🔴 The street was very luxury and clean.
🚋 Access to the nearest metro is from Bostanchi station on the Marmara line.
🍔The street is full of cafes, restaurants and luxury brands like Rolex and Apple.
😍If you like night walking, this street can be suitable for you.
⚠️Just keep in mind that this street is not as crowded as Istiklal Street, but it is a good place for night walks.
🚎Finally you can take the city bus to Kadikoy.

I don't understand the reviews saying the most beautiful street, it really isn't.
There are shops on both sides of the street, but there is very heavy traffice.
OK to visit if you have been in Istanbul many times before, but nothing special.

It is a fantastic family picnic area to spend full day. Also beautiful place to do day camping. We really enjoyed the walk all the way up to the last point to see the marvelous view of waterfall.
Habibulhaq Javed — Google review
Easy to get to, there is food to eat that they sell below the waterfalls with table by and in the water so your feet can be wet and keep you cool. The temperature is much lower here so great place to get away from the heat. Another great thing about this place is it has Zip lines to use for just 40£. Was so fun my child really enjoyed it.

It is a great place if you'd like to run away .
It's packed during weekends and if you'd come by car, you can park down and walk till the top. You should bring definetely comfortable clothes and shoes since you will walk alot.
You can come by taxi but ı seen there is minibuses from Yalova as well.
there are alot of small restuarants over river and you can enjoy your food, drink and also fresh up with cold water.
Top of the mountain there's a beautiful falls and it's worth it to climb till up. You can take nice pictures.
There's no signal around forest and make sure that your phone batery is full
Enjoy it

I had my day in Yalova Kent Ormanı
Firstly when we arrived there they charged 10tl for car entrance.
After that when went to see the waterfall and was a nice passage .
You have to have an appropriate clothing specially shoes .
After having our time we reach the waterfall had few pics then we went back and had a Turkish Coffee at "KONAK RESTAURANT"
I have pictured the menu so that you'll have a clear and updated Idea About the menu and the prices.
Last but not least we headed to exist took our car and back to Yalova city.
The road was not that good so please bs careful while driving.
Wish you the best and a journey full of adventure and happiness.

Aya Yorgi Church, also known as the Church of St. George, is a reconstructed Greek Orthodox cathedral located on Buyukada, the largest of the Princes Islands. The church boasts a modest exterior and a lavish interior with exceptional Greek-style icons, including the famous icon of Saint George. While reaching the church involves a challenging trek up a steep hill, visitors are rewarded with breathtaking views from the top.
Very beautiful place. The road is bit tiring, especially when it’s hot, but panoramic view of Marmara sea is stunning. Everyone should see it.

Road is a bit hard to climb. no shops and wc on the road. As a reward you will get a great view.

It's definitely worth visiting, but the walk-up hill is not easy! You can opt for an electric taxi to bring you up.
Beautiful historical St George church is well maintained and very beautifully designed
There's a cafe / restaurant for snack drinks and toilet facilities with a nice view from the top

You must walk up about 1 kilometre to arrive at the church. The church is on top of the mountain. The view is incredible and stunning. 😍
It must be nice if you enjoy climbing. 😂
When you arrive here, after a while you must come back down and you should say bye to your knees. 😂😂
It's good to say that some people come up with a kind of motorcycle. 😉
Fereshteh Rahbari — Google review
Be prepared. Very tiring and I almost gave up. After reaching the church, I felt like throwing up. But the view from there was TOTALLY WORTH IT. The Church also looked very beautiful (all Greek writings inside), and built in 20th century. No photos allowed inside. Nice and calm place to worship too.
G V — Google review
After a steep hike from Lunapark one can reach the Aya Yorgi (Saint George) church, part of the homonyme monastery. While the area has wonderful views of the surrounding sea, the church itself is a quite mundane building from 1905, with a belltower added in 1909. Inside the icon of St. George, supposedly prone to do miracles for believers.
Floricica Florentin — Google review
You have to walk like 1 km from the last bus stop, but it is worth it, beautiful church, so peaceful, and you can see many old art pieces on the walls of the church, and the view from the top is breathtaking, definitely worth to walk , you can only hear the sounds of nature nothing else, and there is a restaurant right next to the church, and when walk down again don’t forget to buy some gift from the old man on the road 💯😊 i will always remember this place and i hope i will come again to pray and relax 🙏🏼❤️

