Good choice for experienced wake borders and for those who want to try this sport. Moderate prices for riding and for equipment rent. You can visit this place with your whole family. Except wakeboarding there is a swiming pool, trampoline, balance boards and place to catch some tan :) 👍

Bilhorod-Dnister fortress
Historical landmark
Sights & Landmarks
Bilhorod-Dnister fortress is a 14th-century waterfront ruin that offers picturesque views and group tours. While it could use some reconstruction, the fortress is still in relatively good shape. Visitors can easily drive and park there, with various activities available such as shooting a bow and exploring small cafes and gift shops in the central courtyard. Families can spend hours walking around, enjoying the historical attractions dating back to Roman times.
Incredible place to explore and spend a few hours walking around. Lots of activities for families and interesting history. I would highly recommend a day trip to the castle and surrounding area if you are in Odessa. A++
Travis Bacon — Google review
Old and large fortress still in relatively good shape but could use some reconstruction.
A tour is not required as you can drive and park there easily yourself, just be mindful that with heavy traffic it can be a 1.5h-2h drive from Odessa
In the summer The central courtyard of the fortress has some small cafe's and little gift shops. Activities like shooting a bow are also available.

2.5 hours journey by autobus from Odessa, we go through Moldova, but totally worth it.
80uah tickets for entry and inside there are lots of archeological and architectural wonders to see along with some medivial artifacts and also you can practice your hands at archery. There is gorgeous view of the Black sea from the Akkerman fortress, if you are here do not forget to go back till you reach another door and visit the sea directly.
Must visit, I recommend this historic place !

You can have two hours experience starting from visiting all stages of the wine and cognac production process, through Szabo colony museum, includes two movies in specially designed halls and wine tasting at the end. It is impressive how much the company owners invested in sharing the history of the region. The guide is very knowledgeable and delivers excursions in English. The effect is spectacular and is probably the best promotion of Szabo brand for the visitors.

I ordered a bottle of wine for the New Year holidays. Unfortunately, we didn't get to taste the wine because I was shocked by the poor quality of the product. The wine cap had rusted, and there were shattered glass pieces inside the neck of the bottle. After sending the bottle back, I received a refund after 10 days, but no apologies were offered. The communication was unpleasant, and I cannot recommend either the seller or their product.

(Translated by Google) You can't order less than 800 grams, they explain it as a whole piece. Two pieces with a total weight of 1.2 kg were delivered.
They tried kavurma from the Moldovan Gagauz people: dense, dry and very tasty.
The kavurma of this company is moist (biting it is like a boiled chicken navel), there is a lot of membrane inside, the taste is not as tasty and close to what was tried in Moldova.
It's a shame you can't order half a kilo to try. It is clear that the company needs to sell more, then they may not buy more.
It doesn't actually look like the photo on their website. In the photo on the website, it looks like a beautiful kavurma, in fact - like boiled meat that is falling apart. We will not take any more here.

birds, so take binoculars :)
0km mark, everyone should have a photo next to it, well, at least that’s what the queues near this sign say ;)

There are birds, but not many, a swan, pelicans in the distance, a couple of cormorants, gray and white herons flying by, many predators of different calibers. Jackal. There are floodplains around. There is trash, but not a lot, thank God. In general, it’s probably not worth driving three hours here, but you can stop by while passing by.

(Translated by Google) We were on our kayak. Unfortunately, most of the reserve is closed. They say you can't. You can't do it with a tent. It is not possible from the sea side. Braids are not allowed. The birds are beautiful, the fish are huge, the views are pleasant. But if you swim only from Vilkovo to 0 km, it’s very boring.
There is actually one more channel in parallel, maybe it’s possible there. There was no time to find out.
You also need to buy one-time passes to the reserve, June 2020 - 50 UAH.

The way is that you need a platinum with a gateway that would maintain the level of the Danube River. This cannot be organized at Prorva, there is an option to do it in the area of the Bam canal! For this it is necessary remove the Sasika dam. This can save the former nature and resume navigation. The Danube Delta will remain untouched due to the release of water from the lock chamber! And these are jobs for the youth of the Danube region!

Izmail is a city located on the Danube river in Odesa Oblast, southwestern Ukraine. It is the administrative center of Izmail Raion and constitutes Izmail urban hromada. Situated in a picturesque setting along the Danube, Izmail offers visitors a glimpse into its rich history and cultural heritage. With its strategic location by the river, this charming city provides an opportunity for travelers to explore its unique blend of natural beauty and historical significance.
HIGHLY RECOMMENED. An excursion was accompanied by a wonderful guide. The enterprise surprises with its high standards as well as the quality of production. It’s apicturesque place, there is a beautiful main building, where wine tastings are held with the opportunity to purchase them in the company store. You can also rent rooms for weddings and events. The gates and establishment are open, but they refused to serve and pour a glass of wine and did not allow us to sit outside for even half an hour (we don't really need it anymore) with the argument that "there is a group here today and they paid so that no one comes in." Accordingly, the bar has everything to at least satisfy the guests, because it was not about the kitchen at all.
The administrator hysterically allocated us 5 minutes with a bigot to quickly sell something in the store and "leave the territory". I have never met such a relationship with customers - maximum disappointment, probably due to inflated expectations.
It is noteworthy that there is NO information on the website that the institution is closed. In the main office, they also started telling some fairy tales instead of somehow solving the situation while we are there.
That's how we drank a glass of wine... think about whether it's worth going here

