are a person who loves nature, you would really enjoy and appreciate the place.

This is a place outside Al Ain Oasis that has been beautifully decorated with flowers and lights. Someone told me it's flower festival. I will allow you to see how beautiful this place is from the photos I will upload. Alhoson was required for entrance when I visited. There are food trucks and Cafe just around the place for tourists and people who come here with their family and loved ones to take photos and relax here. Good place to visit
The entry is free so no need to pay for any.
Peaceful place to roam and be in the nature. You see lots of dates cultivation and birds chirping around.
It’s recommended to visit this place around evening. Because it’s not that hot and very cool weather. There’s also a cafe inside it. It is little bit expensive but good food and coffee.
You can also rent a cycle or small vehicle if you do not like to walk.
Outside the oasis, you can see the park which is quiet big. There’s a playground for children as well. So you can bring your kids and have a good quality time with your family.

Way nicer than we expected. Perfect for a 1 hour bike ride around the grounds in nature. Beautiful thick canopy for shade and nice weather in January. We rented 2 bicycles but they have e-scooters and 2 person quadcycles as well. There's not really a place to park the bikes and picnic if that's your plan but can have a nice ride then eat afterwards.

I have truly fallen in love with this place! I believe it reflects the core value of UAE where you can find the palm trees, traditional food, and lots of music and arts shows. Souq Al-Wahat has added a special vibes to this place where family and friends can meet to stroll around in a cheerful place as it is.

Nice for a walk and seeing a different place. But it doesn't offer too much. We hired a quadro bike, it has a closed roof, so it feels closed. I felt walking would be a better choice. Or normal bicycles. There is a nice cafe in the middle. Food was good. Especially date cake and coffee.

Beautiful oasis. No entry fees. I recommend to plan ur visit during winter time. We took a bicycle for 2 persons to go around for 60 aed per hour rent. The area is quite big and easy to get lost. Get a bottle of water before u start ur journey as there is no place to buy water or a snack after u start walking around. I would definitely come back again in December or January.

Nestled amidst the UAE's desert landscape lies the captivating oasis city of Al Ain, a treasure trove of natural wonders and cultural heritage. My recent visit to Al Ain Oasis left me enchanted and invigorated, immersing me in a world where time seemed to stand still, and the beauty of nature unfolded at every turn.
Al Ain's rich history, evident in its UNESCO World Heritage Site designation, is a testament to its significance as a cradle of civilization in the region. As I wandered through the ancient forts and meandering pathways of the oasis, I felt a profound connection to the land and its storied past.

Whether you seek relaxation, inspiration, or adventure, Al Ain Oasis welcomes you with open arms, ready to unveil its secrets and leave an indelible mark on your heart.

The 1.240-meter-high Jebel Hafeet overlooks the city of Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates. The mountain is popular for hikes and picnics and is home to endangered species, including red foxes, feral cats, and rock hyrax. A 12km-long paved road completes a completely lit loop to the Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet hotel and coffeehouses at the summit.
Drive through many curves and deep sloped roads, and when you reach the top, you can even experience a very good view. This place will help you relax or cheer with your family & friends. Please note that it will be difficult to get parking on winter weekends. The road is well maintained, and you can see the emergency parking when you drive to the top.

Jebel Shams, the highest mountain peak in Oman, offers breathtaking views of the deep Wadi Ghul also known as the Grand Canyon of Arabia. The valley is characterized by vertical cliffs that expose more than 1000m dropoffs. The access point to this popular mountain can be achieved either by foot or 4WD. A double-arched gateway marks the entrance to the town that serves as a natural access point for historic sites such as Bahla and Jabrin.
Jebel Shams is a stunning area of natural beauty. 4WD car recommended as there are lots of twisty dirt tracks towards the top. Lovely and quiet, the place would be perfect for camping (although it was much colder there than in the low-lands!) Beautiful place to watch the sunset. A wide range of hotels and camp sites have been set up within the mountains if you fancy staying somewhere nice.