⛪️ 🏝️The Church of St. George (Aya Yorgi in Turkish). It is located on Büyükada, the largest of the Princes’ Islands.
It’s a peaceful place with its history and dramatic happening along the ages.
The way to the church isn’t so easy walk. Let’s say it is pilgrim’s trail.
So be sure you have comfortable shoes👟👟
Inside the church you can see exceptional icons made in Greek style. And the famous and old one is the icon of Saint George.
Better to travel during spring or early autumn season but despite this I’ve been there early December and the weather was quite good.
Summer period might not be the best to visit these special places.
Assel Abdrakhmanova — Google review
Well worth a visit to this historic small Greek Orthodox Church with old icons and fantastic interior. It's quite a walk up a fairly steep hill, can be very hot in summer time, so have water and be reasonably fit. There is no transport from the bottom. You can rest along the way and as well as the church at the top, there's also a decent restaurant with wine and cold beer!!
Brian M — Google review
A bit of trek up to the church, but most definitely worth it. Bring a bottle of water with you and make sure you use the bathroom before starting your journey.
Ali San Kan — Google review
It is a steep 1km walk up the hill, but it is worth it for the sunset view. The church is very quaint as well. There is also a cafe at the top. Definitely take the trip!

Wooden square-shaped mansion owned by Atatürk with a columned terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea.
Yuruyen Kosk is known to locals as "the walking house". This is because Ataturk decided the building was too close to a large tree. Instead of removing the tree, he had the mansion moved. Ataturk first visited Yalova in 1927. He had specifically chosen this as his destination as he wanted to make use of the local thermal facilities. Whilst he was staying in this area he stayed in Baltaci Farm which was a wooden pavilion next to the thermal bath.
Ataturk commissioned the construction of a mansion for himself in Millet Farm and this was finally completed in 1929. The originally house made from wood was renovated later. The two-story building has three lounges and eleven rooms and is well equipped with furniture that has been taken from the Dolmabahce Palace.

Tour price is sembolic (2 TRY per Person). Guide is very cheerful and kind. Tour is available in every 30 minutes and personal entrance without Guide is permitted. It is a very small place and tour takes 5-7 minutes. Besides, place is perfectly preserved when the history of it considered. I recommend you to spend time around (It has small cafeteria with a good menu) and fall in love with the view like M. Kemal Atatürk did.

Faruk Yalçın Hayvanat Bahçesi ve Botanik Parkı is a diverse modern zoo licensed by the Ministry of Forestry. It serves as the Center for Wildlife Protection and Rescue, housing 62 endangered animal species, 52 that require critical protection, and 16 at-risk Anatolian species. Additionally, there are over 400 plant species and botanical centers with a population of over 8,000 plants.
The place has a lot of activities and a good variety of animals. It has a coffee shop for snacks. The issue is when is bad weather you need to bring a good coat for the kids because you can eat just outdoors. Another issue is if you are not a resident be aware that you gonna pay a different rate. In general, we like the facilities just I think they need to improve the coffee shops.

Various species of animals with nice surroundings.only there are no Royal Penguins, elephants… they sell the tickets for turists even not explaining what a train was. We thought we couldn’t see some part of the zoo without a train,it appeared we could see everything on foot, train was tiny for little kids.though we paid a lot of money for it. Disappointed with extra expenses, but in a whole the place is worth seeing 👌
eka kuprashvili — Google review
It's a tourist trap, well maintained but too small and too little variety of animals. We paid 180 Turkish Lira, but it was overly priced. If you are here and have seen other Zoo in life, then think twice before you buy a ticket.

Double price for the foreigners - 25$ a ticket. You will be directed to separate box office. Oceanarium doesn't work. Nothing interesting, don't waste your time and money.