Located in Tulcea, Monumentul Eroilor offers one of the finest vantage points overlooking the Danube and the city. From this spot, visitors can admire the breathtaking panorama, including a view of Ismail city across the border in Ukraine. However, due to ongoing conflicts in that area, occasional smoky surfaces may be visible. When exploring Tulcea, it is highly recommended to include a visit to this monument in your itinerary.
One 🕜 of the best location from Tulcea city. You can view the beautiful 😍❤️ panorama of Danube and city 🌆. From this location you can see 🙈 the Ismail city. Is in Ucraina. But unfortunately is war in that area, and some time smocked surfaces you can see 🙈 with your ice. All the times when you want to visit Tulcea don't forget to visit Monument Area.

Good place to have a fabulous panorama of Tulcea City and its surroundings, including one of the Danube River arms.
After climbing the stairs to the monument you are rewarded also with a high power binocular mounted on the corner with the best view.
It's always windy up there, even in the hottest summer days.
The stairs are not tall and can be used for light exercise.
The route started from one of the most beautiful areas of the Danube Delta, on small wild channels and lakes, until Mila23. There we had a delicious lunch at a local village house. Then we took again the boat and discovered the wildness of the Danube Delta, beautifully outlined by channels and lakes, the simplicity and naturalness of the Letea village and, last but not least, the famous subtropical forest Letea. We also relaxed at Sullina beach ⛱️. The tour was outstanding with a lot of explanations by the guide about wildlife and we spotted a lot of birds.

A great one-day-long experience. The 3 of us had our private little boat, because no one else applied for this day. Our guide was really helpful and has a great knowledge. He even gave us his binoculars if there were interesting birds. We had one stop halfway before we entered Letea. It can be a bit uncomfortable to sit this long in a boat, but it's still acceptable. The food was delicious even though I didn't eat fish, I had chicken instead. Each meal is traditional. There was a little problem with the safari car as it got stuck in the sand, but after like 10 minutes, we got out. The car goes on a bumpy road so you need to be careful not to hit your head or drop your belongings. Anyway it was an awesome experience to spend a whole day in the nature.

I can recommend it 100%. The tour was worth every penny. Mesmerising views, unique nature, fun boat trip. Our guide, Marius, was also very well informed and shared many interesting stories about the area and its habitats. I wanted to see the Delta for many years and am really happy to have chosen this tour.

Stuff use noisy diesel engines of pickups in the reserve what stresses out wild animals. Do not care about plastic waste in the reserve area. The company is strongly money making oriented.

Went on a 6 hour tour with our guide Bogdan. It was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. The lunch we stopped for was delicious and the boat was a perfect small boat for the four people in our group. I will definitely be coming back here again

Excellent trip on a small boat. You get as close as possible to the nature. The staff is very friendly and the guide very knowledgeable and accommodating. If you have a day available in your schedule, do not hesitate to take this trip. The online reservation works as expected. No surprise of any kind. The trip will start disregarding the number of participants. Opt in for the lunch (not included in the trip price). A unique traditional Romanian culinary experience which you will not regret. Be prepared with cash to pay for the trip and lunch.

What an amazing day on the Danube! There was so much to see and we learned so much thanks to our guide, Viktor who had a wealth of knowledge on the birds and animals we saw (great white pelicans, swans, white-tailed eagle to name a few) as well as floating islands and water lilies.
There were some amazing smaller channels that really made you feel as if you were IN the Delta, and many of them were accompanied by great stories on how the channels got their names.
It was a long day with more than enough stops to allow you to stretch your legs and an unexpected treat was when the boat sped up in the open water when there was nothing to see. I didn't think I would appreciate the speed on the water but I had such a fantastic time.
And the stop for lunch at a lovely private home on the Delta? I packed sandwiches for my husband and I because we're vegan but the family was great and made up vegan plates for us to have something to eat as well, including some delicious Zacusca and plenty of fresh veggies. Overwhelming and wonderful and I totally recommend.

Iulian stands out as one of the finest tour guides I've had the pleasure of encountering. His amiable nature is matched by his extensive knowledge of everything related to the Danube Delta. I wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone seeking a memorable experience.
"The Danube Delta" Museum of Ecotourism is a well-organized and well-maintained museum that showcases the history of the delta, the evolution of human settlements in the area, as well as its diverse fauna and flora. The museum also features exhibits from the steppe and forests of Dobrogea, a unique collection of insects, and an engaging display of traditional fishing gear.