In the summer, the temperature is around 20 °C (68 °F) and in the winter it drops to less than 0 °C (32 °F). Jabal Shams also hosts Al Nakhur Canyon which is labeled as the Grand Canyon of Arabia. This place has stunning views and breathtaking environments, literally. Because it is about 9000 ft above sea level, you might feel that you need a teeny tiny bit more effort to breathe but it is barely noticeable to some people. I went there in the beginning of May and it had a pleasant weather (24°C), about 15°C lower than the typical weather of Oman and it was fairly windy. If you have a loaded car with your family or camping equipment, I'd suggest you to lower your vehicle's tire pressure to 30 psi (it might change depending on your vehicle's specifications and load) because I feel that it is the safest lowest pressure on a tire since most of the road you'll be driving on is off road and also because the higher up you go, the lower the atmospheric pressure becomes and your tires will bulge up and might increase in pressure the higher up you go. I'm not sure of it but I felt the tires of my car had swollen up a bit. Also, most importantly the radiator of your vehicle should be working 10/10 because while you're climbing, the car may overheat for a while and you'll have to stop for it to get cold.
Overall the atmosphere and the scenery is amazing and a 4x4 is highly recommended although normal cars can reach up to the resorts easily. I had a Subaru Legacy 2005 which is AWD and it was fairly easy to reach the resort area without any damage to the under side of the car.

Beautiful place to go and see. Not only the place is gorgeous but also the way to go there and back. At a certain time there is no pavment just dirt-road (except at the very top). You will need a 4-wheeler in order to manage the serpentines. Be aware of the fact that the road can be closed due to rain. Yes, rain! A tour may be canceled because the dirt roads turn into mud besides streams of mud-rivers flood the street afterall. It can be dangerous by then!
We were lucky to have made it back early enough.

The site for best panoramic view is easily accessible by vehicles with the road just a few minutes' walk away the mountain edge. Fantastic for selfies and scenery shots.

Al-Hazm Castle (حصن الحزم) in Rustaq at Batinah region, is one of the most magnificent castles in Oman. It had been under renovation by the Ministry of Tourism for a few years and was recently re-opened to the public with modern electronic guides and exhibits that make a visit to this castle a must-do to anyone coming to Rustaq.
Al-Hazm Castle was built around the beginning of the 18th century towards the end of the reign of Al-Yarubi tribe over Oman when they made Rustaq the capital of their state. Al-Yarubi tribe is most famously known for removing the Portuguese from Oman. They are also responsible for constructing a number of significant Omani forts and castles including Nizwa Fort and Jabreen Castle.

Nice place to visit with family and friends. There is a small entry fee to be paid using bank card. This fort is maintained very good. It is located in Al rustaq approx 80 mins drive from Muscat.

Monday, Nov. 29, 2021 02:30 pm. Closed, no information available. Not on the entrance, not in the internet. Many disappointed visitors. Why should on care about guests coming from far away? With that attitude tourism will never develop in Oman.

This particular location in Rustaq town, Oman, is truly a hidden treasure. The fort here is often overlooked by tourists, but I believe it is worth a visit. It is approximately an hour's drive from Muscat, offering stunning mountain views along the way. The entry fee is 3 OMR, and the staff is proficient in English. They also provide English audio devices that provide information about the various sections of the fort. This is a wonderful addition, as it shares the rich history of the soldiers' daily lives and much more.

I must say Oman government is doing great job in preserving their monuments of historical importance. Here the fort is very well maintained, clean, information is clearly displayed, well trained guides available. One of the best fort in Oman. Must visit at least once.

Al Hazm Fort, located in the town of Al Hazm in the Wilayat of Rustaq in the Al Batinah region of the Sultanate of Oman. The great military stronghold of Al Hazm makes full use of traditional Omani defensive features such as the huge wooden gate, secret escape tunnels, dungeons, cannon towers and slots on the upper floors and there are troughs above the main entrance to pour boiling oil or honey on the rushing attackers.
It was built by Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Yarubi, son of Imam Saif bin Sultan, nicknamed “The Land of the Land” in 1123 AH - 1711 AD, where he made Al Hazm his capital when he moved there from Rustaq, and there is his tomb in which he was buried.
Architecturally, the fort is characterized by the absence of any timber in its ceilings, which are round arches fixed on cylinders - columns - and the width of one wall - the wall - is not less than three meters. The fort has several huge doors that do not meet with a single corridor, and it has several Portuguese and Spanish antiques. It is characterized by the presence of several special stairs for climbing horses, in addition to secret passages, each of which is two meters wide and two meters high, and these are passages that spread on the four sides of the fortress to exit after that to the city. There are also in Al Hazm fort a number of rooms that were used to teach the Noble Qur’an, sciences and religious knowledge.