Very beautiful and clean Zoo, you can see a lot of interesting animals, from stick bugs to rhinos and giraffes. I would 100% recommend visiting this zoo, you get to choose two scoops of free ice cream once you buy the tickets. I loved it!
Omer Foco — Google review
It’s nice they have Wilde animals there. However the space is small for them. Unfortunately at the time we went most of them where hiding in their homes. The cost is 90 TL per person. I wish if we can know when is the best time to go.
Hazar Sakabani — Google review
Small zoo but as a Singaporean I don't mind bringing my children here as it's different from SG zoo. There's no Q when I was there. Very clean zoo and takes your time to visit the animals. Those with small children will appreciate this place as I saw some children there laughing with joy and trying to get the animals attention. They have small cafe but ample seating area near the entrance.
Aisha Rapsen — Google review
A very nice zoo with many animals, which are not far away, easy to gaze and sometimes even touch. The kids are overwhelmed and enjoy the day. Animals seem to be healthy and I trust the staff is treating them well. One hint: come early, around 10, when it’s not hot and the zoo is not becoming crowded - most of visitors enter the zoo around noon 12-2pm…
Daniel Braun — Google review
I was really impressed by the major changes throughout the park. It’s a modern zoo, very clean and tidy with a lush green environment, giving it a rainforest feel. The animals are kept in enclosures but have plenty of safe space similar to their natural habitat and are well fed. It’s a pretty big place but accessible for trolleys or strollers, there’s plenty of places to sit, there are several cafes for snacks and there’s a shuttle train around. There is so much wildlife and changes are constantly being made to improve the place. It is a great experience and educational especially for kids. It’s worth going.
Maria Nayir — Google review
The zoo is well-maintained, and the layout and design of the walking paths are great. You can cover the entire zoo in just 30 minutes, which is convenient. My little one was super excited!
JITHIN JP — Google review
It is a nice zoo and has many animals but a lot were hiding, we couldn’t see them all but in general it is quite a nice zoo.
Sandra Minaw — Google review
I had a wonderful family outing at the zoo, where we got to see a diverse range of animals that fascinated both the kids and adults alike. While the variety of animals was impressive and provided a great learning experience for the children, I found the ticket prices, starting at over $35 for basic admission, to be a bit steep. Additionally, the expansive terrain of the zoo might pose a challenge for older visitors. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, but affordability and accessibility could be improved.
Emad Rashdan — Google review
A very beautiful, neat and clean zoo, all types of animals are in the zoo except the elephant, ticket price for Turkish residents is 400 lira and for tourists 1100 lira 😔
מחמוד גנאים — Google review
The only reason I removed one star is because it's a little bit hard to move inside
You start at the top of the - hill - if we can call it that and you go down so in the end when you want to go out again you have to climb for a long time on a steep road and it's very tiring especially for elderly .
Lots of animals, everyone will enjoy
I would say not to go at noon because the sun hits you directly
The ticket price will include some ice cream that you can collect from one vendor inside
Overall we enjoyed it
Khaled Abdoh — Google review
The Zoo itself is marvelous, great experience for kids, but unfortunately you will notice a great difference in Entry fees between Locals and Tourist, the price is almost triple. Buying tickets in advance is only available for locals.
Faris ABABNEH — Google review
A great zoo although does not look it from the exterior. The outer wall of the Faruk Yalçın Zoo looks like a prison wall with barbed wire standing on top of raw concrete walls. So I was spectacle at first. Also the size of the zoo is small roughly 45K sqm. However, once in, the landscape, the gardening and vegetation and the overall concept are very satisfactory. The animals looked in good shape and seemed to be as comfortable as can be in a zoo. I appreciate the new concept layout for the lions den and some other zones which I guess will be renovated soon. I hope the management at least paints the exterior walls white, relocates the barbed wires to be not seen from the outside and landscapes with ivy the exterior wall in respect to the community it is in and for a better welcome. Definitely worth visiting.

Such a beautiful spot!! We went in October during the week and weren’t charged any entrance fee. It’s true there is litter on the grounds (so sad) but it doesn’t really take away from the experience. Especially if you’re only visiting on a day trip. I wouldn’t call the hike difficult but the trail has overgrown shrubs in some areas that are thorny so I recommend long sleeves and pants. There were also goats with accompanying dogs and the dogs can be aggressive, but if you show dominance and wave your arms and yell, they’ll run back. Don’t let them scare you. It’s a fairly easy trail to follow but I had a lot of trouble finding a map online beforehand. When we got there, the restaurant owner at Kilimli Restaurant had maps so if you’re worried you could ask him for one. It took us about 2.5 hours to complete the loop and end up at the restaurant again. Please remember to clean up after yourself, there isn’t maintenance on the trail and it’s such a shame to see this beautiful spot tarnished by people’s lack of care for the environment. We need to do better.