Three story building, recommended by the tourism office. The staff was nice and made an effort to communicate, despite not speaking english.
They have information about the formation of the delta, its flora and fauna and the human costumes of the area.
The only reason I did not appreciate it was the aquarium.
The basemente is where all the tanks are. And they are too small for the fish. It turned out to be a very depressing visit...a shark just sitting on the bottom of the tank, motionless; fish bumping their eyes against the glass...

Merita vizitat!!! Dar, aveti in vedere ca programul in timpul saptamanii e pana la ora 18, iar ultima intrare e la ora 17...!

Excellent, unexpected and in very good taste. Highly recommended, even though the whole city is undergoing serious construction and rehabilitation.
Alexandru Ciungu — Google review
The place is nice and all, but I give it only 2 stars because of how little the aquariums are. Lots of the fish look like they are suffering and waiting for life to pass. The shark in the picture looks like he would rather be dead. He would probably need 5 to 10 times more space and decoration in the tank. Same goes for more of the fish. Otherwise the place was nice

Is a verry nice place to visit, they have many parts of nature replicated there. You can see the wild life there in 1:1 scaled and all the plants and animals. Is like they ar having parts of nature in every room, parts of Delta Dunarii. Manny species of animals, plants, birds and fishare are presented there. Just visit the place and you will enjoi the time spent there.

Small but really beautiful fish tank displays. They even had a shark there! There are also other regional activities, taxidermied birds and animals of the area displayed in the museum.
Radu Rosca — Google review
A museum that could be better.
The presentation of the fauna of the Danube Delta is appropriate, but it can be seen that it was established a long time ago. The stuffed animals featured are dusty and worn. It would be better if you put up professionally made plastic models.
Interactive map layouts don't work well as some of the buttons on the selection devices are missing.
Exhibits from previous temporary exhibitions are not stored on the first floor.
The entire basement area with aquariums permeates the smell of dirty aquarium water.
It's a family place is a must for wine and food lovers.
We visited this place with a very short appointment, but the owners welcomed us with great hospitality.
The wines are well made, interesting, sometimes stand out from other Moldavian wines.

The couple that owns/runs the vineyard takes you around town a bit and is very knowledgable on the history of the area. Then take you to their property where you do a wine tasting and have an incredible meal.

I am a big lover for Cabernet Sauvignon and highly recommend you grab a few bottles after the tour.

It’s as though the proprietors of this “establishment” don’t even want to make money.
Typical moldova rudeness.
The staff has horrific manners and needs to be trained in proper etiquette.
Here’s some advice: maybe try being kind & respectful to your guests that are coming to your business to spend their money!
100% do NOT recommend. & it’s not because of the wine/ It’s because of the obscene lack of hospitality.

Acest han a functionat pana in anul 1771, an cand Babadagul a fost ruinat in intregime in urma asediului de catre trupele rusesti sub contextul conflictului ruso-austro-turc.

Ali Gazi-Pasa's window was erected at the beginning of the 17th century by the army general Ali Gazi Pasa.
It is the oldest Muslim art monument in Romania, with a rectangular plan, with a monumental porch with arches and a 21-meter high minaret. The archaeological research carried out in the courtyard of the window in 1994-1996 led to the partial uncovering of the remains of a large inn, with a monumental entrance and inner courtyard - probably a caravansaray.
This inn functioned until 1771, when Babadagul was completely ruined following the siege by Russian troops in the context of the Russian-Austrian-Turkish conflict.
In the courtyard of the window is the tomb of Ali Gazi Pasa, hexagonal in shape dating from the 17th century. The repairs from 1910 and 1994 - 1997 changed the initial appearance of the two tombs.

It's a wonderful museum. The exhibition is small but very exciting, with plenty of explanations provided. The entrance fee is close to nothing and I'd recommend the place to everyone, whether they like fishing or not. It's also a suitable place to take young children.

This is a amazing place with good restaurants. You can see different types of birds, do a boat tour and to see the horses. There are good activities for children.
This place is perfect for a family day.
The worst thing that it is very dificult parking on weekends and ligal holidays.

Great place for a picnic and a workout, but people come and play manele, leave garbage and ruin it, we leave as soon as we hear them. Nice place for a walk in the woods and a work out. Stuff is nice and helpful. They have parking and the rent grills for barbeque. Kid friendly and pet friendly place. You can also go fishing there.

Horrible experience, not safe, we startedwe did the green 1 and green 2 paths and we attempted the blue 2. Both the greens were doable but very dangerous for the age group limmit. Multiple obstacles could pinch your feet and on the green 2 there was a suspended artificial rock climbing wall with a lot of splinters. The zip lines had no matresses and so you would just hit the tree or platform. And there were agressive ant colonies in the trees. Then the blue 2 had ants as before, but it also had spider webs. Then, the security metal line for one of the obstacles was bent and many of the other ones lacked tension. We had to stop at a platform with a support rope to get lowerd by an employee. The park looks as if it was never checked by a safety inspector since it opened. And worse of all, they had no height requirements, I am wrather short and I struggled on relatively easy obstacles because i could not reach... Tldr : unsafe, do not come here