Huge fort beautifully restored. Cost 3 OMR entry for foreign adults free for children. You get a speaker narrator but there are guides inside who will show you around. The young Bangladeshi guy who showed us round was fantastic. Lots of hidden passageways and secret tunnels that take you far beneath the fort.

The Misfah Old House guesthouse is a pricey accommodation option located in the charming town of Misfat Al Abriyeen. While it may be more rewarding to stay overnight here, the cost may not be worth what you get. The narrow and winding streets surrounding the guesthouse provide a unique and picturesque experience for visitors. However, there are also homestays available in the area that offer an equally beautiful setting for a potentially more affordable price.
Not cheap, but what you get is a “feeling” that is priceless. Family owned and run, the price includes delicious Omani dinner each night and a great breakfast, and the opportunity to stay in a traditional room in a traditional Omani village. The village where the home is located is super charming (and the home is in the center of the village). Service is instinctive and seamless, and the staff are perfect (better than 5 star hotels).

It's at the top side of the beautiful village. You can get there with your regular salon. However, you will need to walk some 5 minutes to this specific motel. I rate it the best out of the rest. Clean & specious room with a beautiful balcony overlooking wide palm trees. Comfortable bed & white clean sheets. We were welcomed with coffee & dates at the reception and fruit plate in the room. Buffet needs to be improved. Decent & welcoming staff. I would go back again.

First of all, we wereńt too lucky with the weather and had to stay in the room due to lots of rain. So, our feedback is for the location itself. Location is certainly interesting for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. The village itself is interesting to walk around to understand the history and how they are organized with water. Guest House itself: I would downgrade the service part for the food. We did not like it at all (dinner) and other guests were not too happy either. The views, location and welcome process are wonderful though. Food options: There are coffee shops which seem to serve reasonable food too.

Almost all parts of the castle are accessible from the casemates to the roof, and there is a small cafe on the grounds.

During our trip to Oman, we visited a few castles, but Jabreen was one of the best ones. We visited it in the night. This castle showcases the architectural and military marvellous of the time. It took us back into the history and the time. Castle is well maintained and clearly shows the intellectual thinking and logic behind the building and management of the castle. I would definitely recommend it to everyone to visit it. Please make sure you do reserved few hours for it. This castle is interesting because it's different to the forts in Nizwa and Bahla. The rooms are partially decorated and even furnished, so one gets an impression how life looks like back in the ages. It's very nice and artful.
H. K. (Ianus) — Google review
Our visit to Jabreen was part of our Private Full Day Nizwa Fort Nizwa Souq Bahla Fort Jabreen Castle. After visiting we decided that calling it a castle was really a misnomer, in the UK it would have been a fortified manor house. The outer wall was quite low and more for show than defence while the interior was beautifully decorated and a palace type residence.
The ceilings in some of the rooms were beautifully painted and others had ornate plasterwork or stone inscriptions. Some rooms were furnished with carpets, travelling chests and books and there was also a small armoury to visit. The exhibition in one of the rooms told about the castle's founder, Imam Bil'arab-bin Sultan al-Yarubi in the seventeenth century. He is actually buried in the castle and he helped expand Oman as far as the coast of Mozambique, building the countries wealth through trading in slaves. He defeated the Portugese and even raided as far as India as well as expanding trade and education.
The rooms in Jabreen Castle were brighter than either of the previous forts, with tall windows in most rooms and the place had a lovely feel to it, despite being another warren. Interestingly, none of the places we visited today had a hamman, just bathrooms for sluicing yourself clean with water. My favourite feature and perhaps the one that made it most homey, was the open central courtyard. This was a beautiful and tranquil area in the middle of the fort that was immersed in shade but still plenty bright enough, just without some of the heat.