I consider myself very fortunate to be here in Hagia Sophia. I was here when it was still a museum. This magnificent structure stood the test of time being a church, a mosque and a museum. I just hope that Aya Sofya will continue to stand in its glory for the future to see.

This sacred place was erected on the place where a Gymnasium was built by Romans, in the 7th century as a basilica. It was renovated after the 11th century earthquake, then was converted into a mosque and remodeled in 1331 by the Architect Sinan during the reign of Suleyman the Magnificent. During the renovations between 1935 and 1953, colorful mosaics as well as the choir where priests stand were discovered. It was in this building that the Second Council of Nicaea met in 787 to end the first period of Byzantine Iconoclas. The first architectural base is dated back to the 4th or 5th century, from the Gymnasium Romans built. The tier is thick and bricks are large. The main building has three entrances. After the 1065 earthquake, the monument was raised up by 1.40 meter. The outdoor walls were remodeled. During the reign of Orhan Gazi, in 1331, the monument was once again raised up and a minare and mihrap were added to convert it into a mosque. But the remnants of the minaret today are dated back to the renovation done by the Architect Sinan. Due to the urban renewal in 1980, monuments around the Hagia Sophia were destroyed and since november 2007, the Provincial Directorate of Foundations is renovating the museum. Offering mountain & ocean views, this recreational area features trails, gardens & cafes.
A very nice and Beautiful park, one of the nicest in area in my opinion with different kinds of trees and plants, the best spot which is very suitable for kids, walkers, families, friends, as it contains play areas, walking paths areas for picnics, cafe's, rest room services and with a large variety of food cuisines.
The spot is also very clean and is a great safe place for family and friends.

I like SEKA park. İt's a refreshing place. But one of İt's problem is some time you can encounter with beggars. Well there is polices around there so it not so common but I suggest you to practice saying "no" before you go SEKA Park.

Whene go to visit family in Izmit the first thing we do whene we go out we come here for long walks and chats and laughs. Besides the kids love the games and swings available in the park, air is clear and nice, great place to take photos, enjoying the breeze of the sea.
My best memories of Izmit are here in seka park, the sunset view is breathtaking. The birds the familian atmosphere is great, it's so clean and green.

A long corniche to the south of Izmit. Good for walks. Some playgtounds and picnic areas are scattered throughout. I however do not recommend eating there. Overpriced and not tasty. Better go to the city, the Outlet ir 41 Bursa for food or for a coffee.

Wonderful place to visit. The rock is actually pink. I was there when very few people were around so it was easy to take good photos. I'm sure it will look lovely at sunset time. I think it is best to go at low tide; you can see more rocks and walk on them.

The environment is very wasted. The roads are horrible. There is no pink rock's any more. But the sea view and passing 🐬 dolphins are wonderful.

What an amazing place. Basically a giant rock on the edge of the water. A definite must see.
50 eur for two portions of french fries, two sucuk sandwiches and four salep drinks. And the both toilets were closed because “the water froze”. At +5C.
See the picture what your outfit may look like after using their 15 eur cable car. No, this hasn’t washed off in the washing machine or with a wet wipe.

They have thoughts of turning the corner without making any distinction between domestic and foreign incoming. Tea is 12 TL, coke is 25 TL. Meat varieties start from 240 TL. There is no menu with prices on the tables. It's like whoever I lock up. If there is a menu with a price already, no one will eat or drink anything. Apart from that, the place is nice, the investment has been made. There may be minor flaws, but generally good.

A beautiful way to spend the day.
Entrance fee is 15TL, Tent Camping is 30TL, Vehicle Camping is 35TL per day (August 2018). There's a picnic area by the main entrance.
We chose to drive the somewhat dangerous road closer to the falls. Please be advised, the only road (from inside the park's main entrance) is not for inexperienced drivers.
Once you've successfully passed the park's harrowing road, you'll see a small building on your right with rooms for rent and an attached restaurant. Directly to your left is where you'll find the "upper hike" which takes you through the cliff side and offers a view of the falls from above.
If you drive down the short slope, you'll have to choose between left and right. There's picnic tables set by the stream. These tables cost 10TL per day. The WC in this area is 1TL.
Also to your left, is where you'll trek through water, rocks, and "natural" walkways to get to the falls.
If you're in the area, this park really is a must see - at least once.
FYI: Wear a good pair of sneakers or hiking boots, bring a change of clothes, small children must be carried most/all the way to and from the falls. Easiest path with small kids is from below and through the water. Charcoal, for bbq, is usually cheapest at Şok in Karasu.

Very interesting place with the sound of water all around you, the seen of the waterfall at the end worth looking at , but you have to walk a long way to reach it through narrow roads and even through the water , so better bring special shoes or just take your shoes off when going through the water ( as i did) , on the way back the road get more narrower and slippy ( so for people who don't walk allot or not sporty i don't think it will suit them ) , as i said very narrow roads and hiking at the end i think people who love adventure will like it , It took us nearly 4 hours to get in there & get back to our car for me

A bit off the beaten track, but I think this could be quite an attraction in years to come. But having made the effort to locate the site, it was disappointing to arrive at what is effectively a building site that is not currently open to visitors. There is clearly a lot of work in progress to preserve these ruins for future generations, so will need to revisit once the works are completed.

Of the authentic place that I've an opportunity for visit, this one is absolutely deserve a high ranking level. So, even if you only visit the town for any reason you shouldn't miss this stunning castle.
Forested recreational area with a high waterfall, plus camping, cabins & a picnic space.
The park itself is quite lovely, though it's worth noting that there's a car entrance fee. Once inside, you'll find it to be quite expansive, offering numerous seating areas. Additionally, there's a supermarket on the premises, although it happened to be closed during our visit.
One of the notable features is the generously sized play area, perfect for families. However, the standout feature is the Güzeldere waterfall, which holds the distinction of being the largest waterfall in Düzce. To reach this impressive cascade, you'll need to descend a total of 375 steps. The descent is relatively manageable, but the ascent can be a bit tiring. Despite the effort, the experience is truly rewarding, making the fatigue well worth it. This location truly embodies a mix of natural beauty and recreational opportunities, making it an awesome destination to explore.

Very interesting and much more exciting than any other cave I have ever seen. Highly recommended.
berk celikyurek — Google review
Entering any set of caves for the first time is exciting, and this place was no exception. Not as dramatic as others I’ve visited but nevertheless unique and fascinating.
I was saddened to see that some visitors have felt the need to leave their own mark - by application of graffiti and by breaking and removing stalactites - both destructive and unwarranted practices!
Otherwise these caves are largely unspoilt and hence worth a visit.
I would advise to wear shoes with a good grip, as the pathways are slippery, irregular, and slightly hazardous. Nor are the caves particularly accessible for anyone with infirmity.
Overall, a bit of a hidden gem that’s definitely worth a visit, and is great value for money!
Paul Tunbridge — Google review
Really interesting place to see, if you are nearby. It's humid there, so my advice - do not wear sandals and flip flops if possible. There is one tiny place without fencing, that's why I lowered my rating
Taisiia Syrota — Google review
The cave is located in a very nice area, with hazelnut trees all over the place, some 3 km away from the main road. If you are by car, you should definitely stop here. Although is not among the bigger caves in the Black Sea region of Turkey, FakIllI MagarasI is well worth a visit. Make sure you don't disturb the bats hanging on the ceiling.
The entrance fee was modest (4 Turkish lira).
Alexandru Ioan — Google review
We were in the area over the Christmas period. Despite the cold temperature outside, the caves were surprisingly mild inside.
The guardian of the caves, Mr. Mustafa, was happy to show us around: he speaks no English; we speak no Turkish, but with gestures and pointing out things, we were able to understand him.
There are proper walk ways through so for most part, the caves are accessible to most visitor, but it is not suitable for wheelchairs (due to steep inclines and steps). Coloured lights add to the effect and we were able to see stalagmites and stalactites and several small snoozing bats.
It's definitely worth a visit on a quiet afternoon. The place is well cared for, entrance is cheap (I think we paid 30 TL each), there is a resident cat who likes attention and the enthusiasm of the caretaker is great.
Michelle Massey — Google review
This was a nice ending to a fun trip we were on. Not a very big cave or as breathtaking as some other caves I have been to, but definitely worth seeing. I loved the entrance- I wouldn't have guessed that there was a cave under the hill I was standing on. Trees, grass...and then this space underneath. That was quite impressive. It's a good 1st cave to explore for small children. Of course, it is cold inside, but not extremely, an additional sweatshirt will do. I recommed this place to any visitor.