On the way between Nizwa and Bahla, it's a monumental structure that definitely deserves a visit. Nice views from the top
Bahla Fort, a fortress and walled settlement constructed by the Bani Nabhan tribe, is one of Oman's largest historical landmarks. Its mud-brick and stone architecture, featuring round towers and panoramic views from the battlements, has earned it UNESCO World Heritage status. After years of restoration work completed in 2012, visitors can now marvel at its scale and distinctive design. The nearby village built from mud and straw is also worth exploring.

The fort is well preserved and some parts were renovated. The fort itself is historical. However, if you are going by yourself without a guide, it is impossible to know what were the uses of all the rooms inside back in the days. There were no details, no information, nothing. It would be better to see some posters and photos of the fort back in those days if they have and informations should be there about the fort, what were the rooms used for, etc. The entrance fee is 3 rial for each person.
The person in the entrance fee collecting fees said that they are planning to make better changes soon. But the idea of building a coffee shop inside is a No for me.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place on purpose. If you are passing by, you can take a look.
We have been to many similar places and I can say that these caves are not remarkable.
There is a train from the office to the caves, but it doesn't work. However, it doesn't take long to walk to the caves. Unfortunately a lot of stalactites are broken and the place is too much exposed to human impact.
It will be stuffy inside, so if you have health problems keep that in mind. There is a first aid station at the entrance to the cave on the left.

Weather is humid and wear light clothes, train is mostly not working so you need to walk for 500 meters to reach inside the cave. It’s an exceptional site to visit with rich and old history. A lot of stairs inside and if you can’t walk for 3-4 km then don’t attempt it. Strollers can’t be taken inside and you have to climb stairs again and again. It’s not dangerous but need to walk carefully. Lighting is good and some changes of slipping and falling due to water and area. Good for kids with age who love to do an outdoor activity.
Zakauddin Ahmad — Google review
I recently visited Al Hoota Cave, and I must say it was not as exciting as I had hoped. One of the disappointments was the train ride, which unfortunately wasn't operational for so long now. This affected the overall experience as it's supposed to be an integral part of the tour and you ene up walking all the way with same ticket price.
Another important factor to consider is the timing of the visit. I went during the summer, and I would strongly advise against it. The humidity levels soared to more than 80%, making it quite uncomfortable inside the cave. The combination of high humidity and the absence of the train ride diminished the overall enjoyment of the visit.
In hindsight, I would recommend planning a trip to Al Hoota Cave during a cooler season when the train is functioning to ensure a more enjoyable and memorable experience.

Wow, it was my first time to visit such a big cave, amazing, the formations, the rocks, the vast chambers and colorations, a natural wonder. I admire the settings for lighting and visitors passage they made to make our visit memorable, there are also tour guides, if you are patient enough to wait for the next one, it is always better to call in advance to get the tour guides timing, it is free guide by the way, spoiler alert ⚠, the sound they added for the rock formation of the 🦁 is a very nice add up, that elevate the experience and set the mood so nicely. I also loved the bottom lake, which they have programs with other guides, to go inside the cave from the other side, for those who loves adventure, we saw a group that came out from there, they took like 5 hrs trip in the water. I was also astonished by the fact that all what you see is actually 10% only of the cave overall size. There is also a small museum of geology at the entrance building, nice waiting area for your family who doesn't want to go in with you, not my wife 😅 🤫🤭

Very nice place to visit. We visited during Eid holidays so it was relatively crowded. They have train which takes you to cave entrance and then you walk inside on pathway created. It takes 45 mins to see whole cave. There is small water lake inside and you can hear sound of water at multiple places while walking. If coming from Muscat you will leave highway after 150km and rest goes from different villages. Road conditions are very good. They have small museum inside and small shop selling tea and popcorn.

This is one of the hidden geological treasures of the world. It's a a few million years old and just makes you think about the greatness of it all. Children will love the activities and learning they can have and adults will enjoy the informative guided service. Time your visit for comfort around the walk warmth. Be ready to do some walking on steps and enjoy the numerous photography options. For athletes, ask for the difficult route and swim option but be ready to spend at least 8 hours on the hike. For families and non high adventure sewkes. This is a decent 45 minute walk inside the cave. 28C year round, so ensure you wear something comfortable with good shoes. Stay dehydrated. Young children under 6 will have difficulty in completing the cave visit but can still enjoy the indoor museum and play. Totally recommended for half day tour/visit.

Oman is a geological wonderland and this cave is an example of why it is called that. The Al Hoota cave is a great example of a geological process called Krastification, a process where rocks are dissolved by water percolating the surface carving out caves underground, further water flow through the caves result in beautiful geomorphological features like stalactites, stalagmites, columns, shawls, flow stones and rim stone pools.
The cave is over 2 million years old while the rocks date back to the cretaceous period.
Although the cave is over 8 kms long/deep only less than 1 km of the area is open to the public. There are metal pathways/ staircases that let you explore the different sections of the cave system. You can observe the stalactites and stalagmites close and even touch some (although not advisable). The path is quite easy and even children and the elderly can climb.
There's a geological exhibition attached, which features some great examples of rocks, minerals and fossils from around the world and Oman explaining the formation and evolution of the cave system, the Geological history of Oman in general and the fauna and flora of the cave. There are some great interactive displays that visually explain the evolution of the landscape. I would highly recommend visiting the exhibition prior to visiting the cave so that you would understand the cave features better.
The entrance ticket is priced at 7 riyals, and there's a tour every hour, just make sure you purchase a ticket for a tour that begins after 30-40 mins so that you have ample time to explore the exhibition before being taken on a tour.
The guided tour is not in great detail, the guide walks you to the cave from the entrance and talks about the cave in general before letting you explore on your own later. I don't understand the point of such simple guided tours unless they want to restrict the number of tourists in the cave at any given time.
There's an electric train that is supposed to take you from the visitors center to the cave entrance but we were told that it is under maintenance and we had to walk all the way to the cave entrance. It was around midday and it was quite exhausting. There are water bottles available for free at the entrance.
There's a cafe attached to the visitors center.
The cave is unexpectedly cooler than the temperature outside. It's better to visit in the morning or just before sundown.
To justify the ticket price the management should work on fixing the train, make a simple guidebook/booklet with info about the cave available to the visitors and an audio guide for those who wish to have a detailed tour of the cave.
Overall it's a great spot not to miss from your Oman tour itinerary.

Al Hoota Cave is a must-visit for any nature lover visiting Oman. This cave system is home to a variety of stalactites and stalagmites, as well as a number of underground lakes. Visitors can take a guided tour of the cave, or explore it on their own.

A very good place to visit during any weather, avoiding the rainy season. It has a guided tour to the cave where the guide explains everything in both English and Arabic. Some really awesome limestone formations which date back to centuries can be found inside. Give it at least 1 hour. Usually there is a small mini train which takes you from the registration counter till the entrance of the cave, however the day we went it was under maintenance. The walk is only 7-10 minutes. Overall a very good experience

It was good 800m walk with some 450 steps to go on.
The train when we visited was not in working condition so we felt the tickets were priced high at 7.5OMR.
The caves inside is pretty good

An interesting place having unique massive Stalagmite & Stalactite formations in huge caves. The facilities for tourists' visit is very well arranged. The guide gives an informative tour of the caves.
All information about the place is very well explained in the exhibition center as well. Really liked the way it's showcased and also in an interactive manner.
A must visit place to witness one of nature's most unique creations.

It was a nice experience. There's no 🚂 due to the maintenance. 5-10 minutes Walk to reach cave. While enter the cave it's another world. There are mainly 3 species of small bats, scorpion and blind fish. Long walk inside the cave. Entry fee for foreigners is higher. Please reduce the entry fee without a train it's very high. No entry for wheelchair.

Really worth seeing cave.
The long journey is definitely worth it.
If you come without a reservation and don't want to wait for the next tour (for me it would have been 55 minutes) you can walk through the cave alone at your own risk (a corresponding declaration must be signed).
The path is well developed, but in some places towards the end it's a bit slippery even without moisture.
You should be able to walk well to manage the several hundred stairs.

We had to walk to the cave because we were told the train is broken and were still charged the full amount. The track to the cave is not suitable for wheelchair or stroller because you need to keep picking it up and placing it on either side of the track when you are blocked.
The cave itself is majestic and was a new experience for all of us. After returning from the cave and resting in the hall, the kid's did some wall climbing for which we had to pay separately. While I visited the small museum located upstairs. There was also a small cafe down there