Lake Abant is a freshwater lake in Turkey's Bolu Province in northwest Anatolia, formed as a result of a great landslide. The lake lies at an altitude of 1,328 m at a distance of 32 km from the provincial seat of Bolu. It is a vacation and excursion spot for both Turkish and foreign travellers due to the natural environment, forests, and accessibility by car. It is served by a 21 km road. It is three hours' drive from İstanbul and Ankara. Lake Abant is a natural park. The lake covers an area of 1.28 km2 and its deepest spot is 18 m. The lake area has two large hotels in the immediate vicinity of the shores, as well as other amenities and services for visitors, who sometimes alternatively opt for the family guesthouses available in the nearby town of Mudurnu, 18 km to the south.
European black pine, Scots pine, oaks, ashes, hornbeams, willows, junipers, tamarisks, hazels, common medlar, and strawberry trees are among the tree species that make up the lake's woodlands, and there are wild boars, fallow deer, roe deer , red deer, brown bears, wolves, red foxes, jackals, and rabbits in the surrounding forests, which makes the lake a prized location for hunters during the season. The lake is inhabited by the Abant trout Salmo abanticus, a (sub)species of trout which is strictly endemic to this lake only.

Amazing natinal park good for camping and hiking well equipped with restaurant cafes bathrooms and prayer areas. There are 7 lakes, the nature is great, you walk in the middle of the forest. Good escape from the city.

Seven lakes was very beautiful, the hilly area with beautiful trees and curved roads, very exciting for adventurous loving people, willing to go for camping, the amazing nature.

It used to be a great place for camping because of the freedom you had, but it's not like that anymore. Now you can only choose where you'll camp only in the specific places that have already been chosen. And you're not allowed to make a fire for food anymore. I know it's a precaution for any wildfire that can happen but still, It makes the whole camp spirit go away.

Very nice place to visit, but the road to access there is not good so much.

Amazing experience!
I went there from Istanbul, i took a bus to Bolu and then hitchhiked to the national park !
It was 7 in the morning, the first driver left me in the middle of the road
And I was a bit worried not to find another driver! But after 9 you will find plenty,
The park is amazing, worth visiting

One of the best colourful places we have visited ever. The entire 40KM drive from Bolu to Yedigöller is absolutely stunning and panoramic at the end of October till beginning of November when leaves change colour. There are many stunning points comes on the way gives amazing views and photos. At the end, the views and ambience around the lakes are really Nayanaviram, eyes get pleased and satisfaction limitless.

I have visited this place with my friends and loved every bit of it. Amazing landscapes and very nice lush green lakes. You can visit this place both in summers and winters. If you are planning to visit for more than a day do take your camps with you because you will enjoy more in camping.

It’s a great spot and getaway for the weekend. Enjoy the time in the forest and near the lakes. It has a tiny pier at each lake. You may take marvelous pictures and while soaking in the view and fresh oxygen. You don’t have to take the first parking spot; instead, continue bigger on the right-hand side, slightly lower than the road. You’ll have direct access to the following three lakes, and with a 2-3 min walk, your way ends up at a small restaurant. There arrived, you may have breakfast or a full meal.
All in all, I strongly recommend this park as a weekend getaway and a moment of unwinding yourself!

It took me 12 hours to come and go...there were so many people as we came during national holiday. But if you hunt for pretty pictures, surely this is the place. The toilet are not enough...no close food vendors seen.
Some people camp...and the air is crisp.
Museum offering immersive exhibits & activities depicting traditional Turkish folk culture.
One of the best museums I’ve ever visited.😍You’ll have the opportunity to witness some almost-forgotten Anatolian arts and traditions. Each room inside the mansion is decorated to host a different one. I myself experienced a pour leading (to repel the evil eye) session (paid service) there.
There is also a lovely cafeteria (photo below) at the backyard.
The other pictures below tell us an Ottoman tradition which is organized for the poor to be fed without their identity ever being noticed thanks to the revolving cabinet.
This place is a must-see! 💯

Soğuksu National Park
National park
Nature & Parks
Wooded nature spot that's home to wild bears, wolves & vultures, with hiking paths & mountaineering.
I would recommend this place to be visited to everyone one comes to Ankara, it’s almost 60 mins from the center of Ankara. There are many shops and Thermal hotels at that area. You can spend two days at one of the hotel there and visit this park in day or night. Do not forget to go to the summit of the mountain located at the same road this park. Nice atmosphere especially if you have a family☺️

Pretty nice and quiet and one of few large green places around Ankara. Not quite recommended on weekends as it's usually over crowded, especially when the weather is fine. If you go for a picnic (in case you plan to have a barbecue and you're not vegetarian/vegan), you should definitely pass by the butcher's shop called Bizim Kasap, on the right side of the pavement in the town center of Kızılcahamam. I bet that it's the most delicious lam chops you've ever tasted! Grab your meat and head for the park and enjoy your stay!
Ps. If you like to go for a trail run (which I do), the national park offers you a very nice route, not that recommended for beginners though as it's full sharp up and downhills. One of few nice technical terrain for long trails around Ankara, give it a try and share your experience.

Green space centered on a lake with an island restaurant, plus cafes in pavilion-style spaces.
Perfect for a relaxing weekend with family or friends, I advise you to bring CASH with you, because most of the services there don't accept payment by card, you can bring something to sit on, board games, sandwiches, the atmosphere is very good there sincerely.

There are only a few open air places in Ankara to have some fresh air and drink hot beverage. Göksu park and lake is the best option for the west side of town. Cafes are not top notch but adequate. You can have a peaceful night with friend watching the lake. Nargile (sisha) is also an option in some cafes. For children you can feed the geese and ducks. There is a train that encircles the lake for minors. And a mountain sled. Also you can have a picnic in the designated area...

A great place to hangout with friends and family. You can find peddle boat, Go kart and many more things to have a great and quality time. This place has lake and surrounded by high apartments. A great place to walk with your loved ones. The best time to visit this park is when the sun comes down it is because the heat level comes down and the wind is cooling and calming. Greenery all over the place will give your eyes a great feeling. A beautiful place with many reasons to have fun. Hope you all have a great day.

One of the best parks in Eryaman locality of Ankara. The park has small lake with boating as well. There are number of restaurants around the lake but never tried it. Furthermore, there are number of sports fields( football, tennis, basketball) . There are also play area for kids. It also has hit for dinning but beware making barbecue is forbidden.

Probably one of my favorite places in Turkey.
I lovely artificial lake with plenty of facilities to enjoy a nice lazy stroll or meal.
Plenty of cafes and shops nearby, there's even a faux lighthouse and paddling boats.
Public transport is good with buses stopping next to the park as well as a short 10 minute walk from the nearest metro

One of the best Parks in Ankara, for family or friends gatherings and BBQ parties, several parking areas for cars, Kids areas for 5TL each. Good restaurants and cafee shops plus weddings spots. The WC places are away for saving the view.
You shall find spots for fishing in the lake.
The park is very wide and can accommodate many families without feeling crowded even during vacations and holidays

Perfect place for picnic and just enjoy the weekend with family.
Lot of seating area and dine in spot.
Toilet bit far away from the game center.
The Turkish Air Force Museum is an indoor/outdoor museum that showcases a collection of military aircraft and model planes, as well as uniforms and memorabilia. It's an interesting place for those curious about aviation, especially children. The open-air exhibition area features around 20 to 25 retired planes, including two cockpits that visitors can sit in. On the second floor of the museum, there is a small cafe available.
Took some nice photos there :) The Museum had lots of planes and even other ww2 inventories as a nice extra on top of all.
It would also be really nice if there were mini plane replicas for buying.
Hasancan Aktepe — Google review
I've been to this museum a couple of times with my kids and the collection is very nice. I would love to give it more stars, but the entry fees are staggeringly high, even considering the current inflation. Beyond this, the prices demanded of non-Turkish citizens, even those who have legal residency and live off the local economy, are obscene. One wonders if the proprietors even want visitors to come. They certainly show no respect to their potential clients. We left without going for this third time, deeply disappointed at this attitude and the lack of care or response by the employees when called out for their greed. My advice is, don't go. As nice as the collection is, it's not worth either the price of fuel to drive out nor the entry fee. I am deeply disappointed in this state of affairs as it is quite a nice museum.
